为掌握禁捕初期鄱阳湖鱼类群落的结构特征, 研究于2020年4月(春季)、7月(夏季)、10月(秋季)和2021年1月(冬季)在鄱阳湖21个采样点开展了渔获物调查。全年共采集到57种鱼类, 隶属于8目12科43属。优势种有贝氏?(Hemiculter bleekeri)、短颌鲚(Coilia brachygnathus)、蛇(Saurogobio dabryi)、和似鳊(Pseudobrama simoni)等4种鱼类。江湖洄游型、江海洄游型和河流型鱼类物种数共占比45.61%, 平均体重<20 g的物种的丰度占所有渔获物丰度的88.47%。在空间结构上, 基于鱼类丰度的非度量多维排序分析将鄱阳湖分为通江水道和主湖区两个大的空间类群, 方差分析表明通江水道鱼类丰度显著低于主湖区, 但多样性高于主湖区。在季节变化方面, 不同季节渔获物丰度、生物量和多样性的差异极其显著, 高水位时期(夏、秋季)的多样性高于低水位时期(春、冬季)。2020年10月在鄱阳湖主湖区中部的S9和通江水道的S20两个采样点发现了鄱阳湖历史文献中没有记录的广盐性近海鱼类——鲻(Mugil cephalus), 可能得益于长江禁捕, 由于消除了捕捞压力, 促使了该鱼类的资源恢复和上溯, 也不排除其他人为因素的可能, 因而需要更长时间序列的跟踪和监测。研究为全面评估鄱阳湖禁捕的生态效果提供了基础数据, 也为制定鄱阳湖鱼类资源的保护政策提供了参考。  相似文献

Fish habitat rehabilitation using wood in the world   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
To provide river managers and researchers with practical knowledge about fish rehabilitation, various studies of fish habitat rehabilitation that used wood were reviewed. The review focuses on fish responses, wood installation methods, and geomorphic features of the rehabilitation sites. Most studies were conducted in moderately sized (small and medium) streams with relatively high bed gradients and aimed to improve the habitats of salmonid species. In this stream type, structures spanning the full (log dam) and partial (log deflector) width of the river were most common, and wood structures that created pools and covers were successful in improving fish habitat. Some projects were conducted in moderately sized low-gradient streams, in which wooden devices used to create instream cover were effective for fish assemblages. There were few studies in other aquatic ecosystems. However, well-designed large wood structures, known as engineered log jams, were used in rehabilitation projects for large rivers. In slack-water or lentic systems such as side-channels, estuaries, and reservoirs, small and large wood structures that created cover were used to improve habitat for many fish species. For successful fish habitat rehabilitation projects, the hydrogeomorphic conditions of rehabilitation sites should be carefully examined to avoid physical failure of wood structures. Although artificial wood structures can be used to improve fish habitat in various aquatic ecosystems, they should be considered to be a complementary or interim habitat enhancement technique. The recovery of natural dynamic processes at the watershed scale is the ultimate target of restoration programs.  相似文献

基于2009年马鞍列岛潮下带岩礁生境的多网目三层组合刺网逐月调查数据,对鱼类群落月相和季度间的变化、区域尺度上的空间差异和群落的稳态进行了探讨,应用优势种相对丰度和生物量、定居性鱼类和洄游种的季节动态、非度量多维标度(nMDS)和生物量丰度曲线(ABC)分析方法对群落时空格局进行了分析。结果显示:季节性洄游种集中出现在夏秋季,但对岩礁生境的利用表现出不同区域的强度差异;小黄鱼Larimichthys polyactis和黄姑鱼Nibea albiflora周年利用岩礁生境,但强度有别,尤其在冬季;定居性鱼类褐菖鲉Sebastiscus marmoratus、斑头鱼Agrammus agrammus和大泷六线鱼Hexagrammos otakii在春末夏初的种群密度最高,同样表现出某些或大部分月份的区域差异;而河口种中国花鲈Lateolabrax maculatus则更多地选择秋冬季出现在岩礁生境。多元分析结果揭示了当地岩礁生境鱼类群落格局上显著的季节和区域差异,这是定居性鱼类对岩礁生境利用的阶段性变化和区域差异、结合洄游种季节迁移和选择性分布等因素作用下共同形成的格局。ABC分析进一步发现,丰富的鱼类生态类型形成了夏季岩礁生境更为稳定的群落状态,而冬季相反;同时各季度A区的群落干扰明显强过B区。研究表明,产卵季节海域西北部的岩礁生境很可能起着主要的产卵场功能,而东南部区域各季度皆侧重于幼鱼育肥场的功能表达。丰富的种类区系加之优势种的季节性交替出现,共同塑造了岩礁生境极具动态的鱼类群落格局,对维持岛礁海域鱼类多样性以及局部区域生态系统的稳定性起着非常重要的作用。  相似文献

2008年6月至2010年1月,对阜阳机场及其周围5种生境(草地、农田、城镇、湿地、林地)的鸟类进行调查,并对不同季节、不同生境的鸟类多样性进行分析.结果表明:本次调查共记录到鸟类122种,隶属于15目40科;阜阳机场夏、秋季的鸟类种数显著高于冬、春季,秋季鸟类密度显著高于其他季节,夏季的鸟类多样性指数、均匀度指数均高于其他季节;在阜阳机场及其周边的5种生境中,林地的鸟类种数、密度均显著大于其他生境,林地、湿地、农田的鸟类多样性较高;对阜阳机场鸟击最危险的鸟种是麻雀、白头鹎、家燕、家鸽、喜鹊、珠颈斑鸠、灰椋鸟等.  相似文献

广西英罗港红树林潮沟鱼类多样性季节动态研究   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
于1999年分4个季节来采用拦网的方法对广西英罗港红树林潮沟水中鱼类的多样性进行了研究,共发现鱼类54种,隶属于29种44属,季度出现频数F=1~4的鱼类种数分别为27、8、11和8种,各季的优势种明显,但不同季节最大优势种不同,分别为:春季、斑Ji(Clupanodon punctatus);夏季,前鳞骨鲻(Osteomugil ophuyseni);秋季,眶棘双边鱼(Ambassis gymnocephalus);冬季,鹿斑Fu(Leiognathus ruconius),这些鱼类以暖水性种占绝对优势,在生态类型上以底层种类较多,各季节出现鱼类种数分别为:春季30种、夏季30种,秋季26种,冬种22种,夏季与秋季共有种最多,有20个种,这两季节间的相似性指数也最大,达55.6%,多样性指数D、H′、J值均以秋季最高,相对于林外水域,红树林潮沟鱼类群落的鱼类种数及3个指数均较高,跟热带红树林区相比,广西英罗港红树林潮沟鱼类群落的多样性低。  相似文献

Marsh habitats have been the focus of recent worldwide restoration efforts due to their degradation and destruction as a result of human development. We assessed fish resource use at a naturally restoring marsh (Liberty Island, California, USA) by comparing diet composition, stomach fullness, normalized stomach weight, and diet overlap across a vegetation gradient. Fish were collected using gill nets and fyke nets at six sites during spring 2010, summer 2011 and winter 2012. We analyzed 392 stomachs from the eleven most abundant species collected. Prey composition and biomass varied seasonally for all fish species, but there were no notable differences across sites or seasons for stomach fullness or normalized stomach weight for most fish species. Results from non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) and two-way analysis of similarities (ANOSIM) indicated minimal diet overlap between species (R?=?0.633, p?=?0.001) and seasons (R?=?0.413, p?=?0.001). Seasonal habitat and resource use across the vegetation gradient was species-specific. Small but significant spatial diet differences were detected for inland silverside, striped bass and bigscale logperch. Delta smelt exhibited seasonal diet differences by shifting from chironomids and zooplankton during spring, to amphipods and zooplankton during winter. More generally, fish maintained stomach fullness across all sites and seasons while maintaining minimal dietary overlap. Our study emphasizes the importance of tidal marshes as feeding habitat for several fish species, including the endangered delta smelt.  相似文献

To determine use of riparian habitats by birds in the northern coniferous forest of British Columbia, we censused birds and vegetation along 500 m transects placed parallel and perpendicular to three second-order streams. Censuses were conducted during spring, summer, autumn, and winter to investigate how use of riparian habitat changed seasonally. Stream-side riparian zones were characterized by a dense understorey of deciduous vegetation not found in the upslope forest. Nine bird species preferred the riparian understorey for breeding, six preferred it only during migration. Neotropical migrants (16 of 46 species) were more closely associated with stream-sides than year-round residents (11 species). Some breeding birds (five species) were significantly negatively associated with riparian habitats. The density of riparian birds declined with distance upstream but did not decline up to 250 m away from the stream. The more extensive riparian areas downstream supported a greater density of birds in all seasons compared to upstream areas, but more species only in spring and autumn. Species that nested in non-riparian areas in summer used riparian habitat in autumn, making riparian corridors in the northern coniferous forest important during migration. Maintaining both riparian and upslope habitats is necessary to preserve species diversity al the landscape level.  相似文献

为了解韩江潮州江段鱼类生物多样性及季节变化, 2012年5月至2013年4月, 采用定置刺网和地笼网对韩江潮州江段5个样点开展了渔获物调查。共采集鱼类53种, 隶属8目19科48属, 以鲤形目和鲈形目为主, 分别为27种和11种, 占总种数的50.9%和20.8%; 其中13种为该水域新记录种; 广东鲂(Megalobrama terminalis)、福建小鳔鮈(Microphysogobio fukiensis)、赤眼鳟(Squaliobarbus curriculus)和鲮(Cirrhinus molitorella)为全年优势种。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')、Pielou均匀度指数(E)和Margalef种类丰富度指数(D)均表现出夏季最高, 其后依次是秋季、冬季、春季; Simpson指数(D')秋季最高, 其后是夏季、冬季、春季; Bray-Curtis尾数/种类相似性系数聚类分析和非度量多维标度分析在38.23%的水平上将12个月分为2个群聚: I包括夏、秋季节6个月, II包括春、冬季节6个月, 这与多样性指数H'E、DD'的变化趋势一致, 表明韩江潮州江段鱼类资源的季节变化显著, 水温和流量是影响该江段鱼类资源的主要环境因子。10个主要物种被聚合为两大类群, 分别为季节性出现的小型鱼类和常见种。我们认为保护栖息环境、建立适宜的禁渔制度是保护该江段鱼类资源的关键措施。  相似文献

为了解闽江口常见鱼类群落的营养结构特征,于2015年冬季(1月)、春季(5月)、夏季(8月)、秋季(11月)采集闽江口底拖网渔业资源样品,利用稳定同位素分析闽江口常见鱼类群落营养结构特征及其季节性变化,并计算了基于δ13C-δ15N量化的7个营养结构的群落范围指标.结果表明: 闽江口常见鱼类群落除夏季和秋季的δ13C值之间不存在显著性差异,其余各季节之间δ13C值均差异显著;δ15N值春季与其余3个季节都表现出显著性差异,而其余3个季节δ15N值互相之间均无显著性差异.稳定同位素的量化指标表明: 闽江口常见鱼类群落的营养结构存在季节差异,春季的生态位总空间(TA)、核心生态位空间(SEAc)、鱼类基础食物来源(CR)、营养长度(NR)、鱼类营养多样性(CD)均为四季的最大值;从夏季至秋季再到冬季,生态位总空间(TA)、核心生态位空间(SEAc)、鱼类基础食物来源(CR)、营养长度(NR)、鱼类营养多样性(CD)和营养位置差异(MNND)均逐步上升.闽江口常见鱼类群落营养结构的季节差异可能与鱼类生殖洄游和群落内食源多样性的变化密切相关.  相似文献

1. Riverscapes consist of the main channel and lateral slackwater habitats along a gradient of hydrological connectivity from maximum connection in main channel habitats to minimum connection in backwaters. Spatiotemporal differences in water currents along this gradient produce dynamic habitat conditions that influence species diversity, population densities and trophic interactions of fishes. 2. We examined the importance of lateral connectivity gradients for food web dynamics in the Upper Mississippi River during spring (high flow, moderately low temperatures) and summer (low flow, higher temperatures). We used literature information and gut contents analyses to determine feeding guilds and stable isotope analysis to estimate mean trophic position of local fish assemblages. During June and August 2006, we collected over 1000 tissue samples from four habitats (main channel, secondary channels, tertiary channels and backwaters) distributed within four hydrologic connectivity gradients. 3. Mean trophic position differed among feeding guilds and seasons, with highest values in spring. Mean trophic position of fish assemblages, variability in trophic position and food chain length (maximum trophic position) of the two dominant piscivore species (Micropterus salmoides and M. dolomieu) in both seasons were significantly associated with habitat along the lateral connectivity gradient. Food chain length peaked in tertiary channels in both seasons, probably due to higher species diversity of prey at these habitats. We infer that food chain length and trophic position of fish assemblages were lower in backwater habitats in the summer mainly because of the use of alternative food sources in these habitats. 4. A greater number of conspecifics exhibited significant among‐habitat variation in trophic position during the summer, indicating that low river stages can constrain fish movements in the Upper Mississippi River. 5. Results of this study should provide a better understanding of the fundamental structure of large river ecosystems and an improved basis for river rehabilitation and management through knowledge of the importance of lateral complexity in rivers.  相似文献

This study examined the structure and function of habitats for fish, the contribution to fish populations, and the effects of channel modification on habitats and fish populations in the lowland meandering Shibetsu River, northern Japan. Electrofishing and environmental measurements were conducted in bank areas of habitats constituting natural meandering and modified reaches. All types of habitats in a meandering reach highly contributed to the fish population(s). In particular, the contributions of lateral and wood habitats to fish populations were generally high, despite the low spatial extent of these habitats. The modified reach was simplified and had fewer types of habitats with uniform currents, and there was a low abundance of most fish within these habitats. Abundance of each fish group (taxa) was negatively affected by the changes in the habitats and/or channel shortening (i.e., decrease in the absolute abundance of habitat) due to river modification, which was implemented during 1950–1978. This study suggests that the recovery of all the habitat types is important in meander restoration and that the changes in habitat types and abundance should be examined in monitoring meander restoration and channel shortening.  相似文献

SUMMARY. 1. Field experiments in a fishless stream were carried out on an abundant caddisfly with a predatory, net-spinning larva, Plectrocnemia conspersa (Curtis), to assess whether net site availability affects their microdistribution.
2. Net sites were supplemented by adding nought, one or four artificial structures to replicated patches on the stream bed. In each of three experiments at different seasons (summer, autumn and late winter), caddis densities increased significantly in patches with extra net sites.
3. The response of caddis to supplemented net sites could be affected by the subsidiary effects of food and offish. These potential interactions were assessed in each experiment by varying net site density in two additional treatment stretches in which (1) prey abundance was increased by releasing Daphnia , and (2) brown trout ( Salmo trutta L.) were enclosed. The responses of caddis in these two treatments were compared to that in the reference stretch, where only net site density varied.
4. Increased food abundance enhanced the response of caddis to net site supplementation in winter, when natural prey was least abundant, but not in summer or autumn. We suggest that extra food affects the mechanism determining net building only when prey availability is below some threshold.
5. The presence of fish precluded any effect of extra net sites in summer, but had no effect in autumn (the winter fish treatment was lost). We suggest fish predation reduced the densities of caddis in summer, so that net sites no longer limited local densities. In autumn, fallen leaves provided refugia from fish, which consequently were less effective predators of P. conspersa.  相似文献

根据2012-2013年在南沙群岛西南部和北部湾口海域春秋两个航次的调查资料, 分析了该海域鱼类种类组成、相对重要性指数和物种多样性等特征。结果表明, 两个航次调查共鉴定鱼类504种, 隶属于2纲31目129科294属; 其中北部湾口海域出现鱼类301种, 南沙群岛西南部海域出现鱼类357种。优势种数量较少, 多以中小型鱼类为主, 且季节间变化较大。春季多样性指数高于秋季, 这主要是因为春季出现的大量鱼类为补充群体, 而许多种类在秋季有向较深海区移动的趋势; 南沙群岛西南部海域多样性指数高于北部湾口海域, 这主要是由于南沙群岛西南部海域受水温和洋流的影响较大造成的。更替指数和迁移指数显示, 秋季鱼类群落结构稳定性要低于春季, 而且两个季节的鱼类群落结构都偏离平衡状态, 主要是由鱼类的洄游和不同适温性鱼类的迁入迁出造成的。综合来看, 南沙群岛西南部海域鱼类物种多样性和群落结构稳定性均高于北部湾口海域, 在努力控制资源可捕量范围的同时, 可合理开发南海中南部海域的渔业资源。  相似文献

Of at least 350 species so far recorded within the boundaries of the Niger Inundation Zone, no less than 108 (31%) are wholly or partially of Palaearctic origin. Five main habitats are recognized in the region: wetland, hygrophilous grassland, transition zone, non-flooded areas and aerial. The habitats, the Palaearctic migrants and their possible Ethiopian competitors are described and discussed. The annual Niger flood regime enables Palaearctic waterbirds to find suitable habitats somewhere within the region during all seasons, but most widely during the autumn and winter months of the flood recession. Non-aquatic species inhabiting flood plain grassland are scarce during the Palaearctic autumn, when the growth of vegetation reaches its maximum, becoming commoner and more diverse during the winter months. Wetland warblers of the genera Acrocephalus and Locustella have not been recorded on autumn passage. It is suggested that in some years at least, these and other trans-Saharan migrants from the West Palaearctic overfly the Sahelian latitudes of mid-West Africa. Species inhabiting the transition zone (which increases in area during years of below average rains and floods) are most in evidence at the end of the winter period and during the spring hot dry season, prior to northward trans-Saharan migration. Habitats and species encountered in the non-flooded areas are similar to those recorded in the Sahel zone elsewhere in West Africa. Aerial habitat is utilized by Common Swifts arriving en masse in early August, at the maximum development of the south-westerly monsoon airstream. Several aquatic species and the first few trans-Saharan migrants also occur during the summer rainy season. Some species (e. g. Whiskered Tern, Lesser Kestrel, Turtle Dove, Short-toed Lark and Sand Martin) are most numerous during the late winter and spring hot seasons, when conditions provided by the Inundation Zone may be more suitable for pre-migration feeding than in other parts of the Sahel zone. As yet there is virtually no information available to determine any effects that drought seasons or flood variation may have on the migrant populations.  相似文献

This paper deals with the diets of blue whiting Micromesistius poutassou (Risso 1810), hake Merluccius merluccius (L. 1758), horse mackerel Trachurus trachurus (L. 1758), and mackerel Scomber scombrus (L. 1758) off Portugal and explores variations in fish length, water depth, latitude and season. All four species feed on fish; however, hake and mackerel are the first and second most important predators, respectively, blue whiting being the most important fish prey for both species. The diets of blue whiting and horse mackerel are composed mainly of crustaceans. Diet variations according to predator fish size are more important than either latitude or depth. In the diets of blue whiting, hake and horse mackerel, prey importance increases with predator size. For blue whiting and horse mackerel, diet variations with fish length and water depth are correlated: small fish are closely associated with coastal areas where they feed on copepods and decapod larvae. Seasonality in the diet is apparent for blue whiting, hake and mackerel. For blue whiting, the decapod Pasiphaea sivado is the most important prey in summer and autumn, being replaced by the euphausid Meganyctiphanes norvegica in winter. In the diet of hake, seasonality was characterised by the major importance of Macroramphosus scolopax in autumn, whereas the diet of mackerel consisted of zooplankton in summer, fish and decapods in autumn and decapod larvae in winter. Seasonal changes in the diet of horse mackerel correspond to a higher diversity of prey in autumn compared to other seasons (although euphausids are the main prey in all seasons). Seasonality in feeding activity is not as marked for the other species as it is for horse mackerel; the percentage of empty stomachs of horse mackerel is greatest in winter, when spawning takes place at the Portuguese coast.  相似文献

This study examined the fish communities of Peri Lagoon in southern Brazil to aid in the development of an effective management plan because the area is under threat from human activities. Sampling of fish fauna, ichthyoplankton and limnological data were compared between sites, differing by habitat type and characteristics such as depth, substratum composition and vegetation type. Results were significantly related to site, with the highest diversity and abundance recorded at shallow vegetated sites. A total of 14 fish species were recorded throughout the lagoon, with the most abundant being Hyphessobrycon luetkenii. Of the 14 species, half were sampled at their larval stage, suggesting a healthy and protected system. Significantly more larvae and eggs were collected during colder months (autumn to winter) and at sites closer to stream flow, possibly owing to increased food sources and habitat protection. This study highlights the importance of Peri Lagoon as a nursery ground for a wide range of fish species, providing essential information for incorporation into the future protection of fish stocks throughout Brazil.  相似文献

Environmental conditions on higher latitude coral reefs can be extremely variable, and may structure fish communities in ways not previously observed in the more stable, low latitude locations where communities have usually been studied. Temporal changes in fish community structure were examined in an intensive two-year study of the reef fishes of Hanalei Bay, Kauai, Hawaii. Hanalei Bay is directly exposed to winter swells with high surf, as well as frequent heavy winter rainfall and high river discharge. Twenty-two transects (25 × 5 m) were established in a wide variety of habitats and censused monthly (N = 1052 censuses). Over 121 000 sightings of individuals from 150 species were made during the study. Seasonal patterns in number of species, number of individuals, species diversity, and evenness were observed, with winter values usually lowest. Values of these ensemble variables tended to be higher at deeper sites and at sites with greater habitat complexity. Surf height and degree of wave exposure were negatively correlated with several measures of community organization. Groups of fishes with different levels of spatial mobility tended to occupy depths consistent with their various abilities to respond to events of heavy weather. The rank abundance of fish taxa tended to be more stable seasonally at sites with less exposure to high wave energy. These seasonal effects may suggest some type of short-range movement from more exposed and monotypic habitats to locations that are deeper or otherwise provide refuge from seasonally heavy seas.  相似文献

Maintenance of genetic and phenotypic diversity is widely recognized as an important conservation priority, yet managers often lack basic information about spatial patterns of population structure and its relationship with habitat heterogeneity and species movement within it. To address this knowledge gap, we focused on the economically and ecologically prominent yellow perch (Perca flavescens). In the Lake Michigan basin, yellow perch reside in nearshore Lake Michigan, including drowned river mouths (DRMs)—protected, lake‐like habitats that link tributaries to Lake Michigan. The goal of this study was to examine the extent that population structure is associated with Great Lakes connected habitats (i.e., DRMs) in a mobile fish species using yellow perch as a model. Specifically, we tested whether DRMs and eastern Lake Michigan constitute distinct genetic stocks of yellow perch, and if so, whether those stocks migrate between the two connected habitats throughout the year. To do so, we genotyped yellow perch at 14 microsatellite loci collected from 10 DRMs in both deep and littoral habitats during spring, summer, and autumn and two nearshore sites in Lake Michigan (spring and autumn) during 2015–2016 and supplemented our sampling with fish collected in 2013. We found that yellow perch from littoral‐DRM habitats were genetically distinct from fish captured in nearshore Lake Michigan. Our data also suggested that Lake Michigan yellow perch likely use deep‐DRM habitats during autumn. Further, we found genetic structuring among DRMs. These patterns support hypotheses of fishery managers that yellow perch seasonally migrate to and from Lake Michigan, yet, interestingly, these fish do not appear to interbreed with littoral fish despite occupying the same DRM. We recommend that fisheries managers account for this complex population structure and movement when setting fishing regulations and assessing the effects of harvest in Lake Michigan.  相似文献

The patterns of distribution and abundance of a fish community were influenced by the magnitude of the canopy of Sargassum furcatum . It is suggested that the fish community in the sublittoral of Farol Beach is structured mainly by factors related to the availability of space and habitats. Quantitative data were collected by visual census techniques, along a belt of 30X2 m in each habitat. Fish diversity was greater in S. furcatum bed and in the rocks, than in the sand where there is less structural complexity. The fish density was related to the macroalgal biomass. Correspondence analysis and cluster analysis were used to describe and compare fish assemblages in three different habitats. The association observed between the juveniles of the sparid Diplodus argenteus , the grunt Haemulon aurolineatum and the surgeonfish Acanthurus bahianus and the different habitats in the summer, and juveniles of the other species in the autumn, indicates a pattern of recruitment of the species in these periods.  相似文献
