Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) is essential for lymphocyte trafficking to gut-associated lymphoid tissues and is implicated in inflammatory disorders in the gut and pancreatic islets. In this study, we examined the functional role of MAdCAM-1 during rat ontogeny using newly generated specific mAb. As previously observed in mice and humans, MAdCAM-1 was preferentially expressed in high endothelial venules (HEV) in gut-associated lymphoid tissues and venules of lamina propria in adult rats. Lymphocyte rolling and adhesion on HEV in Peyer's patches (PP) were completely abrogated with neutralizing anti-MAdCAM-1 mAb, in agreement with the notion that MAdCAM-1 is the principal HEV ligand for lymphocyte rolling and adhesion in adult PP. In the developing gastrointestinal tract, MAdCAM-1 was widely expressed in the venules of the lamina propria of fetal rats. In addition, MAdCAM-1 was also expressed in follicular dendritic cells in the neonatal PP. Interestingly, MAdCAM-1 expression was found also in nonmucosal tissues during ontogeny. MAdCAM-1 was transiently expressed in blood vascular endothelial cells in the fetal skin and neonatal thymus. Notably, MAdCAM-1-positive blood vessels were localized mainly in the cortico-medullary junction in the neonatal thymus and about 10-20% of thymocytes, most of which were either CD4, CD8 double positive or single positive specifically reacted with soluble MAdCAM-1 via integrin alpha4beta7. After birth, MAdCAM-1 expression in thymus blood vessels disappeared and concomitantly, the soluble MAdCAM-1-reactive thymocytes were rapidly down-regulated. Our results suggest that MAdCAM-1 functions as a vascular addressin in not only mucosal, but also nonmucosal lymphoid tissues during ontogeny.  相似文献

Relatively little is known about how recirculation of lymphocytes through the inflamed intestinal mucosa is regulated. The aim of this study was to investigate the dynamic process of T lymphocyte-endothelial cell adhesion in TNF-alpha-challenged murine colonic mucosa by intravital microscopy. T lymphocytes from spleen (SPL) and intestinal lamina propria (LPL) were fluorescence labeled, and their adhesion to microvessels in the colonic mucosa was observed. In TNF-alpha (25 microg/kg)-stimulated colonic venules, an enhanced adhesion of SPL and LPL was demonstrated, with dominant recruitment of LPLs. The magnitude of the increased LPL adhesion was more significant in the colon than in the small intestine. These T lymphocyte interactions in the colonic mucosa were significantly reduced by blocking MAbs against either mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1), VCAM-1, alpha(4)-integrin, or beta(7)-integrin but not by anti-ICAM-1. Immunohistochemistry revealed significant MAdCAM-1 expression in the lamina propria and VCAM-1 expression in the submucosa of TNF-alpha-treated colon. Spatial heterogeneity of MAdCAM-1 and VCAM-1 activation following TNF-alpha challenge may promote specific T lymphocyte recruitment in the inflamed colonic mucosa.  相似文献

A role for alpha4 and beta7 integrins in mediating leucocyte entry into the central nervous system in the multiple sclerosis (MS)-like disease experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) has been demonstrated. However, the individual contributions of their respective ligands mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and E-cadherin expressed on the blood-brain barrier has not been determined. In the present paper, it is shown that an antibody directed against MAdCAM-1, the preferential ligand for alpha4beta7, effectively prevented the development of a progressive, non-remitting, form of EAE, actively induced by injection of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein peptide (MOG(35-55)) autoantigen. Combinational treatment with both anti-MAdCAM-1, VCAM-1, and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) (ligand for integrin lymphocyte function-associated antigen (LFA)-1) mAbs led to more rapid remission than that obtained with anti-MAdCAM-1 antibody alone. However, neither MAdCAM-1 monotherapy, nor combinational antibody blockade was preventative when administered late in the course of disease progression. In conclusion, MAdCAM-1 plays a major contributory role in the progression of chronic EAE and is a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of MS. Critically, antivascular addressin therapy must be given early in the course of disease prior to the establishment of irreversible damage if it is to be effective, as a single treatment modality.  相似文献

CD4+ T cells are essential for development and perpetuation of Crohn's disease, a chronic immune-mediated condition that affects primarily the small intestine. Using novel models of Crohn's disease-like ileitis (i.e., SAMP1/YitFc and CD4+ T cell transfer models), we have begun to understand the adhesive pathways that mediate lymphocyte trafficking to the chronically inflamed small bowel. Expansion of the CD4/beta7+ population and increased mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) expression were observed within the intestinal lamina propria with disease progression. However, Ab blockade of the beta7 integrin, the alpha4beta7 heterodimer, MAdCAM-1, or L-selectin did not attenuate inflammation. Blockade of two pathways (L-selectin and MAdCAM-1 or alpha4 integrins) was required to improve ileitis. Further analyses showed that 55 +/- 7% of the mesenteric lymph node alpha4beta7+CD4 expressed L-selectin. These L-selectin+ T cells were the main producers of TNF-alpha and the predominant ileitis-inducing subpopulation. Mechanistically, combined blockade of L-selectin and MAdCAM-1 depleted the intestinal lamina propria of CD4+ T cells that aberrantly coexpressed alpha4beta7 and alpha4beta1 integrins, markedly decreasing local production of TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma. Thus, pathogenic CD4+ T cells not only use the physiologic alpha4beta7/MAdCAM-1 pathway, but alternatively engage alpha4beta1 and L-selectin to recirculate to the chronically inflamed small intestine.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to quantify cytokine mRNA levels and endothelial cell adhesion molecule message and protein expression in healthy wild-type and interleukin-10-deficient (IL-10(-/-)) mice that develop spontaneous and chronic colitis. We found that colonic message levels of IL-1, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interferon-gamma, lymphotoxin-beta, and transforming growth factor-beta were elevated in colitic mice 10- to 35-fold compared with their healthy wild-type controls. In addition, colonic message levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), and mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) were found to be increased 10-, 5-, and 23-fold, respectively, in colitic IL-10(-/-) mice compared with their wild-type controls. Immunoradiolabeling as well as immunohistochemistry revealed large and significant increases in vascular surface expression of colonic ICAM-1, VCAM-1, and MAdCAM-1 in the mucosa as well as the submucosa of the colons of colitic mice. These data are consistent with the hypothesis that deletion of IL-10 results in the sustained production of proinflammatory cytokines, leading to the upregulation of adhesion molecules and infiltration of mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes into the cecal and colonic interstitium.  相似文献

Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) is a homing receptor preferentially expressed on gut-associated endothelial cells that plays a central role in leukocyte traffic into the mucosal immune compartment. Although the molecular mechanisms underlying endothelial ICAM-1 or E-selectin expression have been intensively investigated, the mechanisms that regulate human MAdCAM-1 expression have not been defined. We report MAdCAM-1 gene and protein expression in primary cultures of human intestinal microvascular endothelial cells (HIMEC) that was not demonstrated in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Similar to ICAM-1 and E-selectin expression, MAdCAM-1 gene expression in HIMEC was inducible with TNF-, IL-1, or LPS activation. However, in striking contrast to ICAM-1 and E-selectin expression, MAdCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in HIMEC was heavily dependent on culture duration and/or cellular density, suggesting a prominent role for cell-cell interaction among these endothelial cells in the expression of the mucosal addressin. MAdCAM-1 expression was inhibited by both SN-50 (NF-B inhibitor) and LY-294002 [phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3-K) inhibitor], whereas ICAM-1 and E-selectin expression was inhibited by SN-50 but not by LY-294002. The Akt phosphorylation by TNF- or LPS was greater at higher cell density, demonstrating a pattern similar to that of MAdCAM-1 expression. NF-B activation was not affected by cellular density in HIMEC. MAdCAM-1 expression in human gut endothelial cells is regulated by distinct signaling mechanisms involving both NF-B and PI3-K/Akt. Previous studies have revealed that the expression of several endothelial cell adhesion molecules [e.g., intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1), and mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule 1 (MAdCAM-1)] is dramatically elevated in the chronically inflamed colonic vasculature of severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mice reconstituted with congenic CD4+, CD45RB(high) T lymphocytes. The objective of this study was to define the contribution of different endothelial cell adhesion molecules to the lymphocyte-endothelial cell (L/E) adhesion observed in the colonic microvasculature in this experimental model of inflammatory bowel disease. Fluorescently labeled T lymphocytes, isolated from spleens of normal BALB/C mice, were injected intravenously into SCID mice that had been reconstituted with CD4+, CD45RB(high) T lymphocytes either before (3 wk after reconstitution) or after (7 wk postreconstitution) the onset of clinical signs of colitis (i.e., diarrhea, loss of body wt). Intravital fluorescence microscopy was used to quantify L/E adhesion in different-sized venules of the colonic submucosa during the development of colitis. L/E adhesion was noted in some segments of the vasculature in precolitic SCID mice (3 wk after reconstitution) but not in similar-sized vessels of control (wild type and SCID) mice. L/E adhesion was observed in a greater proportion of venules and occurred with greater intensity in the mucosa of colitic mice (7 wk postreconstitution). Pretreatment with a blocking monoclonal antibody against MAdCAM-1, but not ICAM-1 or VCAM-1, significantly and profoundly reduced L/E adhesion in colitic mice. Immunohistochemical staining also revealed the localization of T cells on colonic endothelial cells expressing MAdCAM-1. These findings indicate that MAdCAM-1 is largely responsible for recruiting T lymphocytes into inflamed colonic tissue.  相似文献

Regulated emigration of blood-borne leukocytes plays a defining role in lymphoid organ development, immune surveillance, and inflammatory responses. We report here that mice deficient in the homeobox gene Nkx2-3, expressed in developing visceral mesoderm, show a complex intestinal malabsorption phenotype and striking abnormalities of gut-associated lymphoid tissue and spleen suggestive of deranged leukocyte homing. Mutant Peyer's patches were reduced in number and size, intestinal villi contained few IgA(+) plasma cells, and mutant spleens were small and often atrophic, showing fused periarterial lymphoid sheaths, partially merged T and B cell zones, an absent marginal zone, and a dearth of macrophages in red pulp. Semiquantitative RT-PCR analysis and immunohistochemistry revealed down-regulation of mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) in endothelial cells in which Nkx2-3 is normally expressed. MAdCAM-1 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, acting as an endothelial cell ligand for leukocyte homing receptors L-selectin and alpha4beta7 integrin. Our data suggest a role for a homeodomain factor in establishing the developmental and positional cues in endothelia that regulate leukocyte homing through local control of cellular adhesion and identify MAdCAM-1 as a candidate target gene of Nkx2-3.  相似文献

Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule (MAdCAM-1) is a key player in mediating the infiltration of leucocytes into chronically inflamed tissues. Five anti-MAdCAM-1 monoclonal antibodies (mAb), designated 17F5, 201F7, 314G8, 377D10 and 355G8, were generated by fusion of P3 x 63Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human MAdCAM-1-Fc. The latter four mAb recognize the ligand-binding first Ig domain, and block T -cell adhesion to MAdCAM-1. The non-blocking mAb 17F5 recognizes the mucin domain. Extensive analysis of a large panel of paraffin-embedded human tissues revealed that the 314G8 mAb detected MAdCAM-1 on venules in the spleen and small intestine. MAdCAM-1 was strongly expressed in the synovium of osteoarthritis patients, predominantly on the endothelial lining of blood vessels, but also within the vessel lumen. An ELISA, based on mAb 377D10 and 355G8, was developed to determine whether soluble MAdCAM-1 was present in body fluids, and to measure the levels present. The assay detected soluble MAdCAM-1 in the serum and urine of healthy donors, at levels similar to those of soluble forms of the related CAM, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1. The anti-MAdCAM-1 antibodies and assay developed here may be useful therapeutically in the treatment of inflammation in humans. Similarly, they may be useful diagnostically to monitor the presence and levels of MAdCAM-1.  相似文献

Nasal-associated lymphoid tissue (NALT), a mucosal inductive site for the upper respiratory tract, is important for the development of mucosal immunity locally and distally to intranasally introduced Ag. To more fully understand the induction of nasal mucosal immunity, we investigated the addressins that allow for lymphocyte trafficking to this tissue. To investigate the addressins responsible for naive lymphocyte binding, immunofluorescent and immunoperoxidase staining of frozen NALT sections were performed using anti-mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1), anti-peripheral node addressin (PNAd), and anti-VCAM-1 mAbs. All NALT high endothelial venules (HEV) expressed PNAd, either associated with MAdCAM-1 or alone, whereas NALT follicular dendritic cells expressed both MAdCAM-1 and VCAM-1. These expression profiles were distinct from those of the gut mucosal inductive site, Peyer's patches (PP). The functionality of NALT HEV was determined using a Stamper-Woodruff ex vivo assay. The anti-L-selectin MEL-14 mAb blocked >90% of naive lymphocyte binding to NALT HEV, whereas the anti-MAdCAM-1 mAb, which blocks almost all naive lymphocyte binding to PP, minimally blocked binding to NALT HEV. NALT lymphocytes exhibited a unique L-selectin expression profile, differing from both PP and peripheral lymph nodes. Finally, NALT HEV were found in increased amounts in the B cell zones, unlike PP HEV. These results suggest that NALT is distinct from the intestinal PP, that initial naive lymphocyte binding to NALT HEV involves predominantly L-selectin and PNAd rather than alpha4beta7-MAdCAM-1 interactions, and that MAdCAM-1 and VCAM-1 expressed by NALT follicular dendritic cells may play an important role in lymphocyte recruitment and retention.  相似文献

Enhanced expression of mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) and other endothelial cell adhesion molecules (ECAMs) are associated with the onset and progression of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). We show in this study that two cytochrome P-450 (CYP450) inhibitors from Citrus paradis (grapefruit), bergamottin, and 6',7'-dihydroxybergamottin (DHB) block tumor necrosis factor (TNF)--stimulated expression of MAdCAM-1 in cultured endothelial cells and also reduce 47-dependent lymphocyte adhesion. Bergamottin (20–50 µM) or DHB (10–30 µM) pretreatment dose-dependently reduced TNF--mediated expression of MAdCAM-1 and lymphocyte adhesion. Bergamottin and DHB also prevented expression of two other ECAMs, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (but not E-selectin). SKF-525a, a specific CYP450 inhibitor, also blocked the expression of MAdCAM-1 mediated by TNF-. Similar to SKF-525a (20 µM), bergamottin (20 µM) and DHB (20 µM) directly inhibited the activity of CYP450 3A4. The functional expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and MAdCAM-1 in the choroid plexus is indicative of a role of this structure in the communication of the immune system with the central nervous system (CNS). In order to gain further insight into the possible functions of adhesion molecules expressed in the choroid plexus, we investigated the exact ultrastructural localization of VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and MAdCAM-1 on semithin and ultrathin cryosections of the choroid plexus of healthy mice and of mice suffering from experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). In the healthy choroid plexus VCAM-1 and ICAM-1, but not MAdCAM-1, could be detected on the apical surface of the choroid plexus epithelial cells. During EAE, immunoreactivity for VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 was dramatically increased. Additionally, apical expression of MAdCAM-1 was observed on individual choroid plexus epithelial cells during EAE. At the same time, VCAM-1, ICAM-1 or MAdCAM-1 were never present on the endothelial cells of the fenestrated capillaries within the choroid plexus. The polar expression of VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and MAdCAM-1 on the apical surface of choroid plexus epithelial cells, which form the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier, implies a previously unappreciated function of this barrier in the immunosurveillance of the CNS.  相似文献

The Integrin α4β7 mediates lymphocyte adhesion to VCAM-1 on activated endothelium, fibronectin in the extracellular matrix, and the mucosal vascular addressin MAdCAM-1. It is unclear whether α4β7 performs any function beyond directing specific adhesion reactions. We addressed the possibility that triggering of α4β7 with a specific monoclonal antibody was capable of delivering an accessory stimulus that would coactivate T cells and lead to proliferation. At submitogenic levels of anti-CD3 stimulation, triggering of α4β7 by immobilized mAb ACT-1 resulted in T cell blastogenesis, IL-2 production, expression of the IL-2 receptor α chain CD25, and ultimately DNA synthesis. These results indicate that the integrin α4β7 is involved in more than lymphocyte adhesion and homing but also plays a role in cell signaling.  相似文献

The transmigration of lymphocytes across vascular endothelium is a critical step for the localization of lymphocytes to lymph nodes in both naive and immune reactive states. Mice deficient in lymphotoxin-alpha (LT-alpha) lack peripheral and gut associated lymph nodes. Lymphocyte function and homing ability are reported to be normal in these mice yet information regarding cell adhesion molecules and counterpart vascular addressins is lacking. The phenotype of peripheral lymphocytes from LT-alpha deficient mice was investigated by the use of fluorescent activated cell sorting and immunohistochemistry. No difference was detected in the splenocyte and tissue expression of L-selectin, alpha4beta7 or its individual integrin components, mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule (MAdCAM-1), intracellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1), peripheral node addressin (PNAd), or platelet/endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM-1) between wild-type and LT-alpha deficient mice. Therefore, impaired expression of these lymphocyte homing and vascular addressin molecules is apparently not included in the phenotype of the LT-alpha deficient mouse.  相似文献

Subsets of gammadelta T cells localize to distinct tissue sites in the absence of exogenous Ag stimulation or development of effector/memory cells. Selective lymphocyte homing from the blood into tissues is controlled by a multistep process involving vascular and lymphocyte adhesion molecules, and G protein-linked chemokine receptors. The role of these mechanisms in the tissue tropism of gammadelta T cells is still poorly understood. In this study, we demonstrate that a subset of gammadelta T cells, most of which express an antigenically distinct TCR and are characterized by coexpression of CD8, selectively accumulated in tissues that expressed high levels of the mucosal vascular addressin, mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule 1. These cells expressed higher levels of alpha(4)beta(7) integrins than other gammadelta T cell subsets and selectively migrated to the CCR7 ligand secondary lymphoid-tissue chemokine (CCL21). Integrin activation by CCL21 selectively increased CD8(+)gammadelta T cell binding to recombinant mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule 1. These results suggest that the tropism of circulating CD8(+)gammadelta T cells for mucosal tissues is due, at least in part, to selective developmental expression of adhesion molecules and chemokine receptors.  相似文献

Tissue homing of activated T cells is typically mediated through their specific integrin and chemokine receptor repertoire. Activation of human primary CD4(+) T cells in the presence of CD46 cross-linking induces the development of a distinct immunomodulatory T cell population characterized by high IL-10/granzyme B production. How these regulatory T cells (Tregs) migrate/home to specific tissue sites is not understood. In this study, we determined the adhesion protein and chemokine receptor expression pattern on human CD3/CD46-activated peripheral blood CD4(+) T cells. CD3/CD46-activated, but not CD3/CD28-activated, T cells up-regulate the integrin alpha(4)beta(7). The interaction of alpha(4)beta(7) with its ligand mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule 1 (MAdCAM-1) mediates homing or retention of T cells to the intestine. CD3/CD46-activated Tregs adhere to/roll on MAdCAM-1-expressing HeLa cells, similar to T cells isolated from the human lamina propria (LP). This interaction is inhibited by silencing MAdCAM-1 expression in HeLa cells or by the addition of blocking Abs to beta(7). CD46 activation of T cells also induced the expression of the surface-bound cytokine LIGHT and the chemokine receptor CCR9, both marker constitutively expressed by gut LP-resident T cells. In addition, we found that approximately 10% of the CD4(+) T lymphocytes isolated from the LP of patients undergoing bariatric surgery contain T cells that spontaneously secrete a cytokine pattern consistent with that from CD46-activated T cells. These data suggest that CD46-induced Tregs might play a role in intestinal immune homeostasis where they could dampen unwanted effector T cell responses through local IL-10/granzyme B production.  相似文献

The mammary gland (MG) develops new vasculature and is colonized by lymphocytes, primarily T-cells, during pregnancy. In contrast, during lactation it is colonized primarily by IgA-containing B-cells (c-IgA cells). To explain this difference, we analyzed the spatiotemporal relationships between lymphocytes that expressed peripheral or mucosal homing receptors (HR) and the location of their vascular counterreceptors using quantitative immunohistochemical techniques. We observed that the density of beta(7+)/CD3(+) T-cells varied with the amount of the mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1)-stained area. Both increased during pregnancy to peak at delivery, decreased rapidly in early lactation to a steady level in mid- and late lactation, and returned to resting values after weaning. Although 60% of these beta(7+)/CD3(+) T-cells scattered in the epithelium co-expressed alpha(E)beta(7), whereas the remaining 40% in association with blood vessels were alpha(4)beta(7), these results are consistent with a role of MAdCAM-1 in the localization of alpha(4)beta(7+) T-cells. In contrast to T-cells, beta(7+)/c-IgA(+) B plasmablasts (approximately 30% of total c-IgA cells) were located at the alveolar confluence, and their numbers increased in mid- and late lactation when MAdCAM-1 density plateaued. However, both T-and B-cells decreased after weaning. These results show an association between MAdCAM-1 expression level and recruitment of T-cells that does not hold for c-IgA B cells. Inflammatory bowel disease is characterized by the recruitment of lymphocytes to the gut via mucosal vessels. Chemokines are believed to trigger alpha(4)beta(1)- and alpha(4)beta(7)-integrin-mediated adhesion to vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) on mucosal vessels, although the contribution of each pathway and the chemokines involved are not well characterized. These interactions occur under conditions of hemodynamic shear, which is critical in determining how lymphocytes integrate chemokine signals to promote transmigration. To define the role of specific chemokines in mediating lymphocyte adhesion to VCAM-1 and MAdCAM-1, we studied the ability of immobilized chemokines to activate adhesion of human lymphocytes in a flow-based adhesion assay. Adhesion to immobilized MAdCAM-1 was alpha(4)beta(7) dependent, with no contribution from alpha(4)beta(1), whereas alpha(4)beta(1) mediated rolling and static adhesion on VCAM-1. Immobilized CC-chemokine ligand (CCL) 25 and CCL28 were both able to trigger alpha(4)beta(7)-dependent lymphocyte arrest on MAdCAM-1 under shear, highlighting a potential role for these chemokines in the arrest of lymphocytes on postcapillary venules in the gut. Neither had any effect on adhesion to VCAM-1, suggesting that they selectively trigger alpha(4)beta(7)-mediated adhesion. Immobilized CCL21, CCL25, CCL28, and CXC-chemokine ligand (CXCL) 12 all converted rolling adhesion to static arrest on MAdCAM-1 by activating lymphocyte integrins, but only CCL21 and CXCL12 also triggered a motile phenotype characterized by lamelipodia and uropod formation. Thus alpha(4)beta(1)/VCAM-1 and alpha(4)beta(7)/MAdCAM-1 operate independently to support lymphocyte adhesion from flow, and chemokines may act in concert with one chemokine triggering integrin-mediated arrest and a second chemokine promoting motility and transendothelial migration.  相似文献
