从丽江产黄瓜藤甲醇提取物的氯仿部位分离得到9个化合物,经理化和波谱分析鉴定为α-菠甾醇(1)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,3)、豆甾-7-烯-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、22-亚甲基-9,19-环羊毛甾烷-3β-醇(5)、(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-(2′,3′-二羟基二十四烷酰氨基)-10-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(6)、(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2′R)-2-羟基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(7)、(2S,3S,4R,10E)-1-(β-D-葡萄糖苷)-2-[(2′R)-2-羟基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(8)、大豆脑苷(9),除化合物3外,其它化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

Almost an of the solvent-extractable sterols and their nuclearsaturated analogues in a sample of Walvis Bay surface sediment have been analysed by capillary GLC and GC-MS, and by coinjection with a variety of standards. The presence in sediments of 22-trans-24-nor-5α-cholest-22-en-3β-ol, 24-methylene-5α-cholestan-3β-ol, and components tentatively assigned as 23,24-dimethylcholesta-5,22-dien-3β-ol and 23,24-dimethyl-5α-cholest-22-en-3β-ol has been demonstrated for the first time. A novel sterol and its saturated analogue have also been found. The sterol distribution cannot be related solely to the reported major input of phytoplankton; the presence of 22,23-methylene-23,24-dimethylcholest-5-en-3β-ol and its saturated analogue indicates a coelenterate contribution. The analysis emphasises the necessity of glass capillary columns and coinjection of standards.  相似文献

The complex sterol mixture isolated from A, nigra was found to contain a low level of Δ4-3-keto steroids, 5β-stanols and 4α-methyl sterols in addition to regular (4-demethyl) sterols. The following new marine sterols were isolated and identified using MS and 360 MHz NMR: 5β-cholest-22E-en-3β-ol, 24S-methyl-5β-cholest-22E-en-3β-ol, 24-methylene-5β-cholestan-3β-ol, both epimers at C-24 of 4α-methyl-24-ethyl-5α-cholest-22E-en-3β-ol, 4α, 22ξ, 23ξ-(or 24ξ-)trimethyl-5α-cholest-8(14)-en-3β-ol and (22S, 23S, 24S)-4α-24-dimethyl-22, 23-methylene-5α-cholestan-3β-ol. The latter sterol and 23-demethylgorqosterol have opposite configurations at C-22, C-23, and C-24; the Δ8(14) sterol has an unprecedented side chain.  相似文献

Fourteen 4α-methyl sterols have been isolated from the gorgonians Briareum asbestinum, Gorgonia mariae, Muriceopsis flavida and Pseudoplexaura wagenaari, including the following five new sterols: 4α-methyl-24-methylene-5α-cholestan-3β-ol, (24R)-4α, 24-dimethyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-dien-3,β-ol, 4α,24S(or 23ξ)-dimethyl-5α-cholest-7-en-3β-ol, (22E, 24R)-4α,23,24-trimethyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-dien-3β-ol and (24R)-4α,24-dimethyl-5α-cholesta-8(14),22-dien-3β-ol. There is strong evidence that these 4α-methyl sterols are synthesized by the algal (dinoflagellate) symbionts (zooxanthellae) of the gorgonians. It is suggested that analysis of 4Δ-methyl sterol mixtures isolated from a zooxanthellae-bearing invertebrate, collected in several different geographic locations, might give information on the specificity of the symbiotic association between a given animal species and a particular strain of zooxanthellae.  相似文献

5,8α-Epidioxy-(22E)-24-nor-5α-cholesta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (8) has been isolated from the sea pen Virgularia sp. and has been observed as a component of a mixture isolated from the opisthobranch mollusk Adalaria sp. The structure of 8 was deduced from spectroscopic data. A further six sterol peroxides isolated from Adalaria and six from Virgularia were tentatively identified on the basis of spectroscopic analysis of mixtures.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of (10R)-17β-hydroxy-5-methylene-4,10-cyclo-19-nor-4,5-seco-17α -pregn-20-YN-1-one has been determined by X-ray analysis in order to ascertain the configuration at C(10). As observed in most other 17α-pregn-20-yn-17β-ol structures, atom 0(17B) participates as a donor in a hydrogen bond trans to the C(16)-C(17) bond, and there is a short C(21)…0 intermolecular contact.  相似文献

Ergosterol, episterol, 4α-methyl-5α-ergosta-8,24(28)-dien-3β-ol and 24-methylene-24,25-dihydrolanosterol, isolated from Phycomyces blakesleeanus grown in the presence of methionine-[methyl-2H3], each contained two deuterium atoms; lanosterol, however, was unlabelled. The 14C:3H atomic ratio of the following sterols isolated from P. blakesleeanus grown in the presence of mevalonic acid-[2-14C,(4R)-4-3H1], was: ergosterol, 5:3; episterol, 5:4; ergosta-5,7,24(28)-trien-3β-ol, 5:3; 4α-methyl-5α-ergosta-8,24(28)-dien-3β-ol, 5:4; 24-methylene-24,25-dihydrolanosterol, 6:5; lanosterol, 6:5. The significance of these results in terms of ergosterol biosynthesis is discussed.  相似文献

Occelasterol, a new marine C27 sterol, has been isolated from an annelida, Pseudopotamilla occelata and its structure was confirmed as 22-trans-27-nor-(24S)-24-methylcholesta-5, 22-dien-3β-ol (IIa) from the spectral data and by synthesis. Thissterol, the second member of a class of sterols having 27-norergostane-type side chain, had been formerly regarded as 22-cis-cholesta-5, 22-dien-3β-ol (Va). Gas-liquid Chromatographic studies have shown that occelasterol is distributed in various amounts in most of marine invertebrates.  相似文献

The following sterols have been isolated from the fungi, Phycomyces blakesleeanus and Agaricus campestris: ergosterol, lanosterol, 24-methylene-24,25-dihydrolanosterol and episterol. 4,4-Dimethyl-5α-ergosta-8.24(28)-dien-3β-ol and 4α-methyl-5α-ergosta-8,24(28)-dien-3β-ol have been tentatively identified. Evidence for the incorporation of label from l-methionine-[methyl-14C] into some of these sterols in P. blakesleeanus has been obtained. The significance of these sterols in ergosterol biosynthesis is discussed.  相似文献

Two new cyclopropane triterpene glycosides were isolated from the methanol extracts of leaves of Passiflora quadrangularis. On the basis of hydrolysis, spectral evidence and comparison with quadranguloside, these compounds were assigned the structures 9,19-cyclolanosta-22,25-epoxy-3β-21,22(R)-triol-3β-O-gentiobioside and 9,19-cyclolanosta-21,24-epoxy-3β-25,26-triol-3β-O-gentiobioside,respectively. The simple lipids present in ten species of Polyporaceae (Piptororus betulinus, Coriolus pargamenus, C. versicolor, C. heteromorphus, Formitopsis cytisina, F. pinicola, Microporus flabelliformis, Gloephyllum saepiarium, Crytoderma citrinum and Grifola frondosa) were investigated. The fatty acids that these species had in common were C16-saturated acids (except in P. betulinus) and C18-unsaturated acids. Ergosterol and ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol were isolated from these mushrooms. Lupeol was obtained from G. saepiarium. Ergost-7-en-3β-ol, lanosterol and 24-methylene-24,25-dihydrolanosterol were tentatively identified.  相似文献

The carbonyl compound, previously isolated from the stems of Mallotus paniculatus, has been proved to be 29-nor-21αH-hopane-3,22-dione. The light petrol extracts of both the leaves and stems of M. hookerianus have been found to contain friedelin, friedelan- 3β-ol and sitosterol, and the ethanol extract of the former two new triterpene acids, 3-oxours-12-ene-27,28-dioic and 3β,28-dihydroxyurs-12-en-27-oic acids.  相似文献

Several new 4α-methyl sterols with unusual unsaturation in the Δ8(14)-or Δ14-positions, 4α,24S-dimethyl-5α-cholest-8 (14)-en-3β-ol, 4α-methyl-24ξ-ethyl-5α-cholest-8(14)-en-3β-ol, 4α-methyl-24(Z)-ethylidene-5α-cholest-8(14)- en-3β-ol, 4α,23 (or 22),24ξ-trimethyl-5α-cholesta-8(14),22-dien-3β-ol, 4α,24S(or 23ξ)-dimethyl-5α-cholest-14-en-3β-ol and 14-dehydrodinosterol, have been isolated from extracts of the cultured marine dinoflagellates Amphidinium carterae, A. corpulentum and Glenodinium sp. 4α-Methyl-24ξ-ethyl-5α-cholestan-3β-ol was isolated from the steryl ester fraction of Glenodinium sp. The structures of these new sterols are based upon extensive 360 MHz 1H NMR and MS analyses.  相似文献

The saponified ether-soluble extractives of Douglas fir sapwood contained (24R)- 4α,14α,24-trimethyl-9β,19-cyclo-5α-cholestan-3β-ol(24R-cyclocucalanol),a new natural product; 4α,14α-dimethyl-9β,19-cyclo-24-methylene-5α-cholestan-3β- ol (cycloeucalenol); and (24R)-4α,24-dimethyl-5α-cholest-7-en-3β-ol (24R- methyllophenol); this is the first time they have been reported from Douglas fir.  相似文献
