The known alkaloids mauritine-A, mucronine-D, amphibine-H, nummularine-A and -B and the previously undescribed jubanine-A and -B have been isolated from the stem bark of Ziziphus jujuba. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and by chemical degradation reactions.  相似文献

Seven new oxindole alkaloids, gardmutines A–F (1–6) and 18-hydroxy-chitosenine (7), along with 15 known alkaloids, were isolated from the aerial parts of Gardneria multiflora Makino. The structures of the alkaloids were established by spectroscopic methods. Alkaloids 1–6 are the first Gardneria alkaloids possessing a 7S configuration. Gardmutines D and E were cytotoxic to HeLa, MCF-7 breast, and SW-480 colon cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the alkaloidal extract of the roots of Toddalia asiatica led to the isolation of a new seco-benzophenanthridine alkaloid (1) and twelve known alkaloids (213). The new structure was elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis, and the known alkaloids were identified by comparison with the literature. Among these alkaloids, 1 and 57 were reported from the genus Toddalia for the first time. The distribution of the isolated alkaloids at genus/family level was presented via network analysis and their chemotaxonomic significance was also discussed.  相似文献

Three new alkaloids isolated from Lycopodium paniculatum were identified as paniculine (7α-hydroxy-acetyldihydrolycopodine), deacetylpaniculine and anhydrodeacetylpaniculine. Chemical studies on Choisya arizonica, C. mollis, C. ternata, Esenbeckia hartmanii, Hesperethusa crenulata, Eremocitrus glauca, Triphasia trifolia, Coleonema album and Pamburus missionis are described with special reference to the limonoid bitter principles. The distribution of limonoids in the Rutaceae and especarlly the subfamily Aurantioideae is discussed. Two new coumarins, 7-isopentenyloxy-8-isopentenylcoumiain from Choisya arizonica and C. mollis and 2′,3′-dihydroxydihydrosuberosin from Coleonema album have been isolated and their structures determined.  相似文献

Two new benzylisoquinoline alkaloids, namely, hexapetalines A (1) and B (2), along with 11 known alkaloids were isolated from the stems of Artabotrys hexapetalus. The structures of 1 and 2 with their absolute configurations were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparisons with data in the literature. All new compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Alkaloids 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory effects with IC50 values comparable to those of cisplatin.  相似文献

Indole alkaloids, oxytrofalcatins A–F (16), together with five other known alkaloids (711), were isolated from the roots of Oxytropis falcata. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. This is the first report of N-benzoylindoles from a natural source. Compounds 16 lacked significant cytotoxicity against SGC-7901 and HL-60 tumor cell lines.  相似文献

From the bulbs of Crinum pratense, collected at flowering, lycorine, 1,2-diacetyllycorine, ambelline, narcissidine, and three phenanthridone alkaloids, viz. hippadine, pratorinine and anhydrolycorin-7-one, were isolated and characterized on the basis of comprehensive spectral analyses (UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, [α]D) and chemical evidence. Among the phenanthridone alkaloids (1–3, only the natural occurrence of hippadine was previously known. Pratorinine is a new phenanthridone alkaloid and anhydrolycorin-7-one was known before only as a synthetic compound. The physiological significance of hippadine is appraised.  相似文献

Three known (13) and a novel (4) monoterpene indole alkaloids have been isolated from the methanol extract of leaves of Tabernaemontana elegans and their structures were elucidated by a series of spectroscopic experiments, involving NMR, MS, UV, and IR techniques. The isolated monoterpene indole alkaloids along with previously described β-carbolines (57) from the same specimen were studied for their apoptosis induction activity in human hepatoma HuH-7 cells. Methodology for apoptosis induction studies included cell viability assays, nuclear morphology assessments, and general caspase-3-like activity assays. The monoterpene indole alkaloids, tabernaemontanine (1) and vobasine (3) showed the most promising apoptosis induction profile in HuH-7 cells.  相似文献

Ten monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, namely meloyine, 19S-methoxytubotaiwine N4-oxide, 16,19-epoxy-Δ14-vincanol, 14β-hydroxymeloyunine, meloyunine, Δ14-vincamenine N4-oxide, 16β,21β-epoxy-vincadine, 14β,15β-20S-quebrachamine, 3-oxo-voaphylline, 2α,7α-dihydroxy-dihydrovoaphylline, and 32 known alkaloids were isolated from leaves and twigs of Melodinus yunnanensis. Their structures were elucidated based on 1- and 2-D NMR, FTIR, UV, and MS spectroscopic data. Meloyine I showed weak cytotoxic activity against four human cancer cell lines: MCF-7 breast cancer, SMMC-7721 hepatocellular carcinoma, HL-60 myeloid leukemia, and A-549 lung cancer.  相似文献

In our ongoing search for new secondary metabolites from fungi, a basidiomycete fungus Irpex consors was selected for mycochemical investigation, and three new zwitterionic alkaloids (1-3) and five known compounds (4-8) were isolated from the culture broth (16 l) of I. consors. The culture filtrate was fractionated by a series of column chromatography including Diaion HP-20, silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20, Sep-Pak C18 cartridge, medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC), and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) to yield eight compounds (1-8). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by the interpretation of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS). Their antioxidant and antibacterial activities were examined. The zwitterionic structures of three new sesquiterpene alkaloids (1-3) were determined together with five known compounds identified as stereumamide E (4), stereumamide G (5), stereumamide H (6), stereumamide D (7), and sterostrein H (8). This is the first report of the zwitterionic alkaloids in the culture broth of I. consors. Three new zwitterionic alkaloids were named as consoramides A–C (1-3).  相似文献

Seven new prenylated indole alkaloids (17) together with two known compounds (89) were isolated from the stem bark of Hexalobus monopetalus. Their structures were established on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, including HR-MS, 1D and 2D NMR and by comparison of their spectral data with those reported in literature. The new compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity against selected pathogenic bacteria and fungi but showed no activity. The marked presence of prenylated indole alkaloids in Hexalobus and closely related genera makes them useful chemotaxonomic markers.  相似文献

The isolation and structure determination of cyclic peptide alkaloids, discarine-M and discarine-N, along with seven known cyclic peptide alkaloids, adouetine-Y', franganine, frangulanine, discarines-A, -B, -C, and -D from the root bark of Discaria americana are described. Structures were determined spectroscopically, especially using 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. The crude methanol extract, the basic ether extract, and the alkaloids 6 and 7 also weakly inhibited growth of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.  相似文献

Four vobasinyl–ibogan type bisindole alkaloids, ervachinines A–D (14), along with 12 known terpenoid indole alkaloids, were isolated from the whole plant of Ervatamia chinensis. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D NMR, and the absolute configurations of 14 were determined by CD exciton chirality method. All of the compounds were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480. From the stems of Abuta pahni, eight isoquinoline alkaloids were isolated and identified by spectroscopic methods and chemical correlations. Three of the bis-benzylisoquinoline alkaloids are new and were assigned the structures 2′-N-nordaurisoline, 2-N-methyllindoldhamine and 2′-N-methyllindoldhamine. The other known alkaloids were coclaurine, daurisoline, lindoldhamine, dimethyllindoldhamine, stepharine and thalifoline.  相似文献

Phytochemical examination of Corydalis decumbens has afforded two new morphinandienone alkaloids, namely, (-)-pallidine N-oxide (1) and (-)-salutaridine N-oxide (2), together with one known analogue, (-)-pallidine (3), and three known aporphine alkaloids (46). Their structures were elucidated via comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical correlation. This study represents the first isolation of morphinandienone alkaloids from the title plant. All isolates were tested for their activities towards neuronal excitability in primary cultured neocortical neurons.  相似文献

In addition to the known alkaloids kokusaginine, skimmianine, γ-fagarine and a lignan, justicin B, the aerial parts of Haplophyllum buxbaumii afforded three new alkaloids: 4,5,6-trimethoxyfuroquinoline, 4,5,7-trimethoxyfuroquinoline and N-hydroxymethylflindersine.
