The first phytochemical investigation on the vine stems of Millettia dorwardi Coll. et Hemsl led to the isolation of ten flavonoids (isoafrormosin 1, formononetin 2, afrormosin 3, padmakastein 4, liquiritigenin 5, 4H-1-Benzopyran-4-one,7-hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-isoflavone 6, 4H-1-Benzopyran-4-one,7-hydroxy-3-(3-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-6-methoxy 8, 4H-1-Benzopyran-4-one,6-methoxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6,4′-dimethoxyisoflavone 9, irisolidone 10, prunetin 11), one heterocycle (5-5′-dibuthoxy-2-2′-bifuran 7) and one new isoflavone glycoside (4H-1-Benzopyran-4-one,5-hydroxymethyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-β-d-glucopyranoside-isoflavone 12). Their structures were determined by extensive analysis of their spectroscopic data. Among them, compounds 4, 610, 12 were for the first time isolated from this genus. The chemotaxonomic importance of these compounds was also summarized.  相似文献

The trunk wood of an Amazonian Aniba (Lauraceae) species contains, besides dillapiol and the benzodioxane-type neolignan eusiderin, four bicyclo(3.2.1)octanoid neolignans. These comprise representatives of the canellin-type: the known methoxycanellin-A and the novel compounds characterized as (1R, 3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 7R)-1-allyl-4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxy-7-methyl-6-(3′-methoxy-4′, 5′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-8-oxo-bicyclo(3.2.1)octane; (1R, 3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 7R)-1-allyl-4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxy-7-methyl-6-(3′, 4′, 5′-trimethoxyphenyl)-8-oxobicyclo(3.2.1)octane and (1R, 4R, 5R, 6S, 7R, 8S)-1-allyl-4, 8-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-7-methyl-6-(3′-methoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-3-oxobicyclo(3.2.1)octane.  相似文献

The seed of Virola sebifera contains besides the polyketide 1 - (2′,6′ - dihydroxyphenyl) - 11 - henylundecan - 1 - one, four neolignans: (2S, 3S, 4R) - 4 - hydroxy - 2,3 - dimethyl - 5,6 - methylenedioxy - 4 - piperonyl - 1 - tetralone and its 2-epimer, as well as (2R, 3R, 4S) - 4 - hydroxy - 6,7 - dimethoxy - 2,3 - dimethyl 4 - piperonyl - 1 - tetralone and its (2R, 3S, 4R) - dehydroxy analogue.  相似文献

Further investigations on the petrol extract of Piper clusii have afforded four more new lignans.These are 2S,3R,4R,2-ethoxy-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)methyl 4-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl) methyl tetrahydrofuranol; 3R,4R,bis-3,4-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) methyl tetrahydrofuran-2-one; 2R,3R,2-(7-methoxy-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl) methyl 3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)methyl butan-1,4-diol and 2R,3R,2-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)methyl 3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) methyl butan-1,4-diol. Six more lignans have been isolated from the hot petrol extract of Piper cubeba fruits. Of these, three compounds which have been isolated from a natural source for the first time were characterized as (2R,3R)-2-(5″-methoxy-3″,4″-methylenedi [(−)-cubebinone], (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″-methylenedioxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′,5′-trimethoxybenzyl)butyrolactone [(−)-isoyatein] and (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″,5″-trimethoxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′-dimethoxybenzyl)butyrolactone [(−)-di-O-methyl thujaplicatin methyl ether, i.e. (−)-thujaplicatin trimethyl ether]. The other three compounds were identified as (−)-yatein, (−)-cubebininolide and (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″-methylenedioxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′-dimethoxybenzyl) butyrolactone.  相似文献

Fractionation of dichloromethane extracts from the leaves of Piper heterophyllum and P. aduncum afforded three prenylated hydroxybenzoic acids, 3-[(2E,6E,10E)-11-carboxy-3,7,15-trimethyl-2,6,10,14-hexadecatetraenyl)-4,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 3-[(2E,6E,10E)-11-carboxy-13-hydroxy-3,7,15-trimethyl-2,6,10,14-hexadecatetraenyl]-4,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid and 3-[(2E,6E,10E)-11-carboxy-14-hydroxy-3,7,15-trimethyl-2,6,10,15-hexadecatetraenyl]-4,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, along with the known compounds, 4,5-dihydroxy-3-(E,E,E-11-formyl-3,7,15-trimethyl-hexadeca-2,6,10,14-tetraenyl)benzoic acid (arieianal), 3,4-dihydroxy-5-(E,E,E-3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-hexadeca-2,6,10,14-tetraenyl)benzoic acid, 4-hydroxy-3-(E,E,E-3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-hexadeca-2,6,10,14-tetraenyl)benzoic acid, 3-(3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl)-4-methoxy-benzoic acid, 4-hydroxy-3-(3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl)benzoic acid and 4-hydroxy-3-(3-methyl-1-oxo-2-butenyl)-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)benzoic acid. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, including homo- and heteronuclear correlation NMR experiments (COSY, HSQC and HMBC) and comparison with data reported in the literature. Riguera ester reactions and optical rotation measurements established the compounds as racemates. The antiparasitic activity of the compounds were tested against three strains of Leishmania spp., Trypanosoma cruzi and Plasmodium falciparum. The results showed that 3-(3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl)-4-methoxy-benzoic acid exhibited potent and selective activity against L. braziliensis (IC50 6.5 μg/ml), higher that pentamidine used as control. Moreover, 3-[(2E,6E,10E)-11-carboxy-3,7,15-trimethyl- 2,6,10,14-hexadecatetraenyl)-4,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid and 4-hydroxy-3-(3-methyl-1-oxo-2-butenyl)-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)benzoic acid showed moderate antiplasmodial (IC50 3.2 μg/ml) and trypanocidal (16.5 μg/ml) activities, respectively.  相似文献

Two new isodrimene sesquiterpene derivatives, 2(S)-hydroxyalbicanol (1, =(2S,4aS,8S,8aS)-8-(hydroxymethyl)-4,4,8a-trimethyl-7-methylenedecahydronaphthalen-2-ol) and 2(S)-hydroxyalbicanol 11-acetate (2, =((1S,4aS,7S,8aS)-7-hydroxy-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-methylenedecahydronaphthalen-1-yl)methyl acetate) were isolated from the culture broth of the fungus Polyporus arcularius, together with two phenylpropanediols, (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-1-phenyl-1,2-dihydroxypropane (3, 4). Compound 3 is reported as a naturally occurring compound for the first time. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 exhibited growth inhibition of lettuce seedlings with IC50 values of 1.3 mM to hypocotyl and 1.7 mM to radicle.  相似文献

Three new compounds, 4-{erythro-2-[3-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-propan-1-ol]}-O-medioresinol (1), (7⿳E,9⿳E,1⿳R*,3⿳S*,5⿳R*,6⿳S*)-5-O-caffeoyl-3-O-dihydrophaseicoylquinic acid (2), and (7⿳E,9⿳E,1⿳R*,3⿳S*,5⿳R*,6⿳S*)-5-O-caffeoyl-4-O-dihydrophaseicoylquinic acid (3), were isolated from Chinese folk herb Erycibe obtusifolia together with six known compounds (4⿿9). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of comparisons of literatures and extensive spectroscopic analysis, including UV, IR, HRMS, and 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Further, the cytotoxicities of these compounds were evaluated against five cell lines (HCT-8, Bel-7402, BGC-823, A549, and A2780), but they were inactive against these tumor cell lines (IC50 > 10 μmol/L).  相似文献

Fourteen 4α-methyl sterols have been isolated from the gorgonians Briareum asbestinum, Gorgonia mariae, Muriceopsis flavida and Pseudoplexaura wagenaari, including the following five new sterols: 4α-methyl-24-methylene-5α-cholestan-3β-ol, (24R)-4α, 24-dimethyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-dien-3,β-ol, 4α,24S(or 23ξ)-dimethyl-5α-cholest-7-en-3β-ol, (22E, 24R)-4α,23,24-trimethyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-dien-3β-ol and (24R)-4α,24-dimethyl-5α-cholesta-8(14),22-dien-3β-ol. There is strong evidence that these 4α-methyl sterols are synthesized by the algal (dinoflagellate) symbionts (zooxanthellae) of the gorgonians. It is suggested that analysis of 4Δ-methyl sterol mixtures isolated from a zooxanthellae-bearing invertebrate, collected in several different geographic locations, might give information on the specificity of the symbiotic association between a given animal species and a particular strain of zooxanthellae.  相似文献

(Smilacaceae), 11 compounds, (2R,3R)-2″-acetyl astilbin, (2R,3R)-3″-acetyl astilbin, (2R,3R)-4″-acetyl astilbin, (2R,3R)-3″-acetyl engeletin, (2R,3S)-4″-acetyl isoastilbin, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-3,5-dihydroxy-10-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-(2R,3R,10R)-2H,8H-benzo [1,2-b:3,4-b′] dipyran-8-one, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-3,5-dihydroxy-10-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-(2R,3R,10S)-2H, 8H-benzo [1,2-b:3,4-b′] dipyran-8-one, 3,4-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5-[(1E)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethenyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 3,4-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-(3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-5-[(1E)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethenyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 3,4-dihydro-7-hydroxy-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-[(1E)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethenyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, and 5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-3-phenylcoumarin along with 34 known compounds were isolated and characterized as 19 flavonoids, 14 catechin derivatives, 6 stilbene derivatives, and 6 miscellaneous substances. All isolates had their estrogenic and anti-estrogenic activities determined using the estrogen-responsive human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and T47D. The major constituents were recognized as flavanonol rhamnosides by the suppressive effect on estradiol induced cell proliferation at a concentration of 1 μM. Meanwhile, flavanonol rhamnoside acetates demonstrated estrogenic activity in both MCF-7 and T47D cells at a concentration of 100 μM, and they enhanced the effects of co-treated E2 on T47D cell proliferation at concentrations of more than 0.1 μM.  相似文献

Isotopic labeling of the C-6 of a model glycosphingolipid (2S, 3R, 4E)-2-(1-adamantanacetamido)-3-hydroxy-4-octadecenyl-β-d-galactopyranoside, GalCAda, is described. Oxidation of (2S, 3R, 4E)-2-(1-adamantanacetamido)-3-(benzoyloxy)-4-octadecenyl-2,3,4-tri-O-benzoyl-β-d-galactopyranoside with o-iodoxybenzoic acid gave the dialdoside derivative in good yield. Reduction of the dialdoside with sodium borodeuteride gave the deuterium labeled d-GalCAda, with a cumulative yield of 35%.  相似文献
