Twelve pyramidatins, i.e., dibenzocyclooctadiene-type lignans, together with Machilin G, were isolated from the dichloromethane extracts of aerial material of Talauma gloriensis, Magnolia fraseri, and Magnolia pyramidata (Magnoliaceae). These lignans contain a highly oxidized 7,9′-epoxy-2,2′-cyclolignane skeleton. Their structures were established using NMR spectroscopy (1D and 2D experiments) and mass spectrometry. The absolute configurations of five pairs of atropisomers (Sa/Ra-pyramidatins) and two single atropisomers (Sa-pyramidatins) were determined by experimental and calculated circular dichroism (CD). In addition, the absolute configuration of (Sa)-3,3′,4,4′,5,5′-hexamethoxypyramidatin was confirmed using X-ray crystallography.Five pyramidatins, (Ra)-3,3′,4,4′,5,5′-hexamethoxypyramidatin, (Ra)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,5:4′,5′-bis(methylenedioxy)pyramidatin, (Sa)-3,3′,4,5′-tetramethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxypyramidatin, (Ra)-3,3′,4,5′-tetramethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxypyramidatin, and (Ra)-3,3′,4,5-tetramethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxypyramidatin are reported herein for the first time. In the current dataset, NMR values are in accordance with the observed and calculated CD values. These values are herein reported with particular reference to previously described data of pyramidatins, which have to be revised.  相似文献

A previous report disclosed the presence of benzodioxan and bicyclo[3.2.1]octanoid neolignans in the benzene extract of the trunk wood of an Amazonian Aniba (Lauraceae) species. The chloroform extract of the same material contains additionally two new benzodioxan neolignans [rel-(7S,8R)-Δ8′-7-hydroxy-3,4,5,5′-tetramethoxy-7.0.3′,8.0.4′-neolignan; rel-(7R,8R)-Δ7′-3,4,5,5′-tetramethoxy-9′-oxo-7.0.3′,8.0.4′-neolignan], two new bicyclo[3.2.1]-octanoid neolignans [(7R,8S,1′S,2′S,3′S,4′R)-Δ8′-2′,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-hexahydro-5′-oxo-7.3′,8.1′-neolignan; (7R,8S,1′R,2′S,3′S)-Δ8′-2′-hydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-4′-oxo-7.3′,8.1′-neolignan] and a hydrobenzofuranoid neolignan [(7S,8R,1′S,5′S)-Δ8′-3,3′,5′-tri-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,4′,5′,6′-tetrahydro-4′-oxo-7.0.2′,8.1-neolignan].  相似文献

The stem bark of Ocotea veraguensis has yielded nine neolignans of which five appear to be novel. An investigation of the aerial parts of Gutierrezia dracunculoides afforded, in addition to known compounds, three new labdane derivatives, all related to lambertianic acid, 17-hydroxy- and 17-acetoxylambertianic acid and 7α- hydroxylambertianic acid, two esterified and three highly oxygenated flavones, 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy- flavone-4′-O- [2-methylbutyrate] and isovalerate, 3′,5′-dihydroxy-3,5,6,7,8,4′-hexamethoxyflavone, 5,3′,5′-trihydroxy- 3,6,7,8,4′-pentamethoxyflavone and 5,7,3′,5′-tetrahydroxy-3,6,8,4′-tetramethoxyflavone. The trunk wood of Licaria chrysophylla contains rel-(7S, 8R, 1′S, 5′S)-Δ8′-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxy-1′,4′,5′,6′- tetrahydro-4′-oxo-7.1′,8.0.2′-neolignan (chrysophyllin A), which differs from all other known benzofuranoid neolignans by showing 7.1′ (rather than 8.1′) and 8.0.2′ (rather than 7.0.2′) linkages between the propenylphenol and allylphenol derived moieties.  相似文献

Droplet counter-current chromatographic separation and subsequent TLC demonstrated the existence of at least 14 phenolics in the leaves of Spinacia oleracea. Three have now been isolated and identified, respectively, as the 4′-glucuronides of 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3,6,3′-trimethoxyflavone (jaceidin), 5,3′,4′-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-6:7-methylene-dioxyflavone and 5,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-6:7-methylenedioxyflavone.  相似文献

The chirality of eschscholtzxanthin (all-trans (3S,3′S)-4′,5′-didehydro-4,5′-retro-β,βcarotene-3,3′-diol) at 3,3′ was assigned from the CD correlation of the natural material and the semi-synthetic carotenoid prepared by (NBS-dehydrogenation of natural zeaxanthin ((3R,3′R)-β,β-carotene-3,3′-diol). The δ6(6′)-trans configuration followed from 1H NMR evidence, including nuclear Overhauser experiments with rhodoxanthin, retrodehydro-carotene (4′,5′-didehydro-4,5′-retro-β,β-carotene) and smaller retro model compounds revealing a general preference for the δ6-trans configuration in retro compounds. Twenty-two known compounds were isolated from the 95% alcohol extract of the fruits of Illicium simonsii Maxim, including seven sesquiterpenoids (1622) and fifteen lignans (115). In the present research, compounds 3 ((7S,8R,8′S)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′,9-trihydroxy-7,9′-epoxylignan-7′-one), 4 ((−)-(7′S,8S,8′R)-4,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethoxy-7′,9-epoxylignan-9′-ol-7-one), 5 ((+)-8-hydroxypinoresinol), 6 ((+)-8-hydroxymedioresinol), 8 ((2R,3R)-2β-(4″-hydroxy-3″-methoxybenzyl)-3α-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxybenzyl)-γ-butyrolactone 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranoside), 12 ((+)-8-methoxyisolariciresinol), 13 (α-conidendrin), 14 (boehmenan) and 15 (7R,8R,7′E-7′,8′-didehydro-4,7,9,9′- tetrahydroxy-3-methoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan) were reported from the Illicium genus for the first time, and compounds 1 (simulanol), 7 ((+)-secoisolariciresinol monoglucoside), 10 ((+)-9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl lyoniresinol), 11 ((+)-isolariciresinol), 18 (neoanisatin), 19 (veranisatin A), 20 (4,5-d2-8′-oxo-dihydrophaseic acid) and 22 (Oligandrumin A) were firstly isolated from the plant. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献
