采用叶片的反射光谱测量来研究西红柿的光生态。西红柿叶片在450nm处、680nm处各有一条带宽为120nm的吸收带,这说明蓝、红光能够促进西红柿的生长。往聚乙烯树脂中添加荧光助剂、着色剂模拟西红柿作用光谱制成农膜。用这种农膜苫盖温室大棚进行西红柿生产。通过产量调查来进一步认证西红柿的光生态。  相似文献

Manganese deficiency of green plants is known to affect preferentially the activity of the oxygen evolving system in the photosynthetic apparatus. Our studies showed that the time needed to reactivate photosynthesis in Mn-deficient algae varies with each culture, and is often very short when Mn is added not before illumination but during the light period. The recent finding by Cheniae and Martin that the reactivation requires light, is confirmed. The plain incorporation of 54Mn into deficient algae as distinguished from reactivation was barely affected by light, yet was inhibited by uncouplers of phosphorylation. Higher plants responded to manganese deficiency either by adjusting the number of chloroplasts per cell to the limited Mn supply, or by forming disorganized chloroplasts with low chlorophyll content. These 2 types of responses produced chlorotic plants which had either a few photosynthetically active or many disabled chloroplasts. Photosystem I mediated photophosphorylation turned out to be much more sensitive to manganese deficiency than the system I dependent photoreduction of NADP+.  相似文献

Summary The innervation of the endometrium of rabbit, rat, mink, mongoose and pig has been investigated electron microscopically. Large bundles of nerve fibers can be observed in the connective tissue spaces within the basal layer of the endometrium. Unmyelinated nerve fibers enter the lamina functionalis, terminal nerve fibers penetrate the basal lamina and make contact with the glandular and the cavum epithelial cells. The terminal axons contain abundant synaptic vesicles, dense core vesicles and mitochondria. Soybean polysaccharides were fractionated by using water, ammonium oxalate, and 0.2, 5, and 15%, sodium hydroxide solutions as successive extracting agents. Fucose, rhamnose, xylose, arabinose, galactose, and galacturonic acid were identified in hemicelluloses purified through copper-complex formation by paper and column chromatographics and crystalline derivatives.  相似文献

Investigation on the changes of inosinic acid and its related substances in meats (chickens and pigs) revealed that the pathway of the formation and degradation of inosinic acid in meats was as follows: ATP→ADP→AMP→IMP→Inosine→Hypoxanthine. Kori-tofu was stored under RH 95% at 60°C and the changes of its nitrogenous compounds in the course of browning were examined. The water-soluble and 10% TCA-soluble fractions prepared from the ether extraction residue of Kori-tofu were analyzed. The nitrogen content of water-soluble fraction temporarily decreased and then increased gradually in the course of browning, while that of 10% TCA-soluble fraction increased gradually during the browning process. Amino acid analyses of 10% TCA-soluble fraction and its hydrolyzate revealed that no free amino acid was detected in unbrowned Kori-tofu, whereas in browned Kori-tofu occurred peptides, ammonia and free amino acids such as aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, glycine and alanine.

Free amino acids similar to those detected in browned Kori-tofu occurred in the model system consisting of lysozyme and methyl linoleate, crotonaldehyde, glyoxal, methyl-glyoxal and also the brown substance prepared from glycine and methyl linoleate during storage. The formation mechanism of free amino acids from proteins was discussed.  相似文献
