大亚湾近代沉积物中甲藻孢囊的垂直分布   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:8  
用TFO采泥器于 2 0 0 1年 8月采集了大亚湾大鹏澳海域 6个采样点 8— 18cm柱状沉积物样品 ,分层研究了甲藻孢囊在该海域表层沉积物中的垂直分布。在 35个沉积物样品中共分析鉴定出甲藻孢囊 4 8种 ,其中自养型 2 0种 ,异养型 2 8种 ,优势种类为锥状斯氏藻。每个样品中所分析鉴定的孢囊种类数为 12— 2 9种 ,孢囊的香农—威弗种类多样性指数 (Shannon WeaverDiversityIndex,H′)为 0 6 1— 4 13,并且在 2— 4cm层次处 ,随深度的增加 ,两者均有一个明显上升趋势。除鱼类养殖区的上表层较高外 ,孢囊丰度大多为 10 0 0— 2 0 0 0cysts/gDWt,最高为 2 38× 10 4cysts/gDWt。亚历山大藻孢囊分布广泛且密度较高 ,最高丰度为 5 0 3cysts/gDWt,同时表层沉积物中高密度的亚历山大藻孢囊为该藻赤潮的发生提供了丰富的种源 ,而且也是该海域贝类体内冬季PSP毒素积累及高含量的重要原因。  相似文献

甲藻孢囊在长江口海域表层沉积物中的分布   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
为了了解长江口海域赤潮爆发潜势,于2002年4月至5月用采泥器采集了位于122°~123.5°E、29°~32°N之间12个站位的表层沉积物,分析沉积物中甲藻孢囊的分布.共分析鉴定出孢囊类型29种,其中自养型11种,异养型18种.每个站位的孢囊种类在10~21之间,孢囊密度为11.7~587孢囊·g-1干泥之间.远岸海域孢囊种类较为丰富,密度也较高.在调查区域内,孢囊密度及种类自西向东、自北向南逐渐增加.亚历山大藻孢囊分布广泛,最高密度为40.4孢囊·g-1干泥,其他赤潮种类的孢囊如链状裸甲藻、多边舌甲藻、锥状斯氏藻、科夫多沟藻和无纹多沟藻等都在长江口海域有分布.  相似文献

2007年10月,在大连长山群岛海域采集了25个站点的表层沉积物,研究了甲藻孢囊的水平分布。在沉积物样品中共检测出甲藻孢囊46种,其中Pentaphasodinium daleiWarowia rosea,在我国是首次报道。各站位孢囊种类数在7-20之间,平均14种;丰度在182-2960 个/g干重之间,平均为1201 个/g干重。香农-威纳指数(H')的变化范围为2.4-3.4。麻痹性贝毒藻--亚历山大藻的孢囊在调查海域分布广泛,最高密度达829个/g干重,可能是造成该海域虾夷扇贝贝毒超标的原因之一。  相似文献

于2006年12月23日至2007年2月3日,采集长江口海域(121° ~127°E, 30°~32.5°N)19个站位0~10cm的底泥样品,根据孢囊的形态特征共鉴定出分属5大类的27种甲藻孢囊类型.其中自养型孢囊10种,异养型孢囊17种,9种为国内首次报道,它们是Scrippsiella sp.、Scrippsiella crystallina、Pentapharsodinium tyrrhenicum、Scrippsiella sp.1、Scrippsiella sp.2、Cochlodinium sp.cf.Geminatum、 P.sp.1、P.sp.2 和Gotoius abei,并发现了Alexandrium tamarense/A.catenella complex、 A.minutum/A.affine complex两种有毒种,Polykrikos kofoidii、Gonyaulax spinifera complex (Spiniferites mirabilis*)和Gonyaulax spinifera complex (Spiniferites cf.ramosus*)3种有害种.各站位孢囊物种数在1~15种之间,M4-13和N11-4最低,O7-6最高,且种类组成上基本以异养型甲藻孢囊为主.在长江口、苏北、杭州湾、舟山海域、外海海域分别鉴定出15、15、12、15、13种甲藻孢囊类型.对每种孢囊的分类学特征和分布情况进行了详细的描述,丰富了长江口海域甲藻孢囊种类记录,对研究该海区的甲藻群落结构及其目标赤潮生物的种群动力学具有重要意义.  相似文献

广东大亚湾甲藻孢囊及其与锥状斯氏藻赤潮的关系   总被引:12,自引:4,他引:12  
1999年12月至2001年1月,在大亚湾澳头海域用沉积物捕捉器(Sediment trap)及TFO重力采泥器对甲藻孢囊进行每月一次的周年监测,并同时研究了浮游植物的季节变化.结果显示,晚秋孢囊形成率最高(3.48105 cysts/m2d),冬季形成率较低,年平均为1.28105 cysts/m2d.锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)是大亚湾沉积物孢囊中的绝对优势种,除个别季节外,其形成率一般占孢囊总形成率的50%以上.2000年8月至9月,该海域发生了一次较大规模的锥状斯氏藻赤潮,最高细胞密度达4.0104 cells/mL.赤潮中后期,锥状斯氏藻孢囊包括暂时性孢囊和休眠孢囊大量形成,孢囊的形成减少了水体中营养细胞数量,是赤潮消退原因之一.    相似文献

孢囊在甲藻的生活史中发挥重要作用,福建省九龙江从2009年起,暴发多次拟多甲藻水华事件。采用显微镜观察和单细胞PCR技术,对九龙江西陂库区2012—2013年不同月份沉积物中的甲藻孢囊进行种属判定,并对甲藻孢囊的分布及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明,西陂库区沉积物中的甲藻孢囊主要为拟多甲藻属,约占80%,其次为裸甲藻属,发现了2009年水华的优势种佩式拟多甲藻(Peridiniopsis penardii)孢囊。库区沉积物中甲藻孢囊的丰度在(13.7±1.2)—(105.2±8.3)个/g干重之间。多元相关分析结果显示甲藻孢囊的丰度与含水率呈现显著正相关性(P0.05),反映了甲藻孢囊沿水流方向逐渐积累。本研究结果填补了国内水库甲藻孢囊鉴定和萌发的研究空白,为九龙江甲藻水华的防治提供科学参考。  相似文献

在实验室研究了锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiellatrochoidea)在N、P单因子营养限制(N:500μg.L-1,P:74~0.74μg.L-1和P:74μg.L-1,N:500~5μg.L-1)条件下的生长和孢囊形成。结果显示N、P限制不利于锥状斯氏藻的快速生长,其中低P对细胞生长的限制作用更显著。其孢囊形成率在15~99%之间,中度N限制能促进孢囊的形成,形成率几乎可达100%。孢囊一般在对数生长期结束、细胞数量达到最大值时开始形成。但由于接种后营养盐浓度的急剧降低,营养极度限制组孢囊可在接种后第1d就开始形成。结果显示稳定生长期孢囊的大量形成大大降低了锥状斯氏藻营养细胞数量,能在一定程度上促进其赤潮的消亡。  相似文献

甲藻及其它赤潮生物孢囊被认为是赤潮发生的种源,其分布特征是赤潮发生预测的重要依据。本研究对南海大鹏湾赤潮发生密集海区底泥进行了采集分析。在调查的12个站位中,共发现甲藻抱囊29种,针抱藻抱囊1种,其中以锥状斯氏藻(ScriPPsiellatrochoidea)为最优势种,多边膝沟藻(GonyaulaxPolyedra)、褐色原多甲藻(ProtoPerdiniumavellana)和塔马亚历山大藻(Alexandriumtamarense)为优势种。抱囊的水平分布以水深最深的S2和水流最缓的S4两站位抱囊的种类、数量最为丰富,且两站位的营养盐含量高于其他站位。对抱囊的垂直分布的调查显示,大多数生活抱囊集中于NP和活性磷酸盐丰富的0-5cm底泥中,5cm以下抱囊数量骤减。根据样品中各类抱囊的比例与分布特征,对大鹏湾水域抱囊形成、沉降、水底运动和分布机制进行了推测。  相似文献

于2004年4月初,采集长江口(E122°~123°30',N29°~32°)10个站点0~15cm底泥样品,研究甲藻孢囊在这10个站点的水平和垂直分布情况。在30个样品中共鉴定出6大类24种甲藻孢囊。孢囊组成以异养型原多甲藻类孢囊为主,有13种,平均密度为157cysts·g-1DW,为调查海域的最优势种群。两种产麻痹性贝类毒素(Paralytic shellfish poisoning,PSP)的孢囊,塔玛亚历山大藻和链状裸甲藻,在海区分布广泛但数量较低。10个站点甲藻孢囊的种类数在11~18种之间,平均密度为189~846cysts·g-1DW,在远离河口的D6站点有一个明显的最高峰,位于最北部的D1站点孢囊密度最低。与其它海湾相比,属于孢囊密度较低的海区。Shannon-Weaver生物多样性指数(H')变化范围在2.57~3.27之间。甲藻孢囊的密度分布与生物多样性相关系数r=-0.72。3个不同深度的甲藻孢囊密度分别为351cysts·g-1DW、412cysts·g-1DW、432cysts·g-1DW;生物多样性指数分别为3.22、2.95、2.98。  相似文献

分析了2006—2007年冬季长江口海域(121°-127°E,30°-32.5°N)19个站位0-10cm沉积物中的甲藻孢囊,共检出27种甲藻孢囊类型,其中自养型10种,异养型17种,异养型孢囊数量比为0.70。各站位孢囊种数在1-15种之间,孢囊平均密度在干重0.7-89.0个/g之间。表层(0-3cm)、中层(3-5cm)和底层(5-10cm)之间孢囊组成差异不大,大多以原多甲藻类孢囊为主要优势种,孢囊密度表层大于中层,中层大于底层的分布趋势;在经度方向上,孢囊平均密度在近岸逐渐增高,到站位M4-13突然降到最低,然后再逐渐增高。与其它海湾相比,长江口属于孢囊密度较低的海域。亚历山大藻分布广泛但数量较低,最高密度为干重40.8个/g,其他种类如Polykrikos kofoidii、Gonyaulax spiniferacomplex(Spiniferites mirabilis)和G.spiniferacomplex(S.cf.ramosus)都在长江口海域有分布。沉积物类型是影响孢囊数量分布的重要因素,水深、温度、盐度与孢囊分布呈正相关性,溶解氧与孢囊分布呈负相关性。孢囊的分布格局对河口的富营养化与低氧区具有良好的指示意义。  相似文献

Nine sediment cores of 8–26 cm in length were collected from two basins of Daya Bay, the South China Sea, by Tokyo University Fisheries Oceanography Laboratory core sampler in August 2001 to investigate the distribution of dinoflagellate resting cysts. In the present study, 51 different cyst morphotypes representing 22 genera were identified from 65 sediment samples. Among them, there were 21 autotrophic species and 30 heterotrophic ones. Cyst species richness in each sample varied from 12 to 29, while the values of Shannon‐Weaver diversity index (H′) were between 0.15 and 4.13. There were an obvious increase in both species richness and values of H′in 2–6 cm sediments. Cyst concentrations varied from 154 to 113 483 cysts per gram dry weight sediment, and were much higher in upper sediments. Scrippsiella trochoidea was the most dominant cyst type, which took up over 90% of cyst assemblages in the upper sediments. The abrupt increase of S. trochoidea cysts in the surface sediments reflected the bloom of this species in Daya Bay in 2000. The results from cyst assemblages showed some trend of changes in water quality in this area, and indicated a typical type of pollution caused by cultural eutrophication, which started in the 1980s and greatly accelerated in the middle of 1990s. Cysts of Alexandrium, mainly those of Alexandrium catenella and Alexandrium tamarense complex, occurred frequently and abundantly in this area, with the highest concentration and relative frequency of 503 cysts per gram dry weight sediment and 22.3%, respectively. The high abundance of Alexandrium cysts provided rich ‘seed bed’ for Alexandrium blooms and was also an important source of paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins, especially in winter.  相似文献

In order to understand the distribution of dinoflagellate cysts, surface sediments were collected from 15 stations in Changjiang River Estuary from 122°E to 123.5°E and from 29°N to 32°N in four cruises from May 2002 to February 2003. In the present study, 38 different cyst morphotypes representing 21 genera and 6 groups were identified, while 1 type was not identified into genus level. Species number and cell density of dinoflagellate cysts ranged from 10 to 25 species and from 12 to 587 per gram of dry weight, respectively. There were no obvious differences in cyst composition and density among seasons. However, the highest cyst species number and density were recorded in summer and winter, respectively. Cysts of heterotrophic dinoflagellates, which held 55.7% of the overall cyst density averagely, dominated cyst assemblages. Cyst density and species number increased from the west to the east, from the north to the south within the study area. Cysts of toxic dinoflagellates Alexandrium cat‐enella and Alexandrium tamarense complex distributed widely and were observed in almost all stations, with the maximum cell density of 81 per gram of dry weight.  相似文献

锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)是南海大亚湾海域优势甲藻。为了解该藻孢囊形成和萌发动态及其对营养细胞种群动态的影响,2001年1月-2002年1月在大亚湾澳头海域用沉积物捕捉器及TFO重力采泥器对其孢囊进行每月一次的周年监测,同时对浮游植物、水温、盐度、溶解氧等也进行了监测。孢囊形成和萌发分别以沉积物捕捉器中的孢囊形成率以及上表层沉积物中空孢囊的百分比来表示。钙质孢囊和非钙质孢囊年平均形成率分别为1.11×104 cysts m-2d-1和2.13×105 cysts m-2d-1。前者在冬季大量形成,而后者在夏季形成较多。孢囊多在春秋季节萌发,夏季萌发较少,而冬季几乎不萌发。在5月份和10月份营养细胞数量峰形成前,孢囊的萌发出现了高峰,而表层沉积物中的孢囊数量及孢囊形成率则在营养细胞数量峰后大幅度上升。由此可见,大亚湾沉积物中该藻孢囊的萌发给水体提供了丰富的营养细胞,反之水体中高密度营养细胞又促使孢囊的大量形成,从而造成了锥状斯氏藻赤潮在大亚湾海域接连发生。  相似文献

The distribution of calcareous dinoflagellate cysts in surface sediments from the Mediterranean Sea was quantitatively analysed. The samples contain 11 cyst species and the vegetative coccoid Thoracosphaera heimii. Cyst abundance increases towards the deeper parts of the basins and is generally higher in the eastern Mediterranean Sea. Three major distribution characteristics exist: (1) different assemblages in oceanic and neritic regions, (2) little agreement with the associations of areas studied so far like the Atlantic Ocean, and (3) a unique oceanic assemblage in the eastern Mediterranean Sea. A gradual change in cyst assemblages from the western to the eastern Mediterranean Sea was observed and statistically compared with the main environmental gradients in the upper water column. Temperature, nitrate concentration and possibly salinity appear to be the most important factors controlling cyst production. Three groups containing cysts with similar environmental preferences can be distinguished: (1) an eastern Mediterranean group related to relatively high temperature and salinity but low nitrate concentration, (2) a group of more or less consistently abundant cosmopolitan species tolerating or even preferring relatively low temperature and salinity but high nitrate concentration, and (3) a group containing species that are possibly adapted to neritic environments and have probably been transported from coastal areas into the studied regions. In contrast to other calcareous plankton, calcareous dinoflagellate cysts correlate strongly with the main environmental gradients in the Mediterranean Sea, bearing a high potential for palaeoenvironmental reconstructions.  相似文献

The vertical distribution of Alexandrium tamarense/ catenella (hereinafter Alexandrium spp.) cysts was investigated with special attention to living cysts filled with fresh protoplasm and empty cysts. In addition, based on the incubation experiments of Alexandrium spp. cysts, the germination ability of the cysts was examined. A sediment core 63 cm in length, collected from Kure Bay of the Seto Inland Sea, West Japan, in September 2000, was provided for an analysis on the vertical distribution of Alexandrium spp. cysts. Samples from every 1 cm interval depth from the top down to 13 cm depth of the same core were taken to examine the germination ability of the cysts. Results show that Alexandrium spp. cysts were continuously observed from 59 to 60 cm depth to the top. The cyst densities in the upper parts of the core (from 9 to 10 cm depth to the top) were much more abundant those that in the lower parts (below 10–11 cm depth). The relationship between living and empty cysts in each depth did not reveal a positive correlation with the sediment depth. Based on the sedimentation rate of the core sediment (approximately 1.6 cm/year), Alexandrium spp. cysts have been produced since 1962, and a remarkable increase of these cysts was observed from ca 1993. Such a rapid increase of Alexandrium spp. cysts has probably been as a result of dense blooms of A. tamarense occurring since 1992 in Hiroshima Bay, including Kure Bay. The germination of Alexandrium spp. cysts was observed in samples collected from the top to 12–13 cm depth of the core. It suggests that the Alexandrium spp. cysts can keep the germination ability for more than 8 years.  相似文献

Dinoflagellates constitute a large proportion of the planktonic biomass from marine to freshwater environments. Some species produce a preservable organic‐walled resting cyst (dinocyst) during the sexual phase of their life cycle that is an important link between the organisms, the environment in which their parent motile theca grew, and the sedimentary record. Despite their abundance and widespread usage as proxy indicators for environmental conditions, there is a lack of knowledge regarding the dinocyst wall chemical composition. It is likely that numerous factors, including phylogeny and life strategy, determine the cyst wall chemistry. However, the extent to which this composition varies based on inherent (phylogenetic) or variable (ecological) factors has not been studied. To address this, we used micro‐Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to analyze nine cyst species produced by either phototrophic or heterotrophic dinoflagellates from the extant orders Gonyaulacales, Gymnodiniales, and Peridiniales. Based on the presence of characteristic functional groups, two significantly different cyst wall compositions are observed that correspond to the dinoflagellate's nutritional strategy. The dinocyst wall compositions analyzed appeared carbohydrate‐based, but the cyst wall produced by phototrophic dinoflagellates suggested a cellulose‐like glucan, while heterotrophic forms produced a nitrogen‐rich glycan. This constitutes the first empirical evidence nutritional strategy is related to different dinocyst wall chemistries. Our results indicated phylogeny was less important for predicting composition than the nutritional strategy of the dinoflagellate, suggesting potential for cyst wall chemistry to infer past nutritional strategies of extinct taxa preserved in the sedimentary record.  相似文献

稳态转换作为滨海生态系统的一种灾变现象,其过程伴随着生态系统质量下降和功能退化。深圳湾位于粤港澳大湾区的核心区域,深入理解其生态系统演化过程是进行适应性管理的重要前提。2014年于深圳湾福田红树林湿地获得4根岩芯沉积柱,通过分析沉积和生物地球化学指标(包括金属元素、营养盐、粒度和有机质指标),重建半个世纪以来深圳湾环境的历史变迁,揭示其生态系统发生的稳态转变过程。结果表明:稳态转换发生前(1954-1980),福田红树林沉积物中重金属、无机营养和有机物含量稳定增加,但处于较低水平;稳态转换发生后(1990-2014),深圳湾中污染输入增加,沉积物中重金属和营养盐含量发生明显变化,深圳湾生态系统质量持续下降。通过揭示深圳湾生态系统演变过程及其稳态转变的发生规律,为粤港澳大湾区生态系统修复和管理提供重要的理论依据和参考。  相似文献
