马尾杉属植物因含治疗阿尔茨海默症的特效药成分石杉碱甲而具有重要的经济价值和保护价值,全属为国家重点保护植物。该文基于形态学、生态学和地理学等证据,对中国分布的马尾杉属植物进行了分类修订,承认我国有马尾杉属植物21种,将该属植物划分为4个单系的组,即金丝条马尾杉组(Sect.Fargesiani X. C. Zhang&R. H. Jiang, sect. nov.)、喜马拉雅马尾杉组(Sect.Hamiltoniani C. Y. Yang, emend. X. C. Zhang&R. H. Jiang)、马尾杉组(Sect.Phlegmariurus)和粗糙马尾杉组[Sect.Squarrosurus(Herter) X. C. Zhang&R. H. A two-point linkage analysis was performed between blood group (14), allotype (8), polymorphic protein (11), DNA type I (2), and microsatellite (2) loci in Wild Boar x Pietrain and Meishan x Pietrain three-generation families. The following new pairwise linkages were detected: LPR-EAN (Zmax= 60.68, Ø= 0.055), EAD-GH1 (Zmax= 17.43, Ø= 0.246), EAO—P3 (Zmax= 15.81, Ø= 0.239), and P3—S0003 (Zmax= 5.43, Ø= 0.312). This study and published mapping data enabled the localization of LPR (LPR allotype) to chromosome 9, EAD (erythrocyte antigen D) to chromosome 12, and EAO (erythrocyte antigen O) and P3 (P3 allotype) to the q arm of chromosome 6 with gene order SOOO3—P3—EAO, EAO being the most distal.  相似文献

A new genus, Baltoraea gen. nov., two new species of this genus, B. insignis sp. nov. and B. simillima sp. nov., and three other new species, Cybocephalus (Cybocephalus) balticus sp. nov., C. (C.) electricus sp. nov. and C. (C.) kerneggeri sp. nov. are described from the Late Eocene Baltic amber. The systematic position of the genus Baltoraea and presumable bionomics of the new sap beetles are discussed.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess stress/strain of different implant modeling simplifications by 3D-FEA. Three variation of external hexagon implant (Ø3.75?×?10 mm) supporting one molar crown were simulated: A (no threads); B (slightly threads simplification); C (original design). 200 N (axial) and 100 N (oblique) were applied. Cortical bone was evaluated by maximum principal stress and microstrain qualitatively and quantitatively (ANOVA and Tukey post hoc (p < 0.05)). Higher stress levels (p < 0.05) were observed in model A. Models B and C presented similar stress transmission. It was possible to conclude that slightly simplification should be used for studies evaluating stress transferring for bone tissue.  相似文献

Osteoclasts possess catabolic activity in mineralized tissues and are involved in bone remodeling coordinating with osteoblasts. Although the pathway using receptor and activator of NF-κ B (RANK) and its ligand, RANKL, is known to be essential for osteoclast differentiation, their precise mechanisms are not fully understood. Using DNA microarray technology, we searched for genes that were up-regulated after RANKL stimulation in the macrophage cell line, RAW264.7 cells. A gene, Znf216, which encodes a zinc-finger protein, was detected among those genes up-regulated after RANKL stimulation. Expression of Znf216 was also induced by other cytokines such as TNFα and IL-1β. Although ectopic expression of full-length ZNF216 abrogated osteoclast differentiation, its truncated forms accelerated it. No significant inhibitory effect on the NF-κ B pathway was observed, however. These results suggest that ZNF216 is a potent inhibitory factor for osteoclast differentiation and that the mechanism is unlikely due to direct attenuation of the NF-κ B pathway.  相似文献

The endemic Australian genus Bonjeania Irwin & Lyneborg is revised. Seven species are described as new: B. angelikae sp.n., B. clamosis sp.n., B. dynastis sp.n., B. flavofemoralis sp.n., B. irwinae sp.n., B. orphne sp.n. and B. trilineata sp.n. Three species, B. actuosa (White), B. nitidifrons (Macquart) and B. segnis (White), are redescribed. All species of Bonjeania were compared in a cladistic analysis with Agapophytus albobasalis Mann and five exemplars of the speciose sister genus Parapsilocephala Kröber, and the phylogenetic relationships of Bonjeania discussed. The male genitalic musculature of B. clamosis sp.n. is described and figured, and discussed with respect to previous studies on other Therevidae.  相似文献

α-(2,3)-Sialylated biantennary and triantennary oligosaccharides were enzymatically prepared from pyridyl-2-amino-oligosaccharides with terminal Gal residues, using an α-(2,3)-specific trans-sialidase from Trypanosoma cruzi (Lee, K. B., and Lee, Y. C. (1994) Anal. Biochem. 216, 358-364). From the pyridyl-2-amino-derivatives of neutral and α-(2,6)-monosialylated biantennary oligosaccharides from human fibrinogen, 5 different sialyl biantennary oligosaccharides were obtained. From two different asialo-triantennary oligosaccharides from fetuin, 35 sialyl oligosaccharides were obtained. The trans-sialidase transferred sialic acids effectively and indiscriminately to different galactosyl residues in the different positions on the substrates. Since the starting materials are neutral oligosaccharide of established structure, and the only α-(2,3)-sialyl residues are added to the nonreducing Gal terminal residues, the structures of these oligosaccharides could be identified unambiguously by using the three-dimensional mapping technique (Takahashi, N., Nakagawa, H., Fujikawa, K., Kawamura, Y., and Tomiya, N. (1995) Anal. Biochem. 226, 139-146.) in combinations with strategic digestion with β-galactosidase, β-N-hexosaminidase, and sialidase L.  相似文献

Abstract

The subgenus Cymatium (Septa) is here restricted to species closely related to C. rubeculum (Linné, 1758). A lectotype is designated for C. rubeculum, neotypes are designated for C. hepaticum (Röding, 1798) and C. flaveolum (Röding, 1798), C. occidentale (Mörch, 1877) (= blacketi Iredale, 1936; = beui Garcia-Talavera, 1985) is recorded from the Indo-West Pacific, C. (Septa) marerubrum Garcia-Talavera, 1985 is ranked as a geographic subspecies of C. rubeculum, and three new taxa are named: C. (Septa) bibbeyi n. sp., Philippine Islands; C. (Septa) closeli n. sp., Indian Ocean; and C. (Septa) peasei n. sp., western Pacific. In the subgenus Cymatium (Ranularia), neotypes are designated for C. guttumium (Röding, 1798) and its synonyms, for C. moniliferum (A. Adams & Reeve, 1850), and for C. pyrulum (A. Adams & Reeve, 1850), a lectotype is designated for C. pseudopyrum (Martin, 1899) (a junior synonym of C. pyrulum), other species distinguished are C. encausticum (Reeve, 1844) and C. exile (Reeve, 1844), and new taxa named are C. andamanense n. sp., Andaman Islands, C. springsteeni n. sp., western Pacific and Red Sea, and C. sinense arthuri n. subsp., Red Sea. Other Ranellidae named are Sassia (Sassia) ponderi n. sp., Queensland, and Distorsio (Distorsio) euconstricta n. sp., Indian Ocean and southwest Pacific. A lectotype selected for Murex reticularis Linné, 1758 is a specimen of the species usually known as Distorsio reticulata (Röding, 1798).

In Bursa (Bursa), a lectotype is designated for B. grayana Dunker, 1862 (= B. bufoniopsis Maury, 1917; = B. pacamoni Matthews & Coelho, 1971), western Atlantic, and the similar new Oman to Philippines species B. davidboschi is named. Other Bursa taxa named are B. (Colubrellina) quirihorai n. sp., Philippines, and B. (Colubrellina) latitudo fosteri n. subsp., Philippines. In Bufonaria (Bufonaria), a lectotype designated for Murex rana Linné, 1758 confirms that as the name for the most common western Pacific species, a lectotype designated for Ranella crumena Lamarck, 1816 confirms that as the name for the most common Indian Ocean species, B. elegans (Beck in G. B. Sowerby II, 1836) is illustrated, and the new western Pacific species B. perelegans is named; the four similar species B. nobilis (Reeve, 1844), B. margaritula (Deshayes, 1832), B. gnorima (Melville, 1918), and B. thersites (Redfield, 1846) are distinguished, and the new Madagascar to Philippines species B. ignobilis is named. In Tutufa (Tutufella), the newly named species T. boholica occurs with T. rubeta (Linné, 1758) in deep water in the Philippine Islands.  相似文献

Four species of the genus, Bryoria were found in the Sučí Potok Valley: B. capilaris (Ach.) Brodo & D. Hawksw., B. fuscescens (Gyeln.) Brodo & D. Hawksw., B. implexa (Hoffm.) Brodo & D. Hawksw., B. nadvornikiana (Gyeln.) Brodo & D. Hawksw. The most common species in the valley was B. implexa. Four chemotypes of this lichen were recognized.  相似文献

Comparative analysis of gonadal morphology in six fish species of the Incertae Sedis genera in Characidae of occurrence in the São Francisco River Basin, Brazil. —Acta Zoologica (Stockholm) 93 : 48–56. This study presents a comparative analysis aiming to show the remarkable differences found in gonad morphology between six fish species from the genera Incertae Sedis in the Characidae family. Maturing ovaries of Astyanax fasciatus presented grayish color whilst the other species’ were yellowish in color. The cortical alveoli of the analyzed species are small (5.20 ± 1.44–8.28 ± 2.02 μm) and are formed by various discontinuous layers of vesicles except in the Bryconops affinis, where they are large (12.87 ± 2.41 μm) and form various continuous layers of vesicles. The pellucid zone is thin and varies from 2.44 ± 0.90 to 5.79 ± 1.90 μm and is thickest in B. affinis (10.57 ± 2.08 μm). Folds in the pellucid zone were observed in Astyanax bimaculatus, A. fasciatus, Hemigrammus marginatus, and Moenkhausia costae. The follicular cells of B. affinis are columnar (28.19 ± 13.71 μm), while they are squamous in other species (1.52 ± 0.64–2.12 ± 0.78 μm). This study showed that the morphologic and biometric characteristics of the B. affinis vitellogenic oocytes are statistically different than the analyzed other ones Incertae Sedis of the Characidae family. In advanced maturing testis of A. bimaculatus and A. fasciatus, the spermatozoa were embedded in acidophilic secretion which was gradually reabsorbed in the seminiferous tubules when males were partially spent.  相似文献

Summary Five monoclonal antibodies raised against an enriched C hordein fraction have been characterized in detail and were found to be specific for the members of the sulphur-rich hordein family. Two antibodies specific for B hordein polypeptides were identified, one of which reacted predominantly with CNBr cleavage class III polypeptides. 1 hordein was recognized by two antibodies, of which one also reacted with 2 hordein and several members of the CNBr cleavage class II B hordein polypeptides. One antibody recognized 3 hordein but cross-reacted at higher antibody concentration with almost all of the B and C hordein polypeptides. The specificity of the monoclonal antibodies was confirmed by Western blotting of one- or two-dimensionally separated hordein from the B hordein-deficient mutant hor2ca and its wild-type Carlsberg II and the 3 hordein-deficient genotype Nevsky. The identification of the hordein-specific monoclonal antibodies was further supported by immune precipitation of in-vitro transcribed and translated 2 hordein, and hor2ca and Carlsberg II mRNA translation products. The monoclonal antibodies were used to screen for mutants in hordein synthesis. Two mutants, one deficient in 1 hordein synthesis and a second in 2 or closely related B hordein polypeptides were identified. A model is proposed for the evolution of the sulphur-rich hordein loci Hor5 and Hor2.  相似文献

Alston , R. E., and B. L. Turner . (U. Texas, Austin.) Natural hybridization among four species of Baptisia (Leguminosae). Amer. Jour. Bot. 50(2): 159–173. Illus. 1963.— Interspecific hybridization involving 4 species of Baptisia (B. leucophaea, B. sphaerocarpa, B. nuttalliana, and B. leucantha) has been studied by means of extensive field work and subsequent morphological and chromatographic analyses. As a result of these studies, numerous hybridizing populations involving any 2, 3 and, in 1 instance, 4 species have been located. Near Dayton, Texas, all 4 species and all 6 of the possible 2-way hybrid combinations have been found in a single field. Approximately 125 different chemical compounds have now been detected in the 4 species. Many of these compounds serve as species specific markers useful in the validation of specific hybrid types. Hybrids between B. leucophaea and B. sphaerocarpa and between B. leucophaea and B. nuttalliana are numerous, and in these large hybrid swarms a chromatographic and morphological analysis of population structure is possible. The former combination provides an excellent opportunity for the utilization of chemical markers as criteria for introgressive hybridization. The hybrid B. leucantha × B. sphaerocarpa is frequently encountered and contains a large number of compounds species-specific for one or the other parental species. The other 3 hybrid types have been found infrequently. Certain hybrid types are generally similar morphologically (e.g., B. leucantha × B. sphaerocarpa as opposed to B. leucantha × B. nuttalliana), and chromatographic techniques are of great value in the absolute identification of such plants, especially in complex populations where backcrossing further complicates the interpretation of the background of a plant from exomorphic features alone.  相似文献

Specimens of moth flies (Diptera: Psychodidae: Psychodinae) were sampled in southwest Anatolia and the European part of Turkey between 2003 and 2009. Samples contained nine species new to science: Ulomyia asiaminorica sp. n., Pneumia pellucida sp. n., Berdeniella turcica sp. n., B. aktashi sp. n., Clytocerus thracicus sp. n., Jungiella afyonica sp. n., J. geniculatoides sp. n., J. barlasi sp. n., and Telmatoscopus remotus sp.n. The new species are described and illustrated. Distributional data for a total of 45 species are provided. 63 species of Psychodinae are now known to occur in Turkey.  相似文献

Legumin, which amounts to approximately 55% of the seed protein in field beans (Vicia faba L. var. minor), is a representative of the 12S storage globulin family. The 12S storage globulins are hexameric holoprotein molecules composed of different types of polymorphic subunits encoded by a multigene family. Type-A legumin subunits contain methionine whereas type-B are methionine-free subunits. Sequencing of two different type A-specific cDNAs, as well as an FPLC/HPLC-based improvement of subunit fractionation and peptide mapping with subsequent partial amino-acid sequencing, permit the assignment of some of the polymorphic legumin subunits to members of the multigene family. Two different type A subunits (A1 and A2) correspond to the two different cDNA clones pVfLa129 (A2) and 165 (A1), but microheterogeneity in the amino-acid sequences indicates that polymorphic variants of both representatives of this type may exist. Two groups of published type B-specific gene sequences (LeB7, and LeB2, LeB4, LeB6, respectively) are represented by two polymorphic subunit fractions (B3I, B3II, and B4I, B4II). A seventh clone, LeB3, encodes one of the large legumin subunits that is only a minor component of the legumin seed protein complex.  相似文献
