库容大小是影响水体水动力学过程的一个重要变量,它能在很大程度决定生态系统的结构,特别是浮游植物的群落结构.为了解小型贫营养水库浮游植物的群落特点,于2006年4、8、12月对位珠海市的贫营养小型水库-吉大水库的浮游植物群落结构进行采样和计数分析.3次采样共检出浮游植物32种,浮游植物细胞丰度的变化范围在69~342 cells·mL-1,生物量的变化范围在1.34~3.69 mg·L-1,夏季浮游植物的丰度和生物量明显高于冬季.甲藻是最主要的优势种类,且相对优势度较为稳定.夏季,隐藻门的隐藻(Cryptomonas sp.)和绿藻门的鼓藻(Cosmarium spp.)大量出现,甲藻的相对优势度有所降低.冬季,隐藻数量急剧下降,但硅藻门的颗粒直链藻(Aulacoseira granulata)大量出现,与甲藻共同成为水体中的优势种.由降雨引起的营养盐浓度增加是浮游植物变化的主要影响因子,而透明度全年维持较高的水平为浮游植物的生长形成了有利条件,此外,较为稳定的水体和甲藻利用营养盐的能力使得甲藻成为浮游植物中的最主要的优势种.  相似文献

The parasite communities of fish in three reservoirs (Temengor, Kenering and Cenderuh) along the Perak River, as well as in the lower Perak, are compared. A total of 36 species, 51 species, 61 species and 58 species of metazoan parasites from six types of fishes common in all studied locations, were obtained in Temengor, Kenering, Cenderuh Reservoirs, and downstream Perak River, respectively. The various criteria (prevalence, mean intensity, diversity index, similarity index and evenness) of the parasite community were highest at the Cenderuh Reservoir, followed by the downstream river, Kenering, and Temengor Reservoirs. Monogeneans were the most common parasites in all species of fish examined from all study sites. Fish of the same species showed a high degree of similarity of its parasite fauna regardless of study site, but different hosts had a low similarity of their parasite fauna, even within the same study site. Much work in ecology has focused on understanding how changes in community diversity and composition will affect the temporal stability of communities (the degree of fluctuations in community abundance or biomass over time). While theory suggests diversity and dominant species can enhance temporal stability, empirical work has tended to focus on testing the effect of diversity, often using synthetic communities created with high species evenness. We use a complementary approach by studying the temporal stability of natural plant communities invaded by a dominant exotic, Erodium cicutarium. Invasion was associated with a significant decline in community diversity and change in the identity of the dominant species allowing us to evaluate predictions about how these changes might affect temporal stability. Community temporal stability was not correlated with community richness or diversity prior to invasion. Following invasion, community stability was again not correlated with community richness but was negatively correlated with community diversity. Before and after invasion, community stability was positively correlated with the stability of the most dominant species in the community, even though the identity of the dominant species changed from a native (prior to invasion) to an exotic species. Our results demonstrate that invasion by a dominant exotic species may reduce diversity without negatively affecting the temporal stability of natural communities. These findings add support to the idea that dominant species can strongly affect temporal stability, independent of community diversity.  相似文献

利用1982—2002年样方观测资料,对典型草原区羊草草原群落割一年休一年刈割处理过程中的植物多样性变化规律及引起这些变化的主要植物种群进行了研究。结果表明:建群种羊草的个体数量先下降然后略有上升,但总体呈下降趋势;偶见种和伴生种增加,但组成有所不同。就群落多样性而言,多样性指数和均匀性指数均呈现一个明显高峰值的单峰曲线,物种分布的均匀度是影响多样性指数变化的主要因子。群落主要植物种群密度、生物量与多样性指数存在显著的相关关系,这与它们在群落中的作用有关。  相似文献

在草地刈割过程中, 群落地上生物量的时间稳定性与物种多样性及物种异步性关系密切。本文基于2014-2018年的野外刈割实验, 研究了围封(对照, 无刈割)、轻度(留茬8 cm)、中度(留茬5 cm)和重度(留茬2 cm)等不同刈割强度对内蒙古大针茅(Stipa grandis)典型草原地上生物量时间稳定性的影响。结果表明: (1)与围封相比, 刈割对群落时间稳定性无显著影响, 但对种群平均时间稳定性影响显著, 重度刈割处理的种群平均时间稳定性显著降低; 且种群平均时间稳定性与群落时间稳定性无显著相关关系, 表明这二者独立波动。(2)与围封相比, 重度刈割处理的物种丰富度显著降低, 但它与群落时间稳定性无显著相关关系, 表明物种丰富度不是群落地上生物量时间稳定性的主导因素; 此外, 重度刈割处理的群落抵抗力显著降低, 但也与群落时间稳定性无显著相关关系。(3)异步性与群落稳定性存在极显著正相关关系, 但刈割对异步性无显著影响, 故未造成群落稳定性显著变化。因此, 异步性可能是影响群落时间稳定性的主导效应之一, 在草地管理与利用过程中, 可从物种异步性角度来对草地稳定性进行评价。  相似文献

以江西省信丰县细迳坑自然保护区观光木Tsoongiodendron odorum群落为对象,开展样方调查和群落生态学分析。结果表明:(1)群落的种类组成包括维管植物146种,隶属于66科106属。其中,蕨类植物9科10属14种,种子植物57科96属132种。种子植物属的地理成分以热带分布占较大优势(77.66%)。(2)该区域的地带性植被以常绿阔叶林为主,有少部分落叶树种,使得群落秋冬季有一定的季相变化。群落垂直结构包括乔木3亚层及灌木层和草本层;乔木层以观光木、华润楠Machilus chinensis、南酸枣Choerospondias axillaris、锈叶新木姜子Neolitsea cambodiana为主要优势种,灌木层以硬壳桂Cryptocarya chingii、细枝柃Eurya loquaiana、鸭公树Neolitsea chuii为主要优势种。(3)群落各频度级分布规律为A级>B级>C级>D级>E级,从优势种群年龄结构分析看,该群落在演替上处于亚顶级状态。(4)群落的物种多样性Simpson指数和Shannon-wiener指数表现为:草本层>乔木层>灌木层;Pielou指数则表现为:乔木层>灌木层>草本层。观光木群落是该地区最重要的植被特征种和生境指示种。  相似文献

基于方差比率(VR)、χ2检验和Jaccard指数对沱沱河地区紫花针茅群落12个主要种的种间联结性进行了分析。结果表明,紫花针茅群落优势种多物种间显著正关联,存在稳定共存的种间关系。建群种与其它物种间联结性不显著,在群落中能够稳定存在并占据优势生态位,群落处于植被演替过程的一个相对稳定的阶段。伴生种或次优势种之间联结显著,在群落中表现出很强的依赖性,分布易受其它物种的影响,在群落中不能稳定存在且只占据劣势生态位。根据种间联结性的分析结果,将紫花针茅群落分为2个不同的生态种组,但这2个生态种组并不具有明显的界限,它们之间存在着直接或间接的联系。  相似文献

在永久样地定位调查的基础上,研究鼎湖山森林植被马尾松群落在十几年演替中种群结构和群落结构的变化.研究结果表明,随着演替的进展,其群落中的乔木种类增多,由4种增至7种.群落的组成结构趋向优化:群落的多样性趋于增加,物种多样性指数由0.58增到1.60;群落增加其均匀度,均匀度指数由0.29增大至0.69;生态优势度指数由0.83变为0.38.十四年的演变明显地改变群落中的优势种的种群结构.先锋性的群落发生种马尾松种群尽管仍是优势种,但消亡的趋势明显;地带性的顶极建群种,如荷木等大大的发展,群落加速向混交林的方向发展演变.  相似文献

主要研究了流动沙兵采用草方格固沙结合播种小叶锦鸡儿后,上锦鸡儿人工群落形成和发展过程,尤其对群落中物种侵入过程和群落组织结构在35年间的变化情况做了详细分析。结果表明,人工小叶锦鸡儿群落不同发育阶段植物丰富度发生降有大的变化,从5种增加到23种;在生活型组成结构上,一年生植物占约对优势,但所占比例随着时间的变化有8逐渐减少的趋势,地面芽植物和地下芽植物的种类数 和个体数所占比例均逐渐增加;物种多样  相似文献

 以塔里木河下游绿洲外围大型防风固沙林为研究对象, 采用基于Simpson多样性指数的生态位宽度公式和Pianka生态位重叠测度公式, 在群落梯度上按重要值大小筛选出优势种群进行生态位分析, 探讨这些群落在4~7年的发育过程中生态位变化特点。结果表明: 1)经过4年的发育, 植物种组成简单的人工防风固沙林由于乡土植物种的侵入, 演变成为人工-天然植物群落, 不同地段群落中的优势种群发生了较大的变化, 优势种群共7个。芦苇(Phragmites communis)、花花柴(Karelinia caspica)和盐生草(Halogeton glomeratus)这3个乡土植物种侵入后逐渐成为优势种群, 而原人工群落主要建群种宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum)种群逐渐消退; 7年后, 优势种群共6个。由于水分条件的变化, 多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)成为优势种群, 而芦苇降为亚优势种群, 盐生草种群发生消退; 2)人工-天然植物群落中优势种群以耐旱耐盐碱植物占主要优势向占绝对优势的方向发展, 其生态位宽度变化幅度为0.56~0.86, 生态位宽度排序为芦苇>花花柴>头状沙拐枣(Calligonum caput-medusae)>沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia)>胡杨(Populus euphratica)>多枝柽柳>梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)>盐生草; 3)生态位重叠最大值发生在头状沙拐枣和胡杨种群之间; 4)在乡土植物种向人工群落侵入的过程中, 生态位宽度较大(或较小)的种群, 它们所构成的种对间生态位重叠既有较大的, 也有较小的, 可见生态位宽度与生态位重叠程度无相关性; 表明在现阶段群落演变中, 植物对环境资源存在着激烈的竞争和高的空间异质性。  相似文献

使用点格局分析和分形分析(计盒维数、信息维数、关联维数)方法, 对山西太岳山兴唐寺红柄白鹃梅(Exochorda giraldii)群落进行了空间格局分析。结果表明: 1)红柄白鹃梅群落优势种在较小的尺度上呈现聚集分布的特点, 其中, 杠柳(Periploca sepium)和绣线菊(Spiraea salicifolia)在所有尺度上呈现聚集分布, 红柄白鹃梅和连翘(Forsythia suspensa)随着尺度的增加, 呈现聚集分布—随机分布—均匀分布的规律; 2)红柄白鹃梅群落优势种在不同尺度上表现出聚集分布的特点; 3)红柄白鹃梅群落优势种占据空间能力的大小为: 红柄白鹃梅>连翘>绣线菊>杠柳; 4)红柄白鹃梅群落优势种格局强度的尺度变化程度为: 杠柳>绣线菊>红柄白鹃梅>连翘; 5)红柄白鹃梅群落优势种个体空间相关程度为: 杠柳>红柄白鹃梅>连翘>绣线菊。点格局分析与分形分析结果一致, 揭示了暖温带落叶阔叶林遭到破坏后形成的次生灌丛的空间分布格局。  相似文献

根据样方调查资料,采用聚类分析法,研究了青海湖区针茅草原围栏封育后植物群落特征及群落多样性变化。结果表明,草原经过长期围栏后,群落内优势种发生了不同程度的分异,由围栏外的紫花针茅(Stipa purpurea) 青海苔草(Carex ivanovae)草原演变成围栏内的冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila) 猪毛蒿(Artemisia scoparia)草原群落,导致了群落结构特征的变化;长期的围栏活动对提高草原群落的盖度和生产能力是有益的,但却降低了群落的物种丰富度和多样性;草原开垦后,对周围草原有明显的影响,所形成土垄的群落特征和多样性变化都发生了极大的差异,成为赖草(Leymus secalinus) 大籽蒿(Artemisia sieversiana)群落类型,群落的物种丰富度和多样性均降低。  相似文献

唐家1989 年4~11 月对唐家河自然保护区的小型兽类进行了研究, 共布放11 000多铗日, 捕获小型兽类846 只。共有小型兽类21 种, 划分为4 个群落。利用方差分析和多重比较分析出了各群落内的优势种, 并比较了方差分析与以捕获比例确定小型兽类群落优势种的差异。根据香农- 威纳公式分析了群落的多样性和均匀性, 发现随着群落内物种数的增加, 群落的多样性和均匀性指数也都增加, 但是随着群落内优势种所占比例增加, 群落的多样性则显著降低, 均匀度也降低。  相似文献

以青藏高原东北缘高寒草甸为对象,研究不同放牧强度下植物群落和土壤因子的变化,以及群落物种分布与土壤物理结构和化学养分因子的定量关系.结果表明: 放牧导致优势种为垂穗披碱草和大针茅的原植物群落发生分异,高强度放牧样地优势种变为矮生嵩草和阴山扁蓿豆,低强度放牧样地变为垂穗披碱草和冷地早熟禾.随放牧强度增加,物种丰富度、重要值和生物量均显著降低.各放牧强度样地重要值的物种序列均可用对数模型进行拟合;随放牧强度增加,植物重要值累积到占整个群落重要值50%时,需要的物种数降低.土壤速效P、速效K、紧实度、含水量、稳定入渗速率和大团聚体指标随放牧强度显著变化,但变化规律不一致.CCA排序表明,土壤紧实度是放牧作用下影响群落物种分布格局的最关键因子.方差分解表明,土壤因子共解释群落物种分布变异的30.5%,其中土壤物理性状单独解释群落物种分布的22.8%,对群落物种分布的贡献率最高,主要影响放牧干扰下高寒草甸植物群落物种的分布格局.  相似文献

Daytime warming and nighttime warming have the potential to influence plant community structure and ecosystem functions. However, their impacts on ecological stability remain largely unexplored. We conducted an eight‐year field experiment to compare the effects of daytime and nighttime warming on the temporal stability of a temperate steppe in northern China. Our results showed that the cover and stability of dominant species, stability of subordinate species, and compensatory dynamics among species strongly influenced community‐level stability. However, daytime, but not nighttime, warming significantly reduced community temporal stability mainly through the reduction in the abundance of dominant, stable species. These findings demonstrate the differential effects of daytime and nighttime warming on community stability and emphasize the importance of understanding the changes of dominant species for accurately predicting community dynamics under climate warming.  相似文献

Generalist species are becoming increasingly dominant in European bird communities. This has been taken as evidence of biotic homogenization, whereby generalist ‘winners’ systematically replace specialist ‘losers’. We test this pattern by relating changes in the average specialization of UK bird communities to changes in the density of species with different degrees of habitat specialization. Although we find the expected decline in community specialization, this was driven by a combination of a strong increase in the density of the most generalist quartile of species and declines in the density of moderately generalist species. Contrary to expectation, specialist species increased slightly over the 18‐year study period but had little effect on the overall trend in community specialization. Our results indicate that the apparent homogenization of UK bird communities is not driven by the replacement of specialists by generalists, but instead by the changing fortunes of generalist species.  相似文献

To elucidate the effects of grazing intensity and grazing time on plant diversity and community structure, as well as the successional differentiation in an alpine meadow, a controlled grazing trial, with six grazing intensities on an alpine meadow was conducted in the eastern Qilian Mountain region for four years. Using species accumulation curves, RDA ordination and variance decomposition, we analyzed the changes in proportion of dominant species, richness, abundance, as well as the life forms of plant communities under grazing disturbance. Both the grazing intensity and grazing time had a significant effect on these dominant species, richness, abundance, as well as the life forms in the plant community (P < 0.01). More detailed results showed that: (1) The richness and abundance of plant species were highest in the light grazing plot, and these increased as time passed. In the heavy grazing plot, the abundance of plant species decreased as time passed, but the richness of these species did not change significantly. (2) The abundance of Gramineae and Umbelliferae were negatively and significantly correlated with the duration of grazing treatments, whereas Plantaginaceae and Geraniaceae were positively and significantly correlated with the grazing intensity. Over time, the abundance of bunch-type plants decreased and other life forms of plants have increased. With the increase in grazing intensity, the plants' abundance with the rosette type did not change, but other life forms of plants decreased. The results of variance decomposition indicated that grazing disturbance has had greater effects on life forms and plant populations, followed by the changes in the dominant species and their abundance, with lesser effects on the richness of the species. Grazing intensity had a greater effect than the duration of the grazing treatment had. The results of PCA showed that the climax community in both the lowest and the highest grazing intensity plots had changed over time. In the sample plots with light grazing intensity, the plant community changed to an Elymus nutans + Poa crymophila community, but later changed to a Melilotoides ruthenicus + Kobresia humilis community under heavy grazing.  相似文献

本研究以黄土丘陵沟壑区4种不同坡向的草地植物群落为研究对象,探讨其物种组成和多样性特征,并运用幂乘方法则分析了群落的空间异质性和种群空间格局.结果表明: 铁杆蒿在不同坡向均有分布,为群落优势种;其他物种在不同坡向群落中的地位及对群落空间格局的贡献不同.不同坡向植物群落的空间分布格局均为集群分布,且聚集程度大小为阳坡>半阳坡>半阴坡>阴坡.群落空间异质性指数与Simpson多样性指数呈显著正相关,与Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数呈显著负相关.优势种铁杆蒿、亚优势种达乌里胡枝子和长芒草,以及少数伴生种如猪毛蒿、臭草的相对空间异质性指数大于群落整体空间异质性指数,使群落趋于集群分布;多数伴生种如芦苇、苦荬菜、白羊草的相对空间异质性指数与群落整体空间异质性指数相近,它们与群落自身分布状态一致;刺儿菜、米口袋、茭蒿等偶见种的相对空间异质性指数小于群落整体空间异质性指数,降低了群落的聚集程度.综上,群落的聚集程度主要由优势种、亚优势种和偶见种共同决定,其中优势种、亚优势种和部分伴生种促使群落呈聚集分布,偶见种则降低了群落的集群分布.  相似文献

喀斯特天坑作为独特的宏大地表负地形,其坑底生境与外界环境相互独立,呈现出独特的植物群落格局及特征.本研究选取云南沾益天坑群中可进入性较强的中度退化天坑--巴家陷塘为对象,筛选出重要值大于1的优势种,结合总体关联性分析、χ2检验、AC联结系数及Spearman秩相关系数对巴家陷塘退化天坑植物群落中11种优势种的种间关联性和相关性进行研究.结果表明: 巴家陷塘退化天坑植物群落种间联结指数VR=1.377>1,总体呈显著正关联,但正负关联差异较大,阳生型植物和阴生型植物呈极显著负关联,现阶段仍具有独立的分布格局,但呈逐渐趋于稳定的趋势;Spearman分析中种间正相关对数(26对)少于种间负相关对数(29对),结合天坑微环境的差异,将退化天坑的优势物种划分为3个生态种组,群落总体呈现出一定的圈层分布规律.  相似文献
