Some coumarins possess enhancing effects on lymphocyte mitogen responsiveness. In this investigation, the activity of scopoletin, a coumarin that has been isolated from different plants and in this case specifically from T. cordata Mill., was evaluated. For this purpose, normal T lymphocytes and a hyperproliferative T lymphoma cell line were used. Scopoletin was found to exert a dual action on tumoral lymphocytes exhibiting both a cytostatic and a cytotoxic effect. These effects varied with the concentrations analysed and the time of cell incubation (EC(50): 251+/-15 microg/ml) and were associated to the induction of apoptosis. Scopoletin induced cell proliferation on normal T lymphocytes (Proliferation stimulation index: 1 microg/ml scopoletin: 1.26+/-0.1; 10 microg/ml scopoletin: 3+/-0.25; 100 microg/ml scopoletin: 1.86+/-0.08); this stimulatory action was found to be due to the interaction with kinase C (PKC) protein. These results indicate that scopoletin could be a potential antitumoral compound to be used for cancer treatment.  相似文献

We analyzed glycosphingolipids from normal lymph node cells of seven cattle and lymph node cells of eight cattle with enzootic bovine leukosis. The neutral glycosphingolipids and gangliosides were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography. Both normal and tumorous lymph node cells had GlcCer, LacCer, and GbOse3Cer as major neutral glycosphingolipids. In the ganglioside fraction, GM3 was the predominant component in both normal and tumorous lymph node cells, and another component, ganglioside Gx fraction, was also prominent in tumorous lymph node cells. The structure of this ganglioside Gx fraction was elucidated by thin-layer chromatography, sugar analysis, neuraminidase digestion, and permethylation studies. This ganglioside Gx fraction was found to be a mixture of four ganglioside species. The structures of individual gangliosides Gx (1 to 4) were characterized as follows. 1: GD3, NeuAc alpha 2-8NeuAc alpha 2-3Gal1-4Glc-Cer. 2: GD3, NeuAc alpha 2-8NeuGc alpha 2-3Gal1-4Glc-Cer. 3: GD3, NeuGc alpha 2-8NeuAc alpha 2-3Gal1-Glc-Cer. 4: GD3, NeuGc alpha 2-8NeuGc alpha 2-3Gal1-4Glc-Cer. These GD3 species may be formed as a result of the induced synthesis inassociation with malignant transformation.  相似文献

Antibody against actin isolated from a human EBV-transformed lymphoblastoid B-cell line exerted an inhibitory effect on in vitro IgM secretion by a different lymphoblastoid B-cell line, LA350. This effect was dose dependent showing from 24-40% inhibition at a dilution of 1:100 and 68-80% inhibition at a dilution of 1:50. This effect was noted in the absence of changes in either total cell count or [3H]-thymidine incorporation and was reversed by co-incubation with purified rabbit thymus actin (100 micrograms/ml) but not bovine serum albumin at the same concentration. These data demonstrate regulation of immunoglobulin synthesis by antibodies against human lymphocyte derived actin in a lymphoblastoid B-cell line.  相似文献

Tumor-associated antigens (TAA) expressed on the surface of enzootic bovine leukemia (EBL) cells were detected and separated from sera of bovine leukemia virus (BLV)-positive cattle using monoclonal antibody-conjugated immunoaffinity matrix. Eluted fraction from these sera showed 3 polypeptides with molecular weights of 70K, 52K, and 30K daltons, and these polypeptides reacted with a monoclonal antibody against TAA. However, only 70K peptide was isolated from culture supernatant of EBL B-cell line. We also tried to examine a reversed passive hemagglutination test to develop a rapid screening system of serum TAA level, but its sensitivity was below the level of detection when EBL sera was applied directly. This is the first report on the existence of tumor antigens in sera from leukemic cattle.  相似文献

The response in serum thyrotropin (TSH) to synthetic thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) as well as serum free thyroxine index (FT4I) and free triiodothyronine index (FT3I) was investigated in six patients with familial thyroxine-binding-globulin (TBG) deficiency. The total serum thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) concentrations were significantly decreased, compared with those of normal subjects (3.4 +/- 0.9 microgram/dl, mean +/- SD. vs. 9.0 +/- 1.5 microgram/dl, p less than 0.01 and 87 +/- 27 ng/dl vs. 153 +/- 37 ng/dl, p less than 0.01, respectively). FT4I was lower than the normal range in all but one (5.3 +/- 1.5 vs. 8.9 +/- 1.6, p less than 0.01), whereas FT3I was all in the normal range and of no significant difference from the normal control (132 +/- 22 vs. 148 +/- 25). Serum TSH concentrations in TBG deficiency were all in the normal range (1.0-4.2 muU/ml) and the maximum TSH increments following TRH 500 microgram iv were 8.9 +/- 2.0 muU/ml and of no significant difference from the normal control (10.2 +/- 4.5 muU/ml). These results indicate that the euthyroid state in familial TBG deficiency is more clearly defined by TRH-test and the normal response to TRH in familial TBG deficiency is presumably under the control of the serum free T3 level rather than the serum free T4 level.  相似文献

The capacity of human foetal lymphocytes to respond to PHA and to form E-rosettes have been compared with data from adult individuals. For this purpose a microculture system that uses whole blood and avoids the problems of lymphocyte separation, has been developed. Foetal lymphocytes reached optimal stimulation with lower dosis of PHA (31,2 microgram/ml) as compared with adult cells (125-252 microgram/ml). However their quantitative response (measured by 14C-thymidine uptake) was equal in both groups. In addition, peripheral T cells (E-rosetting cells) reached values of 36.47 +/- 9% in newborn and 49.6 +/- 10% in normal adult controls. These results are discussed as to the status and development of cellular inmunity in human foetus.  相似文献

Summary GD3 is expressed in high concentrations on melanoma cells and may serve as a useful target antigen for mAb-mediated immunotherapy. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against GD3 stimulate cell-mediated immune responses against tumor cells in vitro and this activity may contribute to antitumor effects in patients with melanoma treated with GD3-reactive mAbs. In the present study the effects of GD3-reactive mAbs on autologous tumor cell lysis by a human melanoma-derived tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) population were examined. Unlike results reported for other GD3+ T cells isolated from melanoma patients, the tumor-specific lytic activity of the TIL line was inhibited by incubation with mAbs against GD3. Other melanoma-reactive mAbs, including those against GD2 and the high-molecular-weight melanoma-associated Ag, had no effect on the TIL lytic activity. Overall, these results indicate that mAbs against GD3 may have different effects on T cell/tumor cell interactions.  相似文献

The soluble form of the insulin-like growth factor II (IGF-II)/mannose 6-P (IGF-II/M6P) receptor is released by cells in culture and circulates in the serum. It retains its ability to bind IGF-II and blocks IGF-II-stimulated DNA synthesis in isolated rat hepatocytes. Because these cells are not normally stimulated to divide by IGF-II in vivo, the effect of soluble IGF-II/M6P receptor on DNA synthesis has been further investigated in two cell lines sensitive to IGF-II; mouse 3T3(A31) fibroblasts, stimulated by low levels of IGF-II following priming by epidermal growth factor (EGF) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and Buffalo rat liver (BRL) cells, which secrete IGF-II and proliferate in the absence of exogenous growth factors. Soluble IGF-II/M6P receptor (0.2-2.0 microgram/ml) purified from a rat hepatoma cell line inhibited DNA synthesis (determined by dThd incorporation) in both cell lines. Basal DNA synthesis was very low in serum-free 3T3 cells, but high in serum-free BRL cells, possibly as a result of autocrine IGF-II production. The inhibitory effect was reversible in cells preincubated with soluble receptor prior to incubation with growth factors and could also be overcome by excess IGF-II. Soluble receptor was more potent in IGF-II-stimulated 3T3 cells and serum-free BRL cells than in BRL cells incubated with serum. Mean inhibition by four preparations of soluble receptor (1 microgram/ml) was 34.7% +/- 4.4% in BRL cells stimulated with fetal calf serum (FCS) (5%) compared to 54.8% +/- 4.2% in serum-free BRL cells (P = 0.05) and 60.6% +/- 6.5% (P = 0.02) in 3T3 cells stimulated by PDGF, EGF, and IGF-II. Soluble receptor had no effect on DNA synthesis in 3T3 cells stimulated with IGF-I. These results demonstrate that soluble receptor, at physiological concentrations, can block proliferation of cells by IGF-II and could therefore play a role in blocking tumor growth mediated by IGF-II.  相似文献

An intravenous infusion of endotoxin into sheep results in accumulation of equal numbers of lymphocytes and granulocytes in the pulmonary microcirculation. The role of the sequestered lymphocytes in acute lung injury is not known. The present study examines whether lymphocyte migration through pulmonary endothelium contributes to endothelial damage and also examines the effect of lymphokines on granulocyte migration. Bovine pulmonary artery intimal explants were mounted in Boyden chambers and conditioned media, prepared from bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes, was used as the chemoattractant. The rate of 51Cr labelled bovine granulocyte lymphocyte migration into intimal explants was determined over a 3 hr incubation period. Permeability changes were assessed by adding trace amounts of 14C-sucrose and 3H-water to the upper well and following their rate of equilibration with the lower well. 6-Keto-PGF1 alpha was measured in the upper well. Lymphocyte conditioned media was found to be chemotactic for both lymphocytes and granulocytes (lymphocyte migration at 60 min: lymphocyte conditioned media = 18.5 +/- 2.3%, mean +/- s.e. RPMI control = 12.5 +/- 1.5; granulocyte migration at 120 min: conditioned media = 36.1 +/- 5.7, RPMI control = 18.2 +/- 3.0). Ultrastructural examination revealed leukocyte migration followed an orderly sequence during which the leukocytes maintained close contact with the adjacent endothelial cells. No structural evidence of endothelial cell damage was seen at any time examined. Granulocyte migration was associated with an increased rate of 14C-sucrose equilibration after 2 hr of incubation (lower well counts/upper well counts at 2 hr, RPMI control = 0.18 +/- 0.02; lymphocyte conditioned medium = 0.30 +/- 0.04) indicating alteration in the endothelial barrier function. Leukocyte migration, particularly lymphocyte migration, was accompanied by a marked increase in prostacyclin accumulation (3 hr: no leukocytes, 188 +/- 17 ng/ml; lymphocytes, 560 +/- 104). These in vitro findings suggest that lymphocytes and lymphokines may be involved in acute lung injury and also that permeability changes associated with granulocyte migration may depend on the chemoattractant.  相似文献

Natural dimer of bovine seminal ribonuclease (AS RNase) suppressed markedly DNA synthesis in allogeneic mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) of normal human lymphocytes and simultaneously inhibited induction of cytotoxic effector cells within the sensitization phase of indirect cell-mediated lympholysis (CML) reaction. The last purification step of the AS RNase isolation procedure did not increase the suppressive activity of AS RNase compared to a less purified preparation (ZS RNase), thus, the later preparation was mostly used. ZS RNase (10 micrograms/ml) caused 50% inhibition of MLC reaction whereas pancreatic ribonuclease (A RNase) was 10 times less effective. The suppressive effect of RNases added in the beginning of the sensitization phase of the CML reaction correlated with that observed in the MLC reaction. The concentrations of ZS RNase (10 micrograms/ml), A RNase (100 micrograms/ml), and additionally tested cyclosporin A (0.5 microgram/ml) resulted in nearly total abrogation of cytolysis in CML. ZS RNase added after the sensitization of effector cells did not influence their cytolytic action on target cells within the destruction phase of CML. Natural killer and killer cell activities in normal peripheral lymphocytes were not inhibited by ZS RNase at the concentration of 330 micrograms/ml. ZS RNase (20 micrograms/ml), cocultivated 1 h with normal human bone marrow cells and then washed off, enhanced formation of GM-CFC colonies in semisolid agar culture up to 200%. Simultaneously tested antilymphocyte globulin increased the number of GM-CFC colonies at the average of 128%. This stimulating effect on colony formation appeared also in bone marrow culture of patients suffering with various hematological disorders. The possibility of utilizing the preparations gained from seminal plasma in clinical bone marrow transplantation is discussed.  相似文献

Bovine seminal ribonuclease (BS-RNase) contains the MxM (noncovalent dimer) and M=M (free monomer) in constant ratio. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of BS-RNase, its monomer and dimer forms, and also various mutants of this enzyme on meiotic completion in cattle oocytes. It was found that BS-RNase has irreversible effects on the meiotic maturation of bovine oocytes in vitro, particularly on the completion of meiosis. The effect of BS-RNase is dose-dependent. In medium supplemented with 1 microg/ml, the results were comparable with those of the control (70% MII oocytes after 24 hr of culture). Whereas 5 microg/ml reduced the number of MII oocytes to 50%, 10 and 25 microg/ml arrested this process completely. The MxM form and RNase A at 5 microg/ml inhibited the maturation rate by 71 and 48%, respectively, but a less significant effect was observed for the M=M form, or the carboxymethylated monomers MCM31 and MCM32 (21%, 16%, and 42% MII oocytes, respectively, in comparison with control). The effects of cordacin on lymphocyte activity were studied with two parameters in vitro. The cordacin inhibited T lymphocyte E rosette formation by 93% at the concentration of 1,000 microgram/ml and tritiated-thymidine incorporation into PHA-transformed lymphocytes by 66% at the concentration of 10 microgram/ml. The implication of these results on replicating leukemic as well as normal cells is discussed.  相似文献

The influence of inosiplex upon various in vitro leucocyte assays was studied in normal individuals. It was found that the drug increases the response of bidirectional and unidirectional mixed lymphocyte cultures at concentrations of 200, 300, and 500 microgram/ml. It also significantly increases the percentage of active T rosettes (concentration range: 50 to 500 microgram/ml) and the percentage of autologous red cell T rosettes (concentration: 100 microgram/ml). In contrast, inosiplex did not modify the percentage of total T rosettes and EAC rosettes. Inosiplex increases the number of nonadherent leucocytes in the leucocyte adherence inhibition test at a concentration range between 100 and 300 microgram/ml. Finally, inosiplex also increases the percentage of monocytes phagocytizing yeast at a concentration between 50 and 500 microgram/ml. These data indicate that inosiplex enhances the function of normal human T cells, monocytes, and possibly neutrophils. Therefore inosiplex appears to have immunostimulant properties.  相似文献

The inhibitory action of gangliosides GT1B, GD1A, GM3 and GM1 on cell proliferation and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) phosphorylation was determined in the N-myc amplified human neuroblastoma cell line NBL-W. The IC50 of each ganglioside was estimated from concentration-response regressions generated by incubating NBL-W cells with incremental concentrations (5-1000 microm) of GT1B, GD1A, GM3 or GM1 for 4 days. Cell proliferation was quantitatively determined by a colourimetric assay using tetrazolium dye and spectrophotometric analysis, and EGFR phosphorylation by densitometry of Western blots. All gangliosides assayed, with the exception of GM1, inhibited NBL-W cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner. The IC50s for gangliosides GT1B [molecular weight (MW) 2129], GM3 (MW 1236), and GD1A (MW 1838) were (mean +/- SEM) 117 +/- 26, 255 +/- 29, and 425 +/- 44 m, respectively. In contrast, the IC50 for GM1 (MW 1547) could not be determined. Incubation of NBL-W cells with epidermal growth factor (EGF) concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 1000 ng/ml progressively increased cell proliferation rate, but it plateaued at concentrations above 10 ng/ml. EGFR tyrosine phosphorylation, however, was incrementally stimulated by EGF concentrations from 1 to 100 ng/ml. The suppression of EGF-induced EGFR phosphorylation differed for each ganglioside, and their respective inhibitory potencies were as follows: EGFR phosphorylation [area under curve (+ EGF)/area under curve (- EGF)]: control (no ganglioside added) = 8.2; GM1 = 8.3; GD1A = 6.7; GM3 = 4.87, and GT1B = 4.09. The lower the ratio, the greater the inhibitory activity of the ganglioside. Gangliosides GD1A and GT1B, which have terminal N-acetyl neuraminic acid moieties, as well as one and two N-acetyl neuraminic acid residues linked to the internal galactose, respectively, both inhibited cell proliferation and EGFR phosphorylation. However, GD1A was a more potent suppressor of cell proliferation and GT1B most effective against EGFR phosphorylation. GM3, which only has a terminal N-acetyl neuraminic acid, inhibited cell proliferation and EGFR phosphorylation almost equivalently. These data suggest that gangliosides differ in their potency as inhibitors of NBL-W neuroblastoma cell proliferation and EGFR tyrosine phosphorylation, and that perturbations in the differential expression of membrane glycosphingolipids may play a role in modulating neuroblastoma growth.  相似文献

The composition of gangliosides was examined in a normal rat embryo fibroblast cell line (REF52) and in two viral transformants: a polyoma transformant (REF52-PyMLV) and a simian viral 40 transformant (REF52-SV40). The distribution of gangliosides in the cell lines was determined using gas-liquid chromatography and high-performance thin-layer chromatography. N-acetylneuraminic acid was the predominant sialic acid species detected in the three cell lines. The total ganglioside concentration (microgram/100 mg dry weight of cells) in the normal, PyMLV, and SV40 lines was 144.7 +/- 10.4, 153.8 +/- 9.2, and 86.1 +/- 6.8, respectively. Gangliosides GM3, GM2, GM1, and GD1a were the major species in the normal and transformed lines. The distribution of these gangliosides, however, differed markedly between the normal and the transformed lines and also between the transformed lines themselves. The transformed cells also differed from the normal cells in growth rate, morphology, and social behavior. The cell line with highest GM3 content (PyMLV) formed islands, whereas the normal and SV40 cell lines, which had lower GM3 levels, grew as monolayers. The findings suggest that PyMLV and SV40 transformation can have multiple and different effects on cellular ganglioside distribution and growth behavior.  相似文献

Integration of bovine leukemia virus (BLV) in the genomes of infected cells was investigated in cattle with enzootic bovine leukosis (EBL) and sporadic bovine leukosis (SBL). Southern blot hybridization of BLV cDNA to Eco RI and Xba I restriction fragments of EBL tumor DNAs revealed that: 1) one to four or more copies of proviral DNA were integrated per genome; 2) the restriction pattern of the integrated proviral DNA was the same in two or three different tumors from the same animals; and 3) different patterns were observed among tumors from four different animals. These findings suggest the monoclonal origin of different tumors in an individual animal and the existence of multiple chromosomal integration sites of BLV provirus. DNAs from several SBL tumors were also analyzed with the same restriction enzymes, but with both representative and cDNA3'-enriched's of BLV RNA. No hybridization bands reactive with representative BLV cDNA could be detected, while several bands appeared to hybridize with cDNA3'-enriched.  相似文献

Graves' disease (GD), an autoimmune process involving thyroid and orbital tissue, is associated with lymphocyte abnormalities including expansion of memory T cells. Insulin-like growth factor receptor-1 (IGF-1R)-bearing fibroblasts overpopulate connective tissues in GD. IGF-1R on fibroblasts, when ligated with IgGs from these patients, results in the expression of the T cell chemoattractants, IL-16 and RANTES. We now report that a disproportionately large fraction of peripheral blood T cells express IGF-1R (CD3+IGF-R+). CD3+IGF-1R+ T cells comprise 48 +/- 4% (mean +/- SE; n = 33) in patients with GD compared with 15 +/- 3% (n = 21; p < 10(-8)) in controls. This increased population of IGF-1R+ T cells results, at least in part, from an expansion of CD45RO+ T cells expressing the receptor. In contrast, the fraction of CD45RA+IGF-1R+ T cells is similar in GD and controls. T cells harvested from affected orbital tissues in GD reflect similar differences in the proportion of IGF-1R+CD3+ and IGF-1R+CD4+CD3+ cells as those found in the peripheral circulation. GD-derived peripheral T cells express durable, constitutive IGF-1R expression in culture and receptor levels are further up-regulated following CD3 complex activation. IGF-1 enhanced GD-derived T cell incorporation of BrdU (p < 0.02) and inhibited Fas-mediated apoptosis (p < 0.02). These findings suggest a potential role for IGF-1R displayed by lymphocytes in supporting the expansion of memory T cells in GD.  相似文献

In vitro release of thyroid hormone was investigated under basal and TSH-stimulated conditions in the solitary autonomously functioning thyroid nodules (AFTN). A small portion (0.5 g of wet weight) of the nodules and adjacent thyroid tissues removed surgically from five patients with solitary AFTN were prepared for the dispersed cell culture. In the experiment on non TSH-stimulated (basal) conditions, those culture media which were totally replaced on the 5th day after primary culture were utilized for the determination of thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) by radioimmunoassay. T4 and T3 levels in culture media of the functioning nodules were 1.15 +/- 0.33 microgram/dl (mean +/- SEM) and 2.72 +/- 0.68 ng/ml, contrasted with levels of 0.67 +/- 0.09 microgram/dl and 1.24 +/- 0.22 ng/ml in the paranodular tissues. The mean ratios of T3/T4 of the nodules and paranodular tissues were 0.25 +/- 0.02 and 0.19 +/- 0.02, respectively (p less than 0.05). Meanwhile, in another experiment under TSH stimulatory conditions employing 40 and 80 microU/ml of human TSH, there were no significant differences in T4 and T3 releases when the two groups were compared.  相似文献

Microfibril-associated glycoprotein (MAGP)-1 and MAGP-2 are small structurally related glycoproteins that are specifically associated with fibrillin-containing microfibrils. MAGP-2, unlike MAGP-1, contains an RGD motif with potential for integrin binding. To determine if the RGD sequence is active, a series of cell binding assays was performed. MAGP-2 was shown to promote the attachment and spreading of bovine nuchal ligament fibroblasts when coated onto plastic wells in molar quantities similar to those of fibronectin. In contrast, approximately 10-fold more MAGP-1 was required to support comparable levels of cell adhesion. The fibroblast binding to MAGP-2 was completely inhibited if the peptide GRGDSP or the MAGP-2-specific peptide GVSGQRGDDVTTVTSET was added to the reaction medium at a 10 microM final concentration. The control peptide GRGESP had no effect on the interaction. These findings indicate that the cell interaction with MAGP-2 is an RGD-mediated event. A monoclonal antibody to human alphaVbeta3 integrin (LM609) almost completely blocked cell attachment to MAGP-2 when added to the medium at 0.5 microgram/ml, whereas two monoclonal antibodies specific for the human beta1 integrin subunit, 4B4 (blocking) and QE2.E5 (activating), had no effect even at 10 microgram/ml. Fetal bovine aortic smooth muscle cells, ear cartilage chondrocytes, and arterial endothelial cells and human skin fibroblasts and osteoblasts were also observed to adhere strongly to MAGP-2. In addition, each cell type was able to spread on MAGP-2 substrate, with the exception of the endothelial cells, which remained spherical after 2 h of incubation. The binding of each cell type was blocked when the anti-alphaVbeta3 integrin antibody was included in the assay, indicating that alphaVbeta3 integrin is the major receptor for MAGP-2 on several cell types. Thus, MAGP-2 may mediate interactions between fibrillin-containing microfibrils and cell surfaces during the development of a variety of tissues.  相似文献

Verotoxin (VT)-induced immunomodulation has been implicated in the ability of VT-producing Escherichia coli (VTEC) to cause persistent infections in cattle. VT1, also referred to as Shiga toxin 1, is a potent cytotoxin that modulates cytokine secretions and functions. This prompted the current investigation to examine whether the inhibiting effect of VT1 on bovine lymphocytes correlates with the expression of the cellular VT1 receptor Gb3/CD77 or is mediated instead via perturbation of cytokine secretion. Using blood mononuclear cells stimulated by mitogens as a model, VT1 significantly blocked lymphoblast transformation and proliferation in the BoCD8+ T cell and BoCD21+ B cell population. In contrast, VT1 dramatically reduced the number of viable Gb3/CD77+ blast cells within all subpopulations identified (BoCD2+, BoCD4+, BoCD8+, WC1+ [i.e., gammadelta T cells] BoCD21+, and BoCD25+). Similar effects of VT1 were observed when the culture medium was supplemented with selected cytokines: tumor necrosis factor-alpha-sensitizing endothelial cells against VT1, interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha) as bovine IFN-alpha receptors are partially homologous to the B-subunit of VT1, and interleukin-2 that is critical for lymphocyte proliferation in vitro. The addition of these cytokines was neither able to mimic nor to overcome the effects of VT1. Therefore, it is concluded that VT1 directly acts on bovine lymphocytes rather than inducing a cytokine-mediated effect. VT1 considerably affects all main bovine lymphocyte subpopulations, implicating that the immune system is a predominant target for VT1 in cattle.  相似文献
