秋海棠是世界著名的观赏植物,不同种类和品种对栽培基质、光照、温度和湿度等生长环境条件的要求不同。‘宁明银’秋海棠是最近培育出的新品种,具有很高的观赏价值和市场潜力,但其栽培适宜条件还不清楚。为了摸索该品种的最佳栽培基质和光照条件,该研究利用四种光强(遮光45%、60%、75%、90%)和四种无土栽培基质(泥炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1;泥炭∶珍珠岩∶松树皮=1∶1∶1;腐叶土∶珍珠岩∶松树皮=1∶1∶1;玉米秆∶珍珠岩∶松树皮=1∶1∶1)在上海辰山植物园栽培大棚中开展盆栽试验,比较分析‘宁明银’秋海棠的生长表现。结果表明:在遮光45%条件下,腐叶土、珍珠岩、松树皮同等比例混合的栽培基质中,‘宁明银’秋海棠的叶片数、最大叶面积、地上部分鲜重与干重、地下部分干重均表现出最大值,且该条件下植株的相对含水量和根冠比最小,相对叶绿素含量也最高。因此,盆栽‘宁明银’秋海棠的最佳无土栽培条件为腐叶土、珍珠岩、松树皮等比例混合栽培基质和45%遮光,利用此条件可指导‘宁明银’秋海棠的商品化盆栽生产。  相似文献

利用播种、扦插和组织培养 3种方式繁殖变色秋海棠均获得成功。播种繁殖的发芽率约 60 % ;在 3种不同的叶插繁殖中 ,以锥形叶插成活率最高 ;组织培养以叶片为外植体、MS+BA1 +NAA0 .1固体发芽培养基较好 ,从外植体直接分化出芽原基和新芽 ,属于器官型再生方式。利用密闭容器栽培法或类似此种方法栽培变色秋海棠 ,取得较好效果。  相似文献

水分胁迫对入侵植物薇甘菊幼苗生长的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
水分是影响薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)生长的重要环境因子,但通过调控生长环境包括土壤水分和空气湿度来探讨这一入侵植物的适应能力的报道较少.本文通过设置2个水分梯度:处理Ⅰ土壤含水量30%~60%和空气相对湿度80%~90%,处理Ⅱ土壤含水量10%~20%和空气相对湿度20%~30%进行试验.结果发现土壤含水量在10%~20%且空气相对湿度在20%~30%时,水分胁迫能显著影响薇甘菊的幼苗生长和光合特性.胁迫条件下植株生长速率明显降低,最大净光合速率和最大量子效率分别是1.94 μmol·m-2·s-1和64.91 mmol·mol-1,比对照8.63 μmol·m-2·s-1和211.34 mmol·mol-1明显偏低.本文将空气相对湿度作为水分胁迫条件之一,阐述了空气相对湿度的增加能扩大薇甘菊的适生范围,并分析得出气孔限制可能是水分胁迫下薇甘菊生长受抑制的主要原因.  相似文献

研究外来入侵害虫橘小实蝇及其寄生蜂在不同湿度条件下的存活与发育能力,以预测其在福建的适生分布区。结果表明:在25℃条件下,不同相对湿度对切割潜蝇茧蜂成蜂种群寿命影响大小依次为75%>95%>55%>35%,其中75%相对湿度下种群平均寿命最长,采用二次曲线模型并求得最适相对湿度为75.2%;不同相对湿度对橘小实蝇种群寿命的影响大小依次为75%>55%>95%>35%,采用二次曲线模型并求得最适相对湿度为68.7%,二者可能具有相似的分布区域。同时,从存活曲线分布的情况来看,切割潜蝇茧蜂在不同湿度下的存活曲线分布较橘小实蝇更集中,表明橘小实蝇对湿度的变化表现出更强的敏感性。同时,湿度低于35%时,不能交配并繁殖后代;处于较高湿度时,对其后代体形大小没有显著影响。  相似文献

为研究鼎湖山紫背天葵人工栽培适宜的生长基质和气候条件,以组培球茎为材料,比较了自然气候条件下几种混合基质处理对植株生长情况的影响。结果表明:不同配比混合基质的pH值、有机质和铵态氮含量对球茎萌芽和植株的生长均有显著的影响,适合的pH缓冲范围在3.5~4.5之间,表明紫背天葵为喜酸植物。添加黄泥的基质并不适合紫背天葵的生长;泥炭土+珍珠岩(3:1)混合基质较适宜于紫背天葵的生长,球茎萌芽率达到88%,植株的须根、球茎、叶和株高等指标表现良好。结合栽培物候期分析,球茎的萌芽期在当年11月~次年1月,生长适温在16~25℃之间,相对湿度为90%~95%。  相似文献

研究了婴儿泪适宜生长的光照范围问题。通过测定试验房间光照的分布图 ,选择试验房间内具有代表性的光区进行栽培试验。实验环境温度为 15~ 2 5℃ ,湿度为 33%~ 6 9%。经栽培 4 0d后 ,用LI 6 4 0 0测定其不同光强下的光合特性 ,计算光补偿点、光饱和点、最大净光合速率。同时测定不同试验区植株的枝长与叶片数量的生长量。结果表明 :婴儿泪在 >8 5μmol·m-2 ·s-1~ <2 99 0 μmol·m-2 ·s-1(4 2 5~ 14 95 0lx ,RH33%~ 6 9% ,温度 15~ 2 5℃ )的光照条件下能够生长  相似文献

为了研究亚高温下不同空气湿度对番茄植株光合作用及物质积累的影响,本试验利用人工气候室,在11:00—15:00平均温度为33℃的亚高温条件下,设置3个空气相对湿度处理,分别为70%~80%(高湿)、50%~60%(中湿)和不加湿的30%~40%(低湿)。结果表明:在处理25d时,高湿处理番茄叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率显著高于低湿处理,而低湿处理果实空洞率比高湿处理高18.4%(P<0.05);在33℃亚高温条件下,70%~80%的相对湿度有利于光合作用的增强和果实品质的提高。  相似文献

该研究以生物统计的正交试验设计为理论依据,列出影响秋海棠扦插生根成苗率的插穗水平、扦插基质、生长刺激素和遮光率4个主要因子,每个因子设3个不同的水平,根据L_9(3~4)正交试验因素、水平组合进行了9个4因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明:通过L_9(3~4)正交试验,获得了濒危植物古林箐秋海棠(Begonia gulinqingensis)的叶片扦插繁殖最佳方案为保持扦插床温度22~28℃,基质温度18~22℃,空气相对湿度60%~75%,遮光率70%~75%。以叶片作为插穗,珍珠岩为扦插基质,100 mg·L~(-1)萘乙酸处理切口,扦插期间给予插穗充足的水分管理,扦插20~25 d插穗切口产生不定根,70~85 d萌发不定芽形成新植株,扦插繁殖成苗率达74%。将获得的扦插繁殖再生植株定植于云南马关县古林箐乡柏木山自然分布区的原生森林生态生境地和次生开发杜仲、草果林生态生境地进行回归引种对比试验。原生森林生态居群的回归植株平均保存率为57.6%,开花率为40%,结实率为36.6%,落子成苗率为36.1%。回归植株能在原生地自然繁衍,是古林箐秋海棠回归引种的可行方法。  相似文献

室内研究了不同温湿度对中华通草蛉 (Chrysoperla sinica)越冬成虫存活的影响。试验采用因子二次正交旋转组合设计的要求安排 ,研究了越冬成虫在不同的温度组合条件下储存不同时间后的存活率 ,并得到了在不同时间后 ,成虫存活率与温湿度间的二次回归模型。结果表明 ,在试验条件下 ,越冬成虫存活的最佳条件组合是温度为 5℃和相对湿度为 75 % ,此条件下储存90 d的越冬成虫存活率达 85 %以上 ;温度对成虫存活率的影响最大 ,湿度次之 ,温湿度的交互作用最不重要。利用温湿度与存活率之间的回归方程 ,分析并得出了适宜于越冬中华通草蛉成虫存活的条件为温度 5~ 9℃ ,相对湿度 70 %~ 85 % ,温度和湿度过高或过低均不利于成虫的存活  相似文献

The effect of applied direct electrical currents (3–7µA) on the levels of indoleacetic acid (IAA) and peroxidasein tomato plants was determined. Six-week-old treated and controltomato plants were divided into four parts (petiole, leaf, root,and internode). The levels of IAA and peroxidase were higherin the treated tissues (leaf and petiole) compared to the controls.There was not a significant difference in peroxidase levelsin internodal tissue between treated and control plants; however,the peroxidase level in treated root tissue was lower than incontrol plants. It is suggested that small currents may alterthe levels of IAA and peroxidase in different plant tissues.  相似文献

The segment is defined as an internode and the associated petiole and lamina. In many climbing members of the family Araceae, there is great variation in the relative sizes and shapes of the three component parts of the segment. In Syngonium standleyanum Bunting, it was found that the form of the internode may be characterized by its length and diam, the petiole by its length, and the lamina by its wt and its shape (the ratio of central lobe wt to lamina wt). The sizes and shapes of the various components of the segment were found not to be allometrically related, with three exceptions: the internode diam is allometrically related to the segment wt, petiole wt, and lamina shape. In the four species of Araceae studied, the strong correlation between the diam of the internode and the wt of the entire segment results in a trade-off between making a large leaf or a long internode. For an internode of a given diam, the total dry wt of the segment is fixed, but may be proportioned in virtually any manner between the leaf and internode, from 95% of the wt in a large leaf, to 98% of the wt in a long internode. The complete form of the segment may be defined by just two variables. A suitable pair of variables is internode diam, and the ratio of internode diam to internode length.  相似文献

克隆植物蛇莓对光照强度和养分条件的适应性可塑性 表型可塑性可帮助植物缓冲环境压力并使其表型与当地环境相匹配,但目前仅少数性状的可塑性被广泛认为是适应性的。为充分理解可塑性的适应性意义,仍需进一步研究更多的植物功能性状及其环境因子。本研究将匍匐茎克隆植物蛇莓(Duchesnea indica)的21个基因型种植于不同的光照和养分条件下,并利用选择梯度分析检测了形态和生理可塑性对光照强度和养分有效性变化的适应性值。在遮荫条件下,蛇莓适合度(果实数、分株数和生物量)降低,节间缩短变细,成熟叶叶绿素含量降低,但叶柄长度、比叶面积、老叶叶绿素含量均增加。在低养分条件下,植株叶柄缩短,叶面积缩小变厚,叶绿素含量降低,但果实数量和根冠比增加。选择梯度分析表明,叶柄长度和老叶叶绿素含量对光照变化的可塑性是适应性的,老叶和成熟叶叶绿素含量对养分变化的可塑性也是适应性的。因此,不同性状的可塑性适应值取决于特定的生态背景。该研究的发现有助于理解克隆植物表型可塑性响应环境变化的适应性意义。  相似文献

采用实验生态学的方法研究了外界支持直径变化对苦瓜植株生长和觅食行为的影响。结果表明,支持物直径变化对主茎节间、叶片、叶柄和卷须的发育进程无明显影响。苦瓜植株的攀援生长显著受到支持物直径大小的影响,当支持物直径小于8mm时,植株能较好地自主攀援生长。生长于直径支持物上的植株比生长于小直径支持物上的植株表现出较高的分枝率、较短的主茎、较长的分枝、较大的比茎长和比叶柄长。相关分析表明,节间长度和叶柄长度同植株自主攀援程度成显著正相关关系,而单叶面积、分枝数量和比叶柄长同植株自主攀援程度成显著负相关关系。作为攀援植物的一种重要资源,外界支持物的特征和存在状况将对植物的生长和行为产生重要影响。  相似文献

Effects of the length: width ratio of a leaf blade and petiole length on shoot light capture were studied with computer simulation. Both a larger length: width ratio and longer petiole contributed to larger light capture per unit leaf area due to a reduced aggregation of leaf area around the stem. Other conditions being equal, shoots with narrow leaves and no petioles and those with wide leaves with petioles showed similar light capture as long as the mean distance of the leaf blade from the stem was the same. In shoots with a short internode and/or distichous phyllotaxis, however, narrow leaves contributed more to avoiding mutual shading than wide leaves with petioles. The predominance of light coming from a higher angular altitude also favored narrow leaves. The possible consequences of these results in the adaptive geometry of plant architecture are discussed.  相似文献

1. A three-dimensional geometric simulation model of crown architecture was utilized to investigate the efficiency of light capture and its relationship to whole-plant CO2 assimilation of Adenocaulon bicolor .
2. Positioning of the leaves by the combined effects of ontogenetic variations in petiole length and angle and leaf size, and the leaf divergence angles were shown to be effective in minimizing self shading. The efficiency of light absorption varied from 0·64 to 0·70 among individual plants that were sampled.
3. Plant to plant variation in simulated daily carbon gain was strongly influenced by variations in the direct and diffuse PFD received by the individual plants. When simulations were run for all plants under a single common light environment, the carbon gain was strongly dependent on the efficiencies of light absorption of the different plants.
4. Simulations in which petiole length was varied showed a non-linear dependence of light absorption efficiency on petiole length. When both petiole length and leaf size were varied in a way that maintained a constant biomass then an optimal petiole length that corresponded to the observed petiole length was apparent. The observed divergence angle between successive leaves also maximized light absorption efficiency as compared to greater or lesser angles, but increases in internode length had no significant effect.
5. The results of this study provide evidence for selection for an 'optimal design' of crown architecture in Adenocaulon bicolor that maximizes light capture.  相似文献

The response of overwintered stolons of nine contrasting white clover populations to temperature, photoperiod and natural conditions was studied in six environments during the spring. Rate of leaf appearance, leaflet length, petiole length, stolon internode length, dry matter distribution within the plant and total dry weight were measured on 15 plants of each population/environment combination. Most characters, except leaf size and proportion of dry matter allocated to leaf, responded positively to temperature in the range 10 – 20°C. A positive effect of photoperiod extension was also found for all characters except rate of leaf appearance, internode length and distribution of dry matter to leaf. Population differences in response to environment were found which were related to both leaf size classification and origin. Stolon dry weight was positively correlated with leaf length, petiole length and stolon internode length in most environments. The relationships between the eight characters were often complex and canonical variate analysis provided a convenient way to discriminate between the populations based on all eight characters.  相似文献

通过对银杏不同枝类、不同叶序的叶片形态进行调查,结果表明:银杏不同枝类的叶片形态差异较大,叶宽、叶柄长、叶基角:多年生鳞枝>一年生鳞枝>一年生长枝;叶长、叶形指数:一年生长枝>一年生鳞枝>多年生鳞枝;叶面积:一年生和多年生鳞枝>一年生长枝;有缺刻叶比例:一年生长枝>多年生鳞枝>一年生鳞枝.一年生长枝叶片的叶宽、叶长、叶面积、叶柄长、叶基角均随叶序的增加逐渐减小,叶形指数和有缺刻叶的比例则增加.一年生和多年生鳞枝1~5叶的叶长、叶宽和叶面积随叶序增加而逐渐增加,第5~6叶达最大,以后随叶序增加而逐渐减小,叶形指数和叶柄长度随叶序增加而增加,叶基角随叶序增加而减小.一年生长枝的第2叶、一年和多年生鳞枝的第4叶可作为品种描述的标准叶.  相似文献

Vegetative growth and changes within populations ofSyneilesis palmata (THUNB>) MAX. Usannamul were monitored in two natural stands with different levels of incoming light. This perennial, shade-tolerant herb was measured for its plant size, petiole length, leaf breadth, and leaflet number over 11 years in a moderately shaded (MS) stand and over 7 years in a severely shaded (SS) stand. At the end of each growing season, a shoot primordium developed at the center of the root system. Correlation coefficients were mostly high between pairings of two properties - total weight, petiole length, petiole weight, leaf breadth, leaf blade weight, leaf area, specific leaf area, and leaflet number. Mean annual mortality of this species was higher in SS (22.97%) than in MS (8.85%), but great fluctuations were seen from year by year. Mortality was lowest for medium-sized plants. Regarding petiole length, differences in mean annual growth rates were conspicuous, i.e., 2.6% in MS and 8.4% in SS, while growth rates for leaf breadth were 3.1% in MS and 24.2% in SS. Changes in plant frequency within individual size classes roughly showed a normal distribution curve. However, the mode varied year by year, and such changes were more remarkable in SS than in MS. Under severe shading,S. palmata had a higher growth rate and but also greater mortality than did plants under moderate shade. Therefore, one can conclude that the population structure in SS was unstable over time.  相似文献
