Callicarpa peichieniana W. Y. Chun & S. L. Chen ex W. Z. Fang’ is a replacement name for Premna peii W. Y. Chun ex H. T. Chang. However, this replacement name was not validly published in 1982 by W. Z. Fang because the reference citation of the replaced synonym P. peii that was published in 1960 was contrary to Article 33.4 of ICBN. The first publication of Premna peii in 1960 was invalid due to lack of type indication, in conflict with Article 37.1, and it was subsequently validated in 1963. In this study, we correct the place of valid publication of P. peii, thereby validating C. peichieniana W. Y. Chun & S. L. Chen ex H. Ma & W. B. Yu.  相似文献

The Bornean species of Callicarpa (Lamiaceae) are revised. Twenty three species are recognized: of these, four are described as new ( C. argentii , C. coriacea , C. subaequalis and C. teneriflora ) and two are raised to species level from variety ( C. endertii and C. hispida ). All 23 species described are assessed for World Conservation Union (IUCN) conservation status. Distribution maps and an identification key are provided. The historic confusion between the genera Geunsia and Callicarpa is discussed. Geunsia is included as a synonym of Callicarpa based on the examination of morphological characters and molecular data. Geunsia is suggested to be nested within Callicarpa based on phylogenetic analyses of nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (nrITS), partial matK and trnD‐T sequences of 30 taxa using maximum parsimony. © 2009 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2009, 159 , 416–455.  相似文献

目的:研究紫珠叶的镇痛作用。方法:用昆明种小鼠,采用醋酸小鼠扭体法研究紫珠叶提取物及部分成分镇痛作用。结果:紫珠叶粗提物以及部分三萜、黄酮类化合物能显著减少小鼠扭体次数。结论:紫珠叶具有明显的镇痛作用。  相似文献

A recent study of Southeastern species ofStachys points out a problem involving the identity ofS. nuttallii Shuttlew. ex Bentham. Type material ofS. nuttallii is clearly representative of what is commonly known asS. riddellii House.S. riddellii of current authors must now be calledS. nuttallii, S. riddellii becoming a taxonomic synonym. However, no valid names have been uncovered in the literature that can be correctly applied to the species, primarily from the Blue Ridge Mountains, previously known to most botanists as “S. nuttallii.” These plants are described as a new species,Stachys eplingii.  相似文献

针对武汉地区夏季高温干旱的气候特点,分别在室内人工模拟高温和干旱的条件下,对紫珠的耐热性和抗旱性进行了初步研究。结果表明:紫珠有一定的耐高温干旱能力,能忍受45℃高温连续9天和持续9天的干旱,是一种较好的新型园林节水耐旱观果灌木。  相似文献

Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) banding patterns were used to examine genetic diversity within and among populations ofMonarda fistulosa var.brevis, a rare taxon restricted to several populations in limestone glades and barrens in eastern West Virginia and Virginia. More than 34% of the total ISSR diversity in var.brevis occurred among populations, which is high when compared to the few other rare species that have been examined for ISSR variation. Prior studies demonstrated that var.brevis is morphologically distinct from the more widespread var.fistulosa, and that the differences are maintained when the two varieties are grown together in a uniform environment. The present study utilizing ISSR markers indicated that the two varieties are distinct, though quite similar genetically, and this is concordant with prior investigations documenting their morphological and habitat differences. However, the ISSR results suggest that the two varieties have diverged relatively recently and/or there is a low level of gene flow between them.  相似文献

The names of Leptodermis pilosa Diels var. acanthoclada Lo and L. pilosa Diels var. spicatiformis Lo are invalid because no type specimens were indicated in the protologue when they were published. Two names are here validated at the rank of variety, with the specimens designated as types. 从疏毛吴茱萸干燥近成熟果实的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,经谱学数据分析并与文献报道的数据进行比较,确定其分别为:吴茱萸次碱(1),吴茱萸碱(2),7β-羟基吴茱萸次碱(3),N^14 -甲酰二氢吴茱萸次碱(4),去氢吴茱萸碱(5),吴茱萸果酰胺-I(6),胡萝卜苷(7)和金丝桃苷(8)。其中,化合物3,4,6—8为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

柠檬醛猴樟是重要的园林绿化、用材、油用树种。以柠檬醛猴樟一年生枝条为材料,研究采集季节、消毒时间、激素对柠檬醛猴樟茎段组织培养的影响。结果表明:5月中旬,柠檬醛猴樟半木质化茎段组织培养用浓度为0.1% HgCl2消毒5 min,茎段腋芽萌芽率最高,褐化率和污染率较低。猴樟茎段萌芽适宜培养基为MS+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.05 mg·L-1 IBA,萌芽率为60%。增殖适宜培养基为MS+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 IBA,增殖系数为4.33、株高为3.67 cm、地径为1.04 mm。生根培养11 d基部出现不定根,生根适宜培养基为MS+1.5 mg·L-1 IBA,生根率75.00%、根长5.06 cm、根数3.50、根粗0.82 mm。根数大于3的组培苗,移栽成活率80%以上。  相似文献
