In a phase II study, 18 patients with locally spreading melanoma or sarcoma of lower limb were treated by isolation perfusion (ILP) with hyperthermia and local infusion of high dose of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor alpha (rHuTNF-alpha) (4 mg). Bioactive TNF-alpha and interleukin 6 (IL-6) serum levels were measured serially. In the limb, TNF-alpha rapidly reached a plateau at 2 mu/ml, while IL-6 appeared later and progressively increased until the end of ILP. In the systemic circulation TNF-alpha rose up to a median concentration of 31 ng/ml after 1 hour, then decreased and became negligible after 6 hours. IL-6 peaked only after 5 hours after start of ILP (median: 36.7 ng/ml). In patients with substantial leakage towards systemic circulation, both cytokines peaked higher and earlier as compared with patients with minimal leakage. No correlation was found between cytokine levels and severity of side effects which in all cases were reversible. We conclude that high dose TNF-alpha infusion in ILP results in extremely high levels of bioactive TNF-alpha in the systemic circulation without irreversible side effect, and provokes a delayed blood release of large amounts of IL-6; there was a correlation between leakage from the limb during procedure and the magnitude of systemic cytokines levels.  相似文献

Isolated limb perfusion (ILP) with high dose tumour necrosis factor (TNF), interferon γ and melphalan (TIM) is an efficient treatment for patients with regionally advanced melanoma and sarcoma. In 44 patients, we determined the kinetics of soluble TNF receptors (sTNF-RI and RII) plasma concentrations, and correlated them with systemic TNF and interleukin 6 (IL-6) levels and shock. Seven patients treated conventionally by ILP without cytokine served as controls.Elevated levels of both sTNF-Rs were observed within 30 min after beginning of the TIM-ILP. A first peak of sTNF-Rs levels was observed 3 h after ILP and was followed by a rapid decrease reaching a nadir at 12–14 h post ILP. This first peak was followed by a second, long-lasting elevation of both sTNF-Rs levels persisting for 4 to 5 days after TIM-ILP. Patients treated by ILP without TNF/interferon γ (IFN-γ) had no detectable increase in either sTNF-Rs or in circulating TNF, demonstrating that the release of TNF-Rs was dependent upon the administration of TNF/IFN-γ. High plasma levels of TNF and IL-6 were observed in patients that had more than 5% leakage during the TIM-ILP, but no significant correlation between TNF levels and the peak values of both sTNF-Rs was observed. The levels of TNF and IL-6 were, however, significantly related to each other. TNF systemic levels, but not sTNF-Rs concentrations, correlated significantly with the severity of the shock observed after TIM-ILP. Patients in which sTNF-RII concentration was in excess over circulating TNF, had no shock or grade I shock only, suggesting that sTNF-RII may play a protective, although limited, role in inhibiting activity of circulating TNF.  相似文献

Cartilage-specific extracellular matrix synthesis is the prerequisite for chondrocyte survival and cartilage function, but is affected by the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in arthritis. The aim of the present study was to characterize whether the immunoregulatory cytokine IL-10 might modulate cartilage matrix and cytokine expression in response to TNF-α. Primary human articular chondrocytes were treated with either recombinant IL-10, TNF-α or a combination of both (at 10 ng/mL each) or transduced with an adenoviral vector overexpressing human IL-10 and subsequently stimulated with 10 ng/ml TNF-α for 6 or 24 h. The effects of IL-10 on the cartilage-specific matrix proteins collagen type II, aggrecan, matrix-metalloproteinases (MMP)-3, -13 and pro-inflammatory cytokines were evaluated by real-time RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Transduced chondrocytes overexpressed high levels of IL-10 which significantly up-regulated collagen type II expression. TNF-α suppressed collagen type II and aggrecan, but increased MMP and cytokine expression in chondrocytes compared to the non-stimulated controls. The TNF-α mediated down-regulation of aggrecan expression was significantly antagonized by IL-10 overexpression, whereas the suppression of collagen type II was barely affected. The MMP-13 and IL-1β expression by TNF-α was slightly reduced by IL-10. These results suggest that IL-10 overexpression modulates some catabolic features of TNF-α in chondrocytes.  相似文献

Stimulating or modulating the release of cytokines by immunomodulators or immunostimulating agents is an attractive mode for treating several diseases such as viral infections. For instance, patients with viral infections may be in need of increasing or inducing T helper 1 (Th1) or proinflammatory cytokines, which ultimately activate T cytotoxic and Natural killer lymphocytes to kill virally infected cells. Of these agents, we found that Eriobotrya japonica hydrophilic leaf extract (EJHE) can induce and modulate cytokines in dose-dependent manner. Twenty-four hour exposure of increasing concentrations of EJHE increased significantly (p < 0.001) the production of IFN-γ and TNF-α, from PHA+LPS-stimulated whole blood. However, the production of IFN-γ and TNF-α plateaued at high EJHE concentrations (10–100 μg/ml). No significant changes in the production of IL-10 were seen. In addition, EJHE at 1 and 10 μg/ml reversed significantly (p < 0.01) the inhibitory effect of hydrocortisone on the IL-12 p70, IFN-γ and TNF-α production from PHAS+LPS stimulated whole blood. Without PHA and LPS, EJHE was found to induce significantly (p < 0.001) IFN-γ, IL-12 p70, TNF-α, and IL-10 from whole blood culture in concentration dependent manner. The maximum induction of IFN-γ, IL-12 p70, and TNF-α by EJHE was at 1 and 10 μg/ml. On the other hand, IL-10 induction kept increasing even at the highest concentration used (100 μg/ml) of EJHE. Furthermore, intra-peritoneal injection of EJHE into mice increased significantly serum cytokines level mainly at 10 and 100 μg/ml. Two-hour post i.p. injection, EJHE increased serum IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-10 to 750, 1000, and 250 pg/ml, respectively. However, 24 h post i.p. injection, the levels of TNF-α, and IL-10 were similar to basal levels but IFN-γ levels were 200 pg/ml. These results indicate that EJHE induces proinflammatory and Th1 cytokines in concentration dependent manner and the effect of this induction should be studied further in viral models to check the efficacy of such cytokine induction.  相似文献

There has been no comprehensive study that maps the production of the range of inflammatory cytokines following implantation of a material. There is an urgent requirement for specific data on the real time production of biological markers in order to study their effects in vitro and more accurately predict the in vivo response. This study determined the production of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IFNγ and TNF-α in response to a synthetic material implanted in a rat soft tissue model for up to 90 days. IL-1 β and TNF-α were elevated over the total experimental time course with values in the order of 500 pg/ml for IL-1β and 40 pg/ml for TNF-α. The cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 were also detected and their production reduced with increasing time.  相似文献

We examined the compartmentalization of bioactive tumour necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) to the subarachnoid space and systemic circulation in patients with meningococcal meningitis and septic shock/bacteraemia. In patients with meningitis, median levels of TNF in 31 paired samples of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum were respectively 783 pg/ml and below detection limit (p < 0.001) and median levels of IL-6 were 150 ng/ml and 0.3 ng/ml (p < 0.0001). In patients with septic shock without meningitis, median levels in paired samples of CSF and serum were respectively below detection limit and 65 pg/ml (not significant, (ns)) (TNF, eleven patients) and 1.3 ng/ml-3 ng/ml (ns) (IL-6, nine patients). The data show that TNF and IL-6 are localized to the subarachnoid space in patients with meningitis although the blood-brain barrier is penetrable to serum proteins. On the other hand, patients with septic shock tend to have cytokines in both serum and CSF.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to determine if there is an antagonistic effect between tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α and the immunoregulatory interleukin (IL)-10 on chondrocytes survival. Serum-starved primary human articular chondrocytes were stimulated with either 10 ng/ml recombinant TNF-α, IL-10 or a combination of both (at 10 ng/ml each). Chondrocyte apoptosis was determined by measuring caspase-3/7, -8 and -9 activities using caspase assays. Mitochondrial apoptotic inducer bax, and the suppressor bcl-2 were evaluated using western blotting at 48 h. Results indicated that TNF-α increased caspase activities and resulted in a significant (p = 0.001) increase in bax/bcl-2 ratio. Stimulation with IL-10 did not alter caspase activities, while co-treatment with IL-10 and TNF-α inhibited TNF-α induced caspase activities and significantly (p > 0.004) impaired bax/bcl-2 ratio. At 24 h, mRNA levels for collagen type II, TNF-α and IL-10 were determined using real-time RT-PCR. Stimulation with TNF-α or TNF-α and IL-10 significantly inhibited collagen type II and increased IL-10 and TNF-α mRNA expression. IL-10 modulated the pro-apoptotic capacity of TNF-α in chondrocytes as shown by the decrease in caspase activities and bax/bcl-2 ratio compared to TNF-α stimulated chondrocytes, suggesting a mostly antagonistic interplay of IL-10 and TNF-α on mitochondrial apoptotic pathways.  相似文献

The effects of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin A (SEA) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in cytokine production were assessed at the single cell level in cells obtained from healthy blood donors. Cytokine production was studied with UV-microscopy of fixed and permeabilized cells stained with cytokine specific monoclonal antibodies. The cytokines evaluated included tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-2, IL-4, interferon (IFN)-γ and TNF-β. LPS exhibited marked production of IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8. After LPS stimulation IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-8 were the dominating products, all peaking at or before 4 hours after cell stimulation. In addition, IL-10 production was evident after 12 hours of cell stimulation. The T-lymphocyte-derived cytokines TNF-β, IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-4 were never detected in the cultures. All cytokine production, except IL-8, was downregulated at 96 hours. In contrast, peak production of IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-8, which were the dominant products, occurred after 12 hours in the SEA-stimulated cultures. Further, a significant T-lymphocyte production of TNF-β, TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-2 was found with peak production 12–48 hours after initiation. Only low amounts of IL-6 were evident. The two types of cytokine pattern and kinetics found may correspond to the different clinical conditions after invasive Gram-negative Escherichia coli vs Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus infections in humans, with a much more rapid onset of disease after E. coli infections. The data may also imply that different immunomodulating approaches should be considered in life-threatening diseases with the two microbacterial agents.  相似文献

Neuro-endocrine and immune systems closely interact in fish, and their regulation is crucial for the maintenance of good health of cultured fish. We have used the seabream head kidney to study whether stress-related hormones can modulate the immune response. For this purpose, the effects of adrenaline, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol on the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6) and the anti-inflammatory cytokine TGF-β1 were determined by means of quantitative real-time PCR on isolated head kidney cells. ACTH (150 ng mL−1) caused an acute increase of TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA levels as well as an inhibition of IL-1β expression. The expression of the anti-inflammatory cytokine TGF-β1 was also increased, although in a lower extent. Adrenaline (1 μM) early effects were only clear inhibiting IL-1β expression but not TNF-α, IL-6 or TGF-β1 mRNA levels, while a longer exposure to the hormone inhibited all cytokines. Moreover, cortisol (50 and 100 ng mL−1) reduced the expression of all cytokines in a dose-dependent manner. Bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulated IL-1β expression and inhibited that of the anti-inflammatory TGF-β1, although it was ineffective on TNF-α and IL-6. In addition, adrenaline and cortisol decreased the LPS-stimulated IL-1β expression, further demonstrating their previously reported anti-inflammatory effects. The combination of ACTH and LPS, on the other hand, did not affect LPS-stimulated IL-1β expression but was effective increasing TNF-α expression. Taking all these results in consideration, we conclude that the expression of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the seabream head kidney is highly influenced by stress-related hormones, thus indicating an important role for the endocrine system in the modulation of the immune response in teleost fish.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to establish plasma cytokine/chemokine profiles in patients with 3 different presentations of active tuberculosis (TB), compared to the profiles observed in bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-vaccinated healthy individuals and patients with other pulmonary diseases (non-TB patients). To this end, plasma samples were collected from 151 TB patients including 68 pulmonary TB (PTB), 43 endobronchial TB, and 40 tuberculosis pleurisy (TP) patients, as well as 107 no-TB cases including 26 non-TB patients and 81 BCG-vaccinated healthy controls. A liquid array-based multiplexed immunoassay was used to screen plasma samples for 20 distinct cytokines and chemokines. Multinomial logistic regression was used to analyze associations between cytokines/chemokines and TB/non-TB patients. Compared to our findings with the no-TB donors, the median plasma levels of the proinflammatory cytokines/chemokines TNF-α, IL-6, IP-10, IFN-γ, and MIP-1β were significantly elevated in TB patients, suggesting their potential use as biomarkers for diagnosing TB patients. Further comparisons with healthy donors showed that only the median TNF-α plasma level was highly produced in the plasma of all 3 types of TB patients. Plasma IL-6 production was higher only in TP patients, while the plasma levels of IP-10, IFN-γ, and MIP-1β were markedly enhanced in both PTB and TP patients. Unexpectedly, among the above cytokines/chemokines, MIP-1β was also highly expressed in non-TB patients, compared with healthy donors. Our results suggested that TNF-α may be an ideal biomarker for diagnosing the 3 forms of TB presentation, while the other factors (IL-6, IP-10, MCP-1, and IFN-γ) can potentially facilitate differential diagnosis for the 3 TB presentation types. Further characterization of immune responses associated with different types of TB diseases will provide a basis for developing novel TB diagnostics.  相似文献

Objective

The etiology and pathogenesis of interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS) are unclear. Chronic inflammation is considered the main pathology of IC/BPS. This study measured the serum c-reactive protein (CRP), nerve growth factor (NGF) and pro-inflammatory cytokine/chemokine interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and IL-8 expression in patients with IC/BPS to elucidate the involvement of systemic inflammation in IC/BPS.

Methods

Serum samples were collected from 30 IC/BPS patients and 26 control subjects. The concentrations of serum nerve growth factor (NGF), IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8 were quantified using a bead-based, human serum adipokine panel kit. Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) was also assessed. Differences of serum CRP, NGF, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8 levels between the IC/BPS patients and controls were compared, and correlations between CRP and pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokine were also evaluated.

Results

The results showed that CRP level (p = 0.031), NGF (p = 0.015) and pro-inflammatory cytokines/chemokine IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8 levels were significantly higher in the patients with IC/BPS than among controls (all p<0.001). Significant associations were observed between IL-1β and IL-8 (p<0.001), IL-6 and CRP (p = 0.01), IL-6 and IL-8 (p = 0.02), and IL-6 and TNF-α (p = 0.03).

Conclusion

Increased pro-inflammatory cytokines/chemokine (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-8) expression in the sera of IC/BPS patients implies not only mast cell activation, but also that other inflammatory mediators play important roles in the pathogenesis of IC/BPS. Thus, for some patients, IC/BPS is considered a chronic inflammatory disease.  相似文献

Background

Obesity is characterized by a low grade chronic inflammation state. Indeed circulating pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α and IL-6, are elevated in obese subjects, while anti-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-10, appear to be reduced. Cytokines profile improves after weight loss, but how visceral or subcutaneous fat loss respectively affect pro- or anti-inflammatory cytokines plasma levels has not been precisely assessed. Therefore in the present study we correlated changes in circulating cytokine profile with quantitative changes in visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue depots measured by an ad hoc Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) protocol before and after weight loss.

Materials and Methods

In 14 obese subjects, MRI determination of visceral and subcutaneous fat and plasma glucose, insulin, TNF-α IL-6, and IL-10 measurements were performed before and after a caloric restriction induced weight loss of at least 5% of the original body weight.

Results

Weight loss improved insulin sensitivity (QUICKI Index: 0.35±0.03 vs 0.37±0.04; P<0.05), increased IL-10 (3.4±1.9 vs 4.6±1.0 pg/mL; P<0.03), and reduced TNF-α and IL-6 plasma levels (2.5±1.3 vs 1.6±1.5 pg/mL, P<0.0015, 2.3±0.4 vs 1.6±0.6 pg/mL, P<0.02 respectively). A significant correlation was observed between the amount of visceral fat loss and the percentage reduction in both TNF-α (r = 0.56, p<0.05) and IL-6 (r = 0.19 p<0.05) plasma levels. In a multiple regression analysis, the amount of visceral fat loss independently correlated with the increase in IL-10 plasma levels.

Conclusion

The reduction in visceral adipose tissue is the main driver of the improved inflammatory profile induced by weight loss.  相似文献

Background

Hand-food-mouth disease (HFMD) cases can be fatal. These cases develop rapidly, and it is important to predict the severity of HFMD from mild to fatal and to identify risk factors for mild HFMD. The objective of this study was to correlate the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines with HFMD severity.

Methods

This study was designed as a nested serial case-control study. The data collected included general information, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory findings and serum cytokine levels.

Results

The levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in patients with severe HFMD were significantly higher than in mild patients during the 2nd to 5th day after disease onset. The levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and IFN-γ increased from the 2nd day to the 4th day and later decreased. The levels of TNF-α were high on the first two days and subsequently decreased. The changes of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in the controls were similar for all cases. The levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-17 in the controls were not significantly different with the progression of HFMD.

Conclusions

Our findings indicate that the IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ levels correlate with HFMD severity.  相似文献

Objective

Cytokines (IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α), sCD163, and C-reactive protein were serially measured in an attempt to identify a set of tests which can reliably confirm or refute the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis at an early stage.

Methods

One hundred neonates suspected to have sepsis on clinical grounds and who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled for the study. Based on the positive or negative blood culture reports they were classified as infected (n = 50) and non-infected (n = 50) neonates respectively. Fifty healthy neonates without any signs of sepsis were also included in the study as control group. The initial blood sample was taken on day 0 (at the time of sepsis evaluation) and two further samples were taken on days 1 and 2 for monitoring the clinical progress and response to treatment. In the control group the cord blood and 48 hours venous sample was collected. Plasma CRP (ng/ml), IL-6 (pg/ml), IL-8 (pg/ml), TNF-α (ng/ml) and sCD163 (ng/ml) were determined by double antibody method Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay in all the three blood samples.

Results

The cut of levels for CRP at >19,689 ng/ml had a sensitivity of 68%, specificity of 92%, for IL-6 at >95.32 pg/ml had a sensitivity of 54%, specificity of 96%, for IL-8 at >70.86 pg/ml had a sensitivity of 78%, specificity of 70%, for sCD163 at >896.78 ng/ml had a sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 88% for the diagnosis of infection before antibiotics. TNF-α levels of >12.6 ng/ml showed 100% sensitivity and 72% specificity for the diagnosis of inflammation.

Conclusion

The most powerful predictor to differentiate between the non-infected and infected neonates before antibiotics was sCD163. The most powerful indicator for evaluation of prognosis is IL-6. sCD163 can be used alone to screen for sepsis in neonates before the results of blood culture are received.  相似文献

Severe dengue is caused by host responses to viral infection, but the pathogenesis remains unknown. This is, in part, due to the lack of suitable animal models. Here, we report a non-mouse-adapted low-passage DENV-3 clinical isolate, DV3P12/08, derived from recently infected patients. DV3P12/08 caused a lethal systemic infection in type I and II IFN receptor KO mice (IFN-α/β/γR KO mice), which have the C57/BL6 background. Infection with DV3P12/08 induced a cytokine storm, resulting in severe vascular leakage (mainly in the liver, kidney and intestine) and organ damage, leading to extensive hemorrhage and rapid death. DV3P12/08 infection triggered the release of large amounts of TNF-α, IL-6, and MCP-1. Treatment with a neutralizing anti-TNF-α antibody (Ab) extended survival and reduced liver damage without affecting virus production. Anti-IL-6 neutralizing Ab partly prolonged mouse survival. The anti-TNF-α Ab suppressed IL-6, MCP-1, and IFN-γ levels, suggesting that the severe response to infection was triggered by TNF-α. High levels of TNF-α mRNA were expressed in the liver and kidneys, but not in the small intestine, of infected mice. Conversely, high levels of IL-6 mRNA were expressed in the intestine. Importantly, treatment with Angiopoietin-1, which is known to stabilize blood vessels, prolonged the survival of DV3P12/08-infected mice. Taken together, the results suggest that an increased level of TNF-α together with concomitant upregulation of Tie2/Angiopoietin signaling have critical roles in severe dengue infection.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the change of IL-37 concentrations in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients under Disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) therapy, and to establish a correlation between Interleukin-37 and pro-inflammatory cytokines in plasma and disease activity. The plasma level of IL-37 was determined using ELISA in 50 newly diagnosed RA patients and 30 healthy controls (HC). Plasma levels of IL-17A, IL-6 and TNF-α were measured using flow a cytometric bead array assay. We found that the concentrations of IL-37, as well as IL-17A, IL-6 and TNF-α, were higher in plasma of RA patients compared to HCs. Compared to patients who did not respond to DMARD treatment, treatment of patients responsive to DMARDs resulted in down-regulation of IL-17A, IL-6 and TNF-α expression. The plasma level of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-37 was also decreased in drug responders after DMARD treatment. The plasma level of IL-37 in RA patients was positively correlated with pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-17A, TNF-α) and disease activity (CRP, DAS28) in RA patients. IL-37 expression in RA and during DMARD treatment appears to be controlled by the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines. This results in a strong correlation between plasma levels of IL-37 and disease activity in RA patients.  相似文献

Background

Portal vein ligation (PVL) combined with in situ splitting (ISS) has been shown to induce remarkable liver regeneration in patients. The purpose of this study was to establish a model of PVL+ISS in rats for exploring the possible mechanisms of liver regeneration using these techniques.

Materials and Methods

Rats were randomly assigned to three experimental groups: selective PVL, selective PVL+ISS and sham operation. The hepatic regeneration rate (HRR), Ki-67, liver biochemical determinations and histopathology were assessed at 24, 48, and 72 h and 7 days after the operation. The microcirculation of the median lobes before and after ISS was examined by laser speckle contrast imaging. Meanwhile, cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, HGF and HSP70 in regenerating liver lobes at 24 h was investigated by RT-PCR and ELISA.

Results

The HRR of PVL+ISS was much higher than that of the PVL at 72 h and 7 days after surgery (p<0.01). The expression of Ki-67 in hepatocytes in the regenerating liver lobe was stronger in the PVL+ISS group than in the PVL group at 48 and 72 h (p<0.01). There was a significant reduction in microcirculation blood perfusion of the left median lobe before and after ISS. Liver biochemical determinations and histopathology demonstrated more severe hepatocyte injury in the PVL+ISS group. Both the mRNA levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and the protein levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and HGF in regenerating liver lobes were higher in the PVL+ISS than the PVL alone.

Conclusions

The higher HRR in the PVL+ISS compared with the PVL confirmed that we had successfully established a PVL+ISS model in rats. The possible mechanisms included the reduced microcirculation blood perfusion of the left median lobe and up-regulation of cytokines in the regenerating lobes after ISS.  相似文献
