中国东北长白山森林保护区多孔菌科简记   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
1983年挪威 L.Ryvardeu教授来中国访问并与微生物研究所合作进行长白山森林保护区多孔菌类的研究。从9月12~16日到长白山采集标本。双方各自在北京和奥斯陆进行研究。本文共报道了143种多孔菌。除14种是文献中曾记载过而未经研究的标本外,其余129种是这次采到的标本鉴定的结果。其中29个种是中国的新记录,3个种是新组合和2个新种。它们是多年骨皮孔菌(Skeletocutis perennis Ryv.)和平伏脆骨孔菌(Wolfiporia cartila-ginea Ryv.)。这一地区的多孔菌种类是典型的北半球北部山区真菌类群。这种类群大致由三种不同的成分组成。一种是典型的北半球植物地理成分。多孔菌代表种类有:Antrodia albida,A.lenis,Cerrena unicolor,Fomitopsis Pinicola以及Oxypo-rus corticola等。另一种是从美国北部到亚洲的北部、东部植物地理成分。典型的多孔菌种类有:Cryptoporus volvatus,Fomitopsis cajanderi,Ganoderma tsugae,Inonotus weirii以及Wolfiporia cocos等。第三种是东亚成分。多孔菌代表种类有:Ceriporiopsis crema,Heterobasision insularis,Lenzites japonica,Nigroporuscastaneus以及Phellinus baumii等。  相似文献

Of the 93 polypores described by Montagne, either alone or with other mycologists, 32 are accepted, 53 are synonyms, 3 names are invalid, 2 species are of unknown affinities, 2 types have not been found while 1 name is rejected. The following three combinations are proposed: Phylloporia capucina (Mont.) Ryv. comb, nov., Coltricia fragilissima (Mont.) Ryv. comb, nov., and Gloeophyllum mexicanum (Mont.) <正> 98 species of Corticiaceae s.l.are reported from Changbai shah forestreserve in Northern China.Phlebia pellucida Hjortst.& Ryv.is described as new.The newcombinations Amylosporomyces subasperisporus,Boidinia propingua,and B.peroxydata are pro-posed.The genus Boidinia is discussed and a key is given to accepted species.Many rarespecies are reported such as Amylocorticium laceratum,Ceraceomyces sulphurinus,Hyphodontiaaltaica,Laeticorticium ussuricum,Lobulicium occultum,Sistotrema athcloiides and Tubulicrinissceptiferus.The flora is boral and most of the species have a wide distribution in the Nor-thern coniferous zone.In a previous paper species of Polyporaceae were reported from Northern China(Ryvarden et al.,1986).Most of the species were collected during a short expedition tothe Changbai Shun forest reserve in the Jilin Province.This paper reports the species ofCorticiaceae (s.lato) from the same expedition.There are duplicates of all species bothin Oslo University Herbarium and the Herbarium of Mycologicum,Academia Sinica(HMAS)the Institute of Microbiology in Beijing.The knowledge of the Corticiaceae of China is veryfragmentary and many of the names indicated in previous reports are now replacedby othernames,and the identification of the collections in many cases are dubious.Thus,we havenot tried to establish how many of these species which previously have not been reportedfrom China.Such a list would be of little interest since very few has collected Corticiacritically in recent times,and the flora is still more or less unknown with regard to thisgroup of fungi.The following list must therefore be regarded as a first contribution tolist the Corticiaceae of China based on the same species concepts and names as currentlyused in Europe and North America,see Eriksson et al.(1976—84)Jiilich and Stalpers(1984),Gilbertson (1974).List of collections all from 11—17 Sept.1983.Nos.21315—21407/21696—21814.Jilin Prov.,Changbai Shah,Forest Reserve,Hangcong gou,750 m.a.s.l.Nos,21408—21603.JilinProv.,Changbai Shah,Forest Reserve,Huang Song Pu,1200 m.a.s.l.Nos.21619—21695.Jilin Prov.,Changbai Shun,Forest Reserve,Bai Shun Station,1100m.a.s.l.  相似文献

The genus Wrightoporia has been amended to include resupinate to pileate polypores with clamped generative hyphae, dextrinoid skeletal hyphae and small, smooth to ornamented amyloid spores. A key is given to the 7 accepted species and W. cinnamomea and W. cylindrospora are described as new. The combination W. subrutilans (Murr.) Ryv. is proposed.  相似文献

Abstract

Antrodia onychoides (Egel.) Ryv., new to Italy and very rare species in Europe. II. - The paper is concerned with the first Italian collection of A. onychoides, a resupinate polypore. From the literature, this is the fourth European finding of Antrodia onychoides and follows the first collection, occurred in 1913 near Oslo, in Norway, the second in France and the third in Finland.

Macroscopically A. onychoides could be misdetermined as a Tyromyces however, on the basis of microscopical features, there is no doubt concerning its determination as a species of Antrodia genus.  相似文献

The nitrate reducing capacity of pure cultures of Cenococcum geophilum (Sow.) Ferd. & Winge, Paxillus involutes (Batsch: Fr.) Fr. (strains 1 and 2), Piloderma croceum Erikss. & Hjortst., Suillus variegatus (Fr.) O. Kuntze (strains 1 and 2) and an ectendomycorrhizal (E-strain) fungus was measured using an in vivo nitrate reductase (EC 1.6.6.3) assay. Differences between species and strains were established. The nitrate concentration of the culture medium influenced the nitrate reductase activities of the E-strain fungus and one strain of S. variegatus. The nitrate reductase activity of certain species and strains was a function of nitrate concentration. Addition of ammonium to the growth medium did not have any significant effect on the in vivo or in vitro nitrate reductase activity. The in vivo nitrate reductase activity in the mycelia of C. geophilum and the E-strain fungus decreased during 28 day growth in modified Melin-Norkrans medium. For mycelia of Paxillus involutus, Piloderma croceum and S. variegatus grown on agar the in vitro assays showed higher nitrate reductase activity than the in vivo assays.  相似文献

本文报道了多孔菌科(Polyporaceae)锐孔菌属(Oxyporus)一新种:长白锐孔菌(Oxyporus changbaiensis Y.P.Bai et X.L.Zeng)。本种在形态特征上与黄白锐孔菌[Oxy-porus cervino-gilvus(Jungh.)Ryv.]相近,但菌丝具有大量横隔膜,且孢子较宽;亦与宽边锐孔菌[Oxyporus latemaginatus(Dur.et Mont.)Donk]相似,但孢子较大,有时有菌盖,囊状体上部被以结晶。文中有拉丁文及中文描述。  相似文献

In vivo nitrate reductase (EC 1.6.6.1) activity was measured in seedlings of Scots pine ( Pinus sylvestris L.) inoculated with Cenococcum geophilum (Sow.) Ferd. & Winge, Paxillus involutus (Batsch:Fr) Fr, Piloderma croceum Erikss, & Hjortst, and Suillus variegatus (Fr.) O. Kuntze. The activity was higher in the mycorrhizal pine roots than was previously found in the fungus symbiont alone, but lower than in the roots of nonmycorrhizal pine seedlings. The differences observed in a previous study between the fungal species under pure culture conditions were not found in the present work for mycorrhiza synthezised with the same fungal species. An increase in the nitrate concentration of the nutrient solution increased the proportion of the nitrate reductase activity in the needles. The mycorrhizal root tips had higher nitrate reductase activity than nonmycorrhizal root tips in the same root system.  相似文献

The nomenclatural and taxonomic history of the genusPerama Aubl. (Rubiaceae) is discussed. The major trends of evolution within the genus are characterized, and the sections of the genus are delimited. A new section,Diperama Kirkb. & Steyerm., is described. The distribution of the genus is updated, and centers of species concentration are indicated. A complete synonymy is given for the genus, and the type species cited. The Southeast Asian species of the Aenictus javanus and Aenictus philippinensis groups are revised. Six species (four named and two new species) of the Aenictus javanus group occurring in this area are: Aenictus doydeei Jaitrong & Yamane, 2011, Aenictus duengkaei Jaitrong & Yamane, sp. n., Aenictus javanus Emery, 1896, Aenictus longinodus Jaitrong & Yamane, sp. n., Aenictus nishimurai Terayama & Kubota, 1993, and Aenictus piercei Wheeler & Chapman, 1930. Four species (three named and one new species) are recognized in the Aenictus philippinensis group: Aenictus pangantihoni Zettel & Sorger, 2010, Aenictus philippinensis Chapman, 1963, Aenictus punctatus Jaitrong & Yamane, sp. n., and Aenictus rabori Chapman, 1963. Aenictus piercei is removed from the members of the Aenictus piercei group sensu Jaitrong and Yamane (2011) and transferred to the Aenictus javanus group. Lectotypes and paralectotypes are designated for Aenictus piercei and Aenictus rabori. Size variation occurs among individuals from single colonies of the Aenictus javanus group, while the workers in the Aenictus philippinensis group are clearly monomorphic.  相似文献

The Aleocharinae (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) of Ontario were reviewed in the context of recently studied material, primarily from insect surveys conducted by the University of Guelph Insect Collection (Ontario, Canada). Aleochara daviesi Klimaszewski & Brunke sp. n., Agaricomorpha websteri Klimaszewski & Brunke sp. n., Atheta (Microdota) alesi Klimaszewski & Brunke sp. n., Dinaraea backusensis Klimaszewski & Brunke sp. n., and Strigota obscurata Klimaszewski & Brunke sp. n. are described as new to science. We also report 47 new Ontario records and 24 new Canadian records. Callicerus rigidicornis (Erichson) and Alevonota gracilenta (Erichson) are newly reported from North America as adventive species. A checklist, with Canadian distributions by province, of the 224 species of Aleocharinae known from Ontario is given. The following species are placed in subjective synonymy with Dexiogyia angustiventris (Casey): (Dexiogyia asperata (Casey) syn. n., Dexiogyia abscissa (Casey) syn. n., Dexiogyia tenuicauda (Casey) syn. n., Dexiogyia intenta (Casey) syn. n., Dexiogyia alticola (Casey) syn. n.). The following species are placed in subjective synonymy with Acrotona subpygmaea (Bernhauer): (Acrotona avia (Casey) syn. n., Acrotona puritana (Casey) syn. n.). Lectotypes are designated for Thiasophila angustiventris Casey, Thiasophila asperata Casey, Ischnoglossa intenta Casey, Oxypoda rubescans Casey, Chilopora americana Casey, Chilopora fuliginosa Casey, Coprothassa smithi Casey, Atheta subpygmaea Bernhauer, Colpodota puritana Casey, Strigota seducens Casey, Trichiusa compacta Casey, Trichiusa hirsuta Casey and Trichiusa robustula Casey.  相似文献

A new genus and three new species of Figitinae (Hymenoptera: Figitidae) are described from Colombia: Ferpereira Pujade-Villar n. gen., Ferpereira fiorellae Pujade-Villar n. sp., Neralsia levis Pujade-Villar & Petersen-Silva n. sp., and Figites colombiensis Pujade-Villar & Paretas-Martínez n. sp., which is the first species of Figites Latreille from Colombia and the second from South America.
