This paper first reports that the contents of slgA, IgC and IgM of 3 giant pandas'colostrums from day 1 to day 14 unconsecutively which have been determined by the method of “A Rate Nephelometer for Measuring Specific Protein by Immunopmciptin Reaction”. The results indicated that slgA is the most important immunuoglobulins of giant panda's colostmms, and IgG, IgM are also the major components of giant panda's colostrums. The contents of immunoglobulins in colostrums of giant pandas vary with the day : 1) the content of colostral sIgA is in the highest level (1 442.93 mg/dl) in 1st day, and maintains a higher level (1 200- 1 300 mg/dl) from 2nd day to 5th day, it drops abruptly in 7th day (727.61 mg/dl) ; 2) the content of colostral IgG is in the hingest level (861.5 mg/dl), and maintains in a higher level(648.74- 707.07 mg/dl) from 2nd day to 5th day, but drops abruptly in 7th day (375.14 mg/dl) ; 3) the content of colostral tgM varies rarely and maintains in a stable level during the first postpartum 5 days, and drops abruptly in 7th day . Based on the changes of immtmoglobulins in giant panda's milks, the author conclude that milks from 1st day to 5th day postpartum should be giant panda's colostrums. 相似文献

Monoclonal antibody (MAb) attained from hybridoma 1A5 was against human cardiac myosin heavy chains (CMHC) and didn't react with smooth muscle. It was labeled with Na 125 I and injected to the rats suffered from acute myocardial necrosis, which were treated by isoproylarterenol. After injection, the rats were studied from the 4 th to the 48 th hours by relative radioactivity in blood, thyroid gland, stomach, liver, lung, muscle and heart, respectively. The results indicated that 125 I CMHC MAb could specifically reach the target necrotic organ in the 4 th hours (2 03±0 60 ) and remained up to the 48 th hours (2 55±0 49) or longer, at which the 8 th was higher (4 89±0 44). Meanwhile 125 I CMHC MAb showed much higher affinity to necrotic cardiac tissue than the normal ( P <0 001). The same results were should in the blood from 4 th (4 94±0 45) to 48 th (2 70±0 12). Thus 125 I CMHC MAb can be considered as an effective tool for image diagnosis of acute myocardial necrosis. 相似文献

AIM To examine the safety and efficacy of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) therapy for intracerebral haemorrhage with neurological dysfunctions for a year.METHODS MSC were ex vivo expanded from 29 mL(17-42 mL) autologous bone marrow. Patients were randomized to have two intravenous injections of autologous MSC or placebos in four weeks apart. Neurological functions and clinical outcomes were monitored before treatment and at 12~(th), 16~(th), 24~(th), 36~(th) and 60~(th) week upon completion of~(th)e treatment. RESULTS A mean of 4.57 × 10~7(range: 1.43 × 10~7-8.40 × 10~7) MSC per infusion was administered accounting to 8.54 × 10~5(2.65 × 10~5-1.45 × 10~6) per kilogram body weight in two occasions. There was neither adverse event at time of administration nor sign of de novo tumour development among patients after monitoring for a year post MSC therapy. Neuro-restoration and clinical improvement in terms of modified Barthel index, functional independence measure and extended Glasgow Outcome Scale were evident among patients having MSC therapy compared to patients receiving placebos. CONCLUSION Intravenous administration of autologous bone marrowderived MSC is safe and has the potential of improving neurological functions in chronic stroke patients with severe disability. 相似文献

为探讨适合水牛胎儿成纤维细胞(BFF)的体外培养体系,采用常规组织块法和胰蛋白酶消化法原代培养BFF均获得了较多的成纤维细胞,但后者所得细胞的活力不如前者高,且死细胞也较多;传代或冻存成纤维细胞时用4℃预冷的胰蛋白酶室温下消化所得的细胞比37℃热消化的细胞更圆、更有光泽;跟踪32代的细胞冷冻复苏率均达70%~80%;染色体分析结果显示,二倍体细胞所占比例始终保持在80%~90%之间,各代细胞(5th、10th、15th)之间差异不显著(P>0.05).结果 表明,组织块法原代培养、4℃预冷胰蛋白酶室温消化传代细胞的培养体系比较适合水牛胎儿成纤维细胞的培养. 相似文献
