早在 2 0世纪 6 0年代初期 ,日本查明了“水俣病”[1] 是由甲基Hg污染造成的 ,引起世界范围内人们对Hg污染危害的重视 ,使其研究日益增多。Hg通过不同途径进入土壤环境 ,土壤中的Hg经过复杂的物理、化学反应 ,大部分以各种形态滞留在土壤中 ,同时Hg在作物可食部分积累并进入食物链循环 ,对人体健康构成威胁。我国被Hg污染的耕地面积有 3.2× 10 4 ha ,每年产生污染环境的Hg达 1.9× 10 8kg[2 ] 。土壤一旦遭受Hg污染 ,对人类健康构成潜在的危害 ,因此土壤Hg污染的治理及生物修复技术研究应运而生。重金属污染治理的传…  相似文献

贵州万山汞矿区自然土壤汞污染特征   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
为阐明万山汞矿区自然土壤汞的污染情况,以汞矿开采冶炼区为起点,沿敖寨河和下溪河等间距(4 kin)分层采集0~30 cm厚度的河滩土、灌木土和林地土,测定了其汞含量,分析了自然土壤汞的空间分布特征.结果表明,矿区同种植被覆盖类型的土壤总汞的含量变化范围较大,河滩土为0.16~389 mg·kg-1、灌木土为0.09~312 mg·kg-1、林地土为0.05~299 mg·kg-1,空间分布特征表现为随距污染源距离的增加而降低;同一采样区内河滩土、灌木土、林地土中土壤总汞的含量依次降低,同一采样点的垂向剖面上总汞含量一般从表层向下依次降低.  相似文献

汞是一种全球性污染物,汞污染土壤的修复问题,一直倍受各国科学工作者关注,土壤汞污染的植物修复技术是近年来发展起来的新兴技术.其中,汞污染土壤的植物提取技术是最有发展前途的一种汞污染土壤植物修复技术.本文对国内外有关汞污染土壤的植物修复技术进行了系统分析,对有关汞污染土壤的植物修复应用技术,如植物挥发、固化及提取等修复方法进行了评述,探讨了植物修复技术在汞污染土壤修复中的应用前景.加快对汞超积累植物的筛选和植物体对重金属耐性机制的研究,对今后开展汞污染土壤的植物修复工作具有重要的现实意义.  相似文献

贵州是我国汞矿的主要产地,其储量和产量均居全国首位,因此造成了该区域环境受到广泛的汞污染。从大的区域尺度上研究汞的污染分布特征对于了解该区域汞的污染现状有很好的指导作用。通过对贵州省汞污染源及各环境介质中汞污染情况的调查,首先阐释了万山、务川、滥木厂等几个主要汞矿区及燃煤和有机化工等行业的汞污染现状;并从大气、土壤和水体等环境介质方面综合分析了贵州地区汞的暴露水平与分布特征;采用ArcGIS 10.0描绘了各环境介质中总汞及甲基汞的分布特征。结果表明贵州省东北部与西南部汞矿区汞污染程度较高,大气、土壤和水体中的总汞分布呈明显的区域性,汞矿毗邻区域明显高于其他区域,矿区和城镇水体中甲基汞浓度较高,表明汞矿区和人为活动等因素影响水体中的甲基汞的分布。  相似文献

添加硫代硫酸铵对植物修复汞污染土壤的影响   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
由于汞污染土壤中汞的生物有效性非常低,限制了植物修复技术的应用。本试验通过室内盆栽模拟试验,研究了硫代硫酸铵添加到土壤后,对土壤中汞的生物有效性、印度芥菜生物量及其吸收土壤中汞的影响。结果表明,当硫代硫酸铵与土壤比例为1∶12.5(W/W)时,土壤中生物有效态汞含量最高,达0.51mg·kg-1,是对照的12.7倍。土壤中加入2g·kg-1硫代硫酸铵时,印度芥菜根、茎和叶片干重分别增加了0.23、0.98和1.22g,且印度芥菜根系、茎和叶片的总汞含量分别达到1.96、0.43和3.35mg·kg-1,是对照组的8、4和2倍。添加硫代硫酸铵后,土壤渗滤液中汞浓度增加,最高达2487ng·L-1。因此,添加硫代硫酸铵能提高汞污染土壤植物修复效率,但也能在一定条件下导致汞向地下流失。  相似文献

以西南汞污染严重的贵州百花湖为对象,选取湖中优势鱼、贝类,通过测定其总汞和甲基汞含量,并结合水体、沉积物汞含量和相关水质参数,探讨了百花湖鱼类汞污染的现状及其影响因素.百花湖鱼体总汞平均含量为28.0ng·g-1,变化范围为4.2~143ng·g-1;甲基汞的平均含量为10.9ng·g-1,变化范围为3.0~39.3ng·g-1.虽然百花湖遭受上游贵州有机化工厂含汞废水的严重污染,但鱼体汞含量并没有超过国家食品卫生标准.其主要原因可能是:百花湖的鱼主要是人工养殖的草食性或杂食性鱼类,鱼龄较小,且其摄取的食物汞含量低、食物链简单,不利于汞的富集;其次,其较快的生长速度对鱼体汞具有生物稀释的作用.  相似文献

用聚丙烯朊胺凝胶圆盘电泳法对蚯蚓酯酶及过氧化物酶同工酶进行比较研究,结果表明,重金属在蚯蚓体内富集量随污染程度增加而上升,重污染区为中污染区的2.27倍,为轻污染区的7.30倍,重污染区Cd、Pb、As在蚯蚓体内分别达到47.3、35.2、16.32μg.kg^-1。其秩相关系数(r5)〉0.66-0.77。蚯蚓酯酶同工酶酶带减少,酶活性降低,而其过氧化物酶酶带和酶活性有所增加。  相似文献

Mercury evaporation from undisturbed iron‐humus podzol lysimeters was measured over 3 months after treatment with HgCl2 spiked with radioactive 203Hg. The relative evaporation rate from HgCl2 treated soils followed the sum of two exponential functions. Because evaporation asymptotically approaches zero with time, the integral of the fit curve represents the evaporative loss in percent of atmospheric deposition. For the soil investigated, about 5% of atmospheric Hg deposition was reemitted into the atmosphere. It is hypothesized that mercury evaporation can decrease the leaching of mercury in and from soil significantly; this effect is probably increasing with decreasing rain acidity or soil acidity. Mercury deposited as soluble salt remains susceptible to reemission to air for 300 d after incorporation into the soil matrix. Indications are found that Hg evaporation from soils in geological background areas predominantly derives from recent atmospheric Hg deposition and not from geological sources.  相似文献

Total mercury content in peat soils of different botanical composition has been determined. Mercury content in peat depends on principal properties of peat soil such as botanical composition, ash content, degree of peat decomposition, as well as nitrogen, carbon, and humic acid content in peat. The aim of this study was a preliminary assessment of a possible role of human saliva in the diagnosis of some physiological and pathological changes in oral and body functions. Reliable procedures for collection and analysis of samples were established in order to assess total concentrations of Ca, K, Mg, Na, P, and Hg in whole unstimulated saliva. Possible relationships between element concentrations and sex, age, smoking, illness conditions, or side effects resulting from the use of drugs were investigated. The effects of stimulated or unstimulated collection procedures, dental prosthesis, and amalgam fillings were also evaluated. Total concentrations of major cations and Hg in whole saliva from 33 healthy adults living in the Siena district showed a coefficient of variation ranging from 11% (P) to 53% (Na) and average values were in the same range of those previously reported for unstimulated saliva. Healthy males had significantly higher concentrations of K, Na, P, and Na/K, Na/Ca, Na/Mg, and Na/P values than females. Age, smoking, dental prosthesis, and amalgam fillings had no significant effects on the concentrations of major elements. On the contrary, concentrations of Hg were positively correlated to the number of amalgam fillings and increased at a rate of about 1.9 μg/L for each filling. No correlations were found between Hg concentrations and those of major elements. Comparisons with literature data showed a different composition (particularly for Na and Hg concentrations) between unstimulated and stimulated saliva. Samples from patients affected by idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis had significantly higher concentrations of K and the maximum value was measured in a patient affected by acute pulmonary edema. This increase was likely the result of pharmacological treatments with tricyclic antidepressants and/or saline solutions. Data reported in this study, although preliminary, contribute to the assessment of levels of major cations (some of them very little investigated) and Hg in whole unstimulated human saliva and provides consistent support for further research on the possible use of this easy accessible matrix as a diagnostic tool of body function changes.  相似文献

In this study, mercury (Hg) concentrations in dustfall and topsoil were investigated. Three hundred forty-four samples were collected, including dustfall and topsoil samples, across an area of ~180 km2 in Wuda, China. Dustfall Hg concentration in Wuda ranged from 10 to 6453 ng·g?1, with an average of 305 ng·g?1, and topsoil Hg concentration ranged from 3 to 1537 ng·g?1, with an average value of 135 ng·g?1. The average dustfall Hg concentrations in the coalfield, industrial park, and urban areas were 289 ng·g?1, 809 ng·g?1, and 160 ng·g?1, respectively, and the corresponding average topsoil Hg concentrations were 216 ng·g?1, 242 ng·g?1, and 91 ng·g?1. Hg concentrations were significantly higher in the coalfield, industrial park, and urban areas compared with background values for Wuda and China tide soil. The coal Hg concentrations ranged from 273 to 346 ng·g?1, with an average value of 317 ng·g?1. Comparison of the Hg concentrations of Wuda coal with other regions and countries, indicated that Hg concentrations were significantly enriched in coal, highlighting that coal is the primary Hg source for Wuda District. While coal fires provided the primary source of Hg, some higher Hg values were caused by factors such as gangue hills and coalfield topography, the use of activated carbon with HgCl2 as a catalyst in the industrial park, and several coal washeries in wasteland areas. In addition to atmospheric Hg, underground coal seam emissions served as another potential Hg source in the coalfield. The surface soil Hg in the coalfield and industrial park areas should be given closer attention in the future.  相似文献

The contamination of inorganic elements in soil is a serious environmental problem,. The aim of the present study is to investigate concentrations of 19 elements in order to access the extent of their contaminations in the surface soil of hydroelectric catchments, Uttarakhand, India. For analysis, 168 soil samples were divided into eight groups according to altitudes. In soil samples, the concentration levels of Cr and Cu were found more than their background and threshold limit. Moreover, the evaluation of geochemical index (Igeo), enrichment factor (EF), and contamination factor (CF) suggests that soil samples were reasonably contaminated and highly enriched in Rb. The pollution load index (PLI) and degree of contamination (Cd) revealed that the presence of contaminations (PLI: 1.44; Cd: 44.94) in the study site might be a possible health risk for local residents. However, the calculation pollution ecological risk index (PERI) suggests low ecological risk (PERI: 77.61) of these elements. The clustering of sampling groups contained two clusters: the first cluster comprised F1 and F4 while the second cluster consists of the rest of the sampling group. Multivariate statistical analysis revealed that the variation in concentrations of the elements might be a result of agricultural activities and pedological processes.  相似文献
