When crystals of [Dy(OH2)7(OHMe)] [DyCl(OH2)2(18- crown-6)]2Cl7·2H2O [1] are allowed to warm from 5 °C to ambient temperature (22 °C) under the original solvent mixture (1:3 CH3OH: CH3CN), they redissolve and the title complex can be isolated by slow evaporation of the resulting solution. The crystal structure of this complex, [Dy(OH2)8]Cl3·18-crown-6·4H2O, has been determined. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/c, with a = 10.395(1), b = 18.684(1), c = 16.259- (3) Å, β= 102.56(1)°, and Dcalc = 1.61 g cm−3 for Z = 4. A final conventional R value of 0.041 was obtained by least-squares refinement using 3453 independent observed [Fo⩾5σ(Fo)] reflections. The [Dy(OH2)8]3+ cations and crown ether molecules are hydrogen bonded in a polymeric chain with the crown molecules separating the cations and a total of seven DyOH2···O(crown ether) hydrogen bonds. The chains are connected by a hydrogen bonding network consisting of the cations, chloride ions, and uncoordinated water molecules. The geometry of the cation is best described as a bicapped trigonal prism with distortions on the reaction pathway toward dodecahedral symmetry. The two capping atoms average 2.41(1) Å from Dy, the remaining DyO distances average 2.38(2) Å. The 18-crown-6 molecule has the D3d conformation normally observed except for a distortion of one OCCO unit containing the oxygen atom accepting two hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The preparation, spectral properties, and crystal structure of a mononuclear copper(II) complex of acetylsalicylate and pyridine are reported. The complex exists as bis(acetylsalicylato)bis(pyridine)copper(II) both in the solid state and in chloroform solution. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 17.823(5), b = 10.903(4), c = 6.598(2) Å, β = 95.74(2)°. The final refinement used 1472 observed reflections and gave an R of 0.046. The copper atom is surrounded by four atoms in a trans square planar arrangement with two short CuO distances of 1.949(3) Å and two CuN distances of 2.003(4) Å. Two longer CuO distances of 2.623(3) Å are made with the remaining oxygen atoms of the aspirin carboxylate groups.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of the ligand bpenH2 (N,N′-bis(2′-pyridinecarboxamide)-1,2-ethane) and its deprotonated dimeric cobalt(III) complex fac-[Co2(bpen)3]·12H2O have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data: (a) bpenH2, C14H14N4O2, orthorhombic, space group Pccn, a=9.638(1), b= 15.288(1), c = 8.684(1) Å, Z=4; (b) Co2(bpen)3· 12H2O, C42H60N12O18Co2, triclinic, space group P1, a = 11.128(3), b = 14.316(5), c = 16.466(4) Å, α= 92.02(2)°, β = 95.21(2)°, γ = 99.30(2)°, Z = 2.The structures were refined to R 0.034 and 0.053 for 1064 and 7748 independent reflexions, respectively. The bpenH2 molecule has a space group imposed centre of symmetry, with the amide group adopting a trans configuration in the closely planar picolinamide moiety. The cobalt complex is dimeric in which three bpen ligands, acting each as a bis(N2-bidentate), bridge the two metal atoms. Each cobalt atom is octahedral with CoNpy 1.944(3) and Co Nam 1.933(3) Å. The Co··Co separation is 5.493(1) Å. The symmetry of the dimeric molecule is D3 which is consistent with that indicated from solution NMR studies.  相似文献

Bis-Methyl N,N-diethylcarbamylmethylenephosphonato dysprosium thiocyanate, Dy[O2P(OCH3)CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2]2(NCS) was prepared from the combination of ethanolic solutions of Dy(NCS)3·xH2O and (CH3O)2P(O)CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2. The complex was characterized by infrared and NMR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal structure was determined at 25 °C from 3727 independent reflections by using a standard automated diffractometer. The complex was found to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 13.282(4) Å, b = 19.168(5) Å, c = 9.648(2) Å, β = 90.09(2)°, Z = 4, V = 2456.4 Å3 and ?cald = 1.72 g cm?3. The structure was solved by standard heavy atom techniques, and blocked least-squares refinement converged with Rf = 4.7% and RwF = 4.9%. The Dy atom is seven coordinate and bonded in a bidentate fashion to two anionic phosphonate ligands [O2P(OCH3)CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2?] through the carbonyl oxygen atoms and one of two phosphonate oxygen atoms. In addition, each Dy atom is coordinated to two phosphonate oxygen atoms from two neighboring complexes and to the nitrogen atom of a thiocyanate ion. This coordination scheme gives rise to a two-dimensional polymeric structure. Some important bond distances include DyNCS 2.433(8) Å, DyO(carbonyl)avg 2.39(2) Å, DyO(equat. phosphoryl)avg 2.303(8) Å, DyO(axial phosphoryl)avg 2.25(2), PO(phosphoryl)avg 1.493(3) Å and CO(carbonyl)avg 1.25(1) Å.  相似文献

In the reaction of the tetradentate ligand 3,3′-(1,4- butanediyldiamino) bis (3-methyl-2-butanone)-dioxime (BnAO) with nickel(II) and copper(II), the monomeric [Ni(BnAO-H)]I·H2O and a mixed monomer/dimer salt [Cu(BnAO-H)H2O]2[(Cu(BnAO-H))2](ClO4)4, respectively, are formed, and all complexes have an intramolecular hydrogen bond between cis oxime groups. The OHO bonds give the characteristic infrared absorptions as well as the downfield proton-NMR signal (Ni complex). [Ni(BnAO-H)]I·H2O crystallizes in space group P21/a with a=13.511(2), b=10.599(2), c=14.096(2) Å, β=97.52°, Z=4 and Dc=1.623 g/cm3. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques to a final R of 0.021 for 2124 reflections with I 2σ(I). The nickel(II) atom in the complex has slightly distorted square planar geometry with an intramolecular O···O contact of 2.417(7) Å. The copper(II) complex crystallizes in space group P21/c with a =13.425(2), b=21.446(3), c=14.349(4) Å, β= 104.4(5)°, Z=8 (monomers) and Dc=1.485 g/cm3. The final R value for this complex was 0.053 for 3033 reflections with I 2σ(I). This structure contains a monomeric [Cu(BnAO-H)H2O]+ ion and a dimeric [(Cu(BnAO-H))2]2+ ion, having intramolecular O···O hydrogen bonds of 2.421(5) and 2.531(5) Å, respectively. The copper(II) ions have square-pyramidal coordination with the axial positions occupied by an oxygen of the water of hydration in the monomer and by an oxime oxygen atom in the dimer. A center of symmetry relates the two halves of the dimer. The copper atom in each case is out of the plane of the four nitrogen atoms toward the axial site. The copper(II) complex is unusual in that the crystal contains both a monomer and a dimer.  相似文献

The structure of the complex [Pt(trans-1,2-di- aminocyclohexane) (acetate)2]·H2O has been determined by X-ray diffraction. This racemic compound is orthorhombic, space group Aba2, a = 20.813(9), b = 7.926(5), c = 17.296(8) Å, Z = 8. The structure was refined on 1214 nonzero Cu Kα reflections to R = 0.028. The square planar environment of Pt includes the amino groups of the diamine in cis positions and oxygens from two monodentate acetates. The PtN and PtO distances average 2.00(3) and 2.02(3) Å, respectively. The bite of the diamine ligand imposes a NPtN angle of 85(1)°, whereas the small OPtO angle of 85(1)° probably results from packing effects. The average plane through the puckered cyclohexyl ring makes an angle of 19° with the PtN2O2 plane. The molecules are stacked by pairs along the b axis. The two molecules of each pair are 180° apart about the stacking axis, and form altogether four NH···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Trifunctional dialkyl [1,2-bis(diethylcarbamoyl)- ethyl] phosphonates, (RO)2P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2]- [CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2] R  CH3, C2H5, i-C3H7, n-C6H13 were prepared from the respective sodium salts, Na[(RO)2P(O)CHC(O)N(C2H5)2] and N,N- diethylchloroacetamide, and they were characterized by elemental analysis, mass, infrared and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of (i-C3H7O)2- P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2][CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2] was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and found to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a=15.589(6), b=9.783(4), c= 16.283(7) Å, β = 110.90(3)°, Z = 4 and V= 2320(2) Å3. The structure was solved by direct methods and blocked least-squares refinement converged with Rf = 5.7% and RwF= 4.4% on 2266 unique data with F>4σ(F). Important bond distances include PO 1.459(3) Å, CHCO 1.228(3) Å and CHCH2CO 1.223(3) Å. The coordination chemistry of the ligand with several lanthanides was examined, and the structure of the complex Gd(NO3)3{[(i-C3H7O)2P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2][CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2]}2·H2O was determined. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.524(5), b = 22.033(4), c = 19.604(4) Å β = 106.22(2)°, Z = 4 and V= 5609(3) Å3. The structure was solved by heavy atom techniques and blocked least-squares refinement converged with RF = 5.9% and RwF = 4.1% on 5275 reflections with F > 4σ(F). Both trifunctional ligands were found to bond to Gd(III) through only the phosphoryl oxygen atoms. The remainder of the Gd coordination sphere was composed of three bidentate nitrate oxygen atoms and an oxygen bonded water molecule. Several important bond distances include GdO(phosphoryl)av = 2.343(5) Å, GdO(nitrate)av = 2.475(7) Å, GdO(water) = 2.354(5) Å, PO(phosphoryl)av = 1.467(6) Å, CHCOav = 1.242(10) Å and CHCH2COav = 1.209(11) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, SnCl(C6H5)(C4H9)[S2CN(C2H5)2], was determined and refined to an R factor of 3.2% for 4876 reflections. The molecule contains five-coordinate tin in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal arrangement with the tin atom lying 0.20 Å below the equatorial plane formed by one of the sulphur atoms, S(1), and the donor carbons of the butyl and phenyl groups. The chlorine and the other sulphur atom, S(2), occupy axial sites, making a S(2)SnCl angle of 156.85(1)°. The SnS(2) bond is markedly elongated (2.764(1) Å) compared to the SnCl bond (2.449(1) Å) and the SnS(1) bond (2.454(1) Å). The structure resembles those of analogues such as (C6H5)2Sn(glygly) in having both hydrocarbon ligands located in the equatorial plane. Crystal data: space group P1: a = 8.291(2) Å, b = 14.726(3) Å, c = 9.509(2) Å, α = 96.24(2)°, β = 107.02(3)°, γ = 116.70(2)°, Z = 2, R = 3.2% for 4876 independent reflections.  相似文献

Reaction of dimeric trans-[PtCl2(PR3)]2 with 1-aza-4-oxo-1,3-butadienes [R1NC(R2)C(R3)O, R3 = Me, Ph, OMe, NEt2] in a 1:2 molar ratio results in almost quantitative formation of mononuclear complexes trans·[PtCl2(PR3){σ-N-(R1NC(R2)C(R3)O)}]. The ligands are bonded in the monodentate σ-N bonding mode to the platinum(II) centre. This has been established by an X-ray structure determination of trans-[PtCl2(PEt3){σ-N-(t-BuNCHC(Me)O)}]. Crystals of the latter compound are orthorhombic with space group Pc21n; cell constants are a = 14.712(3), b = 15.053(2), c = 9.025(5) Å, Z= 4 and Rw = 0.056 for 3281 reflections. The 1aza4oxol,3butadiene (α-iminoketone for R3 is alkyl or aryl) has the E-configuration about the imine bond (CN 1.34(4) Å), with a C(5)C(6) distance of 1.44(5) Å and a NC(5)/ C(6)O torsion angle of 89(4)°. As a result of this ligand conformation, the acetyl hydrogen atoms are positioned (on average) into the neighbourhood of the Pt-atom above the Pt-coordination plane. Infrared and NMR (1H, 13C, 31p) data show that these structural features are also predominant in solution.  相似文献

The crystal structure of chloro-(1-methyltyminato- N3)-cis-diammineplatinum(II) monohydrate, cis- (NH3)2Pt(C6H7N2O2)Cl·H2O, is reported. The compound crystallizes in space group P1 with a = 6.911(2) Å, b = 8.598(3) Å, c = 11.464(4) Å, α = 100.13(3)°, β = 120.03(3)°, γ = 93.16(3)°, Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.048 and Rw = 0.057. The compound contains the deprotonated 1-methylthymine ligand coordinated to Pt through N3 (1.973(10) Å). This distance represents the shortest Pt-N3(pyrimidine-2.4-dione) bond reported so far. The two PtNH3 bond lengths differ significantly: PtNH3 (trans to Cl) is longer (2.052(10) Å) than PtNH3 (trans to N3 of 1-MeT) (2.002(11) Å). The PtCl distance (2.326(3) Å) is normal, as is the large dihedral angle between the Pt coordination plane and the nucleobase (76.5°).  相似文献

The interaction between dioxygen and wer N-base solutions of Fe(II) hemiporphyrazine (Fehp) leads to the title compound, which is a high-spin antiferromagnetically coupled iron(III) complex. The crystal and molecular structure has been determined by X-rays. The unit cell is the tetragonal space group P4/ncc, with a=b=19.083(5) and c=23.509(5) Å. 2141 unique observed reflections were used in the analysis, and the final conventional R is 0.059. The structure consists of Fe(III)hp μ-oxo dimers having strictly linear FeOFe units and a nearly eclipsed internal configuration. This is the first observation of the formation of a mono-adduct in μ-oxo dimer via axial coordination of a H2O molecule. The resulting asymmetric dimer, H2OFeAhpOFeBhp contains a six-coordinated Fe atom (FeA) lying in the plane of the four Ns of the macrocycle. The second Fe atom (FeB) is five-coordinated and lies outside of the coordination plane by 0.45 Å. The FeO distances are: FeAO=1.782(7) Å and FeBO=1.739(7) Å. The axial coordination of the water (FeAOw=2.210(9) Å) seems weak, probably due to the labilising trans influence of the μ-oxo ligand. The dimers are paired coaxially to form tetramers, which are in turn connected via a two- dimensional net of hydrogen bonds. The structural results are correlated with spectroscopic, thermogravimetric and magnetic properties.  相似文献

The structure of [Ph4As] [MoOCl2(SalphO)], where SalphO is N-2-oxophenylsalicylideniminate dianion, has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.829(2), b = 16.149(3), c = 17.410(3) Å, β = 97.485(15)° and Z = 4. The calculated and observed densities and 1.566 and 1.573(10) g cm?3, respectively. Block-diagonal least-squares refinement of the structure using 4722 independent reflections with I ? 3σ(I) converged at R = 0.0345 and Rw = 0.0484. The crystal contains [Ph4As]+ cations and [MoOCl2(SalphO)]? anions. The Mo atom in the anion is in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. A planar terdentate Schiff base ligand occupies meridional positions with the N atom trans to the terminal oxo group (Ot). Two Cl atoms are cis to the Ot atom. The Mo atom is displaced by 0.33 Å from the equatorial plane toward the Ot atom. The MoOt distance is 1.673(3) Å. The MoN bond trans to the Ot atom is 2.298(4) Å. The two MoCl bond lengths are 2.371(1) and 2.408(1) Å. The difference of 0.037 Å is significant (30 σ). Preparations of the title complex and the related complexes are also described.  相似文献

2-Deoxy-β-d-arabino-hexopyranose, C6H12O5, is orthorhombic, P212121, with cell dimensions at ?150° [20°], a = 6.484(2) [6.510(3)], b = 10.364(2) [10.427(4)], c = 11.134(3) [11.153(5)] Å, V = 748.2 [757.1] Å3, Z = 4, Dx = 1.457 [1.440], and Dm = [1.455] g.cm?3. The intensities of 1269 reflections were measured by using MoKα radiation. The structure was solved by direct methods, and refined by full-matrix least-squares, with anisotropic, thermal parameters for the carbon and oxygen atoms, and isotropic parameters for the hydrogen atoms. The pyranose has the 4C1(d) conformation, with puckering parameters Q = 0.563 Å, θ = 3.9°, and ? = 350.3°. The departure from ideality is very small, and less than that in β-d-glucopyranose, Q = 0.584 Å and θ = 6.9°. The β-glycosidic, CO bond is short, 1.383(4) Å, and the OCOH torsion angle is ?87°, consistent with the anomeric effect. The hydrogen-bonding scheme consists of infinite chains, with side chains terminating at a ring-oxygen atom.  相似文献

The ligand 2-dimethylacetal-4-chloro-6-formylphenol, H(ALAC), prepared by boiling 2,6-diformyl-4-chlorophenol, H(DIAL), in methanol, was reacted with uranyl acetate to obtain the complex [UO2(ALAC)2(H2O)]. The ligand and the uranyl complex were characterized by X-ray crystallography, infrared, 1H NMR and electronic spectroscopy. Thermogravimetric and mass spectrometry data are also reported. In acid media H(ALAC) transforms easily into H(DIAL). H(ALAC) is monoclinic, P21/n, with a=13.951(5), b=7.902(5), c=9.465(5) Å, β= 91.33(3)°. The pentadentate ligand 2,6-diacetylpyridinedisemicarbazone, DAPSC, reacts with Th(NO3)4 in ethanolwater mixture and a di-μ-hydroxo Th(IV) dimer is formed. The compound [Th2(OH)2(DAPSC)2(NO3)2(H2O)2](NO3)4·4H2O (I) is monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.705(1), b = 19.008(2), c = 11.782(1) Å, β = 107.82(2)°, V = 2282(1) Å3 and Z = 2. Detailed X-ray structural analysis showed that each thorium atom in the complex is coordinated to one pentadentate DAPSC ligand, which is subjected to a considerable distortion, one bidentate nitrate group, one water ligand and two bridging hydroxo groups. The coordination number is ten and the best presentation of the polyhedron is that of a distorted bicapped square antiprism. The ThTh separation is 4.0181(6) Å and the average ThO(H) bridge is 2.366 Å. The structure was refined using 3185 reflections to an R value of 5.0%.  相似文献

Two compounds of empirical formula MCl3- (THF)3, M = V and Cr, have been characterized by single crystal X-ray studies. The VCl3(THF)3 molecule, which has a mer octahedral stereochemistry, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a= 8.847(2),b= 12.861(5),c= 15.134(3) Å, β = 91.94(2)°, V = 1721(1) Å3 and Z = 4. The V-Ci(1) and V-CI(2) distances have a mean value of 2.330 [3] Å while V-CI(3) = 2.297(2) Å, The VO(1) and VO(2) distances have a mean value of 2.061[8] Å while V-O(3) = 2.102(3) Å cis ClVCl angles average 92.0[5]° and cis OVO angles average 86.2[2]° . The isostmctural complex, CrCl3(THF)3, has a crystal structure made up of discrete octahedral mer-CrCl3(THF)3 molecules with the following unit cell dimensions (space group P21/c): a = 8.715(1), b= 12.786(3), c = 15.122(3) Å, β = 92.15(1)°, V = 1684(1) Å3 and Z = 4. The CrCl(1) and CrCl(2) distances have a mean value of 2.310131 Å while CrCl(3) = 2.283(2) Å. The CrO(1) and CrO(2) distances have a mean value of 2.0101171 Å while CrO(3) = 2.077(4) Å. cis ClCrCl angles average 90.9[4]° and cis OCrO angles average 86.1 [2]°. The structures of these two octahedral complexes and those previously reported for ScCl3(THF)3 and TiCl3(THF)3 are compared and certain general trends are discussed.  相似文献

Di-μ-azido-bis[azido(2-aminopyridine)aquo]dicopper(II), [Cu(2-ampy)(N3)2(H2O)]2, was synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are triclinic, space group P1, with a = 7.142(1), b = 7.812(1), c = 9.727(1) Å, a = 96.52(1), β = 95.52(1), γ = 113.47(1)°, and Z = 1. The structure was refined to RF = 0.030 for 1960 observed MoKα diffractometer data. The dimeric molecule, which possesses a crystallographic inversion center, contains both terminal and μ(1)-bridging azido groups. Each copper(II) atom is further coordinated by a 2-aminopyridine ligand (via its ring N atom) and a water molecule to give a distorted square pyramid, with the metal atom raised by 0.17 Å above the N4 basal plane [CuN (ring) = 2.001(2), CuN (azide) = 1.962(3)–2.018(2) Å] towards the apical aquo ligand [CuO = 2.371(2) Å]. Each water molecule forms an intramolecular O?HN (amine) acceptor hydrogen bond, and is linked by two OH?N (terminal azide) intermolecular donor hydrogen bonds to adjacent dimeric complexes to yield a layer structure parallel to (001). Infrared and electronic spectral data are presented and discussed.  相似文献
