Transport of tyrosine (Tyr) and phenylalanine (Phe) across the rat nasal mucosa was studied using an in situ perfusion technique. It was found that both amino acids were absorbed by active, saturable transport processes. The Km and Vmax values were calculated to be 0.68 mM and 0.44 mM/hr for L-Tyr, and 0.40 mM and 0.39 mM/hr for L-Phe, respectively. The values for L-Tyr agreed well with the results previously reported. When D-Tyr and D-Phe were used as substrates, the extent of nasal absorption was significantly reduced indicating the specific affinity of the carrier for the L-amino acids. When mixtures of L-Tyr and L-Phe were used as perfusates, both amino acids were found to be concomitantly absorbed in a competitive manner. This implied that at least one common carrier system was present in the nasal mucosa. In addition the transport appears to be Na+-dependent and may require metabolic energy as a driving force as seen from the inhibition of the L-Phe uptake by ouabain and 2,4-dinitrophenol.  相似文献

This study first reports the absorption kinetics of GST-TatdMt, a recombinant Tat protein possessing potent anti-obesity activity, in rats after nasal, s.c., and p.o. administration. GST-TatdMt was over-expressed in E. coli, purified, and radioiodinated using the IODO-GEN method. The radioiodinated 125I-GST-TatdMt was administered to rats by nasal, s.c., and oral routes at doses of 7.3 microg (420.7 nCi), 146.5 microg (8413.8 nCi), and 146.5 microg (8413.8 nCi), respectively. For the determination of absolute bioavailability, 125I-GST-TatdMt was also given to rats by i.v. injection (73.2 microg, 4206.9 nCi). Following administration by extravascular routes, the systemic absorption of radioactivity was prolonged, with Cmax being attained within 4.2-8.0 h. The absolute bioavailability calculated as dose-normalized AUC(extravascular)/AUC(i.v.) was 98.0, 75.8, and 87.1% after nasal, s.c., and oral administration, respectively. The majority of administered radioactivity was excreted in urine (57.5-64.7%), with fecal excretion being less (2.5-12.7%). The distribution of 125I-GST-TatdMt to various tissues was also determined at 4 and 72 h after s.c. injection. The findings of this study suggest that this protein may be absorbed into the systemic circulation when given by extravascular administration.  相似文献

Cholinesterase activities in rat forebrain, erythrocytes, and plasma were assessed after a single oral administration of metrifonate or dichlorvos. In 3-month-old rats, the dichlorvos (10 mg/kg p.o.)-induced inhibition of cholinesterase reached its peak in brain after 15–45 min and after 10–30 min in erythrocytes and plasma. Cholinesterase activity recovered rapidly after the peak of inhibition, but did not reach control values in brain and erythrocytes within 24 h after drug administration. The recovery of plasma cholinesterase activity, in contrast, was already complete 12 h after dichlorvos treatment. Metrifonate (100 mg/kg p.o.) had qualitatively similar inhibition kinetics as dichlorvos, albeit with a slightly delayed onset. Peak values were attained 45–60 min (brain) and 20–45 min (blood), after drug administration. Apparently complete recovery of cholinesterase activity was noted in both tissues 24 h after treatment. The dose-dependence of drug-induced inhibition of cholinesterase in rat blood and brain was determined at the time of maximal inhibition, i.e., 30 min after dichlorvos treatment and 45 min after metrifonate treatment. The oral ED50 values obtained for dichlorvos were 8 mg/kg for brain and 6 mg/kg for both erythrocyte and plasma cholinesterase. The corresponding oral ED50 values for metrifonate were 10 to 15 times higher, i.e., 90 mg/kg in brain and 80 mg/kg in erythrocytes and plasma. In rats deprived of food for 18 h before drug treatment, the corresponding ED50 values for metrifonate were 60 and 45 mg/kg, respectively, indicating an about two-fold higher sensitivity of fasted rats to metrifonate-induced cholinesterase inhibition compared to non-fasted rats. Compared to 3-month-old rats, 19-month-old rats showed a higher sensitivity towards metrifonate and dichlorvos. At the time of maximal inhibition, there was a strong correlation between the degree of cholinesterase inhibition in brain and blood. These results demonstrate that single oral administration of metrifonate and dichlorvos induces an inhibition of blood and brain cholinesterase in the conscious rat in a dose-dependent and apparently fully reversible manner. While the efficiency of a given dose of inhibitor may vary with the satiety status or age of the animal, the extent of brain ChE inhibition can be estimated from the level of blood ChE activity.  相似文献

This series of experiments was conducted to evaluate the growth hormone (GH) releasing activity of intranasally administered His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2 (GHRP-6, SK&F 110679) in conscious dogs. Intranasal administration of GHRP-6 increased plasma growth hormone levels in the conscious dog in a dose-related manner. Doses of 0.25 and 0.5 mg/kg produced GH levels of 11.3 +/- 4.8 ng/ml and 28.6 +/- 8.0 ng/ml, respectively. Peak levels were observed 15 minutes after dosing and GH levels were elevated for up to 105 minutes after intranasal dosing. Intranasal administration of isotonic saline did not produce any change in basal (negligable) GH levels. When GHRP-6 was given by the intravenous route, a maximal dose of 0.5 mg/kg, produced a peak plasma GH concentration of 60.8 +/- 10.5 ng/ml. Saline had no effect on GH levels when given intravenously. Using the intravenous and intranasal GH response data (i.e., area under the time-response curves), the intranasal bioavailability of GHRP-6 was estimated to be 34.4 to 44.9%. The results of these studies suggest that significant activity and excellent bioavailability can be achieved when GHRP-6 is administered by the intranasal route to conscious dogs. Based on these results, the intranasal activity of GHRP-6 should be evaluated in man. The successful intranasal administration of this peptide in man should provide GH therapy with reduced patient discomfort and better patient compliance when compared to presently available parenterally administered remedies.  相似文献

Dioscin (diosgenyl 2,4-di-O-alpha-l-rhamnopyranosyl-beta-d-glucopyranoside) is an important constituent of some traditional Chinese medicines with several bioactivities. We have investigated the pharmacokinetics of dioscin in rat after intravenous and oral administrations. Compartmental methods were used to perform pharmacokinetic data analysis. The dose-dependent pharmacokinetics of dioscin was characterized after intravenous administrations (0.064, 0.16, 0.4 and 1.0mg/kg) to rats. There was significant decrease in clearance with increasing dose (4.67+/-0.09 ml/min/kg (0.064 mg/kg) versus 3.49+/-0.23 ml/min/kg (1.0 mg/kg), P<0.05), and the plot of reciprocal clearance values versus the doses was linear (r=0.909, P<0.05). After an I.V. dose of 1mg/kg, simultaneous oral gavage of activated charcoal did not change the pharmacokinetic parameters indicating enterohepatic recycling of dioscin is not important in rat. The absolute oral bioavailability was very low (0.2%). In tissue distribution and bile excretion studies after I.V. and oral administrations, dioscin was shown to undergo a prolonged absorption from the intestinal tract and slow elimination from organs, and only a small amount of drug was recovered in bile. The cumulative amounts of dioscin in feces and urine indicated that the parent drug is mainly excreted in the feces.  相似文献

Pharmacokinetic parameters of ipriflavone were evaluated after intravenous administration of spray-dried ipriflavone with polyvinylpyrrolidone, SIP (5, 10, 20, and 40 mg/kg as ipriflavone) and oral administration of SIP (50, 100, and 200 mg/kg as ipriflavone) to rats. The hepatic, gastric, and intestinal first-pass effects of ipriflavone were also measured after intravenous, intraportal, intraduodenal, and oral administration of SIP (20 or 50 mg/kg as ipriflavone) to rats. After intravenous and oral administration, the pharmacokinetic parameters of ipriflavone were dose-independent. The extent of absolute oral bioavailability (F) was also independent of oral doses; the mean F value was approximately 24%. Considering the amount of unchanged ipriflavone recovered from 24-hr gastrointestinal tract (the mean value was approximately 12%), the low F values could be due to the hepatic, gastric, and/or intestinal first-pass effects. Based on total body clearance (CL) data of ipriflavone after intravenous administration, the first-pass effect in the heart and lung could be almost negligible, if any, in rats. Approximately 30% of ipriflavone absorbed into the portal vein was eliminated by liver (hepatic first-pass effect) based on intravenous and intraportal administration of SIP. The area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to time infinity (AUC) values after oral administration and intraduodenal instillation of SIP, 50 mg/kg as ipriflavone, were not significantly different, but the values were significantly smaller (129 and 116 microg ml/min) than that after intraportal administration of SIP, 20 mg/kg as ipriflavone (513 microg ml/min based on 50 mg/kg), indicating that gastric first-pass effect of ipriflavone was negligible, but intestinal first-pass effect was considerable in rats. Therefore, the low F value of ipriflavone after oral administration to rats was mainly due to intestinal first-pass effect. The hepatic first-pass effect and incomplete absorption of ipriflavone from rat gastrointestinal tract could also contributed to the low F in rats.  相似文献

TArPP (Tyr-D-Arg-Phe-Phe-NH(2)), 1-10 micromol/kg, was administered to anesthetized rats by nasal microinfusion, intratracheal microinfusion, intratracheal nebulization, aerosol inhalation, and i.v. bolus and infusion. Plasma concentrations of TArPP and its deamidated metabolite were determined by LC-MS-MS.Regional differences in bioavailability (F), first-pass metabolism, and absorption rate were found for TArPP after delivery to the respiratory tract. Absorption was rapid after both pulmonary and nasal administration (t(max) approximately 10-20 min). After nasal microinfusion, F was 52 +/- 9%. For all the pulmonary groups, F was higher (72-114%). First-pass metabolism of TArPP was lower in the lung than in the nasal cavity. It is evident that the pulmonary route is attractive for successful systemic delivery of small, hydrophilic and enzymatic susceptible peptides.  相似文献

To evaluate the hypothesis that exposure to high altitude would reduce blood glucose and total carbohydrate utilization relative to sea level (SL), 16 young women were studied over four 12-day periods: at 50% of peak O(2) consumption in different menstrual cycle phases (SL-50), at 65% of peak O(2) consumption at SL (SL-65), and at 4,300 m (HA). After 10 days in each condition, blood glucose rate of disappearance (R(d)) and respiratory exchange ratio were measured at rest and during 45 min of exercise. Glucose R(d) during exercise at HA (4.71 +/- 0.30 mg. kg(-1). min(-1)) was not different from SL exercise at the same absolute intensity (SL-50 = 5.03 mg. kg(-1). min(-1)) but was lower at the same relative intensity (SL-65 = 6.22 mg. kg(-1). min(-1), P < 0.01). There were no differences, however, when glucose R(d) was corrected for energy expended (kcal/min) during exercise. Respiratory exchange ratios followed the same pattern, except carbohydrate oxidation remained lower (-23.2%, P < 0.01) at HA than at SL when corrected for energy expended. In women, unlike in men, carbohydrate utilization decreased at HA. Relative abundance of estrogen and progesterone in women may partially explain the sex differences in fuel utilization at HA, but subtle differences between menstrual cycle phases at SL had no physiologically relevant effects.  相似文献

The epimerase (E) domain of the three-domain (ATE) initiation module of Bacillus brevis gramicidin S synthetase equilibrates the Calpha configuration of the phenylalanyl moiety presented as Phe-S-4'-phosphopantetheine-modified (Ppant) acyl enzyme. Mutants at 22 residues of this E domain that are conserved across the approximately 450 residue E domains of nonribosomal peptide synthetases were constructed, and the PheATE derivatives expressed in Escherichia coli as C-terminal His tag fusions and then purified and assayed for three activities: (1) the L-Phe Calpha-[(3)H] exchange to solvent, (2) the rate of approach to D-Phe/L-Phe-S-Ppant acyl enzyme equilibrium from either L- or D-Phe, and (3) the rate of Phe-Pro dipeptidyl-S-Ppant enzyme formation with the downstream ProCAT module. We found that for wild-type PheATE epimerization is much faster than subsequent condensation, leading to a 1.9:1 ratio of D-Phe-S-Ppant/L-Phe-S-Ppant acyl enzyme. Only D-Phe is then transferred to yield D-Phe-L-Pro-S-Ppant ProCAT acyl enzyme. Among the mutants generated, three PheATE constructs, H753A, D757S, and Y976A, showed no detectable Calpha-(3)H washout, while E892A and R896A were among a larger set partially impaired. All these mutants were dramatically impaired in approach to D-Phe/L-Phe-S-Ppant equilibrium from either D- or L-Phe, while another construct, D767S, was asymmetrically impaired only for D-to-L-Phe direction. In the D-Phe-L-Pro dipeptidyl-S-Ppant condensation assay, the H753A and E892A forms of PheATE were only slightly active from L-Phe but unimpaired from D-Phe; N975A epimerizes faster than Y976A from L-Phe. When the chirality of the Phe-Pro-diketopiperazine released product was analyzed the D,L/L,L ratio from wild-type PheATE and ProCAT was 98:2. From E892A and N975A it was comparably 95:5 and 92:8, but H753A and Y976A yielded 56% of the L,L-product, reflecting a gain of function to transfer L-Phe. The 98:2 preference of wild-type PheATE for D-Phe transfer reflects the kinetically controlled stereopreference of the condensation (C) domain of ProCAT for the D-Phe-S-Ppant donor substrate. It may be that other NRPS C domains immediately downstream of E domains will likewise be D-selective.  相似文献

Intranasal midazolam was studied in two series of piglets: series 1, n = 20 (18 +/- 3 kg), a randomized double blind pharmacodynamic study to compare doses of 0.2 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg; series 2, n = 9 (42 +/- 8 kg), a pharmacokinetic study with a 0.4 mg/kg dose administered either intravenously (i.v.) or intranasally (i.n.) in a cross-over protocol with a one-week wash-out period between each. In series 1, midazolam caused significant anxiolysis and sedation within 3 to 4 min, without a significant difference between 0.2 and 0.4 mg/kg doses for any of the studied parameters. In series 2, after intranasal midazolam administration of 0.4 mg/kg, plasma concentrations attained a maximum (Cmax) of 0.13 +/- 0.04 mg/l at 5 min (median Tmax) and remained higher than 0.04 mg/l until 60 min. The bioavailability factor (F) in this study was F = 0.64 +/- 0.17 by the intranasal route. The terminal half-life (T1/2 lambda z) = 145 +/- 138 min was comparable with the i.v. administration half-life (158 +/- 127 min). In conclusion, optimal intranasal midazolam dose in piglets was 0.2 mg/kg, which procures rapid and reliable sedation, adapted to laboratory piglets.  相似文献

The peptide boronic acid analog Ac-(D)Phe-Pro-boroArg-OH (I) is a potent and selective inhibitor of thrombin. The objective of this study was to determine whether I is active orally or when administered by alternative transmucosal routes. The measured effect was the time for clotting of plasma after initiation with thrombin. With this assay there was a narrow window from no measurable effect to the maximal effect, a clotting time greater than 300 seconds. Intravenous I at a 0.15 mg/kg dose in rats, a nasal 0.45 mg/kg dose, and 3 mg/kg doses administered orally, colonically, or rectally all produced maximal effects. Therefore, although bioavailability cannot be estimated, it is demonstrated that this peptide analog was absorbed by each of these routes.  相似文献

The induction of ceruloplasmin and metallothionein was investigated in rats with the early inflammatory phase of adjuvant arthritis. When examined at the peak of the acute inflammatory response, 5 days after adjuvant treatment, zinc given daily (2 mg/kg, intraperitoneally) increased serum ceruloplasmin levels by 2.0 times that found in nonarthritic rats and 1.2 times that found in non-zinc-treated arthritic rats. 13-cis-Retinoic acid (160 mg/kg, orally) given daily increased serum ceruloplasmin 2.2 and 2.7 times that found in nontreated arthritic rats when given alone and with zinc (2 mg/kg, intraperitoneally), respectively. Reduction in the inflammatory response was measured by weight of the adjuvant-injected paw, 5 days after adjuvant was administered. The reduction in inflammation was 13 and 19-20% for 13-cis-retinoic acid and zinc, respectively, when given alone, and between 26 and 31% when the treatments were combined. Zinc markedly increased liver metallothionein levels whereas 13-cis-retinoic acid was a much less potent inducer of the protein in liver. The results are discussed in light of the probable physiological roles of both ceruloplasmin and metallothionein.  相似文献

The objective was to investigate the bioavailability and mechanism of calcium absorption of calcium ascorbate (ASC) and calcium acetate (AC). A series of studies was performed in adult Sprague-Dawley male rats. In the first study, each group of rats (n = 10/group) was assigned to one of the five test meals labeled with (45)Ca: (i) 25 mg calcium as heated ASC or (ii) unheated ASC, (iii) 25 mg calcium as unheated AC, (iv) 3.6 mg Ca as unheated ASC, or (v) unheated AC. Femur uptake indicated better calcium bioavailability from ASC than AC at both calcium loads. A 5-min heat treatment partly reduced bioavailability of ASC. Kinetic studies were performed to further investigate the mechanism of superior calcium bioavailability from ASC. Two groups of rats (n = 10/group) received oral doses of 25 mg Ca as ASC or AC. Each dose contained 20 micro Ci (45)Ca. Two additional groups of rats (n = 10/group) received an intravenous injection (iv) of 10 micro Ci (45)Ca after receiving an unlabeled oral dose of 25 mg calcium as ASC or AC. Sequential blood samples were collected over 48 hrs. Urine and fecal samples were collected every 12 hrs for 48 hrs and were analyzed for total calcium and (45)Ca content. Total calcium and (45)Ca from serum, urine, and feces were fitted by a compartment kinetics model with saturable and nonsaturable absorption pathways by WinSAAM (Windows-based Simulation Analysis and Modeling). The difference in calcium bioavailability between the two salts was due to differences in saturable rather than passive intestinal absorption and not to endogenous secretion or calcium deposition rate. The higher bioavailability of calcium ascorbate was due to a longer transit time in the small intestine compared with ASC.  相似文献

It was shown that the neuroactive peptide 5-oxo-Pro-Arg-Pro (5-oxo-PRP) is detected in the brain in the time interval of 5–120 min after it was intravenously or intranasally administered to rats; the maximum concentration of labeled tripeptide in these modes of administration was observed after 30 and 10 min, respectively. A significant difference in the concentrations of 5-oxo-PRP in the blood and brain (the latter was 50 times lower) during intravenous administration indicates a relatively low permeability of the peptide across the blood–brain barrier. Pharmacokinetic data analysis showed that, when administered intranasally, approximately 45% of the total number of 5-oxo-PRP detectable in the brain in the entire period of study enters via transport from the nasal cavity, and the rest of the peptide enters through the blood–brain barrier from the blood stream. It was found that 5-oxo-PRP in rats is rapidly metabolized forming proteolytic products, mainly amino acids, and degradation products, presumably oxidized these amino acids.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nasal absorption of progesterone from carbopol-based nasal gels in rabbits. Progesterone nasal gels were prepared by dispersing carbopol 974 (1%, 1.5%, and 2%) in distilled water followed by addition of progesterone/progesterone–β cyclodextrin complex dissolved in propylene glycol then neutralization. The potential use of β cyclodextrin (CD) as nasal absorption enhancer by simple addition, as a physical mixture and as a complex with progesterone was investigated. The absolute bioavailability of progesterone from nasal gels in rabbits was studied by estimating the serum progesterone level by competitive solid-phase enzyme immunoassay in comparison to intravenous injection. The carbopol gel formulations produced a significant increase in bioavailability. CD complex promotes the nasal absorption of progesterone from carbopol gels as compared with gels where the CD is added by simple addition and gels which do not contain CD. This method of addition of CD as an inclusion complex in the gels could be considered as a preferred platform in nasal drug administration.  相似文献

A sensitive LC-MS/MS method with a simple solid-phase extraction for the determination of acteoside in rat plasma and tissue homogenates was established for the investigation of bioavailability and brain distribution in freely-moving rats. Acteoside in Cistanche deserticola and Boschniakia rossica was also determined. Acteoside and internal standard were separated on a RP-select B column (125mmx4.6mm i.d., particle size 5microm). The mobile phase consisted of 35% methanol and 65% acetic acid-water (1:100, v/v) at a flow-rate of 1mL/min. Acteoside and the internal standard were monitored using the multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode at m/z transitions of 623-->161 and 609-->301, respectively. The acteoside content was 38.4+/-2.4mg/kg (n=3) for B. rossica, which is obviously lower than 21134.2+/-805.5mg/kg (n=3) of C. deserticola. The protein binding in rat plasma was 75.5+/-1.8%. The brain distribution result indicated that acteoside was evenly distributed in brain tissues (brain stem, cerebellum, the rest of the brain, cortex, hippocampus and striatum) which was about 0.45-0.68% of that in plasma (4.5+/-0.5microg/mL) after 15min of acteoside administration (10mg/kg, i.v.). After acteoside was given (3mg/kg, i.v.; 100mg/kg, p.o.), the oral bioavailability (AUC(p.o.)/dose(p.o.))/(AUC(i.v.)/dose(i.v.)) was only 0.12%.  相似文献

The influence of iron (Fe) on the bioavailability and functional status of zinc (Zn) was studied in young rats using metabolic balances and tissue dosages, which were compared to growth. Diets supplied adequate intakes of Fe (45 and 300 mg/kg diet) and Zn (14 and 45 mg/kg) for 2 mo. Two metabolic balance determinations were performed that were correlated for Zn and Fe during the first and the last weeks of the study. A significant effect of Fe supply, but not of Zn was displayed on Fe absorption; both Fe and Zn diet concentrations had a significant influence on Zn absorption. Fe and Zn organ contents were significantly correlated with the amount absorbed during the two metabolic balances. There was a positive correlation between liver and muscle Fe and Fe absorption, and Fe absorption and muscle Zn, as well as a negative one with liver Zn; a positive correlation was displayed between Zn absorption and Zn organ content. No correlation was found between Zn absorption and Fe tissue content. Growth was correlated with Zn, but not with Fe absorption during both balances. A positive correlation was displayed between growth and Zn liver content, and a negative one with Fe liver content. Care must be taken to give growing subjects balanced diets or supplementation, since the negative interactions between these trace elements are likely to persist as long as the diet is given.  相似文献

The absorption of metals from the nasal cavity to the blood and the brain initiates an important route of occupational exposures leading to health risks. Divalent metal transporter-1 (DMT1) plays a significant role in the absorption of intranasally instilled manganese, but whether iron uptake would be mediated by the same pathway is unknown. In iron-deficient rats, blood (59)Fe levels after intranasal administration of the radioisotope in the ferrous form were significantly higher than those observed for iron-sufficient control rats. Similar results were obtained when ferric iron was instilled intranasally, and blood levels of (59)Fe were even greater in the iron-deficient rats compared with the amount of ferrous iron absorbed. Experiments with Belgrade (b/b) rats showed that DMT1 deficiency limited ferric iron uptake from the nasal cavity to the blood compared with +/b controls matched for iron deficiency. These results indicate that olfactory uptake of ferric iron by iron-deficient rats involves DMT1. Western blot experiments confirmed that DMT1 levels are significantly higher in iron-deficient rats compared with iron-sufficient controls in olfactory tissue. Thus the molecular mechanism of olfactory iron absorption is regulated by body iron status and involves DMT1.  相似文献

A series of benzoic acid derivatives was synthesized as VLA-4 antagonists. Introduction of chlorine or bromine into the 3-position on the central benzene of the diphenylurea portion as in lead compound 2 led to improvement in the pharmacokinetic properties. In particular, 12l demonstrated an acceptable plasma clearance and bioavailability in mice and rats as well as dogs (mice, CL=18.5 ml/min/kg,F=28%; rats, CL=5.2 ml/min/kg,F=36%; dogs, CL=3.6 ml/min/kg,F=55%). Isoproterenol (ISO) was injected in 5 mg/kg i.p. doses to rats, daily for two weeks. We evaluated the developed myocardial hypoxia and necrosis quantitatively by histological methods. To follow the time course of cardioprotection prostacyclin or 7-oxo-PGI2 were injected daily, i.p. 5, 30 min and 1, 2, 3, 4 hours before or after the ISO to groups of ten rats, respectively. Cardioprotection was defined as the reduction of necrotized areas and was expressed as percentage change compared to the control (saline treated) group. 1 microgram/kg PGI2 and 50 micrograms/kg 7-oxo-PGI2+ showed nearly equipotent cardioprotection (37.3-7.9% and 38.3-6.8%, respectively). The peak effect of both compounds appeared when injected prior to ISO in the 120. min but the action of 7-oxo-PGI2 was more prolonged. The different doses of prostacyclin analogs given after the ISO injection were ineffective with the exception of 50 micrograms/kg 7-oxo-PGI2 (29.75 +/- 5.2%).  相似文献
