A 75-day study was conducted to determine the effect of starvation on classical and truss parameters in Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (Sauvage and Dabry) . Truss dimensions of almost the entire head and trunk region as well as the abdomen were increased significantly through feeding or starvation (P   < 0.05). Truss dimensions of the caudal region generally decreased through feeding or starvation, particularly those dimensions at the hind part of the trunk. There were some significant decreases in classical dimensions of the head region during feeding, in relation to body depth characteristics in the trunk and caudal region during starvation, whereas there was only one decreasing classical dimension in the caudal region during feeding. The results of this study indicate that application of the truss network as a character set enforces classical coverage across the body form, discrimination among experimental groups thus being enhanced. Considering that the dimension of the lower part of the head and some truss and classical dimensions were least affected by feeding and starvation, these dimensions may then be useful as a taxonomical indicator to discriminate the species of Rhynchocypris sp. The value of trunk region dimensions with a large component of body depth in R. oxycephalus is most likely to be compromised by variability related to differences in feeding regimes of fish in different habitats.  相似文献

为了研究不同驯化温度对尖头鰂(Rhynchocypris oxycephalus)热耐受特征的影响, 本研究设置4组水温(14℃、19℃、24℃和29℃), 对尖头鰂驯化两周, 采用临界温度法观察尖头鰂的耐受温度。结果显示: 尖头鰂的热耐受性受到温度驯化的影响, 表现为高温驯化可以升高最大临界温度(CTmax), 4个驯化组的平均CTmax分别为32.29℃、33.23℃、33.40℃和35.71℃; 低温驯化可以降低最小临界温度(CTmin), 平均CTmin分别为0.00、0.10℃、2.10℃和5.27℃; 在适中的温度(19℃)驯化条件下具有最高的温度耐受范围(33.13℃)。在高温条件下的温度驯化具有较高的驯化反应率, 最大值出现在24—29℃内(0.46); 低温驯化反应率最大值出现在29—24℃内, 为0.63。尖头鰂在本研究的驯化区间(14—29℃)内的热耐受区域面积为478.98℃2, 与温水性鱼类的温度耐受性相当, 说明尖头鰂具有较强的温度适应能力。  相似文献

于2011年5月至2012年4月逐月采集标本, 对黄山九龙峰保护区尖头 (Phoxinus oxycephalus)的年龄、生长和繁殖等生活史特征进行了研究. 尖头 雌、雄鱼性比为0.77:1, 与1:1差异显著. 根据体长频率分布来确定年龄组成,结果显示雌鱼和雄鱼的最大寿命分别为3龄和2龄, 均以1龄和2龄为优势年龄组. 1龄时的体长生长速度最大, 至2龄或3龄逐渐变缓. 雌、雄鱼的初次性成熟年龄均为2龄, 对应体长分别为93.0 mm和76.9 mm. 尖头 繁殖时间为4-7月; 绝对繁殖力较低(174-2151卵粒), 且在2、3年龄组间显著差异, 但相对繁殖力无显著的年龄组间差异. 尖头 的上述生活史特征, 可能体现了对局域环境条件(如营养贫乏、环境动荡及水文周期等)的生态适应性. 尖头 在我国东南部的高海拔地区呈零星分布, 种群数量小, 加之繁殖投入低下, 因此该物种在面临人类干扰和环境变化时极易濒危和灭绝.    相似文献

The life cycle of Metagonimus miyatai Saito, Chai, Kim, Lee and Rim, 1997 (Digenea: Heterophyidae) was studied in the Hiroi River at Kotobuki, Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture, central Japan. Daughter rediae and cercariae were found in Semisulcospira libertina (Gould) and S. dolorosa (Gould) (Gastropoda: Pleuroceridae). Metacercariae were found encysted in Phoxinus lagowskii steindachneri Sauvage (Osteichthyes: Cyprinidae). Cercariae were experimentally exposed to P. lagowskii steindachneri, and metacercariae were obtained from the fish. Metacercariae of natural and experimental infections were experimentally fed to respective golden hamsters, and gravid adults identifiable as M. miyatai were recovered from the small intestine of the golden hamsters. The daughter redia, cercaria, metacercariae and adults are described. The life cycle of M. miyatai is discussed.  相似文献

The feeding habits of the Chinese minnow, Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (Sauvage & Dabry de Thiersant, 1874), were investigated in the Laohegou River, a tributary of the upper Yangtze River, China. A total of 412 specimens were collected by electrofishing in four seasons of 2012, 7 days per season. Diet composition was analyzed according to season, size classes and sex. The Chinese minnow is a generalist omnivorous species, whose diet consists of aquatic insects and plants. Besides algae, Hemiptera, Ephemerida, Trichoptera, Odonata, Diptera were the most dominat food items. The Shannon‐Wiener index on diet items showed no significant differences between major food items (p > .05) or between seasons, size classes and sexes. In contrast, fullness index and dietary breadth analysis both indicated significant diet changes between seasons. Consequently, this study provides information on feeding habits of R. oxycephalus, which may be useful in cultivation trials.  相似文献

The genus Phoxinus is comprised of at least 15 currently recognized species inhabiting Eurasia. Morphological traits have been traditionally used to delineate species in Phoxinus; however, the high level of phenotypic plasticity observed in the genus has confounded this process. Molecular genetic analyses have revealed a higher than expected genetic structure within Phoxinus. Here, we analyzed both nuclear and mitochondrial molecular genetic markers to infer the phylogeography and divergence times of Phoxinus in the Iberian Peninsula. Our results show that the Iberian lineages of Phoxinus were polyphyletic. They also support the co‐existence of three species in the Iberian Peninsula, two corresponding to two previously recognized species (Phoxinus bigerri and Phoxinus septimaniae) and a third undescribed species (Phoxinus sp.). Phoxinus bigerri is structured into western Cantabrian, eastern Cantabrian, and Artibai basins. We hypothesize that this structure is a consequence of glaciation–deglaciation cycles during the Pleistocene. While the presence of P. septimaniae in the Iberian Peninsula is possibly the result of human translocation, that of Phoxinus sp. in lower Ebro rivers may be attributed to past fluvial captures. Our study represents the first report to show a relationship among Phoxinus populations from central Pyrenean rivers of Spain and France. Furthermore, we found genetic hybridization between Phoxinus sp. and P. septimaniae in the shared localities, a likely consequence of anthropogenic activities. Overall, our findings provide insight into the genetic structure of Iberian Phoxinus populations, including the presence of an undescribed species and the putative introduction of some species that may have implications for conservation.  相似文献

Gene products of 22 protein coding loci from 29 populations of a uniquely sea-going cyprinid genus Tribolodon, T. hakonensis (anadromous and/or river-resident), T. brandtii (anadromous), T. ezoe (freshwater) and T. nakamurai (freshwater), were analyzed in order to infer the genetic divergence and dispersal of Tribolodon species around the Sea of Japan. According to the genetic distance, T. brandtii is located near the center between T. hakonensis and T. ezoe-T. nakamurai cluster. The outgroup root (Pseudaspius leptocephalus, Rhynchocypris lagowskii and Leuciscus waleckii) is attached between T. hakonensis-T. brandtii and the T. ezoe-T. nakamurai clusters. The origin of the genus Tribolodon and its salinity tolerance may date back to the Miocene Sea-of-Japan Lake and the Pliocene Paleo-Sea-of-Japan, respectively, as judged from the divergence time between Tribolodon and the outgroups. The genetic relationships and distribution pattern of Tribolodon species suggest they speciated on the Sakhalin-Japan side, and the continental populations of T. hakonensis and T. brandtii originated from anadromous colonizers. A new faunal element of Japanese freshwater fishes, the Sakhalin-Japan sub-element, is proposed for Tribolodon and some other fishes.  相似文献

为了解渭河陕西段鱼类资源状况及其变化趋势, 于2016—2017年分4次对渭河陕西段的鱼类资源进行了调查。研究共调查到鱼类49种, 隶属于6目11科36属, 优势种为短须颌须(Gnathopogon imberbis)、拉氏大吻鱥(Rhynchocypris lagowskii)、棒花鱼(Abbottina rivularis)、?(Hemiculter leucisculus)、鲤(Cyprinus carpio)和鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)。与1984年调查结果比较分析发现: 该河段鱼类物种减少36种, 物种多样性下降明显; 相似度为0.49, 为中等不相似, 物种组成变化明显。经Shannon-wiener指数、Pielou’s指数、Marglef指数、Jaccard’s指数和G-F指数分析发现: 渭河陕西段鱼类物种组成已发生明显变化, 物种多样性下降60%。通过个体生态学分析, 渭河陕西段现存鱼类以喜缓流、杂食型、栖息于砾石底质类群为主, 群落结构已发生改变。研究表明: 该河段鱼类物种多样性下降明显, 群落结构已发生明显变化, 资源量明显下降; 水体污染、水资源减少和生境适宜度下降是导致鱼类群落结构变化的主要原因。  相似文献

Classification of freshwater fish in the subfamily Leuciscinae, Cyprinidae is hampered by complexity or lack of morphological diversity. In this study, analyses based on mtDNA sequences were undertaken to clarify phylogenetic relationships among Far Eastern, North American and European species in the Leuciscinae. Evolutionary rate in cytochrome b gene (Cyt-b) and D-loop sequences appear to be almost constant in Leuciscinae. The topology of phylogenetic trees generated by neighbor-joining (NJ) and maximum likelihood (ML) methods based on Cyt-b gene and D-loop sequences was similar. Five major clades, designated clades 1-5, and a minor clade were discriminated. Most of the Far Eastern, North American and European species were included in the major clades. Clade 1, comprised almost entirely of Far Eastern phoxinins, is monophyletic and greatly diverged from the other species of Leuciscinae. From the present phylogenetic relationships and the previous studies, we present the following hypotheses with respect to the evolutionary history of the Far Eastern phoxinins. The Far Eastern species should be classified into Far Eastern-specific genera, although ichthyologists have still insisted that the species should be included in the European genera. The Far Eastern clade 1 consists of two subclades, including genera Pseudaspius-Tribolodon and Far Eastern Phoxinus species. According to our phylogenetic analyses, Pseudaspius leptocephalus and Tribolodon species should be reclassified into the same genus. On the basis of evolutionary rate in Cyt-b gene in Cyprinidae, it is estimated that the Far Eastern lineage diverged approximately 10-14 million years ago (mya) from the common ancestor of Leuciscinae. It is deduced that speciation of the Far Eastern species occurred until approximately 4 mya, in relation to the formation of the Sea of Japan and the Japanese Islands.  相似文献

为了研究饲料蛋白质水平对洛氏鱥(Rhynchocypris lagowskii Dybowski)生长、非特异性免疫及蛋白质合成的影响, 以洛氏鱥幼鱼[(6.98±0.01) g/尾]为研究对象, 以鱼粉、棉粕、豆粕及菜粕为蛋白源, 配制成蛋白质水平为24.98%、30. 02%、34.99%、40.01%和44.98%的5种等能、等脂肪的配合饲料, 进行为期8周的饲养试验。结果表明, 在试验条件下, 随着饲料蛋白质水平的升高, 洛氏鱥的终末体质量、特定生长率、增重率均呈先升高后降低的趋势, 其中34.99%和40.01%组洛氏鱥的终末体质量、特定生长率及增重率显著高于24.98%组(P<0.05); 随着饲料蛋白质水平的升高, 洛氏鱥饲料效率和蛋白质效率呈先升高后降低的趋势, 其中40.01%组洛氏鱥饲料效率和蛋白质效率显著高于24.98%组(P<0.05), 但与30.01%、34.99%和40.01%组差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过折线回归分析得出, 饲料蛋白质水平为35.89%时, 洛氏鱥的特定生长率最高; 饲料蛋白质水平为36.11%时, 洛氏鱥饲料效率最高。洛氏鱥肌肉中粗蛋白质含量随饲料蛋白质水平的升高呈先上升后下降趋势, 其中, 40.01%组洛氏鱥肌肉中粗蛋白质含量显著高于24.98%、30.02%、34.99%和44.98%组(P<0.05); 而洛氏鱥肌肉中粗脂肪含量随饲料蛋白质水平的升高呈先下降后上升趋势, 其中, 40.01%组显著低于24.98%、30.02%和34.99%组(P<0.05), 但与44.98%组差异不显著(P>0.05)。洛氏鱥肝胰脏的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和溶菌酶(LZM)活性随饲料蛋白质水平的升高呈先上升后下降的趋势, 其中40.01%组洛氏鱥AKP、ACP、SOD和LZM活性显著高于24.98%、30.02%、34.99%和44.98%组(P<0.05); 洛氏鱥白肌中RNA含量和RNA/DNA比值随饲料蛋白质水平的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势, 其中40.01%组洛氏鱥白肌中RNA含量和RNA/DNA显著高于24.98%、30.02%、34.99%和44.98% (P<0.05)。通过折线模型回归分析可知饲料蛋白质水平为36.10%时, 洛氏鱥白肌中RNA含量最高; 饲料蛋白质水平为35.91%时, 洛氏鱥白肌中RNA/DNA比率最高。在洛氏鱥配合饲料中, 最适宜蛋白质需求水平为34.99%—40.01%。  相似文献

The morphological similarity between upstream fatminnow Rhynchocypris oxycephalus and downstream fatminnow Rhynchocypris lagowskii makes it difficult to discriminate accurately between these species in rivers where they coexist. For easy and precise identification of these two species, we developed a genetic discrimination method based on PCR-RFLP analysis for specimens from the Inohzawa River watershed in the Izu Peninsula, central Honshu, Japan. This genetic method was applied to the species identification of the fatminnows from two other watersheds, the Kano and Kawazu Rivers, flowing across the peninsula from north to south. We present the genetic evidence for the restricted distribution of R. oxycephalus and the ubiquitous distribution of R. lagowskii in the peninsula.  相似文献

In this study the length–weight relationships of five fish species belonging to four families and five genera were analyzed from the streams of Maoershan National Forest Park in China. A total of 221 specimens were used to estimate the relationship parameters. These species (Lethenteron reissneri, Cobitis granoei, Misgurnus mohoity, Rhynchocypris percnurus and Perccottus glenii) had no previous estimate in FishBase.  相似文献

Four new species, belonging to three genera, of ostracods from Lake Tanganyika are described: Mesocyprideis nitida sp.nov., Romecytheridea belone sp.nov., R. plegma sp. nov. and Cyprideis loricata sp. nov. The Cyprideis species flock of Lake Tanganyika now consists of 17 formally described species (16 endemic) in 6 genera (4 endemic). The geographical and ecological distribution of the four species is briefly discussed and some supplementary remarks on the radiation of the Cyprideis species flock in Lake Tanganyika are offered.  相似文献

All species that have been described of the genera mentioned in the title are listed and their systematic position given. The species of Stilifer (with 11 species, including S. inflatus sp.n. and 5. concavus sp.n.) are parasites of starfishes. Scalenostoma (3 species) are parasites of stone corals. Thyca (with 8 species) is removed from Capulidae, and included in Eulimidae. T. hawaiiensis sp.n. is described. The species of Thyca are parasites of starfishes. The species of Mucronalia (including M. trilineata sp.n.) are probably parasites of ophiuroids and Echineulima (with 4–6 species, including E. ponderi sp.n.) are parasites of echinoids. All species are figured, their characteristics are given and their host species and distributions are listed. Keys are given to the species of each genus, except Mucronalia. The genera Stilimella Laseron and Hyperlia Pilsbry are synonymized with Scalenostoma and the genera Kiramodulus Kuroda, Granulithyca Habe and Bessomia Berry are considered subgenera of Thyca.  相似文献

Baudinella Thiele, 1931, Retroterra Solem, 1985 and Molema Köhler, 2011 are three genera of camaenid land snail endemic to coastal regions of the Western Australian Kimberley. Each of these genera has fairly distinct shells, but all exhibit a rather similar configuration of the reproductive system, which is characterized by lack of a penial sheath and presence of an elongated and coiled bursa copulatrix. By combining comparative morphology of shell and penial anatomy with analyses of the mitochondrial DNA fragments 16S rRNA (16S) and cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (COI), the phylogenetic relationships amongst representative species of these genera are addressed to test the monophyly of taxa and to identify new species. Our results show that all three genera are members of a single camaenid radiation. Five new species are described: two new species of Baudinella, B. magna n. sp. from the Institute and Montesquieu Archipelagos and B. margaritata n. sp. from Pitta Gorge in the Prince Regent Reserve, one new species of Molema, Molema tenuicostata n. sp., from near Talbot Bay, and two new species of Retroterra, R. dichroma, and R. nana, from the Prince Regent Reserve.  相似文献

A new taxon, Rhabdias esculentarum n. sp., is described based on DNA sequence analysis at multiple loci (i.e. mtDNA cox-1, 12S rRNA, ITS-1 and partial ITS-2 regions of the nuclear rDNA) and morphometric analysis carried out on specimens collected from the green frogs of the Rana esculenta species complex in Italy (i.e. R. lessonae Camerano and R. esculenta Linnaeus, identified genetically by diagnostic allozyme loci). Rhabdias esculentarum n. sp. was differentiated genetically, at both mitochondrial and nuclear levels, from Rh. bufonis (Schrank, 1788) (sensu Hartwich, 1972) and Rh. sphaerocephala Goodey, 1924 recovered from the toad Bufo bufo Linnaeus collected sympatrically with the specimens of Rana lessonae and R. esculenta examined in the present study. Moreover, the new taxon proved to be different from the other species of Rhabdias from anurans, which had previously been sequenced using the same genes and deposited in GeneBank. Phylogenetic analyses (MP and ML) inferred from mitochondrial (mtDNA cox-1 and 12S ribosomal RNA) and nuclear (ITS-1 and ITS-2 of the rDNA regions) sequences datasets were congruent in depicting Rh. esculentarum n. sp. as forming a highly supported clade distinct from the sympatric species Rh. bufonis, as well as from Rh. sphaerocephala, characterised on the basis of the same loci. Morphometric analysis and the differential diagnosis of genetically characterised specimens of the new species have revealed differences in several features in comparison with the type-species, Rh. bufonis. Material of the latter species included voucher specimens from Germany deposited by Hartwich (1972) and other specimens collected from B. bufo in Italy. Among the diagnostic characters, the particular cup-shaped buccal capsule characterising Rh. esculentarum is clearly different from the tear-shaped buccal capsule observed in material of R. bufonis obtained from Berlin Museum and collected in the same geographical area as the green frogs under study. Rh. esculentarum was also found to differ in some measurements and allometric characters from Rh. bufonis (sensu Moravec et al., 1997). The data so far collected appear to indicate a host-preference of Rh. esculentarum for Rana lessonae and R. esculenta, which belong to the R. esculenta hybridogenetic species complex in Italy.  相似文献
