摘要 目的:观察艾迪注射液联合XELOX方案(卡培他滨+奥沙利铂)对晚期结直肠癌患者肿瘤标志物、血管生成和外周血辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)平衡的影响。方法:选择我院2018年2月~2019年8月期间收治的98例经内镜活检证实的晚期结直肠癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(XELOX方案化疗,49例)和研究组(艾迪注射液联合XELOX化疗方案治疗,49例)。观察两组患者近、远期疗效,对比两组治疗前后的肿瘤标志物、血管生成和Th17/Treg平衡相关指标水平,记录两组用药安全性。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的客观缓解率、疾病控制率明显更高(P<0.05);研究组的总生存率、无进展生存率高于对照组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原125(CA125)、糖链抗原242(CA242)水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)水平均下降,且研究组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Th17比例、Th17/Treg比值均升高,Treg比例均下降(P<0.05);研究组治疗后Th17比例、Th17/Treg比值高于对照组同期,Treg比例低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合XELOX方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效确切,可能与改善Th17/Treg平衡、抑制血管生成有关。  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察大柴胡汤对轻症急性胰腺炎(MAP)患者辅助性T细胞17 /调节性T细胞(Th17/Treg)免疫平衡和血清水通道蛋白(AQP)的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法,将天津中医药大学第一附属医院2020年4月~2022年4月期间收治的95例MAP患者分为对照组(西医基础治疗,47例)和研究组(对照组基础上接受大柴胡汤治疗,48例)。对比两组中医证候积分、Th17/Treg免疫平衡、AQP1、AQP5、AQP6和实验室指标。结果:两组治疗7 d后两胁胀痛,矢气则舒,右中上腹痛,恶心呕吐,抑郁易怒,嗳气呃逆,大便不畅评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗7 d后Treg细胞比例升高,Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg下降,且研究组的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗7 d后AQP1、AQP5、AQP6升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗7 d后淀粉酶(AMY)、脂肪酶(LIP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大柴胡汤治疗MAP疗效确切,可以缓解患者的临床症状,有效改善MAP患者Th17/Treg免疫平衡和血清AQP1、AQP5、AQP6水平。  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察火针联合外用5%米诺地尔酊对肝肾不足型斑秃患者外周血辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、调节性T细胞(Treg)和心理状态的影响。方法:选取2019年3月~2021年4月期间我院收治的102例肝肾不足型斑秃患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各为51例。对照组患者接受5%米诺地尔酊外用治疗,研究组患者接受火针联合外用5%米诺地尔酊治疗,治疗3个月后,观察两组疗效,对比两组外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞占CD4+T淋巴细胞比例及相关细胞因子水平、心理状态、斑块面积的变化,记录两组毳毛长出时间、毳毛变黑时间以及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的临床总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Th17细胞比例、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-23(IL-23)水平较治疗前下降,Treg细胞比例较治疗前升高,且研究组变化程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后斑块面积均缩小,且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的毳毛长出时间、毳毛变黑时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合外用5%米诺地尔酊治疗肝肾不足型斑秃,可有效改善患者临床症状,调节外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞比例及相关细胞因子水平,有效改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,安全可靠。  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察柴芩承气汤辅助治疗对急性胰腺炎(AP)患者辅助性T 细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)免疫失衡和外周血Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核因子κB(NF-κB)通路mRNA表达的影响。方法:纳入2021年3月到2022年12月期间成都市第一人民医院收治的90例AP患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各为45例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上接受柴芩承气汤辅助治疗。对比两组疗效、中医证候评分、Th17/Treg免疫失衡相关指标、外周血TLR4/NF-κB通路mRNA表达。结果:实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组腹痛剧烈、有痞满燥实坚征象、日晡潮热、恶心呕吐、小便短赤中医证候评分均下降,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg均下降,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1周后,两组Treg细胞比例升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组TLR4 mRNA、NF-κB mRNA均下降,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芩承气汤辅助治疗AP患者,可提升治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,调节Th17/Treg免疫失衡和外周血TLR4/NF-κB通路mRNA表达。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨不明原因复发性流产(URSA)再次妊娠患者血清1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25(OH))2D3]、可溶性T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子3(sTim-3)与辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)免疫失衡和妊娠结局的关系。方法:选择于湖南省妇幼保健院2020年1月~2022年1月就诊的62例URSA再次妊娠患者作为研究组,另选择同期进行孕检的正常早孕妇女30例作为对照组。比较两组孕早期血清1,25(OH) 2D3、sTim-3及外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值。Pearson法分析URSA再次妊娠患者血清1,25(OH) 2D3、sTim-3与外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值平的相关性。根据URSA再次妊娠患者妊娠结局的不同分为妊娠成功分娩组和妊娠再次流产组,比较两组孕早期血清1,25(OH) 2D3、sTim-3与外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清1,25(OH) 2D3、sTim-3与外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值对妊娠结局的预测价值。结果:研究组血清sTim-3、外周血Th17细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值高于对照组,血清1,25(OH) 2D3、外周血Treg细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,URSA再次妊娠患者血清1,25(OH) 2D3与血清sTim-3、外周血Th17细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值呈负相关,与Treg细胞水平呈正相关(P<0.05);血清sTim-3与外周血Treg细胞水平呈负相关,与Th17细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值呈正相关(P<0.05)。妊娠再次流产组血清sTim-3、外周血Th17细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值高于妊娠成功分娩组,血清1,25(OH) 2D3、外周血Treg细胞水平低于妊娠成功分娩组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清1,25(OH) 2D3、sTim-3及外周血Th17细胞、Treg细胞水平及Th17/Treg比值均可预测URSA再次妊娠患者妊娠再次流产的发生风险,且上述指标联合检测的预测效能更高。结论:血清1,25(OH) 2D3水平异常降低、sTim-3水平异常升高可导致Th17/Treg免疫失衡,导致URSA再次妊娠患者再次发生流产。上述指标联合检测对URSA再次妊娠患者妊娠再次流产的预测效能更高。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨二陈汤加减联合微波消融术(MWA)对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)失衡和血管生成因子的影响。方法:选择2020年9月~2022年9月期间我院收治的120例不可或不愿手术切除或体部立体定向放疗的ⅢB-Ⅳ期并同意MWA治疗的NSCLC患者。采用随机对照的方法将所有患者分为观察组(二陈汤加减联合MWA治疗,60例)及对照组(MWA治疗,60例)。对比两组中医主要证候总评分、EORTC生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分、Th17/Treg失衡、血清肿瘤标志物、血管生成因子和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组中医主要证候总评分、EORTC QLQ- C30评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Th17细胞比例、Treg细胞比例低于对照组,Th17/Treg比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)和角化素蛋白片段19(Cyfra21-1)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率组间对比未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:二陈汤加减联合MWA对晚期NSCLC患者,可有效降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,促进临床症状改善,调节Th17/Treg比例失衡和血管生成因子。  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察电针深刺八髎穴对脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的治疗效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取自2020年3月~2021年2月期间天津市人民医院收治的80例脾肾阳虚型UC患者。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组2组,各为40例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上联合电针深刺八髎穴治疗,对比两组患者疗效、中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平、Th17/Treg细胞。结果:与对照组相比,研究组可进一步提高临床总有效率(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组畏寒肢冷、腹部冷痛、晨起泄泻评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组血清?酌-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组Th17细胞水平、Th17/Treg比值低于对照组,Treg细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针深刺八髎穴可促进脾肾阳虚型UC患者症状改善,同时该治疗方案还具有调节Th17/Treg细胞免疫平衡,降低血清炎症因子水平的作用。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨基于营养风险筛查(NRS)营养风险评估的整蛋白型肠内营养对老年肝硬化患者营养状态、肠道菌群及外周血辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)平衡的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2019年12月~2022年8月期间长沙市第一医院收治的103例老年肝硬化患者将患者分为对照组(常规饮食治疗,51例)和研究组(对照组基础上接受基于NRS营养风险评估的整蛋白型肠内营养治疗,52例)。比较两组NRS2002评分、营养状态指标、肠道菌群指标及外周血Th17/Treg平衡变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后,两组NRS2002评分下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)及前白蛋白(PA)升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组酵母样真菌下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组Treg升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3个月后,两组Th17、Th17/Treg下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年肝硬化患者经基于NRS营养风险评估的整蛋白型肠内营养治疗,有利于降低营养不良发生风险,可能与改善患者的营养状态、肠道菌群及外周血Th17/Treg平衡有关。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探究慢性牙周炎患者血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、CC趋化因子配体20(CCL20)与牙周临床指标和辅助性T淋巴细胞17/调节性T淋巴细胞(Th17/Treg)失衡的相关性。方法:选取2020年5月-2022年5月海南省妇女儿童医学中心收治的91例慢性牙周炎患者,根据其严重程度分为轻度组(39例)、中度组(36例)、重度组(16例),比较三组血清CGRP、PGE2、CCL20、牙周临床指标[出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、菌斑指数(PLI)]、外周血Th17细胞比例、Treg细胞比例、Th17/Treg比值,采用Pearson相关分析血清CGRP、PGE2、CCL20与牙周临床指标和Th17/Treg失衡的相关性。结果:与轻度组比较,中度组、重度组血清CGRP、Treg细胞比例显著降低(P<0.05),血清PGE2、CCL20、BI、PD、PLI、AL、Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg比值显著增高(P<0.05);与中度组比较,重度组血清CGRP、Treg细胞比例显著降低(P<0.05),血清PGE2、CCL20、BI、PD、PLI、AL、Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg比值显著增高(P<0.05)。相关性结果提示,血清PGE2、CCL20水平与BI、PD、PLI、AL、Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg比值呈正相关(P<0.05),与Treg细胞比例呈负相关(P<0.05);血清CGRP水平与BI、PD、PLI、AL、Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg比值呈负相关(P<0.05),与Treg细胞比例呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者血清CGRP、PGE2、CCL20水平与疾病严重程度、牙周临床指标及Th17/Treg失衡显著相关,血清CGRP、PGE2、CCL20可能通过影响Th17/Treg平衡参与慢性牙周炎的发生和发展。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素对复发性流产大鼠的治疗效果,为临床中优化复发性流产的治疗方案提供理论基础。方法:选取未交配生育的SPF级雌性大鼠共40只,随机分为对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、常规治疗组(C组)、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗组(D组),每组各10只。雌鼠妊娠后开始干预。A组大鼠全天仅灌服生理盐水。B组大鼠上午灌服生理盐水,C组大鼠上午灌服地屈孕酮水溶液,D组大鼠上午注射绒毛膜促性腺激素注射液,下午B、C、D组大鼠灌服羟基脲溶液。妊娠第十天给予各组大鼠灌服米非司酮。比较各组大鼠胚胎吸收率、炎性因子水平、免疫因子水平、雌激素受体表达水平及子宫内膜损伤程度。结果:干预后,与A组相比,各组大鼠胚胎吸收率增高,与B组大鼠相比,C组、D组大鼠的胚胎吸收率降低,且D组大鼠低于C组;与A组相比,各组大鼠IL-17水平、IL-17/ TGF-β、Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg升高,且TGF-β水平、Treg细胞比例下降,同时C组、D组大鼠的IL-17水平、IL-17/TGF-β、Th17细胞比例、Th17/Treg均低于B组,且D组低于C组,同时TGF-β水平、Treg细胞比例高于B组,且D组高于C组;干预后,与A组相比,各组大鼠子宫内膜厚度下降,纤维化面积比例增加,与B组相比,C组、D组大鼠的子宫内膜厚度增加且D组高于C组,同时子宫内膜纤维化比例低于B组,且D组低于C组;与A组相比,各组大鼠ER、PR、PRLR mRNA表达水平明显降低,与B组相比,C组、D组大鼠的ER、PR、PRLR mRNA表达水平有所增加,且D组高于C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绒毛膜促性腺激素可能通过调节炎性因子水平和免疫微环境,提高性激素、受体表达,进而修复子宫内膜损伤,降低胚胎吸收率,促进复发性流产的恢复。  相似文献

综述了白蚁螱客的主要种类、共生关系及相关机制的研究进展。白蚁螱客中,已报道的动物种类达170种。在与动物的共生关系中存在偏利共生(宾主共栖和异种共栖)、互利共生和无关共生三种;在与微生物的共生关系中,存在与内生菌(原生动物、细菌、真菌和放线菌)和外生菌(蚁巢伞菌等)间的互利关系。指出了白蚁与螱客研究中存在的问题,给出了解决方案,并提出了今后可能的研究热点或方向,为白蚁的综合利用(如纤维素酶)及今后研究物种间的协同进化提供了基础资料。  相似文献

New sulfur derivatives of phosphoramidite ligands were synthesized and the impact of the sulfur unit on the spectroscopic properties of their rhodium and iridium complexes was investigated. The new ligands Bn2NPSCH2CH2Sa(P-Sa) (Bn = benzyl, 4), Bn2NPSCHCHSa(CH2)3CaH2(P-Sa)(Ca-Sa) (6) and Bn2NP(4-XC6H4OMe)2 (X = S, 7a; X = O, 7b) were converted to the rhodium and iridium complexes trans-[Rh(CO)Cl(L)2] (L = 4, 6, 7), [RhCl(COD)(L)] (L = 4, 6, 7), [IrCl(COD)(7a)] and [IrCl2Cp∗(6)]. For comparison, some phosphoramidite complexes of these formulations also were synthesized. The new metal complexes were spectroscopically analyzed. For the carbonyl complexes, the νCO IR stretching frequencies were lower than for the corresponding phosphite and phosphoramidite ligands. The 1JPRh coupling constants for the rhodium complexes with the new ligands were also smaller than for the respective phosphoramidite and phosphite complexes. Finally, the 1JPSe coupling constants of the selenides of the new ligands were lower than those of the phosphoramidite ligands but higher than for PPh3. The spectroscopic data reveal that the new thio ligands 4, 6 and 7a are more electron donating than phosphites and phosphoramidites but less electron donating than PPh3.  相似文献

Astrocytes transport the monocarboxylate acetate, but synaptosomes do not. The reason for this is unknown, because both preparations express monocarboxylate transporters (MCT). The transport and metabolism of lactate, another monocarboxylate, was examined in these two preparations, and the results were compared to those for acetate. Lactate transport is more rapid in astrocytes than in synaptosomes, but of lower affinity (Kms of 17 and 4 mM, respectively). Lactate (0.2 mM) is metabolized to CO2 more rapidly in synaptosomes than in astrocytes (rates of 0.37 and 0.07 nmol x mg protein(-1) x min(-1), respectively). The reason for this is unclear, but cellular differences in lactate dehydrogenase isotype expression may be involved. Acetate is metabolized to CO2 more rapidly in astrocytes than in synaptosomes (rates of 0.43 and 0.02 nmol x mg protein(-1) x min(-1), respectively). This is likely due to cellular differences in the expression of monocarboxylate transporter subtypes.  相似文献

To elucidate accumulation of minerals in human iliac arteries with aging, the content of minerals was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Bilateral common, internal, and external iliac arteries of 16 men and 8 women, ranging ages from 65 to 93 yr, were examined. It was found that an extremely high accumulation of calcium and phosphorus occurred in the common iliac artery at old age, being higher than that of the internal and external iliac arteries. It should be noted that the accumulation of calcium and phosphorus is the highest in the common iliac artery among the human arteries examined to date. Regarding sexual differences, the content of calcium and phosphorus in the common and internal iliac arteries was higher in women than in men, whereas their content in the external iliac artery was lower in women than in men.  相似文献

The ability of partially purified human and guinea-pig haematogenous cell populations, when cultured in vitro, to metabolise arachidonic acid (AA) has been studied. Supernatants from 24 hour cell culture have been subjected to analysis for products of AA metabolism by gas chromatography with electron-capture detection.The cell types studied were human peripheral blood monocytes (both glass adherent and non-adherent), neutrophils, eosinophils and leukemic leucocytes; thoracic duct lymphocytes and lung alveolar macrophages. From the guinea-pig, induced and non-induced macrophage or neutrophil enriched peritoneal exudate populations, lymph node cells, peritoneal eosinophils and peripheral blood platelets were examined. Supernatants were assayed for the presence of PGE2, PGD2, PGF, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF. In all types studied PGE2 and TXB2 were the major products formed. The identification of PGE2 and TXB2 was confirmed by GC/MS with multiple ion monitoring.The results have been compared with other reports and their possible significance discussed in relation to the proposed role of prostaglandins as mediators and modulators in immunopathology.  相似文献

Allergic asthma can be precipitated by many factors. For the atopic person, fungus, pollen, dust mites, cockroach antigens, and diesel exhaust are all agents that may trigger an allergic attack. Cytokines and chemokines are integral mediators of fungal asthma. From the earliest time points, they recruit and activate the cells required for the clearance of fungus as well as being critical factors involved in the immunopathology of this disease. In the final analysis, it is clear that these mediators can act to the benefit or the detriment of the host.  相似文献

In spite of the many studies on protein modifications by reactive species, knowledge about the products resulting from the oxidation of protein-aromatic residues, including protein-derived radicals and their stable products, remains limited. Here, we compared the oxidative modifications promoted by peroxynitrite and myeloperoxidase/hydrogen peroxide/nitrite in two model proteins, ribonuclease (6Tyr) and lysozyme (3Tyr/6Trp). The formation of protein-derived radicals and products was higher at pH 5.4 and 7.4 for myeloperoxidase and peroxynitrite, respectively. The main product was 3-nitro-Tyr for both proteins and oxidants. Lysozyme rendered similar yields of nitro-Trp, particularly when oxidized by peroxynitrite. Hydroxylated and dimerized products of Trp and Tyr were also produced, but in lower yields. Localization of the main modified residues indicates that peroxynitrite decomposes to radicals within the proteins behaving less specifically than myeloperoxidase. Nitrogen dioxide is emphasized as an important protein modifier.  相似文献
