In the search for an enzymatically degradable thermogelling system, we are reporting poly(alanine-co-leucine)-poloxamer-poly(alanine-co-leucine) (PAL-PLX-PAL) aqueous solution. As the temperature increased, the polymer aqueous solution underwent sol-to-gel transition at 20-40 °C in a polymer concentration range of 3.0-10.0 wt %. The amphiphilic polymers of PAL-PLX-PAL form micelles in water, where the hydrophobic PALs form a core and the hydrophilic PLXs form a shell of the micelle. FTIR, circular dichroism, and (13)C NMR spectra suggest that the α-helical secondary structure of PAL is preserved; however, the molecular motion of the PLX significantly decreases in the sol-to-gel transition range of 20-50 °C. The polymer was degraded by proteolytic enzymes such as matrix metalloproteinase and elastase, whereas it was quite stable against cathepsin B, cathepsin C, and chymotrypsin or in phosphate-buffered saline (control). The in situ formed gel in the subcutaneous layer of rats showed a duration of ~ 47 days, and H&E staining study suggests the histocompatibility of the gel in vivo with a marginal inflammation response of capsule formation. A model drug of bovine serum albumin was released over 1 month by the preset-gel injection method. The thermogelling PAL-PLX-PAL can be a promising biocompatible material for minimally invasive injectable drug delivery.  相似文献

The present study reports on a thermogelling poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(L-alanine-co-L-phenyl alanine) grafted chitosan (CS-g-(PAF-PEG)) system, focusing on phase diagram, transition mechanism, and in vivo gel duration. The sol-to-gel transition temperature decreased from 27 to 11 °C as the concentration increased from 4.0 wt % to 9.0 wt %. The polymer formed micelles with 10-50 nm in diameter at 10 °C and formed large aggregates ranging from hundreds to thousands of nanometers in size as the temperature increased from 10 to 35 °C, suggesting that an extensive molecular aggregation might be involved in the sol-to-gel transition. To study the transition mechanism on a molecular level, we investigated pH, circular dichroism spectra, and (13)C NMR spectra of the CS-g-(PAF-PEG) aqueous solution as a function of temperature. As the temperature increased, deprotonation of the chitosan and dehydration of the PEG were suggested, whereas the α-helical secondary structure of PAF was slightly changed in the sol-to-gel transition temperature range of 10-50 °C. A gel was formed in situ after injecting the CS-g-(PAF-PEG) aqueous solution into the subcutaneous layer of rats. About 60-70% of the gel was eliminated in 1 week, and the remaining gel was completely cleared from the implant site in 14 days. The results indicate the potential of CS-g-(PAF-PEG) as a promising short-term carrier for pharmaceutical agents.  相似文献

We are reporting alternating multiblock copolymers of poly(L-lactic acid)/poly(ethylene glycol) aqueous solution (> 15 wt %) undergoing sol-gel-sol transition as the temperature increases from 20 to 60 degrees C. Micelles of the multiblock copolymers (in water) are about 20 nm in radius at low temperature. They are aggregated to a larger size as the temperature increases, which should play a critical role in the sol-to-gel transition. The transition temperature and gel window were affected by the molecular weight and composition of the multiblock copolymer. In particular, the aqueous solution of an alternating multiblock copolymer (Mn approximately 6700 daltons) prepared from poly(ethylene glycol) (Mn approximately 600 daltons) and poly(L-lactic acid) (Mn approximately 1300 daltons) showed a maximum modulus at body temperature (37 degrees C). The in situ gel forming ability of the polymer aqueous solution in vivo as well as in vitro indicates that it can be a promising injectable biomaterial.  相似文献

Mixed protein-based hydrogels have been prepared by blending gelatin (G) with amorphous Bombyx mori silk fibroin (SF) and promoting beta-crystallization of SF via subsequent exposure to methanol or methanol/water solutions. The introduction of beta crystals in SF serves to stabilize the hydrogel network and extend the solidlike behavior of these thermally responsive materials to elevated temperatures beyond the helix-->coil (h-->c) transition of G. In this work, we investigate the swelling and protein release kinetics of G/SF hydrogels varying in composition at temperatures below and above the G h-->c transition. At 20 degrees C, G and G-rich mixed hydrogels display evidence of moderate swelling with negligible mass loss in aqueous solution, resulting in porous polymer matrixes upon solvent removal according to electron microscopy. When the solution temperature is increased beyond the G h-->c transition to body temperature (37 degrees C), these gels exhibit much higher swelling with considerable mass loss due to dissolution and release of G. The extent to which these properties respond to temperature decreases systematically with increasing SF content. The unique temperature- and composition-dependent properties of G/SF hydrogels dictate the efficacy of these novel materials as stimuli-responsive delivery vehicles.  相似文献

An MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer was synthesized as an in situ gel carrier, and its phase transition behavior in aqueous solutions was examined. For comparison, aqueous solutions of Pluronic F-127, a widely used injectable gel-forming solution, were also studied. Both MPEG-PCL copolymer and Pluronic aqueous solutions were sols at room temperature. As the temperature was increased above room temperature, the diblock copolymer and Pluronic solutions underwent a sol-to-gel phase transition, which manifested as an increase in viscosity indicative of the formation of a gel. All of the copolymer solutions became gels at body temperature, although the gel viscosity increased with the increasing concentration of the MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer in the solution. In in vitro experiments, in which the gels were exposed to PBS, the MPEG-PCL gels maintained their structural integrity for more than 28 days, whereas the Pluronic gel disappeared within 2 days. The same results were observed when the polymer solutions were subcutaneously injected into rats. The MPEG-PCL gels maintained their structural integrity longer than 30 days, while the Pluronic gel could not be observed after 2 days. The ability of the gels as drug carriers was studied by measuring the release of fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled bovine serum albumin (BSA-FITC) from MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer gels in vitro as well as in vivo. In vitro, BSA release was sustained above 20 days, with a greater release at lower diblock copolymer concentration; by contrast, Pluronic gels exhibited almost complete release of BSA-FITC within 1 day. When the BSA-FITC-loaded diblock copolymer and Pluronic solutions were subcutaneously injected into rats, they immediately transformed into a gel. In vivo, sustained release of BSA-FITC over 30 days was observed from the MPEG-PCL gel, whereas BSA-FITC release from the Pluronic gel ceased within 3 days. Collectively, the present findings show that MPEG-PCL diblock copolymer solutions are thermo-responsive and maintain their structural integrity under physiological conditions, indicating that they are suitable for use as injectable drug carriers.  相似文献

As a new application of a thermogel, a poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-alanine) (PEG-L-PA) gel encapsulating fibroblasts was investigated for wound healing. The fibroblasts were encapsulated by the temperature sensitive sol-to-gel transition of the polymer aqueous solution. Under the in vitro three-dimensional (3D) cell culture condition, the PEG-L-PA thermogel was comparable with Matrigel for cell proliferation and was significantly better than Matrigel for collagen types I and III formation. After confirming the excellent 3D microenvironment of the PEG-L-PA thermogel for fibroblasts, in vivo wound healing was investigated by injecting the cell-suspended polymer aqueous solution on incisions of rat skin, where the cell-encapsulated gel was formed in situ. Compared with the phosphate buffered saline treated system and the cell-free PEG-L-PA thermogel, the cell-encapsulated PEG-L-PA thermogel not only accelerated the wound closure but also improved epithelialization and the formation of skin appendages such as keratinocyte layer (epidermis), hair follicles, and sebaceous glands. The results demonstrate the potential of thermogels for cell therapy as an injectable tissue-engineering scaffold.  相似文献

Optimization of the freeze-drying process needs to characterize the physical state of frozen and dried products. A protocol to measure the collapse temperature of complex biological media such as concentrated lactic acid bacteria using freeze-drying microscopy was first elaborated. Afterward, aqueous solutions of one or several components as well as concentrated lactic acid bacterial suspensions were analyzed in order to study how the structure of these materials is degraded during freeze-drying. A similar behavior toward collapse was observed for all aqueous solutions, which was characterized by two temperatures: the "microcollapse" temperature (T(microc), beginning of a local loss of structure) and the "collapse" temperature (T(c), beginning of an overall loss of structure). For aqueous solutions, these two temperatures were close, differing by less than 3 degrees C. Nevertheless, when lactic acid bacteria were added to aqueous solutions, the collapse temperatures increased. Moreover, the interval between microcollapse and collapse temperatures became larger. Lactic acid bacterial cells gave a kind of "robustness" to the freeze-dried product. Finally, comparing glass transition, measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and collapse temperature for aqueous solutions with noncrystallizable solutes, showed that these values belonged to the same temperature range (differing by less than 5 degrees C). As suggested in the literature, the glass transition temperature can thus be used as a first approximation of the collapse temperature of these media. However, for lactic acid bacterial suspensions, because the difference between collapse and glass transition temperatures was about 10 degrees C, this approximation was not justified. An elegant physical appearance of the dried cakes and an acceptable acidification activity recovery were obtained, when applying operating conditions during freeze-drying in vials that allowed the product temperature to be maintained during primary drying at a level lower than the collapse temperature of lactic acid bacterial suspensions. Consequently, the collapse temperature T(c) was proposed as the maximal product temperature preserving the structure from macroscopic collapse and an acceptable biological activity of cells.  相似文献

The oscillatory rheology of one rodlike and one semiflexible xanthan sample has been investigated as a function of temperature in the range of xanthan concentrations where the polymer forms a lyotropic liquid crystalline phase in aqueous NaCl solutions. Readily observed changes in the rheological observables at temperatures corresponding to phase boundaries permit construction of the biphasic chimney region of the temperature-composition phase diagram. The chimney region leans toward larger values of the polymer concentration with increasing temperature, presumably as a consequence of a reduction in the effective axial ratio of the helical polymer with increasing temperature. The results permit construction of plots of the rheological observables as a function of polymer concentration at temperatures T in the range 20 相似文献

To obtain liposomes which release the contents in response to ambient temperature, liposomes modified with copolymers of N-isopropylacrylamide with varying lower critical solution temperatures have been designed. Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide)s with various compositions were synthesized by free-radical copolymerization. The lower critical solution temperature of the polymer increased with increasing acrylamide content in the polymer. Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide-co-N, N-didodecylacrylamide)s were also prepared via the same method as the thermosensitive polymers having anchor groups to the liposome membrane. Calcein-loaded dioleoylphosphatidylethanolamine/egg yolk phosphatidylcholine (6:4, w/w) liposomes were coated with these polymers by incubating the liposomes with aqueous solutions of the polymers. The liposomes hardly released the contents below the lower critical solution temperature of the polymer, but the release was greatly enhanced above that temperature. The liposomes were also made from a mixture of the same lipids and the polymer. The liposome revealed a more drastic release property than the liposomes prepared by the incubation with the polymer solution, because the polymer chains were bound on both surfaces of the membrane. The close relationship between lower critical solution temperatures of the polymers and temperature regions where enhancement of the release from the polymer-fixed liposomes demonstrates that the release was triggered by alteration of the polymers from a hydrophilic state to a hydrophobic state occurring at their lower critical solution temperatures.  相似文献

The stereocomplexed hydrogels derived from the micelle mixture of two enantiomeric triblock copolymers, PLLA-PEG-PLLA and PDLA-PEG-PDLA, reported in 2001 exhibited sol-to-gel transition at approximately body temperature upon heating. However, the showed poor storage modulus (ca. 1000 Pa) determined their insufficiency as injectable implant biomaterials for many applications. In this study, the mechanical property of these hydrogels was significantly improved by the modifications of molecular weights and micelle structure. Co-micelles composed of block copolymers with two sizes of PEG block length were shown to possess unique and dissimilar properties from the micelles composed of single-sized block copolymers. The stereomixture of PLA-PEG-PLA comicelles showed a controllable sol-to-gel transition at a wide temperature range of 4 and 80 °C. The sol-gel phase diagram displays a linear relationship of temperature versus copolymer composition; hence, a transition at body temperature can be readily achieved by adjusting the mixed copolymer ratio. The resulting thermoresponsive hydrogels exhibit a storage modulus notably higher (ca. 6000 Pa) than that of previously reported hydrogels. As a physical network solely governed by self-reorganization of micelles, followed by stereocomplexation, this unique system offers practical, safe, and simple implantable biomaterials.  相似文献

We report a reverse thermogelling poly(ethylene oxide-b-propylene oxide-b-ethylene oxide) disulfide multiblock copolymer as a thiol-sensitive biodegradable polymer. The poly(ethylene oxide-b-propylene oxide-b-ethylene oxide) aqueous solutions studied in this research underwent sol-gel-sol or sol-gel-sol-gel transition depending on the molecular weight and concentration of the polymer, whereas the corresponding disulfide multiblock copolymer aqueous solutions underwent sol-gel transition as the temperature increased in a range of 0-60 degrees C. The hydrophobic dye solubilization and dynamic light scattering of the polymer aqueous solution suggest that the poly(ethylene oxide-b-propylene oxide-b-ethylene oxide)s undergo unimer (3 nm) to micelle (12 nm) transition, whereas the disulfide multiblock copolymers undergo unimer (6 nm) to aggregated polymer (600 nm) transition as the temperature increases. The gel duration increased from 6 h (poly(ethylene oxide-b-propylene oxide-b-ethylene oxide)) to more than 12 days (the corresponding disulfide multiblock copolymer) in phosphate buffer saline, and the gel duration of the latter depended on the glutathione concentration of the medium. The model drug, paclitaxel, was released from the in-situ-formed poly(ethylene oxide-b-propylene oxide-b-ethylene oxide) disulfide multiblock copolymer gel in a glutathione concentration-sensitive manner.  相似文献

Gelatin having p-nitrocinnamate pendant groups (Gel-NC) was prepared via an efficient one-pot synthesis, yield >87%. (1)H NMR data indicated that 1 mol of gelatin was modified with 18 +/- 6 mol of the photosensitive group. Upon exposure to low-intensity 365 nm UV light and in the absence of photoinitiators or catalysts, Gel-NC cross-linked within minutes into a gelatin-based hydrogel as monitored by UV-vis spectroscopy. The degree of swelling of this biodegradable hydrogel in aqueous solutions responded to changes in Gel-NC concentration levels, the ionic strength of the aqueous solutions, and photo-cross-linking time. Topography changes associated with phase transition resulting from "photocleavage" of the hydrogel network with 254 nm UV light were studied with AFM. Both Gel-NC and its hydrogel expressed low toxicity to human neonatal fibroblast cells. In addition, gelatin-based microgels were prepared via the photo-cross-linking of Gel-NC within inverse micelles.  相似文献

Elastin-like polypeptides are thermally responsive polymers that exhibit phase separation above a transition temperature. The effect of molecular architecture on the temperature responsive behavior of elastin-like polypeptide solutions was investigated by characterization of solutions of three-armed star polypeptides, linear polypeptides, and their mixtures. These biosynthesized polypeptides have precise lengths and amino acid sequences. Transition temperatures were measured as a function of molecular weight and solution concentration and compared to their linear counterparts. Like their linear counterparts, the transition temperature is linearly related to log concentration. A mathematical relationship was used to fit the transition temperature data of different polypeptide lengths to a volume-based concentration using the polymer coil volume. The results of this model suggest that the linear ELP is in a random coil conformation at the transition temperature while the three-armed ELP is in a compact extended coil conformation, consistent with different pathways for aggregation. Solutions containing both trimer and linear constructs have two transition temperatures, further supporting differing aggregation behaviors.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop a buccal paclitaxel delivery system using the thermosensitive polymer Pluronic F127 (PF127) and the mucoadhesive polymer polyethylene oxide (PEO). The anticancer agent paclitaxel is usually used to treat ovarian, breast, and non-small-cell lung cancer. To improve its aqueous solubility, paclitaxel was incorporated into an inclusion complex with (2,6-di-O-methyl)-β-cyclodextrin (DMβCD). The formation of the paclitaxel inclusion complex was evaluated using various techniques, including x-ray diffractometry (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrophotometry, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Hydrogels were prepared using a cold method. Concentrations of 18, 20, and 23% (w/v) PF127 were dissolved in distilled water including paclitaxel and stored overnight in a refrigerator at 4°C. PEO was added at concentrations of 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, and 1% (w/v). Each formulation included paclitaxel (0.5 mg/mL). The sol-gel transition temperature of the hydrogels was measured using the tube-inverting method. Drug release from the hydrogels was measured using a Franz diffusion cell containing pH 7.4 phosphate-buffered solution (PBS) buffer at 37°C. The cytotoxicity of each formulation was measured using the MTT assay with a human oral cancer cell (KB cell). The sol-gel transition temperature of the hydrogel decreased when PF127 was present and varied according to the presence of mucoadhesive polymers. The in vitro release was sustained and the release rate was slowed by the addition of the mucoadhesive polymer. The cytotoxicity of the blank formulation was low, although the drug-loaded hydrogel showed acceptable cytotoxicity. The results of our study suggest that the combination of a PF 127-based mucoadhesive hydrogel formulation and inclusion complexes improves the in vitro release and cytotoxic effect of paclitaxel.  相似文献

The formation of gel network structures during isothermal heating of whey protein aqueous dispersions was probed by mechanical spectroscopy. It was anticipated that the pathway of the sol-to-gel transition of whey protein dispersions is quite different from that of ordinary cross-linking polymers (e.g., percolation-type transition), since aqueous solutions of native whey proteins have been shown to be highly structured even before gelation, in our previous study. At 20 degrees C, aqueous dispersions of beta-lactoglobulin, the major whey protein, and those of whey protein isolate (WPI), a mixture of whey proteins, exhibited solid-like mechanical spectra, i.e., the predominant storage modulus G' over the loss modulus G", in a certain range of the frequency omega (1-100 rad/s), regardless of the presence or absence of added NaCl. The existence of the added salt was, however, a critical factor for determining transitions in mechanical spectra during gelation at 70 degrees C. beta-Lactoglobulin dispersions in 0.1 mol/dm(3) NaCl maintained the solid-like nature during the entire gelation process and, after passing through the gelation point, satisfied parallel power laws (G' approximately G" approximately omega(n)) that have been proposed for a critical gel (i.e., the gel at the gelation point) that possesses a self-similar or fractal network structure. In contrast, beta-lactoglobulin dispersions without added salt exhibited a transition from solid-like [G'(omega) > G"(omega)] to liquid-like [G'(omega) < G"(omega)] mechanical spectra before gelation, but no parallel power law behavior was recognized at the gelation point. During extended heating time (aging), beta-lactoglobulin gels with 0.1 mol/dm(3) NaCl showed deviations from the parallel power laws, while spectra of gels without added NaCl approached the parallel power laws, suggesting that post-gelation reactions also significantly affect gel network structures. A percolation-type sol-to-gel transition was found only for WPI dispersions without added salt.  相似文献

Various techniques have been proposed to specify the phase transition temperatures of surfactant molecules. The work reported herein deals with a new general method of T(c) determination based on the optical properties' modifications of aqueous surfactant solutions when the phase transitions occur in the phospholipid membrane. The shape alteration of supramolecular systems induced by the phase transition was correlated with the refraction and absorption coefficients of their aqueous dispersion. The mean count rate (average number of photons detected per second) measured with a Zetasizer Nano-S model ZEN1600 Dynamic Light Scattering Instrument, is representative of an emerging macroscopic phenomenon, but not directly size dependent and has been adapted to our expectations. Changes in the measured scattering intensity reflect changes in the optical properties of the material during temperature variations. Thus, this method allowed to specify the phase transition temperature of many natural or synthetic surfactants independently of their polar head or hydrophobic part.  相似文献

A novel method using a temperature-sensitive polymer (methylcellulose) to thermally gel aqueous alginate blended with distinct salts (CaCl2, Na2HPO4, or NaCl), as a pH-sensitive hydrogel was developed for protein drug delivery. It was noted that the salts blended in hydrogels may affect the structures of an entangled network of methylcellulose and alginate and have an effect on their swelling characteristics. The methylcellulose/alginate hydrogel blended with 0.7 M NaCl (with a gelation temperature of 32 degrees C) demonstrated excellent pH sensitivity and was selected for the study of release profiles of a model protein drug (bovine serum albumin, BSA). In the preparation of drug-loaded hydrogels, BSA was well-mixed to the dissolved aqueous methylcellulose/alginate blended with salts at 4 degrees C and then gelled by elevating the temperature to 37 degrees C. This drug-loading procedure in aqueous environment at low temperature may minimize degradation of the protein drug while achieving a high loading efficiency (95-98%). The amount of BSA released from test hydrogels was a function of the amount of alginate used in the hydrogels. The amount of BSA released at pH 1.2 from the test hydrogel with 2.5% alginate was relatively low (20%), while that released at pH 7.4 increased significantly (86%). In conclusion, the methylcellulose/alginate hydrogel blended with NaCl could be a suitable carrier for site-specific protein drug delivery in the intestine.  相似文献

In this study, a novel yet simple method, using a thermoreversible hydrogel system coated on tissue culture polystyrene (TCPS) dishes, was developed for harvesting living cell sheets. The hydrogel system was prepared by simply pouring aqueous methylcellulose (MC) solutions blended with distinct salts on TCPS dishes at 20 degrees C. For the applications to cell culture, only those aqueous MC compositions that may form a gel at 37 degrees C were chosen for the study. It was found that the hydrogel coating composed of 8% MC blended with 10 g/L PBS (phosphate buffered saline) (the MC/PBS hydrogel, with a gelation temperature of approximately 25 degrees C) stayed intact throughout the entire course of cell culture. To improve cell attachments, the MC/PBS hydrogel at 37 degrees C was evenly spread with a neutral aqueous collagen at 4 degrees C. The spread aqueous collagen gradually reconstituted with time and thus formed a thin layer of collagen (the MC/PBS/collagen hydrogel). After cells reached confluence, a continuous monolayer cell sheet formed on the surface of the MC/PBS/collagen hydrogel. When the grown cell sheet was placed outside of the incubator at 20 degrees C, it detached gradually from the surface of the thermoreversible hydrogel spontaneously, without treating with any enzymes. The results obtained in the MTT assay demonstrated that the cells cultured on the surface of the MC/PBS/collagen hydrogel had an even better activity than those cultured on an uncoated TCPS dish. After harvesting the detached cell sheet, the remaining viscous hydrogel system is reusable. Additionally, the developed hydrogel system can be used for culturing a multilayer cell sheet. The obtained living cell sheets may be used for tissue reconstructions.  相似文献

Thermo-responsive PNiPAAm-g-PEG films for controlled cell detachment   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A series of graft copolymers consisting of either poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNiPAAm) or poly(N,N-diethylacrylamide) (PDEAAm) as a thermo-responsive component in the polymer backbone and poly(ethyleneglycol) (PEG) were immobilized as thin films and cross-linked on a fluoropolymer substrate using low-pressure argon plasma treatment. The surface-immobilized hydrogels exhibit a transition from partially collapsed to completely swollen, which is in the range of 32-35 degrees C and corresponds to the lower critical solution temperature of the soluble polymers. The hydrogels were used as cell carriers in culture experiments with L929 mouse fibroblast cells to probe for cell adhesion, proliferation, and temperature-dependent detachment of cell layers. The fibroblast cells adhere, spread, and proliferate on the hydrogel layers at 37 degrees C and become completely detached after reducing the temperature by 3 K. The cell release characteristics were further correlated to the swelling and collapsing behavior of the hydrogel films and the polymer solutions as measured in PBS solution and RPMI cell cultivation medium. It could be shown that, long before the swelling has completed upon temperature reduction, the cells detach. This can be attributed to the large content of PEG present in the hydrogel, which weaken the cell adhesion strength to the hydrogel layers.  相似文献

Pluronic hydrogel nanoparticles cross-linked with poly(ethylenimine) (PEI) were synthesized by a modified emulsification/solvent evaporation method. Pluronic F-127 preactivated at the terminal group with p-nitrophenyl chloroformate was dissolved in dichloromethane, and the organic solution was emulsified in deionized water containing PEI by sonication. Primary amine groups of PEI in the aqueous phase were conjugated and/or cross-linked with activated Pluronic F-127 in the vicinity of the water/dichloromethane interface, resulting in the formation of shell-cross-linked Pluronic/PEI nanocapsules. Pluronic/PEI nanocapsules exhibited a volume transition behavior over a temperature range of 24-33 degrees C. The thermally reversible swelling/deswelling of Pluronic/PEI nanocapsules was caused by temperature-dependent hydrophobic interaction of cross-linked and/or grafted Pluronic polymer chains in the nanocapsules. Pluronic/PEI nanocapsules were utilized to break up intracellular endosomal compartments by swelling-induced destabilization of the endosomal membrane triggered by a cold-shock treatment.  相似文献
