A new isocoumarin derivative named fusariumin (1), together with two known related resorcylic acid lactones aigialomycin D (2) and pochonin N (3), has been isolated from the cultures of Fusarium sp. LN-10, an endophytic fungus originated from the leaves of Melia azedarach. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyzes including 1D- and 2D- NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) experiments. Compounds 1-3 displayed significant growth inhibitory activity against the brine shrimp (Artemia salina).  相似文献

Seven new stigmastane-type steroidal glycosides, vernocuminosides H-N, have been isolated from the stem bark of Vernonia cumingiana Benth. The structures of these compounds were determined by NMR spectrometric methods including HSQC, HMBC, 1H-1H COSY, and NOE, as well as circular dichroism experiments. Anti-inflammatory activities of vernocuminosides I and K-N were determined.  相似文献

Pseudomonas fluorescens GcM5-1A, isolated from the pine wood nematode (PWN), Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, was cultured in Luria Broth medium (LB). The clarified culture was extracted with ethyl acetate, and two dipeptides were purified from the extract. The chemical structures of 1 and 2 were identified as cyclo(-Pro-Val-)and cyclo(-Pro-Tyr-), respectively, by MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR,1H-1H COSY, 1H -13C COSY spectra. Bioassay results showed that the two compounds were toxic to both suspension cells and seedlings of Pinus thunbergii, which may offer some clues to research the mechanism of pine wilt disease caused by PWN.  相似文献

A new rare 20-membered macrocyclic lactam incorporating a diene conjugated olefin, designated sannastatin (1), together with the known structurally related vicenistatin (2), has been isolated from the cultures of Streptomyces sannanensis, a bacteria found in the feces of Ailuropoda melanoleuca. The structure of the new compound was established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses including 1D- and 2D-NMR (1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) experiments. Compounds 1 and 2 displayed significant growth inhibitory activity against the brine shrimp (Artemia salina) larvae.  相似文献

Two known sesquiterpene lactones, antheindurolides A and B, together with five new related lactones with the same unusual skeleton were isolated from the aerial parts of Anthemis arvensis growing in Serbia. The originally proposed structure of antheindurolide B was revised. This (antheindurolide) type of lactones, detected so far only in the genus Anthemis (Anthemis indurata, Anthemis pseudocotula and Anthemis cotula) could be of chemotaxonomic significance.  相似文献

Three new compounds, namely (+)-pranferol (1), antiarone M (2), and anticerol A (3), together with 9 known compounds, were obtained from the bark of Antiaris toxicaria. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, (HR) ESI–MS, 1H, 13C NMR, HSQC, 1H-1H COSY, HMBC and X-ray crystallographic technique. The 80% methanolic extract of Euonymus alatus leaves and twigs afforded three new lignans, (−)-threo-4,9,4′,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,7,3′,5′-tetramethoxy-8-O-8′-neolignan (1), (−)-threo-4,9,4′,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,5,7,3′-tetramethoxy-8-O-8′-neolignan (2), (7R,8R,7′R)-(+)-lyoniresinol (3), together with seventeen known lignans (4-20). The structures of 1-20 were elucidated by extensive 1D and 2D spectroscopic methods including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY. All the isolated compounds except for dilignans (19 and 20) significantly inhibited nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.  相似文献

The new alkene lactone, (3E)-5,6-dihydro-5-(hydroxymethyl)-3-docdecylidenefuran-3(4H)-one (1), named majoranolide B, and three alkene lactones known as majorenolide (2), majoranolide (3) and majorynolide (4) were obtained from the aerial parts of Persea fulva (Lauraceae). The structures were elucidated in light of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D, 2D NMR (1H, 13C, 1H-1H-COSY, HMBC and HSQC) and HR-ESI-MS. These compounds were screened for their in vitro antiproliferative activity in rat C6 glioma and astrocyte cells using MTT assay and in silico by molecular docking against targets that play a central role in controlling glioma cell cycle progression. Majoranolide (3) is the most active compound with IC50 6.69 µM against C6 glioma cells, followed by the compounds 1 (IC50 9.06 µM), 2 (IC50 12.04 µM) and 4 (IC50 41.90 µM). The alkene lactones 13 exhibited lower toxicity in non-tumor cells when compared to glioma cells. Molecular docking results showed that majoranolide establishes hydrogen bonds with all targets through its α,β-unsaturated-γ-lactone moiety, whereas the long-chain alkyl group binds by means of several hydrophobic bonds. In the present study, it can be concluded from the anti-proliferative activity of isolates against C6 glioma cells that lactone constituents from P. fulva could have a great potential for the control of C6 glioma cells.  相似文献

Twenty‐nine compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of the Greek plant C. zuccariniana DC. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of NMR‐ (1H,1H‐COSY, 1H,13C‐HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, and ROESY) and mass‐spectral analyses. These compounds comprise 13 sesquiterpene lactones, 14 flavonoids, two lignans, and one simple lactone. Among the isolated sesquiterpene lactones, three are new, namely one heliangolide, (1E,4Z)‐15‐hydroxy‐8αO‐(4′‐acetoxy‐3′‐hydroxy‐2′‐methylidenebutanoyl)‐6βH,7αH‐germacra‐1,4,11(13)‐trien‐6,12‐olide; and two eudesmanolides, 8α‐(4′,5′‐diacetoxyangeloyl)sonchucarpolide and one unusual eudesmanolide with an oxygenated bridge linking C(1) and C(4), named zuccarinin. The main sesquiterpene lactones were malacitenolide, cnicin, and 4′‐O‐acetylcnicin. These results are in agreement with those obtained from the previously studied Greek Centaurea sp. belonging to the section Acrolophus (Cass .) DC.; this finding could be of chemotaxonomic significance for the genus Centaurea. The in vitro antimicrobial activities of the isolated new sesquiterpene lactones were against eight bacteria and eight fungal species. A 96‐well microbioassay procedure for fast and easy evaluation of antibacterial and antifungal activities was applied to compare these compounds with commercial antibiotic and fungicide standards, and with previously isolated analogous sesquiterpene lactones tested by the same bioassay. All of the compounds tested showed moderate antibacterial, but significant antifungal activities; the present results corroborate with previous data, indicating that these types of compounds exhibit low or moderate antibacterial, but potent antifungal activities. The unusual eudesmanolide zuccarinin proved to be the most potent among the present tested sesquiterpene lactones, as well as among all previously tested eudesmanolides isolated from Greek Centaurea sp.  相似文献

Three new monoterpene glycosides, sibiraglycoside L (1), M (2), N (3) and one new sorbitol ester, resibirate (4), together with four known compounds including caffeic acid glucitol ester (5), sibiscolacton C (6), geraniol-1-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  6)-1-β-d-glucopyranoside] (7), and sibiraglycoside K (8), respectively, were isolated from an aqueous extract of the aerial portion of Sibiraea angustata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis (including 13CNMR,1HNMR, HSQC, HMBC,1H-1H COSY, ROESY, HRESIMS, MS and CD experiments) and comparison to previously reported data. In addition, a preliminary evaluation of the hypolipidemic activities of these compounds is presented, some compounds showed moderate hypolipidemic activities in HepG2 cells.  相似文献

The investigation of several members of the South African genus Cineraria affords, in addition to known compounds, several new eremophilene derivatives together with modified types all derived from a carbon skeleton where the 5-methyl has migrated to C-6. Some of these compounds are transformed to unusual enol lactones. Furthermore some derivatives of himachalene are present. All species also contain C11-acetylenes, most of which are new. Senecio deltoideus also contains some of these compounds. The chemotaxonomic situation is discussed.  相似文献

The investigation of nine Vernonia species afforded in addition to known sesquiterpenes 28 new ones. The structures were elucidated by high field 1H NMR spectroscopy and the configurations were determined by NOE difference spectroscopy and, in one case, by X-ray analysis. The results indicated that configurations of several previously reported sesquiterpene lactones have had to be revised. In addition to known types two new ones, the jalcaguaianolides and the vernojalcanolides, are described. Furthermore some unusual reaction products are presented which, in part, led to some natural occurring lactones.  相似文献

The investigation of the aerial parts of Mikania cynanchifolia afforded, in addition to miscandenin, five new sesquiterpene lactones, miscandenin-1,2-epoxide, an isomiscandenin and three further dilactones related to mikanolide. The investigation of four South American species of the tribe Heliantheae afforded in addition to known compounds 14 new sesquiterpene lactones, mostly belonging to the melampolides, but four being further examples of cis,cis-germacranolides. The stereochemistry is established by intensive 1H-NMR studies and some chemical transformations. Some of the new lactones were only obtainable as inseparable mixtures of 2-methylbutyric and isovaleric esters. Furthermore a new acetylenic aldehyde was isolated. Three new terpenoids compounds (1–3) were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction, which was yielded from Eupatorium chinenses ethanol extract. The O-polysaccharide was obtained by mild acid degradation of the lipopolysaccharide of Providencia alcalifaciens O12. Its structure was studied by sugar analysis using GLC of the alditol acetates and (S)-2-octyl glycosides, methylation analysis, Smith degradation, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, including 2D 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, 1H-13C HSQC, and HMBC experiments. Eleven new furostanol saponins, typaspidosides B-L (1–11), one new spirostanol saponin, typaspidoside M (12), and five known spirostanol saponins, 25S-atropuroside (13), neoaspidistrin (14), (25S)-pratioside D1 (15), 25S-aspidistrin (16) and 25S-neosibiricoside (17) were isolated from the rhizomes of Aspidistra typica Baill. The structures of the new compounds were established using 1D and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and ROESY) spectroscopy, high resolution mass spectrometry, and chemical methods. The aglycones of 1–3 (unusual furostanol saponins with opened E ring type), 9 and 10 (the methoxyl substituent at C-23 position) were found, identified from natural products for the first time. Moreover, the anti-HIV activities of the isolated steroidal glycosides were assessed, and compounds 13, 14, 16 and 17 exhibited high active against HIV-1.  相似文献

A new flavanone glycoside, naringenin-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, and a new flavonol glycoside, 6-hydroxykaempferol-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside were isolated together with 12 known compounds, 5 flavone glycoside; hispidulin-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, apigenin-7-O-β-d-methylglucuronopyranoside, hispidulin-7-O-β-d-methylglucuronopyranoside, hispidulin-7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, apigenin-7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, a flavonol; kaempferol, two flavone; apigenin, and luteolin, a flavanone glycoside; eriodictyol-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, and three phenol glycoside; arbutin, salidroside, and 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside from Centaurea urvillei subsp. urvillei. The structure elucidation of the new compounds was achieved by a combination of one- (1H and 13C) and two-dimensional NMR techniques (G-COSY, G-HMQC, and G-HMBC) and LC-ESI-MS. The isolated compounds were tested for their antiproteasomal activity. The results indicated that kaempferol, a well known and widely distributed flavonoid in the plant kingdom, was the most active antiproteasomal agent, followed by apigenin, eriodictyol-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, and salidroside, respectively.  相似文献

A novel polyhydroxylated C29-sterol, 25ξ-methyl-22-homo-5α-cholest-7,22-diene-3β,6β,9α-triol, designated globosterol (1), together with one known tetrahydroxylated ergosterol (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol (2) has been isolated from the cultures of an endophytic fungus, Chaetomium globosum ZY-22 originated from the plant Ginkgo biloba. The structures and relative configurations of 1 and 2 were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) experiments and comparison with the literature. Globosterol (1) possesses an unprecedented 25-methyl Δ22-C10-side chain and Δ7-3β,6β,9α-hydroxy-steroid nucleus, which represents the first example for C29-steroids of the group.  相似文献
