根据2008年1月—2017年6月在大连海域收集的因搁浅、误捕及救助无效而死亡的斑海豹、江豚、小须鲸等海洋哺乳动物及2016年秋季和2017年春季在该海域进行的渔业资源调查,应用稳定同位素技术,分析了大连海域海洋哺乳动物及主要生物样品的碳、氮稳定同位素比值(δ13C、δ15N),并计算其营养级,进而构建大连海域食物网的连续营养谱.结果表明: 大连海域食物网的δ15N值范围为8.0‰~14.7‰,δ13C值范围为-21.1‰~-16.7‰.主要生物种类可划分为初级消费者、次级消费者及顶级捕食者3个营养组群.δ15N值分析显示,主要生物种类的营养级范围为2.63~4.59,其中,小须鲸、江豚、斑海豹的营养级依次为3.16、4.11、4.25,棘皮动物为3.24~3.84,头足类为3.81~3.93,腹足类为3.65~4.13,双壳类为2.63~3.15,甲壳类为3.58~4.12,鱼类为3.20~4.59.营养结构特征显示,初级消费者主要为双壳类,次级消费者主要为小须鲸、头足类、棘皮类、腹足类、甲壳类,顶级捕食者主要为江豚、斑海豹、鱼类.随着江豚体长的增加,δ15N值有增大趋势,说明随着江豚生长和摄食能力的增强,其摄食的食物趋向于更高营养层次的生物.研究建立了大连海域食物网的连续营养谱,可以为海洋哺乳动物和渔业资源的保护提供依据.  相似文献

海洋牧场是近岸渔业资源保护和恢复的有效途径,为评估海洋牧场建设对岩礁性鱼类的影响,本文基于马鞍列岛海洋牧场建设前后资源调查数据,利用胃含物分析和稳定同位素测试,研究了褐菖鲉的摄食习性.结果表明:海洋牧场建设前褐菖鲉主要摄食端足类、蟹类和头足类,优势饵料生物种类为麦秆虫、日本枪乌贼、日本蟳、日本岩瓷蟹和滩栖阳遂足等.随体长的增大,蟹类的比例增加,而端足类的比例减少.洋牧场建设后褐菖鲉主要摄食蟹类、端足类和鱼类,优势饵料生物种类为双斑蟳、日本蟳、麦秆虫和赤鼻棱鳀等.随体长的增大,鱼类和蟹类的比例增加,而端足类的比例先增加后减少.根据稳定同位素分析结果,海洋牧场区褐菖鲉可以划分为体长<10.0 cm、10.0~13.9.0 cm和≥14.0 cm 3个摄食群体,平均营养级为3.40级.  相似文献

The phylogeny of the Myxosporea was studied using the small-subunit ribosomal RNA gene sequences. Maximum parsimony and Bayesian inference were used to determine myxosporean phylogenetic relationships. The analysis included 120 myxosporean sequences retrieved from GenBank and 21 newly obtained sequences of myxosporeans representing nine genera. Members of the genera Palliatus and Auerbachia were sequenced for the first time. The phylogenetic analysis supported a split of myxosporeans into two main lineages separating most of freshwater species from marine ones as described by previous authors. In addition to the two main lineages, a third lineage consisting of three species was found (Sphaerospora truttae, Sphaerospora elegans and Leptotheca ranae) and additional exceptions to the marine/freshwater myxosporean split were recognised (Sphaeromyxa hellandi, Sphaeromyxa longa and Myxidium coryphaenoideum). All three myxosporean lineages were characterised by specific lengths of SSU rDNA sequences. The lineage of marine myxosporeans split into five well-defined clades. They consisted of species with a similar site of infection and spore morphology and were referred as the Parvicapsula clade, the Enteromyxum clade, the Ceratomyxa clade, the marine Myxidium clade and the Kudoa clade, respectively. The inner topology of the freshwater clade was more complex but the trend to branch according to site of infection was observed in this clade as well. Due to the number of sequences available, a histozoic (Myxobolus clade) predominated. Interestingly, five morphologically different species infecting urinary bladder clustered within the histozoic (Myxobolus) clade. The phylogenetic trees derived from this study differ in a number of respects from the current taxonomy of the myxosporeans, which suggests that several currently utilised characters may be homoplasious or that reliance on a single gene tree may not adequately reflect the phylogeny of the group.  相似文献

A marine microorganism, Sphingomonas echinoides EH-983, which possesses epoxide hydrolase (EH) activity was isolated from seawater and characterized. The EH of S. echinoides EH-983 preferentially metabolized (R)-enantiomer when the racemic styrene oxides were supplied as substrates. The optimal pH and temperature for the enantioselective hydrolysis by whole-cells ofS. echinoides EH-983 were 7.0 and 20 °C, respectively. When kinetic resolution was conducted with a racemic mixture of styrene oxides at an initial concentration of 40 mM, enantiopure (S)-styrene oxide was obtained in 180 min with a yield of 21.3%. To our best knowledge, S. echinoides EH-983 is the first marine microorganism that is reported to have EH activity.  相似文献

Magnetotactic bacteria are microorganisms that respond to magnetic fields. We have studied the surface ultrastructure of Magnetospirillum magnetotacticum and uncultured magnetotactic bacteria from a marine environment using transmission electron microscopy and freeze-etching. Numerous membrane vesicles were observed on the surface of Magnetospirillum magnetotacticum bacteria. All uncultured magnetotactic bacteria presented membrane vesicles on their surface in addition to an extensive capsular material and an S-layer formed by particles arranged in a hexagonal symmetry. We did not observe any indication of electron-dense precipitation on the surface of these microorganisms. Our results indicate that membrane vesicles are a common characteristic of magneto-tactic bacteria in natural sediments.  相似文献

Survival of Vibrio fluvialis in seawater under starvation conditions   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The viability of Vibrio fluvialis in seawater microcosms, with and without sediment was investigated. The strain survived as culturable bacteria for at least 1 year and the expression of its virulence factors was maintained. In microcosms containing sediment Vibrio fluvialis was more stable. Viable but nonculturable (VBNC) cells of Vibrio fluvialis were able to resuscitate to the culturable state up to 6 years of incubation in marine sediment. These cells recuperate their initial biochemical characteristics after 3 months of incubation in marine broth. Amplified 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) restriction analysis (ARDRA) was used to confirm that it is the same strain of Vibrio fluvialis which resists in all microcosms during a long period of time.  相似文献

We found that the marine yeast strain W14-3 isolated from seawater of China Eastern Sea could produce riboflavin. It is interesting to observe that the marine yeast strain produced a large amount of riboflavin in the medium containing xylose, sucrose, galactose and maltose under the conditions of vigorous shaking. The yeast strain was found to belong to Candida membranifaciens subsp. flavinogenie based on the results of routine and molecular identification. The protein sequences deduced from the partial genes encoding GTP cyclohydrolase II and 3,4-dihydroxy-2-butanone-4-phosphate synthase in the yeast exhibited high identity with those of the corresponding enzymes for riboflavin biosynthesis in other yeasts. Fe3+ available in the medium repressed riboflavin production and expression of the genes responsible for riboflavin biosynthesis in the yeast. The results have evidenced that a riboflavin synthesis pathway indeed existed in the yeast. This is the first study to report that C. membranifaciens subsp. flavinogenie W14-3 from the marine environment could produce riboflavin.  相似文献

Ciliates are one of the oldest living eukaryotic unicellular organisms, widely distributed in the waters around the world. As a typical marine oligotrich ciliate, Strombidium sulcatum plays an important role in marine food webs and energy flow. Here we report the first deep sequencing and analyses of RNA-Seq data from Strombidium sulcatum. We generated 42,640 unigenes with an N50 of 1,451 bp after de novo assembly and removing rRNA, mitochondrial and bacteria contaminants. We employed SPOCS to detect orthologs from S. sulcatum and 17 other ciliates, and then carried out the phylogenomic reconstruction using 127 single copy orthologs. In phylogenomic analyses, concatenated trees have similar topological structures with concordance tree on the class level. Together with phylogenetic networks analysis, it aroused more doubts about the placement of Protocruzia, Mesodinium and Myrionecta. While epiplasmic proteins are known to be related to morphological characteristics, we found the potential relationship between gene expression of epiplasmic proteins and morphological characteristics. This work supports the use of high throughput approaches for phylogenomic analysis as well as correlation analysis between expression level of target genes and morphological characteristics.  相似文献

Okadaic acid (OA) is a diarrhetic shellfish poison (DSP) produced by a number of marine organisms including the benthic dinoflagellate Prorocentrum lima, which are often found on seagrass. As seagrass forms the basis of the diet of dugong (Dugong dugon) and green turtle (Chelonia mydas), these herbivores may potentially be exposed to OA through ingestion of P. lima found on the seagrass. In this study, the abundance of epiphytic P. lima, on seagrass, and the concentration of OA produced by these epiphytic dinoflagellates was measured in Moreton Bay, Queensland, Australia. P. lima and OA were found on all four species of seagrass collected. OA was detected in epiphytic material collected from seagrass, with a maximum of 460 ng OA/kg(wwtSG) found on Halophila spinulosa. From this information, the estimated maximum daily intake (DI) of OA by an adult dugong consuming 40 kg(wwtSG)/day was 18,400 ng/day, and an adult turtle consuming 2 kg(wwtSG)/day was 920 ng/day. Analysis by HPLC/MS/MS of 54 stranded dugongs and 19 stranded turtles did not yield OA above the detection limit of 10,000 ng/kg(animal tissue). OA was found on seagrass, however it was not detected in the tissue samples of dugongs and turtles.  相似文献

The living morphology, infraciliature and silverline system of 3 “well-known” marine scuticociliates, Uronemella filificum (Kahl, 1931) nov. gen., nov. comb. (formerly Uronema filificum Kahl, 1931), Pseudocohnilembus hargisi Evans & Thompson, 1964 and Cyclidium citrullus Cohn 1865 are reinvestigated and redescribed.

Based on the data obtained, we suggest an establishment of a new genus Uronemella. The diagnosis for the new taxon: thigmotactic Uronematidae with generally pear-shaped body and subequatorially positioned cytostome; apical plate dominant; oral apparatus Uronema-like, one-rowed membranelle 1 about as long as membranelle 2; paroral membrane extending anteriorly to about mid-level of membrane 2; one caudal cilium; in vivo exhibiting typical rotatory movement with help of a caudal-cilium-associated sticky thread; generally in marine habitats. According to this definition, three nominal species as new combinations are transferred into this genus: Uronemella binucleata (Song, 1993) nov. comb. (= Homalogastra binucleata Song, 1993), Uronemella filificum (Kahl, 1931) nov. comb. (= Uronema filificum Kahl, 1931) and Uronemella cymruensis (Pérez-Uz & Hope, 1997) nov. comb. (=Urocyclon cymruensis Pérez-Uz & Hope, 1997). For comparison with Uronemella, some other closely-related taxa are also briefly outlined in the present paper.  相似文献

海洋中具有丰富的动植物及微生物资源,海洋真菌是其重要组成之一。我们前期的研究发现一株深海真菌白色侧齿霉Engyodontium album能产生具有抑菌活性的次级代谢产物engyodontiumin A,该化合物能抑制黑曲霉、金黄色葡萄球菌及创伤弧菌等病原菌的生长,是一种潜在的海洋源抗菌药物。目前,该菌遗传转化体系尚未建立,不利于开展次级代谢产物合成调控机制及其他功能基因研究。本研究成功制备了深海白色侧齿霉菌的原生质体,建立了借助聚乙二醇3350介导的原生质体转化体系,并将pCT74-sGFP载体成功导入白色侧齿霉的原生质体中,结果显示外源GFP能稳定表达。此外,为了明确白色侧齿霉菌是否能够开展基因敲除研究,通过氨基酸序列同源比对,我们选取酵母高渗甘油信号途径中的同源基因EaSHO1进行初步探究。利用同源重组的方法成功将目的基因EaSHO1的开放阅读框(ORF)替换成潮霉素磷酸转移酶基因(HPH),由此获得EaSHO1基因敲除突变体,并对突变体进行Southern杂交验证及初步的表型分析。结果表明,EaSHO1缺失不影响白色侧齿霉菌的营养生长及对高盐胁迫的响应,亚细胞定位结果显示EaS...  相似文献

From the fluvial Old Red Sandstone (ORS) of the Lower to Middle Devonian Wood Bay Formation (NW-Spitsbergen), a diverse trace fossil assemblage, including two new ichnotaxa, is described: Svalbardichnus trilobus igen. n., isp. n. is interpreted as the three-lobed resting trace of an early phyllocarid crustacean (Rhinocarididae). Cruziana polaris isp. n. yields morphological details that point towards a trilobite origin. This occurence of presumably marine trace makers in a fluvial red bed sequence raises the question of whether we are dealing with marine ingressions that are not sedimentologically expressed, with homeomorphy, or with an adaptation of marine groups to non-marine environments.  相似文献

Emericella venezuelensis is a new species, differing from two other species with stellate ascospores, E. variecolor and E. pluriseminata, by triangular flaps on the convex sides of the ascospores, and further from E. variecolor by producing an Aspergillus anamorph only on unconventional growth media. The three species also differ in their profiles of extrolites (secondary metabolites). Emericella venezuelensis produces aflatoxin B1, sterigmatocystin, and terrein and compounds with chromophores of the shamixanthone, emerin and desertorin type of compounds. E. variecolor produces asteltoxin, shamixanthone, asperthecin, and terrein, in addition to metabolites unequivocally recorded in the literature or tentatively identified here as astellolide A & B, andibenin A, B, C, andilesin A, B, C, anditomin, astellatol, stellatic acid, stellatin, tajixanthone, radixanthone, najamxanthone, ajamxanthone, variecoxanthone A, B, C, isoemericellin, kojic acid, varitriol, varioxiran, dihydroterrein, 7-hydroxyemodin, avariquinone and stromemycin. E. pluriseminata produces several unknown specific extrolites. E. venezuelensis is the first organism of marine origin reported to produce aflatoxin. Aflatoxin production by E. venezuelensis makes this species an attractive model organism for the study of the regulation of this important type of carcinogenic mycotoxins in combination with the knowledge on sterigmatocystin production by E. nidulans, soon to be whole genome sequenced. The isolates were also analyzed cladistically using partial sequences of the β-tubulin gene. Since three species of Emericella have stellate ascospores, and the type material of E. variecolor is equivocal, this species is epitypified with CBS 598.65. Emericella species normally do not appear to cause problems for food safety, as they are most often found in litter and soil.  相似文献

近年来,海洋环境激素污染日益严重,为了考察环境激素对海洋微藻的生物毒性效应,进而评估其对海洋生态系统的影响,该实验研究了三氯卡班、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、三丁基氯化锡三种环境激素对海洋小球藻(Chlorella sp.)、眼点拟微绿球藻(Nannochloropsis ocutala)、球形棕囊藻(Phaeocystis globosa)和东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense )4种海洋微藻的急性毒性效应。结果表明,三种环境激素均可显著抑制该4种微藻的生长。三氯卡班对4种微藻的96 h-EC50分别为108.19 μg·L-1、63.21 μg·L-1、60.73 μg·L-1和57.58 μg·L-1;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对4种微藻的96 h-EC50分别为1.42 mg·L-1、1.02 mg·L-1、1.47 mg·L-1 和1.21 mg·L-1;三丁基氯化锡对4种微藻的96 h-EC50分别为3.5 μg·L-1、4.36 μg·L-1、0.6 μg·L-1和0.6 μg·L-1。三种环境激素对四种海洋微藻的毒性强弱顺序为三丁基氯化锡>三氯卡班>邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。  相似文献

Molluscs from marginal marine and intra-continental basins of the Iberian Peninsula are described with special emphasis on the early ontogenetic shell formation, which reflects the embryogenesis and larval ecology. The fossils, covering a time span from the Early Oligocene to the Early Pleistocene, are compared to contemporaneous fossil faunas of the Mediterranean and Paratethys, and to extant Mediterranean faunas. Larval shells occur in bivalves and gastropods of Upper Tortonian coastal lagoons near Crevillente (Alicante), indicating marine larval stages and a connection of the adult habitat with the open sea. The euryhaline marginal marine gastropods display planktotrophic larval shells, which enable a marine distribution, but prevented generally euryhaline genera, such as Granulolabium and Terebralia (Cerithioidea, Potamididae), from colonizing continental saline ecosystems. The establishment of athalassic saline populations implies the preadaptational loss of planktotrophy. For the first time lecithotrophic larval development in an athalassic saline system is documented for Potamides gaudryi (Cerithioidea, Potamididae) from the late Middle to early Upper Miocene of the Duero Basin. With regard to the early ontogenetic development, P. gaudryi is distinguished from its possible descendant, the extant Potamides conicus (Blainville, 1829), which represents a direct developer that lacks any larval stage. In comparison to direct development, lecithotrophic larval development was advantageous in the colonization of temporary habitats, such as flood areas. Two different modes of direct development with hatching of crawling young are documented: Feeding on embryonic yolk until the hatching stage and adelphophagy. Adelphophagous embryonic development appears to be advantageous in neritids, thiarids and pulmonates that live in habitats with strong predation of juvenile fishes based on the advanced developmental stage and larger shell size of the hatchlings.  相似文献

研究利用平板鉴别培养基法观察比较4株海洋酵母菌生淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶等胞外水解酶的能力,并进一步分析测定其酶活性。结果表明, 圆丘假丝酵母菌 (Candida.colliculosa)DY11-1能产淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶, 其酶活力分别为181.4 U/mL、123.1 U/mL和36.7 U/mL;毕赤酵母(Pichia sp)DY11-6和近平滑假丝酵母(Candida parapsilosis)DY07-1都能产生淀粉酶和蛋白酶, 它们淀粉酶的活力分别为108.1 U/mL和96.5 U/mL, 蛋白酶的活力分别是35.1 U/mL和128.4 U/mL;粘红酵母(Rhodotorula glutinis)DY02-3四种胞外酶皆无。以罗非鱼(Tilapia mossambica)饲料浸出液作为养殖有机污染物, 分析比较4株酵母菌对其的降解率。结果显示, 圆丘假丝酵母DY-11-1菌株对饲料浸出液的COD、总氮、总磷降解能力最高, 9 d后分别由27.60 mg/mL、12.22 mg/mL和2.67 mg/mL下降到15.73 mg/mL、7.59 mg/mL和1.40 mg/mL, 降解率分别为43.0%、37.8%和47.5%。表明DY11-1菌株对养殖有机污染物有较强的分解作用, 在改善养殖水质方面具潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

Two new marine peritrich ciliates, Epicarchesium corlissi n. sp. and Pseudovorticella jiangi n. sp., were discovered in mariculture waters on the coast of northern China near Qingdao. Their morphology, infraciliature and silverline system were investigated based on both living and silver-impregnated specimens. E. corlissi is characterized as follows: marine Epicarchesium with dichotomously branched stalk; zooids elongate, approximately 60–70×25–35 μm in vivo; peristomial collar double-folded; macronucleus J-shaped; single, small contractile vacuole ventrally positioned; more than 60 striations between peristome and aboral trochal band, 13–18 from aboral trochal band to scopula; abstomal end of row 1 of infundibular polykinety 3 terminating at same level as rows 2 and 3 of infundibular polykinety 3; rows 2 and 3 of infundibular polykinety 3 much longer than row 1 and converging adstomally with infundibular polykinety 1. The new species P. jiangi is diagnosed as follows: marine Pseudovorticella; zooid inverted bell-shaped, approximately 80×60 μm in vivo and with a broad, flat, thin peristomial collar that measures approximately 90 μm across; pellicle with transparent cortical vesicles; macronucleus J-shaped; number of silverlines between peristome and aboral trochal band 20–24, from aboral trochal band to scopula 9–11; abstomal end of row 1 of infundibular polykinety 3 diverges from the other two rows of this polykinety and ends alongside row 3 of infundibular polykinety 2.  相似文献

The Taylor Group of southern Victoria Land, Antarctica contains varied and abundant trace fossils, which have been interpreted by palaeontologists as indicating marine deposition. However, sedimentologists have largely favoured non-marine deposition on the basis of desiccation polygons, fining upward cycles, unidirectional paleocurrents, small channels, red beds and paleosols.

The debate is reconciled by a reinterpretation of the trace fossil assemblage. It is shown that widespread and well preserved Cruziana, Diplichnites, Rusophycus and Skolithos which have previously been used as marine indicators comprise an ichnofacies (Scoyenia) which is entirely typical of fresh water.  相似文献
