选取禾谷类、油料类和副产品3类粮仓储藏物采样点各150个,每个采样点各采集样本2份,每份10g,过筛后留取尘渣,进行粉螨的采集、分类、鉴定、计数以及数据分析.共检获粉螨28种,隶属于6科17属.多样性分析结果表明3类储藏物的粉螨物种数为16~21,平均孳生密度为20.61±4.78~54.13±4.27,物种丰富度指数(Margalef指数)为1.979~2.535,多样性指数(Shannon-Wiener指数)为2.160~2.431,均匀度指数(Pielou指数)为0.763~0.816,优势度指数(Simpson指数)为0.118~O.151,相似性指数(Jaccard指数)为0.321~O.65.其粉螨的孳生密度、多样性及相似性差异较大. 相似文献

淮南地区屋宇生态系粉螨群落组成和多样性研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
为了调查屋宇生态系中粉螨群落的物种组成和多样性,选取屋宇生态系中4种不同环境的灰尘进行粉螨采集、分类鉴定及数据分析。结果表明,44.9%标本发现粉螨,其中床面灰尘样本粉螨的阳性率为69%,地面灰尘粉螨的阳性率为52%,衣物灰尘粉螨的阳性率为32.5%和家具灰尘粉螨的阳性率为26%,检获粉螨14种,隶属于5科11属。多样性分析结果表明,4种环境的物种丰富度指数Rmargalef为0.400~1.170,Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)为1.574~2.480,Pielou指数(J)为0.967~0.978,说明温湿度及粉螨孳生食性对不同环境中粉螨群落的组成和多样性起直接限制作用,而人类干扰也是较为重要的影响因素。 相似文献

目的调查安徽省阜阳地区居室环境中粉螨的群落组成和多样性。方法于2009年7月,选择100户家庭进行样本采集,每居室环境中取4个采样点,对采集到的地面灰尘、床面灰尘、家具灰尘及衣物灰尘进行粉螨的分离、鉴定、计数和数据分析。结果共检获粉螨3609只,隶属于6科15属,共19种。对4类居室灰尘中粉螨群落多样性分析表明:它们的丰富度指数为0.89~2.09,多样性指数为1.28~1.83,均匀度指数为0.65~0.71。结论粉螨群落的结构及多样性与其生境条件直接相关;阜阳地区人居环境粉螨孳生密度较高(48.5%),应加强防螨措施。 相似文献

在淮南地区仓储、人居、工作、野外4类生境中采集粉螨样本,行分离、镜检,共检获粉螨3 650头,隶属于7科20属,共32种。结果表明,其物种数S、丰富度指数R、多样性指数H′排序均为仓储环境>野外环境>人居环境>工作环境,野外环境中粉螨群落的均匀度指数最大,工作环境中粉螨的优势度指数最大。工作和野外环境的群落相似性指数最低,达到极度不相似水平。结果表明,粉螨群落的结构及多样性与其生境条件直接相关,人类活动是较为重要的影响因素。 相似文献

随机选取10种中药材分别进行直接孵育(自然组)、高压灭菌后直接孵育(对照组)、高压灭菌并接种腐良酪螨后孵育(试验组)、高压灭菌并接种粉尘螨后孵育(试验组),探讨粉螨对储藏中药材的危害。结果从自然缓和 药材中分离出螨的种数、虫口密度及真菌污染程度均较高于试验组和对照组,药材质量及重量显著下降,与其它各组相比,差异均有显著性(P〈0.01)。人为接种腐食酪螨、粉尘螨的2实验组,粉螨孳生密度高,药材重量 相似文献

目的调查粉螨污染储藏干果状况及其孳生种类、密度、物种多样性和种群动态。方法从安徽某些城市干果商店(仓库)和中药店(仓库)采集食用干果和药用干果,分离其中的孳生粉螨。结果从60种干果样本中共分离出粉螨18种,隶属于6科16属,其中以甜果螨、家食甜螨、害嗜鳞螨和腐食酪螨为主。结论贮藏干果孳生粉螨种类较多,虫口密度较高,因此,应采取措施控制粉螨孳生以降低粉螨对人类健康的危害。 相似文献

2003年7月和9月对长春市郊区天然次生林、农田、防护林和市区公园绿地等典型土地利用生境进行土壤螨类调查,Tullgren法提取土壤螨类,应用个体密度、类群数量、群落多样性、丰富度和均匀度、甲螨群落MGP分析和捕食性螨类MI等指数,研究土壤螨类的群落生态结构特征,了解土地利用差异对土壤螨类群落结构的影响。研究区共捕获土壤螨类3亚目92属8703只,其中隐气门亚目(Cryptostigmata)54属5091只,前气门亚目(Prostigmata)17属1582只,中气门亚目21属2030只。研究结果表明:长春市土地利用差异对土壤螨类群落结构特征影响明显,其中地表凋落物的移除和耕作活动是影响螨类群落结构的主要因素,地表凋落物的移除显著减少螨类群落的类群数、个体密度、群落多样性和丰富度,耕作活动促进螨类个体向土壤剖面下层移动,而地表植物群落类型对土壤螨类群落生态结构特征影响差异不显著。 相似文献

Soil mites were investigated under different land uses in Changchun metropolitan area (Jilin Province, China). The soil mites were extracted using modified Tullgren funnels and were identified to the genus level. A total of 8 703 soil mites belonging to 92 genera were found. The community characteristics of soil mites were analyzed using individual density, number of taxon, diversity, abundance, and evenness as well as MGP analysis and the MI index. Litter removal considerably decreased the numbers of soil mite taxon, abundance and diversity, and tillage changed the vertical distribution of soil mite individual density in the soil profile and accelerated their move to lower soil layers. The results suggest that the land-use types significantly affect the community structures of soil mites, and litter removal and conventional cultivation are the main factors in play. The studies also suggest that the type of vegetation above ground appears to have little influence on the ecological structures of the soil mite community. 相似文献

Traditionally, geographical distribution of biodiversity is assumed to be codetermined by multiple factors, for example, temperature, precipitation, environmental heterogeneity, and biotic interactions. However, few studies have simultaneously compared the relative roles of these factors in shaping the mammal diversity patterns for different feeding groups, that is, herbivores, insectivores, and carnivores. In this study, we assessed the relations between mammal diversity and current climate (mean annual temperature and precipitation), altitudinal range as well as mammal's food diversity in Inner Mongolia. Our results showed that the species richness for the three feeding guilds of mammals consistently increased with their food diversity, that is, species richness of plants, insects, and rodents. Mammal diversity also significantly decreased with mean annual temperature and precipitation. Random Forest models indicated that climate and food diversity were always included in the combinations of variables most associated with mammal diversity. Our findings suggest that while climate is an important predictor of large scale distribution of mammal diversity, biotic interactions, that is, food diversity, could also play important roles. 相似文献

探索食物网的复杂结构是生态学的中心问题之一。基于构建的黄河口海草床食物网并耦合实际食物网的数据集,整理了包含河口、湖泊、海洋和河流四种水生生态系统类型的48个实际食物网案例。以食物网的节点数反映食物网多样性,物种之间的营养链接数、链接密度和连通度来表示食物网的复杂性,采用营养缩尺模型描述水生生态系统食物网的复杂性特征与节点数的普适性规律。结果表明:所涉及的48个水生生态系统食物网的多样性和复杂性跨度较大,其中,节点数的分布范围为4-124,链接数为3-1830,链接密度为0.75-15.71,连通度为0.06-0.25。不同类型水生生态系统间的连通度存在显著性差异(P=0.01),节点数、链接数、链接密度不存在显著性差异。各类型生态系统的食物网链接数、链接密度均随节点数的增加而增加(R2=0.92,P<0.001和R2=0.82,P<0.001)。湖泊生态系统的连通度随节点数的变化不明显,围绕在0.20附近;而其他3种类型生态系统的食物网连通度随节点数的增加而降低(R2=0.06-0.41,P<0.001)。对全球尺度的水生食物网多样性和复杂性的定量化研究对于提升对食物网的复杂结构的科学认识,从系统尺度探究多样性和复杂性的关系提供数据支撑。 相似文献

Very small islands, on the order of a few hundred square metres in area, have rarely been the focus of ecological investigations. I sampled nine such islands in the central Exumas, Bahamas for arthropod species abundance and diversity using a combination of pitfall traps, pan traps and sticky traps. Three islands had no terrestrial vegetation, three islands contained only Sesuvium portulacastrum L., a salt‐tolerant perennial that had been experimentally introduced 10 years ago, and three islands supported one or two naturally occurring plant species. A relatively diverse arthropod assemblage was discovered, including representatives of 10 different orders of Crustacea and Insecta. Land hermit crabs were the most abundant crustaceans, and dipterans were the most abundant and speciose insects. Two of the most common insects were previously undescribed species. Measures of arthropod species abundance and diversity were not significantly different for vegetated vs. non‐vegetated islands. All 10 orders were present on bare islands, and nine of them were present on vegetated islands. Measures of arthropod species abundance and diversity were positively associated with island area, and negatively associated with distance from the nearest large island. Hypothesized food webs consist of several trophic levels and have strong allochthonous inputs. Tiny islands such as these hold insights into early successional processes and the base of insular food webs. 相似文献
