为了阐明环境条件对中间锦鸡儿适应状况的影响,在鄂尔多斯高原从东向西按照降雨逐渐减少的梯度选取了5个生境,从遗传多样性的角度出发,应用简单重复间序列(ISSR)方法,对各生境的中间锦鸡儿种群进行了分子生态学研究,结果表明随着生境由东向西的变化,多年平均降雨量的减少,中间锦鸡儿种群遗传多样性有所增加,大部分变异发生在种群内(79.95%),属异交类型,中间锦鸡儿群体间遗传距离缓慢增加,遗传一致度降低,说明生境条件的变化特别是长期形成的水分条件对中间锦鸡儿的遗传多样性有一定的影响。  相似文献

多年生灌木沙棘和中间锦鸡儿是黄土高原生态重建的重要物种,设计人工模拟水分胁迫实验,测量沙棘和中间锦鸡儿蒸腾作用的各种指标,研究其蒸腾特性对水分胁迫的适应方式。结果表明,同等水分处理条件下,中间锦鸡儿单叶水平上的蒸腾速率高于沙棘。沙棘和中间锦鸡儿的蒸腾速率日进程在晴天、阴雨天和生长发育的不同阶段明显不同。夜间蒸腾占全天蒸腾的比例相当大,夜间蒸腾在不同物种之间、不同供水量之间存在明显差异,而且越干旱的环境比例越大。两种植物气孔阻力的季节变化格局在不同水分处理间大体相似。沙棘的昼夜蒸腾节律在各种水分处理条件下都表现出明显的气孔振荡现象,而中间锦鸡儿没有。叶片温度、光合有效辐射和气孔阻力是各种水分条件下沙棘和中间锦鸡儿蒸腾作用的共同的限制因子,相对于沙棘,中间锦鸡儿还更多地受到空气相对湿度的影响。  相似文献

对锦鸡儿属羽状叶类群的代表植物——小叶锦鸡儿和假掌状叶类群的代表植物——狭叶锦鸡儿的地理分布、生长发育、形态结构、渗透调节和水分代谢进行了比较研究。小叶锦鸡儿在内蒙古高原分布于东起呼伦贝尔 (1 2 4 .0 0°E)西至达茂旗(1 1 0 .4 3°E)的半湿润至半干旱地区 ,生长发育最适地区是锡林浩特 ;狭叶锦鸡儿在内蒙古高原分布于东起锡林浩特 (1 1 6 .0 7°E)西至阿拉善 (98°E)的半干旱至极干旱地区 ,生长发育最适地区是阿拉善。这种分布格局和生长发育适应性说明 ,狭叶锦鸡儿比小叶锦鸡儿更适宜干旱环境。小叶锦鸡儿叶片平展、被绿色柔毛 ,有时上面近无毛 ,狭叶锦鸡儿叶片呈瓦状、被粉白色柔毛 ;狭叶锦鸡儿叶片厚度 /面积比值和长 /宽比值大于小叶锦鸡儿 ,叶片生物量小于小叶锦鸡儿。这些特性使狭叶锦鸡儿比小叶锦鸡儿保水能力强。由于狭叶锦鸡儿的渗透调节物质浓度大于小叶锦鸡儿 ,导致细胞渗透势低于小叶锦鸡儿 ;狭叶锦鸡儿叶含水量低于小叶锦鸡儿 ,束缚水 /自由水比值大于小叶锦鸡儿 ;狭叶锦鸡儿叶水势低于小叶锦鸡儿。这些特性表明狭叶锦鸡儿比小叶锦鸡儿渗透调节能力强。狭叶锦鸡儿的蒸腾速率和日蒸腾积累值均小于小叶锦鸡儿 ,水分利用效率高于小叶锦鸡儿。由于叶形态变异、良好的渗透调节功  相似文献

从豆科植物白皮锦鸡儿(Caragana leucophloea Pojark.)地上部分分离到3个酚类化合物,经理化方法和波谱分析鉴定为鹅掌楸苷(1)、香草酸(2)和绿原酸(3)。化合物1和2表现出较好的抗细菌活性,半抑制浓度(IC50)为8.11~22.88μg/m L。2和3则表现出一定的抗真菌活性,对稻瘟菌孢子萌发的IC50值分别为105.04μg/m L和32.26μg/m L,对西瓜枯萎病菌生长的IC50值为108.45μg/m L和45.26μg/m L。2和3对秀丽隐杆线虫也有一定的抑制活性,当处理线虫48 h时,IC50值分别为46.57μg/m L和55.17μg/m L。此外,2具有一定的抗氧化活性,对羟基自由基清除的IC50值为67.96μg/m L;对Fe2+表现出一定的螯合能力,IC50值为93.59μg/m L。上述酚类化合物均为首次从白皮锦鸡儿中分离得到。  相似文献

小叶锦鸡儿和狭叶锦鸡儿的光合特性及保护酶系统比较   总被引:10,自引:3,他引:10  
对锦鸡儿属羽状叶类群的代表植物--小叶锦鸡儿(Carag ana microphylla)和假掌状叶类群的代表植物--狭叶锦鸡儿(Caragana stenophyll a)的光合特性和保护酶系统进行了比较研究.小叶锦鸡儿的光补偿点(217 μmol photo n/(m2·s))、光饱和点(1107μmol photon/(m2·s))、光合最适温度(25.65℃) 均低于狭叶锦鸡儿(光补偿点,342μmol photon/(m2·s);光饱和点,1444μmol phot on/(m2·s);光合最适温度,32.89℃),前者在低温、低光强下表现出更高的光合速率 .小叶锦鸡儿净光合速率表现出随空气相对湿度增大而升高趋势,而狭叶锦鸡儿则在空气相对湿度为80%~90%时,净光合速率达到最大.这说明狭叶锦鸡儿光合系统对强辐射、高温和干旱环境的适应能力大于小叶锦鸡儿,小叶锦鸡儿对低辐射的利用能力高于狭叶锦鸡儿.狭叶锦鸡儿净光合速率和光能利用效率日进程午后高于小叶锦鸡儿,表明狭叶锦鸡儿的保水能力好于小叶锦鸡儿.小叶锦鸡儿LUE日平均值(8.17mmolCO2/mol photon)大于狭叶锦鸡儿(7.08 mmolCO2/mol photon),表明小叶锦鸡儿对低光强环境适应能力强.这些光合特性正好与它们分布区的光、温、湿条件相适应.从光合特性来看,狭叶锦鸡儿比小叶锦鸡儿更适于在光辐射充足、气温较高、降水更少的环境下生长.狭叶锦鸡儿有较高的POD和S OD活性,导致其自由基含量、MDA含量和细胞膜相对透性小于小叶锦鸡儿,这是狭叶锦鸡儿适应其干旱、高温、强辐射环境的重要特性.狭叶锦鸡儿叶细胞游离脯氨酸含量小于小叶锦鸡儿,也说明狭叶锦鸡儿对干旱的适应性强.结果表明(1)锦鸡儿属植物是以光合特性和抗氧化系统的变异来适应它们的光、温、湿环境的.(2)假掌状叶的代表植物--狭叶锦鸡儿比羽状叶的代表植物--小叶锦鸡儿对干旱、高温、强辐射的适应性强.这一研究结果似可以作为羽状叶是原始类群、假掌状叶是较进化类群观点的证据.  相似文献

在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下,对栒子属(Cotoneaster Medikus)2组15种植物的叶表皮特征进行了观察,发现疏花组(Sect. Cotoneaster)植物叶表皮细胞多为多边形,垂周壁一般为平直—弓形,气孔均为无规则型;单花组(Sect. Uniflos)植物叶表皮细胞常不规则型,垂周壁多浅波状,气孔除无规则型(anomocytic)外还兼有十字型(staurocytic)、四分体型(tetracytic)和等三体型(isotricytic)。依据气孔周围角质膜特征等叶表皮性状,把15种植物分为W型、S型和I型,其中W型是S型的特化类型,疏花组的种类为W型或S型,单花组的种类为I型。叶表皮微形态特征可以为栒子属植物组及种的分类学处理提供解剖学资料。  相似文献

塔叶苔属(Schiffneria Steph.)建立于1894年。作者在研究中国标本时,发现一新种——Schiffneria yunnanensis C. Gao &; W. Li sp. nov.。塔叶苔属的配子体为叶状体,生殖枝具茎叶返祖现象,应置于叶苔亚纲的叶状体无组织分化类群——带叶苔目(Pallaviciniales)之中。  相似文献

通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了中国产真藓属(Bryum Hedw.)12种植物蒴齿的形态特征。结果显示,根据真藓属齿片的曲向可以分为近直立、齿片伸入齿条间和齿片向外反曲等3种类型。根据齿毛的有无,也可分为3个类群。同时利用STATISTICA 6.0统计软件对12种真藓属植物进行聚类分析及主成分分析。研究结果显示,齿片的曲向类型、齿毛是否发育等形态特征可作为真藓属植物种间的分类依据,为藓类植物蒴齿形态特征与分类和系统进化关系的研究提供了新的资料。  相似文献

紫堇属(Corydalis DC.)植物的种子形态及其分类学意义

在光学显微镜下研究了湖北产紫堇属(Corydalis DC.)15种及2变型的种子形态特征。结果表明,其种子小,近圆形、扁圆形或肾形,黑色或深棕色,具油质体。油质体帽状、扇形、条形或不规则,紧贴种子表面或分离。根据种子表面形态,种子可分为4种类型:(1)表面光滑,如大叶紫堇(C.temulifolia Franch.)、川东紫堇(C.acu-minata Franch.)、巴东紫堇(C.hemsleyana Franch.ex Prain)、北岭黄堇(C.fargesii Franch.)、鄂西黄堇(C.shennongensis H.Chuang)和小药八旦子(C.caudata(Lam.)Pers.);(2)表面具刺或疣状突起,如阜平黄堇(C.wilfordii Regel)、小花黄堇(C.racemosa(Thunb.)Pers.)、地锦苗(C.sheareri S.Moore)和珠芽地锦苗(C.sheareri S.Moore f.bulbillifera Hand.-Mazz.);(3)表面具凹点状印痕,如刻叶紫堇(C.incisa(Thunb.)Pers.)、紫堇(C.edulis Maxim.)、地柏枝(C.cheilanthifolia Hemsl.)、蛇果黄堇(C.ophiocarpa Hook.f.et Thoms.)、北越紫堇(C.balansae Prain)和延胡索(C.yanhusuo(Y.H.Chou et C.C.Hsu)W.T.Wang ex Z.Y.Su et C.Y.Wu);(4)表面具凹点状印痕,并被有疣状突起,如伏生紫堇(C.decumbens(Thunb.)Pers.)。种子大小、形状和表面形态以及油质体形态在种内相对稳定,对一些物种的划分具有较重要的意义。  相似文献

The taxonomic treatment of Caragana davazamcii Sancz. has been a controversial matter, as its relationship with C. microphylla Lam. and C. korshinskii Kom. is not clear. It was treated as an independent species, or a variety under C. microphylla or C. korshinskii. This study is to examine the interspecific relationship of these three species and the origin of C. davazamcii based on internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and non-coding region of chloroplast trnL-F, combined with morphological data and geographical distribution. The trnL-F sequence of C. davazamcii is identical to that of C. microphylla but differs distinctly from that of C. korshinskii. The high congruence of ITS copies through both direct and cloning sequencing rejects the recent hybridization hypothesis of C. davazamcii between C. microphylla and C. korshinskii. In contrast, two different ITS sequence copies were found respectively in each individual of C. microphylla and C. korshinskii. One of the two ITS sequences in C. microphylla is identical to that of C. davazamcii. This result indicates that C. davazamcii might have taken part in the hybridization of C. microphylla as one parent , or that extensive gene flow might have occurred between these two species, thus resulting in the morphological similarity of them. However, the similarity of some morphological characters of C. davazamcii to those of C. korshinskii might result from the convergent adaptation to their common ecological environment.  相似文献

毛乌素沙地4种植物叶水势变化及其影响因素分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对毛乌素沙地旱柳( Salix matsudana Koidz.)、小叶杨( Populus simonii Carr.)、北沙柳( Salix psammophila C. Wang et Chang Y. Yang)和沙蒿(Artemisia desertorum Spreng.)4种植物叶水势的月变化和日变化规律以及不同冠层叶水势的差异进行了研究,并分析了4种植物叶水势与气候因子及树干液流速度的相关性。结果表明:在5月份至8月份,旱柳、小叶杨和北沙柳清晨(5:00)的叶水势波动不明显;但3种植物正午(13:00)的叶水势有一定差异,其中旱柳和小叶杨正午的叶水势差异不明显,而北沙柳7月份和8月份的叶水势则明显小于其5月份和6月份;总体上看,各月份3种植物正午的叶水势均明显小于清晨叶水势。供试4种植物的叶水势日变化曲线均以“单峰型”为主,最高值出现在5:00至6:00,最低值出现在12:00至16:00;日间北沙柳的平均叶水势最低,而其他3种植物的平均叶水势差异不明显,5月份和8月份,北沙柳的平均叶水势分别为-11.9和-17.1 MPa,而旱柳、小叶杨和沙蒿的平均叶水势分别为-6.2和-7.1、-7.7和-7.3、-6.8和-8.4 MPa;但夜间4种植物的平均叶水势无明显变化。4种植物日间均表现出树冠下层叶水势高、上层叶水势低的趋势,而夜间则树冠上层和下层的叶水势几乎一致。相关性分析结果表明:4种植物的叶水势与气温、净辐射量以及树干液流速度负相关、与空气相对湿度正相关,其中,不同月份4种植物的叶水势与净辐射量和树干液流速度均极显著相关(P<0.01)。研究结果显示:毛乌素沙地不同植物叶水势的变化因种类、季节、气候条件的不同而异,但总体上看净辐射量是影响4种植物叶水势变化的最主要气象因子。  相似文献
