Introduction

Tanzanian guidelines for prevention of mother-to-child-transmission of HIV (PMTCT) recommend an antiretroviral combination regimen involving zidovudine (AZT) during pregnancy, single-dosed nevirapine at labor onset, AZT plus Lamivudine (3TC) during delivery, and AZT/3TC for 1–4 weeks postpartum. As drug toxicities are a relevant concern, we assessed hematological alterations in AZT-exposed women and their infants.

Methods and Materials

A cohort of HIV-positive women, either with AZT intake (n = 82, group 1) or without AZT intake (n = 62, group 2) for PMTCT during pregnancy, was established at Kyela District Hospital, Tanzania. The cohort also included the infants of group 1 with an in-utero AZT exposure ≥4 weeks, receiving AZT for 1 week postpartum (n = 41), and infants of group 2 without in-utero AZT exposure, receiving a prolonged 4-week AZT tail (n = 58). Complete blood counts were evaluated during pregnancy, birth, weeks 4–6 and 12.

Results

For women of group 1 with antenatal AZT intake, we found a statistically significant decrease in hemoglobin level, red blood cells, white blood cells, granulocytes, as well as an increase in red cell distribution width and platelet count. At delivery, the median red blood cell count was significantly lower and the median platelet count was significantly higher in women of group 1 compared to group 2. At birth, infants from group 1 showed a lower median hemoglobin level and granulocyte count and a higher frequency of anemia and granulocytopenia. At 4–6 weeks postpartum, the mean neutrophil granulocyte count was significantly lower and neutropenia was significantly more frequent in infants of group 2.

Conclusions

AZT exposure during pregnancy as well as after birth resulted in significant hematological alterations for women and their newborns, although these changes were mostly mild and transient in nature. Research involving larger cohorts is needed to further analyze the impact of AZT-containing regimens on maternal and infant health.  相似文献

C57BL mice exposed to 14 Gy of whole-thorax irradiation develop significant histologic lung fibrosis within 52 weeks, whereas CBA and C3H mice do not exhibit substantial fibrosis during this time. The purpose of the present study was to determine whether this strain-dependent difference in radiation histopathology is associated with genetic differences in pulmonary endothelial metabolic activity or in endothelial radioresponsiveness. C57BL/6J, C57BL/10J, CBA/J, and C3H/HeJ mice were sacrificed 12 weeks after exposure to 0 or 14 Gy of 300-kV X rays to the whole thorax. Lung angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity and plasminogen activator (PLA) activity were measured as indices of pulmonary endothelial function; and lung hydroxyproline (HP) content served as an index of pulmonary fibrosis. Lung ACE and PLA activities in sham-irradiated C57BL/6J and CB57BL/10J mice were only half as high as those in sham-irradiated CBA/J and C3H/HeJ mice. Exposure to 14 Gy of X rays produced a slight but nonsignificant reduction in lung ACE and PLA activity in the C57BL strains, and a significant reduction in the CBA/J and C3H/HeJ mice. Even after 14 Gy, however, lung ACE and PLA activities in CBA/J and C3H/HeJ mice were higher than those in sham-irradiated C57BL/6J and C57BL/10J mice. Lung HP content in all four strains increased significantly after irradiation, but this increase was accompanied by an increase in lung wet weight. As a result, HP concentration (per milligram wet weight) remained constant or increased slightly in both C57BL strains and actually decreased in the CBA/J and C3H/HeJ mice. These data demonstrate significant genetic differences in both intrinsic pulmonary endothelial enzyme activity and endothelial radioresponsiveness among the four strains of mice. Specifically, strains prone to radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis (C57BL/6J, C57BL/10J) exhibit only half as much lung ACE and PLA activity as do strains resistant to fibrosis (CBA and C3H).  相似文献

Perinatal treatment with 3'-azido-3'-deoxythymidine (AZT) has been found to reduce the rate of maternal-infant transmission of HIV; however, AZT is genotoxic in mammalian cells in vitro and induces tumors in the offspring of mice treated in utero. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationships between incorporation of AZT into DNA, and the frequency and spectrum of mutations at the HPRT locus of the human lymphoblastoid cell line, TK6, following in vitro exposures to AZT. Cells were cultured in medium containing 0 or 300 microM AZT for 1, 3, or 6 day(s) (n = 5/group). The effects of exposure duration on incorporation of AZT into DNA and HPRT mutant frequency were determined using an AZT radioimmunoassay and a cell cloning assay, respectively. AZT accumulated in DNA in a supralinear manner, approaching a plateau at 6 days of treatment (101.9 +/- 14.7 molecules AZT/10(6) nucleotides). After 3 days of AZT exposure, HPRT mutant frequency was significantly increased (1.8-fold, p = 0.016) compared to background (mutant frequency = 3.78 x 10(-6)). Multiplex PCR amplification of genomic DNA was used to determine the frequency of exon deletions in HPRT mutant clones from untreated cells versus AZT-treated cells. Molecular analyses of AZT-induced mutations revealed a significant difference in the frequency of total gene deletions (44/120 vs. 18/114 in controls, p = 0.004 by the Mann-Whitney U-statistic). In fact, the Chi-square test of homogeneity demonstrate that the differences between the control and AZT-treatment groups is attributed mainly to this increase in total gene deletion mutations (p = 0.00001). These data indicate that the primary mechanism of AZT mutagenicity in human TK6 cells is through the production of large deletions which occur as a result of AZT incorporation into DNA and subsequent chain termination. The data imply that perinatal chemoprophylaxis with AZT may put children of HIV-infected women at potential risk for genetic damage.  相似文献

The flow cytometer-based micronucleus assay was used to study the effects on chromosomes in erythroid cells of CBA/Ca mice after extended exposure to 50 Hz magnetic field (MF), 14 microT, peak-to-peak (p-p). The study included two different experiments: (a) mice exposed in utero during 18 days of their prenatal stage, and (b) adult mice exposed for 18 days. In experiment (a) 35 days after exposure was terminated, peripheral blood was drawn from the mice exposed in utero to determine whether the exposure had a genotoxic effect on the pluripotent erythroid stem cells. About 200000 polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) and 200000 normochromatic erythrocytes (NCE) were analysed from each of 20 exposed mice. The EMF exposure did not significantly change the frequency of micronucleated PCE or NCE in comparison with 20 sham-irradiated mice. There was no difference in the proportion of PCE between exposed and unexposed animals. Similarly, in experiment (b) no differences were seen between EMF exposed and unexposed adult mice when samples of peripheral blood were taken at the end of exposure and analyzed for micronuclei in PCE and NCE. The proportion of PCE was the same in both groups. The results indicate that exposure to EMF does not induce direct or indirect effects on chromosomes in erythroid cells expressed as increased levels of micronucleated erythrocytes of mice. No indications of delayed genetic effects were found.  相似文献

The survival of spermatogonial stem cells in CBA and C3H mice after single and split-dose (24-hr interval) irradiation with fission neutrons and gamma rays was compared. The first doses of the fractionated regimes were either 150 rad (neutrons) or 600 rad (gamma). For both strains the neutron survival curves were exponential. The D0 value of stem cells in CBA decreased from 83 to 25 rad upon fractionation; that of C3H stem cells decreased only from 54 to 36 rad. The survival curves for gamma irradiation, which all showed shoulders, indicated that C3H stem cells had larger repair capacities than CBA stem cells. However, the most striking difference between the two strains in response to gamma radiation was in the slopes of the second-dose curves. Whereas C3H stem cells showed a small increase of the D0 upon fractionation (from 196 to 218 rad), CBA stem cells showed a marked decrease (from 243 to 148 rad). The decreases in D0 upon fractionation, observed in both strains with neutron irradiation and also with gamma irradiation in CBA, are most likely the result of recruitment or progression of radioresistant survivors to a more sensitive state of proliferation or cell cycle phase. It may be that the surviving stem cells in C3H mice are recruited less rapidly and synchronously into active cycle than in CBA mice. Thus, it appears that the strain differences may be quantitative, rather than qualitative.  相似文献

It was investigated the functional status of stem cell pool (CFUs) of bone marrow, spleen and peripheral blood in mice (CBA) in early (1-30 days) and late (180-360 days) period after acute intake of 90Sr (29.6 kBq/g). Cumulative dose in red bone marrow due to incorporated 90Sr was 0.98-87.7 Gy. The kinetics, proliferative and differentiative potential of stem hemopoietic cells (CFUs) and productivity of hemopoietic tissues were significantly influenced by dose rate, absorbed dose and degree of suppresssion of bone marrow functions.The obtained results indicated that the sarcomogenous doses of 90Sr (29.6 kBq/g) resulted in realization of compensatory reactions in hemopoietic stem cell pool to support the life ability of irradiated animals: higher proliferative potential of CFUs and its repopulation, redistribution of cell subpopulations during differentiation and activation of spleens hemopoiesis.  相似文献

Mice of the kdkd strain predictably develop a spontaneous tubulointerstitial nephritis after 8 wk of life. In this report we have examined several aspects of the nephritogenic immune response that seemed potentially relevant to the expression of this progressively destructive renal lesion. Of particular interest is that by direct immunofluorescence we were unable to demonstrate the presence of antibodies to determinants in the tubulointerstitium. Serum and kidney eluates from nephritic mice, furthermore, did not stain any renal structures in normal kidney. We did observe, however, that disease could be transferred through kdkd----CBA/Ca bone marrow chimeras, and prevented, in the reverse direction, by CBA/Ca----kdkd chimeras. The development of the interstitial lesion was markedly inhibited by thymectomy with T cell depletion, but disease could not be adoptively transferred with cells or serum from nephritic mice. The interstitial lesions also did not appear in (kdkd X CBA/Ca)F1 hybrids, and the development of disease in kdkd mice could be inhibited by treatment with adoptively transferred T cells from CBA/Ca mice. With these new findings we now hypothesize that susceptibility to the expression of interstitial nephritis in kdkd mice involves the cellular limb of the immune system, and may be related, in part, to alterations in regulatory T cell function.  相似文献

Bone marrow cells (0,5-10(6)) of female mice of CBA or C57BL strains were injected intravenously to lethally irradiated CBA, C57BL/6, (femaleCBA X maleC57BL/6)F1 and (femaleC57BL/6 X maleCBA)F1 mice. Spleen of recipients as assayed for colony count on the 9th day after bone marrow transplantation by the method of Till and McCullouch. Stem cells of CBA mice demonstrated failure of allogenic inhibition in (CBA X C57BL/6)F1 hybrid mice and formed the same number of colonies as in the spleen of syngenic recipients. The level of allogenic inhibition of CBA stem cells transplanted to (C57BL/6 X X CBA)F1 hybrid mice was 50%. Bone marrow cells of C57BL/6 mice formed colonies in spleen of (CBA X C57BL/6)F1 mice at least in 20 times less than in syngenic combination. In the transplantation of bone marrow from C57BL/6 mice to (C57BL/6 X CBA)F1 hybrid mice the allogenic inhibition was less pronounced (77-85%) as compared with the transfer of cells to (CBA X C57BL/6)F1 hybrid mice (95%). The sex of a recipient did not influence the number of formed colonies. The different level of allogenic inhibition of parental stem cells can not be explained by the effect of linkage with sex as the female of reciprocal hybrid mice have identical structure of sex chromosomes (X(CBA)XC57BL/6). The data obtained indicate that the maternal effect affects allogenic inhibition of stem cells in parent--F1 system. It is possible that the maternal influence may be determined by cytoplasmic factors of inheritance which affect the expressivity of recessive genes Hh, controlling the inheritance of specific haematopoietic cell antigens.  相似文献

Protein malnutrition is prevalent in cancer patients, however the influence of protein-calorie malnutrition on anti-tumor immune effector mechanisms is unclear. In addition, the effect of malnutrition on host immunological and biological responsiveness to recombinant interleukin-2 (rIL-2) is unknown. In Swiss mice (n = 100), we observed that T cell activation, T cell response to rIL-2, T suppressor cell generation, cytotoxic T lymphocyte development, and the cytolytic activity of LAK cells were not significantly impaired by two or three weeks of feeding with a 2.5% protein diet compared with mice fed an isocaloric diet in which protein calories constituted 24% of the total. In CBA/J mice (n = 100), we observed a significant (P less than 0.05) impairment of poly(I:C)-inducible natural killer cell function in mice ingesting the 2.5% diet. In both A/J (n = 40) and Swiss mice (n = 40), cytotoxic responses after 3 days treatment with rIL-2 (5 X 10(6) U/kg body wt. three times daily) were comparable in both dietary groups. These studies demonstrate that protein depletion is associated with impaired poly (I:C)-induced natural killer cell function in CBA/J mice. However, T cell function and biological responsiveness to high-dose rIL-2 were not significantly impaired.  相似文献

Benzene is ubiquitous and accepted as a human carcinogen by regulatory agencies. Proposed regulations assume without proof that the carcinogenic response to benzene exposure is "one hit" implying a linear with no threshold. There is no solid experimental proof for this concept. This research involves exposure of CBA/Ca male mice to benzene vapor in varying concentrations. Exposure to 300 ppm 6 hrs/day, 5 days/week, for 16 weeks is highly leukemogenic. Exposure for the same time to 100 ppm is also leukemogenic. Concentrations from 25 ppm to 400 ppm 6 hrs/day, 5 days/week, for 10 exposures produce an increasing lymphopenia. Exposure to 100 ppm for the same exposure time produces anemia, decrease in stem cell content of marrow, and marrow cellularity. Further dose-effect studies are required to test the "one hit hypothesis" and to determine whether the same integral dose of benzene administered over variable exposure has the same or different biological responses. It is of concern that biologic effects are observed at 25 ppm only 2.5 times the present permissible time-weighted average exposure during a working day and research by others (see Discussion) has demonstrated an effect (noncarcinogenic) at 10 ppm.  相似文献

Numerous changes have been reported to occur in T cell responsiveness of mice with increasing age. However, most of these studies have examined polyclonal stimulation of spleen cells from a limited number of mouse strains. This study investigated the influence of genetic background, source of lymphocytes, and type of stimulus on age-associated changes in T cells response. Con A-induced proliferation and IL-2 and IFN-gamma production by splenic lymphocytes (SL) was significantly greater in CBA/Ca mice compared to C57BL/6 mice, regardless of age. SL of both strains exhibited the predicted age-dependent decline in proliferative response and an increase in IFN-gamma production in response to Con A. In contrast, however, only SL from C57BL/6 mice demonstrated the predicted age-dependent decline in Con A-induced IL-2 production; Con A-induced SL of young and aged CBA/Ca mice produced comparable amounts of IL-2. Differences in age-associated responses to Con A were also observed between SL and inguinal lymph node (ILN) cells of CBA/Ca mice. In contrast to SL, ILN cells demonstrated an increased proliferative response to Con A. However, lymphokine production by Con A-stimulated ILN cells from aged CBA/Ca mice was similar to that of Con A-stimulated SL from aged CBA/Ca mice. To determine if aged ILN T cells respond similarly to polyclonal and antigen-specific stimuli, keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) responses of T cells isolated from ILN of aged and young CBA/Ca mice were examined. KLH-specific T cells from aged mice cultured with KLH-pulsed macrophages (M phi) from aged mice were significantly reduced in their ability to proliferate compared to KLH-specific T cells of young mice cultured with young KLH-pulsed M phi. In contrast to the expected results, the defect was not at the level of the T cells; proliferation of young T cells cultured with aged KLH-pulsed M phi was equivalent to the proliferation of aged T cells cultured with aged M phi. These results suggest that aging has differential effects on polyclonal and antigen-specific T cell proliferation and on polyclonal stimulation of T cells isolated from different lymphoid organs and from different strains of mice.  相似文献

On mice lines BALB/c and CBA/lac was performed the study of molecular-genetics effects in mice progeny after the chronic (dose rate -0.0017 Gy/day, total dose -0.36 Gy) and acute (dose range 1-3 Gy) exposure of y-radiation on the parents. For variability analysis was used technique of amplification DNA with series of random primers (RAPD-assay). Random primers were used as single primer and in mixture of ones. In this work were held the comparative analysis of the genetic radiosensitivity for stem spermatogonia and spermatides. After the acute exposure the dose dependence for levels of polymorphism of RAPD-markers were obtained. After the chronic irradiation, significant differences from control group were obtained only by use primers mixture M1. Comparative analysis of the genetic radiosensitivity of different stages of mice spermatogenesis are display is similar sensitivity of stem spermatogonia and spermatides after doses of irradiation 1 Gy and 3 Gy. Indicated that after irradiation by dose 2 Gy, spermatogonia are more sensitivity than spermatides.  相似文献

Brief exposure to moderate intensity static magnetic fields has been shown to produce a transient alteration in physiological function in a variety of biological systems, primarily those related to changes in intracellular Ca(2+). In the present study GH3 cells were cultured during continuous exposure to a 0.5 T field, for periods of up to 5 weeks. Following a 1-week exposure, cell growth declined by 22% and returned to control levels in 1 week. This was not statistically significant but, with a 4-week exposure, a statistically significant decline in growth of 51% was observed and return to control levels did not occur for 4 weeks. Cell diameter, on the other hand, significantly increased following 3 weeks of exposure and did not return to control levels for 3 weeks after termination of exposure. Ca(2+)-dependent changes in the dynamic reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton are suggested as the probable explanation for these observations.  相似文献

Assays for sucrase carried out on intestinal sonicates prepared from 18 different strains of mice revealed a threefold variation in specific activity, the values for CBA/Ca mice being significantly less than for any other strain. Further comparison of the CBA/Ca versus the C57BL/6J mouse showed this deficiency, which became established 2–4 weeks after birth, to apply to isomaltase as well as sucrase but not to maltase or trehalase. Backcross experiments indicated that this deficiency in sucrase activity was inherited as a single codominantly expressed genetic factor. The ability of the CBA/Ca mouse to regulate sucrase activity in response to changes in diet was also reduced compared to that of the C57BL/6J mouse. No difference could be detected in the affinity of sucrase for its substrate or in the ability of heat to denature sucrase prepared from CBA/Ca and C57BL/6J mice. It is suggested that part of the regulatory region of the gene coding for sucrase-isomaltase is modified in the CBA/Ca mouse and that this locus should be given the notation Suc-1 for future reference.This work supported by an MRC project grant to M. The induction of dominant lethality following oral dosing of males with 200 mg/kg of cyclophosphamide was investigated using a factorial experimental design. Males from 3 genotypes, BALB/c, CBA/Ca and CBA/Ca X C57BL/6JF1 hybrid (CBB6F1) were mated to 6 females of the same genotype as the males over 3 weeks. Cyclophosphamide reduced the mating frequency of the BALB/c and CBA/Ca males. The total number of implants/female was reduced in all 3 genotypes with the greatest effect in the first 2 weeks after the males were treated. The proportion of early deaths/litter was significantly increased in CBA/Ca and CBB6F1 but the increase was smaller and non-significant with BALB/c. There was a high incidence (29.8%) of early deaths in the control BALB/c females. Statistical analysis of the ratio of early deaths to total implants in a litter using either the Freeman-Tukey binomial or the arc-sine transformation gave similar and satisfactory results. Analysis of early death data rather then the ratio of early deaths: total implants would have led to misleading conclusions. The implications of the use of a factorial design in dominant lethal assays for the detection of strain variation in mutagenic response without an increase in animal usage is discussed.  相似文献

Nineteen BALB/c, 14CBA/KI, 12C3H/HeJ and 15 (CBA/Kl x C3H/HeJ) F1 female mice were irradiated with 850 rad gamma-rays and transferred with 10(7) syngeneic bone marrow cells 24 hrs later. The occurrence of cataract was examined in these animals. All the BALB/c mice showed visible lens opacification in both eyes between 113 and 149 days after irradiation. All the animals were autopsied 6 months after irradiation and examined for opacification of their lenses. The proportion of opaque lenses was 100, 7.1, 16.7 and 0% in BALB/c, CBA/Kl, C3H/HeJ and (CBA/Kl x C3H/HeJ) F1 mice, respectively. The results indicate that BALB/c mice are much more sensitive to radiation-induced cataractogenesis than CBA and C3H mice.  相似文献

Stressful life events are causally linked with alcohol use disorders (AUDs), providing support for a hypothesis that alcohol consumption is aimed at stress reduction. We have previously shown that expression of relaxin-3 mRNA in rat brain correlates with alcohol intake and that central antagonism of relaxin-3 receptors (RXFP3) prevents stress-induced reinstatement of alcohol-seeking. Therefore the objectives of these studies were to investigate the impact of Rxfp3 gene deletion in C57BL/6J mice on baseline and stress-related alcohol consumption. Male wild-type (WT) and Rxfp3 knockout (KO) (C57/B6JRXFP3TM1/DGen) littermate mice were tested for baseline saccharin and alcohol consumption and preference over water in a continuous access two-bottle free-choice paradigm. Another cohort of mice was subjected to repeated restraint followed by swim stress to examine stress-related alcohol preference. Hepatic alcohol and aldehyde dehydrogenase activity was assessed in mice following chronic alcohol intake and in naive controls. WT and Rxfp3 KO mice had similar baseline saccharin and alcohol preference, and hepatic alcohol processing. However, Rxfp3 KO mice displayed a stress-induced reduction in alcohol preference that was not observed in WT littermates. Notably, this phenotype, once established, persisted for at least six weeks after cessation of stress exposure. These findings suggest that in mice, relaxin-3/RXFP3 signalling is involved in maintaining high alcohol preference during and after stress, but does not appear to strongly regulate the primary reinforcing effects of alcohol.  相似文献

The present study was designed to measure by quantitative and kinetic methods the production and renewal of natural killer (NK) cells in congenitally B-lymphocyte-deficient (CBA/N) mice. The total NK activity (percent specific lysis corrected for changes in whole organ cellularity) of the bone marrow and spleen of immunologically normal (CBA/CaJ) and CBA/N mice was assayed prior to and immediately after 48 h treatment (2 X/day, i.p.) with the cell cycle poison hydroxyurea (HU) and at various intervals throughout the subsequent post-HU recovery period. The total NK activity (TNKA) of untreated CBA/N bone marrow was 154% of that of CBA/CaJ bone marrow while the TNKA of CBA/N spleen was not significantly different (112%) from that of CBA/CaJ spleen. At the conclusion of 48 h HU, bone marrow TNKA of CBA/N and CBA/CaJ mice fell to 60 and 49%, respectively, of their saline-injected (2 X/day, i.p.) control levels, while spleen TNKA fell to 42 and 61%, respectively, of their saline-injected control levels. In the bone marrow, NK cell depletion in response to HU was more rapid in CBA/N mice (day 0.5 after HU) than in CBA/CaJ mice (day 2 after HU). TNKA of the spleen also decreased more rapidly in CBA/N mice (day 2 after HU) than in CBA/CaJ mice (day 3 after HU). The data indicate an enhanced production and turnover of NK cells in CBA/N mice relative to CBA/CaJ mice. Moreover, increased production and renewal of NK cells in CBA/N mice together with virtually unchanged levels of NK activity (112% of CBA/CaJ mice) in CBA/N mouse spleens indicate that mature lytic NK cells in CBA/N spleen but not bone marrow have a significantly shorter post-mitotic life span than do NK cells in the spleens of immunologically normal (CBA/CaJ) mice.  相似文献

Background

Zidovudine (AZT) constitutes part of the recommended regimens for prevention and treatment of HIV-1 infection. At the same time, AZT as well as HIV-1 infection itself may induce mitochondrial damage. In this study, we analyzed the impact of prenatal AZT-exposure on mitochondrial alterations in HIV-infected women and their infants.

Methods

Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) levels in placentas of HIV-1 infected Tanzanian women with and without prenatal AZT exposure, and in the umbilical cords of their AZT-exposed/unexposed infants were quantified using real-time PCR. Furthermore, we checked for the most common mitochondrial deletion in humans, the 4977 base pair deletion (dmtDNA4977) as a marker for mitochondrial stress.

Results

83 women fulfilled the inclusion criteria. 30 women had been treated with AZT (median duration 56 days; IQR 43–70 days) while 53 women had not taken AZT during pregnancy. Baseline maternal characteristics in the two groups were similar. The median mtDNA levels in placentas and umbilical cords of women (311 copies/cell) and infants (190 copies/cell) exposed to AZT were significantly higher than in AZT-unexposed women (187 copies/cell; p = 0.021) and infants (127 copies/cell; p = 0.037). The dmtDNA4977 was found in placentas of one woman of each group and in 3 umbilical cords of AZT-unexposed infants but not in umbilical cords of AZT-exposed infants.

Conclusions

Antenatal AZT intake did not increase the risk for the common mitochondrial deletion dmtDNA4977. Our data suggests that AZT exposure elevates mtDNA levels in placentas and umbilical cords possibly by positively influencing the course of maternal HIV-1 infection.  相似文献
