笔者于1999-2000年在城口银杏大蚕蛾发生区释放用其卵繁育的平腹小蜂防治银杏大蚕蛾,结果表明:放蜂区虫卵寄生率明显提高,其校正寄生率为69.30%,是一种可利用的天敌昆虫.可在银杏大蚕蛾发生区内推广应用.  相似文献

银杏大蚕蛾Dictyoploca japonica Moore是一种重要的林业害虫,近年来在我国局部地区暴发且有逐步蔓延的趋势。利用ISSR技术对10个不同地域的银杏大蚕蛾的基因组DNA进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:所采用的35个随机引物中,有20个引物扩增出清晰且重复性好的条带,扩增总片断数为299条,其中有250个位点具有多态性,多态性位点比率为83·61%,不同地域银杏大蚕蛾间的遗传距离(D)在0·2315~0·4147之间。根据D值,由UPGMA聚类分析软件绘制了分子进化树,发现不同地域银杏大蚕蛾已发生种群分化。  相似文献

银杏大蚕蛾DictyoplocajaponicaMoore在重庆市城口县 1年发生 1代 ,以卵越冬。卵分布与树龄、树干的关系为 :卵主要分布于 2 0~ 30年盛果期的核桃果树上 ,2 0年生以下及 30年以上的果树则分布较少 ;树干 1m以下的粗皮裂缝内分布的卵占总卵量的 72 5 % ;卵在林间的分布呈低密度、高聚集块状 ,为该虫的预测预报和生产防治提供科学依据。  相似文献

2005年5~9月,在长春市吉林农业大学校园内的杨树林和李树林内进行人工挂放柞蚕Antheraea pernyi Guerin-Meneville卵卡诱集本地平腹小蜂Anastatus spp.寄生试验.结果表明杨树林中的舞毒蛾卵平腹小蜂Anastatus japonicus Ashmead的寄生率最高可达23.1%,李树林中的舞毒蛾卵平腹小蜂的寄生率最高可达33.5%,李树林中舞毒蛾卵平腹小蜂的寄生率明显高于杨树林.全年中,舞毒蛾卵平腹小蜂分别在6月下旬和8月上旬出现2次寄生高峰.  相似文献

在尾大蚕蛾属的分类中,当前关于绿尾大蚕蛾与宁波尾大蚕蛾的分类问题还存在着相关争议.根据近5年的研究,从生殖隔离的角度探究二者的分类问题.结果 表明,宁波尾大蚕蛾和绿尾大蚕蛾不存在生殖隔离,二者并非2个物种,宁波尾大蚕蛾是绿尾大蚕蛾的一个亚种.  相似文献

不同地理种群银杏大蚕蛾COI基因序列变异与遗传分化   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
银杏大蚕蛾Caligula japonica是亚洲东部的特有种, 既是一种重要的林业害虫, 也是一种珍贵的野生蚕类资源。为了揭示银杏大蚕蛾地理种群间的内在联系, 测定了我国分布的12个地理种群的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶C亚基I(COI)基因部分序列(GenBank登录号: FJ358506-FJ358517), 对地理种群间的序列变异和遗传分化进行了分析。结果表明: 银杏大蚕蛾地理种群间的COI序列同源性高达99%~100%, 显示出比较小的遗传差异。序列对准后从供试COI序列中仅鉴定出9个变异位点和6个单元型, 其中3种是共享单元型。系统发育分析结果表明种群间已经按地理位置形成了一定的地理格局, AMOVA分析显示北方组和南方组之间已经具有明显的遗传分化(FST=0.478, P<0.001)。综合分析, 我们认为北方组和南方组之间的遗传分化可能与差异巨大的生态条件有关。研究结果为银杏大蚕蛾的种群遗传学和生态学研究提供了一个基本的分子生物学线索。  相似文献

本文报道用人造寄主卵繁殖平腹小蜂Anastatus japonicus Ashmead***成功的结果.筛选出最佳卵壳材料为32—36μm的聚丙烯膜,培养基为柞蚕蛹血淋巴44.4%、10%麦乳精33.3%、鸡蛋黄11.1%、尼氏盐11.1%.体外连代培养平腹小蜂的结果表明,除蛹化率(72—83%)外,各代间在寄生率(40—44%)、孵化率(94—96%)、羽化率(91—96%)、展翅率(97—99%)方面无明显的差别,且人造卵育出的各代蜂在身体大小、寿命及繁殖力方面均与柞蚕卵育出蜂基本相似或优于柞蚕卵育出蜂.筛选出的人工培养基的氨基酸种类与蓖麻蚕卵和柞蚕卵相同,但量上差异比较明显.本文还报道了平腹小蜂在人造寄主卵上的产卵过程.  相似文献

大螟Sesamia inferens(Walker)是水稻上一种重要的钻蛀性害虫,其寄主范围广,近年来为害加重。由于长期以来对大螟的防治采取兼治策略,大螟已经对多种农药产生了抗性。因此,掌握水稻大螟生物防治资源有重要的应用意义。本研究报道了江苏扬州地区水稻大螟越冬幼虫体内仅有两种寄生蜂,分别是中华茧蜂Amyosoma chinensis和螟黄足盘绒茧蜂Cotesia flavipes,其中螟黄足盘绒茧蜂是优势种群。通过近三年的系统调查发现:在自然界中螟黄足盘绒茧蜂在大螟越冬幼虫体内的寄生率呈现动态变化,最高寄生率达33.33%,并且不同年份之间有差异。螟黄足盘绒茧蜂最短出茧时间仅为5.0 d,最长不超过14.0 d。除了12月份至次年1月份采集的螟黄足盘绒茧蜂外,其它时间点采集到的螟黄足盘绒茧蜂的羽化率高达75%以上。该研究结果为利用螟黄足盘绒茧蜂防治大螟提供了研究基础。  相似文献

In this study, parasitism rate, development, emergence rate, sex ratio and adult longevity of Trichogramma brassicae, Trichogramma pintoi and Trichogramma embryophagum were investigated on eggs of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (Lep. Plutellidae) under controlled conditions. At the beginning of the experiments, 50 eggs of P. xylostella were exposed to parasitism of female wasps of different Trichogramma species. The eggs were replaced daily for three days and exposed eggs were kept in discrete glass vials. According to the obtained results, parasitism rates of T. brassicae, T. pintoi and T. embryophagum were 79.10, 93.90 and 86.10%, respectively. The adult emergence rates showed significant differences among various parasitoid species and were 93.72, 88.16 and 89.93% for T. brassicae, T. pintoi and T. embryophagum, respectively. No significant variations were observed among sex ratio values of the three parasitoid species. Consequently, results of present study suggested that T. pintoi could be more efficient for biocontrol of P. xylostella.  相似文献

The goal of this work was to assess the suitability of two artificial diets for egg laying and development of Trichogramma atopovirilia Oatman & Platner, Trichogrammatoidea annulata De Santis, and Trichogramma bruni Nagaraja (all Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae). Additionally, the quality of wasps reared in vitro was compared with those reared in vivo. The ‘standard’ diet consisted of Diatraea saccharalis (Fabricius) (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) pupal holotissues (65%), chicken egg yolk (18%), fetal bovine serum (8.5%), lactalbumin hydrolysate (8.5%), and anticontaminants (0.3%). The ‘modified’ diet differed from the standard one only in the D. saccharalis pupal holotissues, that were replaced with Heliothis virescens (Fabricius) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) ones. Females of the three trichogrammatid species laid eggs in artificial eggs containing any artificial medium, but the modified one received more eggs. Although the standard diet was accepted for oviposition by the three wasp species, no development occurred. On the modified diet, only T. atopovirilia was able to develop to adult emergence. Adult F1 were of a quality that was similar to insects reared in vivo.  相似文献

烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci Gennadius是一种广泛分布于世界各地的多食性害虫,对我国多个省市区的农作物和观赏植物造成了严重的危害。化学杀虫剂的大量使用在杀伤天敌的同时使烟粉虱产生了不同程度的抗性,防治越来越困难;相较于化学防治,在不同地区筛选有效的天敌对烟粉虱进行生物防治是对烟粉虱进行有效控制的重要方法。我国报道的捕食性天敌共计26科109种,寄生性天敌共计2科59种。烟粉虱防治过程中由于单一的防治效果不理想,联合多个天敌资源的利用是增加对烟粉虱的生物防治效果的重要手段。本文通过对我国烟粉虱捕食性和寄生性天敌种类系统全面的整理,同时对烟粉虱优势种天敌中的单种或者多种组合利用后对烟粉虱的的控害潜能进行综述,以期为烟粉虱天敌昆虫种类的筛选和实现高效的生物防治提供科学依据。  相似文献

Key biological parameters of Anagyrus sp. nr. pseudococci reared on the citrus mealybug Planococcus citri (Risso) were determined. The mean longevity of female wasps was 21.1 days, the median lethal time (LT50) was 22 days, the mean number of offspring per female was 30.2 wasps and the sex ratio of the progeny was slightly male biased (1.1 males per female). Wasps fed with water showed a significantly lower longevity compared to that recorded for wasps fed with syrup for bee nutrition mixed with water. The longevity of female wasps was significantly higher compared to males when the syrup-water solution was provided as food. Longevity was significantly higher for female wasps fed with syrup and water in comparison with those exposed to host mealybugs. The mean development time of female and male wasps was 14.7±0.1 and 14.5±0.1 days, respectively.  相似文献

Gall wasps (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) are phytophagous insects that often go unnoticed; however, when they are introduced to a new area or released from their natural enemies, they have the capacity to outbreak and cause extensive foliar damage. One such outbreaking pest, Zapatella davisae (Cynipidae: Cynipini), causes significant damage and mortality to black oak, Quercus velutina, in the northeastern United States. In this study, we aimed to identify the parasitoid community associated with Z. davisae, compare differences in percent parasitism of Z. davisae in Cape Cod and Long Island, and determine which parasitoid species contribute most to parasitism in each region. From both locations, we reared parasitoids, identified morphological groups, analyzed percent parasitism rates for each group, and used DNA barcoding to provide species‐level identifications. On Long Island, there was nearly 100% parasitism in 2015 followed by a near total collapse of the population in 2016. In contrast, parasitism rates were lower and remained consistent on Cape Cod between 2015 and 2016, which may explain the greater canopy damage observed in that region. Species of Sycophila were the dominant parasitoids, with one species Sycophila nr. novascotiae representing ~65% of reared parasitoids from Long Island, and two species of Sycophila (S. nr. novascotiae and S. foliatae) with near equal representations on Cape Cod. In order to manage an insect pest, it is important to understand factors that influence its mortality and survival. An understanding of how these infestations progress overtime can help predict the impact that newer infestations in Nantucket, MA, and coastal Rhode Island will have on black oak populations and will aid in the management of this rapidly spreading gall wasp pest.  相似文献

Three experimental plots were established and maintained during one year at two sites in the state of Querétaro, México, in order to identify species of parasitoids attacking the diamondback moth (DBM) Plutella xylostella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Plutellidae), and to gather information concerning their relative importance and patterns of population fluctuation. At both sites, the plots were planted with broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower during three cropping seasons. Parasitoid species identified were: Diadegma insulare Cresson, Diadromus (= Thyraeella) collaris Gravenhorst (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae); Habrobracon sp. (Hymenoptera: Braconidae); Oomyzus (= Tetrastichus) sokolowoskii Kurdjumov (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae); and Spilochalcis (= Conura) sp. (Hymenoptera: Chalcididae). This last species is a hyperparasitoid of D. insulare. The most abundant and frequently occurring species was D. insulare, it occurred in both localities during all three cropping seasons. The highest levels of parasitism caused by D. insulare on DBM were registered in the spring-summer season of 1996 at `La Soledad' farm with averages of 42.7, 45.0 and 44.5% on cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, respectively. Because D. insulare was detected attacking the pest at very low population densities during the initial stages of the crop cycle, it is assumed that the parasitoid has a high searching capacity. Correlation (r) between DBM and D. insulare population numbers was positive and significant. The other species identified occurred sporadically and had little impact on pest populations. The identification of D. collaris represents the first record of this species in North America.  相似文献

Mass releases of two parasitoid species, Aphidius matricariae and Ephedrus cerasicola, may provide an alternative measure to pesticides to control the rosy apple aphid Dysaphis plantaginea in organic apple orchards. As an exploratory study, we tested if the presence of flower strips between apple tree rows could improve the action of three early parasitoid releases––and of other naturally present aphid enemies––on the control of aphid colonies and the number of aphids per tree. Apple trees located at various distances from parasitoid release points were monitored in plots with and without flower strips in an organic apple orchard over two years, along the season of aphid infestation (March to July). Our case study demonstrated that the presence of flowering plant mixes in the alleyways of the apple orchard reduced the presence of D. plantaginea by 33.4%, compared to plots without flower strips, at the infestation peak date. We also showed a negative effect of increasing the distance to parasitoid release points on aphid control. However, our results at the infestation peak date suggest that the presence of flower strips could marginally compensate for the detrimental effect of increasing distance to the release point, probably by improving the persistence and dispersal capacities of natural enemies. Despite high variations in aphid population dynamics between years, we conclude that combining flower strips with early parasitoid releases in apple orchards is promising for biological control of the rosy apple aphid, although the method merits to be further refined.  相似文献

Brazilian peppertree, Schinus terebinthifolia Raddi (Anacardiaceae), is a South American plant that is highly invasive in Florida. The impact of insect herbivores on the performance of Brazilian peppertree was evaluated at two locations in Florida using an insecticide exclusion method. Although 38 species of insect herbivores were collected on the invasive tree, there were no differences in growth or reproductive output of insecticide protected and unprotected trees, providing evidence that insect feeding had no measurable impact on tree performance. The majority of insects collected on Brazilian peppertree were generalists, and several were serious agricultural pests.  相似文献
