Species delimitation is a key foundation for exploring biodiversity. However, the existence of continuous phenotypic variation in widespread species challenges accurate species delimitation based on classical taxonomy. In this study, we investigated the cryptic diversity of a widespread herb (Roscoea tibetica Batalin) in a biodiversity hotspot (the Hengduan Mountains, China) using genotyping by sequencing, examining morphological traits, developing species distribution models, and simulating demographic history. Phylogenomic reconstruction, principal component analysis, and genetic structure inferences indicated that previously reported R. tibetica comprised two monophyletic lineages with a deep divergence. Several morphological diagnostic characteristics were discovered from field and common garden that corresponded to these independent evolutionary lineages. Species distribution models illustrated significant ecological divergence between both lineages. All evidence strongly supported that R. tibetica, as described in previous taxonomy, actually comprises two distinct species. Model test of gene flow and effective population size changes in fastsimcoal2, and a negative Tajima's D-value suggested that recent contact likely occurred between the two lineages. Our results proposed that cryptic diversity in previously reported R. tibetica was possibly associated with phenotypic plasticity in heterogeneous environments and morphological convergence in similar habitats. This study suggests that caution should be exercised when attempting to gain biological insight into species with large-scale morphological variation, and species delimitation should be done in advance.  相似文献

荞麦起源于我国, 演化形成了丰富的物种和遗传多样性。为了有效研究和利用荞麦及其野生种资源, 以从四川、甘肃、贵州等地采集的荞麦属(Fagopyrum)10个种(含变种、亚种和复合体种)共71份材料为对象, 通过ITS和叶绿体ndhF-rpl32序列分析, 利用MEGA5.0构建系统进化树, 探讨了荞麦种内及种间亲缘关系。结果表明, 在ITS序列矩阵中, 序列长度为725 bp, 信息位点为150个, 占序列总长度的20.7%; 在ndhF-rpl32序列矩阵中, 序列长度为940 bp, 信息位点为158个, 占序列总长度的16.8%。由ITS序列和ndhF-rpl32序列构建的两个进化树都可以将71份材料分为大粒荞麦种组和小粒荞麦种组; 其中, 大粒荞麦种组包括栽培苦荞和米苦荞(F. tataricum)、金荞复合体(F. cymosum complex)、栽培甜荞(F. esculentum)和野生甜荞(F. esculentum ssp. ancestralis); 小粒荞麦种组包括齿翅野荞(F. gracilipes var. odontopterum)、疏穗小野荞(F. leptopodum var. grossii)、小野荞(F. leptopodum)、密毛野荞(F. densovillosum)、细柄野荞(F. gracilipes)和硬枝万年荞(F. urophyllum)。而ndhF-rpl32序列构建的系统发育树还能区分栽培甜荞和野生甜荞, 具有更好的聚类效果。另外, 与栽培甜荞相比, 金荞复合体与栽培苦荞的亲缘关系更近。该研究为荞麦属种的分类和条形码研究提供了一定的科学依据。  相似文献

丹霞梧桐(Firmiana danxiaensis)是分布于我国韶关地区北部丹霞地貌的特有物种, 其分布范围狭窄, 种群数量小。本文利用EST-SSR分子标记位点, 分析丹霞梧桐群体(丹霞山组群和南雄组群)的遗传多样性和遗传结构, 研究群体的分化历史, 探讨该物种的可能分布和科学保护策略。结果表明: 丹霞梧桐总的遗传多样性中等(Ht = 0.631), 群体内遗传多样性较高(Hs = 0.546), 遗传变异主要存在于群体内(79.66%), 但不同地理组群间存在显著的遗传分化(FST = 0.150)。长期地理隔离和现代人为干扰是形成丹霞梧桐当前遗传变异模式的主要原因。STRUCTURE分析可将研究群体划分为清晰的两个基因库(gene pool), 其遗传结构与系统发育地理格局之间有密切关系。丹霞梧桐不同地理群体经历了独立的进化路线, 但丹霞山群体的杂合性高, 遗传背景更为复杂。近似贝叶斯运算法(Approximate Bayesian Computation, ABC)分析表明, 丹霞山和南雄地理群体在10万年前由同一个祖先群体分化而来, 分化时有效群体大小分别为7,290和5,550。结合丹霞梧桐的遗传变异和生态位信息, 可推测丹霞梧桐曾广泛分布于南岭地区, 受第四纪第三次亚冰期的影响, 南岭北部的丹霞梧桐群体因气候剧烈变化而灭绝, 仅在南岭南部适宜的环境中得以保存并繁衍至今, 丹霞山和南雄是丹霞梧桐最主要的两个冰期避难所。在全面掌握丹霞梧桐的自然分布, 开展就地保护的基础上, 通过建立种质资源圃、人工种苗扩繁、自然回归试验等措施, 对于该物种的异地保护、种群恢复和开发利用具有重要意义。  相似文献

The genetic diversity and population structure of 20 Tunisian Lavandula stoechas L. and Lavandula multifida L. populations, from different bioclimates, were analysed by starch gel electrophoresis using seven isozymes. The genetic diversity within populations varied according to species. Variation in L. multifida was higher than that observed for L. stoechas, and exclusive alleles were detected for taxa.

A high differentiation among populations, for each species, estimated by Wright's F-statistics was revealed. The genetic structure of populations from the same bioclimate was substantial. Nei's, R. [1978. Estimation of average heterozygosity and genetic distance from a small number of individuals. Genetics 89, 583–590] genetic distance among pairs of populations was low. The UPGMA cluster analysis of genetic distance values revealed that populations for each species were not strictly clustered together according to bioclimate or geographic proximity.

For each species, the low genetic divergence among populations and their substantial structure indicate their recent fragmentation due to anthropic pressures. The dendrogram generated from pairwise genetic distance among all populations showed two distinct clusters each corresponding to one species. The high genetic divergence between the two species, based on isozymes, corroborates their taxonomic status, as previously reported using morphological traits. The strategy for the management and conservation of populations should be made for each taxa according to its level of diversity and bioclimate.  相似文献

Understanding the processes that drive divergence within and among species is a long‐standing goal in evolutionary biology. Traditional approaches to assessing differentiation rely on phenotypes to identify intra‐ and interspecific variation, but many species express subtle morphological gradients in which boundaries among forms are unclear. This intraspecific variation may be driven by differential adaptation to local conditions and may thereby reflect the evolutionary potential within a species. Here, we combine genetic and morphological data to evaluate intraspecific variation within the Nelson's (Ammodramus nelsoni) and salt marsh (Ammodramus caudacutus) sparrow complex, a group with populations that span considerable geographic distributions and a habitat gradient. We evaluated genetic structure among and within five putative subspecies of A. nelsoni and A. caudacutus using a reduced‐representation sequencing approach to generate a panel of 1929 SNPs among 69 individuals. Although we detected morphological differences among some groups, individuals sorted along a continuous phenotypic gradient. In contrast, the genetic data identified three distinct clusters corresponding to populations that inhabit coastal salt marsh, interior freshwater marsh and coastal brackish–water marsh habitats. These patterns support the current species‐level recognition but do not match the subspecies‐level taxonomy within each species—a finding which may have important conservation implications. We identified loci exhibiting patterns of elevated divergence among and within these species, indicating a role for local selective pressures in driving patterns of differentiation across the complex. We conclude that this evidence for adaptive variation among subspecies warrants the consideration of evolutionary potential and genetic novelty when identifying conservation units for this group.  相似文献

Historical climate oscillations and tectonic events have influenced the speciation and evolutionary history of many organisms. In this study, we chose Fokienia hodginsii (Dunn) A. Henry & H. H. Thomas (Cupressaceae s.l.), a Tertiary relict conifer, for the inference of the demographic history since the Neogene. Five chloroplast regions and two single-copy nuclear genes were amplified and sequenced in 497 individuals from 28 populations. The chloroplast data showed that F. hodginsii presented a high level of genetic diversity (H T  = 0.860 ± 0.0279) and significant phylogeographic structure (N ST  > G ST , P < 0.05). According tobeast analysis, the divergence time of the two major lineages indicated by the phylogenetic construction produced from chloroplast and nuclear data could be dated to the early Miocene (ca. 19.34–19.95 Ma), which coincided with the onset and intensification of the Asian monsoon. During this time, environmental adaption under the different climatic conditions on either side of the Tanaka Line could have played important roles in maintaining and/or reinforcing the divergence of the two major lineages. The ecological niche modeling results showed that F. hodginsii experienced habitat fragmentation and strengthening of genetic barriers during the Last Glacial Maximum, followed by local expansion during postglacial periods. Our findings show that paleoclimate changes since the Neogene might have triggered the extinction of all but one Fokienia species and its intraspecific lineage differentiation. This study also suggests that Tertiary relicts in subtropical and tropical areas might have had a complex evolutionary history and their intraspecific differentiation time might have been earlier than expected.  相似文献

Molecular phylogenetics is increasingly highlighting the prevalence of cryptic species, where morphologically similar organisms have long independent evolutionary histories. When such cryptic species are known to be declining in numbers and are at risk of extinction due to a range of threatening processes, the disjunction between molecular systematics research and conservation policy becomes a significant problem. We investigate the taxonomic status of Tympanocryptis populations in Queensland, which have previously been assigned to T. tetraporophora, using three species delimitation approaches. The taxonomic uncertainties in this species-group are of particular importance in the Darling Downs Earless Dragon (T. cf. tetraporophora), which is ranked as an endangered ‘species’ of high priority for conservation by the Queensland Department of Environment and Heritage Protection. We undertook a morphological study, integrated with a comprehensive genetic study and species delimitation analyses, to investigate the species status of populations in the region. Phylogenetic analyses of two gene regions (mtDNA: ND2; nuclear: RAG1) revealed high levels of genetic divergence between populations, indicating isolation over long evolutionary time frames, and strongly supporting two independent evolutionary lineages in southeastern Queensland, from the Darling Downs, and a third in the Gulf Region of northern Queensland. Of the three species delimitation protocols used, we found integrative taxonomy the most applicable to this cryptic species complex. Our study demonstrates the utility of integrative taxonomy as a species delimitation approach in cryptic complexes of species with conservation significance, where limited numbers of specimens are available.  相似文献

明确珍稀濒危小种群阜康阿魏(Ferula fukanensis)的遗传多样性和遗传结构,是对其制定有效的保护和管理策略的基础和前提。本研究基于10对多态性好且可以稳定扩增的SSR引物对来源于3个居群87个珍稀濒危植物阜康阿魏的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行分析。结果显示:小种群的阜康阿魏具有相对较高的遗传多样性,居群间Nei’s基因多样性指数(hS)为0.514,总的Nei’s基因多样性指数(hT)为0.516,观测杂合度(Ho)为0.881,期望杂合度(He)为0.512,香农信息指数(I)为0.836,多态位点百分率(PPB)为100%,遗传分化程度较低(Fst=0.007),95.9%的变异发生在居群内,遗传距离与地理距离无显著相关性,66.7%的居群遭遇了遗传瓶颈。结果表明,阜康阿魏遗传变异丰富,有较高的进化潜力。结合该种野外种群现状,建议建立保护区,开展就地保护,并加强引种和人工繁育等迁地保护措施,辅助阜康阿魏保育。本研究可为阜康阿魏植物资源保护提供理...  相似文献

Disa cardinalis and three populations within the D. tripetaloides species complex contain variation in their chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) variability. All four taxa possessed unique cpDNAs and sequence divergence values ranged from 0.34 to 1.03%. A phylogeny of these genomes was reconstructed, along with the genomes of three other species, D. racemosa, D. uniflora and D. venosa, all of which are also section Disa and series RAcemosae, to determine the relationship of these closely related species to the D. tripetaloides complex. A phylogeny of the taxa using morphological data was also reconstructed. Outgroup comparison was made with D. sagittalis, a member of section Coryphaea. Although the molecular and morphological data were not completely congruent, both data types revealed D. cardinalis, rather than D. tripetaloides ssp. aurata, to be more closely allied with D. tripetaloides ssp. tripetaloides, suggesting that D. tripetaloides ssp. aurata should be elevated to species rank. Additionally, the high sequence divergence observed between the Natal and Cape populations, coupled with their geographical isolation and alternate flowering seasons, suggests that these two D. tripetaloides ssp. tripetaloides populations may, in fact, be more appropriately ranked as subspecies.  相似文献

Truncatelloid gastropods are one of the most species‐rich subterranean invertebrate groups. Their current taxonomy is based on morphological characters. However, this is not a comprehensive approach and does not take into account the degree of phylogenetic divergence between stygobiont populations inhabiting hydrologically isolated but geographically close caves. We studied two Paladilhiopsis populations of a small and isolated karstic area (Mecsek Mountains, Hungary) with two hydrologically separated cave systems, investigating morphological (shell morphometrics) and genetic (COI, 16S) divergence together. The populations differed both morphologically and genetically: we found strong divergence in the relative width of the shell (best described by the variable “shell angle”) and a 6.4% divergence in COI. This provides strong support for the presence of two distinct taxa; however, it is still doubtful whether they differ at the species or the subspecies level. In one of the caves, we found representatives of both haplotypes (and phenotypes), which can be explained by secondary contact after an allopatric divergence.  相似文献

Streptocarpus ionanthus (Gesneriaceae) is endemic to Tanzania and Kenya, distributed in Tanga, Morogoro, and Kilifi regions. The species houses nine subspecies characterized by complex morphotypes and poorly understood evolutionary relationships, and thus is an ideal model for investigating evolutionary dynamics over time. Using multiple methods, we sought to test our hypothesis that the infraspecific taxa in Str. ionanthus are slightly variable and evolving populations. We first examined the genetic diversity, population differentiation, and phylogeographic structure among the populations of Str. ionanthus using both chloroplast and nuclear markers. We then estimated the divergence time of Str. ionanthus lineages and modeled past and future distribution. Despite Str. ionanthus exhibiting bottleneck events across its range, the populations maintain relatively high genetic diversity attributed to historical population admixture or local adaptation arising from habitat heterogeneity. The phylogeographic and genetic structure revealed a high connection among the Usambara mountains populations, while molecular dating suggested most diversification of haplotypes began ~1.32–0.18 million years ago and intensified toward the present, a conclusion of recent diversification. Phylogenetic relationship of Str. ionanthus cpDNA haplotypes revealed five main lineages with unique haplotypes that could be suggestive of past isolated refugia during the Pleistocene climate shifts. According to niche modeling, the stability of suitable areas during the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) offered protective micro-habitats that have preserved the genetic diversity of Str. ionanthus to date. In conclusion, our findings suggest a complex Str. ionanthus with slightly variable lineages or populations attributed to multiple refugia and on the verge of divergence.  相似文献

Color pattern was one of the most important characters used to diagnose species in the genus Lepidocyrtus until the introduction of chaetotaxy to Collembola taxonomy. Chaetotaxy confirmed most species diagnoses based only on color patterns, but a number of populations with distinct pigmentation patterns have been found to be identical in all other morphological characters. The absence of individuals showing intermediate color patterns prompted Yoshii to suggest that, despite chaetotaxic identity, populations with distinct color forms represent valid species (implying reproductive isolation and therefore biological species) in what he designated as "color pattern species." In Puerto Rico Lepidocyrtus biphasis, L. dispar, and L. caprilesi show a remarkable variation in pigmentation and as a group include 11 different color forms. Here I present a phylogenetic analysis of the cytochrome oxidase I gene (COI) in 17 species of Lepidocyrtus and Pseudosinella, including 11 species and 10 color forms of Puerto Rican Lepidocyrtus, to test Yoshii's color pattern species concept. The analysis shows large genetic distances between species defined based on morphology alone (morphospecies) and between most color variants within morphospecies. The most often used calibration for the COI molecular clock (2.3% sequence divergence per million years) suggests that morphospecies diverged between 20 and 25 million years before present while color forms within morphospecies diverged between 8 and 19 million years ago. This indicates that changes in climate and sea levels during the Pleistocene were irrelevant to the speciation process in the Puerto Rican Lepidocyrtus. Examination of the genetic variation, phylogenetic relationships, and collection data in light of the biological and phylogenetic species concepts supports the hypothesis that most populations of morphospecies differing only in color pattern are distinct species, thus validating Yoshii's color pattern species concept. As a result it is suggested that morphological characters traditionally used in species diagnoses are very conservative indicators of genetic divergence, that the diversity of springtails has been greatly underestimated, and that studies concerned with identifying factors promoting speciation in Collembola could be misled if they do not include analysis of mitochondrial markers.  相似文献

Arundinaria macclureana是在现代植物学中根据在西藏采集的标本描述的第一个竹子。其模式标本是1938年采集的,但只有花枝,没有地下茎、秆箨等重要特征。尽管如此,该种还成为了新属Borinda的模式种。在研究了其模式标本后,使本文第一作者联想起1991年在藏东南采集的西藏箭竹(Fargesia setosa)。西藏箭竹的模式标本采集于1977年,但只有营养体,没有花枝。在对比研究两个名称的模式后,确认二者实为同种。经与共同作者一起讨论,认为其正确学名为Fargesia macclureana,但该种所在的筱竹属群的关系还有待进一步的研究。  相似文献

荒漠猫(Felis bieti)是中国特有的野生猫科动物, 也是世界上最鲜为人知的猫科动物之一, 在IUCN濒危物种红色名录中列为易危(Vulnerable, VU), 在我国被列为国家一级重点保护野生动物。本文对荒漠猫的野外分布现状、分类学地位、遗传多样性、演化史以及致危因素等近期研究进展进行了综述和展望, 以期为荒漠猫的保护提供科学依据。荒漠猫定名于1892年, 其分类学地位长期存在争议。形态学证据支持其独立物种的划分, 但分子遗传学研究则表明荒漠猫与亚洲野猫(Felis silvestris ornata)等野猫亚种之间的演化距离相当, 建议将其归为野猫亚种(F. s. bieti)。然而研究也表明包括荒漠猫在内的各野猫支系之间的分歧时间已有100万年以上, 因此解决野猫类群分类学争议的另一种可能是将所有野猫亚种提升为物种水平, 从而维持荒漠猫的独立物种地位, 不过这需要对所有野猫类群在全基因组层面深入全面地分析。最新的基因组学研究揭示荒漠猫与亚洲野猫(F. s. ornata)存在着古老的基因交流, 与青藏高原同域家猫之间存在近期且广泛的基因渗透。该遗传杂交信号以荒漠猫到家猫为主并局限于荒漠猫分布区, 时间尺度对应于20世纪中叶, 可能与藏区社会经济的发展以及家猫种群在当地的增长有关。该发现也意味着青藏高原增长的家猫种群对于同域分布的野猫产生的遗传影响将是亟需关注的问题。IUCN最新评估结果显示, 荒漠猫明确分布区域仅限于青藏高原东部, 包括青海东部、四川西北部、甘肃西南部以及紧邻青海的西藏东南部局部区域。荒漠猫当前面临着包括鼠药施用造成的二次毒害、毛皮贸易、开发建设造成的栖息地的丧失和碎片化、路撞以及与同域家猫杂交等在内的直接或潜在威胁。对荒漠猫开展更全面的调查和深入的研究以及评估并制定有效的保护管理措施, 是保护我国唯一的特有猫科动物的重要举措。  相似文献

大量研究表明在箭竹-冷云杉林下,竹类对冷杉的影响大于其它树种。在卧龙自然保护区岷江冷杉(Abies faxoniana)林下,华西箭竹(Fargesia nitida)为灌木层优势种。为了进一步了解箭竹对岷江冷杉幼苗更新的影响,该文采用样带法在四川省卧龙自然保护区亚高山岷江冷杉林林缘,针对华西箭竹和岷江冷杉幼苗展开调查研究。以竹丛覆盖区域为边界,分别向竹丛外2 m (带1)、1 m (带2),向竹丛内1 m (带3)、2 m (带4)、3 m (带5)做5条长30 m的相邻样带,每条样带划分为30个连续的1 m×1 m小样方。对岷江冷杉幼苗数量动态、种群结构、生长与生物量的研究表明: 1)离竹丛越远,大年龄岷江冷杉幼苗数量越多;岷江冷杉幼苗转化率(下一径级苗木数量与前一径级苗木数量之比)随年龄增加而减小,随离竹丛距离增大而增大。2)苗木高度与径级结构相似,随深入竹丛,幼苗数量峰值的径级和高度级分布从较大径级(Ⅲ)向小径级(Ⅰ)变化。3)华西箭竹的存在抑制了岷江冷杉小径级幼苗(Ⅰ)的高生长,基径与高度的回归也表明离竹丛越远,高生长相对更大;但一定密度华西箭竹(带4)增大了大径级(Ⅲ)岷江冷杉幼苗冠幅的扩展。4)岷江冷杉幼苗总生物量随华西箭竹密度的增高而减小,华西箭竹的大量存在抑制岷江冷杉幼苗对地下生物量的分配。总的看来,一定密度华西箭竹环境下岷江冷杉幼苗的生长和更新较好,华西箭竹大量分布的区域,岷江冷杉幼苗的更新和生长受到抑制,可能会影响岷江冷杉种群的扩散以及群落的发展。  相似文献

Fusarium pseudograminearum causes crown rot of wheat in Australia and most other wheat growing regions, but its evolutionary history is largely unknown. We demonstrate for the first time that F. pseudograminearum is a single phylogenetic species without consistent lineage development across genes. Isolates of F. pseudograminearum, F. graminearum sensu lato, and F. cerealis, were collected from four countries and four single copy, nuclear genes were partially sequenced, aligned with previously published sequences of these and related species, and analysed by maximum parsimony and Bayesian inference. Evolutionary divergence varied between genes, with high phylogenetic incongruence occurring between the gene genealogies. The absence of geographic differentiation between isolates indicates that the introduction of new fungal strains to a region has the potential to introduce new pathogenic and toxigenic genes into the native population through sexual recombination.  相似文献

Fascioliasis is an important human and animal disease caused by Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica. In Iran, the distribution of these two species overlaps in most areas, including the northern human endemic province of Gilan where both fasciolids are simultaneously found in individual cattle and buffaloes. A phenotypic study of fasciolid adult flukes from naturally infected bovines from Gilan was carried out by means of an exhaustive morphometric analysis using traditional microscopic measurements and an allometric model. The Iranian fasciolids were compared to F. hepatica and F. gigantica standard populations, i.e. from geographical areas where both species do not co-exist (Bolivia and Burkina Faso, respectively). Although morphometric values somewhat overlapped, there were clear differences in allometric growth. The allometric function was adjusted to 25 pairs of variables. Results obtained revealed that Iranian F. hepatica-like specimens are larger than the F. hepatica standard and Iranian F. gigantica-like specimens are longer and narrower than the F. gigantica standard, but with smaller body area. Measurements which permit a specific differentiation in allopatric populations (distance between ventral sucker and posterior end of the body; ratio between body length and body width) overlap in the specimens from Gilan, thus proving the presence of intermediate forms. When compared to the standard populations, the different Iranian fasciolid morphs show greater differences in F. gigantica-like specimens than in F. hepatica-like specimens. This study shows that simple, traditional microscopic measurements may be sufficient for the morphometric characterisation of fasciolids, even in areas where intermediate forms are present.  相似文献

The giant fennel, Ferula communis L. (Apiaceae) is a circum-Mediterranean species responsible of severe haemorrhagic intoxication of livestock. Electrophoretic analysis of 14 putative enzyme loci was carried out to assess genetic differentiation among poisonous and non-poisonous chemotypes of F. communis in Sardinia. Genetic structuring characterises all the five populations examined. However, differentiation was higher between poisonous and non-poisonous populations (P<0.00001), and was independent from geographic distances, suggesting a reduced gene flow between the two chemotypes.  相似文献

为了摸清甘肃省土著鱼类资源与分布现状, 探索DNA条形码在鱼类辅助物种鉴定中的适用性, 2012年6-9月对甘肃境内黄河水系、嘉陵江水系和河西内陆河水系进行了较全面的鱼类调查。共采集鱼类标本3,087尾, 隶属于5目10科38属64种, 以鲤科种类最多, 为30种, 占总种数的46.88%。物种多样性分析表明, 在黄河水系的夏河和庄浪河多样性指数是所有调查点中最低的, 分别为1.38和1.09。嘉陵江水系各河段的多样性指数较高(H = 2.15-3.27), 其次为河西内陆河水系(H = 2.01-2.83)。在河西内陆河水系中, 疏勒河的均匀度指数最高, 为1.10, 黑河最低(0.68)。庄浪河的优势度指数最高, 为0.34, 而嘉陵江干流两当段的优势度指数在所有调查点中最低, 为0.04。利用DNA条形码分析了49种662尾标本的COI基因部分序列, 大部分种类在neighbor-joining系统树中形成各自的单系, 种内平均遗传距离0.88%, 种间平均遗传距离为9.99%, 在种内和种间COI序列遗传距离之间形成明显的条形码间隙, 斯氏高原鳅(Triplophysa stoliczkae)与达里湖高原鳅(T. dalaica), 甘肃高原鳅(T. robusta)与似鲇高原鳅(T. siluroides), 嘉陵裸裂尻鱼(Schizopygopsis kialingensis)与黄河裸裂尻鱼(S. pylzovi)之间的遗传距离低于2%, 甘肃高原鳅与似鲇高原鳅不能通过COI基因片段区分开, 其他两对物种可以采用核苷酸诊断法来进一步区分。斯氏高原鳅和拉氏鱼岁(Phoxinus lagowskii)种内遗传分歧较大, 揭示种内可能存在隐存种。结果表明, 对某些近缘种和不同地理种群差异较大的物种, 要将分子、形态和地理分布特点结合起来才能准确鉴定。  相似文献
