白菜型油菜自交亲和性变异分析   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
对不同来源的85份白菜型油菜品种的自交亲和指数研究表明,白菜型油菜的自交亲和性存在较大幅度的变异,自交亲和指数在0.00~9.28之间,这种变异不仅存在于品种间,而且存在于品种内不同个体间。85份参试材料中,自交亲和指数小于1的有50个品种;35个品种自交亲和指数大于1,自交亲和指数在1.00~9.28之间,其中亲和指数大于4的材料有28、44、45、55x、75、119、123、139号品种等。依据自交亲和指数,可将参试材料分为4种类型:高自交亲和类型(自交亲和指数>4.00);自交亲和类型(自交亲和指数1.00~3.99);自交不亲和类型(0.00< 自交亲和指数<1.00);高自交不亲和类型(自交亲和指数=0.00)。自交亲和性因地区而异,一般西部地区的品种自交亲和性高于其它地区的品种。  相似文献

为了判断芸芥(Eruca sativa)自交亲和性的变异情况, 采用套袋自交、剥蕾自交和开放授粉3种方法, 对来源于中国、伊朗和巴基斯坦的52份芸芥的自交亲和指数及相对亲和指数进行了统计分析。结果表明: (1) 芸芥为高度自交不亲和植物, 其不同品种(系)中存在自交亲和基因; (2) 芸芥不同品种间自交亲和性存在广泛的变异, 品种间自交亲和指数介于0-4.98之间, 品种内不同个体间自交亲和性也存在广泛的变异; (3) 参试材料分为4种类型, 即高自交亲和、自交亲和、自交不亲和(0<自交亲和指数<1.00)及高自交不亲和; (4) 芸芥自交亲和性因生态类型而异, 西南地区的材料自交亲和性最高, 西北地区次之, 华北地区最低。总之, 芸芥为一种高度自交不亲和植物, 其自交亲和性状存在广泛的变异, 共有4种变异类型。  相似文献

为探明油茶的自交亲和状况,以山茶属攸县油茶(Camellia yuhsienensis Hu)、浙江红山茶(C.chekiangoleosa Hu)、多齿红山茶(C.polyodonta How)、南山茶(C.semiserrata Chi)、为试验材料,采用自交异交控制授粉,结合田间座果率动态调查,统计分析不同授粉处理后的结实性及果实的性状特征,并计算自交亲和指数。结果表明,4份材料的自交亲和指数有差异,自交亲和指数高低依次为:攸县油茶(0.288 8)多齿红花油茶(0.251 1)浙江红花油茶(0.122 2)南山茶(0)。4个物种自交亲和指数均小于1,因而,认为4个物种均为自交不亲和植物。4种授粉方式后的结实率及结籽数呈现异株异花自由授粉同株异花自交自花自交的趋势。在蒴果性状上,自交处理所得果实的性状指标均低于异交处理水平。油茶自交授粉后,落果迅速,异株异交授粉处理在各个时期座果率均高于自交处理的水平。4种油茶具有普遍自交不亲和性,自交不亲和是4个物种落花落果,结实低,产量低的主要原因。  相似文献

依据甘蓝SRK基因保守序列设计SRK特异引物并进行验证,通过PCR-RFLP法分析16份不结球白菜自交系材料的SRK基因的多态性,根据其差异鉴定不结球白菜S单元型及自交不亲和性.结果表明:16个不结球白菜自交系SRK基因共产生6种不同的带型,其中有1个是强自交不亲和系,4个是弱自交不亲和系,且与田间测定的亲和指数相符,说明利用SRK基因的多态性鉴定不结球白菜纯合自交系的自交不亲和性和S单元型是可行的.同时对部分材料的SRK基因的核苷酸序列进行分析验证,表明相同类型SRK基因序列一致性较高,且SRK基因存在明显的单核苷酸多态性,为进一步自交不亲和性的研究奠定了基础.  相似文献

以菊花品种杂交为对照,通过自交亲和指数、受精作用及自交有性过程荧光显微镜观察,对菊花自交不亲和性进行了研究。结果表明:菊花自交难以结实,具不亲和性;菊花自交不亲和的反应部位在雌蕊柱头,表现为花粉粒粘附少、萌发率低及诱导胼胝质生成,花粉管在柱头上出现各种异常现象而难以进入花柱。  相似文献

配子体自交不亲和植物的自交不亲和性是由雌蕊自交不亲和因子和花粉自交不亲和因子相互作用的结果。目前已经分离和鉴定了雌蕊自交不亲和基因及其表达产物。最近从金鱼草、Prumusdulcis、梅等植物中分离的F-box基因,它具有花粉S基因特点,即在花药、成熟的花粉和花粉管中特异表达;在基因位置上,与S-RNase基因紧密连锁;不同物种或同一物种不同品种F-box基因间核苷酸和氨基酸序列上存在高度多态性。通过分子生物学方法和杂交授粉试验证明所分离的F-box基因是花粉自交不亲和基因,但目前尚未分离出该类基因相应的表达蛋白。主要综述了配子体自交不亲和植物花粉自交不亲和基因的发现、基因的结构、雌蕊自交不亲和因子和花粉自交不亲和因子相互作用的模型。  相似文献

茄科的多数种类具有自交不亲和的特点, 主要通过异花传粉结实; 但是, 一些物种或者物种内的部分种群或者个体却高度自交亲合, 转变为自交的繁育系统。该科植物山莨菪(Anisodus tanguticus)主要分布在青藏高原, 开花较早, 比其他晚开花的植物种类更加缺少有效的异花传粉昆虫。我们选择了位于不同海拔高度的2个种群进行比较研究, 主要目的是检验该物种的繁育系统是否在极端环境下由于传粉者的缺乏而发生了部分改变。研究发现,山莨菪的花不完全雌性先熟, 柱头和花药间的平均距离随着花开放时间的延长而不断缩小, 但两者在多数花的单花花期结束时并没有发生接触。因此, 山莨菪花主要表现为适应异花传粉的雌雄异位特征。然而, 少数花 (4.9%)的柱头和花药发生接触, 为“自动自交”的传粉解除了空间隔离。2个种群的多数个体存在自交不亲和机制, 应具有异花传粉的繁育系统; 但是部分个体具有明显的自交亲和能力, 为自交提供了生理基础。高海拔种群的传粉昆虫主要是厕蝇(Fannia sp.), 它们在不同植株间的活动能够保证异花传粉结实; 同时该种群的部分个体存在“自动自交”。低海拔种群的主要访花昆虫是蚂蚁, 它们在花内的活动导致花粉在同一朵花内传递, 而引起“协助自交”; 而异花传粉昆虫厕蝇的访花频率则较高海拔种群低。两个种群的结实均由于异花传粉者不足而受到传粉限制。因此两种不同类型的自交机制为该早期开花植物异花访花昆虫的不足提供了一定程度上的繁殖补偿。  相似文献

Two cycles of artificial selection were performed to increase autogamous fruiting in two wild populations of the self-incompatible Phlox drummondii, to decrease autogamous fruiting in two wild populations of the self-compatible Phlox cuspidata, and to both increase and decrease autogamous fruiting in a cultivar of P. drummondii which is pseudo-self-compatible. The breeding systems were determined to be genetically quite flexible, independent of inbreeding depression and other genetic phenomena which could hinder a breeding system shift. This is especially true for increasing autogamy. Self-pollen-pistil compatibility seems to be the single character affected by selection. Based on the continuous variation in both autogamy and self-compatibility, we suggest that the change has been due to genes which modify the self-incompatibility reaction rather than to the simple segregation of alleles at the S-locus.  相似文献

Abstract The pollination biology of Heloniopsis orientalis was investigated in the lowlands of south central Japan. The receptive stigma emerges from the perianth before the opening of the perianth, and anther dehiscence is late about two days for perianth opening. The flower therefore is protogynous even though no insects visit the unopen flowers. Receptivity of the stigma is maintained for about 8 days, and even the 10 day-old flower can produce seeds. Self-pollination may be rather common in H. orientalis , which is self-compatible, in particular in the flowers which open on days unfavorable for insect activity. Many species of Diptera and Hymenoptera forage on the flowers, and almost any insect can be their pollinator. Long life, self-compatibility of the flowers, and many kinds of pollinators seem to be factors favoring H. orientalis , which blooms in very early spring when the pollinator supply is unstable but which nevertheless bears many seeds.  相似文献

The reproductive biology of four Japanese Calystegia species (Convolvulaceae) was studied to examine the effects of clonality and population structure on reproductive success. Calystegia soldanella, C. hederacea, and C. japonica are self-incompatible, while C. sepium is self-compatible but needs pollinator services for self-pollination. The showy, bisexual flowers of Calystegia offer pollen and nectar that attract many kinds of insects such as bees and syrphid flies. Clones of C. soldanella often formed mats just above the high tide line on beaches and produced a great number of seeds. Calystegia hederacea and C. japonica were distributed as patches of separate clones and often failed to transfer pollen grains among clones. Fruit and seed sets in C. hederacea and C. japonica were not limited by pollinators but by the number of compatible pollen grains. Although C. sepium clones were also distributed in patches, high and stable fecundity was achieved by self-compatibility and pollinator attraction. We suggest that self-compatibility in C. sepium has evolved under fertilization limitation caused by geitonogamy or facilitated selfing.  相似文献

Deceptive orchid species that offer no floral rewards to pollinators often experience pollinator limitation because they. The breeding system and fruit set were investigated in order to examine pollinator limitation for a population of a deceptive orchid, Pogonia japonica , on a floating peat mat in Mizorogaike Pond, western Japan. Fruit sets for outcross-pollinated, self-pollinated and pollinator-excluded flowers were 75%, 80%, and 0%, respectively. Thus, this species was self-compatible but neither autogamous nor apogamous. The fruit set for open-pollinated flowers was 22.9% and 17.4% in 1994 and 1995, suggesting that pollinator limitation did occur in the field. Larger flowers were more likely to develop into fruit than smaller ones in open pollination (36% vs 8%). Thus, flower size seems to affect fruiting of this species. No effective visits by major pollinators such as bees, which could carry pollinia, were observed during 16.5 h of observation during daytime. Instead, thrips were often found moving on gynostemium or pollinia and circumstantial evidence that suggests thrips may partly transfer pollen in pieces out of a granular pollinium of P. japonica was obtained. Pogonia japonica should come to use thrips as a pollinator to supplement low fruit set under limited flower visitation by major pollinators.  相似文献

Pollen tube growth is essential for the fertilization process in angiosperms. When pollen grains arrive on the stigma, they germinate, and the pollen tubes elongate through the styles of the pistils to deliver sperm cells into the ovules to produce the seeds. The relationship between the growth rate and style length remains unclear. In previous studies, we developed a liquid pollen germination medium for observing pollen tube growth. In this study, using this medium, we examined the pollen tube growth ability in Petunia axillaris subsp. axillaris, P. axillaris subsp. parodii, P. integrifolia, and P. occidentalis, which have different style lengths. Petunia occidentalis had the longest pollen tubes after 6 h of culture but had a relatively shorter style. Conversely, the pollination experiments revealed that P. axillaris subsp. parodii, which had the longest style, produced the longest pollen tubes in vivo. The results revealed no clear relationship between the style lengths and the growth rate of pollen tubes in vitro. Interspecific pollinations indicated that the styles affected pollen tube growth. We concluded that, in vitro, the pollen tubes grow without being affected by the styles, whereas, in vivo, the styles significantly affected pollen tube growth. Furthermore, interspecific pollination experiments implied that the pollen tube growth tended to be suppressed in the styles of self-incompatibility species. Finally, we discussed the pollen tube growth ability in relation to style lengths.  相似文献

Species of Coriaria are wind-pollinated and self-compatible. Discrepancies in the literature regarding sex expression in the genus may be attributed to inter- and intra-floral dichogamy. The southern hemisphere species and the Himalayan C. terminalis are evergreen phanerophytes or high elevation hemicryptophytes, which flower on new wood. Their racemes are many-flowered and are produced singly (terminal) or more usually in pairs in the axils at each node, and contain protogynous, hermaphrodite flowers. The northern hemisphere species are deciduous phanerophytes, which flower on old wood. Their racemes are few-flowered but aggregated in axillary clusters of up to 12 per node; sex expression is andromonoecious or monoecious (depending on species), with inter-floral protandry and intra-floral protogyny. In this lineage of species the evolution of a deciduous habit, the presentation of an initial male phase (inter-floral protandry), and the aggregation of many, few-flowered racemes at each node are interpreted as responses to selection pressures in the seasonal climate of a northern, mixed woodland environment.  相似文献

The floral phenology, fruit and seed production, and self-compatibility of Werauhia gladioliflora, an epiphytic bromeliad with a wide distribution, were studied in a premontane forest in the Monteverde area in Costa Rica. The species presents the pollination syndrome of chiropterophily, and it is visited by the small bats Hylonycteris underwoodi and Glossophaga commissarisi (Glossophaginae). The population flowering period extended from October to early December (end of rainy season) and seed dispersal occurred from February to April (dry season). Most plants opened a single flower per night, either every day or at one-day intervals during the flowering period. In natural conditions, the average fruit set amounted to almost half of the potential output, but individual fecundity (number of seeds) remained high. Seed number per fruit and germination capacity after artificial selfing and out-crossing treatments did not differ from natural pollination conditions. Werauhia gladioliflora exhibited high levels of autonomous self-pollination and self-compatibility at the individual and population level, characters associated with the epiphytic habitat. These reproductive traits are also associated with early colonizer species, yet life history traits, such as seed dispersal, seedling establishment success, and growth, are likely to have a major role in determining the presence of this species in the successional vegetation patches scattered over the studied premontane area.  相似文献
