研究不同刈割程度对紫花苜蓿生长和相关生理指标影响的结果表明:适度刈割可以提高苜蓿的再生能力和生物量;刈割后苜蓿的叶绿素a含量和叶绿素a/b比值及净光合速率均增加;其叶中的可溶性糖含量也增加,轻度刈割的最高,重度刈割的次之,不刈割的最低。  相似文献

研究了12个国内外紫化苜蓿品种在渭北旱塬丘陵沟壑区根系的发育能力。结果表明,根系生物量、根系体积、侧根数在不同紫花苜蓿品种间差异显,在土壤中从表层到深层逐渐递减;侧根的发生部化受不同深度土壤含水量的影响。占0~50cm土层根系生物量66.5%的根系集中分布在0~20cm土层中。而侧根发生的主要部位在0~20cm的主根段,40cm以下没有侧根发生。通过聚类分析,可把12个紫花苜蓿品种分为3类,其中WL-323ML、两香、苜蓿王、巨人在渭北呈塬丘陵沟壑区根系发育好,具有较强的根系发育能力。  相似文献

研究了9个紫花苜蓿品种在黄土高原丘陵沟壑区根系的发育能力,结果表明,紫花苜蓿侧根发生的主要部位在距地表10-20cm的主根段,50cm以下没有侧根发生,品种间侧根发生总数以Sandili和Ameristand201最大,陇东苜蓿最低;品种间根系体积和生物量的垂直分布,除Sandili,Amerigraze401,Ameristand201在土壤20-30cm层的根系体积的生物量大于10-20cm层的根系体积和生物量外,其余品种表现为从土壤表层到深层逐次递减。品种间根系生物量从Ameristand201最大,为170.54g,陇东苜蓿最低,仅为38.25g,是Ameristand201的22.4%;品种占有的地下资源空间Ameristand201和Sandili较大,陇东苜蓿最小,经聚类分析,参试的9个品种可分为3类,其中Sandili,Amerigraze401和Ameristand201在黄土高原丘陵沟壑区根系发育良好。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,研究了不同刈割频度对绵毛优若藜地上生物量和根系的影响.结果显示:(1)不同刈割处理下绵毛优若藜地上生物量及其营养成分百分含量差异极显著(P<0.01),地上生物量随刈割频度增大呈先增大后减小,其1次刈割生物量最大,单株均值高达5.63g;随刈割次数增加其地上部分的粗脂肪和粗蛋白百分含量均极显著提高,而粗纤维和粗灰分的百分含量则均极显著降低.(2)与不刈割相比,不同频度的刈割均能使根系生物量、根系体积总量和主根直径减少,并随着刈割频度的增大显著减少.(3)刈割显著抑制植株主根伸长,也限制侧根发生,使整个根系在土壤中的分布因刈割频度增大而逐渐变浅,刈割频度≤1时,植物根系主要分布在0~30cm的土层中;刈割频度≥2时,植物根系基本分布在0~20cm的土层中.试验结果说明,绵毛优若藜在民勤沙区适应低频度刈割管理,即1年刈割1次,其地上生物量最大,而根系受影响最小.  相似文献

刈割强度、刈割时间和施肥状况对燕麦的补偿有明显影响作用。在不施肥条件下,分蘖期轻度刈割有利于植物的补偿作用,拔节期重度刈割以及重复刈割影响植物生长。施肥可以提高受适度刈割损害植物的补偿程度。无论施肥与否,燕麦都没有发生明显的超补偿现象。但在施肥条件下,留茬高度8cm的刈割处理使燕麦在一定程度上提高了植物的生产力,尤其是秆叶的干重。  相似文献

城市绿化草坪的管理有许多尚待解决的问题。本文对绿化草坪进行了刈割和拔除杂草的实验处理,分析了刈割和拔除杂草对草坪生长的影响。结果表明,用刈割的方法管理草坪比用拔除杂草的方法管理更能防止其它杂草的生长,有利于优势草种的生长以及维持草坪的平整和美观,最终在草坪管理中节省人力和物力,并就城市草坪的管理问题提几点建议。  相似文献

通过1996年大田试验研究了黄土高原半干旱区春小麦苗期(三叶-心期)受到不同强度刈割伤害(模拟动物的采食)后的补偿作用,结果,在大田试验条件下,受轻度刈割(刈割一半叶面积,H0,H1),春小麦的补偿效应大于受重度刈割(刈割全部叶面积T0,T1)春小麦的补偿效应,且都低于未受刈割处理(对照,CK0,CK1),即CK0>H0>T0;CK1>H1>T1,刈割处理后,灌溉一次水(CK1,H1,T1)虽可增强其补偿能力,促进小麦的生长,但仍为低补偿。  相似文献

施肥和刈割对冷地早熟禾补偿生长的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以青藏高原东部高寒草甸常见牧草冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila)为研究对象,比较研究了肥力和不同刈割处理对植物生长和生物量补偿的影响。实验采用随机设计,肥力分为施肥和不施肥,刈割处理为刈割时间、刈割频度和刈割强度3因子组合。结果表明:不刈割情况下,施肥显著促进冷地早熟禾的生长,而在刈割情况下,施肥对植物的生长没有明显的促进作用甚至有负作用。不施肥,刈割可促进冷地早熟禾地上生物量的增加并发生超补偿,但补偿程度因刈割强度、刈割频度和刈割时间而异;施肥时,刈割没有或很少促进植株发生超补偿。超补偿发生时,资源贫瘠的条件可能是必需的。冷地早熟禾发生超补偿可能是以损耗地下部分的资源为代价的,刈割刺激分蘖的增加对超补偿的发生也有一定的贡献。  相似文献

刈割加遮荫对互花米草生长和存活的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该研究比较了在5月份实施刈割加不同程度遮荫处理后,互花米草地上部分和地下根茎6个月内的生长与死亡状况。结果表明:(1)单纯刈割处理在前2个月显著降低互花米草株高和生物量等生长指标(P0.05),随后地上部分生长和开花特征逐渐恢复并接近对照水平;而地下根茎存活率一直呈下降趋势;(2)刈割后加不同程度遮荫处理均可以有效抑制互花米草的生长并导致植株死亡,抑制效果显著高于单纯刈割的处理(P0.05),且遮荫程度越高抑制作用越明显。(3)刈割后加1层遮荫、2层遮荫和3层遮荫处理的平均透光率分别为15.27%、2.29%和0.31%,分别于11月份、7月份和7月份时导致互花米草地上部分全部死亡,至11月份时地下根茎存活率分别为3.68%、2.09%和1.70%,接近全部死亡。综合考虑治理费用、治理所需时间和治理效果,刈割后加1层遮荫是经济、有效的控制互花米草的方法。  相似文献

在田间试验条件下,以青花5号花生品种为材料,研究了不同生育时期断根对花生功能叶片光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明:适期断根(花后20d)可促进花生叶片生长,显著提高叶面积指数,且维持较高的叶面积指数和叶绿素含量的时间较长;植株功能叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率较高,胞间CO2浓度较低,光合效率显著提高;可增加花生结果数量和果重,提高单株生产力,显著提高荚果产量和经济系数。过早断根(花后5d至10d)叶面积增长慢、峰值低、后期下降快,叶绿素含量低;功能叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率峰值低且峰值过后下降速度快,而胞间CO2浓度一直维持在较高水平;断根时间越早,产量越低。过晚(花后25d)断根不利于叶面积指数的发展和较高叶绿素含量的维持,基本不影响花生叶片各光合性能指标,对产量影响较少。研究认为,开花后20d断根可作为花生栽培中的一项技术措施。  相似文献

Oxygen shortage in soils can occur following a wide range of natural circumstances, affecting the plant's physiology. In this paper the performance of nodulated lucerne plants under severe hypoxia is examined and the mechanisms involved to achieve this adaptation are discussed. Nodulated lucerne plants ( Medicago sativa L.) were grown with their rooting medium exposed to 1 or 21 kPa oxygen. Final yield, as expressed on a shoot dry weight basis, was unaffected but root and nodule dry weights were reduced by 50%. Water content in roots and nodules was higher at 1 kPa as a result of the formation of aerenchyma. Specific acetylene reduction activity was higher in hypoxic nodules as a consequence of modified nodule structure, although they were more sensitive to the presence of acetylene or nitrate. Root respiration was insensitive to changes in external oxygen supply, therefore providing adequate support for mineral uptake. Nodule respiration rates were 5 times higher in control plants when measured as CO2 evolution, whereas no differences were observed in O2 uptake. It is suggested that adaptation of nodulated lucerne to low oxygen concentrations involves changes in photosynthate allocation and nodule morphology, which provide a more efficient nitrogen fixation.  相似文献

Plants respond to their environment through adaptations such as root proliferation in nutrient-rich patches. Through their burrows and casts production in soil, earthworms create heterogeneity which could lead to local root adaptations or systemic effects. To investigate the effect of earthworms on root system morphology and determine whether earthworm effect is local or systemic, we set up two independent split root experiments with rice or barley, (i) without earthworm (CC), (ii) with earthworms in both compartments (EE), and (iii) with earthworms in one single compartment (CE). Earthworms had an effect on belowground plant biomass. The relative length of thick roots decreased with an increasing abundance of earthworms. Some root diameter classes responded to earthworm number in a linear or curvilinear way, making simple conclusions difficult. We found no difference in root biomass or morphology between the two compartments of the split root system in the CE treatment, but a positive effect of earthworm biomass on root biomass, volume, surface area, and length at the whole plant level. Results supported a systemic effect dependent on earthworm abundance. Modification of nutrient mineralization, soil physical structure, and/or the concentration of signal molecules could all be responsible for this systemic effect.  相似文献

Root development, including depth distribution, was followed in pure barley stands (Hordeum distichum, L.) with or without nitrogen fertilization and in barley undersown with lucerne (Medicago sativa L.) or meadow fescue (Festuca pratensis, Huds.). The number of roots per 5 cm depth level down to 1 m was counted frequently during the growing season using mini-rhizotrons, i.e., transparent tubes inserted into the soil. Root biomass at different depths down to 1 m was estimated from soil cores taken one month before harvest. The results from the two methods were compared and root counts in the different treatments were compared with the above-ground growth and production. Nitrogen-fertilized barley in pure stand had the highest biomass both above and below ground. According to the mini-rhizotron observations this treatment also had a deeper and denser root system, until barley harvest, than the other treatments. After barley harvest, roots from the undersown lucerne continued to increase, whereas the number of roots in the undersown meadow fescue remained the same. The root system in barley/meadow fescue did not penetrate into the subsoil, where more than 60% of the number of roots in barley undersown with lucerne were found. In general, the mini-rhizotron results indicated a higher relative abundance of roots in the deeper layers than the root biomass estimated with the soil coring method.  相似文献

将厚塑料紧密地固定在盆栽试验用桶壁和底的中央,玉米种子播种于厚塑料布的正上方,在均匀灌水、固定部分根区灌水和根系分区交替灌水3种方式下,分期测定两个1/2根区根系的长度、面积、干重以及单位面积的平均根长和比根长,研究不同根区根系的生长发育特征。结果表明,处理40d时,与其他根区相比,固定灌水非灌水区的比根长和单位面积平均根长明显增大,说明土壤水分减少使根系直径变小。根面积、长度以及干重的增长速率均表现为,处理0~5d内,与均匀灌水及其非灌水区相比,两种局部灌水的灌水区均显著增大;处理10~15d内,交替灌水的灌水区较其他根区明显增大,固定灌水的灌水区与均匀灌水相近。固定灌水时,灌水区根系的面积、长度、干重及其增长速率较之非灌水区显著增大;交替灌水时,两个根区的增长速率呈交替变化,其绝对数值随时间延长趋于相同。表明交替灌水不仅可刺激供水区根系的补偿生长,而且对恢复供水区也有补偿效应,并能够促使不同根区的根系均衡发展。  相似文献

在水培和盆载条件下研究了砷对小麦根系生长及活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明:随砷浓度的提高,小麦胚根、次生根条数减少,总根长度、胚芽长度缩短、根体积、干重也较对照冯少超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降趋势,质脂过氧化产物(MDA)含理增加,质膜相对透性增大、泪科越冬期,拔节期、灌浆期表现出同样的趋势。  相似文献
