The preparations of Pt(theophylline)2Cl2, K[Pt- (theophylline)Cl3], K[Pt(theobromine)Cl3]·H2O (1), trans-[Pt(isocaffeine)2Cl2]·H2O (2), and K(isocaffeinium)[PtCl4]·H2O (3) are reported.Crystals of 1 are monoclinic P21/n with a=7.641- (2), b=11.873(3), c=15.868(4) Å, β=90.80(2)°, Z=4. The structure was refined on 1443 reflections to R=0.028. In the planar [Pt(theobromine)Cl3] anion Pt-N(9)=2.016(6) Å, Pt-Cl=2.299(2), 2.289(2), and 2.303(2) Å. The imidazole ring is rotated away from the coordination plane by 79.8°. Symmetry related theobromine units pack parallel to each other with a mean inter-ring separation of 3.27 Å.Crystals of 2 are monoclinic P21/a with a=7.345- (2), b=20.021(5), c=8.031(2) Å, β=104.18(2)°, Z=2. The structure was refined on 1132 reflections to R=0.029. The Pt-N(7) distance is 2.003(3) Å and Pt-Cl=2.298(1) Å. The imidazole ring is rotated away from the PtCl2N2 plane by 76.8°. In this compound, the isocaffeine units do not stack, but form a staggered arrangement within the unit cell.Crystals of 3 are monoclinic P1/c with a= 7.382- (1), b=14.014(4), c=15.757(4) », β=92.30(2)°, Z=4. The structure was refined on 2057 reflections to R=0.032. The isocaffeine is protonated at N(7). The Pt-Cl distances in the PtCl42− anion range between 2.29–2.31 Å. The protonated isocaffeine cations and the PtCl42− anions form a very nearly parallel infinitely stacked arrangement with minimum interlayer atomic separations of 3.37 and 3.44 Å.  相似文献

The compound [Cr(en)3][ZnCl4]Cl has been synthesized by reaction of CrCl3·6H2O, Zn and [Cr(en)3]2(SO4)3 in HCl. Its molecular and crystalline structure was determined by X-ray diffraction methods, being monoclinic, P21/c, a=21.215(3), b=12.532(2), c=13.707(2) Å, β=95.21°, V= 3629(2) Å3, Dx=1.738g cm−3, MW=474.9, Z= 8, F(000)=1928, λ(Mo Kα)=0.71069 Å, μ(Mo Kα)= 27.04 cm−1, 288 K. No significant exchange interactions between Cr(III) cations in the crystalline lattice were found. Curie-Weiss behavior was found in the three directions tested (g1=2.06±0.02,g2= 2.08±0.02,g3=2.09±0.01), T=1.2-1.4 K.  相似文献

K2PtCl4 reacts with L-lysine and with D,L-diaminiopropionic acid (Dap) forming the neutral complexes [PtCl2(N,O-Lys)]·H20 (1) and [PtCl2(N,O-Dap)], (2) respectively.Compound 1 is monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 11.262(3), b = 11.041(2), c = 9.690(2) Å, β = 102.07(5)°, V = 1178(1) Å3 and Z = 4. Compound 2 is monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.777(1), b = 10.615(2), c = 7.947(1) Å, β = 94.98(3)°, V = 738(1) Å3 and Z = 4. In both compounds, the zwitterionic ligands form an N,O-five membered chelate with the platinum atom. Structures 1 and 2 were refined to R values of 3.3% and 6.3% respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the dimeric Ag maleonitriledithiolate complex, Ag2[S2C2(CN)2] [P(C6- H5)3]4 (1), has been performed. Complex 1 crystallizes in the space group P21/c with a = 12.2898(77), b = 23.8325(91), c = 23.1790(118) Å, β = 101.315(43)° and Z = 4. Refinement using 3253 reflections with Fo2>3σ(Fo2) yielded R = 0.0662, Rw= 0.0669. The most interesting aspect of the structure is the strong bridging interaction of the chelating maleonitriledithiolate ligand with the second Ag center, where a Ag-S distance of 2.478 Å is observed. The residual bonding capability of the sulfur atoms in the chelating anion [Ag(S2C2(CN)2)(PPh3)2] for [Ag(PPh3)2]+ is demonstrated.  相似文献

The solid state conformational analysis of [Tyr4] cyclolinopeptide A has been carried out by x-ray diffraction studies. The crystal structure of the monoclinic form, grown from a dioxane-water mixture [a = 9.849 (5) Å, b = 20.752 (4) Å, c = 16.728 (5) Å, β = 98.83 (3)°, space group P21, Z = 2], shows the presence of five intramolecular N-H? O?C hydrogen bonds, with formation of one C17 ring structure, one α-turn (C13), one inverse γ-turn (C7), and two β-turns (C10, one of type III and one of type 1). The Pro1-Pro2 peptide unit is cis (ω = 5°) all others are trans. The structure is almost superimposable with that of cyclolinopeptide A. The rms deviation for the atoms of the backbones is on the average 0.33 Å. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two copper(II) complexes of 4-fluorophenoxyacetic acid (4-FPAH) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. [Cu(4-FPA)2(H2O)2]·2(4-FPAH)·2H2O (1) is triclinic, space group P1 with Z = 1 in a cell of dimensions a = 14.808(2), b = 9.832(2), c = 6.847(2) Å, α = 87.77(2), β = 98.41(2), γ = 112.33(2)° and was refined to a residual of 0.038 for 1697 ‘observed’ reflections. The coordination sphere in this complex is tetragonally distorted octahedral comprising two waters [CuO, 1.940(3) Å], two unidentate carboxylate oxygens [CuO, 1.942(2) Å] and two ether oxygens [CuO, 2.471(2) Å]. Two adducted [4-FPAH] acid molecules are linked to the un-coordinated oxygens of the acid ligands by hydrogen bonds [2.547(4) Å]. [Cu2(4-FPA)4(2-aminopyrimidine)2] (2) is triclinic, space group P1 with Z = 1 in a cell of dimensions a = 12.688(2), b = 11.422(2), c = 7.951(1) Å, α = 78.74(1), β = 107.51(1), γ = 75.78(1)°, and was refined to a residual of 0.042 for 2683 ‘observed’ reflections. (2) is a centrosymmetric tetracarboxylate bridged dimer with four similar CuO (equatorial) distances [1.967–1.987 Å; 1.977(3) Å mean] and the axial position occupied by the hetero nitrogen of the 2-aminopyrimidine ligand [CuN, 2.176(3) Å]. The Cu---Cu separation is 2.710(1) Å. Crystal data are also presented which confirm the isostructurality of complex (2) with [Cu2(phenoxyacetate)4(2-aminopyrimidine)2], the CoII, MgII and MnII4-fluorophenoxyacetate complexes with their phenoxyacetic and 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid analogues, and of CdII4-fluorophenoxyacetate with CdII and ZnII phenoxyacetates.  相似文献

Trifunctional dialkyl [1,2-bis(diethylcarbamoyl)- ethyl] phosphonates, (RO)2P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2]- [CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2] R  CH3, C2H5, i-C3H7, n-C6H13 were prepared from the respective sodium salts, Na[(RO)2P(O)CHC(O)N(C2H5)2] and N,N- diethylchloroacetamide, and they were characterized by elemental analysis, mass, infrared and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of (i-C3H7O)2- P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2][CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2] was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and found to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a=15.589(6), b=9.783(4), c= 16.283(7) Å, β = 110.90(3)°, Z = 4 and V= 2320(2) Å3. The structure was solved by direct methods and blocked least-squares refinement converged with Rf = 5.7% and RwF= 4.4% on 2266 unique data with F>4σ(F). Important bond distances include PO 1.459(3) Å, CHCO 1.228(3) Å and CHCH2CO 1.223(3) Å. The coordination chemistry of the ligand with several lanthanides was examined, and the structure of the complex Gd(NO3)3{[(i-C3H7O)2P(O)CH[C(O)N(C2H5)2][CH2C(O)N(C2H5)2]}2·H2O was determined. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.524(5), b = 22.033(4), c = 19.604(4) Å β = 106.22(2)°, Z = 4 and V= 5609(3) Å3. The structure was solved by heavy atom techniques and blocked least-squares refinement converged with RF = 5.9% and RwF = 4.1% on 5275 reflections with F > 4σ(F). Both trifunctional ligands were found to bond to Gd(III) through only the phosphoryl oxygen atoms. The remainder of the Gd coordination sphere was composed of three bidentate nitrate oxygen atoms and an oxygen bonded water molecule. Several important bond distances include GdO(phosphoryl)av = 2.343(5) Å, GdO(nitrate)av = 2.475(7) Å, GdO(water) = 2.354(5) Å, PO(phosphoryl)av = 1.467(6) Å, CHCOav = 1.242(10) Å and CHCH2COav = 1.209(11) Å.  相似文献

The compound, diiodooctacarbonyldiosmium(I), [Os2(CO)8I2], has been prepared by a route involving only atmospheric pressures. Its structure has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are tetragonal with a = 11.791(2), c = 23.583(4) Å, Z = 8, Dc = 3.48 Mg m−3. A total of 1637 reflections were collected out to θ = 25° on a CAD4 diffractometer in ω—2θ mode using Mo Kα (λ = 0.7107 Å) radiation. Lp and empirical absorption corrections were applied. The structure was solved in the space group I41cd using conventional heavy atom methods and refined to R = 0.0477 [Rw = 0.0424, w = (σ2F)−1]. The molecule of [Os2(CO)8l2] has two crystallographically equivalent halves joined by a single OsOs bond of length 2.947(3) )Å. There are no bridging ligands. The geometry about each osmium is pseudo-octahedral and the iodine atoms occupy equatorial positions with an OsI distance of 2.767(3) Å. The equatorial ligands on one osmium atom are staggered with respect to the equatorial ligands on the other osmium atom.  相似文献

The structure of [Ph4As] [MoOCl2(SalphO)], where SalphO is N-2-oxophenylsalicylideniminate dianion, has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 11.829(2), b = 16.149(3), c = 17.410(3) Å, β = 97.485(15)° and Z = 4. The calculated and observed densities and 1.566 and 1.573(10) g cm?3, respectively. Block-diagonal least-squares refinement of the structure using 4722 independent reflections with I ? 3σ(I) converged at R = 0.0345 and Rw = 0.0484. The crystal contains [Ph4As]+ cations and [MoOCl2(SalphO)]? anions. The Mo atom in the anion is in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. A planar terdentate Schiff base ligand occupies meridional positions with the N atom trans to the terminal oxo group (Ot). Two Cl atoms are cis to the Ot atom. The Mo atom is displaced by 0.33 Å from the equatorial plane toward the Ot atom. The MoOt distance is 1.673(3) Å. The MoN bond trans to the Ot atom is 2.298(4) Å. The two MoCl bond lengths are 2.371(1) and 2.408(1) Å. The difference of 0.037 Å is significant (30 σ). Preparations of the title complex and the related complexes are also described.  相似文献

Reaction of dimeric trans-[PtCl2(PR3)]2 with 1-aza-4-oxo-1,3-butadienes [R1NC(R2)C(R3)O, R3 = Me, Ph, OMe, NEt2] in a 1:2 molar ratio results in almost quantitative formation of mononuclear complexes trans·[PtCl2(PR3){σ-N-(R1NC(R2)C(R3)O)}]. The ligands are bonded in the monodentate σ-N bonding mode to the platinum(II) centre. This has been established by an X-ray structure determination of trans-[PtCl2(PEt3){σ-N-(t-BuNCHC(Me)O)}]. Crystals of the latter compound are orthorhombic with space group Pc21n; cell constants are a = 14.712(3), b = 15.053(2), c = 9.025(5) Å, Z= 4 and Rw = 0.056 for 3281 reflections. The 1aza4oxol,3butadiene (α-iminoketone for R3 is alkyl or aryl) has the E-configuration about the imine bond (CN 1.34(4) Å), with a C(5)C(6) distance of 1.44(5) Å and a NC(5)/ C(6)O torsion angle of 89(4)°. As a result of this ligand conformation, the acetyl hydrogen atoms are positioned (on average) into the neighbourhood of the Pt-atom above the Pt-coordination plane. Infrared and NMR (1H, 13C, 31p) data show that these structural features are also predominant in solution.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Sm(OPMePh2)4I2]I, 1, was determined by X-ray diffraction and refined anisotropically to a final R value of 0.067 from 3040 reflections with I>3.0σ(I). The space group was P2/a and Z=2. The unit cell dimensions were: a= 17.777(6), b=13.559(2), c=11.656(4) Å, α=γ= 90.0 and β=97.25(3)°. The cation geometry was octahedral with the Sm(III) bonded to two mutually trans I ions and four OPMePh2 groups. A third non-bonded I was present elsewhere in the cell. The SmI and SmO distances were 3.077(1) and 2.27(1) Å respectively. Two of the SmOP angles were 172.1(6)° and the other two were 162.0(6)°.  相似文献

Spectral and the X-ray diffraction studies of the title compound [H(2-picNO)2] [AuCl4] (2-picNO = alpha-picoline N-oxide) were done to investigate the short hydrogen bond in the dimeric cation [H(2-picNO)2]+. The compound exhibits several narrow transmission bands overlaid on a broad continuous absorption characteristic of a short hydrogen bond; it crystallizes with four molecules in a monoclinic unit cell of space group P21/n with lattice parameters a = 22.376(9), b = 9.874(6), c = 7.957(5) Å and β = 94.98(6)°. The structure was solved using 2623 data points collected on a CAD4 to the final value for R(Fo) = 0.039. The structure consists of discrete [AuCl4]? and [H(2-picNO)2]+ ions. Contrary to all known examples, the dimeric cation in this compound has a short hydrogen bond having no symmetry constraints making the present structural analysis unique in this series of compounds. The O—O distance is 2.393(6) Å and the dihedral angle between the two planar 2-picNO moieties in the cation is 44.1°. The [AuCl4]? anion is planar with an average AuCl distance of 2.268(2) Å. The infrared spectrum and the structure of the compound is compared with the related structures.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the cadmium(II) and lead(II) complexes of phenoxyacetic acid (PAH) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The cadmium complex, [Cd(PA)2(H2O)2] (1), space group C2, with Z = 2 in a cell of dimensions, a = 11.801(2), b = 5.484(1), c = 13.431(3) Å, β = 100.87(2)°, possesses a distorted trapezoidal bipyramidal coordination around the metal atom, involving two water oxygens [2.210(5) Å] and four carboxyl oxygens from two symmetrical bidentate phenoxyacetate ligands [2.363(4), 2.365(4) Å] with Cd lying on the crystallographic two- fold axis. The lead complex, [Pb2(PA)4(H2O)]n(2) is triclinic, space group P1, Z = 2, with a cell of dimensions, a = 10.135(4), b = 10.675(3), c = 19.285(9) Å, α = 114.66(3), β = 91.94(3) and γ = 114.99(3)°. (2) is a two-dimensional polymer with a repeating dimer sub-unit. The first lead [Pb(1)] has an irregular MO8 coordination [2.34?2.96(2) Å: mean, 2.63(2) Å] involving the water molecule, two oxygens from an asymmetric bidentate carboxylate group, two from a bidentate chelate [O(ether), O(carboxylate)] group and three from bridging oxygens, one of which also provides a polymer link to another symmetry generated lead. The second lead [Pb(2)] is irregular seven-coordinate [PbO, 2.48?2.73(2) Å: mean, 2.61(2) Å] with three bonds from the bridging groups, two from an unsymmetrical bidentate carboxylate (O, O′) group and one from a second carboxyl group which also bridges two Pb(2) centres in the polymer.  相似文献

Nickel(II) complexes with the compartmental Schiff bases derived from 2,6-diformyl-4-chlorophenol and 1,5-diamino-3-thiapentane (H2L1) or 3,3′-diamino-N-methyl-dipropylamine (H2L2) were synthesized, and the crystal structures of [Ni(L1)- (py)2] and [Ni(L2)(dmf)]·H20 were determined by X-ray crystallography.Ni(L1)(py)2 is monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a= 18.457(6), b = 11.116(7), c= 16.098(6) Å, and β = 115.79(5)°; Dc = 1.49 g cm−3 for Z = 4. The structure was refined to the final R of 6.9%. The molecule has C2 symmetry. The nickel atom is six-coordinated octahedral. Selected bond lengths are: NiO 2.04(1) Å, NiN (L1) 2.08(1) Å, NiN(py) 2.17(1) Å.[Ni(L2)(dmf)]·H2O is monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 17.329(6), b = 13.322(7), c = 12.476(7) Å and β = 95.43(5)°; Dc = 1.45 g cm−3 for Z = 4. The structure was refined to the final R of 5.1%. The nickel atom is bonded in the octahedral geometry to the bianionic pentadentate ligand L2 and to one molecule of dimethylformamide. Selected bond lengths are: NiO (charged) 2.063(3) Å (mean value), NiO (neutral) 2.120(3) Å, NiN (planar) 2.050(3) Å (mean value), NiN (tetrahedral) 2.177(3) Å.  相似文献

The title salt has been prepared by the diffusion of tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) and [NBun4]2[PtCl6] in acetonitrile. Crystals (black plates) are tetragonal, space group P4/mbm, with a=11.757(2), c=11.707(2) Å, and Z=2. The block-diagonal least-squares refinement, based on 804 independent reflections with ∣Fo∣> 3σ(F), yields an R factor of 0.11. The structure is comprised of TTF-trimer units which are arranged perpendicularly to each other, forming a two-dimensional layer with somewhat close sulfur- sulfur contact among the trimers. The salt exhibits the electrical resistivity of 87 Ω cm as a compacted pellet at 25 °C. Binding energies of platinum 4f electrons of the [PtCl6]2− anion suggest an extreme reduction from the platinum(IV) state.  相似文献

The preparation and molecular and crystal structure of the complex [(ethylenediamine)bis(7,9,-dimethylhypoxanthine)platinum(II)] hexafluorophosphate, [Pt(C2H8N2)(C7H8N4O)2] (PF6)2, are reported. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 12.334(2)Å, b = 10.256(2)Å, c = 22.339(3)Å, β = 101.31(1)°, V = 2771.0Å3, Z = 4, Dmeasd = 2.087(3) g cm?3, Dcalc = 2.094 g cm?3. Intensities for 3992 symmetry-averaged reflections were collected in the θ-2o scan mode on an automated diffractometer employing graphite-monochromatized MoKα radiation. The structure was solved by standard heavy-atom Patterson and Fourier methods. Full matrix least-squares refinement led to a final R value of 0.051. Both the ethylenediamine chelate and the PF6? anion are disordered. The primary coordination sphere about the Pt(II) center is approximately square planar with the bidentate ethylenediamine ligand and the N(1) atoms [Pt(II) ? N(1) = 2.020(5)Å] of two 7,9-dimethylhypoxanthine bases (related by a crystallographic twofold axis of symmetry) occupying the four coordination sites. The exocyclic O(6) carbonyl oxygen atoms of the two 7,9-dimethylhypoxanthine ligands participate in intracomplex hydrogen bonding with the amino groups of the ethylenediamine chelate [N(ethylenediamine) ? O(6) = 2.89( )Å]. The observed Pt ? O(6) intramolecular distances of 3.074(6)Å are similar to those found in other Pt(II) N(1)-bound 6-oxopurine complexes and in several Pt(II) N(3)-bound cytosine systems.  相似文献

α-Aqua[N,N′-bis(2′-pyridinecarboxamido)-1,3-propane]copper(II) dihydrate, C15H20N4O5Cu, is monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 11.719(2), b = 13.092(2), c = 12.663(2) Å, β = 119.56(1)°, Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.026 for 2398 diffractometer data using full-matrix least-squares methods. The copper atom is five-coordinate with the N4-tetradentate ligand encompassing the base of a distorted square-based pyramid which is appreciably distorted towards a trigonal bipyramid [average Cu-N(amide) 1.950(2), Cu-N(pyridine) 2.043(2) Å, N(amide)-Cu-N(amide) 94.5(1), N(pyridine)-Cu-N(pyridine) 100.2(1)°] and with the copper atom lying 0.27 Å above the N4 plane towards the apical water molecule [Cu-O 2.236(2) Å]. The central six-membered chelate ring adopts a skewed boat conformation and the enforced strain in the molecule results in non-planar distortions in the pyridine rings with only small distortions in the amide groups. The molecules pack in sheets parallel to (101) and the hydrogen-bonding network involves the water molecules and the amide oxygen atoms of the ligand.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal and molecular structure of the first zinc(II) mixed ligand chelate containing a dithiolene ligand (maleonitriledithiolate) and N,N- diethyldithiocarbamate are reported. The compound Ph4As[Zn(mnt)(Et2dtc)] crystallizes monoclinic, space group P21/c with four molecules in the unit cell; a=17.834(3), b=12.056(2), c=16.171(4) Å, β=93.73(2)°.The coordination geometry of the ZnS4 unit is nearly tetrahedral, with a dihedral angle of 87.6° between the chelate rings. The structure is compared with those of both the patent compounds (Ph4- As)2[Zn(mnt)2] and Zn2(Et2dtc)4. Ph4As[Zn(mnt)(Et2dtc)] could be used as the host lattice in single- crystal ESR investigations of the planar Cu mixed ligand complex. The rhombic spin-Hamiltonian parameters g and ACu are indicative of a low symmetry of the incorporated [Cu(mnt)(Et2dtc)] complex anions. In order to substantiate the experimental findings about the actual structure of the copper molecules, the principal values of g and ACu were recalculated by means of Extended Hückel MO calculations. However, the calculations performed for the dihedral angles between the ligand planes varying between 0° and 90° suggest that the rotation of the ligands is not larger than 10°  相似文献
