煤炭开采在促进国民经济快速发展的同时,引发诸多生态环境问题,分别就矿区生态治理中存在的主要障碍因子进行论述,结合丛枝菌根对宿主植物的营养吸收和抗逆性能,综述了丛枝菌根在矿区生态重建中应用的研究进展,揭示出菌根应用在矿区生态重建中的作用潜力和研究方向,极大地提高了矿区生态恢复的质量。  相似文献

地方政府环境监管部门和煤炭企业是煤炭矿区生态修复保证金制度实施的重要责任主体。从演化博弈论的研究视角探讨了地方政府与煤炭企业在生态修复保证金制度实施中的决策演化过程,构建了地方政府与煤炭企业演化博弈模型,根据复制动态方程规律得到了参与者的行为演化规律和行为演化稳定策略,分析了生态修复保证金制度实施的策略选择影响因素。选择龙口矿区为研究对象进行了实证研究,结果表明:地方政府的监管力度随煤炭企业的生态修复比例变化而变化,生态修复初期比例低;随着地方政府监管力度加大,生态修复比例相应提高,地方政府可以适当放松监管,但监管力度应保持在一定范围内,确保系统向最优状态演化。可通过动态调节保证金收缴金额,增加税收优惠,降低煤炭企业的治理成本,加强对地方政府环保政绩考核,引导地方政府与煤炭企业共同促进煤炭矿区生态修复工作有效实施。  相似文献

煤炭是我国最主要的一次性能源,而且这种能源结构在相当长的时间内不会改变。煤炭资源的开发对我国经济建设和社会发展起到了重要的支撑作用,但是煤炭的开采和利用引发了一系列的生态环境问题,矿区已成为典型的、严重受损生态系统。矿区生态环境问题,已经成为制约矿区可持续发展乃至区域生态安全的重大隐患。矿区生态环境综合治理已迫在眉睫。综述了我国煤矿区主要的生态环境问题以及具体的治理方法和技术措施,包括矿井水和煤矸石的资源化、污染土地的修复、植被的恢复及水土流失和沙漠化防治技术等。  相似文献

The changes in caddisfly community structure and composition in the Sil River basin (NW Spain), associated with a gradient in natural conditions and a succession of alterations induced by human activity (mainly urban wastes and coal mining), were studied. Twenty-nine Trichoptera taxa belonging to 11 families were collected. The community diversity analysis showed important spatial differences from source to mouth. Towns and, above all, coal mines produced an increase in sulphate and chloride concentrations and conductivity, which adversely affected the trichopteran assemblages. A stepwise regression model, which introduced sulphate and chloride as variables, explained the changes in diversity produced in the basin (r=0.837, p< 0.01). The lowest diversity and richness values were recorded in the rivers suffering the greatest impact from coal mining or urban wastes. The heterogeneity values of the communities for the main rivers were clearly different. The greatest community heterogeneity corresponded to the main axis of the basin and was explained by spatial variability in water chemical composition. No relation was detected between structural changes at spatial level and geographical distance, such that pollution processes basically controlled the dynamics of the Trichoptera communities. Partial-CCA using distance from the source as a covariable revealed alkalinity and urban and mining-derived pollution as the main factors influencing caddisfly distribution. However, an ordination of sites in relation to the corresponding vectors did not fully agree with the chemical characteristics of the water. The species composition of the Trichoptera communities, therefore, did not seem to be good indicators of the chemical features of the rivers. The structure of the community (as expressed by richness and the Shannon index) appeared to be the better indicator of pollution.  相似文献

以野外样地调查和室内分析法研究了黄土丘陵区不同植被恢复年限下草地土壤微生物C、N及土壤呼吸熵的变化.结果表明,土壤微生物量碳明显地随着植被恢复年限的增加而增加.在恢复前23a, 土壤微生物量碳在0~20 cm土层年增加率为24.1%;20~40 cm为104.4%.植被恢复23a后,0~20 cm土层增长率为0.83%,20~40 cm为0.19%.土壤微生物量N表现为在植被恢复的初期略有下降,3a后,开始出现明显增加.0~20 cm土层年增长率为20.14%,20~40 cm为15.11%.在植被恢复23a后,0~20 cm土层的年增长率为0.14%,20~40 cm变化不大.土壤微生物呼吸强度随着恢复年限的增加逐渐加强;土壤呼吸熵随植被封育时间的增加而呈对数降低趋势.土壤呼吸熵(qCO2)在反映土壤的生物质量变化时,显得更加稳定,受植物生长状况影响较小.相关分析表明,土壤微生物量和土壤微生物活性与土壤有机质、碱解氮和粘粒含量显著正相关;与土壤粉粒含量明显负相关;表层土壤pH值对其也有明显影响.草地植被自然恢复过程可增加土壤微生物活性,有利于土壤质量的提高.  相似文献

The recovery of soil biochemical properties under grazed, grass-clover pasture, after simulated lignite mining, was studied over a 5-year period in a mesic Typic Dystrochrept soil at Waimumu, Southland, New Zealand. The restoration procedures involved four replacement treatments, after A, B, and C horizon materials had been separately removed, from all except the control, and stockpiled for 2–3 weeks. In each replacement treatment, the effects of ripping to 1.8 m depth, mole drainage, and the use of fertilizer nitrogen were also investigated.Replacement treatment markedly influenced the recovery of herbage production and soil organic C and total N contents, N mineralization, microbial biomass (as indicated by mineral-N flush) and invertase and sulphatase activities. The effectiveness of replacement treatments decreased in the order: 1. control (no stripping or replacement). 2 A, B, and C horizon materials replaced in the same order. 3. A, B, and C horizon materials each mixed with an equal amount of siltstone overburden and replaced in order, 4. A and B horizon materials mixed before replacing over C horizon material.Ripping increased herbage production, net N mineralization, and to some extent microbial biomass. Drainage had little, if any, effect.Fertilizer N also stimulated herbage production, but depressed clover growth. Over 2.5 years, it had little detectable effect on the soil properties.Increases in soil invertase and, to a lesser extent, sulphatase activity during the trial were closely related to changes in herbage production. Microbial biomass increased more rapidly than did soil organic C in the early stages of the trial.Rates of net N mineralization strongly suggest that N availability would have limited pasture growth, especially in the treatments with mixed soil materials.  相似文献

Chinese hickory (Carya cathayensis Sarg.) is a popular nut tree in China, but there is little information about the influences of fertilization on soil CO2 efflux and soil microbial biomass. This study evaluated the short-term effects of different fertilizer applications on soil CO2 efflux and soil microbial biomass in Chinese hickory stands. Four fertilizer treatments were established: control (CK, no fertilizer), inorganic fertilizer (IF), organic fertilizer (OF), and equal parts organic and inorganic N fertilizers (OIF). A field experiment was conducted to measure soil CO2 effluxes using closed chamber and gas chromatography techniques. Regardless of the fertilization practices, soil CO2 effluxes of all the treatments showed a similar temporal pattern, with the highest value in summer and the lowest in winter. The mean annual soil CO2 efflux in the IF treatment was significantly higher than that in the CK, OIF, and OF treatments. There was no significant difference in soil CO2 efflux between the OIF, OF, and CK treatments. Soil CO2 effluxes were significantly affected by soil temperature. Soil dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was positively correlated with soil CO2 efflux only in the CK treatment. Regression analysis, including soil temperature, moisture, and DOC, showed that soil temperature was the primary factor influencing soil CO2 effluxes. Both OF and OIF treatments increased concentrations of soil microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN), but decreased the ratio of MBC:MBN. These results reveal that applying organic fertilizer, either alone or combined with inorganic fertilizer, may be the optimal strategy for mitigating soil CO2 emission and improving soil quality in Chinese hickory stands.  相似文献

Salt stress causes nutritional imbalance and ion toxicity which affects wheat growth and production. A population of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) were developed by crossing Pasban90 (salt tolerant) and Frontana (salt suceptible) for identification of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for physiological traits including relative water content, membrane stability index, water potential, osmotic potential, total chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and biochemical traits including proline contents, superoxide dismutase, sodium content, potassium content, chloride content and sodium/potassium ratio by tagging 202 polymorphic simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers. Linkage map of RILs comprised of 21 linkage group covering A, B and D genome for tagging and maped a total of 60 QTLs with major and minor effect. B genome contributed to the highest number of QTLs under salt stress condition. Xgwm70 and Xbarc361 mapped on chromosome 6B was linked with Total chlorophyll, water potential and sodium content. The increasing allele for all these QTLs were advanced from parent Pasban90. Current study showed that Genome B and D had more potentially active genes conferring plant tolerance against salinity stress which may be exploited for marker assisted selection to breed salinity tolerant high yielding wheat varieties.  相似文献

Algal communities were investigated in two contrasting chronosequences established on reclaimed spoils in the west Bohemian brown coal mining district near Sokolov (Czech Republic) and in the Lusatian lignite mining district near Cottbus (Germany). The Sokolov chronosequence was characterized by tertiary cypric clay substrate, afforestation with Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn., and high pH of deposited spoil material, Cottbus chronosequence by tertiary carboniferous and pyritic sand of extremely low pH ameliorated by fly ash, and afforestation with Pinus sylvestris L. and P. nigra Arnold. A total of 122 species of algae was found in both areas. Although the same species number (80) was identified from Sokolov and Cottbus, both proportion of individual algal groups and species composition were different. Green algae prevailed in both areas, but in Sokolov cyanobacteria and diatoms were also quite diverse, and in younger sites they were also abundant. Total abundance of algae ranged mostly between 104–107 cells/g dry soil, and was one order higher in Cottbus than in Sokolov. Species number was high in young sites, decreased with increasing age, and was the lowest in control forests. In Sokolov, the highest abundance was recorded in the youngest alder plantation. In Cottbus, sludge and compost fertilization used in the youngest pine plantations resulted in rapid formation of visible algal crusts dominated by Klebsormidium crenulatum (Kütz) Lokhorst.  相似文献

对湖南省石门、冷水江、浏阳3个矿区土壤和苎麻体内重金属进行测定和分析。结果表明,石门雄黄矿区As污染严重,伴随Cd、Sb污染和轻微的Pb污染;冷水江锑矿区Sb为主要污染物,伴随Cd、As、Pb污染;浏阳七宝山矿区Cd污染严重,伴随Pb、Zn、Cu污染。15个采样点的苎麻群落生长繁茂,Sb和As在苎麻不同部位间的分布次序为叶片中含量最高,根茎中次之,其余重金属在部位间分布没有规律。所有采样点苎麻地上部的Cd含量比一般植物的Cd含量大2-10倍,As含量大9.9-147.5倍,Sb含量大1.2-338.4倍;Cd富集系数和转移系数最高值为2.07和3;As富集系数和转移系数最高值为1.04和12.42,Sb富集系数和转移系数最高值为1.91和9.04。3个矿区苎麻地上部生物量分别为3.47,14.3,15.7 t/hm2,地上部Cd、Pb、As、Sb、Zn和Cu的累积量分别高达0.11、1.17、0.72、7.97、6.71,1.69 kg/hm2,兼具一定的经济价值和观赏性,适合用作矿区重金属污染土壤的环境治理和修复。  相似文献

Abstract A comprehensive but simple‐to‐use software package called DPS (Data Processing System) has been developed to execute a range of standard numerical analyses and operations used in experimental design, statistics and data mining. This program runs on standard Windows computers. Many of the functions are specific to entomological and other biological research and are not found in standard statistical software.
