目的:观察骶神经电刺激对脊髓损伤大鼠肠黏膜机械屏障的保护作用。方法:56只Wistar大鼠分7组(n=8):正常组、急性完全性脊髓损伤(SCI)组和骶神经电刺激组(按24、48、72h各8只)。进行内毒素测定;肠系膜淋巴结、肝脏、脾脏菌培养;肠道形态学观察;紧密连接蛋白zo-1的蛋白表达测定。结果:对照组肠黏膜不同程度损伤;肠道上皮细胞及细胞间连接破坏;内毒素血症和细菌移位明显。实验组肠黏膜得到改善,内毒素水平下降且细菌移位减少。ZO-1蛋白表达无统计学差异。对照组ZO-1的分布出现不同程度的散乱、排列不规则,实验组分布得到改善。结论:骶神经电刺激可促肠蠕动、排肠内容物、减少肠道菌群数量,保护肠黏膜上皮细胞及紧密连接的机械屏障,减少细菌移位和内毒素血症。  相似文献

In rats with pain syndrome after sciatic nerve section the authors studied spontaneous and evoked bioelectric activity in sensomotor cerebral cortex of both hemispheres. Electrocorticogram showed the presence of hyper-synchronic discharges and paroxysmal peak-wave (700-800 mV) activity in contralateral hemisphere. While stimulating the injured limb the threshold of evoked potentials (EP) was observed to decrease, its amplitude to increase and focus maximum EP activity to extend.  相似文献

A method for isolating histone proteinase of rat brain chromatin is described, including ammonium sulphate fractionation gel filtration on sefacryl 5200, ion exchange chromatography on mono S and affinity chromatography with benzamidine sefarose. The enzyme molecular weight equals 25 kDa. It is purified 15621 times in comparison with initial nuclear extract.  相似文献

Formation of conditioned "passive" avoidance reaction was studied in rats with a single pain reinforcement after electrolythic destruction of mesencephalic part of the central gray substance (CGS). The ablation of CGS ventral nuclei at the level of the midbrain rostral part led to a decrease in emotional reaction of "fears" and to disturbance of avoidance conditioning. The participation of midbrain limbic structures in learning and memory is discussed.  相似文献

The antidepressants have been reported to be effective in the treatment of many pain syndromes, for example headache and neuralgia. The pain of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness on small (75 mg per die) dose of imipramine administered additionally to the routine. Conservative treatment of patients with acute low back pain. The analysis of six different indices of improvement revealed, that the outcome of therapy in the group of 50 patients treated with imipramine was significantly better, than in comparable group treated routinely. The effect of imipramine have not been related to the occurrence of depression or to the other factors from anamnesis and physical examination influencing pain.  相似文献

It has been shown that the reaction of both limbs to thermal pain stimulation was suppressed during spinal pain syndrome development caused by generators of pathologically enhanced excitation (GPEE) formed in the dorsal horns of the spinal cord lumbosacral segments on one side. The analgetic effect on physiological pain was retained long after pain syndrome disappearance (48 hours), the effect was bilateral and was independent of the type of agent producing GPEE. It was shown that neuronal activity in the antinociceptive system key structure (nucleus raphe dorsal) increases. It is assumed that physiological pain relief is caused by enhanced activity in antinociceptive system structures in pain syndrome.  相似文献

A study was made of pain stimulus (amputation of 1/3 of the tail) on the mitotic activity in the corneal epithelium of 21-day fetuses, 1-, 3-, 4-, 5-, 7-, 10-, 15-, 20- and 25-day rats. In 45 minutes after the infliction of trauma no significant change was seen in the cornea of the fetuses and of the one-day-old ratlings. A gradual establishment of the reactive inhibition of mitoses in response to pain occurred between the 3rd and the 10th day of postnatal development. This reaction became more intense after the 10th day, reaching the maximum by the 25th day. Reactive inhibition of the mitotic activity was connected with the inhibition of the entrance of cells into mitosis.  相似文献

Adaptation of rats following sodium nitrite induced methemoglobinemia. The effect of repeated intraperitoneal injections of sodium nitrite on methemoglobin, hemoglobin and blood sugar level, on leucine aminopeptidase activity in plasma and methemoglobin reductase activity in red blood cells was investigated in rats. Repeated methemoglobinemia produced gradual disappearance of hyperglycemia, changes of hemoglobin content in blood and increase of methemoglobin reductase activity in red blood cells.  相似文献

目的:探讨术前鞘内注射选择性环氧合酶-1(cyclooxygenase-1)抑制剂SC-560对术后疼痛大鼠机械痛觉超敏以及脊髓中磷酸化ERK(p-ERK)蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用术后疼痛模型,于术后1h通过观察机械缩足反射阈值(MwT)测定术后痛觉超敏情况、免疫组化染色和免疫印迹检测脊髓中p-ERK表达的变化。结果:①术后疼痛大鼠术后1h出现明显痛觉超敏反应,术前鞘内注射SC-560 100μg可以明显抑制术后痛觉超敏;②术后1h大鼠腰段脊髓背角浅层p-ERK免疫组化染色阳性细胞数较正常对照组明显增加,鞘内注射SC-560可明显减少p-ERK阳性细胞数(P〈0.01);术后1h大鼠腰段脊髓Western blot检测,p-ERK1/2蛋白的表达较正常大鼠均明显增加,鞘内注射9G560可以抑制p-ERK1/2蛋白的表达。结论:鞘内注射CO3X-1抑制剂可以抑制术后疼痛大鼠术后痛觉超敏反应,脊髓水平Ⅱ水可能介导其上述作用。  相似文献
