1. Subcellular fractions, characterized by using morphological, compositional and enzymic markers, were prepared from rat heart tissue and cells isolated from the hearts of fed and 24 h-starved rats. 2. The lipoprotein lipase activity of fractions from whole tissue and isolated cells was determined in either fresh fractions or in acetone/diethyl ether powders of the fractions. 3. Lipoprotein lipase activity was present in all the fractions from tissue and cells, but was found to be of highest relative specific activity in the microsomal () fractions. 4. In fractions prepared from the isolated cells of hearts from starved rats the proportion of the total lipoprotein lipase present and its relative specific activity in the microsomal fraction were greater than in the equivalent fractions from fed animals. 5. The enhancement of lipoprotein lipase activity as a result of the acetone/diethyl ether powder preparation of fractions was most extensive in the microsomal fractions. 6. Investigation of the microsomal fraction showed that the lipoprotein lipase activity present was in two pools, one of which was within endoplasmic-reticulum vesicles. 7. The observations were consistent with the possibility that the cardiac-muscle cell could be the origin of the lipoprotein lipase activity functional in triacylglycerol uptake by the heart.  相似文献

An indirect labelled-second-antibody cellular immunoassay for adipocyte surface lipoprotein lipase was used to assess the changes that occurred during the incubation of cells in the presence and absence of effectors. In the absence of any specific effectors, the amount of immunodetectable lipoprotein lipase present at the surface of adipocytes remained constant throughout the 4 h incubation period at 37 degrees C. Under such conditions total cellular enzyme activity also remained constant, with no activity appearing in the medium. In the presence of heparin, cell-surface immunodetectable lipoprotein lipase increased by up to 20%, whereas in the presence of cycloheximide they decreased by up to 60%. Thus the obvious turnover of enzyme from this cell-surface site was found to be relatively rapid and dependent for its replenishment, at least in part, on protein synthesis. In the presence of insulin alone, a substantial increase in cell-surface lipoprotein lipase protein occurred, only part of which was dependent on protein synthesis. The total cellular activity of lipoprotein lipase was unaffected by the presence of insulin. The insulin-dependent increase in cell-surface enzyme was potentiated somewhat in the presence of dexamethasone, which was not shown to exert any independent effect. Glucagon, adrenaline and theophylline all produced a significant decline in the cell-surface immunodetectable lipoprotein lipase, which in the case examined (adrenaline) was partially additive with regard to the independent effect of cycloheximide. Cell-surface immunodetectable lipoprotein lipase amounts were decreased significantly when cells were incubated in the presence of either colchicine or tunicamycin. The concerted way in which cell-surface lipoprotein lipase altered during the incubations of adipocytes in the presence of effectors suggested that the translocation of enzyme to and from this cellular site was dependent on hormonal action and the integrity of intracellular protein-transport mechanisms.  相似文献

Lipoprotein lipase activity was higher in fat-pad pieces than in isolated adipocytes from the same fed rats, whereas hydrolysis of triacylglycerols from triacylglycerol-rich lipoproteins was similar in the two preparations when incubated either in basal conditions or in the presence of heparin. In both preparations there was a similar release of lipoprotein lipase activity into the medium during basal incubation, enhanced by the presence of heparin. In fat-pad pieces, but not in isolated adipocytes, incubation with heparin produced a decrease in the lipoprotein lipase activity measured in the tissue preparation. In fat-pad pieces from 24 h-starved rats, lipoprotein lipase activity was the same as in isolated adipocytes from the same animals and incubation with heparin did not affect the appearance of lipoprotein lipase in the medium or the utilization of triacylglycerols from triacylglycerol-rich lipoproteins. These results support the following conclusions. (1) The effectiveness of lipoprotein lipase in adipose tissue preparations in vitro depends more on its availability to the substrate than on its total activity. (2) Heparin acts on adipose tissue preparations from fed animals both by enhancing the release of pre-existing extracellular enzyme (which is absent in isolated adipocytes) and by enhancing the transfer outside the cells of the intracellular (and mainly undetectable) enzyme that is activated in the secretion process. (3) In adipose tissue from starved animals there is not only a decrease in the active extracellular form of lipoprotein lipase activity but also a reduction in the intracellular (and mainly undetectable) pool of the enzyme.  相似文献

This study supports the possibility for multiple subcellular forms of lipoprotein lipase. 1. The total activity of lipoprotein lipase per g of intact epididymal adipose tissue from fed rats is much higher than that from starved rats. 2. The isolated fat-cells of fed and of starved rats have lipoprotein lipase of almost the same activity per g of fat-pads. The isolated fat-cells of starved rats have a much higher proportion of total activity per g of the intact tissue than do those of fed rats. 3. Under the conditions of homogenization used, only a small proportion of the total activity per g of intact tissue from fed rats was associated with the fat layer which floated to the top of the homogenate during low-speed centrifugation. The different proportions of the specific enzyme activity found in each subcellular fraction are described. 4. Lipoprotein lipase from plasma membranes and microsomal fractions from starved and fed rats was purified by affinity chromatography. 5. The total activity of microsomal lipoprotein lipase per g of intact adipose tissue is enhanced by a normal diet. 6. In intact epididymal adipose tissue from fed rats, the activity per g of tissue of lipoprotein lipase of plasma membranes is much higher than that in the same fraction from starved rats. By contrast, the activities per g of tissue in plasma membranes obtained from starved or from fed rats by collagenase treatment were similar.  相似文献

The role of glucagon in regulating the lipoprotein lipase activities of rat heart and adipose tissue was examined. When starved rats were fed glucose, heart lipoprotein lipase activity decreased while that of adipose tissue increased. Glucagon administration to these animals at the time of glucose feeding prevented the decline in heart lipoprotein lipase activity, but had no effect on the adipose tissue enzyme. When glucagon was administered to fed rats, heart lipoprotein lipase activity increased to levels found in starved animals but there was no change in the adipose tissue enzyme. It is suggested that the reciprocal lipoprotein lipase activities in heart and adipose tissue of fed and starved animals may be regulated by the circulating plasma insulin and glucagon concentrations.  相似文献

The location of lipoprotein lipase activity in rat adipose tissue was studied using intact epididymal fat pads, isolated adipocytes, and lipoprotein lipase activity secreted from adipocytes as enzyme sources. The enzyme activities of these preparations were characterized by gel filtration. The method used for isolation of adipocytes had been modified to minimize activation of lipoprotein lipase during the procedures. Extracts of intact adipose tissue separated into two major lipoprotein lipase activity peaks, designated "a" and "b", the "a" fraction representing about 30 (fasted rats) to 50% (fed rats) of the total enzyme activity. An intermediate fraction (designated "i") was frequently observed. Extracts of isolated adipocytes from fed rats contained about 35% and those from fasted rats about 65% of the lipoprotein lipase activity present in intact tissue. The "b" fraction constituted 80--97% of the adipocyte lipoprotein lipase activity. In contrast, the enzyme activity secreted from the adipocytes contained only the "a" and "i" fractions. These data implicate the existance of one intracellular form of lipoprotein lipase (corresponding to the "b" fraction), different from extracellular forms of the enzyme (corresponding to fractions "a" and "i"). A transformation of the intracellular to the extracellular forms appears to occur in conjunction with secretion of enzyme from the fat cell.  相似文献

Lipoprotein lipase activity in intact epididymal adipose tissue of fasted rats increased rapidly after treatment with insulin in vivo. In contrast, lipoprotein lipase activity in adipocytes isolated from the contralateral fat pads remained essentially unchanged. When adipocytes were incubated for 30 min at ambient temperature in vitro, about 2 times more lipoprotein lipase activity was found in the medium of cells from insulin-treated rats than in medium from cells of control animals. Following insulin treatment, extracts of tissue acetone powders separated by gel chromatography showed increases in both enzyme activity fractions obtained (designated lipoprotein lipase a and b). However, no consistent differences were observed between fractions derived from adipocyte acetone powders of insulin-treated and control animals. All the observed effects of insulin on lipoprotein lipase activity were abolished by cycloheximide treatment in vivo. These data indicate that following insulin treatment, increased lipoprotein lipase activity in adipose tissue results from enhanced enzyme secretion by the fat cell and subsequent accumulation in the tissue, thus implicating the adipocyte secretory mechanism as a major site of regulation of lipoprotein lipase activity in adipose tissue.  相似文献

The lipid-lowering effect of pantethine, a new drug affecting lipid metabolism, had been evaluated in carbohydrate-induced hyperlipidemic rats. Administration of the drug raised post-heparin lipolytic activities, the change being due to an increase in lipoprotein lipase activity, whereas hepatic lipase activity remained virtually unchanged. Total lipoprotein lipase activity per g of adipose tissue increased in pantethine-treated rats compared with controls. Furthermore, the soluble lipoprotein lipase of fat-pads was fractionated by heparin-Sepharose affinity chromatography. The first active peak, originated from the microsomal fractions, significantly increased after the drug treatment, while the second one, originated from the plasma membranes, remained unchanged. The increase in the microsomal lipoprotein lipase activity may be due to an increase in intracellular synthesis of lipoprotein lipase enzyme proteins. The heterogeneity of lipoprotein lipase of rat adipose tissues was ensured using affinity chromatography on heparin-Sepharose.  相似文献

A selective deficiency of hepatic triacylglycerol lipase in guinea pigs   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The properties of postheparin plasma triacylglycerol-hydrolyzing enzymes were investigated in guinea pig and rat. In rat, lipoprotein lipase and hepatic triacylglycerol lipase were separated on a heparin-Sepharose affinity chromatography. In postheparin plasma of guinea pig, however, hepatic triacylglycerol lipase was almost completely absent, while lipoprotein lipase was present. Hepatic triacylglycerol lipase was also deficient in the liver tissue extract of guinea pig. Plasma lipoprotein compositions of high-fat fed and control guinea pigs were analyzed. One of the outstanding changes found in high-fat fed animals was the presence of chylomicronemia. One guinea pig showed gross hyperlipemia with triacylglycerol concentrations of 2715 mg/100 ml. Plasma triacylglycerol concentrations of each lipoprotein fraction of very low density, intermediate density, low density and high density lipoproteins from high-fat fed animals were almost the same as those of the corresponding lipoprotein fractions from controls. Discussion was focused on the development of chylomicronemia in relation to the defects of triacylglycerol-hydrolyzing enzyme systems in this animal.  相似文献

Rats were injected with control-gamma-globulins or anti-liverlipase. The anti-liverlipase treatment resulted in a 69-78% inhibition of the salt-resistant lipase activity (liver lipase) in the liver. De novo cholesterol synthesis was significantly higher in slices of livers from anti-liverlipase treated rats than from control-gamma-globulin injected rats. The anti-liverlipase treatment also affected all plasma lipoprotein fractions. If the rats had been fed a cholestyramine containing diet no effect of anti-liverlipase on cholesterol synthesis was found. In these rats the effects on plasma lipoprotein fractions were more pronounced than in the control fed rats.  相似文献

The regulatory events whereby the amount of secreted heart lipoprotein lipase decreases post-prandially and increases during fasting are unclear. We examined whether the nutritional state influenced the lipolytic activities that hydrolyze tri-, di-, and monoacylglycerol as membrane-associated enzyme in rat cardiomyocytes. Properties of triacylglycerol lipase are typical of lipoprotein lipase whereas diacylglycerol and monoacylglycerol lipase activities hydrolyze the products of lipoprotein lipase action. We observed that: (1) membrane-bound activity levels assayed at the cell boundary were high for MAGL and much lower for TAGL and DAGL, regardless of whether cells originated from fasted or fed rats; (2) the stimulatory effects of serum were likewise similar in the fasted and the fed states; (3) isolated cardiomyocytes exhibited no constitutive secretion of active enzyme; and (4) factors determining the variations in amounts of heparin-releasable enzyme in response to nutritional changes appeared to be related to the pre-existing high (in the fasted state) or low (in the fed state) intracellular content in enzymatic activities, supporting the proposal that the secretion of active lipoprotein lipase involves disruption of intracellular vesicles and exocytosis of the enzyme, without its accumulation in the plasma membrane. On a functional basis, the results emphasize the heterogenous nature of the LPL enzymatic complex.  相似文献

1. GPAT (glycerol phosphate acyltransferase) and DHAPAT (dihydroxyacetone phosphate acyltransferase) activities were measured both in subcellular fractions prepared from fed rat liver and in whole homogenates prepared from freeze-stopped pieces of liver. 2. GPAT activity in mitochondria differed from the microsomal activity in that it was insensitive to N-ethylmaleimide, had a higher affinity towards the palmitoyl-CoA substrate and showed a different response to changes in hormonal and dietary status. 3. Starvation (48 h) significantly decreased mitochondrial GPAT activity. The ratio of mitochondrial to microsomal activities was also significantly decreased. The microsomal activity was unaffected by starvation, except after adrenalectomy, when it was significantly decreased. Mitochondrial GPAT activity was decreased by adrenalectomy in both fed and starved animals. 4. Acute administration of anti-insulin serum significantly decreased mitochondrial GPAT activity after 60 min without affecting the microsomal activity. 5. A new assay is described for DHAPAT. The subcellular distribution of this enzyme differed from that of GPAT. The highest specific activity of DHAPAT was found in a 23 000 gav. pellet obtained by centrifugation of a post-mitochondrial supernatant. This fraction also contained the highest specific activity of the peroxisomal marker uricase. DHAPAT activity in mitochondrial fractions or in the 23 000 gav. pellet was stimulated by N-ethylmaleimide, whereas that in microsomal fractions was slightly inhibited by this reagent. The GPAT and DHAPAT activities in mitochondrial fractions had a considerably higher affinity for the palmitoyl-CoA substrate. 6. Total liver DHAPAT activity was significantly decreased by starvation (48 h), but was unaffected by administration of anti-insulin serum. 7. The specific activities of GPAT and DHAPAT were lower in non-parenchymal cells compared with parenchymal cells, but the GPAT/DHAPAT ratio was 5--6-fold higher in the parenchymal cells.  相似文献

The effects of N-linked glycosylation on the activation and secretion of lipoprotein lipase were studied in Ob17 cells. The cells were first depleted of any activity and enzyme content by cycloheximide treatment and of precursors of oligosaccharide chains by tunicamycin. The repletion of lipoprotein lipase content was studied in these cells maintained in the presence of tunicamycin after cycloheximide removal. During the repletion phase, the EC50 values of inhibition by tunicamycin (approx. 0.2 microgram/ml) of the incorporation of labeled glucose, mannose or galactose into trichloroacetic acid-insoluble material were found to be identical. Under these conditions, the rate of protein synthesis was maximally decreased by 30%. The results showed clearly that the recovery in lipoprotein lipase activity was parallel to the recovery in hexose incorporation, no activity being recovered in the absence of glycosylation. An inactive form of lipoprotein lipase from tunicamycin-treated cells was detected by competition experiments with mature active lipoprotein lipase for the binding to immobilized antilipoprotein lipase antibodies, as well as by immunofluorescence staining. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Western blots of cellular extracts and of extracellular media, obtained after tunicamycin-treated cells were exposed to heparin, revealed a single immunodetectable Mr 52 000 protein, whereas a single Mr 57 000 protein was detected in control cells. Therefore, the results indicate that the acquisition by lipoprotein lipase of a catalytically active conformation is linked directly or indirectly to glycosylation. Despite this lack of activation, the lipoprotein lipase molecule was able to migrate intracellularily and to undergo secretion after heparin stimulation of the tunicamycin-treated cells.  相似文献

Cholesteryl esters are selectively removed from high density lipoproteins by hepatocytes and steroidogenic cells through a process mediated by scavenger receptor BI. In the liver this cholesterol is secreted into bile, primarily as free cholesterol. Previous work showed that carboxyl ester lipase enhanced selective uptake of cholesteryl ether from high density lipoprotein by an unknown mechanism. Experiments were performed to determine whether carboxyl ester lipase plays a role in scavenger receptor BI-mediated selective uptake. When added to cultures of HepG2 cells, carboxyl ester lipase cofractionated with scavenger receptor BI and [(3)H]cholesteryl ether-labeled high density lipoprotein in lipid raft fractions of cell homogenates. Confocal microscopy of immunostained carboxyl ester lipase and scavenger receptor BI showed a close association of these proteins in HepG2 cells. The enzyme and receptor also cofractionated from homogenates of mouse liver using two different fractionation methods. Antibodies that block scavenger receptor BI function prevented carboxyl ester lipase stimulation of selective uptake in primary hepatocytes from carboxyl ester lipase knockout mice. Heparin blockage of cell-surface proteoglycans also prevented carboxyl ester lipase stimulation of cholesteryl ester uptake by HepG2 cells. Inhibition of carboxyl ester lipase activity in HepG2 cells reduced hydrolysis of high density lipoprotein-cholesteryl esters approximately 40%. In vivo, hydrolysis was similarly reduced in lipid rafts from the livers of carboxyl ester lipase-null mice compared with control animals. Primary hepatocytes from these mice yielded similar results. The data suggest that carboxyl ester lipase plays a physiological role in hepatic selective uptake and metabolism of high density lipoprotein cholesteryl esters by direct and indirect interactions with the scavenger receptor BI pathway.  相似文献

1. The effects of dietary modification, including starvation, and of corticotropin injection on the activities of acyl-CoA synthetase, glycerol phosphate acyltransferase, dihydroxyacetone phosphate acyltransferase, phosphatidate phosphohydrolase, diacylglycerol acyltransferase and lipoprotein lipase were measured in adipose tissue. 2. Lipoprotein lipase activities in heart were increased and those in adipose tissue were decreased when rats were fed on diets enriched with corn oil or beef tallow rather than with sucrose or starch. The lipoprotein lipase activity was lower in the adipose tissue of rats fed on the sucrose rather than on the starch diet. 3. Rats fed on the beef tallow diet had slightly higher activities of the total glycerol phosphate acyltransferase in adipose tissue than did rats fed on the sucrose or starch diet. The diacylglycerol acyltransferase and the mitochondrial glycerol phosphate acyltransferase activities were higher for the rats fed on the tallow diet than for those fed on the corn-oil diet. 4. Starvation significantly decreased the activities of lipoprotein lipase (after 24 and 48 h), acyl-CoA synthetase (after 24 h) and of the mitochondrial glycerol phosphate acyltransferase and the N-ethylmaleimide-insensitive dihydroxyacetone phosphate acyltransferase (after 48 h) in adipose tissue. The activities of the microsomal glycerol phosphate acyltransferase, diacylglycerol acyltransferase and the soluble phosphatidate phosphohydrolase were not significantly changed after 24 or 48 h of starvation. 5. The activities of lipoprotein lipase and phosphatidate phosphohydrolase in adipose tissue were decreased 15 min after corticotropin was injected into rats during November to December. No statistically significant differences were found when these experiments were performed during March to September. These differences may be related to the seasonal variation in acute lipolytic responses. 6. These results are discussed in relation to the control of triacylglycerol synthesis and lipoprotein metabolism.  相似文献

1. Lipoprotein lipase activity was measured in heart homogenates and in heparin-releasable and non-releasable fractions of isolated perfused rat hearts, after the intravenous injection of Triton WR-1339. 2. In homogenates of hearts from starved, rats, lipoprotein lipase activity was significantly inhibited (P less than 0.001) 2h after the injection of Triton. This inhibition was restricted exclusively to the heparin-releasable fraction. Maximum inhibition occurred 30 min after the injection and corresponded to about 60% of the lipoprotein lipase activity that could be released from the heart during 30 s perfusion with heparin. 3. Hearts of Triton-treated starved rats were unable to take up and utilize 14C-labelled chylomicron triacylglycerol fatty acids, even though about 40% of heparin-releasable activity remained in the hearts. 4. It is concluded that Triton selectively inhibits the functional lipoprotein lipase, i.e. the enzyme directly involved in the hydrolysis of circulating plasma triacylglycerols. 5. Lipoprotein lipase activities measured in homogenates of soleus muscle of starved rats and adipose tissue of fed rats were decreased by 25 and 39% respectively after Triton injection. It is concluded that, by analogy with the heart, these Triton-inhibitable activities correspond to the functional lipoprotein lipase.  相似文献

A polyclonal antibody was raised against a recombinant Chlamydomonas 14-3-3-beta-galactosidase (beta-Gal) fusion protein and characterized for its epitope specificity towards the corresponding Chlamydomonas 14-3-3 protein by scan-peptide analysis. This antibody recognized four Chlamydomonas polypeptides with apparent molecular masses 32, 30, 27, and 24 kDa, which also reacted with the antiserum depleted of anti-(Escherichia coli beta-Gal) IgG, but not with the corresponding preimmune serum or the antiserum preincubated with purified 14-3-3 proteins. Western-blot analyses performed with the antibody depleted of anti-(beta-Gal) IgG revealed that more or less pronounced levels of 14-3-3 proteins were present in all subcellular fractions of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii except the nuclei. The highest levels of 14-3-3 protein were observed in the cytosol and microsomal fraction. The 30-kDa isoform was predominant in the cytosol, whereas the 27-kDa isoform was prevalent in the microsomes. When microsomal membranes were separated by sucrose-density-gradient centrifugation, Western-blot analysis revealed distinct patterns of 14-3-3 isoforms in the endoplasmic reticulum, dictyosome, and plasma membrane fractions identified by marker enzyme activities. These findings indicate that the four 14-3-3 proteins of C. reinhardtii differentially interact with endoplasmic reticulum, dictyosomes, and plasma membrane.  相似文献

A neutral triacylglycerol lipase activity that is separate and distinct from lipoprotein lipase (LPL) could be measured in homogenates of myocardial cells if protamine sulphate and high concentrations of albumin were included in the assay. This neutral lipase was predominantly particulate, with the highest relative specific activity in microsomal subcellular fractions. The induction of diabetes by the administration of streptozotocin to rats resulted in a decrease in LPL activity in myocyte homogenates and in particulate subcellular fractions, but the percentage of cellular LPL activity that was released during incubation of myocytes with heparin was normal. In contrast, neutral lipase activity was increased in diabetic myocyte homogenates and microsomal fractions. Acid triacylglycerol lipase activity was not changed in diabetic myocytes. The decrease in LPL in myocytes owing to diabetes may result in the decreased functional LPL activity at the capillary endothelium of the diabetic heart.  相似文献

Effects of adenosine deaminase and glucagon on insulin-stimulated 2-deoxyglucose uptake by rat adipocytes are reported. (1) Adenosine deaminase (10 micrograms/ml) caused a rightward shift in the dose-response curve for the stimulation by insulin of 2-deoxyglucose uptake, but the enzyme did not alter either the basal or the maximally insulin-stimulated uptake rate. (2) In adipocytes obtained from 24 h-starved rats, glucagon inhibited the effect of insulin on 2-deoxyglucose uptake in the presence (but not in the absence) of adenosine deaminase. Basal uptake rates were unaffected. (3) Glucagon inhibited insulin-stimulated 2-deoxyglucose uptake to a greater extent in cells isolated from starved rats than in cells from fed rats. (4) Adipocytes isolated from fed and from starved rats did not differ in their capacity for degradation of 125I-labelled glucagon. The results suggest that adenosine and glucagon are regulators of insulin action in adipose tissue.  相似文献

(125)I-labelled asialo-fetuin, administered intravenously, rapidly accumulates in rat liver and the radioactivity is subsequently cleared from the liver within 60min. Plasma radioactivity reaches a minimum between 10 and 15 min after injection and rises slightly during the period of liver clearance. Free iodide is the only radioactive compound found in plasma during this latter period. Fractionation of rat liver at 5 and 13min after injection of (125)I-labelled asialo-fetuin supports the hypothesis that asialo-glycoprotein is taken into liver by pinocytosis after binding to the plasma membrane and is then hydrolysed by lysosomal enzymes. At 5min, radioactivity was concentrated 23-fold in a membrane fraction similarly enriched in phosphodiesterase I, a plasma-membrane marker enzyme, whereas at 13min the radioactivity appeared to be localized within lysosomes. Separation of three liver fractions (heavy mitochondrial, light mitochondrial and microsomal) on sucrose gradients revealed the presence of two populations of radioactive particles. One population banded in a region coincident with a lysosomal marker enzyme. The other, more abundant, population of radioactive particles had a density of 1.13 and contained some phosphodiesterase, but very little lysosomal enzyme. These latter particles appear to be pinocytotic vesicles produced after uptake of the asialo-fetuin bound by the plasma membrane. Lysosomal extracts extensively hydrolyse asialo-fetuin during incubation in vitro at pH4.7 and iodotyrosine is completely released from the iodinated glycoprotein. Protein digestion within lysosomes was demonstrated by incubating intact lysosomes containing (125)I-labelled asialo-fetuin in iso-osmotic sucrose, pH7.2. The radioactive hydrolysis product, iodotyrosine, readily passed through the lysosomal membrane and was found in the external medium. These results are not sufficient to account for the presence of free iodide in plasma, but this was explained by the observation that iodotyrosines are deiodinated by microsomal enzymes in the presence of NADPH.  相似文献
