Plasmodium falciparum proteins involved in vascular endothelial cell adherence are transported to the surface of infected erythrocytes. These proteins are exported through parasite-derived membrane structures within the erythrocyte cytoplasm called Maurer's clefts. Skeleton binding protein 1 (SBP1) is localized in the Maurer's clefts and plays an important role in transporting molecules to the surface of infected erythrocytes. Details of the translocation pathway are unclear and in this study we focused on the subcellular localization of SBP1 at an early intraerythrocytic stage. We performed immunoelectron microscopy using specific anti-SBP1 antibodies generated by immunization with recombinant SBP1 of P. falciparum. At the early trophozoite (ring form) stage, SBP1 was detected within an electron dense material (EDM) found in the parasite cytoplasm and in the parasitophorous vacuolar (PV) space. These findings demonstrate that SBP1 accumulates in EDM in the early trophozoite cytoplasm and is transported to the PV space before translocation to the Maurer's clefts formed in the erythrocyte cytoplasm.  相似文献

Selective ion binding and membrane activity of synthetic cyclopeptides   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Four cyclic peptides related to the membrane-active complexones PV, cyclo-(L-Pro-Lval-D-Pro-D-Val)3, and valinomycin were synthesized: (1) cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Ala-D-Val)3 or PVPA, (2) cyclo-(L-Ala-L-Val-D-Pro-D-Val)3 or PVAV, (3) cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Val-D-Pro-D-Val)2-L-Pro-D-Val or PV-10, (4) cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Val-D-Pro-D-Val)2 or PV-8. In a two-phase extraction assay the affinity of PV and PVPA for alkali picrates was about three orders or magnitude greater than that of valinomycin. It was about equal to valinomycin for PVAV and much lower for PV-10 and PV-8. PV, PVPA and PVAV showed a selectivity sequence similar to that of valinomycin, namely K+ approximately Rb+ greater than Cs+ greater than Na+ greater than Li+. In the series PV, PV-10, PV-, the preference for K+ over Na+ was 700, 5 and less than 1, respectively. Thus, it was possible to reverse the selectivity of PV for K+ over Na+ by reducing the ring size from 12 to 8 amino acid residues. In sheep red cell lipid bilayer membranes PVPA increased the membrane conductance significantly in the presence of either KCl or NaCl but it was less potent than PV. PV-10, PV-8 and PVAV on the other hand were ineffective in this assay. The inactivity of PVAV as a potassium carrier in membrane was in contrast to its high affinity for potassium picrate in two-phase assays. Such a behaviour may be observed of a compound that has too low an aqueous cation binding constant to use the solution-complexation mechanism of PV (Davis et al. (1976) Biochemistry 15, 768--774 and Pinkerton et al. (1969) Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 35, 512--518) and too slow binding and release kinetics to use the interfacial-complexation mechanism of valinomycin.  相似文献

A total of 135 polioviruses (PV), including 25 wild and 110 vaccine-related, isolated in Belarus in 1957-1999 were studied by the analysis of the polymorphism of the restriction fragments lengths of two distal regions of the genome: the region (480 oligonucleotide pairs) coding the N-terminal fragment of capsid protein VP1 (RLFP-1) and the region (291 oligonucleotide pairs) coding the N-terminal fragment of nonstructural protein of 3D-polymerase (RLFP-3D1). The genetic analysis of the viruses made it possible to determine 3 epidemiologically different periods of PV circulation: (1) the prevaccination period (1957-1959) when wild PV of all 3 serotypes circulated on the territory of Belarus; (2) the early period of the use of Oral Poliomielytis Vaccine (1960-1966), characterized by simultaneous circulation of wild and vaccine PV, as well as vaccine/wild recombinant PV; (3) the period of the elimination of wild PV of indigenous origin and the circulation of vaccine-related viruses (1967-1999). The characteristic feature of wild PV was their pronounced genetic variability. 8 genetic variants of PV1, including 4 genetic groups, 2 genetic variants of PV2 and 1 genetic variant of PV3 were detected; 2 vaccine/wild recombinant PV were detected in 1960 and 1966. More than 40% of the vaccine-related PV under study had altered genetic characteristics (mutations and/or recombinations. Reverse variability, linked with the loss of a number of signs of attenuation, was shown to be characteristic of vaccine PV1. Recombinants occurred most frequently among PV3 (44.9%) and PV2 (40.0%), their recombinations being formed mainly with PV1. Recombinants PV2/PV1 and PV3/PV1 were found to have high frequency of reversion in the "PV1" fragment of the genome; this frequency exceeded that in PV1 with the homotypical genome (66.7 and 44.4% in contrast to 12.5%).  相似文献

DNA-binding activity of papillomavirus proteins.   总被引:15,自引:10,他引:5       下载免费PDF全文
We demonstrate DNA binding by papillomavirus (PV) open reading frame (ORF) proteins that correspond to the early transforming and trans-activating (E6 and E2) and late structural regions (L2 and L1) from bovine PV type 1 and human PV types 6b and 16. All PV proteins were synthesized in Escherichia coli and had a common 13-amino-acid leader sequence from the expression vector pRA10. Antibodies have been generated in rabbits against these PV proteins. The PV ORF proteins bind double-stranded DNA, and this activity is demonstrated to be inherent to the PV proteins. DNA-binding activity by PV proteins is optimal at 50 mM NaCl and at pH 7.0. For some PV proteins (e.g., bovine PV type 1 E2), DNA binding is enhanced at a lower pH (pH 6.0) and NaCl concentration (50 to 100 mM). DNA binding is inhibited by the appropriate antibodies. The possible significance of these findings is discussed in relation to the genetic and structural evidence on the function of these ORFs.  相似文献

Microsporidia are obligate intracellular pathogens which enter host cells by the discharge of a hollow tube through which the sporoplasma is extruded into the host cell. Since this invasion mechanism is very different from common entry strategies, the formation of the parasitophorous vacuole (PV) in Encephalitozoon species is likely to be distinct from known principles. We investigated the origin of the nascent Encephalitozoon cuniculi PV membrane with the aid of fluorescent lipid probes. When Bodipy 500/510-C(12)-HPC-labeled spores were used for infection, the emerging PV membrane was unlabeled, suggesting that sporoplasma-derived lipids do not significantly contribute to the formation of the PV membrane. In contrast, when raft and nonraft microdomains of the host cell plasma membrane were selectively labeled with DiIC(16) and Speedy DiO, both tracers were detectable in the nascent PV membrane shortly after infection, indicating that the bulk lipids of the PV membrane are host cell derived. Time-lapse fluorescence microscopy revealed that the formation of the PV membrane is a fast event (<1.3 s), which occurred simultaneously with the extrusion of the sporoplasma. The portion of the discharged tube which is in contact with the host cell was found to be coated with labeled host cell lipids, which might be an indication for a plasma membrane invagination at the contact site. To investigate the presence of pores in the E. cuniculi PV membrane, we microinjected fluorescent dyes of different sizes into infected host cells. A 0.5-kDa dextran as well as 0.8- to 1.1-kDa peptides could rapidly enter the PV, while a 10-kDa dextran was stably excluded from the PV lumen, indicating that the PV membrane possesses pores with an exclusion size of <10 kDa, which should allow metabolite exchange.  相似文献

The majority of pemphigus vulgaris (PV) patients suffer from a live-threatening loss of intercellular adhesion between keratinocytes (acantholysis). The disease is caused by auto-antibodies that bind to desmosomal cadherins desmoglein (Dsg) 3 or Dsg3 and Dsg1 in mucous membranes and skin. A currently unresolved controversy in PV is whether apoptosis is involved in the pathogenic process. The objective of this study was to perform preclinical studies to investigate apoptotic pathway activation in PV pathogenesis with the goal to assess its potential for clinical therapy. For this purpose, we investigated mouse and human skin keratinocyte cultures treated with PV antibodies (the experimental Dsg3 monospecific antibody AK23 or PV patients IgG), PV mouse models (passive transfer of AK23 or PVIgG into adult and neonatal mice) as well as PV patients’ biopsies (n=6). A combination of TUNEL assay, analyses of membrane integrity, early apoptotic markers such as cleaved poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) and the collapse of actin cytoskeleton failed to provide evidence for apoptosis in PV pathogenesis. However, the in vitro and in vivo PV models, allowing to monitor progression of lesion formation, revealed an early, transient and low-level caspase-3 activation. Pharmacological inhibition confirmed the functional implication of caspase-3 in major events in PV such as shedding of Dsg3, keratin retraction, proliferation including c-Myc induction, p38MAPK activation and acantholysis. Together, these data identify low-level caspase-3 activation downstream of disrupted Dsg3 trans- or cis-adhesion as a major event in PV pathogenesis that is non-synonymous with apoptosis and represents, unlike apoptotic components, a promising target for clinical therapy. At a broader level, these results posit that an impairment of adhesive functions in concert with low-level, non-lethal caspase-3 activation can evoke profound cellular changes which may be of relevance for other diseases including cancer.  相似文献

A novel vesicle, referred to as a precursor-accumulating (PAC) vesicle, mediates the transport of storage protein precursors to protein storage vacuoles in maturing pumpkin seeds. PV72, a type I integral membrane protein with three repeats of epidermal growth factor, was found on the membrane of the PAC vesicles. PV72 had an ability to bind to pro2S albumin, a storage protein precursor, in a Ca(2+)-dependent manner, via the C-terminal region of pro2S albumin, which was found to function as a vacuolar targeting signal. This implies that PV72 is a vacuolar sorting receptor of the storage protein. PV72 was specifically and transiently accumulated at the middle stage of seed maturation in association with the synthesis of storage proteins. Subcellular fractionation showed that PV72 was also accumulated in the microsomal fraction. A fusion protein consisting of GFP and the transmembrane domain and the cytosolic tail of PV72 was localized in Golgi complex. PV72 in the isolated PAC vesicles had a complex type of oligosaccharide, indicating that PV72 passed though the Golgi complex. These results suggest that PV72 is recycled between PAC vesicles and Golgi complex/post-Golgi compartments. PV72 appears to be responsible for recruiting pro2S albumin molecules from the Golgi complex to the PAC vesicles.  相似文献

Epimastigote and trypomastigote forms of Trypanosoma cruzi attach to the macrophage surface and are internalized with the formation of a membrane bounded vacuole, known as the parasitophorous vacuole (PV). In order to determine if components of the host cell membrane are internalized during formation of the PV we labeled the macrophage surface with fluorescent probes for proteins, lipids and sialic acid residues and then allowed the labeled cells to interact with the parasites. The interaction process was interrupted after 1 hr at 37 masculineC and the distribution of the probes analyzed by confocal laser scanning microscopy. During attachment of the parasites to the macrophage surface an intense labeling of the attachment regions was observed. Subsequently labeling of the membrane lining the parasitophorous vacuole containing epimastigote and trypomastigote forms was seen. Labeling was not uniform, with regions of intense and light or no labeling. The results obtained show that host cell membrane lipids, proteins and sialoglycoconjugates contribute to the formation of the membrane lining the PV containing epimastigote and trypomastigote T. cruzi forms. Lysosomes of the host cell may participate in the process of PV membrane formation.  相似文献

It has been reported that specific environmental influences during the postpartum period might contribute to the development of schizophrenia (SZ). Administration of MK801 during early development led to persistent brain pathology. Glutamate decarboxylase 1 (GAD67) and parvalbumin (PV), and neuregulin 1 (NRG1)/ErbB4 signaling were closely associated with SZ pathology. We postulated therefore that NMDA receptor antagonists exposure during the postpartum period may be associated with expression dysregulation of some of the SZ candidate proteins. To test this, we used mouse primary hippocampal neurons and neonatal male mice treated with the NMDA receptor antagonist, MK801 at postnatal day 4 (P4) or P7, followed by the treatments of antipsychotic drugs (i.e., olanzapine, risperidone, and haloperidol). The expressions of GAD67, PV, NRG1, and ErbB4 in in vitro and in vivo SZ models were detected with Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Behavioral tests (locomotion activity, social interaction, novel object recognition and prepulse inhibition) were measured. We found MK801 decreased the expression of GAD67, PV, NRG1 and ErbB4, and induced obvious behavioral alterations, while antipsychotics reversed these alterations. These results suggest that exposure to the NMDA receptor antagonist in early development may lead to long-lasting influence on the expression of specific proteins, such as GAD67, PV, NRG1, and ErbB4. Moreover, our results suggest that rescue of the activation of the NRG1/ErbB4 signaling pathway may be one of the mechanisms by which antipsychotic drugs have an antipsychotic effect.  相似文献

Alcoholic-related liver disease (ALD) is one of the leading causes of chronic liver disease and morbidity. Unfortunately, the pathogenesis of ALD is still incompletely understood. StARD1 has emerged as a key player in other etiologies of chronic liver disease, and alcohol-induced liver injury exhibits zonal distribution. Here, we report that StARD1 is predominantly expressed in perivenous (PV) zone of liver sections from mice-fed chronic and acute-on-chronic ALD models compared to periportal (PP) area and is observed as early as 10 days of alcohol feeding. Ethanol and chemical hypoxia induced the expression of StARD1 in isolated primary mouse hepatocytes. The zonal-dependent expression of StARD1 resulted in the accumulation of cholesterol in mitochondria and increased lipid peroxidation in PV hepatocytes compared to PP hepatocytes, effects that were abrogated in PV hepatocytes upon hepatocyte-specific Stard1 KO mice. Transmission electron microscopy indicated differential glycogen and lipid droplets content between PP and PV areas, and alcohol feeding decreased glycogen content in both areas while increased lipid droplets content preferentially in PV zone. Moreover, transmission electron microscopy revealed that mitochondria from PV zone exhibited reduced length with respect to PP area, and alcohol feeding increased mitochondrial number, particularly, in PV zone. Extracellular flux analysis indicated lower maximal respiration and spared respiratory capacity in control PV hepatocytes that were reversed upon alcohol feeding. These findings reveal a differential morphology and functional activity of mitochondria between PP and PV hepatocytes following alcohol feeding and that StARD1 may play a key role in the zonal-dependent liver injury characteristic of ALD.  相似文献

During Xenopus early development, FGF signaling is involved in mesoderm formation and neurogenesis by modulating various signaling cascades. FGF-MAPK signaling induces Xbra expression, which maintains mesodermal fate through an autocatalytic-loop. Interestingly, previous reports have demonstrated that basic FGF (bFGF) treatment alone does not induce neurogenesis in ectodermal explants, even though FGF signaling inhibits BMP signaling via phosphorylation in Smad1 linker region. In addition, the overexpression of dominantnegative Xbra induces neurogenesis in ectodermal explants. However, the detailed mechanism underlying these phenomena has not yet been clarified. In this work, we showed that bFGF-Xbra signaling increased the PV.1 expression. DN-Xbra was found to decrease PV.1 expression, and the co-injection of PV.1 with DN-Xbra reduced neurogenesis in ectodermal explants. Furthermore, the knockdown of PV.1 induced neurogenesis in bFGF-treated ectodermal explants. Taken together, our results demonstrate that FGF-Xbra signaling induces PV.1 expression and that PV.1 functions as a neural repressor in the FGF-treated ectoderm. Endogenous erythroid colony (EEC) formation is one of the minor criteria for diagnosing polycythemia vera (PV) according to 2008 WHO diagnostic criteria. But EEC requires bone marrow aspiration and sophisticated laboratory procedures; therefore, practically it is rarely used to diagnose PV. Insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R) was found to be constitutively phosphorylated and was responsible for the EEC formation in PV; therefore, we measured IGF-1R levels in the peripheral blood of 26 PV patients and compared them with those of 33 patients with secondary polycythemia and 29 normal controls. Among the PV patients, 16 were treated with only phlebotomy, 9 received hydroxyurea, and 1 was treated with ruxolinitinib. We found that PV patients treated with only phlebotomy had significantly higher IGF-1R levels than did those PV patients treated with hydroxyurea or ruxolinitinib. None of the secondary PV patients or normal controls had elevated IGR-1R levels, while 14 of 16 (87%) PV patients had significantly elevated IGF-1R levels. The new 2016 WHO has eliminated EEC as a minor criterion for diagnosing PV, but there are still some cases that cannot be definitively diagnosed by the current criteria. Therefore, we suggest that quantifying the IGF-1R level in peripheral blood by flow cytometry to replace EEC as the minor criterion for diagnosing PV.  相似文献

Poliovirus (PV) requires membranes of the host cell's secretory pathway to generate replication complexes (RCs) for viral RNA synthesis. Recent work identified the intermediate compartment and the Golgi apparatus as the precursors of the replication "organelles" of PV (N. Y. Hsu et al., Cell 141:799-811, 2010). In this study, we examined the effect of PV on COPII vesicles, the secretory cargo carriers that bud from the endoplasmic reticulum and homotypically fuse to form the intermediate compartment that matures into the Golgi apparatus. We found that infection by PV results in a biphasic change in functional COPII vesicle biogenesis in cells, with an early enhancement and subsequent inhibition. Concomitant with the early increase in COPII vesicle formation, we found an increase in the membrane fraction of Sec16A, a key regulator of COPII vesicle formation. We suggest that the early burst in COPII vesicle formation detected benefits PV by increasing the precursor pool required for the formation of its RCs.  相似文献

Poliovirus (PV) is not often described as a monocyte- or macrophage-tropic virus; however, previous work indicated that neurovirulent PV type 1 Mahoney [PV(1)Mahoney] can productively infect primary human monocytes. To determine whether this replication has a functional role in pathogenesis, primary human mononuclear blood cells were infected with pairs of attenuated and neurovirulent strains of PV. Two neurovirulent strains of PV, PV(1)Mahoney and PV(2)MEF-1, replicated faster and to higher titers than attenuated counterparts PV(1)Sabin and PV(2)W-2, respectively, in primary human monocytes, suggesting that this replication may contribute to pathogenesis. PV(3)Leon grew weakly, while PV(3)Sabin, PV(2)Sabin, and PV(2) P712 did not replicate in these cells, perhaps because of their slow replication cycle. In U937 cells, a monocytelike cell line, PV(1)Mahoney replicated but PV(1)Sabin did not, while both grew well in HeLa cells. When molecular recombinants of PV(1)Mahoney and PV(1)Sabin were assessed, a correlation between neurovirulence and the ability to replicate in primary human mononuclear blood cells was found. Surprisingly, infectious centers assays with primary human mononuclear blood cells and U937 cells indicated that despite the lower overall viral yield, more cells are initially infected with the attenuated viruses. These results indicate that there are virulence-specific differences in the ability of PV(1)Mahoney to replicate in monocytes and suggest that there may be factors in monocytes that virulent strains of PV require.  相似文献

Trypanosoma cruzi, an obligate intracellular protozoan parasite, exhibits developmental regulation of virulence. Although both noninfective epimastigote and infective trypomastigote stages of T. cruzi enter phagocytic cells via the formation of a parasitophorous vacuole (PV), only the latter developmental stages survive ingestion and perpetuate the infection. To determine whether the membrane composition of PV surrounding these different stages might contribute to differences in the outcome of infection, we identified selected membrane constituents by immunofluorescence and intracellular radioiodination, and studied their incorporation into PV. Complement receptors (CR3) are incorporated preferentially into the PV membrane surrounding serum-opsonized epimastigotes but not culture-derived metacyclic trypomastigotes. FcR are not preferentially incorporated into PV membranes unless epimastigotes or culture-derived metacyclic trypomastigotes are opsonized with anti-T. cruzi antibody. PV surrounding either parasite stage contain beta 1 integrins and lysosomal membrane glycoproteins (lgp). These results indicate that the plasma membrane glycoproteins incorporated into the surrounding PV membrane differ depending upon the stage of parasite being internalized, and that these differences reflect, at least in part, selective ligation of cell surface receptors mediating uptake. Furthermore, they imply that although virulent trypomastigote stages may avoid host cell uptake by conventional phagocytic receptors, i.e., CR3 or FcR, they do not escape fusion with an lgp-containing vacuole where they could still be exposed to lysosomal antimicrobial mechanisms.  相似文献

PV1 is an endothelial-specific integral membrane glycoprotein associated with the stomatal diaphragms of caveolae, transendothelial channels, and vesiculo-vacuolar organelles and the diaphragms of endothelial fenestrae. Multiple PV1 homodimers are found within each stomatal and fenestral diaphragm. We investigated the function of PV1 within these diaphragms and their regulation and found that treatment of endothelial cells in culture with phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) led to upregulation of PV1. This correlated with de novo formation of stomatal diaphragms of caveolae and transendothelial channels as well as fenestrae upon PMA treatment. The newly formed diaphragms could be labeled with anti-PV1 antibodies. The upregulation of PV1 and formation of stomatal and fenestral diaphragms by PMA was endothelium specific and was the highest in microvascular endothelial cells compared with their large vessel counterparts. By using a siRNA approach, PV1 mRNA silencing prevented the de novo formation of the diaphragms of caveolae as well as fenestrae and transendothelial channels. Overexpression of PV1 in endothelial cells as well as in cell types that do not harbor caveolar diaphragms in situ induced de novo formation of caveolar stomatal diaphragms. Lastly, PV1 upregulation by PMA required the activation of Erk1/2 MAP kinase pathway and was protein kinase C independent. Taken together, these data show that PV1 is a key structural component, necessary for the biogenesis of the stomatal and fenestral diaphragms.  相似文献

The obligate intracellular protozoan Toxoplasma gondii establishes its replication permissive niche within the infected host cell. This niche, the parasitophorous vacuole (PV), is delimited from the host cell cytoplasm by the PV membrane (PVM). In this chapter we highlight the roles of the PVM in the remodeling of host cell architecture, nutrient acquisition, the manipulation of signaling, and touch upon the potential roles in the parasite developmental cycle. We further present the PVM as a unique and dynamic "organelle" found only within the infected cell where it is established outside the parent organism. Despite its importance little is known about the biology of the PVM. There has, however, been a recent renewal of interest in the PVM, the study of which has become more tractable with the application of both classical approaches as well as genomic and proteomic analyses. In this review we discuss the diverse activities associated with the PVM and present pressing questions that remain to be elucidated regarding this enigmatic organelle.  相似文献

Chronic infection with certain types of human papillomaviruses (HPV), especially HPV-16 and HPV-18, leads to the development of cervical cancer. Prophylactic HPV vaccines based on HPV virus like particles (VLPs) have now been developed. The commercial vaccines, Gardasil and Cervarix are clinically effective in preventing HPV infection but do not have a therapeutic effect against existing chronic HPV infections. However, papillomavirus (PV) VLPs elicit strong cytotoxic T cell (CTL) responses and PV VLPs without any adjuvant have therapeutic effects in animal PV infection model. Alum in Gardasil, Alum and 3-O-deacylated-4′-monophosphoryl lipid A (ASO4) in Cervarix may stimulate IL10 production and inhibit the Th1, CTL immune response of immunized individuals. PV VLPs also stimulate the production of IL10 by CD4+ T cells, which prevent their CTL generation effect as a therapeutic vaccine. Neutralizing IL10 at the time of PV VLPs immunization increases cytotoxic T cell responses. PV VLPs incorporating PV early protein E2, 6 and 7, together with immune stimulator that promote strong type 1 responses, and at the same time blocking the effect of IL10 may have therapeutic effect against HPV infection related diseases and are worth further basic and clinical investigation.  相似文献

Studies on anti‐picornavirus compounds have revealed an essential role of a novel cellular pathway via host phosphatidylinositol‐4 kinase III beta (PI4KB) and oxysterol‐binding protein (OSBP) family I in poliovirus (PV) replication. However, the molecular role for this pathway in PV replication has yet to be determined. Here, viral and host proteins modulating production of phosphatidylinositol 4‐phosphate (PI4P) and accumulation of unesterified cholesterol (UC) in cells were analyzed and the role of the PI4KB/OSBP pathway in PV replication characterized. Virus protein 2BC was identified as a novel interactant of PI4KB. PI4KB and VCP/p97 bind to a partially overlapped region of 2BC with different sensitivity to a 2C inhibitor. Production of PI4P and accumulation of UC were enhanced by virus protein 2BC, but suppressed by virus proteins 3A and 3AB. In PV‐infected cells, a PI4KB inhibitor suppressed production of PI4P, and both a PI4KB inhibitor and an OSBP ligand suppressed accumulation of UC on virus‐induced membrane structure. Inhibition of PI4KB activity caused dissociation of OSBP from virus‐induced membrane structure in PV‐infected cells. Synthesis of viral nascent RNA in PV‐infected cells was not affected in the presence of PI4KB inhibitor and OSBP ligand; however, transient pre‐treatment of PV‐infected cells with these inhibitors suppressed viral RNA synthesis. These results suggest that virus proteins modulate PI4KB activity and provide PI4P for recruitment of OSBP to accumulate UC on virus‐induced membrane structure for formation of a virus replication complex.  相似文献
