于1998~2000年夏季。运用GPS定位系统确定了12块面积范围为6.5~112.8hm。的彼此隔离的森林斑块。比较了斑块面积和栖息地质量对繁殖鸟类群落结构的影响。结果表明:不同面积斑块中繁殖鸟类的群落结构有所差异。各斑块所容纳的繁殖鸟类的物种数从4种到26种不等。鸟类物种数随着斑块面积的增大而增多。不同鸟类对斑块面积的反应并不相同,耐边缘种偏爱面积较小的斑块。而非边缘种偏爱在大面积的斑块中繁殖。斑块栖息地质量也是影响鸟类群落结构的重要因素,质量好的斑块包容的鸟类物种较多。鸟类物种丰富度与斑块质量的相关性(R2=0.67)小于与斑块面积的相关性(R2=0.88)。各斑块中的鸟类群落结构在不同年份间比较相似。栖息地破碎化不但缩小了栖息地面积。同时也不同程度地降低了栖息地的质量。从而消极地影响着鸟类群落结构的稳定性和鸟类的物种多样性。  相似文献

土壤养分的空间异质性在自然界普遍存在, 而克隆植物被认为能很好地适应和利用土壤养分异质性。尽管尺度和对比度是异质性的两个重要属性, 但有关土壤养分异质性的尺度和对比度及其交互作用对克隆植物生长和分株分布格局影响的研究仍比较缺乏。在一个温室实验中, 根状茎型草本克隆植物扁秆荆三棱(Bolboschoenus planiculmis) (异名扁秆藨草(Scirpus planiculumis))被种植在由高养分斑块和低养分斑块组成的异质性环境中。实验为两种尺度处理(大斑块和小斑块)和两种对比度处理(高对比度和低对比度)交叉组成的4种处理组合。在每个处理中, 高养分和低养分斑块的总面积相同; 在所有4种处理中, 土壤养分的总量也完全相同。无论在整个克隆(植株)水平, 还是在斑块水平, 尺度、对比度及其交互作用对扁秆荆三棱的生物量、分株数、根状茎长和块茎数的影响均不显著。然而, 在斑块水平, 扁秆荆三棱在高养分斑块中的生物量、分株数、根状茎长和块茎数均显著高于低养分斑块, 而在高养分斑块中相邻分株间的距离(间隔物长)小于低养分斑块, 并且这种效应均不依赖于斑块尺度的大小和对比度的高低。因此, 在土壤养分异质性环境中, 扁秆荆三棱可以通过缩短间隔物长, 并可能通过提高根状茎的分枝强度, 把较多的分株和潜在分株放置在养分条件好的斑块中。这种响应格局体现出克隆植物的觅食行为, 有利于整个克隆对异质性资源的吸收和利用。然而, 该实验中的尺度和对比度对扁秆荆三棱分株的放置格局均没有显著效应。作者推测, 在一个更大的斑块尺度和(或)对比度范围内, 扁秆荆三棱对土壤养分异质性的响应可能不同。因此, 下一步的研究应涉及更广泛的尺度和对比度。  相似文献

The Chaco is the largest dry forest biome in South America and one of the regions most threatened by agricultural intensification. As a consequence, in several areas Chaco forests persist as forest remnants of different sizes embedded in an agricultural matrix. Ants are social insects that have key roles in ecosystem functioning, and the effects of this ongoing land use change process on ant communities are little known for this region. In the present study, we assessed the consequences of land use replacement by monocultures and forest fragmentation on ant communities. Particularly, we assessed whether patch size, patch isolation and edge effect affect species richness and composition of ground‐dwelling ants in fragmented landscapes of Chaco forests. We collected ants by combining hand collecting and pitfall traps in 17 forest fragments and the surrounding matrix from two sites in Córdoba, Argentina. Patch size and patch isolation had no effect on ant richness; however, patch isolation and, to a lesser extent, patch size altered ant species composition. The ant community was not affected by edge but it was negatively affected by the crop matrix, which reduced richness and altered species composition. These results indicate that monoculture matrices severely affect ant communities in the Chaco forests, and that the effects of other indicators of habitat fragmentation (patch size and edge effect) are subtler and less relevant. In the present context of land use change, even small fragments could have an important value for the conservation of ant diversity.  相似文献

研究了9a草地恢复油潜系列中斑块边界形状和斑块面积分布动态,并进行了凡度转换分析。獐茅斑块的边界分维数和斑块化指数最高,羊草斑块的较低,碱蓬斑块的斑块化指数略小于羊草斑块,边界分维数大于洋草斑块。共他类型斑块的两种指数基本上介于獐茅斑块之间,斑块化指数的年限变动滞后于斑块边界分维数,斑块边发维数在整个试验的尺度范围内符合同一自相似规律,斑块的面积分布格局在不同的尺度上有不同的自相似规律。  相似文献

为深入阐明区域红树林空间演变机理,需对红树林斑块数量和面积在不同因子驱动下通过不同途径发生的变化量进行准确计量。提出了在GIS平台支持下的通过空间叠置分析方法进行斑块数量和面积变化量计量的两种方法——精确计量法和整体计量法。首先将前后两期通过遥感图像提取的红树林斑块分布图、遥感图像进行叠合,采用视觉信息叠合方法,将全部斑块划分为众多具有相同主要驱动因子和变化途径的分析单元;若前后期遥感图像能够精确配准,采用精确计量法计量:通过线与多边形叠置方法,用前期斑块的线状图对后斑块的面状图、后期斑块的线状图对前斑块的面状图分别进行切割,每个分析单元得到多个亚斑块,逐一确定每个亚斑块的驱动因子、变化途径,据此统计每个分析单元中斑块数量和面积在不同因子驱动下通过不同途径发生的变化量;若前后期遥感图像难以精确配准,采用整体计量法计量:对于每个分析单元,根据斑块恢复的难易程度、面积和斑块数量变化量的大小,确定其主要驱动因子和主要变化途径,该分析单元前、后期斑块数量和面积之差即为其在监测期间由该因子驱动通过该途径发生的斑块数量和面积变化量。尽管整体计量法对红树林空间演变机制分析的结果与精确计量法存在一定差异,但也属于定量分析范畴,都能深刻阐明红树林空间演变机制,能够全面、准确地反映了区域红树林斑块数量和面积在监测期内增加、减少的动态过程。  相似文献

Abstract

We analysed the effects of patch configuration and site history on vascular plants in ancient forests of the Eastern Po Plain, documented back to 1740. Despite their reduced size, all the forests are part of Natura 2000 Network and significantly contribute to the maintenance of a threatened habitat and support biological diversity of the Continental biogeographic region. The presence of some functional ecological plant species groups was correlated with patch configuration and age. Habitat quality, in terms of suitability for forest species, was found to be important in explaining the presence of species of high conservation value, but patch age (as an indicator for habitat quality) played a major role too. For core forest species, patch area is a redundant variable in explaining species richness relative to habitat quality and patch age and the extinction of specialists seems to occur mainly in a deterministic way. Even small forest fragments can be very important for maintaining plant species diversity, at least if they are of high habitat quality and if the forest management is appropriate. However, to achieve a long term conservation, management plans should also aim at an improvement of the anthropogenic matrix surrounding forest remnants.  相似文献

藓结皮作为干旱区重要的地表覆盖物,主要呈斑块状分布,其大小能够明显改变土壤和藓类植物的含水量、蒸散量以及养分含量,对荒漠地表的稳定和碳循环具有重要作用。降雨是干旱荒漠区土壤水分的主要来源,能够直接影响藓结皮的生理活性,决定了藓结皮土壤的碳源-碳汇效应。然而不同大小藓结皮斑块碳通量对降雨的响应是否不同并不清楚。以古尔班通古特沙漠齿肋赤藓(Syntrichia caninervis Mitt.)斑块为研究对象,施加不同降雨量(0 mm、2 mm、5 mm、15 mm降雨),连续54 h测定不同大小藓结皮斑块(直径为:4.6 cm、5.6 cm、10 cm)碳通量。结果显示:(1)在2 mm和5 mm降雨量下,不同斑块大小藓结皮静碳交换速率连续54 h内的变化趋势相似,直径为4.6 cm和5.6 cm斑块累积碳通量呈负值,表现为碳固定,10 cm斑块则相反表现为碳释放,在15 mm降雨量下,不同斑块大小藓结皮碳通量均表现为碳释放,直径为10 cm的藓结皮斑块净碳交换速率随时间的变化趋势与直径5.6 cm和4.6 cm藓结皮斑块不同;(2)斑块大小和降雨量变化均显著影响藓结皮斑块碳通量,土壤含...  相似文献

景观破碎化是当前一个突出的生态学问题,破碎斑块的大小和形状特征对物种多样性具有重要影响。选取三江平原别拉洪河流域为研究区,通过调查残存湿地斑块的面积、形状和植物物种丰富度,利用相关分析和回归分析等方法研究了残存湿地斑块特征及其对物种多样性的影响。研究结果表明:在强烈的人为活动干扰下,三江平原湿地破碎化严重,残存湿地斑块面积较小,斑块形状规则、边界简单。斑块形状指数、分维数、形状特征点数和斑块面积、物种丰富度均没有显著相关关系,而斑块面积、周长和周长面积比对物种丰富度具有显著影响。但是斑块周长和周长面积比均受面积的直接影响,所以斑块面积是决定物种丰富度的主要因素,这点需在湿地生物多样性保护中予以重视。虽然斑块形状特征点数是农业景观物种丰富度的一个很好预测指标,但是该指标不适用于形状规则的残存湿地斑块物种丰富度预测。另外,对于残存湿地斑块种-面积关系的机理还有待进一步研究。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to test for general effects of patch size, patch isolation, disturbance frequency, and patch life span, on density and diversity of organisms. We sampled predominantly herbivorous insects in 31 alfalfa fields that varied in size, isolation, frequency of disturbance by cutting, and age (number of years planted in alfalfa). Effects on insect relative density and diversity were examined at three taxonomic levels: all insects, eight separate orders, and six legume-specialist weevil species. We found that (a) more isolated alfalfa fields had higher overall insect richness, (b) fields with higher disturbance frequency had lower overall insect richness, and (c) fields of intermediate age had highest insect richness. In some cases these patterns were reflected at lower taxonomic levels, but in many cases they were not. These results are important because they indicate that, although we cannot simultaneously tailor a landscape for each of thousands of species, we may be able to produce desired effects at a more general level. The influence of risk on the selection of foraging patches by young-of-year black surfperch, Embiotoca jacksoni Agassiz, was investigated by laboratory and field experiments. These foragers harvest crustacean prey from a variety of benthic algal substrata. In field environments, patch types vary in two ways. First, substrata differ in structural complexity and probably afford different degrees of protection from predators. Second, substratum types vary in prey richness. There was no correlation between structural complexity and prey richness, and either or both factors could be a component of foraging patch value. Each patch is small and individual foragers are simultaneously confronted with arrays of patches encompassing the full range of variation in structure and prey richness. Furthermore, a major predator of young-of-year black surfperch, the kelp bass, Paralabrax clathratus (Girard), is patchily distributed in space and time. Thus similar arrays of patch types can be characterized by different levels of overall risk. Risk to foragers is dependent on light level as well as the presence and density of predators.The interplay between food quality and shelter potential in influencing patch choice was examined under different regimes of risk. Both laboratory and field experiments indicated patch preference was based primarily on food quality. However, the physical structure of a patch did become a component of patch choice as risk increased. The relative value of physical structure under high risk was dependent on the prey richness of a patch; food-poor substrata with high shelter potential remained unfavored even in situations of high risk.  相似文献

以宁夏中东部荒漠区为景观背景,选择人工固沙次生林地、流动风积沙地和沙壤土质丘陵地3种生境类型共18块天然或人工种植的柠条林斑块,研究了柠条豆象、豆荚螟和柠条种子小蜂3种柠条种实害虫对寄主植物斑块质量、斑块面积和空间格局的反应.结果显示:3种柠条种实害虫对寄主植物的为害率与斑块质量、斑块格局和昆虫自身迁移能力有关.对斑块质量的反应受到斑块尺度大小的影响,在不同的生境类型间,种实害虫的为害率差异显著(P<0.05),以人工固沙次生林地的为害率最高,其次为沙壤土质丘陵地,流动风积沙地相对较低.在小斑块格局中,柠条种实害虫数量的发生与寄主植物斑块的面积、破碎化程度存在一定的相关性,斑块面积减少、生境破碎化程度增加能够降低移动能力较强的豆荚螟(r=0.365)的为害率,而对移动能力较弱的柠条豆象(r=0.160)、柠条种子小蜂(r=0.193)则没有明显影响.斑块边缘效应强度和景观斑块周边资源互补对种群密度具有正相关的影响.  相似文献

Endocannabinoid anandamide (N-arachidonoyl ethanolamide; AEA) has been shown to cause negative inotropic and antiarrhythmic effects in ventricular myocytes. In this study, using whole-cell patch clamp technique, we have investigated the effects of AEA on cardiac Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX1)-mediated currents. AEA suppressed NCX1 with an IC50 value of 4.7 μM. Both inward and outward components of exchanger currents were suppressed by AEA equally. AEA inhibition was mimicked by the metabolically stable analogue, methanandamide (metAEA, 10 μM) while it was not influenced by inhibition of fatty acid amide hydrolase with 1 μM URB597 incubation. The effect of AEA, was not altered in the presence of cannabinoid receptor 1 and 2 antagonists AM251 (1 μM) and AM630 (1 μM), respectively. In addition, inhibition by AEA remained unchanged after pertussis toxin (PTX, 2 μg/ml) treatment or following the inclusion of GDP-β-S (1 mM) in pipette solution. Currents mediated by NCX1 expressed in HEK-293 cells were also inhibited by 10 μM AEA a partially reversible manner. Confocal microscopy images indicated that the intensity of YFP-NCX1 expression on cell surface was not altered by AEA. Collectively, the results indicate that AEA directly inhibits the function of NCX1 in rat ventricular myocytes and in HEK-293 cells expressing NCX1.  相似文献

Experiments were performed to compare the mechanism of block of voltage-dependent K channels by various short and long alkyl chain tetraalkylammonium (TAA) ions at internal and external sites. Current through single channels was recorded from excised membrane patches of cultured neuroblastoma cells using the patch-clamp technique. All of the TAA derivatives tested blocked the open channel when applied to either side of the membrane. Tetraethylammonium (TEA) reduced the amplitude of current through the open channel. Tetrabutylammonium (TBA) and tetrapentylammonium (TPeA) reduced the open time as a function of the concentration. An additional nonconducting state was observed when TBA or TPeA was applied internally or externally, due to the presence of a drug-bound and blocked state of the channel. The closing rate under control conditions was similar to that in the presence of external tetramethylammonium (TMA), suggesting that channel closing is independent of external drug binding. The concentration for half maximal block of the channel by external TEA was 80 microM. The channel was less sensitive to internal TEA, which half blocked the channel at 27 mM. The dissociation rate of long alkyl chain TAA ions from the channel was slower when applied to the inside, compared to external application, suggesting the presence of distinct internal and external receptors. Long alkyl chain TAA derivatives, such as TBA had a faster association rate with the open channel when applied to the inside of the membrane than when applied to the outside.  相似文献
