By applying the hydrothermal in situ acylation reactions between alkyl-substituted pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acids and hydrazine hydrate, six pyridine-monoacylhydrazidate-coordinated transition-metal complexes [Mn(MPDH)2] 1, [M(MPDH)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (M2+ = Co2+2, Zn2+3), [Mn(EPDH)2(H2O)2] 4 and [M(EPDH)2(H2O)2] (M2+ = Zn2+5, Co2+6) (MPDH = 6-methylpyridine-2,3-dicarboxylhydrazidate; EPDH = 5-ethylpyridine-2,3-dicarboxylhydrazidate) were obtained. Although only compound 1 is a 1-D chained coordination polymer and the others are the mononuclear molecular entities, they all further self-assemble into the interesting supramolecular networks via hydrogen-bonded interactions between pyridine-monoacylhydrazidate ligands. Two Zn2+ compounds 3 and 5 possess the fluorescence properties with maximum emissions at 517 nm for 3 and 530 nm for 5 upon excitation, respectively. The magnetic analysis for compound 1 indicates there exists the antiferromagnetic interactions between the Mn(II) ions.  相似文献

Three water-soluble dicobalt(III) complexes, [Co2L2(µ-OH)2](ClO4)2·5H2O (1), [Co2L2(µ-OH)2](ClO4)2·CH3OH·H2O(2); [Co2L2(µ-OH)2](ClO4)2·4H2O(3) (L = 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N-acetate monoanion), were prepared to serve as nuclease mimics. The complexes were characterized by X-ray, IR and UV-vis spectroscopy as well as ESI-MS. Three complexes exhibit similar structures, just with different solvent molecules. The electrospray mass spectrum of 1 in solution indicates that dinuclear ion [Co2L2(µ-OH)2-H+] + (4) is the active species. In the absence of any reducing agent, the complexes cleave plasmid pBR322 DNA was performed and its hydrolytic mechanism was demonstrated with radical scavengers, anaerobic reaction and T4 ligase. The kinetic aspects of DNA cleavage under pseudo- or true-Michaelis-Menten conditions are also detailed, kinetic parameters (kcat, KM) were calculated to be 3.57 h− 1, 6.92 × 10− 4 M; 0.28 h− 1, 1.9 × 10− 5 M for 4, respectively.  相似文献

Five novel complexes, Co(OBt)2 · 7H2O (1) (OBt = 1-hydroxybenzotriazole ion), Ni3(OBt)6 · 6H2O (2), [Ag(OBt)(HOBt)]n (3), [Zn(OBt)2]n (4) and [Cu2(OBt)4 · 3H2O]n (5) were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, XRPD, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The results from single-crystal X-ray diffraction indicate that 1-5 are zero-dimensional (0D), zero-dimensional, one-dimensional (1D), and three-dimensional (3D) frameworks, respectively. In particular, 3 is twin crystal; 4 possesses of double-stranded chains; 5 crystallizes in orthorhombic space group P212121 with a helical chain in its structure. The luminescence properties and the magnetic properties of the five complexes were investigated.  相似文献

The first [Pd(Ln)2(ox)] xH2O oxalato(ox) complexes involving 2-chloro-N6-(benzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L1; complex 1), 2-chloro-N6-(4-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L2; 2), 2-chloro-N6-(2,3-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L3; 3), 2-chloro-N6-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L4; 4), and 2-chloro-N6-(4-methylbenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L5; 5) have been synthesized by the reactions of potassium bis(oxalato)palladate(II) dihydrate, [K2Pd(ox)2]·2H2O, with the mentioned organic compounds (H2ox = oxalic acid; x = 0 for 1-3 and 5 or 2 for 4). Elemental analyses (C, H, N), FTIR, Raman and NMR (1H, 13C, 15N) spectroscopies, conductivity measurements and thermal studies (thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses, TG/DTA) have been used to characterize the prepared complexes. The molecular structures of [Pd(L2)2(ox)] (2) and [Pd(L5)2(ox)]·L5·Me2CO (5·L5·Me2CO) have been determined by a single crystal X-ray analysis. The geometry of these complexes is slightly distorted square-planar with two appropriate Ln (n = 2 or 5) molecules mutually arranged in the head-to-head (2) or head-to-tail (5) orientation. The Ln ligands are coordinated to the central Pd(II) ion via the N7 atoms. The same conclusions regarding the binding properties of L1-L5 ligands can be made based on multinuclear NMR spectra. In vitro cytotoxicity of the complexes 1-5 has been evaluated against human chronic myelogenous leukaemia (K562) and human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7) cancer cell lines. Significant cytotoxicity has been determined for the complexes 3 (IC50 = 6.2 μM) and 5 (IC50 = 6.8 μM) on the MCF7 cell line, which is even better than that found for the well-known and widely-used platinum-bearing antineoplastic drugs, i.e. oxaliplatin and cisplatin.  相似文献

Eight triorganotin complexes of the types [(R3Sn)2(C24H16N8S2)].Y (R = Ph, Y = 0 (1); R = PhCH2, Y = 2CH3OH (2); R = n-Bu, Y = 0 (3)), [(R3Sn)2(C24H16N8S2)]n (R = Me (4)), [(R3Sn)2(C12H6N6S4)] · Y (R = Ph, Y = CH2Cl2 (5); R = PhCH2, Y = 0 (6)) and [(R3Sn)2(C12H6N6S4)] (R = Bu (7), R = Me (8)) have been obtained by H2L1 (H2L1 derived from 4-amino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol) and H2L2 (H2L2 derived from 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol) with triorganotin chloride in the presence of sodium ethoxide. All the complexes were characterized by elemental, IR and NMR spectra analyses, except for complexes 1, 3, 6 and 8, other complexes were also characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses, which reveal that complexes 2 and 5 are dinuclear structures, complex 4 has a 2D network structure and complex 7 forms a macrocyclic structure linked by intermolecular N → Sn interactions.  相似文献

New trinuclear iron(III) furoates with the general formula [Fe3O(α-fur)6(R-OH)3]X, where α-fur C4H3OCOO, R = CH3 (1), C2H5 (2), n-C3H7 (3), n-C4H9 (4), X = NO3 (1-4); [Fe3O(α-Fur)6(DMF)(CH3OH)2]NO3 (5); [Fe3O(α-Fur)6(H2O)(CH3OH)2]Cl (6); [Fe2MO(α-Fur)6(L)(H2O)2], where L = THF (7-9), DMF (10-12), M = Mn2+ (7, 10), Co2+ (8, 11), Ni2+ (9, 12) and [Fe2MO(α-Fur)6(3Cl-Py)3], where M = Mn2+ (13), Co2+ (14), Ni2+ (15); have been prepared and investigated by Mössbauer and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray crystal structure for the 1·2CH3OH complex indicates that it crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system (P21/n) and has a structure typical of μ3-O-bridged trinuclear iron(III) compounds. Coordination compounds 1, 4, 7, 8 can be used as regulators of the biochemical composition of cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis biomass. The supplementation of these compounds, in concentrations exceeding 5-10 mg/l, increases the content of iron, amino acids, peptides and carbohydrates in Spirulina.  相似文献

The complexes [Cu2(o-NO2-C6H4COO)4(PNO)2] (1), [Cu2(C6H5COO)4(2,2′-BPNO)]n (2), [Cu2(C6H5COO)4(4,4′-BPNO)]n (3), [Cu(p-OH-C6H4COO)2(4,4′-BPNO)2·H2O]n (4), (where PNO = pyridine N-oxide, 2,2′-BPNO = 2,2′-bipyridyl-N,N′-dioxide, 4,4′-BPNO = 4,4′-bipyridyl-N,N′-dioxide) are prepared and characterized and their magnetic properties are studied as a function of temperature. Complex 1 is a discrete dinuclear complex while complexes 2-4 are polymeric of which 2 and 3 have paddle wheel repeating units. Magnetic susceptibility measurements from polycrystalline samples of 1-4 revealed strong antiferromagnetic interactions within the {Cu2}4+ paddle wheel units and no discernible interactions between the units. The complex 5, [Cu(NicoNO)2·2H2O]n·4nH2O, in which the bridging ligand to the adjacent copper(II) ions is nicotinate N-oxide (NicoNO) the transmitted interaction is very weakly antiferromagnetic.  相似文献

Two oxime-functionalized diazamesocyclic derivates, namely, N,N′-bis(acetophenoneoxime)-1,4-diazacycloheptane (H2L1) and N,N′-bis(acetophenonoxime)-1,5-diazacyclooctane (H2L2), have been prepared and characterized. Both ligands (obtained in the hydrochloride form) can form stable metal complexes with CuII and NiII salts, the crystal structures of which were determined by X-ray diffraction technique. The reactions of H2L1 with Cu(ClO4)2 and Ni(ClO4)2 afford a penta-coordinated mononuclear complex [Cu(H2L1)Cl] · ClO4 (1) and a four-coordinated monomeric [Ni(HL1)] · ClO4 (2), in which the ligand is monodeprotonated. The ligand H2L2 also forms a quite similar mononuclear [Ni(HL2)] · ClO4 complex with Ni(ClO4)2, according to our previous work. However, reactions of different CuII salts [Cu(ClO4)2, CuCl2 and Cu(NO3)2 for 3, and CuSO4 for 4] with H2L2 in the presence of NaClO4 yield two unusual mono-μ-Cl dinuclear CuII complexes [Cu2(HL2)2Cl] · (ClO4) (3), and [Cu2(H2L2)(HL2)Cl] · (ClO4)2 · (H2O)(4). These results indicate that the resultant CuII complexes (1, 3 and 4) are sensitive to the backbones of diazamesocycles and even auxiliary anions.  相似文献

A new series of biscyclometalated dinuclear rhodium (II) compounds with the general formula Rh2(O2CR)2(PC)2 · 2H2O, being PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = CH3 (1 · 2H2O), PC = [(p-CH3 OC6H3)P(p-CH3 OC6H4)2], R = CF3 (2 · 2H2O), PC = (C6H4)P[CH(CH3)2]2, R = CH3 (3 · 2H2O) and PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = C6F5 (4 · 2H2O) has been obtained. The crystal structures for these compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction and the main structural trends, bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles have been analyzed, and have also been compared with the structural parameters for different analogous complexes described previously in the literature.  相似文献

Five new complexes, [Co3(HL1)2(Py)8]·4CH3OH (1), [Ni3(HL1)2(Py)4]2·2DMF (2), [Co3(H2L2)2(Py)8]·2NO3 (3), [Ni2(HL2)(Py)6] (4) and [Cu4(HL2)2(Py)4]·4DMF (5) (H4L1 = N-propionyl-4-hydroxysalicylhydrazide, H44-hopshz; H5L2 = N-(3-carboxy-cis-2-propenoyl)-4-hydroxysalicylhydrazide, H54-hocpshz) have been obtained from two N,N′-diacylhydrazide ligands and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, X-ray diffraction and antimicrobial activities. These di-, tri-, and tetrameric complexes are connected into three-dimensional supramolecular architectures with interesting topologies through O-H?O, C-H?O and C-H?π interactions. 1-3 are linear trimeric complexes with the ligands triply-deprotonated. Topological analysis indicates that they exhibit 2D (4,4), 3D (6,8)-connected (3349526)(3441257647) and 8-connected (42563) net, respectively. 4 and 5 possess dimeric and tetrameric structures, which are extended into 7-connected (33413536) and 4-connected (4,4) net, respectively.  相似文献

Synthesis and crystal structure of two coordination polymers of composition [MnII(H2bpbn)1.5][ClO4]2 · 2MeOH · 2H2O (1) and [CoII(H2bpbn)(H2O)2]Cl2 · H2O (2) [H2bpbn = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinecarboxamido)-1,4-butane], formed from the reaction between [Mn(H2O)6][ClO4]2/CoCl2 · 4H2O with H2bpbn in MeCN, are described. In 1 each MnII ion is surrounded by three pyridine amide units, providing three pyridine nitrogen and three amide oxygen donors. Each MnII center in 1 has distorted MnN3O3 coordination. In 2 each CoII ion is coordinated by two pyridine amide moieties in the equatorial plane and two water molecules provide coordination in the axial positions. Thus, the metal center in 2 has trans-octahedral geometry. In both 1 and 2, the existence of 1D zigzag network structure has been revealed. Owing to π-π stacking of pyridine rings from adjacent layers 1 forms 2D network; 2 forms 2D and 3D network assemblies via N-H?Cl and O-H?Cl secondary interactions. Both the metal centers are high-spin.  相似文献

In this work we report on the synthesis, crystal structure, and physicochemical characterization of the novel dinuclear [FeIIICdII(L)(μ-OAc)2]ClO4·0.5H2O (1) complex containing the unsymmetrical ligand H2L = 2-bis[{(2-pyridyl-methyl)-aminomethyl}-6-{(2-hydroxy-benzyl)-(2-pyridyl-methyl)}-aminomethyl]-4-methylphenol. Also, with this ligand, the tetranuclear [Fe2IIIHg2II(L)2(OH)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH (2) and [FeIIIHgII(L)(μ-CO3)FeIIIHgII(L)](ClO4)2·H2O (3) complexes were synthesized and fully characterized. It is demonstrated that the precursor [FeIII2HgII2(L)2(OH)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH (2) can be converted to (3) by the fixation of atmospheric CO2 since the crystal structure of the tetranuclear organometallic complex [FeIIIHgII(L)(μ-CO3)FeIIIHgII(L)](ClO4)2·H2O (3) with an unprecedented {FeIII(μ-Ophenoxo)2(μ-CO3)FeIII} core was obtained through X-ray crystallography. In the reaction 2 → 3 a nucleophilic attack of a FeIII-bound hydroxo group on the CO2 molecule is proposed. In addition, it is also demonstrated that complex (3) can regenerate complex (2) in aqueous/MeOH/NaOH solution. Magnetochemical studies reveal that the FeIII centers in 3 are antiferromagnetically coupled (J = − 7.2 cm− 1) and that the FeIII-OR-FeIII angle has no noticeable influence in the exchange coupling. Phosphatase-like activity studies in the hydrolysis of the model substrate bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl) phosphate (2,4-bdnpp) by 1 and 2 show Michaelis-Menten behavior with 1 being ~ 2.5 times more active than 2. In combination with kH/kD isotope effects, the kinetic studies suggest a mechanism in which a terminal FeIII-bound hydroxide is the hydrolysis-initiating nucleophilic catalyst for 1 and 2. Based on the crystal structures of 1 and 3, it is assumed that the relatively long FeIII…HgII distance could be responsible for the lower catalytic effectiveness of 2.  相似文献

Reaction between the dinuclear model hydrolases [M2(μ-OAc)2(OAc)2(μ-H2O)(tmen)2]; M = Ni (1); M = Co (2) and trimethylsilyltrifluoromethanesulphonate (TMS-OTf) under identical reaction conditions gives the mononuclear complex [Ni(OAc)(H2O)2(tmen)][OTf] · H2O (3) in the case of nickel and the dinuclear complex [Co2(μ-OAc)2(μ-H2O)2(tmen)2][OTf]2 (4) in the case of cobalt.Reaction of (3) with urea gives the previously reported [Ni(OAc)(urea)2(tmen)][OTf] (5), whereas (4) gives [Co2(OAc)3(urea)(tmen)2][OTf] (6) previously obtained by direct reaction of (2) with urea. Both (3) and (4) react with monohydroxamic acids (RHA) to give the dihydroxamate bridged dinuclear complexes [M2(μ-OAc)(μ-RA)2(tmen)2][OTf]; M = Ni (7); M = Co (8) previously obtained by the reaction of (1) and (2) with RHA, illustrating the greater ability of hydroxamic acids to stabilize dinuclear complexes over that of urea by means of their bridging mode, and offering a possible explanation for the inhibiting effect of hydroxamic acids by means of their displacing bridging urea in a possible intermediate invoked in the action of urease.  相似文献

The new pyridine-based NNN tridentate ligand 2,6-C5H3N(CMe2NH2)2 (1) was synthesized by the treatment of 2,6-pyridinedicarbonitrile with an excess of the organocerium reagent in situ generated from CeCl3 and methyllithium in THF. The reaction of 1 with [RuCl2(PPh3)3] in THF at ambient conditions afforded (OC-6-23)-[RuCl{2,6-C5H3N(CMe2NH2)2}(PPh3)2]Cl (2). The corresponding dimethyl sulfoxide complex [RuCl{2,6-C5H3N(CMe2NH2)2}{S(O)Me2}2]Cl (3) was isolated as a mixture of the (OC-6-23) and (OC-6-32) stereoisomers 3a and 3b from the reaction between 1 and (OC-6-22)-[RuCl2{S(O)Me2}3(OSMe2)] in toluene at 80 °C. A prolonged interaction in toluene at reflux temperature gave isomerically pure 3a. The metal trichloride hydrates MCl3 · xH2O (M = Ru, Rh, Ir; x ≅ 2-4) produced mer-[RuCl3{2,6-C5H3N(CMe2NH2)2}] (M = Ru: 4; Rh: 5; Ir: 6), when combined with 1 in refluxing ethanol. The crystal structures of the following compounds were determined: ligand 1 and complexes 2-5 as addition compounds 2 · CH2Cl2, 3a · C7H8, 4 · EtOH and .  相似文献

We synthesized iron(III), cobalt(II), copper(II) and zinc(II) complexes [FeIII(HBPClNOL)Cl2]·H2O (1), [CoII(H2BPClNOL)Cl2] (2), [CuII(H2BPClNOL)Cl]Cl·H2O (3), and [ZnII(HBPClNOL)Cl] (4), where H2BPClNOL is the ligand (N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N-(2-pyridylmethyl)[(3-chloro)(2-hydroxy)]propylamine). The complexes obtained were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-visible spectroscopies, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS), and cyclic voltammetry. X-ray diffraction studies were performed for complexes (3) and (4) revealing the presence of mononuclear and dinuclear structures in solid state for (3). However, the zinc complex is mononuclear in solid state. Biological studies of complexes (1)-(4) were carried out in vitro for antimicrobial activity against nine Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus strains RN 6390B, COL, ATCC 25923, Smith Diffuse, Wood 46, enterotoxigenic S. aureus FRI-100 (SEA+), FRI S-6 (SEB+) and SEC FRI-361) and animal strain S. aureus LSA 88 (SEC/SED/TSST-1+). The following sequence of inhibition promoted by the complexes was observed: (4) > (2) > (3) > (1), showing the effect of the metal on the biological activity. To directly observe the morphological changes of the internal structure of bacterial cells after the treatment, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was employed. For the most active complex [ZnII(HBPClNOL)Cl] (4), granulation deposits around the genetic material and internal material leaking were clearly detected.  相似文献

The reaction of [PtMe3(MeOH)(bpy)][BF4] (1) with the thionucleobases 2-thiocytosine (SCy, 2) and 1-methyl-2-thiocytosine (1-MeSCy, 3) resulted in the formation of the complexes [PtMe3(bpy)(SCy-κS)][BF4] (4) and [PtMe3(bpy)(1-MeSCy-κS)] [BF4] (5), respectively. The complexes were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy as well as by single-crystal X-ray analyses of 4 · MeOH and 5. In 4 · MeOH two strong hydrogen bonds (N4-H?N3′: N4?N3′ 2.976(7) Å) between the thiocytosine ligands give rise to base pairing thus forming dinuclear cations [{PtMe3(bpy)(SCy-κS)}2]2+. In both complexes the platinum atom is octahedrally coordinated [PtC3N2S] by three methyl ligands, the 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and the κS coordinated nucleobase (configuration index: OC-6-33). The structural investigations gave evidence that the sulfur atoms of the nucleobase ligands in 4 · MeOH and 5 have to be regarded as sp3 and sp2 hybridized, respectively. Thus, the ligand in 4 · MeOH has to be considered as the deprotonated thiol-amino form of thiocytosine being reprotonated at N1. In complex 5 the 1-MeSCy is coordinated in its thione-amino form. DFT-calculations of the base-paired dinuclear cation in 4 as well as of 4 itself gave proof of the strength of the hydrogen bond (8.5 kcal/mol) and exhibited that cation-anion interactions influence the conformation of the complex. In vitro cytotoxicity studies of 4 and 5 using nine different human tumor cell lines revealed moderate cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

Two new zinc-triazole-carboxylate frameworks constructed from secondary building units (SBUs), [Zn5(trz)4(btc)2(DMF)2(H2O)2]·2H2O·DMF (1) and [Zn4(trz)3(btc)2(CH3CN)(H2O)]·5H2O·(Bu4N) (2), [Htrz = 1,2,4-triazole, H3btc = 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylate, Bu4N = tetrabutylammonium], have been synthesized by solvothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, X-ray power diffraction, elemental analyses, infrared spectra and thermogravimetric analyses. Both compounds 1 and 2 exhibit 3D (3,8)-connected tfz-d nets with {43}2{46.618.84} topology symbol built from rod-shaped {[Zn5(trz)4]6+}n SBUs (1) and {[Zn4(trz)3]5+}n SBUs (2). In two compounds, rodlike units are connected by btc ligands via different modes. Additionally, solid state fluorescent emission spectra of two compounds show fluorescent properties at room temperature.  相似文献

Reaction of vanadium(III) chloride with 8-quinolinol (Hqn) gave a mononuclear vanadium(IV) complex, [VOCl2(H2O)2] 1) · 2H2qn · 2Cl · CH3CN, and three dinuclear vanadium(IV) complexes: [V2O2Cl2(qn)2(H2O)2] (2) · Hqn, [V2O2Cl2(qn)2(C3H7OH)2] (3), and [V2O2Cl2(qn)2(C4H9OH)2] (4). Reaction of vanadium(III) chloride with 5-chloro-8-quinolinol (HClqn) gave four dinuclear vanadium(IV) complexes: [V2O2Cl2(Clqn)2(H2O)2] (5) · 2HClqn, [V2O2Cl2(Clqn)2(C3H7OH)2] (6), [V2O2Cl2(Clqn)2(C6H5CH2OH)2] (7), and [V2O2Cl2(Clqn)2(C4H9OH)2] (8) · 2C4H9OH. Reaction of vanadium(III) chloride with 5-fluoro-8-quinolinol (HFqn) gave two dinuclear vanadium(IV) complexes: [V2O2Cl2(Fqn)2(H2O)2] (9) · HFqn · 2H2O and V2O2Cl2(Fqn)2(C3H7OH)2] (10). X-ray structures of 1 · 2H2qn · 2Cl · CH3CN, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 · 2 t-BuOH, and 10 have been determined. As to the mononuclear species 1 · 2H2qn · 2Cl · CH3CN, coordination of Hqn to vanadium does not occur, but protonation to Hqn occurs to give H2qn+, which links 1’s through hydrogen bonding, while each of the dinuclear species has a terminal and a bridging qn (or Clqn, Fqn) ligand, giving rise to a (V-O)2 ring. Magnetic measurements of 3, 4, 6, 7, and 10 in solid form show very weak antiferromagnetic behavior, and the effective magnetic moments are close to spin only value (2.44) of d1-d1 system, while ESR of 3 in THF shows dissociation to monomeric species. Change from mononuclear, 1, to dinuclear, 2, species was followed by the change of electronic spectrum.  相似文献

To compare the cytotoxicities and the DNA-binding properties in tetranuclear complexes with different bridging ligands, two tetracopper(II) complexes with formulae of [Cu4(oxbe)2Cl2(bpy)2]·4H2O (1) and [Cu4(oxbm)2Cl2(bpy)2]·2H2O (2) were synthesized, where H3oxbe and H3oxbm stand for N-benzoato-N′-(2-aminoethyl)oxamide and N-benzoato-N′-(1,2-propanediamine)oxamide, respectively, and bpy is 2,2′-bipyridine. Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electronic spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure reveals the presence of the circular tetranuclear copper(II) cations which are assembled by a pair of cis-oxamido-bridged dinuclear copper(II) units through carboxyl bridges. The crystal structure of complex 2 has been reported in our previous paper. However, the bioactivities were not studied. Cytotoxicities experiments reveal that both the two complexes exhibit cytotoxic effects against human hepatocellular carcinoma cell SMMC-7721 and human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549, and complex 1 has the better activities than those of complex 2. The results of the interactions between the two complexes and herring sperm DNA (HS-DNA) suggest that the two complexes interact with HS-DNA in the mode of intercalation with the intrinsic binding constants of 3.93 × 104 M−1 (1) and 2.48 × 104 M−1 (2). These results indicated that the bridging ligands may play an important role in the cytotoxicities and the DNA-binding properties of tetranuclear complexes.  相似文献

We have synthesized copper salts MN3RR′ derived from the biphenyl- or m-terphenyl-substituted triazenes Tph2N3H (1a) and Dmp(Tph)N3H (1b) (Dmp = 2,6-Mes2C6H3 with Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2; Tph = 2-TripC6H4 with Trip = 2,4,6-i-Pr3C6H2). The homoleptic copper triazenide [CuN3Tph2] (2a) was obtained in high yield from the metallation of 1a with mesityl copper in n-heptane, while the complex [CuN3(Dmp)Tph] (2b) was generated by the same method in situ only. Reaction of 2a with triphenylphosphane gave the 2:1 adduct [CuN3Tph2(PPh3)2] (3a), regardless of the used complex/donor ratio, while reaction of 2a or 2b with a stochiometric amount of t-butylisonitrile afforded the 1:1 adducts [Tph2N3CuCNtBu] (4a) and [Dmp(Tph)N3CuCNtBu] (4b). All new compounds (except 2b) have been characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, melting point (not 2a), and X-ray crystallography. The IR spectroscopic examination of the ν(CN) stretch in the isonitrile adducts 4a and 4b revealed the weaker donor character of the supporting triazenido ligands compared to related β-diketiminato ligands.  相似文献
