Five new supramolecular lanthanide coordination polymers with three different structures, {[La2(IA)3(phen)2] · 2H2O}n (1), {[Ln(IA)1.5(phen)] · xH2O}n [x = 1, Ln = Eu (2); x = 0.25, Ln = Dy (3)], and [Ln(IA)1.5(phen)]n [Ln = Er (4); Yb (5)], were prepared by hydro- and solvothermal reactions of lanthanide chlorides with itaconic acid (H2IA) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 Comprises 1-D double-chains that are further assembled to a 3-D supramolecular structure via hydrogen bonds and π-π stacks between phen molecules. 2 and 3 have 2-D infinite networks which are further constructed to form 3-D supramolecular architectures with 1-D channels by π-π aromatic interactions. 4 and 5 have 2-D layer structures consisting of three types of rings which are further architectured to form 3-D supramolecular structures by C-H?O hydrogen bonds. The H2IA ligands are all completely deprotonated and exhibit tetra-, penta-, and hexadentate coordination modes in the titled complexes. The high-resolution emission spectrum of 2 shows only one Eu3+ ion site in 2, which is in agreement with the result of X-ray diffraction. And the magnetic property and the thermal stability of 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Synthesis of complexes with the formulations [M(CPI)2Cl2] (M = Zn, 1; M = Cd, 4) and [M(CPI)6](X)2 (M = Zn, X = NO3, 2; X = ClO4, 3; M = Cd, X = NO3, 5; X = ClO4, 6) have been achieved from the reactions of MCl2, M(NO3)2·xH2O and M(ClO4)2·xH2O (M = Zn, Cd) with 1-(4-cyanophenyl)-imidazole (CPI). Complexes 1-6 have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectral studies (IR, 1H, 13C NMR, electronic absorption and emission). Molecular structures of 1, 2, 3 and 6 have been determined crystallographically. Weak interaction studies on the complexes revealed presence of various interesting motifs resulting from C-H···N, C-H···Cl and π-π stacking interactions. The complexes under study exhibit strong luminescence at ∼450 nm in DMSO at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new manganese(II) complexes, [Mn(L1)(L1H)(ClO4)(H2O)][ClO4]2·0.5CH3CN·H2O (1) [L1 = trans-(±)2-(2,5-di(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-4-yl)pyridine)] and [Mn2(μ-L2)2(H2O)3(CH3CN)3][ClO4]4·2CH3CN (2) [L2 = cis-(±)2-(2,5-di(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-4-yl)pyridine)], have been prepared and examined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, showing that complex 1 is a mononuclear compound, whereas complex 2 is a dinuclear species. The cis/trans isomers L1 and L2 have similar coordination properties, but behave as bidentate and tridentate chelating ligands, respectively, giving distorted octahedral metal coordination geometries. X-ray diffraction studies revealed that the molecular and crystal structures are stabilized by a series of intra- and intermolecular interactions. In both cases extended supramolecular networks are generated, in compound 1 through O-H···O, O-H···N, N-H···O, N-H···N, C-H···O, C-H···N, C-H···π and π···π interactions, and in compound 2 through O-H···O, O-H···N, C-H···O and π···π interactions. The observed structural differences between the two metal complexes might be a consequence of these stabilizing effects.  相似文献

The reaction of M(NO3)2·xH2O (M = Cu, Ni and Co; x = 3 for Cu and x = 6 for Co/Ni), imidazole (Im) and sodium dicyanamide (dca) afforded the complexes [M(Im)2(dca)2] (where M = Cu for 1, M = Ni for 2, and M = Co for 3). All of them have been characterized structurally by single crystal X-ray diffraction measurements. X-ray analysis reveals that the dicyanamido ligand features the μ1,3 bridging mode that led to the formation of two-dimensional structure of complex 1 while complexes 2 and 3 attribute an infinite one-dimensional chain like structure to generate the fascinating molecular assemblies. The {N(CN)2} ligands present in the complexes 2 and 3 are coordinated in end-to-end (μ1,5) fashion. All the complexes have distorted octahedral geometry around the central metal ion and coordinated by two amine nitrogen atoms from imidazole ligands and four nitrogen atoms from dca ligands. The variable temperature (2-300 K) magnetic susceptibility measurements showed that the magnetic interaction between the metal centers in the complex 1 is dominantly ferromagnetic while the metal ions in complex 3 are antiferromagnetically coupled. On the contrary, complex 2 is a simple paramagnet. The results of magnetic model are in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

A series of pyrazole-bridged heterometallic 3d-4f complexes, [CuDy(ipdc)2(H2O)4] · (2H2O)(H3O+) (1) and [CuLn(pdc)(ipdc)(H2O)4] · H3O+ (Ln = Ho (2), Er (3), Yb (4); H3ipdc = 4-iodo-3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid; H3pdc = 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid), {[Cu3Ln4(ipdc)6(H2O)16] · xH2O}n (Ln = Sm (5), x = 8.5; Ln = Eu (6), x = 7; Ln = Gd (7), Tb (8), x = 9), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Ligand H3ipdc was in situ obtained by iodination of ligand H3pdc. Complexes 1-4 are pyrazole-bridged heterometallic dinuclear complexes, and 2-4 are isostructural. Complexes 5-8 are isostructural and comprised of an unusual infinite one-dimensional tape-like chain based on pyrazole-bridged heterometallic dinuclear units. The magnetic properties of compounds 1-4, 7 and 8 have been investigated through the magnetic measurement over the temperature range of 1.8-300 K.  相似文献

The computed results of the free bmt ligand reveal that the Mulliken charges of N18 and N23 are −0.391 and −0.275, respectively, and both of them have higher distributions in the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) of the free ligand bmt. Based on the above results, four new complexes, [Cu(bmt)4] · (Cl)2 · 4H2O (1), [Cu(bmt)2(NCS)2] (2), [Cu(bmt)Cl]n (3), and [Ag(bmt)(NO3)]n (4) [bmt = 1-((benzotriazol-1-yl)methyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole], have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 reveals a 0-D structure and further forms a 1-D supramolecular structure by intermolecular π-π interactions. Complex 2 also displays a 0-D structure, but it extends to 2-D supramolecular networks through weak Cu?S interactions. However, complex 3 features a 1-D wavy chain structure bearing weak Cu?Cl interactions to form 2-D networks. Complex 4 exhibits a 2-D netlike structure. The experimental results display that the coordination modes of the ligand bmt are corresponded with the computed results. Furthermore, the fluorescence emissions of complexes 3 and 4 in a solid state at room temperature may be assigned to ligand-to-metal charge-transfer (LMCT).  相似文献

The reactions of methyl 2-pyridyl ketone oxime, (py)C(Me)NOH, with MSO4 · xH2O (M = Zn, x = 7; M = Cd, x = 8/3), in the absence of an external base, have been investigated. The synthetic study has led to the two new complexes [Zn(SO4){(py)C(Me)NOH}(H2O)3] · H2O (1 · H2O) and [Zn2(SO4)2{(py)C(Me)NOH}4] · (py)C(Me)NOH [2 · (py)C(Me)NOH], and the coordination polymer [Cd(SO4){(py)C(Me)NOH}(H2O)]n · [Cd(SO4){(py)C(Me)NOH}(H2O)2]n (3). In the three complexes the organic ligand chelates through its nitrogen atoms. The sulfate anion in 1 · H2O is monodentate; the complex molecule is the mer isomer considering the positions of the aqua ligands. The ZnII centers in 2 · (py)C(Me)NOH are bridged by two syn, anti η112 ligands; each metal ion has the cis-cis-trans disposition of the coordinated sulfate oxygen, pyridyl nitrogen and oxime nitrogens, respectively. The molecular structure of 3 is unique consisting of two different linear and ladder - type chains. π-π stacking interactions and/or hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of interesting supramolecular architectures in the three complexes. The thermal decomposition of complex 3 has been studied. Characteristic vibrational (IR, Raman) bands are discussed in terms of the nature of bonding and the structures of the three complexes.  相似文献

Hydrothermal synthesis has afforded a family of three structurally related metal phthalate (pht) 1-D coordination polymers incorporating the kinked dipodal organodiimine 4,4′-dipyridylamine (dpa), with a general formulation of [L2M(dpa)2M(H2O)4] · H2O (L = pht, M = Co, 1, M = Ni, 2; L = 4-methylphthalate (4-mpht), M = Co, 3). Single crystal X-ray diffraction of 1 and 2 revealed the presence of one-dimensional (1-D) polymeric chains consisting of [M(H2O)4]2+ and [M(pht)2]2− subunits linked through dpa tethers. These chains in turn conjoin into pseudo 2-D layers and 3-D networks via extensive supramolecular hydrogen bonding pathways. An extremely similar structure is observed for 3 despite the presence of the bulkier methyl group substituent. 1-3 were further characterized via infrared spectroscopy and elemental and thermogravimetric analysis. 1-3 represent the first dicarboxylate coordination polymers incorporating dpa tethering ligands.  相似文献

Slow diffusion of aqueous solutions of metal perchlorates with alcoholic solutions of bis(4-pyridylmethyl)piperazine (4-bpmp) or bis(3-pyridylmethyl)piperazine (3-bpmp) afforded crystalline coordination polymer phases whose dimensionality and topology is determined largely by the pyridyl nitrogen donor disposition within the imine components. {[M(H2O)4(4-bpmp)](ClO4)2·4-bpmp·4H2O}n (M = Co, 1-Co; M = Zn, 1-Zn) are isostructural, displaying cationic [M(H2O)4(4-bpmp)]n2n+ 1-D coordination polymer chains connected through extensive hydrogen-bonding pathways involving unligated species. In contrast, use of the 3-bpmp isomer generated compounds with formulation of {[M(H2O)2(3-bpmp)2](ClO4)2·8H2O}n (M = Co, 2-Co; M = Zn, 2-Zn), which manifest achiral 3-fold interpenetrated 66 diamondoid lattices. The zinc derivatives undergo modest blue-violet luminescence on exposure to ultraviolet light.  相似文献

Three new ion-pair complexes, [4RBzDMAP]2[Cu(mnt)2] (mnt2− = maleonitriledithiolate; [4RBzDMAP]+ = 1-(4′-R-benzyl)-4-dimethylaminopyridinium, R = F(1), Cl(2) and Br(3)) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV, single crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. The [Cu(mnt)2]2− anions and the cations stack alternately and form a 1D column via C-H···S, C-H···π or C-H···Cu interactions for 1 and 2. While the cations stack into a column though π···π or C-H···π interactions between pyridine and phenyl rings for 1 and 3. The change of the molecular topology of the counteraction when the 4-substituted group in the benzyl ring have been changed from F or Cl to Br atom, results in the difference in the crystal system, space group and the stacking mode of the cations and anions of 1, 2 and 3. Some weak hydrogen bonds between the adjacent columns further generate a 3D network structure. It is interesting that 1 and 2 exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling with θ = −2.372 K and θ = −14.732 K, while 3 shows weak ferromagnetic coupling feature with θ = 0.381 K.  相似文献

A new series of biscyclometalated dinuclear rhodium (II) compounds with the general formula Rh2(O2CR)2(PC)2 · 2H2O, being PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = CH3 (1 · 2H2O), PC = [(p-CH3 OC6H3)P(p-CH3 OC6H4)2], R = CF3 (2 · 2H2O), PC = (C6H4)P[CH(CH3)2]2, R = CH3 (3 · 2H2O) and PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = C6F5 (4 · 2H2O) has been obtained. The crystal structures for these compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction and the main structural trends, bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles have been analyzed, and have also been compared with the structural parameters for different analogous complexes described previously in the literature.  相似文献

Four novel metal coordination polymers, [Zn(2-PBIM)(OH-BDC)]n (1), [Cd(2-PBIM)(OH-BDC)]n (2), [Mn(2-PBIM)(OH-BDC)]n·1.5nH2O (3), [Cu(2-PBIM)(OH-BDC)]n·nH2O (4) [2-PBIM = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole; OH-H2BDC = 5-hydroxy-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid], have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound 1 possesses left-handed screw (M-helix) and right-handed screw (P-helix) chains that are further connected though intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions resulting in a three-dimensional (3D) network. Compound 2 has a two-dimensional metal-organic framework which is connected into a 3D network by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Compounds 3 and 4 are isostructural and possess one-dimensional (1D) channels. Free 2-PBIM and OH-H2BDC ligands and complexes 1, 2 show fluorescent emissions in the visible and near-infrared region. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that both 3 and 4 exhibit antiferromagnetic coupling between adjacent center atoms.  相似文献

Three new supramolecular complexes based on a 2-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-benzimidazole (Hpbi) and a series of Cd(II) salts have been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Reaction of CdCl2·2.5H2O with Hpbi afforded a one-dimensional chain [Cd(Hpbi)Cl2] (1), which exhibits a three-dimensional (3-D) supramolecular architecture through intermolecular X-H···Cl (X = N and C) hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. When using CdBr2·4H2O instead of CdCl2·2.5H2O under similar reaction conditions, a bisnuclear complex [Cd(Hpbi)2Br2] (2) is obtained, which obviously exhibits intermolecular X-H···Br (X = N and C) hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. When CdI2 take place of CdCl2·2.5H2O, a mononuclear complex, [Cd(Hpbi)2I2] (3), is isolated, which shows a 3D supramolecule framework formed by intermolecule hydrogen bonds and π-π packing interactions. Interestingly, the Hpbi ligand exhibits the same coordination modes in complexes 1-3. It is noteworthy that the radius of anions plays an important role in affecting the structures and luminescent intensity of the final products. The TGA for 1-3 have been investigated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Reactions of MCl2 (M = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) and a4-ptz (a4-ptz = 5-[N-acetato (4-pyridyl)] tetrazolate) potassium salt in water, respectively, and produced four new complexes [Mg(H2O)6] · (a4-ptz)2 · 2H2O (1), [Ca(a4-ptz)2(H2O)2]n · 2nH2O (2), [Sr(a4-ptz)2(H2O)2]n · 2nH2O (3), [Ba4(a4-ptz)8(H2O)8]n · 4nH2O (4). These compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 has mononuclear structure bearing distinct intermolecular hydrogen-bond interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network. While compounds 2-4 have one-dimensional polymeric chains that are bridged by two water molecules linker, respectively. The luminescence properties of 1-4 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

Four new heterobimetallic coordination polymers, namely, {[Cu(aeoe)M(H2O)3 · 2H2O]2}n (M = Mn(II) (1), Co(II) (2), Ni(II) (3)) and [Cu(aeoe)Ni(H2O)3]2 (4) (H4aeoe = N′-(2-aminoterephthalic acid)-N′′-(ethylenediamine)oxamidato) have been synthesized and characterized structurally. Complexes 1-3 are allomerism and feature 1-D ladder-like chain structure constructed from neutral tetranuclear complex units through the syn-anti carboxylate bridges, whereas complex 4 is a cyclic neutral tetranuclear complex unit. Hydrothermal synthesis has afforded a family of four coordination polymers containing divalent nickel or cobalt and pendant-arm pyridylcarboxylate ligands. Utilizing 3-pyridylacetic acid and appropriate metal precursors produced [M(3-pyrac)2(H2O)2] phases (M = Co (1); M = Ni (2)), while 3-pyridylpropionic acid generated [M(3-pyrprop)2(H2O)2] coordination polymers (M = Co (3); M = Ni (4)). Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1-4 all display discrete 2-D layers with (4,4)-topology, anchored via bridging 3-pyridylcarboxylate ligands bearing monodentate carboxylate termini. Intralamellar hydrogen bonding between the aquo ligands and unligated carboxylate oxygen atoms is observed within 1-4. The pseudo 3-D structures of 1-4 are further assembled via stacking of individual neutral layers by interlayer hydrogen bonding. Thermal properties are also discussed.  相似文献

Six new coordination polymers based on V-shaped linkage 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole (bpt) and transition metal ions, [Co(bpt)(pm)0.5(H2O)]n · 3nH2O (1), [Cu2(bpt)(pm)(H2O)4]n (2), [Co(bpt)(pydc)]n · 2nCHCl3 · nH2O (3), [Cu2(bpt)(pydc)2(H2O)2]n (4), [Cu2(bpt)(pydco)2(H2O)2]n · nH2O (5) and [Cd(bpt)(pydco)]n (6) (H4pm = pyromellitic acid, H2pydc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, H2pydco = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid N-oxide), have been synthesized under the intervention of various polycarboxylate ligands. Complex 1 exhibits a 3-D 4-connected structure with 1-D nanosized open channels encapsulated lots of water molecules. Complex 2 represents a 2-D grid containing two types of rectangular windows. When pydc and pydco instead of pm, complexes 3 and 6 were obtained with highly undulated 2-D layers. The interlayers of 3 are filled with two kinds of solvent molecules, whereas 6 is a double-layered framework without free molecules. Complexes 4 and 5 consist of two distinct 1-D infinite chains held together to form different 2-D supramolecular networks. Importantly, bpt spacer shows changeful conformational geometries and generates complicated crystalline architectures with the introduction of polycarboxylate ligands. Additionally, thermal stability of complexes 1, 3 and 5, fluorescent properties of 6 and X-ray powder diffraction of 1 have also been investigated.  相似文献

The reaction of aqueous solutions of the preformed 1:1 Cu(ClO4)2-polydentate amine with tetrasodium 1,2,4,5-benzene tetracarboxylate (Na4bta) afforded three different types of polynuclear compounds. These include the tetranuclear complexes: [Cu4(Medpt)44-bta)(ClO4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2H2O (1), [Cu4(pmdien)44-bta)(H2O)4](ClO4)4 (2), [Cu4(Mepea)44-bta)(H2O)2](ClO4)4(3), [Cu4(TPA)44-bta)](ClO4)4·10H2O (4) and [Cu4(tepa)44-bta)](ClO4)4·2H2O (5), the di-nuclear: [Cu2(DPA)22-bta)(H2O)2]·4H2O (6), [Cu2(dppa)22-bta)(H2O)2]·4H2O (7) and [Cu2(pmea)22-bta)]·14H2O (8) and the trinuclear complex [Cu3(dppa)33-bta)(H2O)2.25](ClO4)2·6.5H2O (9) where Medpt = 3,3′-diamino-N-methyldipropylamine, pmedien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, Mepea = [2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]-(2-pyridylmethyl)methylamine, TPA = tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine, tepa = tris[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl)]amine, DPA = di(2-pyridymethyl)amine, dppa = N-propanamide-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine and pmea = bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-[2-(2-pyridylethyl)]amine. The complexes were structurally characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic techniques, and by X-ray crystallography for complexes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9. X-ray structure of the complexes reveal that bta4− is acting as a bridging ligand via its four deprotonated caboxylate groups in 1, 2 and 4, three carboxylate groups in 9 and via two trans-carboxylates in 6 and 7. The complexes exhibit extended supramolecular networks with different dimensionality: 1-D in 2 and 4 due to hydrogen bonds of the type O-H···O, 2-D in 1 and 7, and 3-D network in 6 as a result of hydrogen bonds of the types N-H···O and O-H···O. Magnetic susceptibility measurements showed very weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the CuII ions in 1-5, 7-9 (|J| = 0.02-0.87 cm−1) and weak ferromagnetic coupling for 6 (= 0.08 cm−1).  相似文献

Four new fluconazole-bridged zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes with dicarboxylate co-ligands, namely [Zn(HFlu)(TPA)]n (1), {[Cd(HFlu)2(TPA)]·2CH3OH}n (2), [Zn(HFlu)2(Suc)(H2O)2]·H2O (3), and [Cd(HFlu)2(Suc)(H2O)2]·H2O (4), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (HFlu = 2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol, H2TPA = terephthalic acid, and H2Suc = succinic acid). Complex 1 displays a 2-D corrugated network with common (4,4) topology, in which two types of grids constructed by two bridging TPA dianions and two HFlu ligands are found. Complex 2 shows an unusual (3,6) coordination layer consisting of alternative PMPM Cd-HFlu helical chains in which the Cd(II) nodes are also fixed by terephthalate dianions in a cis fashion. The isostructural complexes 3 and 4 have 20-membered dimeric macrocyclic motifs with the Zn···Zn and Cd···Cd distances of 11.258(2) and 11.528(2) Å, respectively. The fluorescence and thermal stability of complexes 1-4 have also been investigated.  相似文献

2,6-Dimethyl-4-phenylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2mppdc, H2L) is firstly employed in coordination chemistry. Two metal-organic coordination polymers with a general formula of M2L2(4,4′-bpy)x(H2O)4−2x (M = Zn or Co, x = 1 or 2) are assembled from H2L, 4,4′-bipyridine, zinc and cobalt salt under hydrothermal conditions, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Of the crystal structures of title compounds, L ligands, limited in the environment from 4,4′-bipyridine, array in head-to-head and head-to-tail modes which are corresponding to the 1D (1) and 3D (2) polymeric structures, respectively. Interesting disorders occur in the crystal lattice of compound 1. And compound 2 has a 3D 42 · 610 · 83 topology. Solid-state H2L and 1 have expected photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献
