A series of mono- and dinuclear zinc complexes of 3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaaza-29,30-dihydroxy-13,27-dimethyl-tricyclo[23,3,111,15]triaconta-1(28),11,13,15(30),25,26-hexaene (H2L or BDBPH) have been defined in solution by potentiometry. The crystal structure of [Zn2C26H40N6O2(CH3OH)2]·Br2 has been determined by X-ray. Each zinc ion is coordinated to three nitrogen atoms, a bridged-phenolic oxygen atom, and a methanolic oxygen atom, which define a six-coordinated octahedron. Bond lengths of ZnN are in the range of 2.104(3)-2.120(3) Å and distances between Zn and O (bridged-phenolic oxygen) are 2.052(2), 2.062(2) Å, respectively. The dinuclear complexes: [Zn2L]2+ and [Zn2L(OH)]+ play crucial roles in hydrolytic reaction of tris(4-nitrophenyl)phosphate. A possible mechanism showed that [Zn2L(OH)]+ acts as a nucleophile and [Zn2L]2+ stabilizes the formation of the intermediate: [Zn2L-BNP]. 相似文献

Three novel cadmium(II) complexes [Cd2(tbpo)(O2CC6H4-p-NO2)2]ClO4·3CH3OH (1) [Cd2(bbap)(O2CC6H4-p-NO2)2]ClO4·4.5CH3OH·0.75H2O (2) and [Cd(ntb)(O2CC6H4-p-NO2)]ClO4·4CH3OH (3) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, 1H NMR and X-ray crystallography, where tbpo− and bbap− are anions of N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)-2-hydroxo-1,3-diaminopropane and 2,6-bis[bis(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)aminomethyl]-4-methylphenol, respectively; ntb is tris(2-benzimidazolymethyl)amine. Complexes 1 and 2 contain μ-phenolate-bridged and μ-alkoxo-bridged dicadmium(II) cores with the Cd1?Cd2 separation of 3.671 Å for complex 1 and 3.718 Å for 2. One of the 4-nitrobenzoate anions bridged the two cadmium(II) ions in syn-anti mode through its carboxylate group, the other 4-nitrobenzoate is only coordinated with Cd2 in bidentate chelating mode. The two central cadmium(II) atoms are in trigonal bipyramidal and pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. In complex 3, the cadmium(II) atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms of ntb and one carboxylate oxygen atom of 4-nitrobenzoate in distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Experiment shows that there is a higher affinity of 4-nitrobenzoate anion as coligand with the dinuclear [Cd2(tbpo)]3+ and [Cd2(bbap)]3+ cores than that with the mononuclear [Cd(ntb)]2+ core. 相似文献

The new ligand hydrotris(3-(2′-furyl)-5-methylpyrazolyl)borate (TpFu,Me) was prepared by the usual procedure. With zinc salts, it forms the TpFu,MeZn-X complexes (X = Cl, Br, I, NCS, CH3COO, CF3COO). With zinc perchlorate, the bis-ligand complex Zn(TpFu,Me)2 is formed preferrably, but by carefully controlling the reaction conditions, the “enzyme model” TpFu,MeZn-OH could be obtained. The latter models carbonic anhydrase by inserting CO2 and CS2 in methanol producing TpFu,MeZn-OCOOMe and TpFu,MeZn-SCSOMe. It models hydrolases by the hydrolytic cleavage of tris(p-nitrophenyl)phosphate and γ-thiobutyrolactone. It does not hydrolyse trifluoroacetamide, but instead deprotonates it, yielding TpFu,MeZn-NHCOCF3. 相似文献

When the complexes [Cu(L1)(H2O)](ClO4)21, where L1 = 4-methyl-1-(pyrid-2-ylmethyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, and [Cu(L2)Cl2] 2, where L2 = 4-methyl-1-(quinol-2-ylmethyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane are interacted with one/two equivalents of bis(p-nitrophenylphosphate, (p-NO2Ph)2PO2, BNP), no hydrolysis of BNP is observed. From the solution the adducts of copper(II) complexes [Cu2(L1)2((p-NO2Ph)2PO2)2]-(ClO4)23 and [Cu(L2)((p-NO2Ph)2PO2)2]·H2O 4 have been isolated and structurally characterised. The X-ray crystal structure of 3 contains two Cu(L1) units bridged by two BNP molecules. The Cu···Cu distance (5.1 Å) reveals no Cu-Cu interaction. On the other hand, the complex 4 is mononuclear with Cu(II) coordinated to the 3N ligand as well as BNP molecules through phosphate oxygen. The trigonality index (τ, 0.37) observed for 4 is high suggesting the presence of significant trigonal distortion in the coordination geometry around copper(II). The complexes are further characterized by spectral and electrochemical studies. 相似文献

The coordination chemistry and reactivity of zinc(II) complexes supported by monoanionic hydrotris(pyrazolyl)borate ligands substituted by 3,3,3-mesityl groups (TpMs) and 3,3,5-mesityl groups (TpMs∗) have been investigated. Salt metathesis of ZnCl2, ZnEt2, and Zn(OAc)2 with Tl[TpMs] or Tl[TpMs∗] cleanly afforded the corresponding compounds TpMsZnCl (1), TpMsZnEt (2), TpMs∗ZnEt (3), and TpMsZnOAc (5). Compound 3 slowly disproportionates in benzene solution to afford the bis(ligand) complex (κ2-TpMs∗)2Zn (4). Acetate complex 5 as well as TpMsZnOCOPh (6) and [TpMs∗ZnOAc]2 (7) were alternatively prepared by acidolysis of the parent ethyl complexes (2, 3) with the corresponding carboxylic acid. No reaction was observed between 2 and 3 and alcohols (ROH; R = Et, iPr, Bn), while salt metathesis reactions of ZnEt(OR) with Tl[TpMs] led to 2 instead of the desired zinc-alkoxide complex. Compounds 1-7 were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, as well as by X-ray diffraction studies for 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7. The former compounds adopt a monomeric structure in the solid state while [TpMs∗ZnOAc]2 (7) exists as an anti-syn bridged acetate dimer. Complex 4 is four-coordinated, featuring a rare bidentate coordination mode of the TpMs∗ ligands. The results are rationalized in terms of the variable steric constraint around the zinc atom provided by the TpMs and TpMs∗ ligands. 相似文献

By reaction of Zn4O(O2CNMe2)6 (1) with [NH2Me2][O2CNMe2] in toluene as medium, the homoleptic zinc compound [Zn(O2CNMe2)2] (2) was obtained, which reverted back to the tetranuclear μ-oxo derivative by controlled hydrolysis. The reaction of ZnO in MeCN with an excess of [NH2Me2][O2CNMe2] in concentrated solution produced high yields of [Zn(O2CNMe2)2] (2) or [NH2Me2][Zn2(O2CNMe2)5] · xMeCN, 3 · xMeCN, x = 1 or 2, depending on the experimental conditions. 相似文献

Six antimony adducts with N-donor neutral ligands (1,10-phenanthroline, 4,4′-bipyridine) have been obtained following the reaction of antimony halides with phenanthroline and 4,4′-bipyridine. By changing the solvent and stoichiometry, we obtained six different complexes, Sb(phen)Cl3 (1), Sb(phen)Br3 (2), Sb2(phen)4Br8 (3) and Sb(bpy)Cl3 (4), Sb(bpy)2Cl3 (5), Sb(bpyH · bpyH2)Br6 (6) (where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine). All the complexes have been characterized via elemental analysis, FT-IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy. The crystal structures of complexes 2, 3 and 6 have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The structural analysis show that the coordination sphere around antimony atom in complex 2 is a distorted square pyramid, coordinated by three bromine atoms and two nitrogen atoms from phen. In complex 3, the central antimony atom is six-coordinated through four bromine atoms and two nitrogen atoms forming a distorted octahedral geometry. Besides that, there are also uncoordinated 1,10-phenanthroline bonded by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions, which is rarely observed in previous reports. The crystal structure of complex 6 consists of bpyH · bpyH2 trications and hexabromoantimonate trianions. The antimony atom in the anion has a distorted octahedral environment. Additionally, all complexes present a 3D framework built up by N-H?Br, C-H?Br and C-H?Cl weak hydrogen bonds interactions. 相似文献

The potentially fluorescent terdentate ligand bis-quinolin-8-yl-amine (BQAH) yields the bis-chelate complexes [M(BQAH)2](ClO4)2 (M = Zn, Cd, Hg) and the mono-chelate [M(BQAH)Cl2] (M = Zn, Cd). The aminic proton of the coordinated BQAH displays a remarkable acidity. Thus, in polar solvents (CH3CN and methanol) the formation of the deprotonated derivatives [M(BQA)2] and [M(BQA)Cl] is observed whose absorption and fluorescent spectra are identical with those of independently synthesized complexes (M = Zn). The affinity of the ligand BQAH with the metals of the zinc triad was studied in CH3CN; the stability constants related to the complex [M(BQAH)(CH3CN)]2+ (β1) and [M(BQAH)2]2+ (β2) were determined and compared with those calculated in the case of the ligand 8-[(2-pyridylmethyl)amino]-quinoline (NNN(Qui)) in the same solvent. Owing to the enhanced rigidity of the ligand BQAH, a marked selectivity in coordinating the Zn2+ cation with respect to the larger Cd2+ was apparent. In the case of mercury, the equilibrium constant value was also confirmed by means of 1H NMR technique. The low lying excited state of the BQAH and NNN(Qui) systems is ligand centered and fluo-solvato-chromism analysis reveals that in protic solvents an inter-molecular hydrogen bond between the aminic proton in the excited state and the solvent itself efficiently quenches the fluorescent signal. Coordination with metals induces a hypsochromic displacement of the absorbance maxima measured in CH2Cl2 with respect to those of the free ligands. On the contrary in CH3OH the complete deprotonation of the coordinated BQAH induces a bathochromic displacement of the absorption maxima at 480 nm. In CH3OH the fluorescent emissions of the mono- and bis-chelate deprotonated BQA− complexes at ≈600 nm display a very low quantum yield and a reduced Stokes shift as compared with that of the protonated species. Such an increase can be related to the enhanced rigidity of the deprotonated ligand inducing a tight coplanarity of the aromatic rings in the first excited state. Eventually the metal coordination, while reducing the energy of the fluorescent emission of both ligands in CH2Cl2, does not inhibit the non radiative relaxation pathways in the BQAH system. 相似文献

The thiocarbamate esters 4-RC6H4NHC(S)OMe (R = H, Cl, OMe, NO2, Me) react with cis-[PtCl2(PTA)2] (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) in the presence of base to afford the platinum(II) complexes trans-[Pt{SC(OMe)NC6H4R}2(PTA)2] (R = H, Cl, OMe, NO2, Me) in high yields. The complexes were fully characterised spectroscopically and, in case of the NO2 derivate, by X-ray crystallography. Cytotoxicity of these complexes was studied in vitro in four human cancer cell lines (CH1, HT29, A549, SK-OV-3) using the MTT assay. The results show that the Cl substituted derivate is the most potent of these compounds in vitro. Moreover, this derivative is capable of partially circumventing primary cisplatin resistance in ovarian and colon carcinoma cells. 相似文献

Syntheses of three new N-arylanilido-arylimine bidentate Schiff base type ligand precursors, ortho-C6H4[NH(2,6-iPr2C6H3)](CHNAr1) [Ar1 = p-FC6H4 (2a); C6H5 (2b); p-OMeC6H4 (2c)], and their four-coordinated boron complexes, ortho-C6H4[N(2,6-iPr2C6H3)](CHNAr1)BF2 [Ar1 = p-FC6H4 (3a); C6H5 (3b); p-OMeC6H4 (3c)] are described. The boron complexes 3a-3c were synthesized from the reaction of BF3(OEt2) with the lithium salt of their corresponding ligand. All complexes were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and molecular structures of complexes 3a and 3c were determined by X-ray crystallography. The photophysical properties of complexes 3a-3c were briefly examined. All three complexes display bright green fluorescence in solution and in the solid state. Electroluminescent devices with complex 3c as the emitter were fabricated. These devices were found to give green emission with maximum current efficiency of 2.92 cd/A and maximum luminance of 670 cd/m2. 相似文献

Palladium [PdCl2(L)] complexes with N-alkylpyridylpyrazole derived ligands [2-(5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L1), 2-(1-ethyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L2), 2-(1-octyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L3), and 2-(3-pyridin-2-yl-5-trifluoromethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)ethanol (L4) were synthesised. The crystal and molecular structures of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L2, L3, L4) were resolved by X-ray diffraction, and consist of monomeric cis-[PdCl2(L)] molecules. The palladium centre has a typical square-planar geometry, with a slight tetrahedral distortion. The tetra-coordinate metal atom is bonded to one pyridinic nitrogen, one pyrazolic nitrogen and two chlorine ligands in cis disposition. Reaction of L (L2, L4) with [Pd(CH3CN)4](BF4)2, in the ratio 1M:2L, gave complexes [Pd(L)]2(BF4)2. Treatment of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L2, L4) with NaBF4 and pyridine (py) and treatment of the same complexes with AgBF4 and triphenylphosphine (PPh3) yielded [Pd(L)(py)2](BF4)2 and [Pd(L)(PPh3)2](BF4)2 complexes, respectively. The X-ray structure is reported for the complex Cu2(medpco-2H)Cl2, (medpco = N,N′-bis-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl)pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide 1-oxide. The complex is triclinic,
, a=8.313(4), B=11.403(5), C=11.611(3) Å, =91.66(3), β=108.99(4), γ=109.60(3)° and Z=2. The deprotonated ligand (medpco-2H)2− acts as a binulceating ligand, producing an N-oxide-bridged complex. Each copper in Cu2(medpco-2H)Cl2 is five-coordinate, being coordinated by a bridging N-oxide oxygen, a deprotonated amide nitrogen, a tertiary amine nitrogen and two bridging chlorides. The complex does not exhibit significant magnetic interaction, and this may be the result of distortion of the bridging geometry from planarity. A range of other, apparently N-oxide-bridged, complexes of the type Cu2(medpco-2H)X2 is reported. The complex Cu2(medpco-2H)Br2·H2O is strongly antiferromagnetic, with magnetic data closely fitting the expected binuclear structure. 相似文献

Treatment of the ligands 1,8-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-3,6-dithiaoctane (bddo), 1,9-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-3,7-dithianonane (bddn), and 1,6-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-2,5-dithiahexane (bddh) with several platinum starting materials as K2PtCl4, PtCl2, [PtCl2(CH3CN)2] and [PtCl2(PhCN)2] was developed under different conditions. The reactions did not yield pure products. The ratio of the NSSN, NS, SS, NN, and 2NS isomers has been calculated through NMR experiments. Treatment of the mixtures of complexes with NaBPh4 affords [Pt(NSSN)](BPh4)2 (NSSN = bddo, bddn). These Pt(II) complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray structures of the complexes [Pt(NSSN)](BPh4)2 (NSSN = bddo, bddn) have also been determined. In these complexes, the metal atom is tetracoordinated by the two azine nitrogen atoms of the pyrazole rings and two thioether sulfur atoms. When the [Pt(NSSN)](BPh4)2 (NSSN = bddo, bddn) complexes were heated under reflux in a solution of Et4NBr in CH2Cl2/CH3OH (1:1), a mixture of isomers was obtained. 相似文献

Three novel cisplatin analogues were synthesized, designed according to an approach which violates the “classical” structure-activity relationship, by replacing the diamine ligands with a planar N donor heterocycle giving a sterically hindered complex. Moreover, the sterical hindrance of antitumor drug candidates potentially makes them less susceptible to deactivation by sulphur-containing proteins and helping to overcome resistance mechanisms. The resulting mononuclear complexes of sterically hindered polidentate heterocyclic N ligands [PtCl(bbp)]Cl (1) [bbp = 2,6-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)pyridine], [PtCl2(dptdn)](H2O) (2) [dptdn = sodium 5,6-diphenyl-3-(2′-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazine-4″,4″′-disulfonate] and [(dptdn)(dpt)Pt]Cl2(H2O) (3) [dpt = 5,6-diphenyl-3-(2′-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazine] have been prepared and structurally characterised. Both neutral and ionic complexes are present, with monofunctional (1) and bifunctional Pt(II) moieties (2) and coordinatively saturated Pt(II) ions in the mixed ligand complex (3), whose size and shape enable them to behave as novel scaffolds for DNA binding. All complexes were tested “in vitro” for their biological activity on human HT29 colorectal carcinoma and HepG2 hepatoma cells. The complexes (1) and (3), endowed with a positive charge, showed a potent cytotoxic activity and reduced cell viability with an efficacy higher than that of cisplatin; whilst the neutral bifunctional compound (2) was inactive. IC50 values have been calculated for the active compounds. The cytotoxic effects were confirmed by the accumulation of treated cells in subG0/G1 phase of cell cycle, by the loss of mitochondrial potential (Δψm) and by the chromatin condensation or fragmentation observed by means of fluorescence microscopy after Hoechst 33258 nuclear staining. A study on intracellular platinum uptake in HT29 cell line has been also performed and data obtained strongly suggest that the cytotoxicity of new tested complexes reported in this work is based on a different pharmacodynamic pattern with respect to cisplatin. 相似文献

The new N3O ligand 2-(pyridylmethylamino)-3-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-propionic acid (L1H) was synthesized and converted to L1Zn-Cl and L1Zn-Br. These complexes are tetrameric in the solid state with bridging carboxylate functions. The reaction of deprotonated L1H with zinc nitrate or zinc perchlorate yielded the aqua complexes [L1Zn-OH2] X with and , which crystallize as carboxylate-bridged dimers. Their deprotonation produced, in situ, the hydroxide complex L1Zn-OH, which acted as a base toward p-nitrophenol and bis(p-nitrophenyl)phosphoric acid resulting in L1Zn-ONit and L1Zn-OPO(ONit)2. Tris(p-nitrophenyl)phosphate was cleaved hydrolytically by L1Zn-OH, releasing one p-nitrophenyl group. A kinetic investigation of this cleavage reaction under pseudo-first-order conditions has yielded second-order rate constants k″ of 0.9 s−1 M−1 in 50% aqueous DMSO and 4.0 s−1 M−1 in 75% aqueous DMSO. 相似文献

The copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes of three new 1,2-bis(1,4,7-triazacyclononane) ligands containing unsaturated four carbon bridging groups is studied by continuous variation UV-Vis spectroscopic and pH potentiometric equilibrium experiments. The cis-butene-2 (LC) linked ligand may form monomeric MN6-type complexes while the trans-butene-2 (LT) and butyne-2 (LY) ligands are prevented by their stereochemistry from forming monomeric complexes and form oligomeric complexes. It is determined that the stability of the CuLC2+ complex is not appreciably different from the oligomeric complexes of LT and LY. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations are made on three square pyramidal Cu2L4+ complexes: [Cu2LCCl4] (1), [Cu2LYCl4] (2), and [Cu2LT(NO3)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 (3). The structure of [Ni2(LC)2](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (4) is a binuclear dimer that contains two nickel(II) ions sandwiched between two ligands, indicating that bis([9]aneN3) ligands with four linker atom chains may form either monomeric or oligomeric structures. 相似文献

The synthesis, potentiometric studies and photophysical properties of two new polyamine ligands (L1 and L2) possessing the dansyl chromophore were studied in aqueous 0.15 M NaCl. The compounds show the absorption and emissions bands characteristic of the dansylamide fluorophore and both present intramolecular excited state proton transfer at intermediate pH ranges. One of the ligands (L2) strongly coordinates Zn(II) leading to fluorescence quenching. A model compound (L3) of the dansyl moiety was also investigated. 相似文献

Four copper(II) complexes containing the reduced Schiff base ligands, namely, N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-glycinamide (Hsglym) and N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-l-alaninamide (Hsalam) have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of [Cu2(sglym)2Cl2] (1), [Cu2(salam)2(NO3)2] · H2O (3), [Cu2(salam)2(NO3)(H2O)](NO3) · 1.5H2O (4), [Cu2(salam)2](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (5) show that the Cu(II) atoms are bridged by two phenolato oxygen atoms in the dimers. The sglym ligand bonded to Cu(II) in facial manner while salam ligand prefers to bind to Cu(II) in meridonal geometry. Variable temperature magnetic studies of 3 showed it is antiferromagnetic. These Cu(II) complexes and [Cu2(sglym)2(NO3)2] (2), exhibit very small catecholase activity as compared to the corresponding complexes containing acid functional groups. 相似文献

Three novel heterometallic complexes [Co2Zn2(Dea)2(HDea)2(NCS)4] · 4dmso (1), [CuCoZn2(Dea)3Cl3(HOMe)] · MeOH (2) and [CuCoZn(Me2Ea)4(NCS)2(OAc)] (3) have been prepared from zerovalent zinc, cobalt thiocyanate and a dimethylsulfoxide solution of diethanolamine (1), zerovalent copper, cobalt chloride, zinc chloride and a methanol solution of diethanolamine (2), zerovalent copper, cobalt thiocyanate, zinc acetate and an acetonitrile solution of 2-(dimethylamino)ethanol in air (3) [H2Dea is diethanolamine and HMe2Ea is 2-(dimethylamino)ethanol]. The structures of all complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. Compound 1 consists of a centrosymmetric molecule based on a Co2Zn2O6 core. In contrast to 1, the coordination cores of the structures of the heterotrimetallic complexes, CuCoZn2O6 (for 2) and CuCoZnO4 (for 3) have no inversion centre. Both 2 and 3 possess a similar CuCoZnO4 fragment that can be viewed as an incomplete distorted cube. 相似文献
