Four new bis(phosphino)amine ligands (Ph2P)2N-C6H3-R, where R = 3,5-OMe (1), 2,5-OMe (2), 2,4-OMe (3) or 3,4-OMe (4), were prepared via aminolysis of the corresponding dimethoxyanilines with 2 equiv. of diphenylphosphine chloride in the presence of triethyl amine. Oxidation of these ligands with aqueous H2O2, elemental S8 or Se powder afforded the corresponding chalcogen oxides 1a-4a, sulfides 1b-4b and selenides 1c-4c in good yields. Reaction of 1-4 with [MCl2(cod)] (M = Pt, Pd; cod = cycloocta-1,5-diene) in equimolar ratios afforded cis-[MCl2{(Ph2P)2N-C6H3-R}] (M = Pt; R = 3,5-OMe 1d, R = 2,5-OMe 2d, R = 2,4-OMe 3d, and R = 3,4-OMe 4d. M = Pd; R = 3,5-OMe 1e, R = 2,5-OMe 2e, R = 2,4-OMe 3e, and R = 3,4-OMe 4e). Similarly, reaction of [Cu(CH3CN)4]PF6 with the 1-4 in 1:2 ratio gave [Cu{(Ph2P)2N-C6H3-R}2]PF6 (R = 3,5-OMe 1f, 2,5-OMe 2f, 2,4-OMe 3f and 3,4-OMe 4f). All new compounds were fully characterized by spectroscopy and elemental analysis and the molecular structures of seven representative compounds were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. In addition, the palladium complexes were investigated as pre-catalysts in C-C coupling reactions.  相似文献

A series of chiral Ag(I) and Cu(II) complexes have been prepared from the reaction between AgX (X = NO3, PF6, OTf) or CuX2 (X = Cl, ClO4) and chiral biaryl-based N-ligands. The rigidity of the ligand plays an important role in the Ag(I) complex formation. For example, treatment of chiral N3-ligands 1-3 with half equiv of AgX (X = NO3, PF6, OTf) gives the chiral bis-ligated four-coordinated Ag(I) complexes, while ligand 4 affords the two-coordinated Ag(I) complexes. Reaction of AgX with 1 equiv of chiral N4-ligands 5, 7, 8 and 10 gives the chiral, binuclear double helicate Ag(I) complexes, while chiral mono-nuclear single helicate Ag(I) complexes are obtained with N4-ligands 6 and 9. Treatment of either N3-ligand 1 or N4-ligand 9 or 10 with 1 equiv of CuX2 (X = Cl, ClO4) gives the mono-ligated Cu(II) complexes. All the complexes have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, and elemental analyses. Seventeen of them have further been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses. The Cu(II) complexes do not show catalytic activity for allylation reaction, in contrast to Ag(I) complexes, but they do exhibit catalytic activity for Henry reaction (nitroaldol reaction) that Ag(I) complexes do not.  相似文献

Several mononuclear copper complexes 1(a-b) and 2(a-b) supported over sterically demanding [NNO] ligands namely, N-(aryl)-2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino]acetamide [aryl = 2,6-diethylphenyl (1) and mesityl (2)], exhibit catecholase-like activity in performing the aerial oxidation of 3,5-di-t-butylcatehol (3,5-DTBC) to 3,5-di-t-butyl-catequinone (3,5-DTBQ) under ambient conditions. The 1(a-b) and 2(a-b) complexes were directly synthesized from the reaction of the respective ligands 1-2 with CuX2·nH2O (X = Cl, NO3, n = 2, 3) in 55-85% yield. Mechanistic insights on the catalytic cycle as obtained by density functional theory studies for a representative complex 1a suggest that an intramolecular hydrogen transfer, from a catechol-OH moiety to a copper bound superoxo moiety, form the rate-determining step of the oxidation process, displaying an activation barrier of 18.3 kcal/mol (ΔG) [6.9 kcal/mol in Δ(PE + ZPE) scale].  相似文献

New copper(II) clofibriates (clof, {2-(4-chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic or 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid}) of composition Cu(clof)2L2 (where L=2-pyridylmethanol (2-pymeth) (1), N-methylnicotinamide (Menia) (4), N,N-diethylnicotinamide (Et2nia) (5), isonicotinamide (isonia) (7) or methyl-3-pyridylcarbamate (mpc) (8)), [Cu(clof)2(4-pymeth)2(H2O)] · 2H2O (4-pymeth=4-pyridylmethanol) (2 · 2H2O) and Cu(clof)2L (where L=4-pymeth (3) or Et2nia (6)) have been prepared and spectroscopically characterized. All the Cu(clof)2L2 compounds seem to possess distorted octahedral copper(II) stereochemistry with differing tetragonal distortions. An X-ray analysis of 1 was carried out and it featured a tetragonal-bipyramidal geometry around the copper(II) atom. X-ray analysis of 2 · 2H2O featured a square-pyramidal geometry around copper(II) atom. Both the Cu(clof)2L compounds seem to consist of a binuclear unit of tetracarboxylate type bridging. An X-ray analysis of 6 revealed typical binuclear paddle-wheel type structure, consisting of two copper(II) atoms in square-pyramidal geometry bridged by four carboxylate anions in the xy-plane. All complexes under study were characterized by EPR and electronic spectroscopy. The antimicrobial effects have been tested on various strains of bacteria, yeasts and filamentous fungi.  相似文献

Three mono-nuclear copper(II) complexes [Cu(tepza)X]ClO4 (X = Cl, 1; X = NCS, 2; X = dca, 3) and two dinuclear bridging complexes [Cu2(tepza)2(μ-C4O4)](ClO4)2·H2O(4) and [Cu2(tepza)2(μ-C5O5)](ClO4)2(5) where tepza = tris[2-ethyl(1-pyrazolyl)]amine, dca = dicyanamide, C4O42− = 3,4-dihydroxycyclobut-3-ene-1,2-dionate (squarate dianion) and C5O52− = 4,5-dihydroxycyclopent-4-ene-1,2,3-trionate (croconate dianion) were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy as well as by single X-ray crystallography. In the solid state, the geometry of copper(II) centers in these complexes are as follows: close to SP in 2, distorted TBP in 3, predominant SP in 4, and distorted octahedral in 5, whereas in solution distorted SP geometry was generally found. The squarato and the croconato dianions in complexes 4 and 5 are bridging the two copper(II) centers in cis-bis-monodentate and bis-bidentate bonding modes, respectively. Magnetic susceptibility measurements at variable temperatures (2-300 K) reveal the weak antiferromagnetic coupling in the two bridging dinuclear complexes 4 (= −24.9 cm−1) and 5 (= −3.1 cm−1).  相似文献

A novel series of copper(II) complexes of formula [Cu(tren)(mpda)](ClO4)2 · 1/2H2O (1), [Cu2(tren)2(mpda)](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (2), and [Cu2(tren)2(ppda)](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (3) containing the tetradentate tris(2-aminoethyl)amine (tren) terminal ligand and the potentially bridging 1,n-phenylenediamine [n = 3 (mpda) and 4 (ppda)] ligand have been prepared and spectroscopically characterized. X-ray diffraction on single crystals of 1 and 3 show the presence of mono- (1) and dinuclear (3) copper(II) units where the mpda (1) and ppda (3) ligands adopt terminal monodentate (1) and bridging bis(monodentate) (3) coordination modes toward [Cu(tren)]2+ cations with an overall non-planar, orthogonal disposition of the phenylene group and the N-Cu-N threefold axis of the trigonal bipyramid of each copper(II) ion [values of the Cu-N-C-C torsion angle (?) in the range of 50.8(3)-79.2(2) (1) and 80.9(2)-86.5(2)° (3)]. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements on the dinuclear complexes 2 and 3 show the occurrence of moderate ferromagnetic (J = +8.3 cm−1, 2) and strong antiferromagnetic (J = −51.4 cm−1, 3) couplings between the two copper(II) ions across the meta- and para-phenylenediamine bridges, leading to S = 1 (2) and S = 0 (3) ground spin states [H = −JS1 · S2 with S1 = S2 = SCu = 1/2]. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations on the triplet (2) and broken-symmetry (BS) singlet (3) ground spin states, support the occurrence of a spin polarization mechanism for the propagation of the exchange interaction through the predominantly π-type orbital pathway of the 1,n-phenylenediamine bridge. Finally, a new magneto-structural correlation between the magnitude of the magnetic coupling (J) and the Cu-N-C-C torsion angle (?) has been found which reveals the role of σ- versus π-type orbital pathways in the modulation of the magnetic coupling for m- and p-phenylenediamine-bridged dicopper(II) complexes.  相似文献

Consecutive synthesis methodologies for the preparation of a series of copper(I) formates [LmCuO2CH] (L = nBu3P: 4a, m = 1; 4b, m = 2; 5, L = [Ti](CCSiMe3)2, m = 1, [Ti] = (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti) and [LmCuO2CH·HO2CR] (L = nBu3P: 7a, m = 1, R = H; 7b, m = 2, R = H; 7c, m = 2, R = Me; 7d, m = 2, R = CF3; 7e, m = 2, R = Ph. L = (cC6H11)3P, R = H: 8a, m = 2; 8b, m = 3. L = (CF3CH2O)3P, R = H: 9a, m = 2; 9b, m = 3. L = (CH3CH2O)3P, R = H: 10a, m = 2; 10b, m = 3. L = [Ti](CCSiMe3)2; m = 1: 11a, R = H; 11b, R = Ph) is reported using [CuO2CH] (1) and L (2a, L = nBu3P; 2b, L (cC6H11)3P; 2c, L = (CF3CH2O)3P; 2d, L = (CH3CH2O)3P; 3, L = [Ti](CCSiMe3)2) as key starting materials. Addition of formic acid (6a) or carboxylic acid HO2CR (6b, R = Me; 6c, R = CF3; 6d, R = Ph) to the afore itemized copper(I) formates 4 and 5 gave metal-organic or organometallic 7-11. The molecular structures of 8a and 11a in the solid state are reported showing a threefold coordinated copper(I) ion, setup by either two coordinatively-bonded phosphorus atoms and one formate oxygen atom (8a) or two π-bonded alkyne ligands and one oxygen atom (11a). A formic acid molecule is additionally hydrogen-bonded to the CuO2CH moiety. The use of 7b as suitable precursor for the deposition of copper onto TiN-coated oxidized silicon wafers by the spin-coating process below 300 °C is described. Complex 7b offers an appropriate transformation behavior into metal phase by an elimination-decarboxylation mechanism. The morphology of the copper films strongly depends on the annealing conditions. A closed grain network densified by a post-treatment is obtained (8 °C min−1, N2/H2 carrier gas). Hydrogen post-anneal to 420 °C after film deposition gave a copper film showing resistivities from 2.5 to 3.7 μΩ cm. This precursor was also used for gap-filling processes.  相似文献

Fe(II)-tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine complexes, Fe(II)-tpa, having different co-existing anions, [Fe(tpa)(MeCN)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Fe(tpa)(MeCN)2](CF3SO3)2 (2) and [Fe(tpa)Cl2] (3), were prepared. Effective magnetic moments (evaluated by the Evans method) revealed that while 1-3 in acetone and 3 in acetonitrile (MeCN) have a high-spin Fe(II) ion at 298 K, the Fe(II) ions of 1 and 2 are in the low-spin state in MeCN. The aerobic oxidation of 1-3 was monitored by UV-Vis spectral changes in acetone or MeCN under air at 298 K. Only the high-spin Fe(II)-tpa complexes were oxidized with rate constants of kobs = 0.1-1.3 h−1, while 1 and 2 were stable in MeCN. The aerobic oxidation of 1 or 2 in acetone was greatly accelerated in the presence of pure, peroxide-free cyclohexene (1000 equiv.) and yielded a large amount of oxidized products; 2-cyclohexe-1-ol (A) and 2-cyclohexene-1-one (K) (A + K: 23 940% yield based on Fe; A/K = 0.3), and cyclohexene oxide (810%). Besides cyclohexene, aerobic oxidation of norbornene, cyclooctene, ethylbenzene, and cumene proceeded in the presence of 1 in acetone at 348 K without any reductant. Essential factors in the reaction are high-spin Fe(II) ion and labile coordination sites, both of which are required to generate Fe(II)-superoxo species as active species for the H-atom abstraction of hydrocarbons.  相似文献

Oxalate- or 4,4′-bipyridine-bridged dimeric copper(II) complexes, [Cu2L2(μ-ox)] (1) and [Cu2L2(μ-bipy)](BF4)2 (2) [where ox = oxalate, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, HL = N-(1H-pyrrol-2-ylmethylene)-2-pyridineethanamine, L = HL−H+], have been synthesised and characterised by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal structure determinations carried out on 1 and 2 reveal that 1 is an oxalate-bridged centrosymmetrical square pyramidal dimeric copper(II) complex while 2 is a 4,4′-bipyridine-bridged non-centrosymmetric square planar dinuclear copper(II) complex. Comparison of the optimised geometries with the corresponding crystal structures suggests that the B3LYP/LANL2DZ level can reproduce the structures of 1 and 2 on the whole. The electronic spectra of 1 and 2 predicted by B3LYP/LANL2DZ method show some blue shifts compared with their experimental data. Thermal analysis carried out on 1 shows that there is only one exothermal peak at about 260 °C and the residue is presumably Cu2O4N6.  相似文献

Condensation of (S,S)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine with 2 equiv. of 2-pyridine carboxaldehyde in toluene in the presence of molecular sieves at 70 °C gives N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-(S,S)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine (S,S-1) in 95% yield. Reduction of 1 with an excess of NaBH4 in MeOH at 50 °C gives N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-(S,S)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine (S,S-2) in 90% yield. Reaction of 1 or 2 with 1 equiv. of CuCl2 · 2H2O in methanol gives complexes [N-(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-(S,S)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine]CuCl2 (3) and [Cu(S,S-2)(H2O)]Cl2 · H2O (4), respectively, in good yields. Complex 4 can further react with 1 equiv. of CuCl2 · 2H2O in methanol to give [Cu(S,S-2)][CuCl4] (5) in 75% yield. The rigidity of the ligand coupled with the steric effect of the free anion plays an important role in the formation of the helicates. Treatment of ligand S,S-1 with AgNO3 induces a polymer helicate {[Ag(S,S-1)][NO3]}n (6), while reaction of ligand 2 with AgPF6 or AgNO3 in methanol affords a mononuclear single helicate [Ag(S,S-2)][PF6] (7) or a dinuclear double helicate [Ag2(S,S-2)2][NO3]2 · 2CH3OH (8) in good yields, respectively. All compounds have been characterized by various spectroscopic data and elemental analyses. Compounds 1, 3-5, 7 and 8 have been further subjected to single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The Cu(II) complexes do not show catalytic activity for allylation reaction, in contrast to Ag(I) complexes, but they do show catalytic activity for Henry reaction (nitroaldol reaction) that Ag(I) complexes do not.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligands 2-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)phenol H(L1), 5-diethylamino-2-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)phenol H(L2), 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)phenol H(L3), 3-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)naphthalen-2-ol H(L4) and 4-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methylpyridin-3-ol H(L5) have been synthesized by the condensation, respectively, of salicylaldehyde, 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde, 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-1-napthaldehyde and pyridoxal with 2,6-diisopropylaniline. The copper(II) bis-ligand complexes [Cu(L1)2] 1, [Cu(L2)2] 2, [Cu(L3)2] 3, [Cu(L4)2] 4 and [Cu(L5)2] · CH3OH 5 of these ligands have been isolated and characterized. The X-ray crystal structures of two of the complexes [Cu(L1)2] 1 and [Cu(L5)2] · CH3OH 5 have been successfully determined, and the centrosymmetric complexes possess a CuN2O2 chromophore with square planar coordination geometry. The frozen solution EPR spectra of the complexes reveal a square-based CuN2O2 chromophore, and the values of g and g/A index reveal enhanced electron delocalization by incorporating the strongly electron-releasing -NEt2 group (2) and fusing a benzene ring on sal-ring (4). The Cu(II)/Cu(I) redox potentials of the Cu(II) complexes reveal that the incorporation of electron-releasing -NEt2 group and fusion of a benzene ring lead to enhanced stabilization of Cu(II) oxidation state supporting the EPR spectral results. The hydrogen bonding interactions between the two molecules present in the unit cell of 5a generate an interesting two-dimensional hydrogen-bonded network topology.  相似文献

The interaction of diethyl 2-pyridylmethylphosphonate (2-pmpe) ligand with CuX2 salts unexpectedly leads to the formation of compounds of the formula Cu(2-pca)2 [X=Cl (1), CH3COO (3)], and Cu(2-pca)Cl [X=Cl (2)] (2-pca=pyridine-2-carboxylate ion). The diethyl 2-quinolylmethylphosphonate ligand (2-qmpe) reacts with CuX2 salts to similarly yield compounds of stoichiometry Cu(2-qca)2 · H2O (X=ClO4 − (4)], and for X=Cl Cu(2-qca)2 · H2O (5) and Cu(2-qca)Cl (6), (2-qca=quinoline-2-carboxylate ion). These compounds are products of a novel oxidative P-dealkylation reaction, which takes place on 2-pmpe and 2-qmpe ligands under the used conditions. The compounds were characterized by infrared, ligand field, EPR spectroscopy and magnetic studies. Cu(2-pca)2 exists in two crystalline forms, a blue form (1) and a violet form (3). For 3 the single-crystal structure was determined. The copper atom is four-coordinated in a square-planar geometry. The stack between related (and hence parallel) pca moieties involves interatomic distances of 3.27 Å. Cu(2-qca)2 · H2O also exists in two forms, a green (4) and a blue-green (5). Both these complexes are five coordinated, involve the same CuN2O3 chromophore and are examples of the distortion isomers. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements (1.9-300 K) have shown that the antiferromagnetic coupling observed is much stronger in 6 than in 1, 3, 4 and 5. For 2 a ferromagnetic exchange occurs.  相似文献

Linked bis(ketimine) (1) can be prepared with the reaction of excess 2,4-pentanedione and 4,4′-methylene-bis(2,6-diisopropylaniline) in methanol in the presence of catalytic amount of formic acid. The dialuminum alkyl complexes containing the linked bis(ketiminate) dianionic ligands, [OC(Me)CHC(Me)N(2,6-iPr2C6H2-4)AlR2]2CH2 (2, R = Me; 3, R = Et), were prepared by a reaction of 2 equiv AlR3 with [OC(Me)CHC(Me)NH(2,6-iPr2C6H2-4)]2CH2 in methylene chloride. Reactions of 2 with 2 and 4 equiv of I2 gave corresponding aluminum iodo complexes 4 and 5, respectively. Treatment of 5 with 2 equiv of AgBF4, however, gave a diboron complex, [OC(Me)CHC(Me)N(2,6-iPr2C6H2-4)BF2]2CH2 (6), in 18% isolated yield. All new complexes have been characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and complexes 2, 3, and 6 are also confirmed by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Single crystal structures of L1, 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 were solved. The Pd-E bond distances (Å): 2.2563(6) (E = S), 2.3575(6)−2.392(2) (E = Se); 2.5117(5)−2.5198(5) (E = Te) are near the lower end of the bond length range known for them. The Pt-Se bond length, 2.3470(8) Å, is also closer to the short values reported so far. The Heck and Suzuki reaction were carried out using complexes 1, 3, 5 and 7 as catalysts under aerobic condition. The percentage yields for trans product in Heck reaction were found upto 85%.  相似文献

By changing the substituents on 1,2,4-triazole ring, six novel organic-inorganic hybrid complexes constructed from tetranuclear copper(I) 1,2,4-triazolate clusters and octamolybdates, [{Cu4(L)x}Mo8O26] (L = 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole (datrz) and x = 4 for 1; L = 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (3atrz) and x = 4 for 2; L = 3,5-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole (dmtrz) and x = 4 for 3; L = 3,5-dimethyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (dmatrz) and x = 6 for 4; L = 3,5-diethyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (deatrz) and x = 4 for 5; L = 3,5-di(n-propyl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (dpatrz) and x = 3 for 6), were obtained. The tetranuclear Cu(I) cluster in compound 1 acts as charge-compensating unit, which is the first polynuclear metal 1,2,4-triazole structure only with N1, N2 bridging mode. Compounds 2, 4, 5 and 6 are of polymeric 1D chains and 3 is of a 2D layer structure. In 2, three distinct Cu(I)-coordination geometries, distorted tetrahedral, T-shaped and V-shaped linear Cu(I), are observed in the same structure. The first extended hybrid structure constructed by δ-octamolybdates is founded in 4. A novel [Mo8O26]4− anion is found in 5, which contains only three crystallographically independent Mo atoms. In compounds 5 and 6, terminal oxo groups of octamolybdate cluster act as μ3-oxo bridges to link the copper(I) coordination complexes; such an unusual linking manner is unique in the coordination chemistry of octamolybdates with transition metal fragments. The influences of substituent on the structures of the tetranuclear units are also discussed in details.  相似文献

The dihydroxo-bridged dinuclear copper(II) compound [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-OH)2]I2 (1) and the triply bridged dinuclear copper(II) compounds with a formato bridge [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-O2CH)(μ-OH)(μ-OMe)](ClO4) (2) and [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-O2CH)(μ-OH)(μ-Cl)](ClO4) · 0.5H2O (3) (in which dpyam=di-2-pyridylamine) have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X-ray crystallographic methods. All three compounds are either centrosymmetric, or have a symmetry plane in the molecule. Compound 1 contains the [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-OH)2]+ unit and iodide anions. Each copper(II) ion is in a slightly tetrahedrally distorted square planar coordination with the square plane consisting of two nitrogen atoms of the dpyam ligand and two bridging hydroxo groups. The Cu-I distances of 3.321 Å are quite long and only involve a weak semi-coordination. Compound 2 contains a triply bridged dinuclear copper(II) species, the coordination environment around each copper(II) ion involves a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal CuN2O3 chromophore. In the dinuclear unit of compound 3, the triply bridged copper(II) ions show a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination of the CuN2O2Cl chromophore. The Cu-Cu distances are 2.933(2), 3.023(1) and 3.036(1) Å for compounds 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The magnetic susceptibility measurements, measured from 5 to 280 K, revealed a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(II) atoms for compound 1 with a singlet-triplet energy gap (J) of −15.3 cm−1, whereas compounds 2 and 3 are ferromagnetic with J=62.5 and 79.1 cm−1, respectively.  相似文献

Two cyano-bridged cadmium(II) and copper(II)-copper(I) mixed-valence polymer compounds 1 and [CuII(en)2]0.5[CdCuI(CN)3] · Cl · H2O 2 (en = 1,2-ethanediamine) through systematically varying the solution environment have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The cyano anions connected the copper and cadmium centres with bidentate or tridentate bridging modes resulting in two complicated 3D networks for 1 and 2. Compound 1 has a rare 5,6-connected network, while compound 2 can be reduced to a 6-connected α-Po net. The magnetic and thermal properties of 1 and 2 are also studied.  相似文献

The reactions of metal(II) chlorides and bromides with 8-methylquinoline (8-mequin) in neutral and acidic solutions were investigated. The reaction with ZnCl2, ZnBr2, CoCl2, CoBr2, CuCl2 or CuBr2 with the appropriate HX in water or aqueous ethanol gave complexes of the formula (8-mequin)2MX4 (1, M = Cu, X = Cl; 2, M = Cu, X = Br; 3, M = Co, X = Cl; 4, M = Co, X = Br) or (8-mequin)2ZnX4·nH2O (5, X = Cl, n = 0; 6, X = Br, n = 0; 7, X = Cl, n = 1; 8, X = Br, n = 1). Crystals of 1, 2 and 4-8 suitable for single crystal X-ray diffraction were obtained and the structures reported. Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c, while 4-8 crystallize in the triclinic space group, . Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data indicate very weak interactions for the copper compounds 1 and 2, while the magnetic behavior of 3 and 4 is dominated by single ion anisotropy, with weaker antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

The synthesis and X-ray crystal structure determination of the mono(indenide) rare-earth compounds [(DanipO)(Ind)Ln]2 (Ln = Sm: 1; Ln = Yb: 2) are reported (DanipO = 2-(o-anisyl)-6-(o-2-phenoxide)phenyl, Ind = indenide). Reaction of DanipLi (Danip = 2,6-di-o-anisolphenyl) with the corresponding lanthanide trichloride in tetrahydrofuran followed by addition of two equiv of KInd in tetrahydrofuran at −25 °C yields compounds 1 and 2 in approximately 10-20% yield. The molecular structures of 1 and 2 show an unsolvated dimeric half-sandwich compound and a formally dianionic partially demethylated mixed arylether/aryloxide terphenyl ligand (=DanipO).  相似文献

A new tris(pyridylhydrazonyl)methane ligand, HC[N(Me)NC(H)Py]3 (L2) (Py = pyridyl), has been synthesized. The latter is accessible from triethyl orthoformate and 2-(2-methylhydrazono)methylpyridine in 63% isolated yield. We have investigated its coordination chemistry towards copper ions and compared the results with those obtained for the recently developed multifunctional ligand, (S)P[N(Me)NC(H)Py]3 (L1). The copper(II) complexes [Cu(L1)](OTf)2 (3) and [Cu(L2)](OTf)2 (4) (OTf = triflate, (O3SCF3)) are mononuclear with the cations coordinated by three imino and three pyridine nitrogen atoms. Almost axial symmetric EPR spectra have been obtained in frozen solutions at X-band. The spectra show resolved hyperfine couplings to the copper nuclei on one of the three g values. X-ray structural analyses revealed in each case a cis bond distortion and a trigonal twist due to Jahn-Teller effects. The CuII/CuI reduction potentials of 3 and 4 were shown to be remarkably low ( = −0.11 V for 3;  = −0.34 V for 4), especially for 3 consisting of the phosphorus supported ligand L1. The corresponding copper(I) complexes [Cu(L1)](OTf) (5) and [Cu(L2)](OTf) (6) are accessible by reduction using decamethyl ferrocene. Both copper(I) complexes have been characterized in detail including X-ray structure analyses.  相似文献
