农林复合系统的林木和作物会充分利用水肥光热等资源、而在资源亏缺时也可能产生竞争,在华北低丘山区等水资源紧缺地区,种间水分竞争尤为突出。在冬小麦返青期、拔节期、灌浆期和成熟期4个生育期,测算了该地区核桃-小麦间作系统和单作小麦不同组分的稳定碳同位素组成(Stable carbon isotope ratio,δ13C)和核桃树干液流,结合生物量和气象数据资料计算出水分利用效率(water use efficiency,WUE)和耗水量(Water use,WU)。结果表明,间作核桃树、间作小麦和单作小麦的WUE分别为10.771—21.233、9.946—19.149和9.878—18.431 mmol C/mol H2O。单作小麦WUE在拔节期显著小于间作小麦。间作系统总耗水量为1755.19 t/hm2,比单作系统的2538.13 t/hm2少30.85%。核桃-小麦间作系统中,核桃耗水量占系统总耗水量的36.34%,在小麦的生长前期所占比例最多、在小麦旺盛生长期所占比重较小,而小麦越往生长后期需水越多。核桃与间作小麦的需水期错开,在时间上避免水分竞争。距离核桃树越近浅层土土壤含水量越高、而深层土越低,表明核桃主要吸收深层水,而间作小麦主要吸收浅层水,从位置上避免水分竞争。单作小麦产量、总生物量和总耗水量分别比核桃间作小麦的高26.79%、27.12%、36.30%(P=0.001、P=0.033、P=0.050)。间作核桃和单作核桃的单株果实产量平均分别为0.88和0.94 kg(P=0.829)。然而,核桃-小麦间作系统的产量土地当量比(Land equivalent ratio,LER)和产值水分利用效率(WUE ofeconomics,WUEe)却分别达到1.67和25.92元.mm-.1hm-2,比单作系统明显提高、水资源获得高效利用,同时具备生产优势和经济优势。  相似文献

为了解渐危植物新疆野核桃的病害情况,在新疆野核桃自然保护区调查不同坡向、不同龄级野核桃4种病害的患病比例,分析病害种类、病害等级与野核桃胸径及坡向的相关关系。结果表明: 保护区野核桃的主要病害为核桃褐斑病(95.8%)、核桃枯枝病(90.5%)、核桃黑斑病(74.4%)和核桃腐朽病(7.7%)。4个坡向的野核桃均易患核桃褐斑病,阴坡和半阴坡的野核桃易患核桃枯枝病,阳坡和阴坡的野核桃易患核桃黑斑病,半阳坡和半阴坡的野核桃相对易患核桃腐朽病。4个坡向野核桃的4种病害均随病害等级(1~4级)的增加而病株比例减小。4个坡向核桃枯枝病、核桃黑斑病、核桃褐斑病均以中龄树比例最大,其次是老龄树,再次是小树,未见幼苗患病;核桃腐朽病仅发生在老龄树。核桃枯枝病、核桃腐朽病、核桃黑斑病、核桃褐斑病与野核桃的胸径呈显著正相关,核桃黑斑病与坡向呈显著负相关,核桃枯枝病、核桃腐朽病、核桃黑斑病的不同病害等级与胸径和坡向存在相关性。  相似文献

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术测定了葡萄状核桃和普通核桃6种组织的过氧化物酶同工酶。分析比较了两种核酶谱和酶活性的异同。结果表明,葡萄状核桃除当年生果枝外,其它各组织中的过氧化物酶活性均低于普通核桃。葡萄状核桃雄花轴,雌花和雄花中酶带的数目也比普通核桃相应组织为少。  相似文献

China is the largest walnut producer in the world, and walnut trees, especially English walnut, are widely distributed in the country. Species of Botryosphaeriaceae include important plant pathogens that can cause diseases on many tree crops including English walnut. Recently, disease symptoms caused by Botryosphaeriaceae were observed on English walnut branches or kernels from Beijing, Henan and Sichuan provinces in China. Based on morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses of the ITS rDNA sequences and translation elongation factor 1‐alpha (TEF‐1α) gene regions, Botryosphaeria dothidea and Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae were identified. Pathogenicity tests showed that both species are virulent to English walnut. To our knowledge, this is the first report of L. pseudotheobromae infecting English walnut in the world.  相似文献

该研究以贵州省内的3个山脉(乌蒙山、苗岭山和武陵山)、19个核桃和泡核桃实生居群、245棵实生单株为研究材料,对坚果表型性状29个指标的多样性、相关性、聚类及变异进行分析,以揭示贵州核桃资源的表型遗传多样性水平,为贵州核桃资源的保存与利用及核心种质构建提供依据。结果显示:(1)核桃和泡核桃实生居群245份种质资源的18个表型质量性状Simpson指数为0.26~0.82,Shannon-Wiener指数为0.12~1.79;核桃小叶形状多样,易发生顶叶退化,坚果核壳表面特征、坚果形状及核仁皮色多样性丰富。(2)坚果表型变异系数为3.32%~47.67%,平均为21.28%且差异显著(P<0.05),居群间变异系数为9.42%~31.61%且差异显著(P<0.05);居群内和居群间变异均是核桃表型多样性的来源,但坚果性状在居群间差异显著性均高于居群内,说明居群间变异是该区域坚果表型变异的主要来源。(3)3个山脉区域核桃表型均有不同程度变异,其中,苗岭山核桃表型变异程度低,乌蒙山核桃表型变异程度高;UPGMA聚类结果显示,19个核桃实生居群依据贵州山脉区域划分为三类,表明贵州核...  相似文献

新疆野核桃是我国珍稀的重要野生植物资源。在亚洲,成片分布仅在伊犁州巩留县野核桃沟自然保护区。为了更好地保护该珍贵资源,本研究对新疆巩留野核桃树的30cm处地径、树高、树皮光滑程度、树势、病(虫)害等方面进行调查,获取基础数据,并统计了野核桃沟不同沟系野核桃树的分布数量、幼树所占比例、病(虫)害分布状况。用树皮的光滑度分析其年龄结构,并进行野核桃树分布密度、年龄结构、生长势与环境的关系分析。结果显示,目前野核桃沟的野核桃树数量约有5500余株,30cm处地径小于10cm的幼树约占总株数的16%。分布在西沟和东沟的野核桃树约占总数的66%。野核桃林整体年龄结构基本合理,属于增长型群体结构。但病害的侵染,尤其是野核桃褐斑病、野核桃枝枯病的危害,严重影响了树木生长势。  相似文献

The fungus Eutypa lata was isolated from diseased walnut trees (Juglans regia) exhibiting small cankers. The morphological characteristics of the culture and the pathogenicity were compared with those of known isolates of the fungus from other hosts. Inoculation tests with walnut isolates on grape, walnut, almond and apricot yielded characteristic cankers. Furthermore, pathogenicity tests on walnut with isolates from other different hosts resulted in differences in virulence. Similar differences in virulence were observed between 13 single ascospore isolates of the fungus ex apricot inoculated on walnut.  相似文献

Characterizing the walnut genome through analyses of BAC end sequences   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Persian walnut (Juglans regia L.) is an economically important tree for its nut crop and timber. To gain insight into the structure and evolution of the walnut genome, we constructed two bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) libraries, containing a total of 129,024 clones, from in vitro-grown shoots of J. regia cv. Chandler using the HindIII and MboI cloning sites. A total of 48,218 high-quality BAC end sequences (BESs) were generated, with an accumulated sequence length of 31.2?Mb, representing approximately 5.1% of the walnut genome. Analysis of repeat DNA content in BESs revealed that approximately 15.42% of the genome consists of known repetitive DNA, while walnut-unique repetitive DNA identified in this study constitutes 13.5% of the genome. Among the walnut-unique repetitive DNA, Julia SINE and JrTRIM elements represent the first identified walnut short interspersed element (SINE) and terminal-repeat retrotransposon in miniature (TRIM) element, respectively; both types of elements are abundant in the genome. As in other species, these SINEs and TRIM elements could be exploited for developing repeat DNA-based molecular markers in walnut. Simple sequence repeats (SSR) from BESs were analyzed and found to be more abundant in BESs than in expressed sequence tags. The density of SSR in the walnut genome analyzed was also slightly higher than that in poplar and papaya. Sequence analysis of BESs indicated that approximately 11.5% of the walnut genome represents a coding sequence. This study is an initial characterization of the walnut genome and provides the largest genomic resource currently available; as such, it will be a valuable tool in studies aimed at genetically improving walnut.  相似文献

The establishment and productivity of a Manchurian walnut (Juglans mandshurica Maxim.) plantation can be improved by inter-planting with larch (Larix gmelini Rupr.) in Northeast China, but the potential mechanism remains obscure. We carried out a series of experiments in a 20-year-old mixed-species plantation, as well as in Manchurian walnut and larch plantations. Manchurian walnut seedlings had difficulty surviving in the Manchurian walnut plantation because their growth was inhibited by their own soil and root exudates. In sharp contrast, Manchurian walnut seedlings grew well in larch and mixed-species plantations. Larch soil and root exudates greatly stimulated the growth of Manchurian walnut seedlings in controlled conditions. In particular, larch root exudates can increase the soil microbial populations, including bacteria, actinomycetes, azotobacter and cellulose-decomposing microorganisms; larch root exudates can also increase the enzyme activities of saccharase, urease, proteinase and polyphenol oxidase. Significant results led to a rapid degradation of the root-exuded phytotoxic juglone from Manchurian walnut. Manchurian walnut root exudates contained juglone at a high concentration of 121.3?±?6.6 mg g?1, while juglone concentrations in the soil beneath Manchurian walnut trees ranged from 2.9–6.2 µg g?1 soil. It appears from the results that juglone may be released from Manchurian walnut roots into the soil in a sufficient quantity but rapidly degrades due to interactions with soil factors. Furthermore, juglone was more resistant toward degradation in the Manchurian walnut soil (t 1/2 ?=?7.36?±?0.63 h) when compared to the larch soil (t 1/2 ?=?4.66?±?0.82 h). The results suggest that larch may improve the establishment and productivity of Manchurian walnut in a mixed-species plantation through the release of root exudates.  相似文献

以新疆巩留野核桃林37份新疆野核桃种质资源的1年生枝条为材料,6份核桃楸为对照,利用人工气候箱模拟春季低温,分别于-20 ℃和4 ℃处理12 h,测定其相对电导率、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性等生理生化指标,并进行相关分析。采用隶属函数和主成分分析综合评价核桃种质对低温的生理响应。结果表明: 低温胁迫下,新疆野核桃相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量和过氧化物酶活性均呈上升趋势。综合评价其低温抗性与生境相关:巩留野核桃林中沟>东沟>西沟>主沟。新疆野核桃表现出比核桃楸更为耐低温的特性。本研究从37份新疆野核桃种质中筛选出7份耐低温种质,为改良核桃品种和提高核桃耐倒春寒等生长期的突然天气变化的能力提供科学参考。  相似文献

Persian or English walnut (Juglans regia L.), the walnut species cultivated for nut production, is one of the oldest food sources known. Persian walnuts, native to the mountain valleys of Central Asia, are grown worldwide in temperate areas. World production exceeds three million tons since 2012, mostly provided by China, the USA, and Iran. Despite very ancient culture of walnut species (Juglans spp.), breeding actually started in the twentieth century. Using a range of methodologies, from morphological markers to the most recent advances in genome analysis, many genetic studies of walnut have been conducted during the past 30 years, including examination of diversity, determination of relationships within or among germplasm collections and populations, phylogenetic and origin elucidation, genetic map construction, and biotic or abiotic stress investigations. The genetic improvement of walnut has undergone great evolution. The producing countries of the Middle East have widely studied morphological characteristics of walnut. The USA and France, for example, are behind important cultivar releases such as “Chandler” and “Franquette.” Finally, genomics represents a major breakthrough in walnut improvement, in particular by recent sequencing of both chloroplast and nuclear genomes. This review summarizes worldwide molecular and “omics” studies and gives an overview of the main walnut breeding programs.  相似文献

Thirty-two low-copy-number genomic DNA clones from a walnut (Juglans sp.) Pst I genomic library were used to establish a molecular-marker linkage map for walnut. The clones were hybridized to restriction-endonuclease-digested DNA from parent walnut trees involved in an interspecific backcross of (J. hindsii x J. regia) x J. regia in order to identify parental polymorphism. Sixty-three backcross progeny were analyzed to determine the inheritance and linkage of 48 RFLP loci. Sixty-six percent of the walnut cloned sequences detected duplicated, but unlinked, loci. Twelve linkage groups were identified by 42 of the RFLP loci. A Poisson probability method for estimating genome size was utilized to calculate the approximate walnut genome length as 1660 cM and to estimate that 138 markers would be needed to cover 95% of the walnut genome within 20 cM of each marker.  相似文献

以晋西黄土区核桃-大豆间作系统为研究对象,采用分层挖掘法对核桃-大豆间作系统细根分布特征及地下竞争状况进行研究,旨在为该地区果农间作系统的高效可持续经营提供科学依据。结果表明:核桃细根在垂直方向上主要分布在0~40cm土层内,水平方向上55.7%的细根集中分布在距树行0.5~1.5m区域中;间作物大豆的根系在垂直方向上集中分布在0~20cm土层内,水平方向上根干重随距树行距离的增加呈增加趋势;在水平方向上距树行1.0~2.5m的区域是核桃和大豆地下种间竞争主要发生区,其中以1.5~2.0m区域的竞争最为剧烈。  相似文献

Persian walnut (Juglans regia L) is an economically important species cultivated worldwide for its wood and nuts. Despite the increasing interest in the development of conservation strategies for walnut germplasm, an accurate and full-scale overview of wild genetic resources of J. regia has not been conducted because natural populations are located in regions of Asia historically difficult to access. In this study, we estimated the genetic diversity and spatial genetic structure of 39 autochthonous Persian walnut populations sampled across its Asian range using 14 neutral microsatellite markers. A landscape genetic overlay approach was applied to detect the areas of current reservoirs of walnut genetic diversity in the Asian range and to evaluate the role of landscape in shaping walnut genetic diversity since the Last Glacial Maximum. Although Persian walnut has been highly manipulated by humans over the last 2,000 years, we determined that patches of high genetic diversity still exist in the Caucasus and mountains of Central Asia where J. regia might have survived after Pleistocene glaciations. We detected a clear separation of Persian walnut into four main genetic clusters centered in (1) western Kyrgyzstan, (2) western and south–central Asia, (3) east–central Uzbekistan, and (4) Xinjiang and Shandong provinces (China). Overlay of maps showed a coincidence between groups of walnut populations and potential barriers to gene flow such as the Hindu Kush, Pamir, Tien Shan, and Himalaya mountains and the Karakum, Kyzyl Kum, and Taklamakan deserts. 为了更好地构建贵州核桃核心种质,该研究以245份贵州核桃种质资源为试材,利用数量性状的遗传变异数据,对其构建方法进行了探索;采用随机取样策略、偏离度取样策略和位点优先取样策略,结合8个取样比例(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、40%和50%),进行多次聚类构建核心种质;将核心种质与原种质和保留种质进行t检验比较来评价核心种质,并用主成分分析法和表型性状对核心种质进行确认。结果表明:(1)选取偏离度取样策略,总体取样比例为50%,构建出131份贵州核桃核心种质资源。(2)对种质资源核心库13个数量性状进行主成分分析,其累计贡献率达到76.48%,主成分图中核桃核心种质与原种质的分布较为相似,表明核心种质有效地保存了核桃原种质的遗传结构,并有效避免了种质的冗余。(3)在欧氏距离结合组间联接法的聚类条件下,偏离度取样策略是构建贵州核桃核心种质的最佳方法。  相似文献

Studies were conducted to evaluate the oil sorption capacities of walnut shell media. Sorption capacity is the weight of oil picked up by unit weight of a sorbent. Initial oil pick-up by walnut shell media on pure oil and oil on aqueous medium was evaluated. Batch kinetic studies were conducted to evaluate the equilibrium time required by walnut shell media for sorbing oil. For pure oil medium, sorption capacities of 0.30g/g, 0.51g/g and 0.58g/g were obtained for standard mineral oil, vegetable oil and DoALL Bright-Edge oil, respectively. The results showed sorption capacities of 0.56g/g, 0.58g/g and 0.74g/g for standard mineral oil, vegetable oil and DoALL Bright-Edge oil, respectively, for oil on aqueous medium. It was found that sorbed oil could be recovered from walnut shell media by applying pressure. The study showed that walnut shell media can be used as a sorbent for oil removal.  相似文献

核桃-小麦复合系统中细根生长动态及竞争策略   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以核桃(Juglans regia)-小麦(Triticum aestivum)间作复合系统为研究对象,用微根窗和根钻相结合的方法采样,研究复合系统中核桃和小麦细根年内年际的生长动态和竞争适应策略,为农林复合系统的经营管理和竞争模型的建立提供理论依据和技术支持。结果表明,间作核桃和小麦根系均在上半年有一个大的生长高峰(5月和4月),在下半年有一个小的生长高峰(9月和11月),二者的竞争主要发生在上半年的大生长高峰期。在各年份各土层,间作核桃的根长密度均低于单作核桃,且在从第7年开始存在显著差异。在0—20 cm土层间作小麦根长密度在第3—7年间获得迅速提高,从第7年开始显著高于单作小麦,但在20 cm以下土层则相反。间作使核桃和小麦细根生态位实现了分离,11年的观察期内间作核桃比单作核桃细根的垂直分布中心下移了6.59 cm,间作小麦比单作小麦的上移了8.59 cm。在根系竞争策略方面,小麦根系是通过短期内的快速生长,迅速占据土壤空间获得竞争优势;而核桃根系是通过根系的逐年积累,逐步占据土壤空间从而获得竞争优势。可以干扰核桃根系积累过程的"竞争-干扰-再平衡"农林复合经营管理策略可以让复合系统中核桃和小麦保持各自竞争优势的情况下实现共存。在根系形态方面,自身细根直径较小者小麦在剧烈竞争区域以增加细根直径减小比根长来适应竞争,而自身细根直径较大者核桃则相反。  相似文献
