Inhibition of the (Na+ + K+)-dependent ATPase by inorganic phosphate, Pi, was examined in terms of product inhibition of the various activities catalyzed by an enzyme preparation from rat brain, and considered in terms of the specific transport processes of the membrane Na+,K+-pump that these activities reflect. The K+-dependent phosphatase activity of the enzyme was most sensitive to Pi, and inhibition was competitive toward the substrate, nitrophenyl phosphate, as would be expected if Pi were released from the same enzyme form that bound substrate. However, this enzymatic activity does not seem to represent a transport process, and thus a cyclical discharge of K+ may not be involved. The Na+-dependent exchange activity was unaffected by Pi, in accord with the absence of Pi release in the reaction sequence. For the corresponding Na+/Na+ exchange function of the pump, which reportedly does not involve ATP hydrolysis either, prior release of Pi obviously cannot be required for Na+ discharge. With the Na+-dependent ATPase activity, measured using micromolar concentrations of ATP, Pi inhibited, but far less than with the phosphatase activity, and inhibition was not competitive toward ATP. Moreover, inhibition decreased as the Na+ concentration was raised from 10 to 100 mM. This elevated concentration of Na+ also led to substrate inhibition. For this ATPase activity, and the corresponding transport process, uncoupled Na+ efflux, the findings suggest that Na+ discharge follows Pi release, in contrast to Na+/Na+ exchange. The (Na+ + K+)-dependent ATPase activity, measured with millimolar concentrations of ATP and reflecting the coupled Na+,K+-transport function, was similarly sensitive to Pi, and again inhibition was not competitive toward ATP. However, in this case inhibition did not increase as the Na+ concentration was lowered. For this activity, and the associated transport process, the site of Na+ discharge in the overall reaction sequence remains unresolved.  相似文献

The addition of LiCl stimulated the (Na++K+)-dependent ATPase activity of a rat brain enzyme preparation. Stimulation was greatest in high Na+/low K+ media and at low Mg. ATP concentrations. Apparent affinities for Li+ were estimated at the α-sites (moderate-affinity sites for K+ demonstrable in terms of activation of the associated K+-dependent phosphatase reaction), at the β-sites (high-affinity sites for K+ demonstrable in terms of activation of the overall ATPase reaction), and at the Na+ sites for activation. The relative efficacy of Li+ was estimated in terms of the apparent maximal velocity of the phosphatase and ATPase reactions when Li+ was substituted for K+, and also in terms of the relative effect of Li+ on the apparent KM for Mg· ATP. With these data, and previously determined values for the apparent affinities of K+ and Na+ at these same sites, quantitative kinetic models for the stimulation were examined. A composite model is required in which Li+ stimulates by relieving inhibition due to K+ and Na+ (i) by competing with K+ for the α-sites on the enzyme through which K+ decreases the apparent affinity for Mg·ATP and (ii) by competing with Na+ at low-affinity inhibitory sites, which may represent the external sites at which Na+ is discharged by the membrane NA+/K+ pump that this enzyme represents. Both these sites of action for Li+ would thus lie, in vivo, on the cell exterior.  相似文献

Electrophoretic measurements on membrane coated particles were performed with a Zytopherometer. Tris-HCl buffer 0.2 M pH 7.0 at 37°C with addition of different combinations of Na+, K+, Mg2+ and ATP was used as test medium. The membranes were of two types, an untreated preparation with low NaK ATPase activity and a deoxycholate treated preparation with high NaK ATPase activity. There was no marked difference in reaction between the two types of membranes. To both types of membranes Mg2+ gave a strong positive and ATP a slight negative addition to the membrane charge. In the presence of ATP Na+ gave a higher charge contribution than did K+ or a combination of Na+ and K+. This implies that K+ gives a higher affinity for ATP than Na+ does and or that ATP mediates a higher affinity for Na+ than for K+.  相似文献

The activity of Na+K+-ATPase in the membranes of nerve endings isolated from rat cerebral cortex was inhibited by dopamine. On the contrary, when the soluble fraction from cortical homogenates was added, dopamine stimulated enzyme activity. By varying the concentration of the soluble fraction present in the incubation medium for Na+K+-ATPase assay, it was possible to establish that this fraction modulates those effects of dopamine on Na+K+-ATPase.The preincubation of the membranes with N-ethylmaleimide under conditions in which the Na+K+-ATPase activity was not inhibited (5 × 10?5 M for 10 min at 37°C), prevented both the inhibitory and the stimulatory effects of dopamine observed without or with the soluble fraction from brain respectively. These results suggest that dopamine probably acts on regions of the protein containing -SH groups, different from those sites responsible for the catalytic activity of the enzyme.  相似文献

The classical E2-P intermediate of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase dephosphorylates readily in the presence of K+ and is not affected by the addition of ADP. To determine the significane in the reaction cycle of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase of kinetically atypical phosphorylations of rat brain (Na+ + K+)-ATPase we compared these phosphorylated components with the classical E2-P intermediate of this enzyme by gel electrophoresis. When rat brain (Na+ + K+)-ATPase was phosphorylated in the presence of high concentrations of Na+ a proportion of the phosphorylated material formed was sensitive to ADP but resistant to K+. Similarly, if phosphorylation was carried out in the presence of Na+ and Ca2+ up to 300 pmol/mg protein of a K+-resistant, ADP-sensitive material were formed. If phosphorylation was from [γ-32P]CTP up to 800 pmol 32P/mg protein of an ADP-resistant, K+-sensitive phosphorylated matterial were formed. On gel electrophoresis these phosphorylated materials co-migrated with authentic Na+-stimulated, K+-sensitive, E2-P-phosphorylated intermediate of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase, supporting suggestions that they represent phosphorylated intermediates in the reaction sequence of this enzyme.  相似文献

Conditions have been established which allow growth of embryonic rat retinal cells in dissociated cell culture for up to one month. Na+,K+-ATPase localization was stuied in both neuronal and mixed neuronal-glial (flat cell) cultures. High Na+,K+-ATPase-like-immunoreactivity was associated with plasma membranes of neuronal cell bodies and their processes. Markedly lower immunoreactivity was found in the underlying flat cells in mixed cultures. Staining was generally uniform over perikaryal plasma membranes and showed a bead-like appearance in neuronal processes, supporting previous studies in brain tissue which used histocytochemical procedures specific for the Na+,K+-ATPase. This system should be useful for examining distribution of the enzyme in developing nerve and glial cells and may help to resolve questions regarding Na+–K+ homeostasis by neurons and glia.Dedicated to Henry McIlwain.  相似文献

The migration of intestinal epithelial cells from the crypts to the tips of villi is associated with progressive cell differentiation. The changes in Na+-pump levels during migration have been measured in epithelial cells isolated from rabbit small intestine. A significant proportion of ouabain-sensitive (Na++K+)-ATPase in the cell homogenates was latent but could be unmasked by detergent treatment. Highest detergent activation was observed in villus cells. The distribution of pumping sites was also assessed by measuring ouabain binding to intact cells. The kinetics of specific binding was consistent with the interaction of the cardiac glycoside with a single population of binding sites with an apparent Kd of around 10?7 M. Both enzyme assay and ouabain-binding measurements suggest that a 2–3-fold increase in the number of Na+-pumping sites accompanies cell differentiation in rabbit jejunal epithelium. This increase in pumping capacity might be an adaptation of the cells to their absorptive function.  相似文献

MnCl2 was partially effective as a substitute for MgCl2 in activating the K+-dependent phosphatase reaction catalyzed by a purified (Na+ + K+)-ATPase enzyme preparation from canine kidney medulla, the maximal velocity attainable being one-fourth that with MgCl2. Estimates of the concentration of free Mn2+ available when the reaction was half-maximally stimulated lie in the range of the single high-affinity divalent cation site previously identified (Grisham, C.M. and Mildvan, A.S. (1974) J. Biol. Chem. 249, 3187–3197). MnCl2 competed with MgCl2 as activator of the phosphatase reaction, again consistent with action through a single site. However, with MnCl2 appreciable ouabaininhibitable phosphatase activity occurred in the absence of added KCl, and the apparent affinities for K+ as activator of the reaction and for Na+ as inhibitor were both decreased. For the (Na+ + K+)-ATPase reaction substituting MnCl2 for MgCl2 was also partially effective, but no stimulation in the absence of added KCl, in either the absence or presence of NaCl, was detectable. Moreover, the apparent affinity for K+ was increased by the substitution, although that for Na+ was decreased as in the phosphatase reaction. Substituting MnCl2 also altered the sensitivity to inhibitors. For both reactions the inhibition by ouabain and by vanadate was increased, as was binding of [48V]-vanadate to the enzyme; furthermore, binding in the presence of MnCl2 was, unlike that with MgCl2, insensitive to KCl and NaCl. Inhibition of the phosphatase reaction by ATP was decreased with 1 mM but not 10 mM KCl. Finally, inhibition of the (Na+ + K+)-ATPase reaction by Triton X-100 was increased, but that by dimethylsulfoxide decreased after such substitution.  相似文献

Na+-ATPase activity of a dog kidney (Na+ + K+)-ATPase enzyme preparation was inhibited by a high concentration of NaCl (100 mM) in the presence of 30 μM ATP and 50 μM MgCl2, but stimulated by 100 mM NaCl in the presence of 30 μM ATP and 3 mM MgCl2. The K0.5 for the effect of MgCl2 was near 0.5 mM. Treatment of the enzyme with the organic mercurial thimerosal had little effect on Na+-ATPase activity with 10 mM NaCl but lessened inhibition by 100 mM NaCl in the presence of 50 μM MgCl2. Similar thimerosal treatment reduced (Na+ + K+)-ATPase activity by half but did not appreciably affect the K0.5 for activation by either Na+ or K+, although it reduced inhibition by high Na+ concentrations. These data are interpreted in terms of two classes of extracellularly-available low-affinity sites for Na+: Na+-discharge sites at which Na+-binding can drive E2-P back to E1-P, thereby inhibiting Na+-ATPase activity, and sites activating E2-P hydrolysis and thereby stimulating Na+-ATPase activity, corresponding to the K+-acceptance sites. Since these two classes of sites cannot be identical, the data favor co-existing Na+-discharge and K+-acceptance sites. Mg2+ may stimulate Na+-ATPase activity by favoring E2-P over E1-P, through occupying intracellular sites distinct from the phosphorylation site or Na+-acceptance sites, perhaps at a coexisting low-affinity substrate site. Among other effects, thimerosal treatment appears to stimulate the Na+-ATPase reaction and lessen Na+-inhibition of the (Na+ + K+)-ATPase reaction by increasing the efficacy of Na+ in activating E2-P hydrolysis.  相似文献

Summary K+-dependent p-nitrophenylphosphatase (pNPPase) and Ca++-stimulated adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activities were studied in human parotid and submandibular glands using cytochemical methods at the ultrastructural level. In both glands, only the striated-duct epithelium showed K+-pNPPase reaction product, thereby indicating the localization of Na+, K+-ATPase. The precipitate was concentrated on the deep invaginations of the basolateral plasma membranes, in close association with their cytoplasmic surface. Ca++-ATPase activity was also found on the basolateral plasma membranes, but two striking differences from the K+-pNPPase distribution were observed: firstly, Ca++-ATPase appeared in both acinar and ductal cells, and secondly, it was localized on the outer side of the plasma membranes.  相似文献

A microsomal (Na++ K++ Mg2+)ATPase preparation from sugar beet roots was used. The activation by simultaneous addition of Na+ and K+ at different levels was examined in terms of steady state kinetics. The observed data can be summarized in the following way: 1. The apparent affinity between the enzyme and the substrate MgATP depends on the ratio between Na+ and K+. At low Na+ concentration (below 5 mM), the apparent Km decreases with increasing concentrations of K+ (1–20 mM). At 5 mM Na+, the K+ level does not change the apparent Km, while at Na+ levels above 10 mM, the apparent Km between enzyme and substrate increases with increasing concentration of K+. 2. When the MgATP concentration is kept constant, homotropic cooperativity (concerning one type of ligand) and heterotropic cooperativity (concerning different types of ligands) exist in the activation by Na+ and K+. The Na+ binding is cooperative with different Km values and Hill coefficients (n) in the presence of low and high concentration of K+. At low Na+ level (< 5 mM). a negative cooperativity exists for Na+ (nNa < 1) which is more pronounced in the presence of high [K+]. When the concentration of Na+ is raised the negative cooperativity disappears and turns into a positive one (nNa > 1). Only K+ binding in the presence of low [Na+] shows cooperativity with a Hill coefficient that reflects changes from negative to positive homotropic cooperativity with increasing concentrations of K+ (nK < 1 → nK > 1). In the presence of [Na+] > 10 mM, the changes in nk are insignificant. 3. A model is proposed in which one or two different K sites and one or two Na sites control the catalytic activity, with multiple interactions between Na+, K+ and MgATP. 4. In the presence of Na+ (< 10 mM), K+ is probably bound to two K sites, one of which translocates K+ through the membrane by an antiport Na+/K+ mechanism. This could be connected with an elevated K+ uptake in the presence of Na+ and could therefore explain some field properties of sugar beets.  相似文献

Showdomycin [2-(β-d-ribofuranosyl)maleimide] is a nucleoside antibiotic containing a maleimide ring and which is structurally related to uridine. Showdomycin inhibited rat brain (Na+ + K+)-ATPase irreversibly by an apparently bimolecular reaction with a rate constant of about 11.01·mol?1·min?1. Micromolar concentrations of ATP protected against this inhibition but uridine triphosphate or uridine were much less effective. In the presence of K+, 100 μM ATP was unable to protect against inhibition by showdomycin. These observations show that showdomycin inhibits (Na+ + K+)-ATPase by reacting with a specific chemical group or groups at the nucleotide-binding site on this enzyme. Inhibition by showdomycin appears to be more selective for this site than that due to tetrathionate or N-ethylmaleimide. Since tetrathionate is a specific reactant for sulfhydryl groups it appears likely that the reactive groups are sulfhydryl groups. The data thus show that showdomycin is a relatively selective nucleotide-site-directed inhibitor of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase and inhibition is likely due to the reaction of showdomycin with sulfhydryl group(s) at the nucleotide-binding site on this enzyme.  相似文献

This study examined the status of sarcolemmal Na+/K+-ATPase activity in rat heart under conditions of Ca2+-paradox to explore the existence of a relationship between changes in Na+/K+-pump function and myocardial Na+ as well as K+ content. One min of reperfusion with Ca2+ after 5 min of Ca2+-free perfusion reduced Na+/K+-ATPase activity in the isolated heart by 53% while Mg2+-ATPase, another sarcolemmal bound enzyme, retained 74% of its control activity. These changes in sarcolemmal ATPase activities were dependent on the duration and Ca2+ concentration of the initial perfusion and subsequent reperfusion periods; however, the Na+/K+-ATPase activity was consistently more depressed than Mg2+-ATPase activity under all conditions. The depression in both enzyme activities was associated with a reduction in Vmax without any changes in Km values. Low Na+ perfusion and hypothermia, which protect the isolated heart from the Ca2+-paradox, also prevented reperfusion-induced enzyme alterations. A significant relationship emerged upon comparison of the changes in myocardial Na+ and K+ content to Na+/K+-ATPase activity under identical conditions. At least 60% of the control enzyme activity was necessary to maintain normal cation gradients. Depression of the Na+/K+-ATPase activity by 60-65% resulted in a marked increase and decrease in intracellular Na+ and K+ content, respectively. These results suggest that changes in myocardial Na+ and K+ content during Ca2+-paradox are related to activity of the Na+/K+-pump; the impaired Na+/K+-ATPase activity may lead to augmentation of Ca2+-overload via an enhancement of the Na+/Ca2+-exchange system.  相似文献

Abstract The comparative Na+ tolerance of Chora buckellii cultured in freshwater (FW) or artificial Waldsea water (AWW, which contains about 110 mol m?3 each Na +, Mg2+, Cl? and SO2-4 was tested with respect to the external Na+ to Ca2+ ratio (Na: Ca). Fifty per cent of FW cells subjected to 70 mol m?3 NaCl, which raised Na:Ca from 10: 1 to 700: 1 and the external osmotic pressure from 0.024 to 0.402 MPa, died within 6 d. Death was associated with the loss of Na/K selectivity, H+ -pump activity and turgor. Restoration of Na:Ca to 10:1 in high Na+ medium with CaCl2 ensured 100% survival and maintained H+-pump activity and Na/K selectivity of FW cells. Turgor was regulated within 3 d with net uptake of Na +, K+ and Cl? in the vacuolc. Mg2+ was not as effective as Ca2+ in enhancing survival or maintaining H+ -pump activity and Na/K selectivity of FW cells in the presence of elevated Na+. However, turgor was regulated within 3 d by accumulation of Cl? and an unknown cation in the vacuole. All AWW cells subjected to an increase of 70 mol m ?3 NaCl, which raised Na: Ca from 16:1 to 25: 1 and the external osmotic pressure from 0.915 to 1.22 MPa, survived and maintained H + -pump activity. Turgor was regulated within 6d by accumulating Na +, K+ and Cl? in the vacuole. All AWW cells subjected to 70molm?3 NaCl in a medium in which Na:Ca was equal to 700:1 survived and maintained H + -pump activity, but showed loss of Na/K selectivity. Turgor was regulated with an unknown osmoticum(a) within 6 d.  相似文献

Abstract— The effects of brief exposures of a number of depolarizing agents on 24Na+ influx and on the Na+, K+ and ATP contents of synaptosomes were studied using a Millipore filtration technique to terminate the reaction. When synaptosomes were incubated in normal medium, there was a rapid influx of 24Na+ and a gain in Na’contents; neither the 24Na+ influx nor the Na+ gain were blocked by tetrodotoxin suggesting that this Na+ entry did not involve Na+-channels. Veratridine markedly increased the rate of 24Na+ influx into synaptosomes and also increased the Na+ content and decreased the K+ content of synaptosomes within the first 10s of exposure. The normal ion contents were reversed by 1 min. The effects of veratridine on Na+ influx and on synaptosomal ion contents were prevented by tetrodotoxin and required Na+ in the medium. The ionophores gramicidin D and valinomycin also rapidly reversed the Na+ and K+ contents of synaptosomes, but these effects could not be blocked by tetrodotoxin. The reducing effect of gramicidin D on synaptosomal K+ content required Na’in the medium, whereas valinomycin caused a fall in the K+ content of synaptosomes in a Na+-free medium. Veratridine and gramicidin D, at concentrations known to reverse the synaptosomal ion contents, did not affect synaptosomal ATP levels. In contrast, valinomycin and NaCN caused an abrupt fall in synaptosomal ATP levels. The above findings suggest that veratridine quickly alters synaptosomal Na+ and K+ contents by opening Na +-channels in the presynaptic membrane, and provide direct evidence for the existence of Na+-channels in synaptosomes. In contrast, gramicidin D and valinomycin appear to act independently of Na +-channels, possibly by their ionophoric effects and, in the case of valinomycin, by diminishing synaptosomal ATP contents and hence diminishing Na+-pump activity. The rapid reversals of Na+ and K+ contents by these drugs could affect the resting membrane potentials, Na+-Ca2+ exchange across the synaptosomal membrane, and the release, synthesis and uptake of neurotransmitters by synaptosomes.  相似文献

The mechanisms of activation of renal (Na+ + K+)-ATPase by administration of the synthetic glucocorticoid hormone, dexamethasone, have been investigated in adrenalectomized rats. Chronic treatment with dexamethasone (1–5 mg/100 g body wt. daily for 5 days) stimulated (Na+ + K+)-ATPase specific activity in crude homogenated and microsomal fractions of renal cortex (by approx. 100–150%) and renal medulla (by approx. 100%). Acute treatment with dexamethasone (0.5–10 mg/100 g body wt.) also stimulated enzyme activity in crude homogenates and microsomal fractions of renal cortex and medulla (by approx. 40–50%). Stimulation was dose dependent and occurred within 2h after hormone treatment. In vitro addition of dexamethasone (10?4–10?8 M) to microsomal fractions did not modify the specific activity of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase. Stimulation of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase activity by acute and chronic administration of the hormone was demonstrated whether specific activities were expressed as a function of cellular protein or cellular DNA. Dexamethasone treatment increased the ratios protein:DNA and, to a lesser extent, the ratios RNA:DNA. However, these effects were mainly due to a reduction in the renal contents of DNA, which suggests that the observed enzyme activation is not due to an action of the hormone on renal hypertrophy. Dexamethasone also reduced cellular DNA contents in the liver. The characteristics of the activation process were essentially similar after treatment with single or multiple doses of the hormone. There were increases in the value for Na+ (approx. 100%), K+ (approx. 40%) and ATP (approx. 160%). The Km values for Na+ (approx. 17 mM) and K+ (approx. 1.8 mM) were unchanged and there was a small increase in the Km value for ATP (0.7 mM as against 1.7 mM). There was no difference in the Hill coefficients for the three substrates. The levels of the high-energy Pi intermediate of the (Na+ + K+)-ATPase reaction were augmented by dexamethasone treatment and the increased levels were quantitatively correlated with the observed stimulation of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase specific activity. The apparent turnover numbers of the reaction remained unchanged. The specific activity of the ouabain-sensitive p-nitrophenylphosphatase increased proportionally to the increase in (Na+ + K+)-ATPase specific activity. Enzyme activation by acute dexamethasone treatment occurred in the absence of changes in glomerular filtration rate and tubular Na+ excretion. These results indicate that (Na+ + K+)-ATPase activation by acute and chronic dexamethasone treatment represents an increase in the number of enzyme units with little or no change in the kinetic properties (affinity, cooperativity) of the enzyme. In addition, the information presented suggests a direct regulatory effect of glucocorticoid hormones on the activity of renal (Na+ + K+)-ATPase and is inconsistent with the concept that changes in Na+ loads mediate the effects of these hormones on enzyme activity. Instead, the results suggests a primary role for glucocorticoid hormones in the renal regulation of Na+ homeostasis.  相似文献

The mechanism of action of the cytotoxic protein P6 isolated from cobra venom (Naja naja) which shows preferential cytotoxicity particularly to Yoshida sarcoma cells has been studied by its effects on the membrane-bound enzyme (Na+ + K+)-ATPase (ATP phosphohydrolase, EC 3.6.1.3) of a variety of cell systems. Evidence obtained with Yoshida sarcoma cells, dog and human erythrocytes and three tissue culture cell lines KB (human oral carcinoma), Hela (human cervix carcinoma) and L-132 (human lung embryonic) shows that inhibition of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase by the P6 protein can be correlated with its lytic activity. (Na+ + K+)-ATPase of Yoshida sarcoma membrane fragments inactivated by P6 protein could be reconstituted by the addition of phosphatidylserine and phosphatidic acid. It is conceivable that lysis of cells by the P6 protein may be due to an imbalance of K+ and Na+ in the cell which leads to swelling and disintegration of the membrane structure. Observations indicate that the P6 protein combines with membrane constituents of susceptible cells. The overall evidence suggests that both the specificity of its protein structure and the highly basic nature of the P6 protein are factors which enable it to compete with the lipid moiety maintaining the (Na+ + K+)-ATPase of the susceptible cells in proper conformation for activity.  相似文献

Increasing concentrations of dopamine fail to give a biphasic response to (Na+ + K+)-ATPase activity in various subcellular fractions of rat brain preincubated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors, viz. 1·10?4 M clorgyline and 1·10?4 M deprenyl. The product of the monoamine-oxidase-catalysed reaction with dopamine as substrate is 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylacetaldehyde. An analogue of this product is 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde. This analogue, when incubated with the subcellular fractions which had been preincubated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and dopamine, gave a more pronounced biphasic response to (Na+ + K+)-ATPase activity than that observed in the fractions incubated with dopamine alone.  相似文献

1. The sidedness of Ca2+-pump activation by Na+ and K+ was studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometry in human erythrocyte ghosts, which had been prepared in dextran solutions and resealed to alkali cations. 2. When ghosts were incubated in an all-choline medium, the increase in Nai+ elicited an inhibitory-stimulatory effect on Ca2+ extrusion. By contrast, only a stimulatory action was induced when choline was replaced by Na0+. 3. A dual effect on active Ca2+ efflux was also produced by increasing Ki+ or K0+. The biphasic response to the latter, however, was absent from high-K+ ghosts. Furthermore, the stimulation obtained at high K0+ was additive to that elicited by Ki+. 4. The results suggest that Na+ and K+ stimulate the Ca2+ pump of human red cells through two different mechanisms. The first one appears to be an electric coupling between Ca2+ efflux and the external activating cation. The other seems associated with the molecular reactions of the Ca2+-pump protein.  相似文献
