为考察不同形式蛋氨酸对建鲤生长的作用效果, 实验以豆粕、鱼粉、棉粕为蛋白源, 配制缺乏蛋氨酸的基础饲料(对照组, 蛋氨酸含量为0.48%), 在基础饲料中分别添加晶体蛋氨酸、微囊蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸羟基类似物(MHA)及蛋氨酸羟基类似物钙盐(MHA-Ca), 使蛋氨酸含量达到0.58%, 获得5个饲料处理组, 饲养平均体重为(8.61.0) g的建鲤(Cyprinus carpio var Jian)8周。结果显示: 各组鱼体增重率分别为343.51%、350.77%、382.80%、384.02%和385.59%; 饲料系数分别为1.58、1.55、1.42、1.42和1.41; 晶体蛋氨酸组鱼体增重率、饲料系数与对照组无显著差异(P0.05), 微囊蛋氨酸组、MHA组、MHA-Ca组增重率较对照组提高11.4%、11.8%、12.2% (P0.05), 饲料系数降低10.1%、10.1%、10.8% (P0.05)。各处理组在肌肉水分、脂肪含量间无显著差异(P0.05), MHA组肌肉粗蛋白含量较晶体蛋氨酸组显著下降, 其他各组间无显著差异(P0.05)。对摄食后不同时间的血清游离氨基酸浓度变化的分析表明, 对照组在摄食后2h或3h达到峰值, 晶体蛋氨酸组、MHA组在摄食后1h达到吸收峰值, 微囊蛋氨酸组在摄食后1h或2h达到峰值, 而MHA-Ca组则在摄食后3h达到峰值。上述结果表明, 在蛋氨酸缺乏的颗粒饲料中补充晶体蛋氨酸, 对建鲤生长性能无改善作用, 而添加微囊蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸羟基类似物、蛋氨酸羟基类似物钙盐则显著提高了鱼体生长性能, 降低饲料系数。    相似文献

以初始体重(30.00±0.45) g的黄鳝(Monopterus albus)为研究对象, 以低鱼粉饲料为对照组, 在低鱼粉饲料中分别添加蛋氨酸有效含量为2 g/kg的晶体蛋氨酸(C-Met)、包膜蛋氨酸(E-Met)、蛋氨酸羟基类似物钙盐(MHA-Ca)、蛋氨酸羟基类似物(MHA), 研究其在低鱼粉黄鳝饲料中的利用效果, 共5个处理组, 养殖试验持续10周。结果表明: (1)在低鱼粉饲料中添加蛋氨酸均有提高黄鳝增重率和蛋白质效率比、降低饲料系数的趋势, 其中MHA-Ca和MHA组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)在低鱼粉饲料中添加蛋氨酸均显著提高了肠道胰蛋白酶活力、血清胆汁酸、总胆固醇、总蛋白、尿素氮和血氨含量、肌肉黏附性与胶黏性(P<0.05); 添加MHA-Ca和MHA显著提高了肠道淀粉酶活力、血清葡萄糖和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量、肝脏谷草转氨酶活力、全鱼粗蛋白含量、肌肉硬度、弹性和咀嚼性(P<0.05), 显著降低了黄鳝肝体比与血清谷草转氨酶活力(P<0.05)。(3)对照组在摄食6h出现蛋氨酸吸收峰值, C-Met与MHA-Ca组均在摄食后9h出现蛋氨酸吸收峰值, E-Met组在摄食后12h出现蛋氨酸吸收峰值, MHA组分别在摄食后3h和9h出现蛋氨酸峰值。结果表明, 在低鱼粉饲料中添加蛋氨酸均能提高黄鳝生长和氨基酸代谢, 且MHA-Ca与MHA效果较佳。  相似文献

以40%棉粕为主的混合蛋白源制成基础饲料, 分别在其中添加0.00%、0.14%、0.28%、0.42%、0.56%蛋氨酸(分别记为0.00%Met、0.14%Met、0.28%Met、0.42%Met和0.56%Met), 配制了5种等氮等能的试验饲料, 以全鱼粉组(64.4%鱼粉)作为对照, 探讨了在高比例棉粕饲料中补充蛋氨酸对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹(0.390.02) g的摄食率、生长率和机体抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明: 与全鱼粉对照组相比, 0.42%Met组的增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数均无显著差异(P0.05), 但其显著高于0.00%Met、0.14%Met和0.28%Met组(P0.05); 增重率和特定生长率则显著高于0.56%Met组(P0.05); 从幼蟹的摄食量和蛋白质沉积率来看, 0.42%Met和0.28%Met组的摄食量与对照组相似, 当蛋氨酸的补充量低于0.28%或高于0.42%时, 幼蟹的摄食量均有所下降; 统计表明, 对照组的蛋白质沉积率最高(23.20%), 在各试验组中, 0.28%Met和0.42%Met组之间的蛋白质沉积率无显著差异(P0.05), 但显著高于0.00%Met、0.14%Met和0.56%Met组(P0.05); 分析幼蟹的肠道胰蛋白酶活性, 发现0.42%Met组与对照组之间无显著性差异(P0.05), 但均显著高于其他各试验组(P0.05); 0.28%Met、0.42%Met和0.56%Met处理组的血清丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性与对照组无显著差异(P0.05)。结果提示, 在高比例植物蛋白(40%棉粕)的基础饲料中, 补充0.42%Met能够显著提高中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的生长率、消化率和抗氧化酶的活性。    相似文献

饲料蛋氨酸水平对异育银鲫幼鱼生长性能影响的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究通过8周的生长实验, 研究饲料中不同蛋氨酸水平对异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)幼鱼生长性能、体成分、氨基酸沉积率的影响。实验以鱼粉、豌豆浓缩蛋白、喷雾干燥血球粉为蛋白源, 设计低蛋氨酸(0.57%)实用基础饲料, 并在此基础上分别添加0、0.08%、0.16%、0.24%、0.32%、0.40%的DL-蛋氨酸配成蛋氨酸含量分别为0.57%、0.64%、0.74%、0.81%、0.88%、0.95%(干物质基础, 实测值)的6种等氮等能(粗蛋白质: 37.22%, 总能: 17.61 MJ/kg)的配合饲料。选取初始体重为2.60 g的异育银鲫幼鱼为实验对象, 每个处理3个重复, 每个重复50尾鱼, 养殖系统为室内循环水养殖系统, 每天表观饱食投喂4次。结果显示在饲料中补充DL-蛋氨酸会显著提高异育银鲫幼鱼的特定生长率和蛋白质沉积率(P0.05), 表明异育银鲫可有效利用外源DL-蛋氨酸。各处理组实验鱼肥满度、肝体比、脏体比差异不显著(P0.05), 不同蛋氨酸水平对全鱼水分、粗脂肪、能量没有产生显著影响(P0.05), 补充DL-蛋氨酸显著提高鱼体的粗蛋白质含量, 灰分含量显著降低(P0.05)。随着饲料中蛋氨酸水平的提高, 全鱼蛋氨酸沉积率显著降低, 之后再升高(P 0.05)。补充DL-蛋氨酸可以有效促进其他必需氨基酸在鱼体内的沉积。在饲料中胱氨酸水平为0.42%时, 通过折线模型回归分析, 以蛋氨酸沉积率得到的异育银鲫幼鱼蛋氨酸需求量为占饲料干物质的0.89%, 即占饲料蛋白的2.17%。    相似文献

在无鱼粉低磷饲料中添加中性蛋白酶、中性植酸酶, 考察对建鲤(Cyprinus carpio var. Jian)生长、营养物质消化率和沉积率、血浆生化指标及肠道组织学的影响。配制含鱼粉5%和磷酸二氢钙1.5%的正对照饲料、无鱼粉饲料、无鱼粉低磷饲料(磷酸二氢钙1.0%)和在无鱼粉饲料中添加175 mg/kg蛋白酶, 在无鱼粉低磷饲料中添加175 mg/kg蛋白酶+300 mg/kg植酸酶的5组等蛋白饲料, 饲喂初始体重为(52.5±2.0) g的建鲤10周。结果表明: 对照组具有最高增重率和最低饲料系数(P<0.05), 无鱼粉饲料和无鱼粉低磷饲料组的增重率、蛋白质和磷沉积率、蛋白质和钙消化率均显著下降(P<0.05); 在无鱼粉饲料中添加蛋白酶后, 提高了建鲤增重率13.1%(P<0.05), 达到和对照组基本一致的水平; 显著提高了蛋白质、钙消化率和肠绒毛高度, 降低了饲料系数(P<0.05); 在无鱼粉低磷饲料中添加蛋白酶和植酸酶后, 显著提高了脂肪、蛋白质、磷沉积率和蛋白质、钙、磷消化率(P<0.05), 增加了前肠绒毛长度和隐窝深度(P<0.05), 提高了血浆磷浓度(P<0.05)。以上结果表明, 在全植物性蛋白饲料中添加蛋白酶, 在全植物蛋白的低磷饲料中同时添加蛋白酶和植酸酶可以促进建鲤生长, 提高对营养物质的消化率和沉积率, 促进肠道生长发育。  相似文献

以奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus&#215;O.aureus)为实验材料,在室内循环玻璃水族箱内分别饲喂含蛋氨酸为0.45%、0.50%、0.55%、0.60%和0.65%的等能等氮的实用饲料(胱氨酸为0.52%),日投喂率为体重的4%—8%,每日人工投饲三次,探讨实用饲料中添加结晶D-蛋氨酸(0.00%、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%)对奥尼罗非鱼生长以及体组成的影响。结果表明:实用饲料中补充结晶D-蛋氨酸,罗非鱼的瞬间生长率(SGR)、饲料系数(FCR)、蛋白沉积率(APR)和肝脂含量均得到明显改善(p〈0.05)。蛋氨酸0.50%水平显著提高了血清蛋氨酸的含量(p〈0.05),但是对体蛋白含量和鱼体氨基酸含量均无显著影响(p〉0.05)。结晶蛋氨酸能够被罗非鱼有效利用,是补充饲料蛋白质的一种有效途径。  相似文献

研究了1242日龄大黄鱼(Pseudosciaena crocea R.)稚鱼蛋氨酸需要量。以白鱼粉、磷虾粉和乌贼粉作蛋白源,通过添加L-晶体氨基酸使饲料与大黄鱼卵的必需氨基酸组成一致(蛋氨酸除外),制成6种等氮(8.8%)等能(16.65 kJ/g)的微黏合饲料。L-蛋氨酸梯度依次为饲料的1.19%、1.62%、2.18%、2.65%、3.13%和3.66%,或饲料蛋白的2.17%、2.95%、3.95%、4.81%、5.70%和6.65%。以生物饵料(丰年虫无节幼体和桡足类)作对照组。每处理设3个重复,每桶(180 L)内随机放3500尾初始体重为(1.930.11) mg 的12日龄大黄鱼稚鱼。实验为期30d。结果显示,稚鱼的成活率随饲料蛋氨酸水平的升高而升高,在2.18%蛋氨酸水平时达到最高,之后无显著变化。特定生长率(SGR)随饲料蛋氨酸水平的升高而升高,在2.18%蛋氨酸水平时达到最高,之后则呈下降趋势。对照组稚鱼的成活率和SGR最高,均显著高于蛋氨酸组(P0.05)。各组间稚鱼体脂肪和灰分差异不显著,但体蛋白随饲料蛋氨酸水平的升高而升高,在2.65%蛋氨酸水平时达到最高,之后则稍微下降;对照组鱼体蛋白和各必需氨基酸含量均显著高于其他组(P0.05)。经二次多项式模型分析,1242日龄大黄鱼稚鱼的蛋氨酸需要量为饲料的2.58%或饲料蛋白的4.69%。    相似文献

为探讨吉富罗非鱼对脂肪的适宜需求量,将630尾(2.63±0.16)g吉富罗非鱼随机分成6个脂肪组的饲料组(1.73%、3.71%、5.69%、7.67%、9.64%和16.55%),每组设置3个重复,每个重复35尾,第1组为对照组,投喂基础日粮(含脂肪1.73%),另外5组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加2%、4%、6%、8%、15%的鱼油,饲养90d后测定生长、饵料系数、营养物质表观消化率及血液常规生化指标。结果显示,随着饲料脂肪水平提高,增重率和特定生长率呈现一个先上升后下降的趋势(P<0.05),蛋白质效率极显著地提高(P<0.01),饵料系数极显著地下降(P<0.01)。增重率与饲料脂肪水平的二次多项式回归分析显示,吉富罗非鱼获得最高增长所需饲料的最佳脂肪水平为9.34%。饲料脂肪水平对粗蛋白表观消化率和饲料干物质表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05),饲料脂肪水平增加显著提高了粗脂肪和磷的表观消化率(P<0.05)。未添加鱼油的1.73%组血液中白蛋白和白球比均显著高于其他组(P<0.05),随着饲料脂肪水平的提高,胆固醇的浓度及碱性磷酸酶的活性极显著地上升(P<0.01)。饲料脂肪水平对血糖浓度有显著影响(P<0.05),对甘油三酯浓度、谷丙和谷草转氨酶的活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲料中的脂肪水平可以促进吉富罗非鱼对脂肪和磷的表观消化率,但是脂肪水平过高会对鱼体增重及血液生化参数产生负作用,从生产上来说吉富罗非鱼鱼种对脂肪的适宜需求量为7.67%-9.34%。    相似文献

以初始体重(0.500.00) g的乌苏里拟鲿(Pseudobagrus ussuriensis)稚鱼为试验对象, 在室内进行为期8周的摄食生长实验, 研究饲料中豆粕替代鱼粉蛋白对乌苏里拟鲿生长、体成分及消化率的影响。以豆粕分别替代对照饲料(S0)中10%(S10)、20%(S20)、30%(S30)、40%(S40)、50%(S50)和60%(S60)的鱼粉蛋白, 另外,60%组添加0.3%蛋氨酸(SM60), 共配制8种等氮等能试验饲料。结果表明, 随着饲料中豆粕替代比例的增大,试验鱼的增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率均逐渐降低, 但10%40%替代组与对照组之间差异不显著(P0.05), S50和S60显著低于对照组(P0.05); 与S60组相比, SM60组增重率和特定生长率有所提高(P0.05),但显著低于0%40%替代组(P0.05); 饲料系数的变化规律与增重率的趋势正好相反; 当饲料中豆粕替代水平由0%增加到20%时, 乌苏里拟鲿的摄食率由3.22%提高到3.55%, 而后随着替代比例进一步增加, 摄食率逐渐降低, 但方差分析表明, 差异不显著。饲料中豆粕替代鱼粉对乌苏里拟鲿全鱼水分和灰分含量的影响不显著, 肌肉水分随着替代比例的升高而逐渐升高; 全鱼和肌肉粗蛋白含量随着替代比例的升高而逐渐降低, 其中, S60和SM60组显著低于其他组(P0.05); 随着替代比例的升高, 全鱼和肌肉粗脂肪呈现升高的趋势, S60和SM60组显著高于其他替代组(P0.05); 肥满度在各组间差异不显著(P0.05); 当豆粕替代鱼粉蛋白比例为60%时, 肝体比、脏体比指数显著高于其他组(P0.05), 而其他组间差异不显著(P0.05)。50%和60%替代组的蛋白质和干物质的表观消化率显著低于040%替代组(P0.05), 而040%替代组之间差异不显著(P0.05);随着豆粕替代比例由0升高到60%, 磷表观消化率由36.07% 升高到66.50%。在实验条件下, 豆粕替代乌苏里拟鲿饲料中40%鱼粉蛋白, 不会影响乌苏里拟鲿的生长和饲料利用, 而高比例替代对生长和鱼的健康有负面影响。  相似文献

选用192尾初始体重(34.500.25) g的健康奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticusO. aureu), 研究在基础饲料中分别添加相同剂量(活菌含量为3.01011 cfu/kg饲料)的汉逊德巴利酵母、枯草芽孢杆菌和凝结芽孢杆菌对奥尼罗非鱼生长及消化酶活性的影响, 试验期56d。试验结果表明, 与对照组相比, 添加枯草芽孢杆菌和凝结芽孢杆菌, 奥尼罗非鱼的增重率分别提高12.27%和8.56%(P0.05), 饵料系数分别降低10.92%和8.18%(P0.05)。饲料干物质表观消化率分别提高10.54%和10.07%(P0.05), 蛋白质表观消化率分别提高4.18%和3.63%(P0.05)。添加枯草芽孢杆菌和凝结芽孢杆菌组, 奥尼罗非鱼肠道、肝胰脏和胃蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组和汉逊德巴利酵母组(P 0.05), 而添加三种微生物制剂对奥尼罗非鱼肠道、肝胰脏和胃的淀粉酶和脂肪酶没有显著影响(P0.05)。结果显示, 三种微生物制剂相互比较, 饲料中添加剂量为3.01011 cfu/kg饲料的枯草芽孢杆菌和凝结芽孢杆菌能显著提高肠道、肝胰脏和胃的蛋白酶活性, 满足最佳生长。    相似文献

The present trial tested the applicability of Jatropha curcas kernel meal (JKM) as a protein source in diets for Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in terms of growth and body composition. Four diets were produced replacing 0% (Control), 50% (J50), 75% (J75) and 100% (J100) of fishmeal with JKM. In a fifth diet, 70% of fishmeal was replaced by JKM, and another 20% replaced by blood meal to minimize crystalline lysine addition. Body mass gain of fish fed the control diet was significantly higher than in all other treatments. However, specific growth rate (SGR) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were not significantly different between diets J50, J75 and the control. Fish fed the control diet had a lower body protein content, but higher body fat and energy content than fish fed the JKM‐based diets. An adaptation of fish fed diets J50, J75 and J100 could also be observed, as these diets showed worse FCR‐values over most of the first three quarters of the experiment and equal (or in the case of J75, even significantly better) FCR‐values over the final 2 weeks. Despite slightly slower growth, JKM should be further included in the search of alternative plant‐feedstuffs in diets for tilapia, as the growth observed here for up to 75% replacement of fishmeal was very promising.  相似文献

A 12-week long feeding experiment was initiated to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation of red algae, Gracilaria arcuata, on the growth performance, feed utilization and body composition of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758). The fish were fed with an algae-free control diet (C) and three experimental diets which replaced conventional fish meal with varying levels of dried G. arcuata (20%, 40% and 60%, represented as G20, G40 and G60, respectively). The growth parameters of final weight (FW), weight gain (WG), percentage of weight gain (WG%), daily growth rate (DGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) were significantly reduced (P < 0.05) at all levels of algae incorporation compared to the control diet. Moreover, the negative impact of Gracilaria meal on the growth performance of Nile tilapia increased as the proportion of algae in the diet increased, with fish on diet G20 exhibiting a significantly higher growth performance than the fish on either of the G40 and G60 diets. On the other hand, the feed utilization parameters feed conversion ratio (FCR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) did not show significant differences between the fish in the control group and those on diet G20, although poorer FCR and PER outcomes were achieved in the case of fish on diet G60. The content of moisture, protein and ash in muscle and carcass increased as the proportion of Gracilaria meal in the diets increased, but the reverse was true for lipid level. These results indicate that incorporation of less than 20% red algae, Gracilaria arcuata, could be feasible in the diet of Nile tilapia and further studies are recommended to optimize the level of algae to improve growth performance.  相似文献

Increasing levels of a mixture of Ulva spp. produced in an integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA) system were evaluated in Nile tilapia juveniles for partial replacement of dietary fish meal. A control diet (CTRL) was compared with three experimental diets containing 10 % (U10), 15 % (U15), and 20 % (U20) of Ulva spp. meal. Triplicate groups of fish (13 g initial body weight) were fed each diet for 63 days at 26 °C. Nutrient apparent digestibility coefficients and nitrogen retention efficiency did not vary significantly among diets. By the end of the trial, all groups of fish more than tripled their initial body weight. Specific growth rate and final body weight of U10 diet were similar to CTRL and significantly higher than U15 and U20 diets. Increasing Ulva dietary incorporation levels significantly increased feed conversion ratio (FCR), from 1.0 (CTRL) to 1.4 (U20). Fish fed with U10 diet had the highest protein efficiency ratio and nitrogen retention efficiency allowing this fish to growth and reach a final body weight similar to the CTRL group. Protein content was highest in fish fed with the CTRL diet, whereas the highest lipid content was observed in fish fed with U20 diet. The results show that the incorporation of IMTA-produced Ulva meal in Nile tilapia diets is possible up to 10 % without compromising growth performance, protein utilization, and protein retention of juveniles. The high capacity of Nile tilapia to digest all experimental diets suggests that Ulva meal is a practical partial replacement for fish meal in Nile tilapia diets.  相似文献

Apparent digestibility and growth experiments with three oil seed by-products, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, and sunflower seed meal, were conducted using tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus ) with an initial average body weight of 93 ± 5 g and 64 ± 1 g, respectively. The diets were formulated on an isonitrogeneous and isoenergetic basis. During the experimental period the fish were fed 1% and 1.5% of their metabolic body weight (kg0.8) daily in the digestibility experiment and the growth experiment, respectively. Water temperature was maintained at 26.5 ± 1°C. Apparent digestibilities of the components and the diets were determined using an indirect method, i.e. with HCl-insoluble ash as an indicator. Faeces collection was carried out using a sedimentation technique.
Results of the apparent digestibilities showed that the crude protein, crude fat, as well as the gross energy digestibilities of soybean meal (93.0%, 94.6%, and 77.2%, respectively), were better than those of cottonseed meal (79.4%, 83.2%, and 57.9%, respectively) and sunflower seed meal (89.8%, 82.9%, and 49.3%, respectively). With the exception of the crude protein digestibility, nutrient and gross energy digestibilities of the cottonseed meal were found to be better than that of sunflower seed meal.
Growth experiment results indicated that soybean meal diet groups had inferior growth performance and feed conversion in comparison to the fishmeal control diet or the other test diets at an inclusion level of 32% of the digestible protein. Fish fed cottonseed meal diet and sunflower seed meal diet showed a relatively better, but not significantly different performance than did the fishmeal control diet. Supplementation diets with lysine and methionine did not enhance fish performance.  相似文献

试验采用单因素试验设计, 以饲料中吡哆醇浓度为影响因素, 研究了团头鲂幼鱼的适宜吡哆醇需求量。试验共配置了7组等氮等能的半纯化饲料, 其吡哆醇的实际含量分别为0、1.04、1.99、4.07、5.91、7.96和9.22 mg/kg。选用840尾均重:(6.810.17) g团头鲂幼鱼, 随机分为7组, 每组4重复, 每重复30尾鱼, 日投饵3次, 养殖期为8周。结果表明, 当饲料中吡哆醇含量由0升高至5.91 mg/kg时, 团头鲂的增重率、特定生长率、饲料利用率、成活率、蛋白效率比和氮保留率均得到显著改善(P0.05); 当吡哆醇含量进一步升高至9.22 mg/kg时, 蛋白效率比和氮保留率均显著下降(P0.05), 而其他指标则无显著变化(P0.05)。饲料中的吡哆醇含量显著影响团头鲂的肝体比(P0.05)且以5.91 mg/kg组为最低, 但对肥满度和胴体率均无显著影响(P0.05)。当饲料吡哆醇含量由0升高至5.91 mg/kg时, 肝脏谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性以及吡哆醇含量均显著升高(P0.05); 当吡哆醇含量进一步升高至9.22 mg/kg时, 三者均无显著变化(P0.05)。以肝脏中的谷丙和谷草转氨酶活性以及吡哆醇含量为评价指标, 拟合折线模型得到团头鲂幼鱼的适宜吡哆醇的需求量为4.175.02 mg/kg。    相似文献

为了探讨鸡肉粉完全替代鱼粉时饲料氨基酸的平衡性以及外源氨基酸的添加方式与凡纳滨对虾生长、体成分、血浆游离氨基酸及肌肉氨基酸含量的关系, 本试验采用26因子试验设计进行了为期56d的饲养试验。2个饲料蛋白质水平分别为40%和32%, 6个饲料处理分别为鱼粉组(对照组)、鸡肉粉组、鸡肉粉+晶体EAA组、鸡肉粉+晶体EAA+晶体NEAA组、鸡肉粉+包被EAA组、鸡肉粉+包被EAA+包被NEAA组, 配制12组饲料。将凡纳滨对虾(0.300.01) g随机分配到36个圆桶(150 L)中, 每桶30尾, 每3个桶为一个处理组, 饲喂一种饲料, 每天饱食投喂三次。在每一饲料蛋白质水平下, 无论是补充晶体氨基酸(CAA)组还是包被氨基酸组对虾的增重率均显著高于鸡肉粉组(P0.05), 且在32%蛋白质水平下, 包被EAA组对虾增重率达到了鱼粉组水平(P0.05); 补充晶体EAA+NEAA组对虾增重率与补充晶体EAA组无差异(P0.05), 但均显著低于补充包被氨基酸组(P0.05); 补充包被EAA组对虾增重率显著高于补充包被EAA+NEAA组(P0.05)。饲料系数的变化正好与增重率变化相反(P0.05)。饲喂高蛋白质水平饲料较之饲喂低蛋白质饲料明显提高对虾增重率、虾体蛋白含量(P0.05), 但降低虾体脂肪含量(P0.05)。包被氨基酸组凡纳滨对虾血浆游离氨基酸含量总体显著低于CAA组(P0.05)。除谷氨酸、甘氨酸以及脯氨酸外, 各组对虾肌肉氨基酸含量无显著差异(P0.05)。结果表明, 在32%饲料蛋白质水平下, 用鸡肉粉完全替代鱼粉时, 饲料中补充包被EAA可明显促进凡纳滨对虾的生长, 且达到了鱼粉组的饲喂效果。  相似文献

为比较斑点叉尾鲖(Ictalurus punctatus)对不同形式赖氨酸的利用效果, 设置了鱼粉含量5%、豆粕含量15%的正对照饲料, 及鱼粉含量2.5%、豆粕含量0的负对照饲料, 在负对照饲料基础上, 分别添加晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐、晶体赖氨酸硫酸盐以及微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐, 使其赖氨酸含量达到与正对照饲料一致的水平, 共配制5组等氮等能饲料, 饲养平均体重为(54.40.1) g的斑点叉尾鲖60d, 考察不同形式赖氨酸对斑点叉尾鲖生长、血清生化指标和蛋白质消化酶活性的影响。结果表明, 与负对照组相比, 添加晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐和晶体赖氨酸硫酸盐对斑点叉尾鲖的生长性能影响不显著(P0.05), 而添加微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐提高斑点叉尾鲖增重率20.7% (P0.05), 降低饲料系数16.0% (P0.05), 在增重率与饲料系数方面达到与正对照组基本一致的水平(P0.05)。与负对照组相比, 在饲料中添加晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐、晶体赖氨酸硫酸盐以及微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐对血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶及肠蛋白酶活性的影响均不显著(P0.05), 但显著提高了胃蛋白酶活性(P0.05)。此外, 添加微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐还显著提高了肝胰脏蛋白酶活性(P0.05)。上述结果表明, 在低赖氨酸实用饲料中补充晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐或赖氨酸硫酸盐对斑点叉尾鲖的生长性能改善作用不显著(P0.05), 而补充微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐则能显著提高斑点叉尾鲖增重率, 降低饲料系数。  相似文献

This study compared apparent ileal and total tract digestibility of macronutrients and amino acids in blue foxes (Alopex lagopus) fed dry extruded diets. The control diet contained fish meal as the main protein source, while in the other diets 50% of the fish meal protein was replaced by not de-hulled solvent-extracted soybean meal, meat meal or bacterial protein meal. Ileal digestibility was obtained with animals modified with ileorectal anastomosis (IRA method). There were no significant differences in the average digestibility of CP, Lys, Trp, Val, Ala or Glu between IRA modified and intact animals. Average ileal digestibilities of His, Thr, Asp, Cys, Gly, Hyp, Pro, Ser, starch and total carbohydrates (CHO) were significantly lower compared with total tract values. Average ileal digestibility of Arg, Ile, Leu, Met, Phe, Tyr and crude fat was significantly higher than total tract digestibility. Digestibility measured in IRA modified animals showed less variability compared with values from intact animals. There were significant differences among diets in ileal as well as total tract digestibility of orude protein, most amino acids, starch and CHO, and in ileal digestibility of crude fat. Ileal crude protein digestibility of the diets ranged from 81.0-86.4% and total tract digestibility from 82.5-86.4%. Ileal amino acid digestibilities ranged from 70.1 (Asp) to 93.3% (Arg) and total tract values ranged from 72.8 (Cys) to 92.2% (Arg). Both ileal and total tract digestibilities of crude protein and most amino acids were significantly lower for diets containing meat meal or bacterial protein meal compared with the control fish meal-based diet and the diet with soybean meal. Although ileal digestibility may be more accurate than total tract digestibility in estimating the protein and amino acid supply in blue foxes, total tract digestibility may be acceptable because of numerically small differences between ileal and total tract digestibilities for protein and most amino acids. It was further concluded that ileal digestibilities of starch and CHO in the blue fox are lower than corresponding total tract digestibilities.  相似文献

Six isonitrogenous (35% crude protein) experimental diets were formulated with raw and soaked de-oiled copra meal substituted for fish meal in the diet at 20, 30 and 40% levels by weight. The tannin content of raw de-oiled copra meal was reduced from 2.4 to 0.9% by soaking it in water for 16 h at room temperature. The response of rohu, Labeo rohita (Hamilton), fingerlings fed these diets for 80 days was compared with fish fed a fish meal-based control diet. On the basis of growth response, food conversion ratio and protein efficiency ratio, the 30% soaked copra meal diet resulted in the best fish performance (P < 0.01). The growth response of the fish was significantly (P < 0.01) affected by both type and inclusion level of the oilseed meal. The growth of fish declined with the increasing level of inclusion of copra meal, irrespective of the type of meal used. The apparent protein digestibilities (APDs) for the raw copra meal were lower at all levels of inclusion in comparison with those for the soaked meals. The highest amount of carcass protein was recorded in the fish fed the diet containing 30% soaked copra meal. The results showed that de-oiled copra meal can be incorporated into carp diets up to 20% in the raw condition and up to 30% in the treated condition without any deleterious effects on growth performance of Labeo rohita fingerlings.  相似文献

Six isonitrogenous (crude protein content: 38%) and isoenergetic (gross energy content: 17 kJ g?1) diets were formulated to investigate the effects of inclusion of blue‐green algae meal on gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio). In each diet, 15% of the protein was supplied by fishmeal; the remainder was supplied by soybean meal and blue‐green algae meal. Diet 1 was used as control with no blue‐green algae meal whereas the content in diets 2–6 was 15.15, 29.79, 44.69, 59.58 and 74.48%, respectively. Each diet was fed to five groups of gibel carp for 12 weeks in a flow‐through system. Final body weight and specific growth rate (SGR) of fish fed diet 5 were significantly lower than the control diet (P < 0.05). Mortality of gibel carp increased with increase in algae meal inclusion (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between fish fed diets 3–6 (P > 0.05). Feed conversion efficiency (FCE) decreased with the increase in algae meal inclusion (P < 0.05). Fish‐fed diet 6 showed the highest feeding rate (P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences among the other groups (P > 0.05). Apparent digestibility coefficient of dry matter, protein, and energy decreased with increasing algae meal inclusion in the diets (P < 0.05). Aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) activity in the liver was not significantly different among groups (P > 0.05). Liver alanine aminotransferase (GPT) activity of fish‐fed diets 4, 5 and 6 was significantly lower than the control diet (diet 1; P < 0.05). Microcystins in the muscle, liver, gallbladder, and spleen increased with increasing algae inclusion (P < 0.05).  相似文献
