基因库(GenBank)是由美国国立卫生研究院、美国国立医学图书馆以及美国国家生物技术信息中心建立发行的,所有已知核酸和蛋白质序列及其文献和生物学注释的公共数据库。可以通过WWW、FTP、E-mail获取其中的数据,本文主要介绍了查询服务器的检索方法。 Abstract:　GenBank is a public database of all known nucleotide and protein sequences with supporting bibliographic and biological annotation, built and distributed by the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI), the National Library of Medicine(NLM) and the US National Institute of Health(NIH). GenBank data is available by WWW, FTP and E-mail. The retrieval of GenBank by the QUERY server is mainly introduced in this paper.

<正>A starting point of curating bioinformatic resources for the public is marked by the establishment of the US National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)in 1988[1].One of its many purposes is certainly to echo the initiative of the Human Genome Project(HGP)––when two landmark reports were published at the same time:‘‘Mapping and Sequencing the Human Genome’’by the National Research Council[2]and‘‘Mapping Our Genes––The Genome Project:How Big,How Fast?’’by the US Congress[3].     

口腔微生物学实验课程三年教学总评分析

增设口腔微生物学实验课,根据口腔医学特色设计系列实验,培养学生的基础、专业、综合、创新能力,经过3年的教学结果,对实验课程的建设进行总体评估.教学方式采用学生两两配对模式,采集口腔牙菌斑,选择性MS培养基分离致龋菌,BHI液体培养基纯化培养,革兰染色和生化糖管鉴定致龋菌.对2009～2011年3年度的实验教学结果进行总体分析.经过实验课的系统教学,学生的口腔微生物学科研能力都有所提高,评分“A”的比例从实验一的56.3％提高到实验四的78.2％,评分“C”的比例从实验一的31.1％下降为实验四的4.6％.口腔微生物学实验教学能够加深学生对理论知识的理解,有助于培养学生的专业技能和科研能力,提高口腔医学教育质量.
