目的了解重庆地区乙肝病毒(HBV)血清学标志物为特殊模式的HBV感染患者病毒基因型的分布情况,分析其临床特征及自然病程。方法从1000例HBV感染者中检测到48例乙肝病毒血清学标志物为特殊模式的患者(HBsAg与抗一HBs同时阳性,HBeAg与抗一HBe同时阳性)。采用巢式聚合酶链式反应(nPCR)对特殊模式患者的HBV进行基因分型,同时对两组特殊模式患者的临床资料和HBV感染的自然史进行分析。结果48例乙肝病毒血清学标志物为特殊模式的HBV感染者中,36例患者HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性,12例患者HBeAg与抗-HBe同时阳性。HBeAg+/抗-HBe+患者组的年龄较HBsAg+/抗-HBs+患者组的小(P〈0.05)。HBsAg+/抗-HBs+患者中,3例(8.3%)为B2亚型,12例(33.3%)为c2亚型,21例(58.4%)未分型;HBeAg+/抗-HBe+患者中,8例(66.7%)为B2亚型,1例(8.3%)为c2亚型,3例(25.0%)未分型,两组在HBV基因型的分布上差异具有统计学意义(Y2=17.44,P〈0.05)。在HBsAg+/抗-HBs+患者中,2例(4.2%)处于免疫清除期,14例(29.2%)处于低复制期,7例(14.6%)处于再活动期。HBeAg+/抗-HBe+患者中,5例(10.4%)处于免疫清除期。两组在HBV感染的自然病程中的分布差异具有统计学意义(X2=18.26,P〈0.05)。结论重庆地区乙肝病毒血清学标志物为特殊模式的慢性HBV感染者中,HBeAg与抗-HBe同时阳性的HBV感染者中B2亚型为优势基因型;HBsAg与抗-HBs同时阳性的HBV感染者中,HBV基因型以C2亚型为主。  相似文献

本文报道用捕捉法ELISA检测各型乙肝IgA型HBsAg循环免疫复合物。结果表明,慢性乙肝IgA型HBsAg循环免疫复合物检出率显著高于急性乙肝;在慢性乙肝中,IgA型HBsAg循环免疫复合物的出现与HBVe系统关系密切,主要存在于HBeAg阳性血清中,并与HBeAg滴度有关。故IgA型HBsAg循环免疫复合物可作为HBV慢性感染的血清诊断标志之一;也可作为反映HBV在增殖并有传播危险的标志之一。  相似文献

Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) is a major antigen of hepatitis B virus (HBV). Dendritic cells (DC) of HBV carriers have been reported to exhibit functional impairment. In this study, the role of HBsAg on mice bone marrow-derived dendritic cells and immune responses in vivo was studied. The immune modulatory function of HBsAg was explored by using mice bone marrow-derived dendritic cells in vitro and also by examining an ovalbumin (OVA) specific immune response in vivo. Treatment of dendritic cells with HBsAg resulted in enhanced cell surface expression of cluster of differentiation (CD) 80, CD83, CD86, and major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II, and enhanced production of interleukin (IL)-12 p40 and IL-12 p70. Treatment of dendritic cells with HBsAg resulted in decreased T cell secretion of IL-5 by OVA stimulation. In addition, the results showed stronger OVA-specific immunoglobulin (Ig) M and weaker IgG responses in mice sera when they had been immunized with OVA and co-injected with HBsAg. It was also found that the mice exhibited significant enhancement of anti-OVA IgG2a antibody (Ab), as well as marked inhibition of IgG1 Ab production. In cellular immune responses, IL-5 production was significantly decreased and interferon (IFN)-γ increased in the group co-injected with HBsAg. On the other hand, the induction of lymphoproliferative response to OVA stimulation in spleen cells was decreased in the HBsAg co-injected group. These results demonstrate that HBsAg can affect the differentiation of T helper (Th) cells, which might provide a strategy for improving its prophylactic and therapeutic efficacy.  相似文献

目的:研究大剂量HBsAg对HBV转基因小鼠其T细胞免疫效果的影响。方法:用大剂量血源性HBsAg免疫HBV转基因小鼠,采用ELISA方法观察转基因小鼠所诱生的HBsAg特异性Th1类细胞因子的水平,ELISPOT方法检测不同免疫方案对小鼠HBsAg特异性分泌IFN-γT细胞数量的影响,同时检测对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果:HBsAg组免疫后脾细胞产生的Th1类细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-2)、HBsAg特异性分泌IFN-γT细胞及T细胞增殖水平较对照组显著增加(P〈0.05)。结论:大剂量的HBs-Ag可以诱导乙肝转基因小鼠产生高水平Th1类细胞因子并打破免疫耐受。  相似文献

摘要:【目的】为了探索治疗急性乙型肝炎和爆发性乙型肝的新策略,本研究将HBV DNA疫苗和相应抗原的蛋白质分子联合免疫小鼠,旨在探讨联合免疫对小鼠抗原特异性T细胞增殖反应的影响。【方法】我们将HBV DNA疫苗(pcDS2)和相应抗原蛋白质分子(HBsAg)联合免疫BALB/c小鼠;分别在第0、2和4周进行免疫,在第6周用ELISA方法检测抗-HBs IgG效价,MTT和流式细胞仪检测T细胞增殖反应,及流式细胞仪检测细胞因子表达水平。【结果】pcDS2和HBsAg联合免疫组小鼠的抗-HBs水平显著提高;免疫小鼠的T细胞体外经HBsAg刺激后, 联合免疫组刺激指数(SI)明显降低;经流式细胞仪检测进一步证实联合免疫组T细胞增殖反应被显著抑制;联合免疫组T细胞表达IL-10和Foxp3水平显著升高。【结论】pcDS2和HBsAg联合免疫能诱导产生特异性体液免疫应答,但不能诱导产生抗原特异性T细胞增殖反应;T细胞增殖反应被显著抑制可能与T细胞表达IL-10和Foxp3上调有关;本研究为急性乙型肝炎和爆发性乙型肝炎治疗及HBV疫苗的研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

Circulating immune complexes, the major classes of immunoglobulins and electrolyte concentrations were measured in sixty-two breast cyst fluids aspirated in women affected by gross cystic breast disease. Two main classes of cysts were defined according to the Na/K ratio. Appreciable levels of immunoglobulins were found in almost all samples examined; 66% of breast cyst fluids showed increased levels of immune complexes. A highly significant linear correlation between increased values of immune complexes and immunoglobulin M (p less than 0.001) was found in apocrine cysts, characterized by Na/K ratio less than 3. However, a significant inverse linear correlation was found between positive values of immune complexes and lowered levels of immunoglobulins A (p less than 0.001) and G (p less than 0.001) in epithelial cysts with Na/K ratio greater than 3. These data suggest and confirm that the menstrual cycle can also influence or modulate the metabolic activity of human breast cells as a part of the secretory immune system. The relationship between immune complexes and immunoglobulins and electrolyte profiles may provide further knowledge about the immunological features of breast cyst fluid and suggest the possible alteration of immune-response in cystic breast lesions associated with increased cancer risk.  相似文献

To improve the immunogenicity of epitopes from the envelope protein of HIV-1, we have developed gene gun-delivered subunit DNA vaccines by inserting the sequences encoding the V3 region into the hepatitis B virus (HBV) envelope gene, often called the surface antigen (HBsAg). We have examined the possibility of modifying the immune response to V3 by introducing modifications into the carrier HBsAg in gene gun DNA immunization of mice. In some plasmid constructions, the V3 sequence was introduced into the preS2 region of the HBsAg. Although this region is not present in all protein subunits of the HBsAg particles produced, abolishing the internal translational initiation site for the S protein had no effect on the immune response to V3. Expression of V3 at the N-terminal or C-terminal part of the HBsAg protein resulted in equal anti-V3 antibody and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) responses. However, elimination of secretion by single amino-acid mutations in the HBsAg decreased the anti-HBsAg antibody response but enhanced the anti-V3 antibody response. In contrast, the CTL response to V3 was independent of the structural mutations but could be improved by a total deletion of the HBsAg sequence part. Thus, the immune response to heterologous epitopes can be altered by modifications in the carrier HBsAg protein. Modifications of the HBsAg carrier might interfere with the dominant immune response to the HBsAg epitopes, allowing better antibody induction to less immunogenic foreign epitopes. However, for induction of CTL responses, the expression of minimal epitopes may be advantageous.  相似文献

目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA载量与其血清标志物的相关性。方法:运用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)、酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)分别检测503例患者HBV.DNA载量和HBV血清标志物。根据HBV血清标志物结果分为大三阳组、小三阳组、少见模式组、抗体阳性及全阴组,比较各组间HBV—DNA的阳性率及定量值。结果:在大三阳组、小三阳组、少见模式组、抗体阳性及全阴组HBV—DNA的阳性率分别为90%、65.1%、65.2%、2.0%,HBV—DNA的定量结果(10gHBV—DNA)别为6.32±1.96、2.01±1.68、3.48+2.52f抗体阳性及全阴组阳性例数过低,不纳入统计)。大三阳组HBV—DNA的阳性率显著高于小三阳组(P〈0.05)。大三阳组、小三阳组HBV—DNA的阳性率与少见模式组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但大三阳组、小三阳组、少见模式组HBV.DNA的阳性率均显著高于抗体阳性及全阴组(P〈0.01)。HBsAg、HBeAg阳性组HBV—DNA的阳性率分别显著高于HB—sAg、HBeAg阴性组(P〈0.01)。小三阳组、少见模式组HBV.DNA载量均显著低于大三阳组(P〈0.01),少见模式组HBV—DNA载量显著高于小三阳组(P〈0.05)。结论:HBV—DNA的阳性率与HBeAg、HBsAg相关;HBV—DNA栽量与HBV血清标志物模式相关。  相似文献

Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) vaccination has been shown to be effective in preventing hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. The protection is based on the induction of anti-HBs antibodies against a major cluster of antigenic epitopes of HBsAg, defined as the 'a' determinant region of small HBsAg. Prophylaxis of recurrent HBV infection in patients who have undergone liver transplantation for hepatitis B-related end-stage liver disease is achieved by the administration of hepatitis B immune globulins (HBIg) derived from HBsAg-vaccinated subjects. The anti-HBs-mediated immune pressure on HBV, however, seems to go along with the emergence and/or selection of immune escape HBV mutants that enable viral persistence in spite of adequate antibody titers. These HBsAg escape mutants harbor single or double point mutations that may significantly alter the immunological characteristics of HBsAg. Most escape mutations that influence HBsAg recognition by anti-HBs antibodies are located in the second 'a' determinant loop. Notably, HBsAg with an arginine replacement for glycine at amino acid 145 is considered the quintessential immune escape mutant because it has been isolated consistently in clinical samples of HBIg-treated individuals and vaccinated infants of chronically infected mothers. Direct binding studies with monoclonal antibodies demonstrated a more dramatic impact of this mutation on anti-HBs antibody recognition, compared with other point mutations in this antigenic domain. The clinical and epidemiological significance of these emerging HBsAg mutants will be a matter of research for years to come, especially as data available so far document that these mutants are viable and infectious strains. Strategies for vaccination programs and posttransplantation prophylaxis of recurrent hepatitis need to be developed that may prevent immune escape mutant HBV from spreading and to prevent these strains from becoming dominant during the next decennia.  相似文献

The hepatitis C virus (HCV) core protein is a multifunctional protein that can interfere with the induction of an immune response. It has been reported that the HCV core protein inhibits HBV replication in vitro. In this study, we test the effect of the HCV core gene on the priming of the immune response to hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and on the replication of HBV in vivo. Our results showed that the full-length HCV core gene inhibits the induction of an immune response to the heterogeneous antigen, HBsAg, at the site of inoculation when HCV core (pC191) and HBsAg (pHBsAg) expression plasmids are co-administered as DNA vaccines into BALB/c mice. The observed interference effect of the HCV core occurs in the priming stage and is limited to the DNA form of the HBsAg antigen, but not to the protein form. The HCV core reduces the protective effect of the HBsAg when the HBsAg and the HCV core are co-administered as vaccines in an HBV hydrodynamic mouse model because the HCV core induces immune tolerance to the heterogeneous HBsAg DNA antigen. These results suggest that HCV core may play an important role in viral persistence by the attenuation of host immune responses to different antigens. We further tested whether the HCV core interfered with the priming of the immune response in hepatocytes via the hydrodynamic co-injection of an HBV replication-competent plasmid and an HCV core plasmid. The HCV core inhibited HBV replication and antigen expression in both BALB/c (H-2d) and C57BL/6 (H-2b) mice, the mouse models of acute and chronic hepatitis B virus infections. Thus, the HCV core inhibits the induction of a specific immune response to an HBsAg DNA vaccine. However, HCV C also interferes with HBV gene expression and replication in vivo, as observed in patients with coinfection.  相似文献

A variety of amino acid substitutions, such as K122I and G145R, have been identified around or within the a determinant of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), impair HBsAg secretion and antibody binding, and may be responsible for immune escape in patients. In this study, we examined how different substitutions at amino acid positions 122 and 145 of HBsAg influence HBsAg expression, secretion, and recognition by anti-HBs antibodies. The results showed that the hydrophobicity, the presence of the phenyl group, and the charges in the side chain of the amino acid residues at position 145 reduced HBsAg secretion and impaired reactivity with anti-HBs antibodies. Only the substitution K122I at position 122 affected HBsAg secretion and recognition by anti-HBs antibodies. Genetic immunization in mice demonstrated that the priming of anti-HBs antibody response was strongly impaired by the substitutions K122I, G145R, and others, like G145I, G145W, and G145E. Mice preimmunized with wild-type HBsAg (wtHBsAg) or variant HBsAg (vtHBsAg) were challenged by hydrodynamic injection (HI) with a replication-competent hepatitis B virus (HBV) clone. HBsAg persisted in peripheral blood for at least 3 days after HI in mice preimmunized with vtHBsAg but was undetectable in mice preimmunized with wtHBsAg, indicating that vtHBsAgs fail to induce proper immune responses for efficient HBsAg clearance. In conclusion, the biochemical properties of amino acid residues at positions 122 and 145 of HBsAg have a major effect on antigenicity and immunogenicity. In addition, the presence of proper anti-HBs antibodies is indispensable for the neutralization and clearance of HBsAg during HBV infection.  相似文献

By the method of affinity chromatography a partially purified antigen was obtained after passing the plasma of an asymptomatic carrier of HBsAg through a column of Sepharose 4B linked to angi-HBs. This antigen was inoculated in rabbits using a schedule of 1,0 mg in the first dose and 4 other doses of 0,5 mg with intervals of approximately 15 days. Observing that blood samples collected after the 5th inoculation showed no change in antibody levels, the animals were bled on the 62th day and these immune sera were standardized with the following tests for the detection of HBsAg: Reverse passive hemagglutination (R-PHA) - using specific gamma globulin that was obtained from rabbit sera by affinity chromatography and reaching an optimal concentration of 10 micrograms/ml to sensitise SRBC at 5% fixed in glutaraldehyde. Counter immuno electrophoresis (CIEP) - using the rabbit immune sera diluted to 1/20 as a reagent for the detection of HBsAg. The immune sera was also used to conjugate new Sepharose 4B for affinity chromatography and was found having a linking capacity of approximately 0,5 to 1,0 mg of HBsAg per ml of Sepharose after complete saturation.  相似文献

Different protein- or DNA-based vaccination techniques are available that prime potent humoral and cellular, T1 or T2 immune responses to the hepatitis B surface Ag (HBsAg) in mice. T1 and T2 are immune responses with isotype profile indicating Th1 and Th2 immunoregulation. We tested whether HBsAg-specific immune responses can be established in transgenic mice that express HBsAg in the liver (HBs-tg mice) using either these different vaccination techniques or an adoptive transfer system. HBsAg-specific responses could not be primed in HBs-tg mice with the established, potent vaccine delivery techniques. In contrast, adoptive transfers of T1- and T2-type HBsAg-immune spleen cells into congenic HBs-tg hosts (that were not conditioned by pretreatment) suppressed HBsAg antigenemia and gave rise to HBsAg-specific serum Ab titers. The establishment of continuously rising anti-HBsAg serum Ab levels with alternative isotype profiles (reflecting T1 or T2 polarization) in transplanted HBs-tg hosts required donor CD4+ T cell-dependent restimulation of adoptively transferred immune cells by transgene-derived HBsAg. Injections of HBsAg-specific Abs into HBs-tg mice did not establish stable humoral immunity. The expanding T1 or T2 immune responses to HBsAg in HBs-tg hosts did not suppress transgene-directed HBsAg expression in the liver and did not induce liver injury. In addition to priming functional antiviral effector cells, the conditioning of the liver microenvironment to enable delivery of antiviral effector functions to this organ are therefore critical for effective antiviral defense. A major challenge in the development of a therapeutic vaccine against chronic hepatitis B or C virus infection is thus the efficient targeting of specifically induced immune effector specificities to the liver.  相似文献

Development of a host immune response against gene products expressed by genetically modified cells could be a serious limitation for gene therapy. During examination of whether site-specific differences in antigen presentation could regulate the host immune response, we observed an absence of antibodies against hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) when HBsAg producing transgenic hepatocytes were transplanted into the spleen. Intrasplenic transplantation resulted in translocation of a large number of cells into the portal vascular bed and liver sinusoids. In these recipients, HBsAg secreted by the transplanted hepatocytes circulated indefinitely in the blood. In contrast, subcutaneous or intraperitoneal transplantation of the transgenic hepatocytes induced an anti-HBs response, followed by clearance of serum HBsAg. Rechallenge with HBsAg in a highly immunogenic form failed to break the tolerance in intrasplenic hepatocyte recipients even though these animals responded to another antigen (keyhole limpet hemocyanin). Immunization with HBsAg in intraperitoneal recipients of HBsAg producing hepatocytes further elevated anti-HBs titers. Our results indicate that hepatocyte transplantation into the portal vascular bed via injection into the spleen can confer immune tolerance to secreted heterologous antigens. This finding should have important implications for human gene therapy as well as for analyzing the mechanisms of immune tolerance.  相似文献

Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and Hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) were reported simultaneously among Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections. HBsAg is a specific indicator of acute or chronic HBV infections, while anti-HBs is a protective antibody reflecting the recovery and immunity of hosts. HBsAg and anti-HBs coexist during seroconversion and then form immune complex, which is rare detected in clinical cases. However, with the promotion of vaccination and the application of various antiviral drugs, along with the rapid development of medical technology, the coexistence of HBsAg and anti-HBs has become more prevalent. Mutations in the viral genomes, immune status and genetic factors of hosts may contribute to the coexistence. Novel HBsAg assays, with higher sensitivity and ability to detect mutations or immune complexes, can also yield HBsAg/anti-HBs coexistence. The discovery of coexistence has shattered the idea of traditional serological patterns and raised questions about the effectiveness of vaccines. Worth noting is that HBsAg/anti-HBs double positivity is strongly associated with progressive liver diseases, especially hepatocellular carcinoma. In conclusion, viral mutations, host factors, and methodology impacts can all lead to the coexistence of HBsAg and anti-HBs. This coexistence is not an indicator of improvement, as an increased risk of adverse clinical outcomes still exists.  相似文献

Anti-idiotype antibodies to a mouse monoclonal antibody A-12 directed against HBsAg were produced in rabbits. The anti-Id consisted of an Ab-2 alpha preparation that did not display any detectable internal image activity. Immunization of BALB/c mice with the anti-Id (Ab-2 alpha) coupled to KLH induced an anti-HBs response without subsequent HBsAg exposure. No anti-HBs was detected in control groups of mice immunized with other rabbit anti-Id-KLH preparations. The anti-HBs containing sera from mice immunized with the Ab-2 alpha were able to inhibit the Id-anti-Id reaction, indicating that an Id-positive, anti-HBs response was induced. This idiotype is not normally expressed during the murine immune response to HBsAg and suggests that noninternal image anti-Id activates silent clones. This study, along with our previous results obtained with the use of internal image anti-Id, suggests that there is more than one Id network operational during the BALB/c murine immune response to HBsAg.  相似文献

The biological assay for the determination of HBsAg in gamma globulin is proposed. The assay is based on the immunizing action of immune complexes and some specific features of secondary immune response. For this purpose, the highly purified preparation of HBsAg is injected into guinea pigs. Subsequently the animals receive human gamma globulin. An increase in the titer of anti-HBsAg antibodies in the animals preimmunized with the antigen is indicative of the presence HBsAg in human gamma globulin. In accordance with another variant of this assay, human gamma globulin is introduced into mice and 21 days later the animals are immunized with HBsAg. The appearance of anti-HBsAg antibodies in the animals, previously treated with gamma globulin, on day 4 after the injection of the antigen indicate that the animals experience the second penetration of HBsAg, i. e. its presence in previously injected human gamma globulin.  相似文献

Hybridomas secreting HBsAg antibodies were obtained by fusing murine myeloma cell line P3-X63-Ag8 to spleen cells of BALB/c mice sensitized with HBsAg. The surface antigen used for immunization of mice was prepared by purification from pooled human plasma specimens. Resulting monoclonal antibodies were detected by the SPRIA method. Clones producing highest anti-HBs titres were used to prepare mouse ascitic fluids. Monoclonal antibodies in ascitic fluid reached a titre of 10(6) to 10(7) at a protein concentration of 1 mg per ml. Two of the prepared monoclonal antibodies, HBS-01 and HBS-02, both belonging to IgG1 subclass of immunoglobulins, were selected for further study in order to assess their potential useability in the commercial ELISA kit. The pI values for HBS-01 ranged from 6.60 to 6.85, for HBS-02 from 5.6 to 6.1. In solid phase ELISA test the use of HBS-01 antibody improved accuracy of the assay by increasing its detection sensitivity for HBsAg subtypes adw and ayw in the reference serum; this sensitivity was evidently much better than that seen with the commercially available rabbit polyclonal anti-HBsAg antibody. The monoclonal antibody HBS-01 is specific to the determinant "a", which makes it suitable for use in ELISA test aimed at HBsAg detection. The antibody HBS-02 showed a markedly better reaction with HBsAg subtype adw than subtype ayw and can thus be used with advantage for their discrimination.  相似文献

The frequency, age-onset and distribution of spontaneously deposited immunoglobulins (Igs) in glomeruli of Sprague-Dawley rats has been investigated. Groups of rats (n = 10) were examined at 4-7 day intervals from birth (presuckling) until 30 days of age. Findings were compared with circulating immunoglobulin concentrations in each age group. Immunoglobulins were undetectable in immature kidneys of newborn rats. However, as early as 5 days, scanty IgA and IgM deposits were observed predominantly in mesangial areas of mature glomeruli, corresponding to low circulating concentrations of these immunoglobulins. By contrast, glomerular IgG deposits were not observed until 21 days, despite relatively high concentrations of circulating maternal IgG from birth. Mesangial deposition of immunoglobulins increased with age. Absence of complement C3c or electron dense deposits associated with this mesangial localization suggests that immunoglobulins were not deposited as immune complexes. Accumulation of non-phlogogenic immunoglobulins in the mesangium of normal rats supports the concept that the mesangium is constantly perfused by circulating macromolecules and filtration residues. The results indicate problems of interpretation of the significance of endogenous immunoglobulin deposition in models of experimental glomerulonephritis, even in studies involving weanling rats.  相似文献

In the adaptive immune response, immunoglobulins develop that bind specifically to the antigens to which the organism was exposed. Immunoglobulins may bind to known or unknown antigens in a variety of diseases and have been used in the past to identify novel antigens for use as a biomarker. We propose that the immunoglobulins themselves could also be used as biomarkers in antibody-mediated disease. In this proteomic study, rats were immunized with one of two purified antigens, and immunoglobulins from pre- and postimmune sera were analyzed with nano-LC coupled mass spectrometry. It was found that the two treatment groups could be distinguished based on cluster analysis of the immunoglobulin peptides from the immune sera. In addition, we identified 684 specific peptides that were differentially present in one of the two treated groups. We could find an amino acid sequence for 44% of the features in the mass spectra by combining database-driven and de novo sequencing techniques. The latter were essential for sequence identification, as the more common database-driven approach suffers from a poor representation of immunoglobulins in the available databases. Our data show that the development of immunoglobulins during an immune response is not a fully random process, but that instead selection pressures exist that favor the best binding amino acid sequences, and that this selection is shared between different animals. This finding implies that immunoglobulin peptides could indeed be a powerful and easily accessible class of biomarkers.  相似文献
