西双版纳热带山地雨林群落乔木树种多样性研究 总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9
根据块样地资料对西双版纳热带山地雨林树种多样性特征进行了分析.结果表明,在2 500m2的样地上,随着起测胸径递增,各样地乔木个体数和树种丰富度均表现为依次递减;低海拔带上(850~1000 m)的山地雨林(1、2号样地)的各指数值无一定变化规律,较高海拔带上(1200~2000 m)的山地雨林(3~6号样地)的Shannon-Wiener指数和Simpson指数均表现为依次递减,而Pielou均匀度指数则呈依次递增的趋势.较高海拔带上的山地雨林在较小乔木起测胸径(≥2 cm、≥5 cm、≥10 cm)的树种丰富度、多样性和均匀度指数均要明显大于低海拔带上的山地雨林,而两者在较大乔木起测胸径(≥20 cm、≥30 cm、≥50 cm)的各指数值无明显差异.随着取样面积的递增,各样地树种丰富度、多样性和均匀度指数在取样面积递增到2 000m2处均已趋于平缓. 相似文献

海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林林冠层树种功能多样性特征 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林3块1 hm2样地为研究对象,利用11个林冠功能性状结合样地地形及林冠乔木树种样地清查数据,分别基于单维性状和多维性状比较物种多度加权对群落功能离散度指数——平均成对距离(MPD)和平均最近类群距离(MNTD)的影响;同时分析林冠层功能丰富度(FRic)与物种丰富度之间的关系,最后利用零模型探讨不同生境类型下标准化效应MPD和MNTD(经过物种多度加权且剔除群落物种丰富度差异影响)的变化,进而评价林冠层群落水平功能多样性格局及其对局域生境异质性的响应.结果表明: 功能性状维度和物种多度对MPD的影响强烈,不同维度功能性状多度加权前后MPD相关性较弱(R=0.359~0.628);但对MNTD的影响相对较弱,不同维度功能性状多度加权前后MNTD相关性较强(R=0.746~0.820);未经物种多度加权的MPD和MNTD均普遍高估了林冠层的功能离散度.林冠层功能丰富度与物种丰富度基本呈指数相关关系(F=128.20;R2=0.632;AIC=97.72;P<0.001),且功能丰富度很有可能存在一定的物种丰富度阈值.基于不同维度功能性状的林冠层功能多样性格局及其生境响应存在一定的差异性.在生物竞争激烈的低沟生境中,林冠层功能多样性倾向于比预期零模型随机产生的功能多样性高,林冠树种功能性状表现出离散分布;而在其他生境类型中,林冠层功能多样性倾向于接近或低于随机产生的功能多样性,林冠树种功能性状随机或聚集分布. 相似文献

研究了西双版纳热带季节雨林1 hm2(hectare)动态监测样地1993年与2007年之间树种组成和群落结构的变化。对样地中胸径≥5 cm的乔木进行了每木调查。目前其树种组成的热带分布科、属所占比例分别为91%和94%,具有较高比例的热带植物区系性质。在1993年与2007年两次调查之间,树种数量由145种增至179种,仅有1到2个个体的稀有树种所占比例从54%降为51.1%。从森林的垂直结构来看,A、B、C三层的个体死亡率分别为12.8%、12.9%和19.0%,各层树木的增长率分别为-8.5%、-1.4%和44.8%。与此相对应,C层小径级的树木所占比例有较大提高。虽然小径级的树木在种类和数量上比例增大,但个体数量和种类组成相对稳定的A、B层优势树种变化不大,维持了群落结构的稳定性。14 a间,群落中新增加的具有先锋性质的树种不超过5个。1993年时,A、B两层尚有先锋树种存在,2007年已经从A、B两层中退出。因此,从14 a间树种组成和群落结构的变化来看,虽然具有树木的死亡和增补,但其物种成分和群落结构的总体格局没有明显的变化,处于动态平衡过程中。 相似文献

海拔梯度是影响物种多样性格局的关键因素。为探究吊罗山热带天然林物种多样性的海拔分布格局,该研究对吊罗山245~1 130 m海拔内的6个热带天然林样地进行植被调查,从群落物种组成、物种多样性、区系组成和叶性质等方面分析沿海拔梯度吊罗山热带天然林物种多样性与群落特征变化规律。结果表明:(1)随海拔升高、温度降低、湿度升高、人为干扰减少,吊罗山热带天然林物种组成以及Margalef、Shannon-Wiener、Simpson、Pielou多样性指数均呈现先升高后降低的格局;中海拔群落水热条件最为适宜、人为干扰适中、α物种多样性最高。(2)随海拔升高,优势种重要值占比呈现先降低后升高的格局,且优势种具有明显的更替现象,中海拔群落呈现低地雨林与山地雨林的过渡性质。(3)群落间S?rensen群落相似度和海拔高度差呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。(4)区系组成以热带区分布为绝对优势,并以热带亚洲(印度-马来西亚)分布为主;热带区分布比例和海拔呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),温带区分布比例和海拔呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。(5)叶性质呈现出以中型叶、单叶、革质叶、全缘叶为主的... 相似文献

If secondary succession can accumulate species rapidly, then tropical secondary forests may have an important role to play in the conservation of biodiversity. Data on the floristic composition of forest stands in the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, Singapore, have been analysed to investigate the diversity of approximately 100-year-old tropical secondary forest. Classification using TWINSPAN indicated that three floristic communities could be recognized from 59 0.2 ha plots enumerated for trees >30 cm gbh. These were two types of secondary forest, both dominated by Rhodamnia cinerea (Myrtaceae), and dryland primary forest. The secondary forest was developed on land abandoned after use for agriculture at the end of the 19th century. The 16 primary forest plots contained a total of 340 species, more than the 281 recorded from the 43 plots of the two secondary forest types combined. The mean species number per plot in the more diverse of the two secondary forests was only about 60% of the primary forest. Thus the secondary forest, despite a century or so for colonization by species and the presence of contiguous primary forest, was still significantly less diverse than primary forest areas. It is concluded that secondary forest cannot be assumed to accrete biodiversity rapidly in the tropics, and may not be of direct value in conservation. However, other indirect roles, such as providing resources for native animals, and buffering and protecting primary forest fragments may make the protection of secondary forest worthwhile. 相似文献

The composition, abundance, population structure and distribution patterns of all woody species ( 30 cm gbh) were investigated in an undisturbed and two adjacent human-impacted sites of a tropical wet evergreen forest in Kalakad National Park, Western Ghats, south India. Three 1-ha plots were established, one each in (i) an undisturbed site (named site UD), (ii) in a site selectively felled 35 years ago (site SF – small stems felled leaving the large trees (as shade) for developing it into a cardamom estate, on the failure of which the site was abandoned) and (iii) a frequently disturbed site (site FD – round woods logged for use in ovens for curing cardamom). These sites are 1 to 3 km apart in the same wet evergreen forest. In the three study plots a total of 2150 stems (mean density 716 ha–1) covering 122 species in 89 genera and 41 families were enumerated. Species richness was greatest (85 species ha–1) in the undisturbed site UD, intermediate (83) in SF and lowest (80) in FD. Tree density was greatest (855 stems ha–1) in site SF, intermediate (720) in UD and lowest (575) in FD. The forest stand was exceptionally voluminous in site UD (basal area 94.64 m2 ha–1), intermediate (66.9 m2) in SF and least (61.7 m2) in FD, due to tree removal for fuel in the latter sites. Species composition and abundance patterns markedly varied between the three sites. In UD and SF, primary forest species (Cryptocarya bourdillonii , Cullenia exarillata Myristica dactyloides etc.) occurred in greater density. In FD heliophilic secondary forest species (Elaeocarpus venustus, Litsea wightiana, Viburnum punctatum and Vitex altissima) were abundant, while these were absent in UD and SF. The species–area curve did not reach an asymptote in any of the sites on the 1-ha scale. The stand population structure was clearly reverse J shaped in UD and SF, while small stems were 2- to 3-fold fewer in FD. Most trees exhibited clumped distribution of individuals on the 1-ha scale. Variation in the kind and richness of species and their abundance is related to human interference and the need for forest conservation is emphasized. 相似文献

Aims Spatial distribution patterns and formation mechanisms of species diversity are fundamental issues in community ecology. The objectives of this study are to assess the species diversity patterns at the different spatial scales in Jianfengling, Hainan Island, China.
Methods Based on the dataset from the 60 hm2 plot in the tropical montane rain forest in Jianfengling, Hainan Island, the spatial distribution patterns of species richness, species abundance, Shannon-Wiener, Simpson and Pielou’s evenness indices were analyzed at six spatial scales, including 5 m × 5 m, 10 m × 10 m, 20 m × 20 m, 40 m × 40 m, 100 m × 100 m, and 200 m × 200 m, respectively.Important findings
Results showed that spatial distribution patterns of species richness, species abundance and Shannon-Wiener index were much more obviously changed with the spatial scales than Simpson and Pielou’s evenness indices. Change of variance of the species richness with the increase of spatial scales was unimodal, which had the maximum value at the 20 m × 20 m scale. Variance of the species abundance showed a linear relationship with the increase of spatial scales. The positive relationship between species richness and abundance gradually decreased and even disappeared with the increase of sampling scales, which may be correlated with the increase of habitat heterogeneity. The effects of spatial scales on Shannon-Wiener, Simpson, and Pielou’s evenness indices may be also correlated with the composition of rare species in the plot. 相似文献

观测了西双版纳山地气候,建立了山地雨林生物量回归方程,调查了海拔1 100~1 820 m范围5块样地(面积0.16~0.25 hm2)的热带山地雨林生物量。结果表明,海拔1 105和1 610 m的年平均温度分别为20.1和16.6℃,年降雨量分别为1 659和2 011 mm,旱季(11~4月)降雨量分别为295和283mm,年平均相对湿度分别为81%和84%;5块样地生物量变化为256.4~368.6 t.hm-2,平均为312.6t.hm-2,其中乔木占97.1%、木质藤本占1.2%、幼树和灌木占1.3%、草本和幼苗占0.4%;采用热带季节雨林生物量回归方程估计山地雨林生物量,会使得总生物量以及树干和树根生物量高估38.3%~61.5%,树枝生物量低估7.6%~30.8%。可见,西双版纳山地海拔增加导致雨季降雨量增加,山地雨林生物量较热带季节雨林降低32.6%,季节雨林生物量方程不适用于山地雨林。 相似文献

Species composition, physiognomy, and plant diversity of the less known cloud forests in Yunnan were studied based on data
collected from 35 sample plots at seven sites. In floristic composition, the cloud forests are mainly comprised of Fagaceae,
Ericaceae, Vacciniaceae, Aceraceae, Magnoliaceae, Theaceae, Aquifoliaceae, Illiciaceae, Lauraceae, and Rosaceae. Physiognomically,
the forests are dominated by tree and shrub species. Lianas are rare in the forests. The plants with microphyllous or nanophyllous
leaves comprise 44.32–63.46% of the total species, and plants with an entire leaf margin account for more than 50% of the
tree and shrub species. There are few tree and shrub species with a drip tip leaf apex and papery leaves. Evergreen species
make up more than 75% of the total tree and shrub species. In a 2,500 m2 sampling area, the number of vascular species ranged between 57 and 110; Simpson’s diversity index ranged from 0.7719 to
0.9544, Shannon–Winner’s diversity index from 1.8251 to 3.2905, and Pielou’s evenness index from 0.5836 to 0.8982 for trees.
The cloud forests in Yunnan are physiognomically similar to the tropical cloud forests in America and Southeast Asia. They
very much resemble the mountain dwarf mossy forest in Hainan Island, southeastern China, and the Mountain ericaceous forests
in the Malay Peninsula. The cloud forests in Yunnan are considered to be developed, as are the tropical upper montane cloud

揭示不同恢复阶段热带森林土壤细菌呼吸季节变化及其主控因素,对于探明土壤细菌呼吸对热带森林恢复的响应机制具有重要的科学意义。以西双版纳不同恢复阶段热带森林(白背桐群落、崖豆藤群落和高檐蒲桃群落)为研究对象,运用真菌呼吸抑制法及高通量宏基因组测序技术分别测定土壤细菌呼吸速率和细菌多样性,并采用回归分析及结构方程模型揭示热带森林恢复过程中土壤细菌多样性、pH、土壤碳氮组分变化对土壤细菌呼吸速率的影响特征。结果表明:1)不同恢复阶段热带森林土壤细菌呼吸速率表现为:高檐蒲桃群落((1.51±0.62)CO2 mg g-1 h-1)显著高于崖豆藤群落((1.16±0.56)CO2 mg g-1 h-1)和白背桐群落((0.82±0.60)CO2 mg g-1 h-1)(P<0.05)。2)不同恢复阶段土壤细菌呼吸速率呈显著的单峰型季节变化(P<0.05),最大值均出现在9月:高檐蒲桃群落((... 相似文献

为了评估云南省西双版纳森林植被乔木多样性的时间变化,该研究通过样方调查收集了该地区4种主要森林植被(热带雨林、热带季节性湿润林、热带山地常绿阔叶林和暖热性针叶林)乔木多样性数据,结合遥感影像提取了该地区4种森林植被在1992年、2000年、2009年和2016年4个时期的分布,用Simpson、Shannon-Wiener和Scaling物种多样性指数对比4种森林植被乔木均匀度差异,并利用Scaling生态多样性指数和灰色关联评价模型,评估该地区在4个时期的森林乔木多样性的时间变化。结果表明:(1)森林面积比例变化有先减少后增加的趋势,表现为由1992年的65.5%减少至2000年的53.42%,减少到2009年的52.49%,再增至2016年的54.73%,但热带雨林呈现持续减少的趋势。(2) 4种森林植被对乔木多样性的贡献有明显差异,均匀度排序是热带雨林>热带山地(低山)常绿阔叶林>暖热性针叶林>热带季节性湿润林,丰富度排序是热带雨林>热带山地(低山)常绿阔叶林>热带季节性湿润林>暖热性针叶林,对乔木多样性贡献的排序是热带雨林>热带山地(低山)常绿阔叶林>热带季节性湿润林>暖热性针叶林。(3)热带雨林和热带季节性湿润林乔木多样性呈现持续减少趋势,4个时期西双版纳森林植被乔木多样性排序为1992年>2009年> 2016年> 2000年。以上结果表明经济活动是影响西双版纳生物多样性的重要原因,保护热带雨林对维持该地区生物多样性具有重要意义。 相似文献

树洞是森林生态系统的重要组成部分,它能为许多动物提供栖息、筑巢、繁殖和躲避天敌的场所。因而,树洞的密度和特征通常被认为是限制树洞巢居动物多样性和丰富度的主要因子,然而目前国内外对热带森林的树洞密度和洞口特征研究较少。选取西双版纳20 hm~2热带森林动态监测样地(包括热带季节雨林和热带山地常绿阔叶林)为研究对象,采用地面观测法调查了所有胸径≥5 cm的活体乔木上的树洞,分析其树洞密度和特征(高度、洞口大小、类型和洞口方位,并探讨树洞在不同森林类型间的差异)。结果表明:(1)热带季节雨林和热带山地常绿阔叶林的树洞密度不存在显著差异;(2)两种森林类型的树洞均以高度较低、洞口较小、干中部洞口为主,受盛行风的影响洞口朝向主要集中在东北方向;(3)树洞高度、类型和洞口方位在两种森林间的分布差异显著(P0.01),而洞口大小不存在明显差异。结果表明森林类型会影响树洞的特征,因而加强森林生境异质性的保护对维持树洞巢居动物的需要具有重要意义。 相似文献

Tree species diversity was measured in a network of very small galleryforests within the Mountain Pine Ridge savanna in Belize. Research focussed onforest patches smaller than 1 ha in size (micro-forests) and linearstrips of trees along creeks lacking interior core zones with low understoreylight levels (tree thickets). Twenty-five micro-forests and 51 tree thicketsites were sampled throughout the savanna. A total of 144 morphospecies 5cm dbh (106 in micro-forests and 117 in tree thickets) werefound, which represents 1/5 of the approximately 700 native tree species in Belize.Most (85.3%) of the species encountered are typically found in tropical rainforests and few are restricted to savanna or riparian environments. Speciesaccumulated at a much faster rate in micro-forests than in tree thickets. Onlyone species, the palm Acoelorraphe wrightii, was extremelyabundant, accounting for almost 30% of all stems. Many of the species werepresent in very low densities: 19% of all species found in micro-forests and 42%of those found in tree thickets had on average one or fewer stems per hectare. Alarge proportion of species were also found infrequently across the landscape,being present in only 36% of micro-forests and at 52% of tree thicket sites. Theresults indicate that networks of very small forest patches can contain highnumbers of species and could therefore contribute to the maintenance of regionalbiodiversity. 相似文献

环境因子是影响物种分布并导致物种多样性形成的重要因素,采伐后恢复的热带森林次生林和原始林的环境因子是否一致是一个很重要的问题.对于该问题的回答对长期监测热带森林次生林的变化具有重要意义.该文基于在海南尖峰岭地区设置的164个625 m2植被公里网格样地数据,记录了每个样地的采伐历史并测定了其他的17个环境变量指标,分析了17个环境因子之间的相关关系;将164个样地划分成3种不同采伐历史的森林,通过典范对应分析(CCA)探讨3种森林类型中影响物种分布的环境因子组成;比较两种多元回归模型的优劣,来揭示3种森林类型中影响物种丰富度形成的环境因子组成的差异.结果表明:驱动海南尖峰岭地区物种分布并导致物种多样性差异的环境因子在森林采伐前后并不是一成不变的,而是与森林采伐历史有关联的.除了人为森林采伐干扰外,海拔梯度是形成海南尖峰岭热带天然林物种多样性的最重要因素.CCA分析显示:原始林中,物种分布与海拔、土壤交换性钙和交换性镁含量3个环境因子有较密切的关系,也与4个土壤物理性质环境因子(土壤密度、土壤最大持水能力、毛细管持水量和毛管孔隙度)关系密切;森林采伐后的恢复森林中,土壤全磷和速效磷含量对物种分布的影响增强,但皆伐后土壤交换性钙和交换性镁含量对物种分布的影响减弱.多元回归分析显示:原始林的物种丰富度与海拔和土壤交换性钙含量显著相关,径级择伐后恢复热带天然林的物种丰富度和海拔、土壤全磷含量和速效钾含量显著相关,皆伐后恢复热带天然林的物种丰富度仅和海拔显著相关.研究结果还显示,如果数据中存在空间自相关,建立多元回归模型时应该考虑数据中的空间自相关属性,虽然它并不总是存在的. 相似文献
