人们曾一度认为核酸不是人体的必需营养成分,但近些年来大量研究资料表明,核酸(包括DNA、RNA、核苷酸和核苷)对维持机体的正常功能有重要作用,是特定生理条件下不可缺少的营养成分。作者主要对外源性核酸在机体营养、免疫调节和疾病防治等方面的功能做一简要综述。  相似文献

对柴达木盆地的西伯利亚白刺和唐古特白刺不同部位中氨基酸含量作了分析比较 ,并进行了营养评价。白刺中富含蛋白质 ,含有 18种氨基酸 ,其中有人体必需的 8种氨基酸 ,白刺果汁中的必需氨基酸含量远高于沙棘果汁。两种白刺的蛋白质和各氨基酸在各部位中含量分布相似 ,但因种的差异 ,第一限制性氨基酸稍有差别。  相似文献

分析结果表明,香菇的菌柄与菌盖中蛋白质氨基酸均为18种,缺少谷氨酰胺(Gln)和天冬酰胺(Asn),其中,含量最高的是谷氨酸(菌柄为11.03 mg/gDW,菌盖为12.57 mg/gDW)。菌盖与菌柄均含必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸10种,其中精氨酸含量(菌柄为10.73 mg/gDW,菌盖为11.84 mg/gDW)。必需氨基酸的含量十分接近于非必需氨基酸的含量(比率为1.00∶1.04),无论总氨基酸含量还是必需氨基酸含量,菌盖中的皆略高于菌柄中的。  相似文献

对扬子鳄肌肉、脂肪及血粉有关营养成份作了较全面分析检测。结果表明鳄肌肉和血粉中粗蛋白含量高,且含氨基酸种类齐全和多种必需微量元素,其营养丰富,生物学价值高;鳄贮脂中不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的714%,富含多种高级不饱和脂肪酸,其营养价值高于其他兽类油,具有保健作用。  相似文献

The apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) of amino acids and the balance of minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron) has been determined in rats fed four diets differing in the protein type (casein or soy protein) and iron source (ferrous sulphate or lactate) in order to study the possible interactions of these nutrients. The availability of amino acids, especially essential amino acids, was greater in the diet made with animal protein (casein). The iron source also affected the absorption of most amino acids in all the diets assayed with ferrous sulphate being greater. The balance of iron, magnesium and phosphorus was higher in the diets containing animal protein. The retention of calcium and magnesium was significantly greater when ferrous sulphate was used as iron source. These results demonstrate the important interaction between amino acids and minerals and between the minerals themselves, which must be carefully studied when selecting different types of protein or mineral sources in human or animal nutrition.  相似文献

对珠子参茎、叶、花的氨基酸组成与含量进行测定和营养评价分析.结果表明,珠子参茎、叶、花中均含有17种常见氨基酸,氨基酸总量分别为3.73%,14.80%和8.72%;珠子参的茎中必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的比值(E/T)为0.39,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值(E/N)为0.64,叶中E/T为0.41,E/N为o.71,花中E/T为0.39,E/N为0.63,氨基酸配比较为合理;珠子参茎、叶、花中蛋氨酸+胱氨酸均为第一限制氨基酸;珠子参茎、叶、花中均含有γ-氨基丁酸,含量分别为0.12%,0.26%和0.16%,叶片中γ-氨基丁酸的含量最高.  相似文献

Plasma carnitine levels were measured in two alternative nutrition groups--strict vegetarians (vegans) and lactoovovegetarians (vegetarians consuming limited amounts of animal products such as milk products and eggs). The results were compared to an average sample of probands on mixed nutrition (omnivores). Carnitine levels were correlated with the intake of essential amino acids, methionine and lysine (as substrates of its endogenous synthesis), since the intake of carnitine in food is negligible in the alternative nutrition groups (the highest carnitine content is in meat, lower is in milk products, while fruit, cereals and vegetables contain low or no carnitine at all). An average carnitine level in vegans was significantly reduced with hypocarnitinemia present in 52.9% of probands. Similarly, the intake of methionine and lysine was significantly lower in this group due to the exclusive consumption of plant proteins with reduced content of these amino acids. Carnitine level in lactoovovegetarians was also significantly reduced, but the incidence of values below 30 micromol/l was lower than in vegans representing 17.8% vs. 3.3% in omnivores. Intake of methionine and lysine was also significantly reduced in this group, but still higher compared to vegans (73% of protein intake covered by plant proteins). Significant positive correlation of carnitine levels with methionine and lysine intake in alternative nutrition groups indicates that a significant portion of carnitine requirement is covered by endogenous synthesis. Approximately two thirds of carnitine requirement in omnivores comes from exogenous sources. The results demonstrate the risks of alternative nutrition with respect to the intake of essential amino acids, methionine and lysine, and with respect to the intake and biosynthesis of carnitine.  相似文献

The transition metal Zn is essential for many physiological processes in plants, yet at elevated concentrations this, and the related non-essential metal Cd, can be toxic. Arabidopsis thaliana HMA4, belonging to the Type P1B subfamily of P-type ATPases, has recently been implicated in Zn nutrition, having a role in root to shoot Zn translocation. Using Arabidopsis insertional mutants, it is shown here that disruption of AtHMA4 function also results in increased sensitivity to elevated levels of Cd and Zn, suggesting that AtHMA4 serves an important role in metal detoxification at higher metal concentrations. AtHMA4 and a truncated form lacking the last 457 amino acids both confer Cd and Zn resistance to yeast but a mutant version of the full-length AtHMA4 (AtHMA4-C357G) does not; this demonstrates that the C-terminal region is not essential for this function. Evidence is presented that AtHMA4 functions as an efflux pump.  相似文献

Sixth generation of mutant maize seed homozygous for lysine plus threonine resistancewhich was derived from the resistant callus cultures has been harvested. The resistance could be inherited stably. The fertility, however, was very poor. The resistant homozygotes have been obtained by backcross of the wild type with the resistant plants (W77-R3019 ×R0), and their fertility could be parlty recovered after selection for the resistant plants from backcross progenies. Genetic analysis showed that the resistance inherited as a single dominant nuclear allele. All of the free amino acids except phenylalan inc in the homozygote are increased by 4 folds. and free essential amino acids by 5 folds which are higher than those in the wild types. Total amino acids increased by 5.53%. The dramatic increase (11 times) in free threonine adds up the total threonine by 17.73%. Difference of the protein content between the homozygote and wild type was not obvious. These results show that selection for the resistance to lysine plus threonine in maize and other cereals is probably very useful for improving their value of protein nutrition.  相似文献

为了深层次地开发利用艳妇斑粉蝶,探寻艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫的主要营养成分,评价其营养价值水平,运用国家标准检测方法测定艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫的水分、脂肪、蛋白质、矿质元素和氨基酸的含量,分析氨基酸分和必需氨基酸指数,并将艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、矿质元素含量与常见食物的含量进行比较分析.结果显示,艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫具有高蛋白(含量分别为70.7%和76.8%)、低脂肪(含量分别为11.3% %和7.1%)、无机物质含量丰富、矿质元素含量水平高、能量值低等特点;艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫的总氨基酸含量较高,分别为417.7 mg·g-1和458.0 mg·g-1,必需氨基酸总含量分别为159.7 mg·g-1和171.7 mg·g-1,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例分别为38.2%和37.5%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值分别为0.62和0.60;艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫的必需氨基酸指数分别为0.75和0.73.艳妇斑粉蝶蛹和成虫具有较高的营养价值和食用开发价值,但是其限制性氨基酸影响了氨基酸结构的平衡.  相似文献

Summary Plant proteins, when used as dietary protein, are generally incomplete in nutrition due to their deficiency in several essential amino acids, for example, lysine and tryptophan in cereals and methionine and cysteine in legumes. Attempts to breed crops with increased levels of lysine and methionine have been less than satisfactory. Modern biotechnology offers alternative approaches for rectifying this nutrition deficiency. In the past decade, several transgenic strategies aimed at modifying the amino acid composition of plant proteins and enhancing the content of specific essential amino acid(s) for nutrition improvement have been developed and tested. These include synthetic proteins, modification of protein sequences, over-expression of heterologous or homologous proteins, and metabolic engineering of the free essential amino acid pool and protein sink. The progress and potential of these approaches and studies are reviewed. As plant proteins are the primary source of all dietary protein consumed by humans and animals and are inexpensive to produce in comparison with meat, improving their quality will make a significant contribution to our future food needs. The research and development in this area of interest is making promising progress towards this endeavor.  相似文献

It is studied how long-term periodical calorie-insufficient and growth-restraining nutrition promoting appreciable life prolongation in the Wistar-line albino rats influences the lipid metabolism. It is shown that diet has an essential influence on the levels of phospholipids, cholesterol, neutral lipids, fatty acids in different tissue cells. The age specificity is observed in all the studied tissue cells. The lipid composition of cells in aged rats with prolonged life is similar to that of young animals of control group.  相似文献

While the dietary importance of proteins, essential fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements has been well recognised, the role of shadow nutrients, a class of metabolites, which are biosynthesized in the body and serve vital functions, such as lipoic acid, choline, inositol, taurine and carnitine, has not been adequately appreciated. There are reasons to believe that during infancy and in ageing, biosynthesis of these metabolites may be limited. The objective of this review is to highlight the essentiality of these nutrients and the need for their supplementation in the diets of infants and in elderly people. Provision of shadow nutrients where the necessary biosynthetic machinery might not have developed to full stature or might have slowed down, is a new concept in nutrition which needs attention.  相似文献

The symbiotic bacteria Buchnera contribute to the nutrition of pea aphids, Acyrthosiphon pisum, through the provision of essential amino acids which are lacking in the diet. However, chemically defined diets, containing nutritionally adequate amounts of essential amino acids, fail to rescue aposymbiotic aphids, in which the bacteria have been disrupted with antibiotics. In this study the injection of a mixture of essential amino acids into the haemocoel of aposymbiotic aphids was shown to alleviate, at least partially, the impact of symbiont loss. Specifically, the total amino acid content in the tissues of aposymbiotic aphids was reduced by approximately 40% to levels comparable with symbiotic insects, and there was a 1.7-fold increase in the number of embryos, suggesting that the availability of essential amino acids promotes aphid protein synthesis by rejuvenating the free amino acid pool of aposymbiotic aphids. In addition, a similar effect on the total amino acid content was observed when phenylalanine alone, but not glutamine, lysine or tryptophan, was injected into the haemocoel of aposymbiotic aphids, and there was also a significant increase in the number of embryos following injection of phenylalanine or tryptophan alone. The impact of amino acid injection on the embryo complement of aposymbiotic aphids was limited to an increase in the number of embryos, with no increase in basal embryo size. It is proposed that older embryos may rely on their own complement of symbiotic bacteria for essential amino acid provisioning. Taken together, the data highlight the importance of bacterial provisioning of essential amino acids, particularly the aromatic amino acids, in the intact symbiosis.  相似文献

谷氨酰胺因其对人和动物中的重要生理作用而引起了广泛关注。谷氨酰氨是一种特殊的氨基酸,为快速繁殖细胞优先选择的呼吸燃料,如粘膜细胞和淋巴细胞;调节体内酸碱平衡;组织间氮的载体;核酸、核苷酸、氨基糖和蛋白质的重要前体。大量的证据表明谷氨酰胺是一种条件性必需氨基酸。在应激状况下,机体对谷氨酰胺的需要超过其合成能力,因此,可以通过肠外营养或饲料中添加谷氨酰胺以营养调控的方式加速动物体的康复。  相似文献

目的分析双歧醋的营养成分及保质期观察。方法采用现代多种营养成分分析方法对双歧醋进行主要营养成分的分析测定。结果双歧醋营养丰富,含有多种微量元素,含有18种氨基酸,其中8种人体必需氨基酸含量占总量的42.5%,富含醋酸、乳酸等8种有机酸成分。结论双歧醋营养成分丰富,保质期长,作为一种功能性醋产品值得推广应用。  相似文献

用氨基酸分析仪测定了淮山药中各种氨基酸的组成。淮山药样品经酸水解处理,用氨基酸分析仪进行分析,结果表明:淮山药中含有苏氨酸,缬氨酸,蛋氨酸,苯丙氨酸,异亮氨酸,亮氨酸和赖氨酸等17种氨基酸,总氨基酸质量分数为7.256%,其中人体必需氨基酸的含量占总氨基酸含量的25.32%;说明淮山药在医学和营养学上都有很高的研究价值。  相似文献

Human beings have co-evolved with the microorganisms in our environment for millions of years, and have developed into a symbiosis in a mutually beneficial/defensive way. Human beings have significant multifaceted relationships with the diverse microbial community. Apart from the important protective role of microbial community exposure in development of early immunity, millions of inimitable bacterial genes of the diverse microbial community are the indispensable source of essential nutrients like essential amino acids and essential fatty acids for human body. The essential nutrition from microbiome is harvested through xenophagy.
