【目的】2016年7月北京出入境检验检疫局从泰国进境商品山竹果中检出双色多刺蚁,经查询,该种为我国进出境检疫部门首次检出。了解多刺蚁属情况可为该类昆虫的检疫鉴定提供依据。【方法】笔者通过对双色多刺蚁及多刺蚁属相关文献进行翻译和整理,详细介绍了双色多刺蚁的分类地位、分布、形态特征及近似种,以及多刺蚁属在中国的种类,并简要分析了我国检疫系统对多刺蚁属的截获情况。【结果】双色多刺蚁(膜翅目:蚁科)主要分布于东南亚和澳大利亚地区,在我国仅分布于云南省。多刺蚁属在我国已知45种1亚种。2003—2016年7月我国检疫系统共检出多刺蚁属2097批次。【结论】多刺蚁属随货物包装携带入境的概率较高,各进出境检疫部门应加强对该类昆虫的检疫工作。  相似文献

The onychopod cladoceran Cercopagis that recently invaded the Baltic Sea is reported from new zones of the northern Baltic proper. Because of successful survival and an expanding distribution range, the addition of Cercopagis to the Baltic fauna is considered to be permanent. What has previously been cited as Cercopagis pengoi encompasses the morphology of several other species, subspecies and forms. Either a number of morphologically similar species is present, or there is a number of spurious species in Cercopagis. The last hypothesis is favoured. The spatial distribution pattern of Cercopagis, as well as that of total zooplankton, was correlated with depth. Deep (>100 m) and shallow (<10 m) stations had significantly lower abundance than stations of intermediate depth (<100 m). An overview of the distribution of C. pengoi group in fresh and brackish waters suggests a high tolerance to environmental factors, but with differences among taxa. Due to this ecological flexibility, the colonization of the Baltic is not unexpected. Increasing salinity may restrict dispersal of cercopagids to the southern areas of the Baltic and to the North Sea, but inland lakes (e.g. in Sweden) present an ecological profile suitable for colonization.  相似文献

Chrysosporium species were isolated from soil and keratinized material. Primary isolation was performed following the general method of hair baiting on modified Czapek-agar media with washed, defated and sterilized human hair fragments added. Strains were maintained in test tubes of potato dextrose agar at 29 °C and cultivated on phytone yeast extract agar at 28 °C for 14 days for identification. Isolates were characterized using Van Oorschot's key. Keratinolytic activity was expressed following a subjective scale representing degree/severity of attack upon hair surface and presence of fungal structures observed in substrate. Culture results and characterization methods were effective for soil Chrysosporium strain isolation. A new hair attack mode is described. Of 71 keratinolytic fungal isolates, eight (12%) Chrysosporium species were identified. One keratinolytic Chrysosporium sp. isolate is yet to be identified.This revised version was published online in October 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Weekly mean lenghts of adult female Acanthocyclops robustus ranged between 1.14 and 1.41 mm in a Colorado alpine lake during the summer of 1966. The smallest animals occurred in late September and the largest in mid-August, corresponding to development in warm and cool water, respectively. The males also declined in mean length during the course of the summer and were about 70% of the length of the females on any date. About 75% of the females possessed a 3.4.4.4 spine formula; 8%, 2.3.3.3 and 17% an anomalous formula. Eight-one percent of the males had a 3.4.4.4 formula; 7%, 2.3.3.3 and 12% were anomalous. Morphological variation, and breeding experiments performed by Price (1958) suggest that A. robustus and A. vernalis as defined by Kiefer (1976) are likely species complexes, rather than just two species.  相似文献

Phenotypic variability and mixing of material due to massive cultivation for commercial purposes has contributed to the taxonomic confusion ofGracilaria in Chile. At least four species with cylindrical thalli and similar morphology have been recorded. However, since establishment ofG. chilensis, most of the collected thalli have been attributed to this species despite the lack of diagnostic features. In an attempt to resolve whetherGracilaria from 3 localities where it grows in natural and artificial populations belongs to the same species, gametophytic samples were compared by applying RAPD-PCR to their total DNA. This was analysed using 25 different 10-mer primers from which 21 revealed polymorphism within and between populations. Similarity matrices and cluster analyses were performed based on the presence/absence of bands representing fragments of DNA generated by random amplification. Similarity values between two of the populations were equivalent to those detected within a third, indicating the mixing of genetic material due to transplant between the two former localities. Similarities between samples of ChileanGracilaria andG. tenuistipitata from Sweden are considerably lower (0.45–0.53) than those between populations from Chile (0.74–0.88), confirming the existence of a single specific taxon,G. chilensis, in these three localities.  相似文献

Invertebrate predators may cause strong changes in behaviour, life-history, and morphology of prey species. However, little is known about the influence of jellyfish on such characteristics of their prey. This study analyses the impacts of the freshwater jellyfish Craspedacusta sowerbii on life history and morphological defenses in a population of the cladoceran Bosmina longirostris . Length of mucro and antennule, size-dependent number of eggs, size at maturity, and size of juveniles, adults, and egg-carrying females were investigated during a 23 days experiment using medusae-enriched and control enclosures filled with natural plankton populations. Significant differences in parameters investigated were found not only between treatments, but also within treatments over time. Changes in Bosmina life-history parameters and morphology in controls were probably due to predation by cyclopoid copepods. The significant increase in the size of adults and egg-carrying females as well as the increase in mucro and antennule length in medusae-enriched enclosures are discussed as defense strategies against the freshwater jellyfish.  相似文献

For approximately 20 years Arabidopsis has been a model system to investigate developmental and physiological questions in plant biology, leading to the identification of genes and genetic systems involved in many processes. Extending ideas arising from knowledge of developmental genetic systems in Arabidopsis to other species of the Brassicaceae will require the application of genomics technologies developed in Arabidopsis and the establishment of additional genetic systems and resources in other species. Morphological variation in all plant organs, as well as in growth habit, mating systems, and physiology are represented in the breadth of Brassicaceae species offering ample opportunity to investigate the molecular basis of morphological evolution in this family. In addition, the frequent recent hybridization events in Brassica and Arabidopsis facilitate study of this pervasive force in the evolution of all plants.  相似文献

该文报道了采自新疆的木灵藓属中国2个新记录种——帕米尔木灵藓(Orthotrichum pamiricum)和细齿木灵藓(O.scanicum)。帕米尔木灵藓的识别特征为:叶尖钝,气孔隐型,多着生于孢蒴下部,外齿层齿片8对,干燥时蒴齿背曲,内齿层蒴条16,上部内曲;细齿木灵藓的识别特征为:叶尖部具细齿,气孔半隐型,蒴帽具分散的透明毛,内齿层和外齿层均16片,具8条黄色细沟,干燥时中部以上具沟。对这2种藓类的形态特征、生境和地理分布及与其相似种的形态学进行了比较分析,并绘制了每种的形态结构墨线图。木灵藓属植物在中国的新分布记录进一步表明,新疆地区富含生物多样性,并与中亚植物区系存在密切关系。  相似文献

该文报道了采自湖南省湘西世界地质公园德夯园区壳斗科栎属一新种——德夯栎(Quercus dehangensis G. X. Chen, D. G. Zhang & B. Z. Wang),根据其壳斗小苞片覆瓦状排列而被归于栎属。德夯栎和巴东栎(Quercus engleriana Seem.)相近,但与巴东栎的区别在于前者植株通常3~5 m高,侧脉7~10对,小枝、叶柄及叶背被覆具鳞片的星状毛,托叶早落。根据IUCN红色名录标准,德夯栎濒危等级为极危(CR)。  相似文献

The order Oedogoniales is made up of green algae with an unusual form of cytokinesis, a ring of flagella on the zoids, and a complex sexual reproduction. The genera included in this order, Oedogonium, Oedocladium and Bulbochaete, differ in their type of habit. In this contribution we report a phylogenetic analysis using 18S ribosomal DNA sequences from 66 species of green algae, including ten species of Oedogonium isolated from fresh water bodies in Argentina. The phylogenetic study demonstrates the monophyly of the Oedogoniales within the green algae, and suggests that in this group the flagellar apparatus of the stephanokont zoid could have derived from a DO configuration. It is also found that the genus Oedogonium does not appear to be monophyletic and that the morphological characters traditionally used for the taxonomic classification of Oedogonium species do not define natural groups.  相似文献

The known range of S. torvicornis is extended to areas of the Western and Central Sahara and Sahel. Morphological variation between populations is important, and cannot be accomodated within the known Iberian and Maghrebian subspecific taxa, which appear untenable. A grouping of populations according to drainage basins appears, however, possible. Populations of the Hoggar, Air, and Tibesti waters, draining towards the Soudanian zone, are more closely related than populations from waters draining towards the Atlantic. Tassili-n-ajjer populations from Central Algeria have individual characteristics, and deserve further study.  相似文献

Analyses were made of subfossil Eubosmina remains from the Lake Neuendorfer See, a lake in the middle part of the river Spree in the “Urstromtal” of Baruth situated in the eastern part of Germany. In addition to Bosmina (Bosmina) longirostris (O. F. M., 1785) Bosmina (Eub.) longicornis longicornis Schoedler, 1866 occured in the lake from the Boreal (sediment depth 15.85 m) to the recent surface layers of the core. Other eubosminids did not occur during the history of the Lake Neuendorfer See with the exception of few remains of B. (Eub.) longispina, which were detected in the lowermost layers of the core during the late Pleistocene. In the present-day plankton, Bosmina (Eub.) l. longicornis was the only eubosminid found in the Lake Neuendorfer See. During the long period between colonization during the Boreal to the present, no changes were detected in typical morphological features of B. (Eub.) l. longicornis. All remains of Eubosmina in the layers above 15.85 m belong undoubtedly to the same taxon. No signs of any morphological instability (other then ontogenetic and cyclomorphic formchanges) or “morphological transition” (Hofmann, 1977) to other taxa could be found. By using paleolimnological analyses, the named taxon has proven to be a “good” entity within the group of long-spined taxa of the subgenus Eubosmina.  相似文献

The relationships between fruit morphology and the foraging behavior of the Yakushima macaque, Macaca fuscata yakui were studied during a 9-month field study and series of laboratory experiments on Yakushima Island, southern Japan. These relationships may affect seed germination traits through seed dispersal. The macaques foraging behavior was observed in order to obtain data concerning the treatment of pulp and seeds. Seeds in feces and spat seeds were collected and analyzed. A linear discriminant analysis of the data led to the following results: (i) an increase in the relative flesh volume of a fruit was one of the potential factors which increased the probability of seed dispersal by the macaques; and (ii) seed size was an important parameter in relation to the type of seed dispersal (by defecation or spitting out). The germination test was conducted in a laboratory, then the germination rates and delays of dispersed seeds were compared with those of seeds collected directly from trees. The germination of dispersed seeds of Ficus thunbergii, Eurya japonica, and Vaccinium bracteatum, was significantly enhanced by passage through the macaques gut. The enhanced germination behavior was not seen in larger seeds, such as those of Psychotria serpens, Myrsine seguinii, Diospyros morrisiana, and Neolitsea sericea. The germination enhancement in small-seeded plants could be due to a sorting effect from the passage through the gut, which selects seeds with a narrower range of germination traits.  相似文献

A fungal disease in the abalone,Haliotis sieboldii, stocked in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, showed external signs of infection of tubercle-like swelling on the mantle and melanized lesions on the peduncle. The fungus responsible was isolated by inoculating materials taken from the lesions onto PYGS agar with streptomycin sulphate and ampicillin, and incubation at 20°C. For morphological observation and spore formation study, the fungus was transferred respectively into PYGS broth and sterilized artificial seawater and incubated at 20°C. Resulting, hyphae were stout, irregular, branched, 16–140µm diam, sporadically consisting of dense cytoplasmic swollen hyphae. Sporangia were formed through the formation of septa and lateral or terminal discharge tubes which were wavy or coiled. Zoospores were pyriform, biflagellate and diplanetic. The encysted spore generally developed a hairlike filament with globular enlarged tip in PYGS broth. Direct germination without filament formation also occurred occasionally. This fungus was identified as belonging to the genusAtkinsiella, and was designatedAtkinsiella awabi sp. nov. The fungus was exclusively a marine fungus and grew best in shrimp extract medium at 20°C. Five chemicals were tested for their effects against fungal zoospores.  相似文献

Graphiurus is a peculiar taxon among the monophyletic Gliridae (order Rodentia) in showing hystricomorphy of the zygomasseteric architecture of the skull [large infraorbital foramen (IOF), and correlative muscular arrangements). We analysed 34 extant genera taken from two groups of sciurognath rodents that share a large IOF (hystricomorph and myomorph) using elliptical Fourier transform in order to appraise whether this feature of cranial morphology was also accompanied by similar changes in mandible shape. The mandible of Graphiurus is distinct from those of all other hystricomorph sciurognath rodents in showing a more elongated coronoid process and a shorter angular process. Thus, two distinct zygomasseteric organizations (i.e. myomorphy and hystricomorphy of graphiurines) are associated with a similar mandible shape characterized by a well‐developed coronoid process. Results show that hystricomorphy of graphiurines was achieved convergently with other hystricomorph rodents. Luziola is a small genus from aquatic environments of the New World. The most widespread species in the genus isL. peruviana. Morphological variation has been documented for this species throughout its entire range of distribution, however this variation has been difficult to characterize. A population aggregation analysis was performed in order to determine how many species can be identified when analyzing characters from the individuals of this taxon as well as with individuals from closely related taxa such asL. divergens, L. doelliana, andL. pittieri. Multivariate analysis, ANOVA and ANCOVA analyses were also performed to detect if quantitative morphological variation is related to altitude and latitude. Results indicate that within this complex only one species should be recognized, referable toL. peruviana, and that plants near the equator are larger, and have larger lemmas and paleas in both female and male flowers. An identification key for the nine species now recognized inLuziola is included.  相似文献

Marine gastropods which do not disperse larvae in the plankton exhibit a relatively high degree of interpopulation morphological variability. This phenomenon has been the root of considerable taxonomic confusion, particularly in the Littorinidae. In the present study, specimens of Littorina obtusata from the UK were compared morphologically and genetically with two samples of a northern high-spired form from Iceland which has been referred to by some workers as Littorina palliata. A multivariate discriminant function analysis based on three measured shell dimensions clearly separated the three samples, correctly predicting the origin of shells on the basis of morphology alone in 96% of cases. However, genetic analysis revealed that the most distant relationship, based on allozyme data at 13 loci, was surprisingly close (Nei's I = 0.983) providing no evidence to suggest that L. palliata is not conspecific with L. obtusata.  相似文献
