1. Ox brain microsomal fractions were labelled with [(32)P]ATP in the presence of Na(+) and the reaction was stopped with sodium dodecyl sulphate. The Na(+)-dependent bound phosphate was isolated on Sephadex G-25 and by acetone precipitation. The bound phosphate isolated under these neutral conditions was labile to hydroxylamine and gave the same pH profile of hydrolysis as that isolated by precipitation with strong acids. 2. When membrane protein was labelled with [(32)P]ATP, solubilized with sodium dodecyl sulphate and fractionated on Sepharose 6B, the Na(+)-dependent label emerged in a peak corresponding to protein of molecular weight 570000-580000. On fractionation of this protein peak on polyacrylamide gels containing detergent and urea, the Na(+)-dependent label occurred in a single band corresponding to a protein of molecular weight 102000. 3. Fractionation on Sepharose 6B of protein labelled with [(32)P]ATP in the absence of Na(+) revealed three labelled peaks, one of which corresponded in position to the Na(+)-dependent label. Electrophoresis of this peak material on polyacrylamide gels showed that most of the label occurred in two fast-running bands. Cyclic AMP stimulated the labelling in these two bands, but had no effect on the labelling of the band corresponding in position to the Na(+)-dependent label. 4. Di-isopropyl [(32)P]phosphorofluoridate also labelled the band corresponding to the Na(+)-dependent label on gel electrophoresis. The labelling of this band by the reagent was inhibited by 50-60% by 3mm-ATP, but there was no evidence to suggest that the group labelled is normally phosphorylated by ATP.  相似文献

For the first time, to our knowledge, a nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDPK) has been purified from plant mitochondria (Pisum sativum L.). In intact pea leaf mitochondria, a 17.4-kDa soluble protein was phosphorylated in the presence of EDTA when [gamma-32P]ATP was used as the phosphate donor. Cell fractionation demonstrated that the 17.4-kDa protein is a true mitochondrial protein, and the lack of accessibility to EDTA of the matrix compartment in intact mitochondria suggested it may have an intermembrane space localization. The 17.4-kDa protein was purified from mitochondrial soluble proteins using ATP-agarose and anion exchange chromatography. Amino-acid sequencing of two peptides, resulting from a trypsin digestion, revealed high similarity with the conserved catalytic phosphohistidine site and with the C-terminal of NDPKs. Acid and alkali treatments of [32P]-labelled pea mitochondrial NDPK indicated the presence of acid-stable as well as alkali-stable phosphogroups. Thin-layer chromatography experiments revealed serine as the acid-stable phosphogroup. The alkali-stable labelling probably reflects phosphorylation of the conserved catalytic histidine residue. In phosphorylation experiments, the purified pea mitochondrial NDPK was labelled more heavily on serine than histidine residues. Furthermore, kinetic studies showed a faster phosphorylation rate for serine compared to histidine. Both ATP and GTP could be used as phosphate donor for histidine as well as serine labelling of the pea mitochondrial NDPK.  相似文献

The membrane-bound transglutaminase of cultured keratinocytes became radioactively labelled upon addition of [32P]Pi to the medium. Transglutaminase phosphorylation was also demonstrable using particulate material isolated from cell homogenates. Compatible with mediation of the labelling by protein kinase C, the degree of phosphorylation in intact cells was stimulated approx. 5-fold in 4 h on treatment with the tumour-promoting phorbol ester phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, but not by phorbol. The extent of labelling was virtually unaffected by cycloheximide inhibition of protein synthesis, indicating that it arose primarily through turnover of phosphate in the membrane-bound enzyme. Phosphoamino acid analysis detected labelling only of serine residues. Most of the label was removed by trypsin release of the enzyme from the particulate fraction of cell homogenates, which deletes a membrane anchorage region of approximately 10 kDa. Upon trypsin treatment of the enzyme after immunoprecipitation, the phosphate label was recovered in soluble peptide material with a size of several thousand Da or less. Indicative of fragmentation of the membrane anchorage region, this material was separable by h.p.l.c. into two equally labelled peptides. Moreover, when the enzyme was labelled with [3H]palmitate or [3H]myristate, the fatty-acid-labelled peptide material required non-ionic detergent for solubilization and was separable from the phosphate-labelled material by gel filtration. Phorbol ester treatment of cultured keratinocytes in high- or low- Ca2(+)-containing medium was not accompanied by an appreciable protein-synthesis-independent change in transglutaminase activity. Independent of possible alteration of the intrinsic catalytic activity of the enzyme, phosphorylation may well modulate its interaction with substrate proteins, a potential site for physiological regulation.  相似文献

The gene A protein cleaves phi X174 single-stranded DNA (ssDNA). The cleavage appears to be stoichiometric, whereby a gene A protein molecule breaks a phosphodiester bond and binds to the 5' end. The enzyme introduces mostly a single break in a circular ssDNA molecule. However, at high enzyme-to-DNA ratios, more than one break in the DNA could be observed. The cleavage of the ssDNA by gene A protein renders the DNA sensitive to the action of terminal transferase to incorporate [alpha -32P]ATP. Thus, the 3'OH end is free. All attempts to label the 5' end by T4-induced polynucleotide kinase and [gamma-32P]ATP failed. The formation of a gene A-ssDNA complex was demonstrated directly by using 3H-labeled gene A protein and 32P-labeled ssDNA in the reaction. Such a complex is resistant to treatments with 0.2 M NaOH, banding in CsCl, and boiling in 2.5% sodium dodecyl sulfate. Only treatment with a nuclease released the bound protein. Also, after cleaving [32P]ssDNA by gene A protein, followed by either DNase I or micrococcal nuclease digestion, a fraction of the 32P label remained resistant to nuclease treatment and comigrated with gene A protein on polyacrylamide gels.  相似文献

Recent evidence has suggested that extensive changes in the phosphorylation profile of red cell membrane proteins are associated with the invasion and development of the malarial parasite. In order to further define the role of parasite protein phosphorylation in these events we have looked at this phosphorylation using: (1) continuous metabolic labelling with [32P]orthophosphate, (2) pulse-labelling with [32P]orthophosphate and [35S]methionine, (3) autophosphorylation of infected cells using [gamma-32P]ATP, (4) invasion of prelabelled red cells. Many parasite proteins were labelled, some differentially according to the phosphorylation protocol employed, and we were able to partially characterise several of the major parasite phosphoproteins in terms of their association with host cell membrane and the stage specificity of phosphorylation.  相似文献

A modification of the known method for obtaining radioactive fingerprints from non-radioactive nucleic acids by labelling a digest with 5'-hydroxyl polynucleotide kinase and [gamma-32P]-ATP has been applied to RNase T1 digests from various high molecular weight virus RNAs and to ovalbumin mRNA. Fractionation of the resultant [32P]-labelled T1 RNase digests by two-dimensional polyacrylamide electrophoresis demonstrates that in the case of virus RNAs, the fingerprints thus obtained are very similar to those derived from uniformly labelled RNAs. The value of this technique is that it requires only 1-5 microgram of purified virus RNA and at least three orders of magnitude less radioactivity than is routinely employed in preparing uniformly labelled RNA.  相似文献

Phosphofructokinase from mice muscle was radioactively labelled either in vivo by the injection of [32P]-phosphate or in vitro by the incubation with cAMP-dependent protein kinase and [γ-32P]-ATP. Two labelled peptides were obtained after tryptic digestion in either case showing that at least two sites were phosphorylated. Independent of the labelling method, the labelled peptides showed an analogous pattern on the peptide maps, indicating that both methods led to the phosphorylation of the same sites.  相似文献

Pyruvate, Pi dikinase in extracts of chloroplasts from mesophyll cells of Zea mays is inactivated by incubation with ADP plus ATP. This inactivation was associated with phosphorylation of a threonine residue on a 100 kDa polypeptide, the major polypeptide of the mesophyll chloroplast stroma, which was identified as the subunit of pyruvate, Pi dikinase. The phosphate originated from the beta-position of ADP as indicated by the labelling of the enzyme during inactivation in the presence of [beta-32P]ADP. During inactivation of the enzyme up to 1 mole of phosphate was incorporated per mole of pyruvate, Pi dikinase subunit inactivated. 32P label was lost from the protein during the Pi-dependent reactivation of pyruvate, Pi dikinase.  相似文献

Incubation of rat adipose-tissue microsomal fractions with iodoacetate caused an inactivation of glycerol phosphate acyltransferase that could be prevented by the presence of palmitoyl-CoA. A microsomal protein of subunit Mr 54 000 was found to react with radioactively labelled iodoacetate in the absence, but not in the presence, of palmitoyl-CoA. It is suggested that this protein is a component of glycerol phosphate acyltransferase. Incubation of rat adipose-tissue microsomal fractions with the catalytic subunit of cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase, ATP and Mg2+ caused an inactivation of glycerol phosphate acyltransferase whose magnitude depended on the conditions used for assay of the acyltransferase. Rat adipose tissue microsomal proteins were phosphorylated by using protein kinase and [gamma-32P]ATP. One of the phosphorylated proteins was very similar, but not identical, in mobility to the Mr-54 000 protein labelled by iodoacetate. In contrast with a previous report [Sooranna & Saggerson (1976) FEBS Lett. 64, 36-39], no changes could be detected in the activity of glycerol phosphate acyltransferase in adipocytes treated with adrenaline. Adipocytes were labelled with [32P]Pi and treated with adrenaline, but no 32P was incorporated into the Mr-54000 protein labelled by iodoacetate. The results suggest that the activity of adipose-tissue microsomal glycerol phosphate acyltransferase is not directly controlled by phosphorylation.  相似文献

The phosphorylation of epithelial-specific cytokeratin (CK) 8 and 18 was studied in the human colonic cell line HT29. Metabolic labelling of cells with orthophosphate resulted in phosphorylation of cytokeratins 8/18 on serine residues. When phorbol acetate was added to labelled cells, a 2.2-fold increase in CK8/18 phosphate labelling was noted, whereas increasing intracellular cAMP levels using forskolin or 8-Br-cAMP showed no significant change in CK phosphorylation. CKs8/18 were also phosphorylated by added PKC in the presence of [gamma-32P]ATP. Tryptic peptide map analysis of the phosphorylated CK8 species showed that treatment of cells with 8-Br-cAMP or phorbol acetate generated a phosphopeptide not seen in control cells. In contrast, tryptic peptide maps of phosphorylated CK18 showed no discernable differences. Our results support a role for PKC in the phosphorylation of epithelial cytokeratins, with some phosphorylation sites being modulated by cAMP dependent protein kinase.  相似文献

An RNA-binding protein of 28 kDa (28RNP) was previously isolated from spinach chloroplasts and found to be required for 3' end-processing of chloroplast mRNAs. The amino acid sequence of 28RNP revealed two approximately 80 amino-acid RNA-binding domains, as well as an acidic- and glycine-rich amino terminal domain. Upon analysis of the RNA-binding properties of the 'native' 28RNP in comparison to the recombinant bacterial expressed protein, differences were detected in the affinity to some chloroplastic 3' end RNAs. It was suggested that post-translational modification can modulate the affinity of the 28RNP in the chloroplast to different RNAs. In order to determine if phosphorylation accounts for this post-translational modification, we examined if the 28RNP is a phosphoprotein and if it can serve as a substrate for protein kinases. It was found that the 28RNP was phosphorylated when intact chloroplasts were metabolically labeled with [32P] orthophosphate, and that recombinant 28RNP served as an excellent substrate in vitro for protein kinase isolated from spinach chloroplasts or recombinant alpha subunit of maize casein kinase II. The 28RNP was apparently phosphorylated at one site located in the acidic domain at the N-terminus of the protein. Site-directed mutagenesis of the serines in that region revealed that the phosphorylation of the protein was eliminated when serine number 22 from the N-terminus was changed to tryptophan. RNA-binding analysis of the phosphorylated 28RNP revealed that the affinity of the phosphorylated protein was reduced approximately 3-4-fold in comparison to the non-phosphorylated protein. Therefore, phosphorylation of the 28RNP modulates its affinity to RNA and may play a significant role in its biological function in the chloroplast.  相似文献

To determine whether phosphorylation of cell surface proteins is involved in NK cell activity, the phosphorylation patterns of a rat NK cell line (RNK-16) incubated with 12.5 microM [gamma-32P]ATP were characterized before and after exposure to YAC-1 cells, which serve as targets for killing, and K562 cells, which are not killed by RNK-16 cells. By 51Cr release assays, the inhibitory effect of ATP on RNK-16 killing activity previously reported was corroborated. RNK-16 cells prelabeled with 12.5 microM ATP show enhanced labeling of a 70- to 72,000-Da protein after exposure to unlabeled target YAC-1 cells but not after exposure to K562 cells. A protein of similar apparent molecular size is also labeled upon exposure of RNK-16 cells to OX-34, an antibody which binds and inhibits killing, as well as upon exposure to OX-18, which also binds but does not inhibit NK activity. These findings are indicative of the activation of a kinase with high affinity for [gamma-32P]ATP, which phosphorylates an endogenous surface substrate of 70-72,000 Da upon binding of macromolecules to the RNK-16 cells. RNK-16 cells, previously labeled with micromolars [gamma-32P]ATP and subsequently treated with millimolars unlabeled ATP, showed loss of label from a 110,000-Da protein component, indicative of the rapid turnover of a phosphate group on a surface protein. Thus, extracellular ATP enhances the phosphorylation of a 70- to 72,000-Da component upon binding of RNK-16 cells to target cells or upon binding of antibodies at micromolar concentrations of ATP and catalyzes the loss of phosphate from a 110,000-Da component at millimolar concentrations of ATP. These findings reflect a complex repertoire of surface phosphorylation changes which occur in RNK-16 cells.  相似文献

When saponin-permeabilized rat parotid acinar cells were incubated with [adenylate-32P]NAD+, labelling of proteins (33, 27 and 23 kDa) in particulate fractions of the cells was stimulated by isoproterenol. The effect of isoproterenol was completely blocked by a beta-antagonist. Both forskolin or cAMP mimicked the effect of isoproterenol on the labelling. However, an inhibitor of cAMPdPK failed to induce complete inhibition of the effects of isoproterenol, forskolin and cAMP. When the labelled proteins were treated with snake venom phosphodiesterase, neither [32P]5'-AMP nor [32P]phosphoribosyladenosine was released. These results suggest that covalent modification of proteins with NAD+, which is distinct from ADP-ribosylation and cAMPdPK-dependent phosphorylation, is coupled to beta-receptor-cAMP signalling system in rat parotid acinar cells.  相似文献

Intact rat fat cells exposed to 12.5 microM [gamma-32P]ATP incorporate label into specific proteins within minutes. By solubilizing the reaction mixture with SDS which by passes the subcellular fractionation steps, the labeled proteins can be identified in autoradiographs of SDS-PAGE gels. The most prominently labeled protein has an Mr of 42,000. Localization of this component to the cell surface can be made on the basis of inhibition of phosphorylation by addition of a protein derived from the rat brain with protein kinase inhibitory property, susceptibility of the phosphorylated protein to tryptic digestion, whereas the unphosphorylated protein is unaffected by digestion with trypsin (15 min), inhibition of phosphorylation of this protein after brief exposure to melittin, and the consistent observation that more label is associated with the 42,000 Mr band in homogenates and permeabilized cells than in comparable numbers of intact cells exposed to the same amount of label. A 42,000 Mr phosphoprotein is also present in mitochondria which is most likely the alpha subunit of pyruvate dehydrogenase. To rule out the possibility that the cell surface protein might be a mitochondrial contaminant from broken cells, 32Pi-labeled and [gamma-32P]ATP-labeled cells were solubilized with Triton and chromatographed on a rabbit anti-pyruvate dehydrogenase antibody-Sepharose 4B column. A single labeled peak was detected upon elution of the bound fraction only in the 32Pi-labeled sample, and not in the [gamma-32P]ATP-labeled sample. Subcellular fractionation studies of intact cells labeled with [gamma-32P]ATP showed differences in the recovery of phosphoproteins of 42,000 Mr depending on whether a continuous sucrose gradient (27.6-54.1%, g/ml) or a discontinuous sucrose gradient (16, 35 and 48%, g/ml) was used. Phosphoproteins of 42,000 Mr were located in the mitochondrial and membrane fractions collected by discontinuous sucrose gradient separation, whereas a phosphoprotein of 42,000 Mr was found primarily in the mitochondrial fraction after continuous sucrose gradient separation. By 5'-nucleotidase activity measurements, the latter approach appears to result in the isolation of a heavy fragment of the plasma membrane with the mitochondrial light fraction which is 42,000 in Mr and labeled. Finally, comparison of the autoradiographs of two-dimensional (2D) gels (isoelectric focusing followed by 10% SDS-PAGE) show different isoelectric points for 42,000 Mr components in [gamma-32P]ATP- and 32Pi-labeled cells.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 400 WORDS)  相似文献

Eye lens extracts of the frog Rana temporaria contain a cAMP-independent protein kinase which is quantitatively adsorbed on immobilized RNA at physiological salt concentrations. The enzyme activity is maximal in the lenticular cortex, medium in the epithelium and minimal in the lens nuclei. Crude preparations of RNA-binding protein kinase from the epithelium, cortex and nuclei of the eye lens were prepared by affinity chromatography on poly(U)-Sepharose. It was found that these preparations contain no active forms of phosphatases, ATPases or proteases which may interfere with the results of phosphorylation experiments on exogenous and endogenous substrates. The protein kinase under study catalyzes the binding of phosphate groups to threonine and serine residues in casein molecules, does not phosphorylate histones and utilizes GTP alongside with ATP as phosphate donors. Heparin and RNA used at low concentrations inhibit the protein kinase activity. The data obtained allow the identification of lenticular RNA-binding protein kinase(s) as a casein kinase type II. It was shown that incubation of RNA-binding proteins from epithelium and lenticular cortex with [gamma-32P]ATP results in the label incorporation into six to seven polypeptide chains with Mr of 27-130 kDa. Poly(U) and heparin inhibit the self-phosphorylation reaction, cAMP has no stimulating effect on this process, while Ca2+ ions inhibit the self-phosphorylation of RNA-binding proteins.  相似文献

The photosynthetic bacterium Rohodospirillum rubrum evidenced tyrosine protein phosphorylation under photoautotrophic conditions in the presence of [32P]Pi. The stability to alkaline treatment of the [32P] bound to the cell-free extract proteins suggested that tyrosine residues were carrying the labelling. One- and two-dimensional high voltage paper electrophoresis analysis revealed that such extracts do contain [32P]-phosphotyrosine residues. Furthermore, the association of alkali stable [32P] bound to specific proteins of the cell-free extract was confirmed by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis combined with KOH treatment of the gel. A definite argument in favor of protein kinase(s) phosphorylating tyrosine residues in R.rubrum proteins was obtained by partial purification of a tyrosine kinase activity from cell-free extract capable of phosphorylating synthetic peptides that only contain a single tyrosine residue as phosphate acceptor.  相似文献

1. A significant amount of 32Pi is incorporated into ADP fraction if mitochondrial phosphorylation is allowed to proceed solely dependent on the endogenous adenine nucleotides even in the absence of uncouplers or inhibitors of oxidative phosphorylation. This formation of [32P]ADP is accompanied by a significant labelling of the GTP fraction as well as by a decrease in mitochondrial AMP.2. A good correlation, highly significant on a statistical basis, is obtained between the incorporation of 32Pi into ADP on the one hand and the oxidation of [1-14C]glutamate to 14CO2 on the other, under a wide variety of conditions of respiration, suggesting that the substrate-level phosphorylation linked to the oxidation of 2-oxoglutarate leads to the phosphorylation of AMP in rat liver mitochondria.3. Since intramitochondrial GTP is not directly labelled by the [32P]ATP added, it is concluded that neither nucleoside diphosphokinase (ATP:nucleoside diphosphate phosphotransferase, EC 2.7.4.6) nor adenylate kinase (ATP:AMP phosphotransferase, EC 2.7.4.3) is functioning in such an EDTA-containing medium as employed in the present study because of lack of the enzymes inside the inner membrane. This not only indicates that ATP never serves as a phosphate donor for the observed phosphorylation of AMP, but also, along with several other lines of evidence, lends strong support to the view that [32P]GTP generated as a result of the substrate-level phosphorylation is a direct precursor of [32P]ADP through the mediation of GTP:AMP phosphotransferase, which has been verified to be located inside the inner membrane by the significant labelling of GTP by [32P]ADP.  相似文献

1. Addition of the bivalent ionophore A23187 to synaptosomes isolated from guinea-pig brain cortex and labelled with [(32)P]phosphate in vitro or in vivo caused a marked loss of radioactivity from phosphatidyl-myo-inositol 4-phosphate (diphosphoinositide) and phosphatidyl-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate (triphosphoinositide) and stimulated labelling of phosphatidate. No change occurred in the labelling of other phospholipids. 2. In conditions that minimized changes in internal Mg(2+) concentrations, the effect of ionophore A23187 on labelling of synaptosomal di- and tri-phosphoinositide was dependent on Ca(2+) and was apparent at Ca(2+) concentrations in the medium as low as 10(-5)m. 3. An increase in internal Mg(2+) concentration stimulated incorporation of [(32)P]phosphate into di- and tri-phosphoinositide, whereas lowering internal Mg(2+) decreased labelling. 4. Increased labelling of phosphatidate was independent of medium Mg(2+) concentration and apparently only partly dependent on medium Ca(2+) concentration. 5. The loss of label from di- and tri-phosphoinositide caused by ionophore A23187 was accompanied by losses in the amounts of both lipids. 6. Addition of excess of EGTA to synaptosomes treated with ionophore A23187 in the presence of Ca(2+) caused a rapid resynthesis of di- and tri-phosphoinositide and a further stimulation of phosphatidate labelling. 7. Addition of ionophore A23187 to synaptosomes labelled in vivo with [(3)H]inositol caused a significant loss of label from di- and tri-phosphoinositide, but not from phosphatidylinositol. There was a considerable rise in labelling of inositol diphosphate, a small increase in that of inositol phosphate, but no significant production of inositol triphosphate. 8. (32)P-labelled di- and tri-phosphoinositides appeared to be located in the synaptosomal plasma membrane. 9. The results indicate that increased Ca(2+) influx into synaptosomes markedly activates triphosphoinositide phosphatase and diphosphoinositide phosphodiesterase, but has little or no effect on phosphatidylinositol phosphodiesterase.  相似文献

A human skeletal actin.tropomyosin.troponin complex was phosphorylated in the presence of [gamma-32 P]ATP, Mg2+, adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) and cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase (protein kinase). Phosphorylation was not observed when the actin complex was incubated in the absence of protein kinase or 1 microM cyclic AMP. In the presence of 10(-7) M Ca2+ and protein kinase 0.1 mole of [32P]phosphate per 196 000 g of protein was incorporated. This was two-fold higher than the [32P]phosphate content of a rabbit skeletal actin complex but two-fold lower than that of a bovine cardiac actin complex. At high Ca2+, 5.10(-5) M, little change in the phosphorylation of a human skeletal actin complex occurred. Phosphoserine and phosphothreonine were identified in the [32P]phosphorylated actin complex. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in sodium dodecyl sulfate showed that 60% of the label was associated with the tropomyosin binding component of troponin. The inhibitory component of troponin contained 16% of the bound [32P]phosphate. Increasing the Ca2+ concentration did not significantly decrease the [32P]phosphate content of the phosphorylated proteins in the actin complex. No change in the distribution of phosphoserine or phosphothreonine was observed. Half maximal calcium activation of the ATPase activity of reconstitute human skeletal actomyosin made with the [32P] phosphorylated human skeletal actin complex was the same as a reconstituted actomyosin made with an actin complex incubated in the absence of protein kinase at low or high Ca2+.  相似文献

Incubation of pea thylakoid membranes with [32P]-NAD+ in the presence of cholera toxin resulted in the [32P]-ADP-ribosylation of a 60 kDa thylakoid membrane polypeptide. When ATP was included in the incubation mixture, a 29 kDa polypeptide was also labelled. In the absence of electron transfer cofactors or inhibitors, the extent of labelling depended on whether the membranes were preincubated in the light or dark and also on the developmental stage of the leaves used for thylakoid isolation. Irrespective of the latter, the strongest labelling was observed when DCMU was present in the light. After pretreatment of the thylakoid membranes with cholera toxin plus NAD+ under the same conditions, light-stimulated GTPase activity and protein phosphorylation were inhibited. The extent of inhibition for both processes appeared to be correlated with the amount of [32P]-ADP-ribosylation found when [32P]-NAD+ was included in the pretreatment mixture. The data presented are fully consistent with the 60 and 29 kDa polypeptides functioning as thylakoid membrane associated guanine nucleotide binding regulatory proteins.  相似文献
